I have an abundance of great things to say about this venue and the people who helped us on our wedding day, but here are the highlights; 1.) Incredibly cost efficient! Because they have in-house catering and bar packages you don’t have to worry about paying extra vendors and coordinating arrival and clean up times etc.! Don’t worry, they have tons of options (played and buffet) and their food was delicious! They also offer other packages that you can choose to utilize or opt out of if you want to go with your own vendors for things like DJ, Photo Booth etc. I had 5 friends get married in 2023 and the cost of their weddings vs. mine and what we got with our venue was vastly different! 2.) You are NOT sacrificing beauty of the venue for cost! 3.) The staff are amazing!! Gracie was our day-of coordinator and when I tell you I did not worry about a THING that she was in charge of all day, I mean that! She handled everything beautifully and when we needed to shift things last minute she made sure it was all taken care of. Incredibly efficient, friendly, professional, and just overall very good at her job! 3.) The venue hosts multiple tastings, they have drop-in dates where you can stop by to take measurements, walk the venue, etc, and they are available to meet or answer questions throughout the entire process if you need them! Communication was not overbearing, but available and efficient when I needed it. It was perfect! If you’re looking for a venue or on the fence BOOK HERE!! And also ask for Gracie to handle your wedding day because she’s was a literal QUEEN!

Abby was amazing! She has a bubbly and easy-going personality. The day of our wedding I did not have to worry about anything. She anticipated every need and multiple family members came to me afterwards to compliment how wonderful she was. The venue was stunning, the team was so professional and helpful, Gracie was incredible!!! The venue was beautiful! Had a blast! Yall were very flexible with ideas and last minute changes. The only thing that was on the negative side was slow communication. Took a long time to get responses but other than that everyone was nice and professional. Thank you!

The Positives:Gracie, our day-of-coordinator, absolutely made the day stress-free for us. She knew when to touch base, kept giving us water to hydrate, kept anticipating our needs, and consistently took care of us. She made the entire wedding extremely smooth and made sure to keep us on schedule (without being overbearing).Abby S., our wedding planner, was such a joy to work with. She built out such a great timeline for us to follow. She helped us with our floor plan vision. And, most importantly, she kept us organized during the last stretch.If you're looking for a venue that has it all, The Milestone | Georgetown is for you. It has ample space for everyone to get ready, and their pricing is overall pretty reasonable. They also provide takedown and setup services at no additional cost — which was huge for us. Their services are pretty comprehensive, which makes it less stressful to plan.They often offer open house touring, so we're able to drop in and show off the venue to our loved ones.The Negatives:If you're looking to personalize your wedding, then The Milestone isn't for you. They require you to go with their food caterer and drinks services.Their base setup time is not generous at all (~5 hours). Make sure to ask for the extra hour of setup time.Our last wedding planner quit, and we weren't told of the transition at all.Their guest portal is very clunky, so communication can get a little tricky — especially during the middle stages of planning a wedding.Speaking of communication, they often take about 3 business days to get back to you. While it didn't bother us, it can get frustrating for others.They don't offer personalized food tasting. The only time you can taste their food is if they have an open vendor event or if you're willing to drive down to Dripping Springs once a quarter to try out their prefixed menu.

I am still day dreaming from the most PERFECT day of my life! I am beyond over the moon of how beautiful my wedding took place at The Milestone in Georgetown. Kenzie and Katie were absolutely without a doubt the best coordinators there helping where ever it was needed. They were so attentive and so fun to have around. From upon arrival to the moment we had to end our night, I could not thank the wonderful staff there from the food to the DJ and all the way to the bar service! Having an almost all inclusive venue was the best decision (besides saying yes to my now hubby) picking The Milestone for our special day. Not once did I have to worry about a thing and I was just able to enjoy and take in every moment we had while on our wedding day. I hope every other bride and family gets to enjoy this place as much as we did. The Milestone, Kenzie, and Katie will forever hold a place close to my heart.

