Moore Mansion Event Center was created in 2007, three years after Brad & Debra purchased and began an historic restoration of the 1908 Beaux Arts style mansion. Requests for private events at he property began rolling in soon after the restoration began in April 2004. By 2007 the property was sufficiently restored to begin hosting outdoor events with limited indoor use. Today the property is in high demand for wedding ceremonies/receptions and other private events.

There are so many beautiful venues in our area and maybe I’m biased but The Moore Mansion has to be the best! Not just because of the beautiful venue itself but because of the outstanding and dedicated work that Sandrine and Lisette along with their families do. They are truly amazing wedding coordinators who will go above and beyond for you on your day. On your special day they will absorb all of the stress for you and make sure that your day runs flawlessly. I cannot thank them enough for the work they did for us, so many of our guests have told us that we had the best wedding they’d ever been to and guess what? Other than picking the vendors I pretty much didn’t do anything lol I sat down with sandrine and lisette to make the timeline and they took care of the rest ensuring that each part of our day went according to plan. I was expecting so much more stress on wedding day based on what others had told me about their weddings but I seriously didn’t worry about anything. It takes truly special people to be able to coordinate such a beautiful day and we had the absolute best and most happiest day of our lives thanks to them! I couldn't imagine what my wedding would have been like if I didnt have her! She was seriously sent by Angel's to help make our day perfect. Staff was an absolute dream to work with--met with us plenty in advance, was incredibly flexible on the day of, did anything they could think of to make things easier on us. The entire experience was so much less stressful because of the Mansion's involvement. That they had worked with our caterer before and supplied the DJ meant we barely had to talk to our vendors at all; all the coordination just happened without us. I can't overstate how much you get for your money at the Mansion, and the money all goes back into the Mansion, making it better for the next couple and for non-profit events hosted in the Tri-Cities. On top of all that, the venue was *gorgeous*. Not one person at our wedding had a bad thing to say about it, despite it being an over-100 degree day. Nearly a year later, we still get comments about how beautiful the venue was. We didn't supply any flowers--the Mansion doesn't need any. So we saved a ton by not having a florist at all. One of the owners is a veteran, and offered to make the area a no-cap zone so my in-uniform Marine little brother could take his cap off. They supplied all the linens for the tables, all the chairs, and extra tables for us and our caterers. My husband and I went to look at the Mansion first, and meet with the owners, and left the meeting cancelling all our other venue appointments, because we knew we had found the perfect venue. Debra is nothing short of AMAZING, and simply wonderful to work with. I was planning a wedding in Washington from California, and Debra was always quick to respond to my questions. She loves what she does and goes out of her way to make sure everything flows smoothly on your special day. She has beautiful linens to choose from, well manicured grounds that photograph beautifully (save money on floral arrangments with this venue!), and perfect lighting on the grounds. DJ services are included in the venue fee as well, which made things so much simpler for me. Having all the tables, chairs, linens, tents, lighting, DJ, and more taken care of for one price was a huge stress relief and I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of Debra. The owners are so wonderful and easy to talk to, plus they think of everything. The tables and chairs, linens (full round-to-the-grounds!), colored napkins, and food/beverage tents all come with the package and, best of all, the DJ was included too! Not some random kid with iTunes, the DJ(s) are a husband/wife duo of awesomeness. Kymm coordinates all the ceremony and event music and timing and her husband plays all of the dance music for the fully-lit gazebo. The venue photographs beautifully and the ceremony flows smoothly into the reception. The only reservation I had was that there isn't a groom's room but it wasn't necessary for us and since the house is still being reconstructed into it's original beauty, I am sure that won't be forever!
