The Mariner Estate is a wedding venue situated amidst the rolling hills of the Saddle Rock section of Great Neck, NY. Formally, The Woman's Club of Great Neck, this property sits on 3 acres of lush land with mature trees and serene surroundings. This newly restored and renovated historic venue was built in 1936 and provides a picturesque backdrop for nuptial celebrations. The building is adorned with antique fixtures and intricate moldings inside and out with large windows that bathe the hardwood floors in natural light. Highlighted by elegant interior design choices, the building can comfortably accommodate intimate and large gatherings. The ballroom boasts a 30ft ceiling with a stage and balcony area, which is a perfect place for the head table or entertainment. The cocktail hour space offers an embellished fireplace with French doors leading out to a bluestone patio and outdoor space. Smaller uniquely decorated rooms add to the alluring charm making it a storybook setting. This venue's minimalistic style in combination with its warm neutral pallet, allows couples to create an event that is unique to them. The staff at The Mariner Estate is dedicated to making wedding days truly magical for couples and their guests. The location's experienced wedding coordinators can be there throughout the planning process to ensure that each detail is taken care of. On the big day, there is an onsite manager working with the caterer to ensure seamless execution. Site fee includes building and grounds for the day, large kitchen prep area, tables, chairs, and more. Before the ceremony, couples can also avail themselves of the on-site get-ready rooms. We got married here on October 14, 2023 and the entire time the staff was incredible. The most accommodating team ever. The managers always made themselves available via email or in person so we could stop by and look around to plan decorations, arrangements, etc. my emails were always promptly answered and we were given the latitude to decorate the gorgeous space pretty much however we wanted. You do have to bring all your own vendors in which wasn’t a problem because they have recommended vendors they work with frequently and all of the vendors we chose to work with through them were also exceptional. Unfortunately it rained 90% of our wedding day so we couldn’t utilize the outdoor space, but the staff was more than accommodating and helped us make the most out of space inside. The estate is simply gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for. Since it is a more DIY location, we were able to set up decorations earlier in the week because they didn’t have any other events leading up to our wedding that week. This venue is truly incredible in terms of beauty, staff, and professionalism. I would recommend the Mariner Estate to any bride.

The setting of The Mariner Estate made my wedding beautiful but the staff there made it perfection. The building and grounds are sophisticated and welcoming, providing the charm of a Gold Coast mansion without the high prices. My husband and I researched so many venues online but when we visited the Mariner Estate we booked it the day we walked in. The event staff recommended and helped us work with a wonderful caterer (Foodies LI) and coordinated every aspect of the affair. Jamie Johnson's eye for detail is just amazing. She knew exactly where every table, chair and flower would look best. She helped us customize the entire Estate to match the vision of our wedding. She and Juan and Yev are so caring, attentive and hard working. We could not have asked for a better crew. When the weather turned horribly bad, they knew just how to pivot to ensure our vision stayed true. Every guest who attended commented on the beautiful venue and amazing details of the Estate. The pictures were a dream with the Mariner Estate as the setting. (Photos by Miralli Photography.) The room options are fabulous. We had the entire place to ourselves for the whole day and night to get ready, have the ceremony, host the cocktail hour and dinner, and dance the night away. The DJ (Stingray Productions) was so happy with the setting. The Estate and its staff made all the vendors' jobs a pleasure. I cannot recommend The Mariner Estate highly enough for events large and small. They are a hidden gem on Long Island.