We chose The Milestone in Georgetown for our big day on 09/09/23. It was a beautiful venue with several additional options to make planning easier. Basic packages for food and alcohol exceeded our expectations, and we accepted the additional offers of up lighting, and table and chair set up so we didn’t have to burden our families with these tasks. We were nervous about 100+ temperatures up until the day before our wedding at rehearsal, but Gabi our day of coordinator, eased our minds and tailored parts of our guest arrival and ceremony to minimize the suffering of our guests. Overall, the planning process which involved two women, Abby and Gabi, was a wonderful experience. They were responsive, professional, helpful, relatable, and very talented! We’d recommend this venue, and working with Abby and Gabi to our closest friends and family. We had the wedding of our dreams!

So far, our experience with The Milestone has been so smooth and seamless. Raegan has been the biggest help in answering our questions, giving us advice, and helping us with our budget so we could move forward in booking our venue- couldn't have done it without her! I love how much is included with the venue because it makes planning so much easier. They have several options for pricing, food, bar service, etc. so you can make it work for your needs and preferences. We cannot wait for reception here!

My daughter got married there in June. We were so pleased with the services! I must confess I was a little worried after reading some Goggle reviews, but everything was perfect! the day of coordinator, Glory was amazing! She made our day very easy! most of our guests were “young kids” and so was the bridal party and she managed “the kids” better than I expected! She kept all of us on time and everyone enjoyed the night! Food was excellent. The photobooth was hit! The bridal suite was huge plenty of space for 9 bridesmaids, mothers, grandmothers, even aunts!

We went over things that we had already discussed with Abby. But it was understandable because Michelle was not present in any of our meetings. Overall we had an amazing ceremony. The two reasons we gave 4 stars is because of the first rep not communicating with us and not having Abby on day of ceremony. If you can request a specific rep, I would request Abby S. ! She is truly amazing. I give her 5 stars.

We just booked our wedding with the Milestone next year and we are so excited to have our reception there! Reagan has been very helpful from the beginning and helped walk us through the options for our reception and explained things well for us to make a decision about where we wanted to have our reception. She was quick to respond to emails and text messages for questions that we had and was sometimes responding in the evening. We cannot wait to have our reception there next year!

The Milestone at Georgetown was the best wedding venue and had the best staff ever! The venue was beautiful and the planning process (thanks to Abby) was a breeze. She helped in so many ways, more than I can even count. From planning the day months in advance, to making sure everything flows the way I wanted it to the day of. I was fully able to relax and let her handle things. She was so helpful. We even practiced our first dance in front of her because we were nervous and she was so reassuring. My family and I feel so blessed to have had Abby to help us with all of our needs during the wedding. She was the best. The rest of the staff at the Milestone were also very helpful and pleasant. All of the guests have told us it was the best wedding ever! Thank you to the Milestone and Abby!!

The Milestone at Georgetown was the best wedding venue and had the best staff ever! The venue was beautiful and the planning process (thanks to Abby) was a breeze. The Milestone Georgetown was absolutely amazing. My wife and I had our wedding there on May 25th and it was perfect. The plated food we choose was delicious, we went with the Duet of Grilled New York Strip Loin and Herb Marinated Chicken Breast. The staff was so helpful throughout the entire event. Abby was the biggest help throughout the day and always made sure we were taken care of. She checked on both me and my wife throughout the day to make sure we were calm and ensured we got everything we needed. She is the best day of coordinator hands down!!! Michelle was also amazing and helpful throughout the whole day. The entire day could not have been more perfect. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to have a stunning venue with amazing employees

The Milestone was the first venue we looked at. We looked at one other, but could not stop thinking about the Milestone after we left. One of the major selling points was how much value was included in our package - not only did it include a DJ, photo booth, our invitations, the food and bar, chairs and place settings, but also planning services and the staff for our wedding - even security! As someone who has planned small events, the fact I could get so much from one venue was huge for me. They were great through the whole planning process, with reminders for what was needed when, and our planning representatives walked us through each phase with patience and the utmost care. The venue itself is beautiful - both the ceremony space and reception space. The Groom's and Bride's rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean and tidy with plenty of space for makeup and hair in the Bride's room. The reception space hardly needed anything and the only decorations I brought were a few signs, our memory table and guest book items, and simple floral centerpieces and mason jars to add to our set up. The event staff was wonderful and all I had to do was be the bride. The Milestone was the perfect space for our wedding and I am so glad we chose them!

