Our wedding on 11.04.23 was a dream. The staff was flexible and kind leading up to and at our wedding, the venue was beautiful, the food was incredible - the list goes on and on. Our family and friends left saying praises of the venue and called our wedding the most beautiful they have ever been to. If we could redo our day ever again, picking The Meadow Wood over again would be the easiest decision.

A+++ experience with the Meadow Wood. From the moment we sat down with Brielle to picking up all our items the day after the wedding, the Meadow Wood allowed me to have the wedding of my dreams. The day of my wedding I felt like a celebrity. Brielle made the whole experience effortless for us, she was amazing to work with from start to finish. We hope to attend another event at the Meadow Wood just so we can have the food again. We are still getting calls 2 months later that this was the best food anyone has ever had at a wedding! Big thank you to the entire Meadow Wood team from Brielle, our maitre d, bridal attendant, the owner, and everyone else that made our wedding the best wedding we could ever ask for!!

This venue literally took my hand and walked me through the entire process! My coordinator was a GOD sent angel named Tara! She took care of me not only regarding my wedding but she took a personal interest in me as well! This venue is also super honest! I was about to pay $500 over the amount owed and they caught the mistake and refunded me my money! My sister was so impressed she's having her 50th birthday party here next year! The entire staff was totally invested in my having the perfect day. And the food..... Oh I could go on and on! This venue super exceeded my dreams and well beyond my expectation.

The Meadow Wood Manor and its staff did everything possible to make our wedding unforgettable! Especially Tara, Frank and the venue manager. They worked well with all of our vendors and created the perfect atmosphere for the day and evening. The Meadow Wood was accommodating, courteous and made us feel like family. The venue was STUNNING, and an alarming amount of guests told us it was the best wedding ever - highlighting the food, the service, and the beauty of the venue. And we have a lot of picky italians in our family, so this rave review is a HIGH accomplishment! Guests are still texting me saying they are \"still thinking about the Meadow Wood pizza station.\"The entire process from beginning to end was seamless, mainly due to Brielle, who was our event coordinator. She was extremely personable and down to earth, but she backed up her cool and collected demeanor with a hard working, responsive, and detail-oriented approach. Most of the reason I initially felt so strongly about booking at the Meadow Wood was because of how impressed I was with Brielle. Even after the initial booking, she worked incredibly hard to ensure that we were comfortable and prepared for the wedding day. The wedding went off without a hitch because of her organization and communication.On the day of the wedding, everyone on the staff makes you feel like family. Frank was the m'atre d, handling the day-of logistics. He was extremely hospitable and organized. My bridal party, immediate family, and makeup artist felt right at home and everyone knew where they needed to be. He pulled off a seamless ceremony and many people commented on how organized it was. Our bridal attendant, Brenda, was also invaluable when it came to delivering us drinks, helping me get around, and packing up our meals at the end of the night! Such a nice touch.I 20/10 recommend this venue to couples that want a wedding where they can actually enjoy their time and be present, rather than focusing on details. Venue : The Meadow Wood in Randolph, NJ 10/10This was the first venue we went to go see and we immediately fell in love. That grand staircase when you walk in is just unbelievable. We mostly booked it for their outdoor space because we had our ceremony outside and it was beyond perfection. Meghan was our coordinator and we were so lucky to be in such great hands. She answered all and any questions I had and the whole process was just so seamless because of her and the rest of the staff there.

We held our wedding at the Meadow wood on 5.5.2023, I cannot recommend this venue enough. The actual venue itself is gorgeous from the inside to the outside. We barely needed added decorations because the venue speaks for itself. From start to finish working with this venue & those that manage it was extremely easy. We worked mostly with Brielle and she is so kind & answers as promptly as possible to questions/things that need to get done prior to your wedding day. During the day of our wedding I could not have been happier with the staff. Our matre'd Frank is a one of a kind man. He is so talented and knows how to keep your day moving while respecting all your wishes. I could not have asked for better. My bridal attendant, Sharon was also very hard-working & made sure any and all my needs were met. She was the calm within the storm, so to speak. The wait staff was also very quick & friendly. Our wedding day was really flawless & went by too quickly! Our guests were also speechless at the beauty of the venue & the absolute deliciousness of the food. How delicious the food was one of the most frequent comments we received from our family & friends, which as complete foodies made my husband & I day. I could go on & on about how great this venue & it's staff are but there isn't enough time & space. Thank you again Meadow wood!

I had my wedding reception here on July 1st, 2022 and it was a great experience overall. The venue was gorgeous from the outdoor event space to the indoor ball rooms to the cocktail hour room, to the dressing rooms and the gorgeous stairs at the entrance of the venue and all our guests were well catered for and had amazing things to say about the venue! My first interaction was with George and he was pleasant and then with Meghan who was the contact when I signed my contract. At the beginning of my experience Meghan was difficult to work with and relate to as my wedding ceremony was ethnic while the reception was traditional; I almost signed the contract with another venue because of my interactions with her. And at times she was even rude to my family and wedding planner. However, my wedding planner was able to talk to Charles and George who met with us in person and assured us that everything was going to go smoothly and took over the communication. They also assured us that everything would go smoothly and George was also present on the day of the event. I can’t speak highly enough about them as well as Becky who was a great hostess on the day of my event. Everything went smoothly, the champagne for the toast was great, the staff were great. The hors d’oeuvres and food were great and everything started and ended on time. I definitely recommend this venue to other brides. You are in for a treat because it is a great venue and their employees are great and understanding.

