The Mill at Manor Falls is a wedding venue located in Millersville, PA. This restored rustic structure is an inviting space where couples can celebrate their union among loved ones. The scenic surroundings and private event hall make your special day feel exclusive and personal. The Mill at Manor Falls features climate-controlled dressing rooms that you can use to prepare for your ceremony. In these suites, you can take a moment to relax with your chosen wedding entourage before the festivities begin. The rooms are comfortably outfitted with enough space to accommodate any hair or makeup teams you may have hired. Your ceremony can take place on the grounds of the mill itself. Situated right next to Little Consetoga Creek, this establishment features beautiful natural scenery. Consider the manicured lawns for your service, or exchange your vows against a backdrop of one of the waterfalls. A rustic bridge can also be found here, ideal for photo opportunities following your vow recital. Guests can enjoy a cocktail reception on the stone patio outside of the mill itself. Inside, where your main meal and dancing can take place, you will find a delightfully modern space with distinct rustic hints in its decor. Exposed ceiling beams echo the building’s original purpose and polished wooden floors give it a warm and welcoming feel. This main event space can accommodate up to 150 seated guests. The Mill at Manor Falls offers a wedding package that is sure to make your celebration seamless. You will be granted exclusive access to the property for the full duration of your occasion, allowing you to transition from ceremony to reception with ease. A host from the mill will be present on the day to help conduct your event. Seating and tables for both your service and dining will be provided. In order to customize your momentous day, you are permitted to include outside vendors of your choice, such as caterers and florists. A preferred vendor list is also available from the management. The Mill is located on a beautiful bend of the Little Conestoga River and yes, there are falls, outside fire pit and plenty of on-site parking. However, I absolutely fell in love with the interior of the mill itself. It was the perfect venue for our winter wedding reception. Upstairs for cocktail hour and downstairs for dinner. The mill was decorated for Christmas and fireplaces burning on both floors really made it feel cozy. The staff here was fabulous from start to finish. All the contract expectations were presented and clear. They were able to give us a list of vendors familiar with the venue which was a great starting place. Their staff worked with our catering and day-of coordinators and it all went without a hitch. You will love it here!

We fell in love with The Mill when we first visited it and we’re thrilled that we got to get married there! It is an absolutely stunning property—quiet and serene and beautifully restored. The bridal suite was gorgeous and had plenty of space, and the side yard was perfect for our outdoor ceremony. Jen was wonderful to work with and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this venue!

The Mill is beautiful and very easy to work with! Laura and her staff are communicative throughout the whole process, and they were always responsive to my questions. Day-of we had a host, Jeanie, who was super helpful with setting up our special day!The Mill has several locations on-site to host your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. My husband and I were the first couple to get married back at the waterfall and it was beautiful! They have cohesive rain plans and backups for any kind of incident on your special day. Would highly recommend.

We had our August wedding at The Mill at Manor Falls and couldn't be happier with the venue and its owner/manager. There is so much natural beauty on the grounds. We had our ceremony outdoors by the creek, and we had our first touch and exchanged/read love letters by the falls. Cocktail hour was on the patio and upstairs in the gallery, and our reception was inside. The indoor spaces are both rustic and elegant, which was perfect for our enchanted forest theme and would have still been wonderful for our ceremony if weather hadn't allowed us outside.Jen and Laura were very easy to work with leading up to the day, and Jen was so warm and helpful the day before when we came in to decorate (only available if no event that day) and on our big day. And when mother nature added a little spice with some big bugs passing through on the morning of our wedding, they found a couple of other options outdoors that could work and even comped me for some extra services I'd paid for, which was beyond kind.We had the wedding of our dreams and we're so grateful.

I HIGHLY recommend the Mill at Manor Falls. From the beginning of the whole process, Laura and her team were helpful, kind, and professional. The space is so gorgeous and perfect for a historic and cozy setting. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the space was and guests really enjoyed the fire pit outside. The space is beautifully maintained and cleaned, and all of our needs (setting up chairs, tables, etc.) were taken care of. Brides, you are going to LOVE the bridal suite.