But the absolute best was having the most professional, caring, loving, and amazing coordinators, Glori and Michelle made our day run smoothly. We did not have to worry about anything, and even for me that I'm a control freak and like things to be perfect everything I told them they made sure it went as I wished. They helped us throughout the planning process and took off so much weight from us throughout the planning and on the actual day. Don't have anything bad to say because the experience they provided for me was just above and beyond what I ever expected. Will forever be grateful for how our wedding day turned out, highly recommend!

The Milestone was the perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding! From the first time we went to an open house and met with Glory, our event manager, we knew we would be in good hands and that this was the place we wanted to have our daughter’s wedding. She took care of all the details and made everything exactly the way we wanted it. Our day of coordinator, Michelle, was right with us every step of the way, making sure everything went as planned! The ceremony went so smoothly, the dinner was delicious, our guests loved the photo booth and we have amazing memories because of it! From the minute we arrived until the special send off, everything went perfectly! They even helped with the clean up! We could not have been happier and will always remember this as the perfect wedding day for our daughter!

The entire Milestone staff was friendly, caring, organized, patient and were willing to go above and beyond. Tifika was our coordinator the day of our event. She was one of the most loving, caring, hardworking people I have ever met. Our entire family instantly fell in love with her. She went above and beyond to ensure every little detail was considered. We booked with this venue for our wedding before the pandemic lock downs, but our date ended up being during the pandemic (Fall 2020). We were not given any chances to reschedule despite both working in the medical field and having very high-risk family members that we wanted to share in our special day. We were told that if we rescheduled, we would have to pay everything again (not given the choice of rescheduling for a week day at no additional charge, or paying a rescheduling fee...nothing...just paying $15,000 twice)! On top of that, our day-of-coordinator was there for the walk-thru/rehearsal the day before and then never showed for our actual wedding. The replacement coordinator came late and seemed to have zero idea about any of our plans... and kept asking me (the bride) about every little thing throughout the day (even though I had a detailed binder of our entire wedding plans). Our wedding day ended up being beautiful because we got to marry each other, but this venue did absolutely nothing to make our day easy, memorable, or joyous. Beautiful venue but not a company I could ever recommend because they did not care about their customers at a time when we needed it most.

The Milestone is a perfect setting for a wedding. The outdoor space, with the pergola and arch for a focal point, is beautiful, surrounded by gardens, a bridge and trees. The patio offers not only a place for guests to gather, but also a lovely overlook of Hill Country. The inside space provides a stage for a band, dj, or an indoor wedding. But the beautiful white beams, the grand staircase, and the chandeliers are what catch the eye. We were impressed with the personal care we received at the Milestone. The food was delicious--not just good for a wedding, but really good. Everything was set-up as we had hoped. Glory, our event manager and our day-of coordinator at the Milestone, we attentive to details, kept things running smoothly and on time, and was kind to all of us. The Milestone is a perfect setting for a wedding. The outdoor space, with the pergola and arch for a focal point, is beautiful, surrounded by gardens, a bridge and trees. The patio offers not only a place for guests to gather, but also a lovely overlook of Hill Country. The inside space provides a stage for a band, dj, or an indoor wedding. But the beautiful white beams, the grand staircase, and the chandeliers are what catch the eye. We were impressed with the personal care we received at the Milestone. The food was delicious--not just good for a wedding, but really good. Everything was set-up as we had hoped. Glory, our event manager and our day-of coordinator at the Milestone, we attentive to details, kept things running smoothly and on time, and was kind to all of us. Our experience was absolutely wonderful, making a special day into a perfect day!

Glory is the real MVP at this venue. Before Glory moved to this location my wife and I really felt unheard. It seemed like the venue just cared about our money and that it. As soon as Glory came we finally felt heard and she helped answer any and all questions that we had. The food was really good and the venue itself was gorgeous. The amount of natural light you get while being inside was astonishing. The location is truly perfect in which you feel like you are away from the city but really just 25 minutes away from downtown georgetown. The price might be a tad high but comparing to other locations we looked at, we are completely thrilled we ended up choosing the Milestone.

