The Mill is a trendy wedding venue located in Bloomington, IN. This century-old building has been renovated into a charmingly modern event space while still offering much of its original charm. Fitted with all the essentials needed, couples and their loved ones are invited to make themselves at home. With a maximum capacity of up to 200 standing individuals or 130 seated guests, it is idyllic for both intimate and grand gatherings. Manager Nick Faulkenberg has a dozen years of experience helping couples plan and host unforgettable celebrations. We make it our mission to provide all the assistance required to guarantee a successful event. The Mill is an architectural masterpiece that connects past and present with a stylish aesthetic. The original saw-tooth ceiling, exposed brick walls, and polished concrete floors all highlight an urban-industrial design that provides an idyllic backdrop to a special occasion. What’s more, it alludes to a sense of flexibility, ensuring each host can apply their own vision into the look and feel of their wedding. An outside patio allows newly-weds and their guests to catch their breath during all of the festivities in a socially-serene setting. This area is also overlooked by a first-floor balcony which can be accessed from inside the venue. Partners planning their event at The Mill can look forward to an extensive selection of services. Some, of which, are thoughtfully curated into various wedding packages that ensure all requirements are accommodated from start to finish. Should the couple have something more elaborate or unique in mind, a collection can be customized solely for their individual needs. To-be-weds are also provided a list of vendor referrals who have previously worked with the venue before and have shown exemplary quality through their services. Some furniture and decor can be obtained directly from the administration with audio and lighting equipment found at the property as well.
