Facilities and Capacity
Couples can host up to 190 guests at this luxurious wedding venue. You can say your “I do’s” on their championship, 18-hole golf course. Your cocktail hour would then take place on the private terrace overlooking the Santa Clarita Valley. Dining and dancing would follow in our clubhouse offering your guests the comfort of the indoors with outdoor access throughout the reception. The clubhouse itself features old California ranch-style architecture, an interior of distressed altar wood trim, vaulted ceilings, and stacked stone accents.
This Club does require food and beverage minimums to be met for events & the minimums may be lowered to accommodate events on the remaining weekdays.

My guests kept talking about how beautiful the views were and how amazing and delicious the food was. The service was outstanding. Katelyn was the best coordinator and made sure that my husband and I were taken care of the whole night. She was so attentive and kind! We viewed the venue for the first time in February 2020 and knew right away that we wanted to hold our special day here. However, the world had other plans! All throughout the pandemic, The Oaks team was responsive and kept us up to date with changes in schedule and protocols. We ended up pushing our 01/21 celebration to 01/22, only to catch covid and cancel the wedding 2 days before. The Oaks was extremely understanding of our situation and allowed us to hold the wedding in 08/22, with minimal cancellation fees. Angel and Katelyn helped make all of our dreams come true - It was truly the greatest night of our lives! Reviewed on 12-09-2022

My wife and I had to think long and hard about posting this review, especially since my brother already reserved his wedding here before our wedding (fortunately he had it at a much better venue, Hart & Main in Newhall). Where do I begin… our wedding coordinator Katelyn was unresponsive and callous. It would take over a week at times, with 10+ phone calls/emails to get responses on key issues for the wedding. The food which we spent $8,399 with a $1,847.78 service charge and $973.44 sales tax for 93 guests (average ~$120 per person on food alone, not including alcohol) was terrible. The quality of the food on the wedding day was nothing like the tasting we had. We requested medium well steaks for everyone and the steaks were between rare/blue. Simultaneously the chicken dishes were unseasoned and the eggplant as undercooked. Additionally our wedding cake wasn’t served to the the majority of guests (90%+ of people didn’t receive a slice) for the reason that “they looked busy” even when just sitting and talking at the table. The icing on the cake was my mother in law with food allergies didn’t receive the right meal, despite reminding the head Chef and Katelyn multiple times. The only redeeming features of this venue are the location (beautiful pictures) and the alcohol service was good. Otherwise it truly felt like we couldn’t have spent $25K+ in any worse way. Worst of all the management, Katelyn in particular, was absolutely apathetic and seemed annoyed that we were upset over all of the above. I would never recommend this venue to anyone for a wedding. If Gordon Ramsey had a wedding venue nightmare show, this would be an excellent candidate. Reviewed on 03-09-2022

One has to stay within budget, higher vendors, and most stressful part is finding a venue. When I got engaged, I heard through word of mouth how amazing this venue was. I looked into it and set up a meeting with Sue to figure out details. The staff at the Oaks made me feel like they truly cared about my experience, and how my special day went. I gave them my budget, and they respected it. This venue was honestly the venue of my dreams, and the staff made sure that I would have the wedding of my dreams. Courtney planned out the day perfectly to make everything run on time. I didn’t have to worry about how everything turned out because the staff was so on top of it! I had a brunch wedding, so I had a shorter wedding, but I was able to fit everything in. I still get so many compliments on the food too! There is a great lake you get to go take pictures and beautiful stairs as well. The best part was the service we received. Sue and Courtney were very helpful and answered quickly. They helped us outline everything so we knew exactly what we needed, what we didn't need, and how to coordinate our vendors. I was scared we were going to have to hire a coordinator but because of their service and the person assisting us day off, we did not have to hire anyone extra. Charlotte Wilbanks(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-11-2019 Choosing The Oaks Club at Valencia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! First of all, it’s GORGEOUS! Our ceremony was on the golf course overlooking the Santa Clarita Valley as the sun set. The reception ballroom is amazing. It was perfect for our rustic yet elegant themed wedding with it’s wood floors, incredible stonework, a large, beautiful bar, etc. Even the bathrooms are beautiful! Our guests were very impressed. We had 110 people attend and everyone had more than enough room. Second, the staff is awesome! Sue was so organized, helpful, attentive and kind from start to finish. Courtney was always available if Sue ever wasn’t, and she was just as helpful. From