I had my wedding reception here on July 1st, 2022 and it was a great experience overall. The venue was gorgeous from the outdoor event space to the indoor ball rooms to the cocktail hour room, to the dressing rooms and the gorgeous stairs at the entrance of the venue and all our guests were well catered for and had amazing things to say about the venue! Brielle was the Event Specialist who worked with us directly. She was very organized, helpful, and communicative. She always welcomed us and our families and made herself available to answer questions and offer advice when needed. Charlie was also very kind and helpful. He made sure whatever we wanted happened and went out of his way to make sure we were happy and everything was on track. Brielle is a rock star and she answered all of my questions during the wedding process and made everything go smoothly. From the moment we toured to our wedding day, we had STELLAR service at The Meadow Wood. Brielle is a rock star and she answered all of my questions during the wedding process and made everything go smoothly. Our entire experience from beginning to end with the Meadow Wood was exceptional. We got married on 10/6/22 and toured a few venues but something was still missing. From the moment we entered the Meadow Wood we both felt that this was the right location for us and the special day we were planning.Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful, made us feel like we were joining a family of people who truly cared about us and our wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning!! Even though we went in the winter it was clear that our Fall wedding was going to be beautiful. The other piece was that as a Black, West Indian family food is really important and we really needed good food! Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was and how much food, they ate beyond what they can handle, there is soooo much food! Cocktail hour through to the dessert hour was just spectacular. Our coordinator Meghan went above and beyond in supporting and helping us, and all the staff on the day of was so accommodating and truly prioritized our peace and happiness. I cannot recommend this place enough! Our families are so happy with the end day. I’ve been asking my friends to get married here so that I can experience it as a guest as you miss so much on your day. I would choose the MW over and over again, it was just perfect! The space was great for our guests of 250+. If you’re on the fence, use this as your sign to book this venue!

We loved working with the meadow wood!!! This day was absolutely incredible and it wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing staff at the meadow wood. I was nervous, stressed, and overwhelmed and the whole staff was so accommodating to my every need. They handled all vendors, brought me drinks and snacks before, encouraged me - it helped calm my nerves and got me so excited! I was worried I would be dealing with vendors the entire day, but they made sure all of my details were taken care of. If I could do it all over again, I would choose The Meadow wood again and again. The Meadow Wood is the venue of your dreams. I call it an absolute hidden gem. I can't even begin to say enough nice things about this venue. From the beautiful entrance, leading up to the jaw-dropping ballrooms, the incredible food, the amazing staff - this night was truly one I'll never forget. We worked with Brielle to book our wedding. From the moment we walked into each room, we knew this would be our venue. She worked with us the entire process, making sure we felt completely reassured the entire time. She made sure we had everything we needed and wanted for the big day. The day before - dropping things off, making the handoff absolutely seamless. We were treated with absolute respect every time we visited. Our guests cannot stop raving about the incredible food and the displays. The staff truly makes this experience one of a kind - the fruit / cheese is hand-carved into beautiful shapes. I even have countless photos of the cocktail hour food from my guests! We swapped the Asian Station for the Mexican Station and our guests haven't stopped talking about the tacos. The grand ballroom is a truly stunning room - the chandeliers are beautiful, the grand feel of the entire room just makes you feel so special. We had over 200 guests and it did not feel crowded, the dance floor is large enough to fit everyone with space.We opted to upgrade our dessert and that did not disappoint. The guests were completely shocked that there was another level to the night. We opted for the Boardwalk and it was absolutely delicious - cotton candy, zeppoles, fried oreos! Our Maitre'd and bridal attendant waited on us hand and foot. If we said the room was too hot, it was immediately cooled down. If we were thirsty, we had a drink waiting for us. If we wanted food, a plate of food was set aside for us. It was truly an unforgettable experience.Another note - every time we walked into the Meadow Wood, something was upgraded beautifully. They update things so seamlessly that you don't even notice that there was anything needing updating in the first place. Unfortunately the bridal suites weren't ready while we were there but we cannot wait to go back and see the upgrades over time. We cannot wait for the next person we know to have an event here!

HOWEVER, when you’re paying that much for your wedding, you have a certain expectation for the service and the people working with you. The maitre de was terrible…she was not attentive and did not help organize anyone when it came time to walking down the aisle. The bridal attendant was a little better, but I was not impressed with anyone working there. The bartenders did not even know our signature drinks that were written on a sign right in front of them. It seemed like it was the first night that the staff worked a wedding before. Also was not impressed or happy with our coordinator (we had 3 different ones throughout our wedding planning process). Overall, we had a great wedding, but I will not recommend the Meadow Wood to anyone.

There are not enough words to express how INCREDIBLE the Meadow Wood Manor and their staff were for our wedding. From the very beginning working with George, John, Brielle, and Constantine made what we hear is normally a very stressful process, easy going and stress-free. George was incredible and his knowledge and expertise of his field showed throughout our reception by its flawless execution. Brielle was very accommodating and thoughtful the entire time, as well as, quick to respond to any questions we had. Constantine was an EXCEPTIONAL maitre-d before and during our wedding day. He coordinated all of our vendors with ease and was very mindful of our needs, and our families' the entire night. EVERY single person we spoke to that attended our wedding were in awe of how beautiful the venue was, how AMAZING the food was, and how incredible the service was. We were fortunate enough to use the entire first floor of the venue. With cocktail hour starting in the Dome Room and extending into Laurel Room, our guests enjoyed a variety of foods from various cultures. This food was so exceptional, even family visiting from overseas said the traditional dishes during the cocktail hour were better than the dishes they would get at home. As the night progressed, our reception moved into the Grand Ballroom. This stunning room, decorated just as we envisioned, left us speechless. Luxury and comfort are two words to describe how our guests and us felt and were treated. Dinner entrees were absolutely delicious! If you and your guests enjoy a great steak, well the Meadow Wood chefs can definitely deliver. For those who enjoy more vegetarian options, the delicate details of the salad were incredible. Our guests’ last stop for the evening was in the Randolph Room, where amazing dessert stations had our guests enjoying a VARIETY of sweets and yummy drinks from the coffee bar. We want to say THANK YOU to the Meadow Wood staff for their professionalism and incredible work to make our wedding reception an incredible experience for all who attended! Hearing comments from our guests such as “This is the best wedding we have ever been too,” “There was any food you could have possibly wanted during cocktail hour”, and “I’m having sooo much fun!” make us grateful and smile. Brielle our sales coordinator, Constantine our Maître D, Katherine my bridal attendant were all unbelievable. Professional is an understatement. All my guests raved about the food and service, which I can attest to. The GM Charlie even introduced himself to my husband and I, which made us feel so special. For those of you who don’t know, The Meadow Wood underwent major renovations during Covid, the venue is practically brand new. Chandeliers and marble sparkle everywhere you look. I highly recommend The Meadow Wood for any event!