I will be honest, as other brides have said, the Milestone: Georgetown has gone through NUMEROUS management changes. Previous management did not do a good job in attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile, or really care about their clients as people. The last management change was to Glory as their GM. And it was their best decision yet. I was shocked the difference Glory has made on the outcome of my wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure I was secure in my decisions, gave me advice when I asked, was always available to chat through specifics or generics of my wedding. She really has turned this place around. As far as the actual venue, amazing! stunning! everything you could ever want. The onsite groomsmen and HUGE bridal suite is perfect for on site getting ready for everyone in your wedding party. In house catering options, amazing reception and on site ceremony space, rehearsal options, the list goes on! Nestled off TX29 this is an oasis for a beautiful spin on modern day farmhouse vibe.I'm not sure if this was just our wedding but they said our ceremony had to be at 6pm so if that's late or the time change won't permit that for your wedding, something to consider. But that also could be a rule from previous management, regardless it worked out perfectly for our spring wedding! Golden hour was incredible.

Raegan Zdanowicz was the 5th manager we had to work with due to turbulence in staffing at the Milestone. The best they can do, going forward, is to ensure Raegan stays at the Milestone and her management gives her sufficient freedom to work closely with customers who rent the venue to ensure they are satisfied with the service rendered. The food was catered by the venue. The food tasting was excellent though the ~$740 for the tasting was outrageously high. But the food served at the wedding was very poor. Three of the items were too salty, one was too sour and one was burnt. So, an outside caterer for ethnic food, such as Indian food, is recommended for those renting this very beautiful venue.Lastly, the email system and their payment system to support automatic electronic funds transfer need major overhaul. They are archaic and quite unreliable!

Communication is such a big deal when it comes to wedding planning and they did a great job at that. Both of my day of coordinators we’re amazing and I would not have been able to relax and enjoy my wedding without them. They were so sweet through the entire process and craziness but knew how to set people straight when they needed to be. There were a lot of things that happened the night of the wedding, but both of our coordinators did an amazing job at taking care of it and not stressing us out more.After touring about 20 different venues in the hill country area, this venue by far gave me the best prices as well as easiest packages to choose from.I was a pretty laid-back bride who knew what I wanted but also wasn’t picky about every little thing, so if this is you, this venue is perfect!

VERY disappointed in management! The Milestone deserves a negative star review. Please do yourself a huge favor & save yourself stress by NOT booking this venue. All of my vendors were from out of town and I had no issues communicating with them. However, The Milestone (local to where I lived) was a different story. Once we booked The Milestone and signed the contract, we realized all they care about is $$$. They will butter you up and make it seem like they care about you and your event but in reality it’s just about the money. They try to pinch every penny out of you. They DO NOT give two shits about your needs or your event. Communication is BEYOND awful! Good luck getting a hold of anyone & if someone does get back to you, they likely will be unhelpful. Although their contract says unlimited visits to the venue etc, that’s BS. It’s nearly impossible to book a time/day to visit the venue. I booked a meeting ONE MONTH in advance so my out of town caterer could assess the venue/kitchen and make sure they have what they need. The Milestone cancelled this meeting TWO DAYS prior to the scheduled date because of unforeseen circumstances. I understand things do not go as planned but The Milestone was not understanding of my situation at all. I just needed 30 minutes at the venue with my caterer. I had already paid for the caterer to travel to Georgetown on his own time to make sure things went well on the wedding day. Instead of working with me, The Milestone made me feel like I was an awful person for wanting to come in still. My day of event coordinator also struggled to get in touch with anyone at this venue! She is very experienced in the wedding industry and she told me she has never had so much trouble getting a hold of someone to get a simple question answered. I could go on and on….I rarely write reviews, especially bad ones. However, after being a bride and going through the planning process I feel that I owe it to future couples to be aware of The Milestone & it’s management.If I knew what I know today I would’ve never even considered The Milestone for my wedding venue. One day they’re going to get what they deserve…karma.

