Situated in the heart of Upper Cumberland in Baxter, TN, The Monarch is a restored warehouse venue that perfectly blends historic features and accents with contemporary amenities. This 1920s former hardware store offers lovingly restored and renovated event spaces to facilitate memorable celebrations. Here, everything from intimate elopements to grand wedding occasions can be expertly accommodated. The various events spaces offered by The Monarch are spread across two floors and include both indoor and outdoor options. The patio is an ideal area for a cozy ceremony in the open air. The Main Hall, located on the first floor, offers a bright and airy indoor ceremony setting. Here, the original brickwork and wooden beams have been painted white to provide a pristine event backdrop. The poured concrete flooring contrasts with the gold and crystal chandeliers here, creating an industrial chic athestic. This room’s lighting can be dimmed to create your desired event ambiance, and this space can comfortably accommodate up to 275 guests. For your cocktail hour, the private courtyard provides the perfect spot, before guests transition to the second-floor Main Hall for a stunning seated reception. Here, 100-year-old hardwood flooring is complemented by warm, red-brick walls and steel beams. Modern chandelier lighting illuminates the elegant event furniture within the space, which can seat up to 275 reception attendees. Stylish and comfortable get-ready rooms are provided on-site, allowing both sides of the wedding party to relax and prepare for their celebration at their leisure. These spaces have been thoughtfully decorated with full-length mirrors, styling stations, plush furnishings, and much more. A prep kitchen is also located within the venue and can be utilized by outside caterers to facilitate quick and convenient service. An array of event furniture is included in the rental of this venue, including faux marble tables, infinity chairs and cushions, and highboy tables.

The Monarch is a beautiful venue! The size is perfect and the settings are very unique. The staff were very accommodating and provided a calming effect. Furnishings were also very pretty with real chairs (not flimsy folding chairs), faux marble top tables, perfect size bar and buffet tables. My daughter could not have chosen a better place

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Monarch. Being in middle TN, it was hard to explain to everyone why we were going so far outside of town for our wedding and I just kept saying \"you'll understand when you see the venue\

If you are searching for a wedding venue, search no further. The Monarch is an absolute DREAM!! Everything that I have hoped and looked for since I was a little girl came true on December 12th in Baxter, Tennessee. Kellie and her team worked with me every step of the way and helped to ensure my day went flawlessly!! I will always recommend the Monarch to new brides! You cannot find a more timeless space with the most jaw dropping details!! I cannot stop reliving this day over and over again!!!

When I toured the Monarch I instantly fell in love with the space. Kellie was easy to work with and made all of my Pinterest dreams come true. The layout of the The Monarch is functional for any size event. The Monarch is elegant and classy and each detail did not go unnoticed. The raw space is the perfect blank canvas for you to create the event of your dreams.

The Monarch met all of my expectations I had for my wedding day. The building gives you a big city feel in a small town. It is beautiful and the simplicity of the space gives you free reign of decorating it however you want. Although we went with the elopement package, it was still gorgeous with minimal decor. From the white brick to the upstairs black wall, and the suites being the perfect photo spot. Our day felt like a dream and forever obsessed with our wedding venue!! Kellie was quick to respond to our emails and helped us with the planning process as well. Could not recommend this place enough.

Kellie Fitzpatrick (Owner) Hello! My husband and I took a chance and bought this historic warehouse at an auction. I was a wedding photographer many years ago, and have always been passionate about the industry. We mixed 1920's industrial elements with just a touch of 1920's glam. Industrial chic is the vibe, and we LOVE it. We can't wait to welcome you and show you around.