Everyone raved about the food and the premium drinks!! Overall the night was great!! The most impressive time though was behind the scenes..we had a 8% chance of rain during the hour of our outdoor ceremony. It was 15-20 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start and it started to rain. We begged to hold off a few minutes before making the call to move it inside.. minutes go by and the rain didn’t stop. The maitreD jumped into action and legitimately set the entire room up for a ceremony and got all of the guests inside and seated within 10 minutes. We started our ceremony on time and it was beautiful. I didn’t have any decor for an indoor ceremony but they made it work and we got so many comments on how beautiful it was. The upside to having your ceremony here is that if it has to be indoors, there are still pretty locations to do it. Also, their staff worked some serious magic to be able to set an entire ceremony up in a few minutes. Really appreciate their efforts and quick action!!

Although we did not end up booking this venue I had such a wonderful experience during the tour I felt compelled to leave a review. Brielle was extremely informative and helpful in providing all the details of what our special day would look like. The owners really made us feel like part of the family and I would recommend that you give this venue a tour if you are looking for a b goreous venue, great food, and service. Although we did not end up booking this venue I had such a wonderful experience during the tour I felt compelled to leave a review. Brielle was extremely informative and helpful in providing all the details of what our special day would look like. The owners really made us feel like part of the family and I would recommend that you give this venue a tour if you are looking for a b goreous venue, great food, and service. The only reason we did not book was because our date was already booked for 2022.

Let me start off by saying this venue is so beautiful…..will have you in awe, beautiful! Our wedding guests enjoyed every bit of it and was served well. The food is also fantastic! This rating given is because of the lack communication even up to one week before the wedding. We had Dawn as our sales manager. As I certainly hope and don’t think that it was intentional, I felt that I, as the bride, was not a priority. I like to stay on top of things especially related to business and money and the amount of emails and calls I had to make because of insufficient communication was simply unacceptable. I truly hope that anyone who has their wedding at this venue experiences nothing but the best despite mine, communication wise.

Words can NOT express how grateful we are to the amazing people at the Meadow Wood (Brielle A & Chris R). Our wedding was cancelled twice because of the virus. You would think that our plans became hectic...Nope. You would think that our plans became stressful...Nope. The reason why is simple; Brielle and Chris had a desire to make our wedding perfect and it was!They took all the stress on themselves and let us simply enjoy.Almost 1 month since our wedding and we are still getting calls from people saying that it was the best wedding they were ever at...AND THE FOOD...people are even asking me to find out from Brielle if she can get the recipes for such dishes as the lamb, shrimp on a stick, crab Rangoon, scallops, the beef seasoning and on and on. So many people stated that this wasn't just the best \"wedding food\" they ever had, it was some of the best food they have ever eaten anywhere...period!Go there once, meet with Brielle and you will quickly discover that no place else comes close...trust me, we looked at 16 places.

Amazing service, delicious food, and beautiful atmosphere! Our wedding was more than we ever thought it could be! We worked with Dawn and she was awesome! While we weren't able to use the ballroom we fell in love with for our reception due to COVID-19, the Meadow Wood really pulled through to make the outside tent amazing. Although, we were able to use the cocktail dome room, in combination with the ballroom for our cocktail hour, with plenty of social distancing!! Throughout the whole process, she was helpful, supportive, and really listened to our questions and concerns. She always made time to meet with us, whether in person, via phone, email or Zoom. As if wedding planning wasn't stressful enough, throw COVID-19 into the mix, but Dawn didn't skip a beat in accommodating our wedding requests as much as possible. Even as the CDC guidelines continued to change daily or weekly, she kept us up-to-date and was patient through it all. The day of the wedding, all staff wore masks, gloves, took temperature checks of all the guests, worked tirelessly to give our guests, and us, the best service possible, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe! Two weeks later and our guests are still raving about the service, food, cocktail hour, dessert hour, venue, etc. It went as smoothly as it would have without COVID-19. I'm so impressed and would recommend The Meadow Wood to everyone getting married! You get everything you pay for and more!

Loved working with my event planner, Brielle Amendola, who assisted me with putting together a wonderful memorable event. Jerry our maitre’d for the event, assisted with offering his great suggestions to keep our guests happy and well fed. The food was plentiful and very tasty and our bartender Joe Cappaccio kept the mimosas flowing! The service was top notch and the wait staff was very polite and very hard working. I have not one complaint I could come up with that would make me give them any less than the highest rating! Thanks for making sure everyone was happy and treated well!