I got married here in April 2021. It's a beautiful and spacious venue with many great qualifies, but management has some things they can improve on. If you do end up going with this venue, I highly recommend getting your own wedding planner or day of coordinator. - There’s a lot of turnover so you’ll likely speak to several different venue managers from the time you sign the contract to your actual wedding day. This caused quite a bit of miscommunication which was frustrating. I planned my wedding during Covid, so hopefully it's more stable now.- They were severely understaffed for a wedding with 225 guests. The buffet and bar lines were absurdly long and bussing tables took them longer than it should. My wedding planner had to start helping clean tables.- They ran out of beer during our reception even though it was an open bar.- After being told the open bar we paid for was inclusive of drinks for getting ready, they gave us only one bottle of champagne in the bridal suite. We had 15 women in there over the span of 6 hours, so clearly this wasn't enough. - Our chicken was undercooked to the point where some guests claimed theirs was raw.- The toilet in the grooms suite overflowed on the day of our wedding.- The bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous but there isn't a ton of natural light for makeup and pictures.

However, I did dock a star for the following issues that were encountered the day before and the day of our wedding. The first issue came when we had our rehearsal at the venue and we were told that we could not get there until an hour later than what we had previously been told, and that we couldn’t bring our own champagne to the bridal suite for mimosas and pictures like we had previously been told that we could. So it seemed like there were quite a few issues with miscommunication or lack thereof. The next issue came after my husband and I had already had our grand exit and left the venue for the night. Our bridal party and families stayed behind to pack and clean up our belongings. The staff working the night of our wedding at the milestone were consistently rushing our family by doing a minute-by-minute countdown which I found unnecessary and unhelpful. The last issue started during the ceremony and carried over into the clean up afterwards: one of our guests was over-served by the bartender (even after being told to stop serving this particular guest). After this guest ultimately got sick during our reception, the staff at the milestone proceeded to blame my family for this chain of events. My brother, who is a former TABC-certified waiter and bartender, informed the staff that it is the bartender’s responsibility because he violated TABC when he over-served this individual. In addition, the security guard (who was required due to using the bar through the venue) did not do anything to help with this situation of our drunk guest getting out of hand. All in all, I wish some things had been handled differently by the staff at the milestone the day of our wedding, but it was an amazing weekend nonetheless. I am very thankful to the milestone for making our wedding memorable and for exceeding our lowered expectations due to Covid.

I tried my best to maintain the order and have everything be perfect for my sister and now husband but it definitely stressed me out and my parents. What my sister and her husband paid for service, coordinator and whatever other fees that come with a venue was a waste of money. No one was there to actually help and something so simple as replacing the trash bags was not even done, the event turned it good but the stress we had as a family trying to keep everything clean and organized should not have happened if supposedly there was an event coordinator and staff there.

It has taken me a long time since the wedding to be able to write a review on this venue because the wedding was so emotional due to the mismanagement of this venue by the people who work on site and at the parent company that owns several locations across Texas. Working with them was exhausting and one of the worst experiences I have ever had. COVID issues aside, they do not follow contracts and will break your contract without your approval or choice. I was grandfathered in from before the renovations and new TABC licensing and was forced to opt in to their bar package. One of the reasons we did not want this was so that we could take our extra alcohol home at the end of the night. We fought hard to reduce the cost which eventually they agreed to. They have employee turnover like no other company I have ever heard of so if you like the person you meet with or make any sort of arrangement or agreement with a manager there, make sure to get it in writing and keep your own documents. They deleted emails and documents through their portal between us and my planners. I went through three food and beverage managers while I was there and they did not have a single day of coordinator by the time I got married as they had all left. The area manager ended up being the point of contact for us that day. The day before the wedding, we realized it would be 107 outside so we decided to pull the trigger on the \"rainy day plan\" as my grandmother would be attending and it was too hot for guests. They first said no because they did not have enough employees to flip the room for dinner. Then I was told that my guests could sit in their dinner spots while I walked down the aisle. Finally I said that my guests would do the flip and they did. My wedding was successful because of my planners, vendors and guests and IN SPITE of all the obstacles put in place by the venue. I would highly suggest looking at other venues in the area. The location is beautiful but unfortunately, not worth the trouble or heartache.

