The Monroe on 415th is a wedding and event venue located in McMinnville, TN. Owners Sarah and Josh Morgan put their heart and soul into creating a truly special setting for couples to exchange vows and celebrate their union. The Monroe on 415th has a minimalistic design and neutral color palette, making it the perfect blank canvas for your wedding vision. You can begin your day in the two luxurious get-ready suites, both featuring spacious areas to get ready for your wedding day, modern and luxurious furniture, a stocked mini fridge, and a coffee bar. You may opt to say "I do" in the bright and airy barn, or on the rock pathway beneath the mature trees. Next, enjoy your cocktail hour in the outdoor courtyard, adorned with string lights for a romantic ambiance, before heading back indoors for your reception. The barn features a unique custom curved staircase and open arch framework for a striking touch, and its open floor plan can be set up according to your preference. There's also a spacious prep kitchen for your caterer's use. The Monroe on 415th offers a choice of two wedding packages. Each package includes setup, cleanup, tables, linens, chairs, arbors, decor stock, and WiFi access. You'll also have access to the venue for a rehearsal prior to your event. If you choose the more extensive package, you'll also receive access to The Monroe's stock of custom-built arbors and backdrops, charger plates, additional hours for rehearsal, and cocktail tables. When I got engaged this new venue was still being built in my hometown so I toured it just to see what the hype was about and immediately fell in love. Our wedding at The Monroe on 415th was so incredible. Sarah, Josh, Bailey & the rest of their team was a pleasure to work with. The venue was the perfect size for our 160 guest wedding and it was spacious for our bridal party as well. We had 13 bridesmaids & 13 groomsman so that says a lot. I had 20 people in the bridal suite the day of and it was plenty big for all of us. They even have a keurig with coffee pods and a stocked fridge with water, orange juice, creamer, etc. The ceremony space outside has a gorgeous cobblestone walkway & I loved my cross backdrop. We got married in the fall & used the cocktail hour space for hot chocolate & apple cider, games (big tic tac toe, cornhole, big jenga, big checkers), large light up letters, a custom built backdrop that was included in my contract that I used for a photo backdrop (they built & painted it better than I could have even imagined), a charcuterie table, & s’mores on the included fire pit. The reception space was perfect to have the food table buffet under the arches, live band up top, large bridal party table in the back, round tables throughout, cake table by the stairs & we still had plenty of room for a dance floor. Pictures inside on the large stairway are gorgeous. Everywhere here is so modern, white, gold & airy. The space was everything we wanted and more! They had lots of decor to choose from but also let you use/bring what you wanted as well to make it truly your day. The Monroe team answered all of my questions and was happy to help in any way they could. It was a beautiful, peaceful, memorable wedding day & I know I owe a lot of that to the Monroe team. Thank you so much for everything! This venue & your crew will always hold a special place in my heart. Our wedding day truly was the best day of our lives.

The Monroe was an absolute dream to work with! Each staff member was easy to work with and made the wedding planning process enjoyable. The bridal suite was perfect for my girls and I to start the day, this is an amazing space for us to spend time together and enjoy the day. Our ceremony was outside and the setting was absolutely beautiful. Their space for cocktail hour was a great place for guests to grab snacks, drinks, and hangout while the bridal party and families were taking photos. The reception area is simply bright and beautiful, the place settings the Monroe had to choose from were gorgeous and the details made it! This venue was exactly what I was looking for and exceeded all of my expectations! I highly recommend working with the Monroe, you will not be disappointed!

The Monroe on 415th is the best venue in Tennessee. As a wedding vendor and bride myself, The Monroe was the best venue I have ever worked with. Having my wedding here was an absolute dream.The space itself is planned out so intricately and delicately. Every detail is planned to perfection. The staff is incredibly helpful and wants to make each part of your day memorable. They offer so many in house decor options that flow so well with the venue. It also is so helpful since it limits how much you have to bring with you on the day of!I always think that you can really tell how a venue is once you hear the feedback from the other vendors that work there. From my planner, photographer, dj, and caterer, everyone had nothing but great things to say.We couldn't have been happier with our choice to get married here. I would highly recommend touring and choosing The Monroe.

As a wedding filmmaker so much of what is captured and included in the film is dependent on the venue and the staff that facilitates every detail of the day. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The Monroe on 415th was absolutely exceptional and the ascetic that was showcased in my film was possible because of this venue's beauty. If you are looking for a place to get married, look no further. I absolutely LOVE this venue.

We had our wedding here in February and it was absolutely georgous!! The owner is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond!!! The bridal room was so beautiful and spacious!! Highly recommend The Monroe on 415th for sure!! Thank you again for making our day so very special!!

The most gorgeous setting and Venue with every detail thought out to accommodate anyone's event! Sarah was the kindest and most helpful person ever. Always so quick to respond to our needs. I couldn’t have asked for more!! I can’t believe we got to be one of the first weddings here!! 🥰🥰

Absolutely loved this Venue!! It was so private and secluded. It made for such a perfect day!! The Archways in this place made it feel so modern and gave it such boho vibes. Sarah and her team were absolutely amazing to work with they made the whole process seamless.