We had a perfect wedding day at The Meadow Wood. Amanda was so helpful throughout the entire process and was always so quick to answer any emails or questions we had. We also come from a Portuguese family and the venue was able to work with Valenca (Portuguese restaurant) with outside catering. That was a big plus! I want to say thank you to the MWM for making my wedding memorable and beautiful. To the Owners, thank you for being present that evening. You made us your top priority and we truly appreciate it. To Dawn, our sales representative, thank you for your patience. I was very nervous with the construction, but MWM delivered and blew us away. We could not ask for a more beautiful wedding. Mary Ellen was always willing to answer any questions we had, and her responses were prompt. Everyone was always so accommodating with any changes we wanted to make before the big day (soft pretzels to go, chardonnay instead of champagne, timeline changes, etc.). The winter wedding package was such a great deal--taxes, gratuity, DJ, and photobooth all included. We had a lot of personal decorations, and Meadow Wood Manor set them up just like we wanted! Everyone was blown away by our food at cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert, especially the 50s Station! Guests also thought the venue was very classy and elegant and that it was one of the best receptions they'd attended. Staff were so helpful and even extended cocktail hour for us so my husband and I could attend. In addition to the great food, the venue was so beautiful. Dan was our maitre'd, and he was phenomenal! He explained everything beforehand and made sure we knew what was going on. My bridal attendant seemed a bit uninvolved compared to what I was expecting, though. Infinity Entertainment did a great job. The only cons to our experience were not being told which box had our cake top (so it was put into a car sideways and not refrigerated) and my missing toss bouquet and my husband's second boutonniere. We were never told his boutonniere had been moved, and my florist claimed she had someone bring in my toss bouquet even though another assistant originally told Meadow Wood Manor I didn't have one. The florist suspects it was used for decoration elsewhere, so I'm not sure where the miscommunication happened, but Meadow Wood Manor made me a bouquet from excess flowers so I could still do my toss. That meant a lot and shows they go the extra mile for clients. Overall, we couldn't imagine having our reception elsewhere. Such a wonderful experience, and we are so thankful for everything Meadow Wood Manor did to make our day perfect.

Not only was the quality of the food amazing, the quantity was unbelievable. With food being our number 1 priority we can safely say Meadow Wood greatly exceeded our expectations. I could go on and on but it would just be more of the same: me talking about how amazing Meadow Wood is! There is no doubt in my mind that we picked the perfect venue for our perfect day!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Meadow Wood Manor this August and it was absolutely amazing! What I liked most about planning the wedding here is that they include so much in the packages and the prices are really good in comparison to other venues. I even purchased the lower package and it included so many cocktail hour food stations/passed apps and of course, open bar!Mary Ellen was our main contact and was very helpful throughout the planning process. This was so great because our officiant had a flight delay and did not get there on time to help with the rehearsal. The food at this venue is top notch and they offer the biggest and best cocktail hour. Months later we still get compliments about this from our guests. Our ceremony was held in the outdoor courtyard and was absolutely beautiful. The bride gets to choose up to an hour before whether the ceremony will be outdoor or indoor. This was so great for us because it was raining on and off the entire day and it was so important to me to have the ceremony outside so our dog could be included in it. I did get a little push back from the venue on this, which was a little frustrating (they were concerned about the rain), but at the end of the day they respected my decision and made it work!Overall, this venue was perfect for our day and I’m so happy we picked the Meadowwood Manor!

All I can say, is our wedding was a fairytale come true! Our theme was a Disney theme and the Meadow Wood Manor did everything in their power to make it a very memorable and magical day. The food was impeccable, the service stellar and our treatment was nothing but top notch. Our guests were treated like kings and queens. All of their needs were met and we’ve heard nothing but great things from our family and friends who attended. The fact that the owner was on site for the wedding was comforting and also enjoyable. Our DJ came with our package and he was simply amazing. I cannot say enough good things about our bridal attendant and maître d’. They went above and beyond to make sure this occasion was extremely memorable. As a surprise to us the DJ played when you wish upon a star as we exited. To say I left with tears of joy, is a mere understatement. The only thing I wish is that I could live it out again. My husband and I are looking forward to visiting the Meadowood Manor again.

We had our reception at the Meadow Wood in early May and everyone who went has not stopped raving about the exceptional food, service, and venue they provided (to include one guest's +1 coming up to us in the grocery store to tell us what an awesome wedding it was!)The food, of course, was spectacular, but what stood out most to us was the Meadow Wood's dedication to service from the beginning to the end. Not only were we brought freshly baked brownies and refreshments and made to feel at home when we first visited, during the reception, the groom's 90+ year old grandparents were getting overwhelmed with the noise levels so the staff took them to a table in the other room, lit some candles, and brought their dinner to them there (to quote my grandmother-in-law, \"it was like our honeymoon!\"). When we were taking bride+groom pictures around the grounds at the beginning of cocktail hour, the staff also made sure to go out of their way to bring us some of the butler-passed hors d'oeuvres so that we could enjoy the food as well. That level of service was unexpected, impressive, and highly, highly appreciated. As a couple planning the wedding from 5 hours away, we also appreciated how much easier Mary Ellen and her staff made it to plan from afar. They were highly accommodating with our less frequent visiting timeline and had great vendor recommendations for us, which made the choices easier and gave us peace of mind since the vendors were used to coordinating with the Meadow Wood (we actually ended up not even needing a wedding planner or day-of coordinator because of this!)All in all, it was a wonderful wedding, and the majority of the credit can be tied back to the Meadow Wood. If we could do it all over, we would 100% pick the Meadow Wood again, and we're hoping we can return in the future as wedding guests!!

Our guests are still raving about our wedding, especially the cocktail hour where there was a variety of food including a Caribbean station. All in all, it was a great experience and we highly recommend the Meadow Wood Manor.