One of the reasons we did not want this was so that we could take our extra alcohol home at the end of the night. We fought hard to reduce the cost which eventually they agreed to. They have employee turnover like no other company I have ever heard of so if you like the person you meet with or make any sort of arrangement or agreement with a manager there, make sure to get it in writing and keep your own documents. They deleted emails and documents through their portal between us and my planners. I went through three food and beverage managers while I was there and they did not have a single day of coordinator by the time I got married as they had all left. The area manager ended up being the point of contact for us that day. The day before the wedding, we realized it would be 107 outside so we decided to pull the trigger on the \"rainy day plan\" as my grandmother would be attending and it was too hot for guests. They first said no because they did not have enough employees to flip the room for dinner. Then I was told that my guests could sit in their dinner spots while I walked down the aisle. Finally I said that my guests would do the flip and they did. My wedding was successful because of my planners, vendors and guests and IN SPITE of all the obstacles put in place by the venue. I would highly suggest looking at other venues in the area. The location is beautiful but unfortunately, not worth the trouble or heartache.

We had the venue cater our wedding and the food was great! Everyone kept commenting on how the food was so good. The day of the venue took safe precautions and made sure the people serving our drinks and food were gloved and wearing masks. They also had hand sanitizer available for everyone. Everyone felt comfortable being there and they really helped us enjoy the day.

If you want to use this venue for your big day have your own coordinator and contact them only through email so you have receipts. It definitely was a day to remember. I’m glad my decorations, food and family were great because it would of been the worst wedding ever just for the horrible time management. We ended up taking over at the reception. The bar staff also offered shots for tips which was forbidden per venue rules. I’m so thankful for my photographer to get free shots the next day since a lot of special moments were missed due to the coordinator not having our timeline ready. I was \"grandfathered\" in and happen to be working with them during a lot of there transitions and renovations. One of these being that there was a TABC license that was put into place and we were no longer able to do BYOB. My contract had already been changed without my consent and I had no other choice. The team was understanding of the situation and of what we had purchased and they gave me options to pay them separately for alcohol and they would be in charge of purchasing it or buying one of their outrageous packages. About a week after our details meeting I still hadn't heard anything from the venue as far as my timeline, seating chart or rehearsal time. I finally sent the office an e-mail in panic mode wanting to meet again to discuss alcohol and details, I was introduced to Rami. I met with Rami the next morning on a Sunday. She made it clear that nothing at our details meeting was noted and that we could have them purchase our alcohol without ever worrying about running out, she had everything under control. We ended up adding an extra hour before and after our allotted time and we were set for the wedding day. The venue, chairs, tables, cocktail tables, etc. were not set up and unexpectedly my bridal party had to work hard to get it all done instead of getting ready. From the time I was greeted I NEVER SAW ANY WEDDING COORDINATOR again. As the day went on, we were never kept on track by the coordinator and everything seemed to be falling apart. Rami DID NOT help with anything. She didn't put the layout I wanted and knew nothing about what was going on throughout the day. Thankfully I had an awesome team of vendors and bridal party who made the small things going wrong behind the scenes unaware to me. The first time I saw Rami that day was about halfway through the reception to tell me we had run out of alcohol. She was very emotional in her delivery and I had panicked on her. This created a SCENE at the wedding and people got involved. She ended up crying in front of guests and went crazy on everyone. She wanted to charge my maid of honor about $1000 on the spot to get more alcohol. It was crazy because as soon as we calmed her down she magically found more without charging us. She started to kick people out of the party for just standing there because according to her \"they were drinking too much\". The sheriffs at the party were very nice and patient of the whole situation and said \"they would never had decided that but had to follow what their employer wanted\". She argued with people from my family and yelled at numerous people such as my parents, in laws, bridal party, guests and myself. On our timeline our end time for the party was 11 am and we had to be out by 12 am. But I later learned that Rami had her team start picking up center pieces at 9:30 pm!!! The sheet cake in the back was never put out and Rami never handed over my DJ the bridal party introduction list which was said incorrectly. Rami also had her team throw away my bouquet that had my grandmothers pendant who passed way on it. It was so embarrassing to have so many things go wrong that clearly could have been avoided. I just wish I would have picked another venue to get married out. What happened on my wedding day was not worth the price I paid. I have been so heartbroken about all of it. I hope this review helps the next bride never go through everything I went through with the venue.

Jennifer was everywhere but out of the way at the same time and to have someone who helped keep you calm but on time was amazing. We were told when we signed that we couldn’t do sparklers for our exit....Jennifer and another member of her staff went and found sparklers after I told them about what we were told (this was 20 minutes before our exit, talk about perfect) and we had an amazing exit! I highly recommend this beautiful venue, not only for the venue itself but for the amazing staff that comes with it! Also, shout out to the chef...the premium fajita buffet....ROCKED IT!

