The National Museum of Nuclear Science and History Reviews
Kimberly Golich(parent)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-12-2018 Our daughter was married on December 1, 2018 at the museum and we were blown away by how easy and enjoyable it was to work with the event coordinator and staff. Claudia and Ethan on the day of the wedding bent over backwards to help us make our daughters wedding perfect!! Words can not express how greatful we are for everything over the months leading up to the wedding. Every time I contacted Claudia to ask questions she responded almost instantly and always made me feel like my little worries would be taken care of and they totally were. The wedding was small and intimate about 60 people but the care we were given you would have thought we were a large high dollar group putting on an event. My daughter and her new husband are both high school science teachers so this was the perfect venue for their special day. The ceremony and reception were both held here and all the guests were shocked that such a place could be such an amazing wedding venue. The Museum supplied all the tables(round, banquet and high boys) chairs and table linens in white or black while we supplied the decorations. The museum allowed us in the day before the wedding to work on decorations then the day of the wedding we were allowed to set up as long as we didnt block doorways. It was such a wonderful experience and even the volunteers at the museum were helpful when we were trying to get all of our decorations in. We did damage a table at the wedding and the museum was good about letting us know how to take care of the issue without making a huge issue out of it which we really appreciated. This was a fabulous venue for a very unique and memorable wedding!! Reviewed on 09-12-2018
Samantha Nelson(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-06-2012 This was a great location for two science nerds to get married! The museum was open for our guests to visit during the reception, they let us bring in our own caterer and alcohol (which saved us a lot of money), and we got some beautiful photos with the airplanes. The only downside is that they have a pretty small crew, so we had to set up and take down our decorations. Reviewed on 03-07-2012