We decided on Meadow Wood Manor as soon as we looked at it. I had been to 7 other venues before them, and all the other venues rushed you through for their next appointment or could not give us everything that Meadow Wood was including in their price. When I first met with Mary Ellen, she spent 2 hours walking us around, going over the menu, and answering all the questions that I had. She is the only person at any venue who told us about event insurance since we were having our wedding in the winter. I brought my husband back to see it, and he was sold as well. In my opinion, this is how a business should be run because they are concerned and interested in each client rather than the bottom line.Mary Ellen was excellent with answering any questions I had through e-mail and in person. The food tasting gives you an excellent idea of what is available to choose from and everything is delicious! The chef even came out to answer any of the guests’ questions. We set up a meeting to pick out our food early because that worked best with our schedules, and Mary Ellen had no problem accommodating our request. They are willing to listen to any ideas you have to make your wedding unique, and are honest if they do not think something will work best. They will work with you to come up with a better alternative as well as listen to any dietary needs. The tailgate stations was the hit of the cocktail hour. Our guests said they were full even before dinner, and then the dessert room and cordial bar just put it over the top. Jodi was very helpful during the rehearsal, and they are always extremely organized.We got several compliments about the wait staff, which is one of the many reasons we picked Meadow Wood Manor. They do not train their waiters as a banquet hall might, but they trained them as if it is a restaurant so they are extremely attentive to the tables they are assigned to and will bring a guest another drink without even being asked. Dan, our maître d’, was always checking up on us and making sure that we had everything we needed and saw all of our rooms before guests were let in, which was a nice gesture. My bridal attendant was extremely helpful especially when my bustle broke. It is nice to be the only wedding there. It has a nice homey feel, which I know is how they designed it to be one giant home. Our guest really liked having the center room to talk and caught up with each other. I cannot tell you the number of compliments we have receive about Meadow Wood. They made the process easy and stress free. I highly recommend the Meadow Wood to anyone!! The food tasting gives you an excellent idea of what is available to choose from and everything is delicious! The chef even came out to answer any of the guests’ questions. We set up a meeting to pick out our food early because that worked best with our schedules, and Mary Ellen had no problem accommodating our request. They are willing to listen to any ideas you have to make your wedding unique, and are honest if they do not think something will work best. They will work with you to come up with a better alternative as well as listen to any dietary needs. The tailgate stations was the hit of the cocktail hour. Our guests said they were full even before dinner, and then the dessert room and cordial bar just put it over the top. Jodi was very helpful during the rehearsal, and they are always extremely organized.We got several compliments about the wait staff, which is one of the many reasons we picked Meadow Wood Manor. They do not train their waiters as a banquet hall might, but they trained them as if it is a restaurant so they are extremely attentive to the tables they are assigned to and will bring a guest another drink without even being asked. Dan, our maître d’, was always checking up on us and making sure that we had everything we needed and saw all of our rooms before guests were let in, which was a nice gesture. My bridal attendant was extremely helpful especially when my bustle broke. It is nice to be the only wedding there. It has a nice homey feel, which I know is how they designed it to be one giant home. Our guest really liked having the center room to talk and caught up with each other. I cannot tell you the number of compliments we have receive about Meadow Wood. They made the process easy and stress free. I highly recommend the Meadow Wood to anyone!! From our first visit the Meadow Wood Manor exceeded our expectations. Their sales staff and owner were incredibly helpful through out the planning process and were willing to work out every single detail up until our event. The staff is well organized, which made it easy to communicate and create our perfect reception and stood out among the other vendors we looked at. We opted to use their vendor and decoration package. They did an amazing job creating a beautiful reception that was warm and inviting. The staff even used all of my handmade decorations and other items I had left them.They allowed my husband and I to be the first ones into the ballroom and had our photographer ready to take our picture as we entered, which was such a nice touch.Our reception was incredible. The timing of cocktails, dinner, and dessert was perfect and made for a lot of time on the dance floor. Their day of staff did an exceptional job making sure we were taken care of all night. The staff helped me with my dress before we entered our reception and continued to assist me the remainder of the evening. They provided us food and drinks up in the suite before our event started and I never had to ask for any thing all night. They even kept our dinner plates hot while we were visiting guest tables. The food was outstanding. I enjoyed everything from cocktails to dessert. Our cake was made by their baker at Gourmet Touch Bakery and was wonderful. We specially asked for a white chocolate martini as our signature drink. It was great. They even decorated the glasses with flavored sugar. We have received nothing but compliments about everything.

From the minute we walked through the doors at our first meeting to the final minute of our wedding day, we were impressed.From start to finish, the sales manager and event coordinator Mary Ellen was extremely helpful and responsive with all of my questions and concerns. She went above and beyond to work within our budget, make sure all of our requests were met, and paid attention to every detail.Our guests cannot stop raving about our wedding day! From the decor, to the food, to the service - everything was phenomenal! Many people have told us it's the best cocktail hour and food they've ever experienced at a wedding! The sea bass was cooked perfectly! We chose filet mignon since that's typically a crowd pleaser, but the chef specially prepared the NY strip for my husband. The staff was SO attentive to our every need, especially our maitre d' and bridal attendant. Even when my bustle broke late into the night, she was right there to help fix it! My husband was especially impressed that the owner, Jeff Beers was there to meet with us at our initial visit and attend our wedding reception. During cocktail hour, he greeted us in the bridal suite with a gigantic platter of the most delicious lobster we've ever tasted!As a graphic designer, I wanted to design my own stationery including place cards and menus, and I was very specific about the placement of our items and decor. I was so impressed when I saw everything was set up exactly as described. The staff at the Meadow Wood truly pays attention to every detail!I can only hope that we'll be lucky enough to attend a wedding at the Meadow Wood Manor as guests some day. They are an affordable option without sacrificing quality and service! We HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the Meadow Wood to anyone looking to make their wedding dreams a reality.