our food tasting to the night of our wedding, the servers and bar tenders at The Oaks were wonderful. The food is BOMB! I just can’t say enough good things about this venue. They also have this incredible staircase to walk down and take pictures on. The entire process would have been a lot more stressful had it not been for Sue. She was extremely quick to reply to emails and answered all of our many questions to the best of her ability. We received many compliments on the food, and there was no skimping on the alcohol at the open bar. The entire staff was extremely nice, professional, and tentative to our needs. We even had a staff member bring us food and water during our photo session at the lake. Everyone did their part to ensure that our wedding day was as perfect as we could have hoped. Bride C(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-12-2018 The venue was beautiful and the food was great. I did our ceremony and reception at The Oaks and they set up the tables, chairs and linens. We got to use the property for our photography sessions which was great. They have a lake, cute little clubhouse, gorgeous trees, basically it was a dream to take our \"first look photos\" on their property. They will tell you that you can't disturb the members at all when you're using the property but this wasn't an issue at all in our case. We have to wait on members to move off of the hole next to the lake once, but it wasn't a big deal. I had a few decorations like the aisle runner, table cards, guest book, signs, and some decorative lanterns that my bridal party had to set out because the people at the venue wouldn't do it. (according to the woman I was working with, Tina). Since we payed over 9 grand (just to the oaks, no alcohol) for our 95 person wedding you would think they could do that small courtesy, but it wasn't that big of a deal.Oh Tina, I want to give her the benefit of the doubt but at the same time I feel I need to warn the brides that come after me... Although Tina is a very nice woman, I was really frustrated (at times) working with her. I would ask for things to be cut from the BEO or swapped (food stuff) and it took multiple emails for her to get it right. I was really upset that not only was she not there the day of my event(she gave the impression of maybe she'll be there, maybe she won't, it was very unclear); but she didn't even tell me who to contact the day of. They added a table without my permission which 1. my florist didn't have a centerpiece for, 2. it messed up my seating chart, and 3. it obviously left empty seats in my reception area which is not the look I wanted. I can't help but suspect this was a retaliation for not choosing Tina's personal baking company for the desert bar. (Lesson learned, don't use the same vendor for multiple things if you don't 100% believe you will use them) The female staff member that introduced herself (sadly I can't remember her name) did get our golf cart promptly and helped my day of coordinator with some of our frustrations. I do have to apologize to her for being so short, I was just frustrated about the changes. Overall I WOULD recommend this venue if you have a wedding coordinator. You can also speak with Susan at the oaks to plan your event. Not trying to trash talk anyone, just sharing my honest experience. Good luck, future brides! (: Reviewed on 16-12-2018

TPC Valencia, Now known as The Oaks Country Club, is that choice! Sue, Tina and Justin helped make our daughter's wedding spectacular and magical. We had the ceremony outdoors overlooking the Santa Clarita Valley, and moved to the side patio for cocktail hour. During that time, the ceremony area was re-configured by staff with comfortable outdoor furniture around the fire pit. This area was enjoyed by many in the evening as we all socialized with our wine. The reception was flawless, with 1 worker for every 10 people. Food was hot and delicious..the menu options are plentiful and the chef accommodates vegan appetites as well as children's menus. All in all, a marvelous time! One added note, they also made sure our vendors (photographers, coordinator, pianist) were fed and throughout the night checked in with them if they needed anything. We got married on the golf course which was amazing and had the reception in the Oaks Grille restaurant which was transformed into a beautiful reception site. We picked TPC not just because the venue is beautiful, however what sold this venue more than anything else was the amazing staff! The day of the our wedding, we were absolutely amazed on how attentive and caring the staff was with us! We literally had our own waitress the whole day! From hors d'oeuvres when we were taking intimate pictures, to our dinner service. Our experience was incredible! They were more than accommodating. They made our special day as perfect as they possibly could. I would do it all over again and I would for sure do it here. I felt like we were a part of the family with this staff! A+++ on TPC! We had been searching all over LA county for an affordable outdoor location, and could not believe what TPC offered for their pricing. Even in the pouring rain (the first time we visited), we were sold. The food was delicious, all the staff were very gracious and accommodating, and we were even allowed to use a golf cart during the ceremony (my dad