Personally, I wouldn't recommend The Milestone, based on my experience on my wedding day and how my guests were treated. Now that I have gotten my deposit back, I will explain why. PROS:The venue is pretty and spacious - The catering food was great - There are a lot of different ways you can utilize the space - The location, being off the highway makes it a quiet place to get married! My Experience:The coordinators, on my wedding day, repeatedly said they were only there to help me \"stay on time\" and not to ensure my decorations were all set. - My friends, photographer, and 1 of my makeup people went and made sure things were set up. We didn't stay on time, nobody came and got me for my first look or help \"coordinate\" that, even though that was on the timeline.Because we didn't stay on time, I didn't get ANY pictures on the Balcony OR with my wedding party BEFORE our wedding! (This is EXTREMELY annoying).The coordinators were not very helpful!About 30 minutes before I walked down the aisle (we were already 15 minutes last in starting), they said the outside speakers were not working and we're trying to convince my singer, that I paid to sing to stand inside and sing. They didn't ask me; they made this decision. Once my best friend told me what was happening, I had to walk over and tell them to allow my singer to sing outside. (if you read the reviews, you will see the sound system isn't a new problem. I, unfortunately, didn't read the reviews beforehand). We were not asked about any dietary restrictions. My husband is actually vegan but was given a cold plate of food, with meat and things that he couldn't eat. If you decided to Book things to do - Watch your fee list. Know how much a bar on the balcony is, know how much linens are (and what they look like), how much it will cost per hour to extend your time. Know that the time that you rent for them INCLUDES the last hour being used to clean up for the venue. In your \"pre-wedding meeting,\" have pictures of how the wedding should look and where places should go. Hire your own day of planner so that your friends and family do not have to help you set up. OR prepare your friends and family to help you set up. LOOK at the coordinator list BEFORE your wedding day, so you know what they are supposed to do. If you have OCD, like me, ensure that you have pictures of your decor and your timeline, so everyone else is away of what is to be expected. (having your own day of planner can also help with this). Think twice before deciding on the Milestone and ask questions through email, so you have it documented on your wedding day. Lastly, take some time to go through the reviews on here and look at how they respond OR choose not to respond to the other people who have left negative reviews. That is a great insight into how they view customer service. The great thing for me is the only guest that knew about any of this and complained to me was only a handful. BUT for the money you will spend here and for the memories of your wedding day, having people the coordinators have awful customer service is the LAST thing you will want to deal with on your wedding day!

We could not have asked for a better venue for our June wedding. When rain would have ruined our outdoor ceremony, Aislinn quickly moved into action and seamlessly brought the ceremony indoors with little interruption or inconvenience to our guests. We could not have asked for a better venue for our June wedding. When rain would have ruined our outdoor ceremony, Aislinn quickly moved into action and seamlessly brought the ceremony indoors with little interruption or inconvenience to our guests. We highly recommend The Milestone and using their catering and bar service! It was worth every penny!

The Milestone went above and beyond for our wedding day! Not only did everything go without a hitch, but they were very accommodating to all of our vendors and assisted them with whatever they needed. The venue and the bridal/groom suites were so clean and well lit when we arrived. I loved every minute of my wedding. I got married back in April of this year and couldn’t have planned a more perfect day. When we booked this venue it was under new management so when they switched I was nervous of changes/new people. However, everyone I worked with leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day were absolutely helpful and kind. Everything went great thanks to the staff there and the venue was stunning. I highly recommend this venue for your special day!!

The venue was absolutely beautiful and all of our guests raved about it all night! The staff was overall pretty accommodating! The only drawback was our open bar ran out of alcohol early in the night when they claimed this was something that never happened.

This venue was beautiful! I am very happy with our choice. We started looking for a venue 2 years before our date, and they kept the price that was in place when we booked our initial walkthrough (which was AMAZING!) The venue is rustic, but with the right touches of classic. The staff was very easy to get in touch with, and the price of the venue wasn't outrageous. I was a little disappointed that the venue was bought out a few weeks before my wedding. They had changed the name from The Springs to the Milestone. So, a lot of my guests were really confused. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose The Milestone time and time again.