My wedding day was perfect thanks to Meadow Wood Manor! From the moment I walked in the door to tour, I could tell they really cared about me and my individual wedding. They have a HUGE food menu! For cocktail hour they have about 6 food stations and about 20 passed appetizers. When the bride and bridesmaid were in the suite they even brought the appetizers up to us. Everything was an open bar. Then the reception room was beautiful. All the food was delicious, and there was even so much dessert and a whole dessert room. You can get even a bananas flambe dessert show. Best of all, the cost was the same compared to other venues for so much more. If you were looking for a lower budget they would work with you to cut out additional things you won't need and they give you a full list of dates and prices so you can pick what works best for you and your budget. (We planned our wedding only 7 months out so got a discount on a august date they did not fill up!). The site is beautiful, the staff is fantastic and caring, the food is delicious, and they were plenty of drinks. This place has everything you are looking for. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I could not be happier that we chose the Meadow Wood Manor for our big day! From the very first day we met with Mary Ellen she did nothing but accommodate and fulfill our every request. The Meadow Wood was incredibly flexible, and extremely helpful; taking time and care to answer every question we had. The staff at the MWM is incredible, everyone from the owner, to the chef, to the wait staff took their time to meet with us to help ensure our day would be perfect. I have received a lot of feedback from many guests about how attentive the staff was throughout the entire night. Our bridal attendants were phenomenal and took care of our every single need, and anticipated what those needs might be. They made sure we had favorite items from the cocktail hour at our sweetheart table so that we didn't miss a thing. I am still receiving rave reviews about the cocktail hour, and all of the food throughout the entire night. I have been told that it was the best cocktail hour people had ever been to, my dad said the sea bass entree was the best he's ever had, and my father in law is still talking about the filet mignon. My cousin even made a point to come and tell me how amazing the vegan entree they made for him was. People always remember the food, and we could not be happier with the food at the Meadow Wood Manor. My husband and I are hoping we can attend a wedding at the MWM as guests in the future! We would recommend the MWM to anyone we could, they are truly the best!

SO many people came up to us that day and days following, telling us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We looked at about half a dozen venues for our wedding, although it was clear to us right away that MWM was the place for us to have our wedding. I actually missed the first half of the our very first visit, as I met up with my wife and our parents' straight from a business trip. But when I walked into the meeting they were all having with Nancy and Jeff (the owner, who is very hands on) everyone was laughing, enjoying food, and having a great time. Jeff actually went downstairs and fixed me an entire plate of food on the spot because I hadn't had lunch. This is honestly what makes MWM so special, the warmth and generosity everyone at this venue treats you and your family with. This vibe really permeates through the whole staff and was something we experienced every time we met with the venue - whether to plan out major details for the day, to attend a tasting, or just to drop off or pick up items. They excel at making you feel welcome, and frankly at home every time you come in - which I think is a key to excellent customer service. And then there's the value that we really felt we got by choosing Meadow Wood Manor - which really starts with the Cocktail Hour which was just ridiculous. They had options for everything and even threw in additional items for us at both the cocktail hour and dessert (as if we needed more food). One of our guests actually told me that they chased down one of the waiters who was walking around with a tray of lobster meat and unfortunately got to her when the tray was just empty. He asked her to come find her if she came back out, and figured - \"there's no way I'm ever going to see her again.\" Sure enough, 5 minutes later she found him and his friends with a full fresh tray of lobster (which by the way, we didn't know we were getting as part of the menu we ordered). At the end of the night we had a lot of guests come up to us just completely blown away by how much fun they had (had a few people tell me it was the greatest wedding they'd ever been to) - which is absolutely what we wanted - and MWM's high value placed on guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and all the ridiculously delicious food at every stage in the night contributed to a great party that for us, and our friends and family - was absolutely unforgettable.

We looked at about half a dozen venues for our wedding, although it was clear to us right away that MWM was the place for us to have our wedding. I actually missed the first half of the our very first visit, as I met up with my wife and our parents' straight from a business trip. But when I walked into the meeting they were all having with Nancy and Jeff (the owner, who is very hands on) everyone was laughing, enjoying food, and having a great time. Jeff actually went downstairs and fixed me an entire plate of food on the spot because I hadn't had lunch. This is honestly what makes MWM so special, the warmth and generosity everyone at this venue treats you and your family with. This vibe really permeates through the whole staff and was something we experienced every time we met with the venue - whether to plan out major details for the day, to attend a tasting, or just to drop off or pick up items. They excel at making you feel welcome, and frankly at home every time you come in - which I think is a key to excellent customer service. And then there's the value that we really felt we got by choosing Meadow Wood Manor - which really starts with the Cocktail Hour which was just ridiculous. They had options for everything and even threw in additional items for us at both the cocktail hour and dessert (as if we needed more food). One of our guests actually told me that they chased down one of the waiters who was walking around with a tray of lobster meat and unfortunately got to her when the tray was just empty. He asked her to come find her if she came back out, and figured - \"there's no way I'm ever going to see her again.\" Sure enough, 5 minutes later she found him and his friends with a full fresh tray of lobster (which by the way, we didn't know we were getting as part of the menu we ordered). My now husband and I actually met working at Meadow Wood Manor over 8 years ago (he was a runner & I was a server!) We dated almost the entire time we worked there and once we got engaged we knew there was no other place in the world we wanted to get married. We chose Meadow Wood Manor for the staff, the incredible food, the attention to detail, and the awareness of each and every guest. The staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE (we should know we were part of it!) but being on the other side of things made us realize even more how inexplicably special each staff member is. From the hostess greeting each guest, to the servers and runners who work tirelessly to make sure everything is perfect and each guest is the happiest they could possibly be, to our AMAZING bridal attendants Gloria & Alli - who tended to us and our bridal party every minute of the evening. Next is the owner, Jeff, who makes sure that everything is going smoothly and is there to personally check on the guests at each table after dinner is served. Our Matre'd Donald was beyond incredible - making sure there was not ONE thing we wanted or needed throughout our night. My husband and I chose Meadow Wood because we wanted our guests to feel as special as we did for them spending their night with us - Meadow Wood Manor made that happen. The FOOD oh my goodness- I am a HUGE fan of eating - the choices are endless and magnificent - all of our guests were full by the end of cocktail hour (something we heard every event we worked over 8 years - and it held true with our guests too!) and there was still salad, dinner, and dessert! The grounds are incredible - the large romantic staircase, the warm welcoming lobby you can decorate with your own photos to make it feel like your living room, the grand ballroom which has breathtaking chandeliers - all while still maintaining this feeling of warmth and coziness. There will never be enough words to explain how perfect Meadow Wood Manor is and how absolutely perfect they make each and every person feel at each and every event. Many of our friends and family asked us why we would get married at a place where we both had worked for 8 years, we had tasted all the food, we knew how the party would be run - to that we ALWAYS replied - when something is a perfect, you don't need something new. We KNEW Meadow Wood Manor was perfect, we knew they would make our dream wedding a reality and that's exactly what they did. We are forever thankful to the place that we met for brining out story full circle in the most perfect of ways! We love you guys! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We loved Meadow Wood from our first visit! We were lucky enough to see it in July and they had a special for a Saturday night in November (Thanksgiving weekend) so we took it right away and are so happy we did!! Everything was so smooth and the staff was so nice. The food was fantastic! Mandy was our bridal attendant and she was really great on the day of helping me with whatever I needed. The other day of staff were great as well. We did not do a ceremony rehearsal, instead I had made a list and drew a picture of how I imagined it and the woman at Meadow Wood (I want to say her name was Nancy, but I don't remember) did a fantastic job of making sure the bridal party was where they were supposed to be. We arrived 3 hours early the day of to take pictures and they provided champagne and snacks. The men enjoyed the \"man-cave\" downstairs! The bridal room is the best we saw anywhere! very spacious! The staircase was perfect for photos. We also loved just how beautiful the whole space is, especially the cocktail hour room! We did not need to provide any of our own decorations because it is already so beautiful! It was also great to be able to bring all our things a few day early and have the staff all setup for us. I would've given 5 stars however, I had just a few comments: 1. On the day of I felt like the ceremony and then subsequently the cocktail hour and reception all started 15-20 minutes late and I still don't know why. 2. Many of our guests told us they did not know dessert was out in the other room, I don't know if it was ever announced or not. And I did not get any of our wedding cake, there were slices on our sweetheart table but they were taken away before we had a chance to go back to the table to eat it. 3. I wish they would've told us ahead of time they would be bringing us into the reception room early to try all the cocktail hour food otherwise I would not have tried so hard to eat food while we were in the cocktail room and would've instead been mingling more. However, even with those complaints, I would not have changed a thing because it was the best night of our lives and I can't imagine it being anywhere else!! I would highly recommend Meadow Wood to anyone for a venue!!