Laura was awesome to work with and the property is just so stunning and perfect, you will not be disappointed if you pick this venue to get married at! We LOVE that there was a waterfall for us to do our first look at. We love that we were able to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outside enjoying the beautiful fall weather. The inside is just as beautiful as the outside. From the bridal suite to the reception space. I have nothing but great things to say about the Mill and I will recommend it to every future engaged couple I know/meet!

We had our wedding at the Mill at Manor earlier this month. I would recommend this venue over and over again. Laura was great. There were some mishaps with other vendors, but Laura and my coordinator handled the situations so well and informed us at the end. The venue is beautiful and there’s a nice space for the wedding parties to get ready and hang out.

Best Day Ever! We truly had the best time on our wedding day! The venue fit what we were looking for perfectly. Laura didn't skip a beat with communication. She always answered every question and was great with suggestions. From the first tour to clean up (which we didn't do any of!) everything was perfect. Our wedding was outside at the pergola, perfect fall day, our guests raved about the leaves falling like snow in the background ! Our cocktail hour was outside on the patio-our guests couldn't say enough about this space, it's gorgeous! Our reception was inside. Again, the inside reception space is perfectly lit for a dreamy wedding. There isn't much that needs to be added. The upstairs bridal suite is undeniably amazing! We've been reliving our event and wouldn't change anything, it was so beautiful! Thank you, Laura!

I'm still receiving phone calls and texts telling me how beautiful everything was. This is your perfect wedding venue. Communication was top notch, Laura answered everything along the way no matter how small or big the questions were. Very professional and the venue was nothing short of majestic. I have 0 regrets in any aspect of selecting this venue. Also the great thing is this is NOT an all inclusive you so can actually plan it all to your liking. We ended up using a couple of their vendors that have been there previously so they knew the place like the back of their hand. Thank you for everything!

The venue was wonderful to work with! They provide someone there the entire time to make sure everything goes smoothly. The place is beautiful and has so many places for wonderful wedding photos! The only down side is if you have a long dress it gets caught easily in the wooden floors.

The Mill at Manor Falls was the perfect venue for my husband and I. After searching through Lancaster County's options, almost every venue was a barn, and we didn't quite feel that it was \"us.\" When we viewed The Mill, it had the perfect touches of rustic and modern throughout. They maintained the beauty of the old flour mill all while making it look presentable for weddings. It is truly a unique spot in Lancaster. I loved that they had several options for outdoor ceremony spots, and that they also had indoor areas just in case it rained. Laura was timely in responding when we had questions and was very flexible to work with, all while remaining professional. Her staff was great the day-of and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely recommend this venue to any couple looking for an affordable option that highlights nature in a private setting.

We can’t recommend The Mill at Manor Falls highly enough! It was the perfect space for our wedding. After a few days of searching for venues with mixed results, as soon as we found this location it was an immediate breath of fresh air - wonderfully and tastefully renovated and restored with an eye towards both aesthetic concerns and historical realities. The grounds are gorgeous and our guests could not stop talking about how nice the space was, with the multiple little areas (ruins, fire pit, pergola, etc.) where people can spend time outside if they choose, which is exactly what we wanted. Our original plan was to have our cocktail hour out on the patio. When the threat of rain occurred, we moved it into the upstairs space and it worked out perfectly. When the sun came back out after dinner, everyone headed out to the patio to enjoy the space. Laura and Don were so accommodating and organized, but were also laid back – a rare combination! Our wedding day was fantastic and it was due in large part to The Mill at Manor Falls.

We felt so blessed to have our wedding at The Mill at Manor Falls. The venue is absolutely absolutely beautiful and Laura was awesome to work with. Laura made the process go so smooth, she was also present on our wedding day and jumped right in to help when our day of coordinator needed to run out for something. We were so impressed! This venue has it all, outdoor and indoor ceremony options, great location for beautiful photos and the kindest hosts to work alongside you and help every step of the way! We honestly couldn’t be happier with The Mill at Manor Falls.

