This venue is beyond beautiful and such a great place to get married. We worked with Stephanie and she made the entire process so easy. All of our questions were answered and the online portal was incredibly easy to use. All staff on site were professional and the amount of compliments we received about our night was amazing. Highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married Reviewed on 28-11-2023

This venue was EVERYTHING. My now husband and I planned 2 weeks to roll around and visit wedding venues. We visited The Maples and their sister venue FIRST, and we went to one or two more visits but we couldn't visualize something being more perfect for our needs, so just stopped going to the other visits. We had no regrets. The thing I love most about The Maples is that it has a large open concept grounds with several different areas that you can purpose for whatever you want. This makes it easy to create a vision and a unique space all your own on the wedding day itself. The bridal suite also overlooks the grounds, so I got to watch everybody preparing while I was getting ready and it was truly humbling in the most grateful sense possible. They were even out there detailing the garden beds that morning just to make sure everything was as perfect as possible. In addition, they were easy to work with, responsive in communications, and helped me to find a rehearsal brunch spot when I was having difficulties. I really loved working with this venue ! Reviewed on 13-07-2023
Katie Ch(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-11-2021 Finding The Maples was a dream come true! Planning this wedding remotely, we had family visit the property in our place before booking. When we finally stepped foot onto the property, we knew we had not made the wrong decision! There are so many beautiful trees and plants, many customizable add ons and options for decor.Briana and her team were great with communicating and helping us plan our special day- despite two postponements during COVID and a constantly changing guest count due to circumstances. They are great at maintaining the property and communicating with vendors as well. Their preferred vendor list is filled with wonderful options- many of whom we used for our wedding and do not regret hiring! Having our wedding on 11/7/21, the changing leaves and string lights made everything feel so warm despite it being a high of 64! We love our wedding venue!! Reviewed on 13-11-2021
Priyam Das(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-08-2021 Oh, The Maples. You will always hold such a special place in my heart cause I promised to spend the rest of my life to the love of my life here.Okay, now that I’m done being all sappy. Our wedding venue journey started 13 months before the date that we tied the knot. We visited a few other places before coming to the Maples, but once we turned on the road and saw the beautiful line of olive trees and saw the magical tree that most couples say I do underneath, we knew. We knew that this was the venue before we even made it to the office to start our tour. If you’re looking for an outdoor venue surrounded by natural beauty, book The Maples! It’s so beautiful. We pretty much booked our date right after our tour. Keep in mind this is Summer 2020 and COVID has the world shut down. We were really nervous about even being able to have our wedding, but Briana and Maddie did an amazing job at providing us with updates and calming our nerves. They were so easy to work with and quick to get back to my many emails (thank you!). Wedding day went great. There were no hiccups and everything went according to plan. I seriously had guests tell me all night and even days after about how beautiful the venue was. We had our ceremony under the tree (because duh!) and originally planned our reception to be on the lawn but we switched to the courtyard a month before because we just didn’t want to gamble with a possible heatwave. The courtyard, to my understanding, isn’t used as much, but honestly, it’s so much more intimate (AND SHADED!!!) and gave us the garden vibes that we wanted. I 100% recommend The Maples! My husband and I got married here a few weeks ago and all I have to say is once you step foot on this venue you will fall in love! From the greenery to the large lawn space to the pool house to the gorgeous bridal suite and cool grooms den, this venue is an absolute wedding venue dream! The staff was amazing from the first day and super on top of everything! We are so thankful to the maples for giving us the venue of our dreams. Reviewed on 24-08-2021
Justin B(groom)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-06-2020 The Maples requires that you must purchase wine from their sister company at your expense. This, yet minor, was the first red flag. Our original scheduled wedding date was June 2020. The Maples was not informative or accommodating at this time and defaulted to use the County as a scapegoat. Eventually, we were given the decision to keep our date with the hopes that COVID restrictions would be lifted by then, or reschedule to a later time. We were forced to make this decision 30 days prior to our scheduled event. Our hope fell short as time passed and eventually rescheduled to a later 2020 date. With our hopes renewed, they quickly fell again as we found ourselves in the same exact position. Third time is the charm, so we decided to reschedule again but this is when business started to turn shady. Keep in mind, the maples have had our full payment and deposit for almost a full year. We were only given options to reschedule for March or April of 2021. Originally, we paid extra for a Saturday date, but were not given that luxury this time, nor compensated financially. In addition, we had rented out cottages on the property for some of our guests that were attending from out of town. The Maples took it upon themselves to remove that option for clients and decided to rent out these cottages to full-time tenants. Luckily, we were able to receive financial compensation for this. We were also notified that this was the last opportunity we had to reschedule our date for free, and each additional reschedule would cost an additional $4000. We decided to settle on a date in April 2021, but were presented with a new contract that had different legal verbiage in it in comparison to the original contract, none of which was brought to our attention by The Maples. We refused to sign this new contract and demanded we kept the verbiage from our original. Fast forward to January 2021, with the current restrictions still in place, we were given the option to significantly reduce our guest count, have a ceremony, first dance, and take-home dessert for our guests, and that was it. This is not the wedding we dreamed of, nor was it anything close to the original services we were guaranteed when we originally planned our wedding with The Maples. We had no choice but to cancel. We notified The Maples of our intent to cancel and told us that we would only receive half of our money back. No services were provided to us as stated from our original contract. After attempting to receive our deposit back, our conversations transitioned to Grant Guerrieri, who apparently serves as the Manager of the venue and also the Senior Project Manager for construction company Clark Pacific. Grant threatened us and stated that seeking legal counsel and action would not be in our favor and would result in us paying their legal fees and additional costs. We tried to seek advice from other couples with the same predicament as us. We learned that some couples were unable to discuss their experience or outcome due to a non-disclosure. Why would a wedding venue require an NDA? Something here seems fishy. I don’t think the Maples have suffered financially from the pandemic whatsoever, considering they just built a new venue, the Hidden Grove, down the road. They’re doing just fine; don’t fall into their pity trap. So here we are, thousands of dollars wasted with no venue. What was supposed to be one of the happiest moments of our life has turned into one of the worst, thanks Maples! Reviewed on 24-03-2021