From the second I stepped foot into Meadow Wood I knew that this was where I needed to get married. The staff was AMAZING and the food was fantastic. I have people calling me and telling me that it was by far the best wedding they have ever been too. Meadow Wood made my wedding a fairy tale and the entire night I felt like a princess. I wouldn't have changed a thing about it. They used all the decorations and ideas that my husband and I wanted making it such a personal and loving reception environment. My wedding was PERFECT.

I am writing this review fresh off of my wedding I had last night.My wife and I went to about a dozen beautiful venues before we stumbled across this venue. Connie and Donald met us at the door and we hit it off immediately. We later signed the contract after feeling comfortable by gaining our trust.Here are the key points about why this venue is one of the best in the Tri-state area. 1. Schedules only one wedding at a time and great for those not interested in cookie cutter experiences.2. They go above and beyond to \"customize\" your wedding to your needs and personality as a couple. This is important because they make it about you as a couple and they have a great place to make it as your home inviting your guests so they can share on your special day.3. They are organized and will walk you through the process. You are not expected to know everything and they answer your questions and give great ideas to make your wedding ideas become reality.4. The food is absolutely amazing. They go at lengths to make sure your food allergies of you and your guests are met to the highest standard of safety while maintaining the integrity of that world class taste.5. The staff is very friendly and will make sure you will enjoy your day. It's almost you feel like a king or queen.How does this happen?It starts from the top with their owner Jeffrey. He has an extensive background on food and catering. Also, the venue is about 11 years old with a classic authentic look. New yet has that nostalgic feel as you walk in the front doors for the first time and see that grand star case.As a groom, I would highly recommend the Meadow Wood Manor. I am a crazy hockey fan that met my wife at a Devils Rangers game. They went above and beyond to make our dream New Jersey Devils themed wedding come true by mixing all of our favorite things into one night. Meadow Wood Manor became my house for one special wedding night and every person of my 178 invited guests told me that was the BEST WEDDING EVER PERIOD. That's only because the Meadow Wood Manor matched the type of effort and enthusiasm my wife and I put into our wedding. It takes to tango and if you follow what they say as they guide you while putting in the necessary effort, YOU WILL HAVE THE WEDDING OF YOUR DREAMS AND MEMORIES THAT WILL LAST A LIFETIME!In full disclosure, I am writing this the day after our wedding and still on Cloud 9. And the best thing about it is that my wife and I can relive that moment once a year when they do an anniversary dinner for all of the couple that were married there!

If you are looking for a smooth wedding experience, do not select Meadow Wood Manor. We had a difficult time from the beginning. After we signed our contract we were told there would be a tasting in the early winter in order to help us make our menu selections, etc. Our tasting kept being pushed off by one of the employees at Meadow Wood until we ended up at a tasting a few months before our wedding - we were annoyed to say the least. Then as we moved closer to the wedding I was given a 15 page Microsoft Word document to complete and submit 2 weeks before the wedding. The document took me 5 hours to complete because there was so much detailed information requested. I submitted the document within the timeframe requested. When we arrived at Meadow Wood the night before our wedding to conduct the rehearsal the staff messed up the entire document. They left our Best Men and Maids of Honor and family members out of the ceremony and the employee who was leading the Rehearsal proceeded to argue with me about what order I would like my family and bridal party members to go down the aisle. We had one hour reserved for the rehearsal dinner - thirty minutes was spent fighting with this employee and the other thirty was spent rushing through the ceremony process. The day of the wedding I arrived early with the bridesmaids. That same employee approached me thirty minutes before I was about to walk down the aisle and let me know that \"we have a problem\". She proceeded to list the \"issues\" and tell me that it had kept her up all night worrying about it. I had to fight with her again about what order I wanted my bridal party to walk down the aisle. My bridal attendant was not attentive at all - I had a rather large wedding gown and the maitre'd let me know that the attendant could bustle my dress for me instead of asking my MOH. I kept asking for the bridal attendant to help me but she was standing in the corner talking with one of the other employees. I also am dairy-free (which we put into the contract) and she didn't seem to know or understand that. I spent a lot of the night explaining what that meant and what I could and could not eat - needless to say I hardly ate that night. Before we booked our wedding we had it confirmed that we would like to have shots given out at our wedding. My husband found out that the bartenders were refusing to give people shots during the reception. He had to have an hour long conversation with the maitre'd and the same employee that was giving me a hard time about the reception. He was extremely irritated about that because not only did it take a lot of time out of the reception for him, he felt that our guests weren't getting the experience that we had paid for. Our guests kept telling us that the food was great and the venue was gorgeous, however my husband and I did not have a great experience with them. We felt like we were promised a lot of things, including the owners being on-site for our wedding and none of it was delivered. If you are looking for a venue where the staff is attentive and friendly, do not book at the Meadow Wood Manor. I felt that it really ruined our entire wedding experience.