drove me part way across the green). There were a couple miscommunications along the way, but I'm sure it was just due to a change in staff during our planning. My husband and I loved everything that was offered and I must admit it's extremely well priced. I recently went to a Four Seasons Hotel wedding and the food was not nearly as delicious as TPC's. The food tasting that we had was excellent; white house wine was very good and the service to our guest was impressive. The location is out of this world especially in the evening. They loved all of the food and raved about the appetizers and buffet options. They also enjoyed the outdoor cocktail area that overlooked the golf course. Guests were able to stay inside and dance, or if they wanted to talk, they went outside onto the patio and hung around the fire pit. The place looked amazing! Megan, the Special Events Director at TPC, was so great to work with. She always answered all of my emails and phone calls quickly, no matter how small of a detail it was. I would definitely recommend doing up-lighting in the venue as it added to making the restaurant transform into feeling like a true wedding reception. The one drawback about the venue is that there are two large pillars in the banquet room. Some guests will have to sit behind the pillars and won't be able to see the sweetheart table. We had 160 guests, so if you are having a smaller wedding, you should be able to get around this issue. Overall, it was a fantastic venue and I am so happy I chose to get married here. We could not have asked for more. We had both Gina and Megan help with our wedding and they were both very helpful and knowledgeable. Our vendors were almost exclusively local vendors, so everyone seemed to know everyone else. Which was nice. Anonymous (bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-04-2016 Megan White, the wedding coordinator, is a total sweetheart. She was very easygoing, friendly, and kind (etc. etc.!). She herself was getting married in a couple weeks, and she offered me some of her own wedding decor if I were to choose TPC. That was impressive! Further, the staff (notably the chef, bartenders and bar backs), were also very young, energetic and welcoming. We were offered anything from the bar....they allowed my fiance & I to have wine! I was beyond impressed. Two free glasses of moscato later, I was quite the happy camper. They have a highly aesthetic bar, fireplace, flat screen tvs (where they can play your montage/slideshow), & huge sliding glass doors w/a golf course backdrop. Absolutely beautiful. \rEven though my fiance and I did not decide to host our reception at this venue (mainly due to having to rent a dance floor and chiavari chairs at a fee as they do not have enough regular chairs for our guest count, and they don't have a dance floor on site/in their possession), we highly recommend it to anyone else who can afford it (I'd say it's moderately priced, definitely not out of reach for ~25k budget at 150 guests) and is considering this venue as an option for any special event. After being engaged for three years and researching every venue in Los Angeles, it was suggested to me to check out TPC, which is in my hometown. After meeting with the event coordinator my fiance and I immediately agreed that this was the perfect venue. They have food and drink minimums to accomodate all budgets. What I loved about TPC is that they don't charge you an extra fee for their event coordinator who is very attentive and answers all questions throughout the process and sets up your decor and makes sure your wedding runs smoothly. We had a limited budget for their wedding; they both were extremely gracious to work with us to give our son and his fiance the best reception ever in such a beautiful environment. I had always thought that if I ever got married, it would be there. After search various venues, I can honestly say that choosing TPC was a no brainer. Gina B was amazing throughout the entire process. The staff made me feel at home and the really responded to all of my requests. The guests were made to feel very welcome, the food was amazing and the service was spot on. Honestly, planning a wedding here was super easy between working with my planner and the staff at TPC, it was a breeze. The place look stunning and even to this day people still comment about what a perfect day and venue TPC was. It was the best of both worlds....outdoor cermony and cocktail hour, yet dinner was inside set in a romantic room. The patio at night with the fire pit was so beautiful and I truly couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue! Thanks again to Gina B and the rest of the team for making my wedding amazing!!! TPC Valencia is amazing! I am a local wedding planner, I refer and work at TPC Valencia often. TPC is one of my favorite venues to work at. The food is to die for, the staff is incredible and everyone there goes above and beyond to make sure their clients have an event they dreamed of! You can not go wrong having your event at TPC Valencia. I will continue to recommend them over and over to my clients! Because of Gina B. at TPC I was able to truly be in the moment 100%. I never had one worry about set-up, service, etc. She and her staff were amazing, setting up all the little details, such as favors, table name cards, gift/guest tables, bathroom decor and much more!!! \r\rWe were complimented on the delicious food! Chef Otto was very accommodating to all our requests, when we went for a tasting and the food was absolutely delicious!