Paulino and his staff are great. We got married at the end of February and had our reception there. Every step of the way they were helpful and very friendly and welcoming. They are super easy going and a pleasure to work with. The space is beautiful and food delicious. I highly recommend for events for 90 people or less.

Paulino & Koulla and the entire Nutmeg staff were absolutely amazing! They were quick to return emails and answer questions, did the setup the day of, and were so easy to work with. I'd recommend them 1000 times over!

My family and I joined together after a very sad funeral, the loss of my grandmother, not only was the staff empathetic, but truly very friendly and up eat, they catered to each of our needs, and the food was by far one of the best meals I've ever had to pleasure of eating. Quite the fine dining experience, the decor and architecture truly added to the magical experience, not only that but one of the few catering places I've ever been to that offers left over boxes. Highly recommended and genuinely ensure a enjoyable atmosphere and experience.

We had our Sunday morning brunch 60 guest wedding at the Nutmeg on October 2, 2016. This venue is perfect for a smaller wedding. We had the ceremony outside in the gazebo and the reception in their crystal room. The whole experience was fantastic, from the delicious food to the day-of-coordinator. Numerous guests have told me it was the best wedding they ever attended and were blown away by the venue. I love how the Nutmeg is a little different, its not a cookie cutter ballroom with the same dirty carpet and room divider. This restaurant has charm, character, and personality for a wedding that people will remember for years.

This place is an amazing place to have a small wedding! The food is unbelievable, with so many great options to choose from. Ask for Paul, who helped the entire day go off without a hitch! The grounds are quite beautiful, and we got some amazing pictures. Do yourself a favor, and go and have dinner and check the place out. You won't be disappointed!

The nutmeg was amazing. I came in there late one night to take a look at a possible reception site for my wedding. After driving around all day on the hunt I finally ended up at the Nutmeg. The Nutmeg has so much to offer and for such an amazing deal. Luckily they had my date available as it was only 6 weeks away in the fall. I was so very lucky they did such a great job. The food was delicious and the service was above and beyond. They did so many lil things here and there to make my wedding day run smoothly and even after a horrific snow storm we just experienced in October and losing power, they kept me calm and let me know it would all be ok. Rosemary and Paul were so great!!! Definitely recommend this location to any bride that doesn't want to overspend but still wants and elegant and beautiful wedding !!!!

WE HAD OUR RECEPTION IN THE CRYSTAL ROOM WHICH IS VERY QUAINT AND CHARMING! WHAT I LIKED BEST ABOUT THE ROOM WAS IT WAS DIFFERENT THAN YOUR TYPICAL RECEPTION HALL TYPE OF PLACE, THE ROOM HAD DEFINITE CHARACTER!;MANAGEMENT CHANGED BETWEEN THE TIME WE BOOKED OUR RECPETION VENUE AND THE TIME OF OUR WEDDING. THE MANAGER WE SPOKE TO UPON BOOKING THE VENUE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AS WELL AS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE VENUE, SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WE FELT ASSURED THAT OUR NEEDS WOULD BE ATTENDED TO. IT WASN'T UNTIL WE CALLED TO NOTIFY THE RESTAURANT OF OUR MEAL SELECTIONS THAT WE FOUND OUT THE RESTAURANT WAS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. THE NEW MANAGER SEEMED FLIGHTY AND SPACEY, SHE WAS NEW TO THE ESTABLISHMENT AND LESS KNOWLEDGEABLE WHICH LEFT US FEELING SLIGHTLY NERVOUS. FORTUNATELY, THE PERSON WHO 'RAN THE SHOW' ON THE DAY OF OUR WEDDING WAS NOT THE MANAGER BUT A GENTLEMAN WITH A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WITH WEDDINGS AT THE FACILITY AND EVERYTHING DID RUN SMOOTHY WITHOUT WORRY.

I loved that the place was so beautiful first. It was just gorgeous and the staff was professional and knowledgable. They were friendly and couldn't have done a better job. The food was out of this world! We have been married for over a year now and people are still talking about how great the food was and how much of it there was.;I believe the rooms only hold about 150 people. It may have been plus or minus a few.