My husband and I got married at Meadow Wood Manor this past May and we cannot say enough good things about this venue! We absolutely loved everything about our wedding reception and are beyond happy that we chose Meadow Wood.The setting is gorgeous and fit the classic elegance vision that I had in mind for the wedding reception perfectly. I was able to drop some of my personalized decor off 2-3 days in advance of the wedding day, and I was blown away when I walked in on the day of by how beautiful everything looked, the team really has a knack for displaying everything just the right way. The lobby, with its grand staircase, is simply breathtaking. It sets such a good feel upon walking into the venue. The cocktail hour room is so impressive, it has a grand library look and fit all of our wedding guests comfortably. There were many high tops and low tables placed throughout the room which made it easy for everyone to eat. The ballroom may be my favorite part though, with its high ceilings, crystal chandelier, french doors, soft lighting and cream color muted tones evoking such an understated elegance. The layout of the room was perfect, with equal amounts of seating along either size of the large dance floor. We had 175 guests at our wedding and there was so much space.The food was absolutely delicious, and there was so much of it! Our wedding guests are still talking about the food at our wedding and saying it is the best food they've ever had at a wedding, especially the cocktail hour. It definitely sets the standard for me for weddings going forward. We chose the Grand Wedding package, and it was more than enough. There were five different food stations and over twenty passed hors d'oeuvre to choose from during cocktail hour. For dinner we chose the coconut shrimp and salad combo as an appetizer, it was so delicious. For entrees, we offered our guests a choice of prime rib, herb crusted salmon, frenched breast of chicken risotto, and a vegetarian option was included as well. For dessert, we had cake from the bakery that Meadow Wood referred us to, Gourmet Touch, plus choices of other dessert stations (we chose waffles and funnel cake and berries and cream, plus international coffee service and after dinner drink station. Again, I can't say enough good things about the food. We were lucky enough to do a food tasting at Meadow Wood a few months before our wedding and we even got to speak to the chef about some of the different entrees. We were so excited to be able to try everything! One special touch that the staff did for my husband and I was save plates of food from the cocktail hour for us, since we were so busy talking. Just before cocktail hour ended, one of the staff pulled us aside so we could go into the ballroom and eat the cocktail hour food in peace and quiet together. Thank goodness for that!Everything went so smoothly on the day of with the help our our coordinator Connie and the rest of the staff. The owner Jeff was even walking around offering guests food and drinks and making sure everyone was having a great time! I was very impressed by that. They were so attentive to all of our guests, especially both of our families. I also have to mentioned our phenomenal sales coordinator Mary Ellen. We met with Mary Ellen our very first time visiting Meadow Wood, and she was with us through the whole planning process, making sure she had every detail down for what we wanted.

My husband and I got married at Meadow Wood Manor this past May and we cannot say enough good things about this venue! We absolutely loved everything about our wedding reception and are beyond happy that we chose Meadow Wood.The setting is gorgeous and fit the classic elegance vision that I had in mind for the wedding reception perfectly. I was able to drop some of my personalized decor off 2-3 days in advance of the wedding day, and I was blown away when I walked in on the day of by how beautiful everything looked, the team really has a knack for displaying everything just the right way. The lobby, with its grand staircase, is simply breathtaking. It sets such a good feel upon walking into the venue. The cocktail hour room is so impressive, it has a grand library look and fit all of our wedding guests comfortably. There were many high tops and low tables placed throughout the room which made it easy for everyone to eat. The ballroom may be my favorite part though, with its high ceilings, crystal chandelier, french doors, soft lighting and cream color muted tones evoking such an understated elegance. The layout of the room was perfect, with equal amounts of seating along either size of the large dance floor. We had 175 guests at our wedding and there was so much space.The food was absolutely delicious, and there was so much of it! Our wedding guests are still talking about the food at our wedding and saying it is the best food they've ever had at a wedding, especially the cocktail hour. It definitely sets the standard for me for weddings going forward. We chose the Grand Wedding package, and it was more than enough. There were five different food stations and over twenty passed hors d'oeuvre to choose from during cocktail hour. For dinner we chose the coconut shrimp and salad combo as an appetizer, it was so delicious. For entrees, we offered our guests a choice of prime rib, herb crusted salmon, frenched breast of chicken risotto, and a vegetarian option was included as well. I had my wedding here in May 2013. MWM went above and beyond all exceptions. The staff was very accommodating, the food was delicious and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue. My guests are still taking about their experience at MWM! Highly recommend!!!

Meadow Wood Manor is hands down the best place to celebrate your wedding. Just the thought of stepping into the building gives me goosebumps. They would do anything for their guests. The rooms are beautiful. It's large but yet so intimate. I don't know why anyone would get married anywhere else. THE BEST!