We were overall very impressed with the Mill. We worked with Laura through the entire process, who was easy going and helped our day go over smoothly. The actual location itself was a stunner! The waterfalls located at the end of the path made for incredible engagement photos, and the property itself was perfect for our wedding portraits on our big day. We had a Christmas themed wedding, and the rustic/historic appeal of the venue really worked well with our vision. We wanted to avoid barns, but still wanted something that wasn’t over the top with “glam”. This was the perfect happy medium! Everything looked absolutely stunning and the process in planning with them was good as well. We were over the moon happy, and would recommend the Mill to anyone! 5 stars!

Almost two months following our Wedding 2.0 (COVID-delayed from 2020) and our guests still can't stop raving about the venue - and we totally agree! It was the perfect backdrop for our renewal ceremony and reception, elegant but welcoming with a historical touch. From a getting ready perspective, my husband was able to relax in the groom's area while my bridal party, mom, grandma, and I enjoyed getting ready in the bridal suite. The pergola was the perfect spot for our ceremony, our photographer found beautiful areas along the grounds for our photos, and the reception area was perfect for our 90 guests. Laura was fantastic about working with us and our wedding coordinator to ensure all of the little details we wanted were included, everything was arranged appropriately, and everyone enjoyed themselves. We cannot recommend this venue enough, and are so grateful Laura and Don worked with us for just over two years to make the day perfect!

My grandparents (married 60+ years) went to see the venue with us and they said it makes them want to get married again! The owners (Laura and Don) are great to work with. If you haven't seen this property I recommend going for a visit.

Where to begin - because of Covid, we were supposed to get married in June 2020, then postponed until September 2020, then finally tied the knot at The Mill in August 2021. From the start, Laura and Don guided us and had so much patience throughout what was a crazy 2 years of wedding planning. Anything I needed, I emailed Laura and received a timely response. They were so accommodating in every way, especially the day before the wedding, where our setup took much longer than anticipated and they allowed us to stay late to finish up things. The venue is beautiful, inside and out, and we're so happy we chose it. It's got its own character and is very convenient to downtown Lancaster - where we wanted our out-of-town guests to stay. The owners keep the place very clean and the grounds are so well kept - lovely plants and flowers! I received a ton of compliments from my guests from the waterfall to the outdoor patio! Some venues are so large, you barely get to see certain people, but The Mill is more intimate and everything is all in the same place, which we loved. I also loved the bridal suite, very spacious and tastefully decorated. I can go on, but I will leave it at - this is a wonderful place to hold a wedding!

This venue is beautiful inside and out, and perfect for anyone who loves nature and waterfalls. I had several guests comment to me on the day of my reception about how beautiful and we'll maintained the grounds are. On top of that a few said they got there and just sat in their car a few minutes to take in the beauty of the venue. Laura is also the sweetest and most genuine venue owner. She was there adjusting temperatures and making sure everything was running well day of. She was available by cell if needed or just a few feet of walking. We loved having our reception there and tell people about it all the time!

She is extremely organized and played more of an active role in our big day than simply just the owner of the venue. From the moment we arrived on the day of, Laura was available for questions/help and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clear right from the start and there were no surprises or \"fine print\". The renovations that were done to make The Mill an event venue were tastefully done to keep the rustic history while also making it a very cozy and welcoming venue. The bridal suite is gorgeous with ample room for bridesmaids, bride, and others to get ready for the day. Our photographer and videographer loved the lighting inside and scenery outside, and don't even get us started on the waterfall! From beginning to end, our experience with The Mill at Manor Falls was absolutely perfect and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking to host any event.

First off, this place is absolutely amazing. The property is extremely well kept and just unlike any other venue we looked at. The Owners (Laura and Don) were very kind and helpful. The property is huge and there are a lot of nice places for pictures, so your photographer can get creative. There are also multiple places to put the altar if you want to get creative with that too, depending on the number of guests. The mill itself is beautifully restored and to be honest we were kind of in shock when we walked in. We immediately knew it was the place for us. Its one of those places you must see in person because pictures just don’t do it the justice it deserves. They have a huge bridal suite complete with its own bathroom, couches, counters and multiple mirrors for getting hair and make-up done. There is a smaller grooms suite, but it was perfect for what we needed since we are really only just getting dressed. There is a nice outdoor stamped concrete patio for cocktail hour or if the weather isn’t cooperating there is a smaller dining area upstairs that this can also be held. The entire wedding from start to clean up went smoothly. If you want something a little different than the typical ballroom or barn wedding venue this is definitely your place!