Let me start by saying, I pretty much had our flights booked for a destination wedding until I found The Mariner Estate. My family has been in the event industry for 40+ years. There are not many catering halls in the tri -state area that we have not been to. This is why the thought of the same old- been there, done that type of venue in Long Island or NYC was just not something I wanted. My uncle had worked a wedding at the Estate and called me on the spot while there and said I should check them out online. He sent me pictures throughout the night and it caught my interest. It is a brand new renovated historic building with one event per day. Well fast forward a week later and I made an appointment with Jamie after being on the phone with her for over an hour. She completely understood my vision and honestly hesitation in wanting a Long Island wedding. Upon making the turn into the driveway, I just had a feeling that I can not put into words. The property is a set back secluded building that lies behind trees hidden from the road. It isn't like other north shore mansions, it's just so quaint and unique. Upon entering, I immediately saw it was pristine. All new and fresh, yet every architectural detail preserved. The antiques and decor is breathtaking. I met with Jamie and she immediately welcomed us and made us feel so comfortable as if it were an extension of our own home. We ended up spending over 2 hours just discussing what we would do and what we could do and I just knew immediately this was it. The Estate was where I would get married. Yevgenia is amazing also and so detailed as well. We had so many moving parts to our event, we had a big vision and it was executed flawlessly by their team. My friends and family were wowed from the time they arrived. This is truly a hidden gem that the world is about to find out about. I am so happy that no guest had ever been there before and everyone experienced it together for the first time at my wedding! I can not say enough about the experience we had. It really was a dream wedding. They were so invested in the event's success and our happiness. And we were and are so happy. We are a part of the Estates family of events now and I love seeing all their pictures on Instagram of what I know is other ecstatic couples and families.

The moment we toured the venue my wife and I knew that this place was special. The overall aesthetic of the Mariner Estate fit our vision of a Jazz Age/Art Deco theme wedding perfectly! The main hall was perfect for live music, with high ceilings, a big stage and beautiful baby grand piano. The surrounding landscape provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and pictures shortly thereafter. The coordinator and staff were easy to work with, professional and responsive to our needs. The channels of communication among ourselves, the site staff and event coordinators were excellent throughout the entire planning and execution. The team here is amazing. Yevgeniya was amazing to communicate with - so helpful, easy to work with and flexible. Juan and Kristen made everything happen. It rained the day of my wedding and it was outdoor ceremony, the way they moved to set up everything and make it work - I’ll forever be grateful. They do amazing work and worked hard to make my dream wedding come true.The estate is beautiful, see it in person if you can. The team here is amazing. Yevgeniya was amazing to communicate with - so helpful, easy to work with and flexible. Juan and Kristen made everything happen. It rained the day of my wedding and it was outdoor ceremony, the way they moved to set up everything and make it work - I’ll forever be grateful. They do amazing work and worked hard to make my dream wedding come true.The estate is beautiful, see it in person if you can. Amazing staff and amazing location.Staff helped me prepare for big day and help keep things very smooth. Can’t say enough about Jamie and Yevgenia with their countless hours to help create an amazing evening. Juan was very hands on and so eager to assist and keep evening fabulous, he stayed from the time we opened the doors to prepare to after clean up to ensure everything was handled.The location is charming with unbelievable garden area to keep a nice indoor/ outdoor flow. The dance floor and stage area holds 200 people east and made it feel open and spacious.I am so happy we had our event here!!!And one of the guests lost a purse with phone, and it was recovered and returned!! Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place or the staff!! Two thumbs up!!!Xoxoox

We recently got married at the Mariner Estate on 5/6/23. The experience was more than wonderful! Yevgeniya, Jamie, and Juan were incredibly helpful on our special day. Communication was incredible throughout the wedding process. Our guests loved the place and had a lot of fun there. Wish I could give more stars to the rating, but I would definitely recommend this place!

We recently got married at the Mariner Estate on 5/6/23. The experience was more than wonderful! Yevgeniya, Jamie, and Juan were incredibly helpful on our special day. Communication was incredible throughout the wedding process. Our guests loved the place and had a lot of fun there. Wish I could give more stars to the rating, but I would definitely recommend this place!

The minute I walked through the doors and met Jamie and Yevgenia, I just knew this was where I would get married. My wedding will be regarded as one of the best days in life for my husband Mark and I and our families. The Estate is absolutely stunning. Every area is just beautiful. We had an outdoor ceremony that looked like a picture in a magazine. Our cocktail hour was on the patio and the ballroom is like no other. Our guests could not stop complimenting us. We can't wait to get our pictures. The food was exceptional as well. I think 2 people that attended the wedding may book other events there. Thank you to the Mariner Estate team for making our day so special.