Miranda Ellis(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 18-10-2020 My husband and I recently got married at the Maples and it truly could not be more perfect of a location for our ceremony! Even though we had a much smaller wedding than planned due to COVID, our day was absolutely stunning, and all of our guests raved about the venue. We got married in front of the large Chinese Pistach Tree and the photos are beautiful. You don't even have to do much decoration, the property is truly that immaculate. If you are looking for a location for your ceremony, this venue is truly magical. We can't thank the team at the Maples enough! Reviewed on 28-10-2020
Haley Phelps(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-11-2019 We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at The Maples! Everything about the venue is absolutely perfect. There are so many different areas you can utilize for various portions of your wedding day and for photography locations! We were slightly worried that choosing a November wedding date may lead to weather issues, but we lucked out and had a sunny 70 degree day! The leaves on the maple tree had turned yellow and were starting to drop, but there were still many left on the tree that created a gorgeous backdrop for our ceremony. Bri is absolutely amazing to work with from the first time you tour The Maples throughout the wedding planning process and including your wedding day itself. She will do anything and everything she can to accommodate any requests and to make things easier for planning and executing your perfect wedding day. Plus, you get the bonus of seeing Zilla (the property cat) whenever you visit! We would not change anything about our venue if we had to do it all over again! We highly recommend The Maples!!! Jenna Goodson(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 30-08-2019 I got married at The Maple on August 30, 2019 with a guest count of around 150. My husband and I fell in LOVE with this venue right when we stepped on the property (and that was in January when it was pouring!). I have nothing but positive feedback when it comes to the maples staff, property, and how beautiful everything turned out!! Briana (the maples manager) was SO easy to work with and was ALWAYS available to answer my questions- and you will have lots of them if you’ve never planned a wedding before! Trust their suggestions on vendors! We used Alluring Events as our coordinator, Farm to table as our caterer, and Contemporary DJs as our 3 big vendors. Everything went off without a hitch! As far as I know (which is how it should be)!! It was about 95 degrees on wedding day, which was a big concern of mine but Briana suggested using Misting Pros and they saved the day! We had misting fans for the reception and dancing which our guests were very thankful for. I also loved the bridal suite and men’s den. This was important to both of us, to have a place to get ready on property.LOVED having my wedding at The Maples and would highly recommend this venue if you are looking for an outdoor venue with lots of greenery, and trees!! And they can hold up to 300 guests which is amazing! Reviewed on 28-09-2019
Charice Schennum(other)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-09-2019 Great time for a wedding. Gorgeous place for a wedding. I had a wonderful time. Great atmosphere however, I was bitten by so many bugs on my feet and ankles that I had to call in sick to work. Cutters bug yard spray should have been used. Reviewed on 06-09-2019
Liz Meagor(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 08-07-2018 The venue is absolutely beautiful. So many great photo opps. Briana is awesome and accommodating and was quick to respond to emails. I believe it’s a pretty new venue, so they don’t have a lot of additional items (decorations, lights, etc.). My biggest frustration was the contract: it is very particular and felt inflexible. For example, if you have wine at your event, it must be one specific winery, the owner of which who also owns the venue. So make sure to read the contract carefully !! However, you will no doubt have a beautiful and well run event! Reviewed on 02-08-2018
Sarah M(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-09-2019 We loved this place from the moment we stepped onto the property! The staff took incredibly good care of the details, giving us plenty of options to help us create the wedding we wanted. We had the ceremony under the giant pistachio tree, games during the cocktail hour, a picnic-style dinner on the lawn, and dancing under the lights by the outdoor fireplace. Getting the cottages for the wedding party the night before the wedding helped make the whole day less stressful.Huge thanks to Brianna and the rest of the staff for accommodating our wishes so well and helping make our day such a success! As soon as I set foot on this property, I knew this was my venue. This place is beautiful, has great staff, and has amazing accommodations. I had the pleasure of working with Linda for our tour and Brianna organizing everything taking place at the venue. Both were extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. To name a few things, this venue has a bridal suite, grooms den, cottages to stay at, a barn, a giant grassy area for guests, and a beautiful giant tree--perfect for a ceremony backdrop. Katie Elm(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 18-06-2016 We LOVE The Maples. What a blessing this venue was for us!! The Maples came to us as a recommended venue from Aubrey from Alluring Events + Design, and boy are we thankful for that find!! This venue is EVERYTHING we wanted at an affordable price! It is unlike anything we had seen. Since we were their first official wedding, we spent our planning time watching the place transform into the beautiful site it is today! We feel like we had a part in the history of this new venue, and we are so thankful for that. Michelle helped us through the planning process, and worked with our wedding planner, Brittany Hitch of Alluring Events + Design, in making our day look and run effortlessly. Linda was our on-site event coordinator and we absolutely LOVED her! She worked alongside our day-of coordinator, Sarah of Alluring Events + Design, and their partnership was effortless! They worked together and made sure the rehearsal and day-of went so smoothly. Request Linda if possible! Everything from the bridal suite to the reception location was stunning. One of the things we love about this venue is that there are so many different locations for ceremony and reception to choose from! It gave us the freedom to make our event unique and personal to the space. We can't wait for one of our friends to book the Maples so we can experience the venue as a guest ;) but trust us, the venue as a bride and groom was impeccable. So proud to call the Maples our wedding venue! Reviewed on 08-03-2017