We were scheduled to have our wedding reception at the Mill back in the end of March 2020. Then about a week and a half before our date, the COVID lockdown happened and we had to make the difficult decision to postpone the \"big event\" portion and just have a private ceremony. But Laura was so helpful and understanding, and we were able to reschedule the reception for middle of November without any issues. Working with Laura was wonderful -- she's very kind and willing to answer any questions you have. She made everything so easy. And the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are beautiful and the charm of the Mill makes it so easy to have a lovely event there, without having to do much decorating. It's already beautiful! Also, for the brides-to-be out there, the bridal suite for getting ready is AMAZING. Our hair stylists couldn't stop raving about it being one of the nicest \"getting ready\" spaces they've been to. Anyway, I can't say enough good things about our wedding event at the Mill. You won't regret having your event there and working with Laura and Don. My husband and I have technically had 2 \"weddings\" this year -- if we could have a third, we'd book the Mill again in a heartbeat. ;)

If you’re looking for quintessential Lancaster County charm in a building with all the modern amenities, look no further than The Mill at Manor Falls! Laura and Don have done an incredible job refurbishing a piece of history into an absolutely beautiful wedding venue. The Mill is located on gorgeous picturesque grounds, with a nearby waterfall and creek that make you feel like you’re in your own completely private world, even though you have all the conveniences nearby. As soon as we saw this venue, we knew immediately that it would be perfect for our late September wedding.Laura was fantastic and very professional to work with through the entire process, giving us plenty of time to explore the venue, addressing the COVID concerns that are currently happening, and responding promptly to all inquiries. Laura has a selection of well-known vendors in the area that are great to work with, but she’s very accommodating to anyone you would choose for your reception.The actual mill has two full floors (and we’d love to see the completed third floor one day!). The first floor reception area is a beautifully re-done reception room that only needed some basic table linens, arrangements and flowers to dress up. Our reception was just under 100 people and no one felt cramped or confined inside with our served buffet, bar and DJ setup. The upstairs has a spacious, private bridal suite, though the groom’s quarters were a little snug – but both areas were very well-done with all the amenities you would need. There’s also a spacious open room that could also hold a cocktail hour during inclement weather and served as a great overflow from the bridal suite and groom's quarters (with a kitchenette area and gorgeous fireplace). The surrounding grounds have flowers in bloom spring through fall and will definitely make your photos pop! Overall our guests still haven’t stopped complimenting us on how beautiful the whole wedding experience was and we’re so grateful for Laura and Don’s hospitality in helping to make our dream wedding come true - and all within less than four months of the proposal! The Mill at Manor Falls is a beautiful, private, spacious mill that I am so thrilled I found for my wedding! I am a Covid bride, and Laura was so kind in helping me make changes to have a wedding during a pandemic. She eased my worries and gave us a great deal to split our event over two years due to the virus. The bridal suite is beautiful and has a door that takes you to the upstairs cocktail area with a full fridge and sink (great for getting ready and having breakfast/lunch) There are so many different areas outside to have your ceremony, not to mention the water fall is an awesome place for photos! I highly recommend this venue!!

After looking at 5-10 venues around Lancaster, we chose The Mill at Manor Falls! We loved everything about the venue & loved working with Laura. She was attentive & made our wedding happen despite the COVID restrictions. We were able to decorate the venue a day in advance which eliminated so much of our stress. Our wedding was about 6 days ago, and everything went so smooth! Laura helped out during the day to make sure things were looking perfect and running smoothly! Our wedding day was everything that we could have ever dreamed of. We were lucky enough to use & donate a triangle arch that was built from my dad to The Mill. I hope others can use it & love it as much as we did! Thank you Laura & family for being amazing.

After looking at 5-10 venues around Lancaster, we chose The Mill at Manor Falls! We loved everything about the venue & loved working with Laura. Laura was amazing and super helpful, the venue and location were beautiful. Laura has really thought of everything when designing the Mill at Manor Falls. Throughout the day she checked in frequently to see if we needed anything, and she was there every step of the way helping to plan and answer all questions we had about the venue and setting up for our wedding. Something that many venues forget about is a comfortable place for the bridal party to get ready, but The Mill at Manor Falls boasts a huge bridal suite with a bathroom and vanity as well as a separate grooms room with a tv and mini fridge. There are several options outside for your ceremony location with electric hookups, it's along a creek and there is even a waterfall on the property. The other awesome thing about the Mill at Manor Falls was the seamless backup option in case of rain, we could have the ceremony on the main floor, and cocktail hour upstairs and we weren't forced to make a decision about having it inside or outside until that day. Don't be discouraged when you hear all music has to be off at 10pm, we started our ceremony a little earlier in the day and had plenty of time to enjoy our reception, dancing, and fun! Our guests loved the location too, they all raved about how beautiful it was. I can't say enough good things about this venue and the owner Laura.

We literally felt like we found gold when a friend have us the contact information for The Mill 4 months after they opened. Laura was fabulous to work with and so accommodating, and the property is BEAUTIFUL. We had our ceremony outside on the grounds, cocktail hour upstairs/outside in the patio, and the reception downstairs. We had 100 guests and everyone was very comfortable (helps that we basically had San Diego weather). Facility is climate controlled, there’s a beautiful bridal suite with plenty of space to get ready and a private bathroom. Absolutely canNOT recommend the Mill enough, we felt like we snuck in under the wire and got a peek at Lancaster’s next most popular venue.

This was the perfect venue. The owners are wonderful to work with for your wedding. This is their baby. They want it to be your special day. We can’t say how great the day was for our daughter and son-in-law’s day. This is the hidden treasure of Lancaster County. You get the whole mill and property for the day. They are willing to work with you to get it all set up for the day. And they are there for the entire event. They are new. Being new they give over 100 percent. We got married at The Mill at Manor Falls one month ago! It was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! The Mill is gorgeous! The first floor was used for our reception. It comfortably fit 17 tables (with room for more), a sweetheart table, a dance floor, and a permanently installed bar. As well as the gift table, cake table, memorial table, DJ booth, and a buffet line for dinner. The room had a beautiful cozy ambiance with lower ceilings and string lights wrapped throughout the room. The second floor and outside on their patio is where we had our cocktail hour, it was very spacious and they had plenty of tables, chairs, and high top tables for our guest to use. We decided to rent a dry bar for the cocktail hour as they only have one bar on the first floor reception area. The second floor also contains a beautiful large bridal suite with a private bathroom, and a much smaller groom's room which worked fine for the men. We had our wedding outside at their permanently installed Pergola. Our florist decorated it with flowers, greenery and tulle, and it looked beautiful! It TOTALLY fit my enchanted wedding theme! We had to bring our own table to use for the sand ceremony which was fine as a family member made a table for us as a gift! We narrowly missed a rain storm but the owners Laura and Don Dombach had clear umbrellas on hand to come to our rescue if need be! There are many beautiful photo opportunities on their grounds too! They do have a waterfall but the path to it was muddy so we missed that photo opp. Since the wedding I have talked to the owner and she said they have laid down stones on the path to the waterfall so future bride's can get to it easier! The owners were around all day helping any way they could! They were SO easy and fun to work with! I highly recommend this venue! We were only the 2nd wedding they've EVER had, and I would have thought they were doing this for years!! The price is a little high but comparable and cheaper than other venues in the area I had looked at. They also worked with us on a price as we were on a budget. I've attached some pictures of our magical day. I will forever look back and fondly remember our perfect day!! Thank you SO much Laura and Don!! ❤❤❤

I can't say enough about The Mill at Manor Falls!! We just had our wedding there on June 21st, and I couldn't have asked for a better location!! There are countless spots to have your ceremony outside, and we had a hard time narrowing it down!