\r\rThe pricing is definitely reasonable, for the quality and value of what TPC has to offer. Gina was very helpful during the ENTIRE planning process, responding to endless emails and calls.\r\rTPC has it all! Amazing food, great service and a beautiful view. The venue is so beautiful – we didn't really need many decorations at all! And who needs a cake when you get a dessert buffet? All our guests keep telling us how they loved the food and the venue.\r\rPROs:\r1. Patio Area – so magical with the fire pit and string lights\r2. Catering coordinator who sometimes acts as your wedding planner. Both Gina Boersma and Gina Goodrich were very helpful and accommodating.\r3. Facility buy-out option – you won't need to worry about other weddings happening that day. Have your ceremony/reception at the same place!\r4. Very affordable for everything they offer.\r\rMy wish list for TPC so that it's even better for future brides:\r1. Bigger Bride-Ready Room: You do want those \"getting ready\" photos, and it's hard to find a good spot when you're from out-of-town. Seems like the entire bridal party used the room for storage, and I barely fit in there with all the stuff and my dress!\r2. Some kind of handout that tells you what the normal timeline/procession looks like at TPC. This would have been helpful to have, since I had questions unanswered until the rehearsal day.\r\rYour wedding and photos will be fabulous if you use TPC. So grateful I found them on the Knot! The ceremony was set up outside near the 18th green. The patio was transformed into a cocktail lounge for guests after the ceremony. Delicious hot and cold appetizers, including a custom appetizer we requested, and our signature drinks were continuously served before the reception began. Gina worked with us to craft the perfect signature drink. Friends asked for the recipe. Then, guests were whisked into The Oaks Grille for the reception. The decor was beautiful with silver accents and purple flowers everywhere. The atrium doors were opened as the sun set and dinner was served. Chef's dinner menu was delicious. We had filet mignon, halibut, and vegetarian ravioli. Guests commented that the food was 5-star restaurant quality, not what they expected at a wedding reception. Our 100+ guests were served simultaneously and every last bite was hot. Everything was first rate - from the service to the food and the decor. I have hosted 3 events of mine there over the years and each event has exceeded my expectations (and I have major OCD). The event coordinator Gina Boersma and Chef Otto are so professional, helpful and creative. I never have to stress over any details when I'm in their hands. They understand my vision and then take it a step further with their creativity. My guests are always blown away by the decor, food and service. They have so many different rooms and outdoor spaces for all types and sizes of events. I've had two birthdays, an engagement party, and been to countless other events there. Being in the commercial catering business that's a must for us. It was a no brainer to have our son and his new bride's reception as well as the wedding there. The outside setting was gorgeous and Gina the director is on top of everything and always available. The reception was beautiful and the food superb. Not to mention, it has the best service and the best food you can ever imagine. If we could, i would get married there again! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Gina and Gina are so helpful and had everything figured out. I did not have to worry about anything! I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Tiffany Hale(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-06-2014 Not only is TPC Valencia the most beautiful venue in the Los Angeles area, but the food is unbelievable, and the staff is nothing short of amazing! Our wedding was more beautiful than we had imagined. We had our ceremony on the golf course, in between the 10th tee and 18th green. The long isle was breath taking and all of our guests thought that location was amazing. As the bride, I loved the long isle because it gave me time to soak in the moment as I walked down the isle with my dad. We had the reception in the Oaks Grille with all 200 of our guests. It was beautiful, even before the florist decorated and it overlooks the golf course, so it made it even more pretty. The back wall is all windows and opens up, so it made the dance floor cool as everyone danced the night away. A month and a half later, people are still talking about how amazing the food was. From the appetizers at the cocktail hour, dinner salads and entrees, everything was unbelievable! The portions were huge and the food was to die for. Chef Otto and his team couldn't have done a better job. The Event Coordinator at TPC, Gina, is simply the best. I never had to worry about anything during the planning of our wedding or on the day of. Every detail was taken care of and perfect! And I valued her planning advice so much. Any thing I didn't think of, she did- and made sure we covered all of our bases. She made the whole planning process amazing, fun, and seamless. And the rest of the staff was professional and on top of things the day of. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend TPC. It was amazing- all around. And being that the venue is the biggest part of the day- having it at TPC makes it the least stressful because of how amazing the staff is. From the first day my husband and I met with Gina G. & Gina B. we knew this was the place we would choose to get married at. We used TPC Valencia for both our ceremony and reception.They were within our budget and accommodated us with everything that we needed. If there was a service they didn't provide they had great vendors that they where able to refer us to. The staff was amazing, the food was great and our wedding was flawless. I would highly recommend and refer TPC Valencia for a wedding or any event. I cannot express how thankful my new husband and I are with Gina Goodrich and the entire staff at TPC, from the waiters to the top Chef; everything was perfect! Gina took care of our every need from our first meeting to the final toast at our wedding day. I am still hearing from our friends and family how beautiful TPC was and how impressed they were with the food and service...to how nice everyone was to them. I looked at many venues in the Santa Clarita Valley and No one came close to what TPC had to offer. I just got my wedding pictures and they look amazing! the venue has many locations for beautiful backdrops (photos) and any style you can imagine. I am so glad we found TPC Valencia and Gina. Gina Goodrich and all of the TPC staff took care of every last detail. Gina even thought of multiple things i had missed myself in the midst of all my planning! We had our ceremony outside on the grass and it was absolutely beautiful! A water station was even set up at the top of the stairs for our guest since it was such a warm day. Immediately after the ceremony, our cocktail hour took place upstairs on the patio where the staff tray passed horsdueves and had an outside bar set up. The food was amazing ( I highly recommend the lamb chop lollipops) and they were just getting started! When it was time to enter the reception area inside the club house Gina gathered the bridal party in the hallway for the grand entrance. This was no easy task considering my husband and I had 24 total people in our bridal party. Gina and Aaron had constant communication with our dj to ensure everything was running on schedule and nothing was overlooked. It was such a relief not having to worry about anything. Dinner was one of the most memorable parts of the night! Our guests were served filet mignon or chicken over mushroom risotto and vegetables which I also highly reccomend. Chef Otto and his staff truely are the very best at what they do! The best advice I received as a bride was to be a guest at my own wedding and that is exactly what I was able to do! He wanted to choose an unforgettable location, and boy did he ever! Gina Goodrich, the catering manager/wedding planner/coordinator, was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process! From the first sit-down and tour, to the entrance into the reception, she was there every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly. She answered every question we had before we even asked it, and was very flexible with any idea we came up with. She made sure the ceremony went smoothly by sending out the bridal party on que, and fixing my dress for me right before I walked the aisle. We had our ceremony on the golf course, and it was absolutely stunning. The room which held our reception was beautiful and fit our guests of 120 perfectly. I gave her a number of decorations, and I trusted her so much that I told her to just put them wherever she thought looked good. She obviously knew what she was doing and was amazing at what she did. My husband and I looked for over eight months to find the perfect venue, and I am SO happy we decided to go with TPC. Not only was Gina AMAZING, patient, and accommodating, but the entire staff was wonderful to us throughout every moment of the planning process and most importantly, the night of. On top of it all, TPC was cheaper than everywhere else we had looked (especially the bar prices) and I cannot explain how happy I am to say that we were then able to use extra money to play with details and extra tidbits we otherwise wouldn't have been able to afford!\r\rGina was wonderful and accommodated every strange request my husband and I came up with, including bringing in late night in-n-out, signature drinks, a white dance floor, removing/putting up new pictures, etc. In what can be a very stressful process, she NEVER made us feel as if we were requesting too much or being too much of a pain. The bartenders and wait staff were wonderful to all of our guests, and we received innumerable compliments on the delicious food. Truly, I cannot say enough good things. Guests numbered approx. 175, and the TPC at Valencia did everything to accomodate their needs on a very warm afternoon.\r\rEvent Coordinator, Gina Goodrich was masterful; she is knowledgeable, patient, cost-conscious, and a genuinely kind person. Her staff (set-up, servers, etc.) all reflected her service-oriented approach; all guests and family were repeatedly greeted with smiles the entire evening, and excellent table service.\r\rAs for the food, Chef Dan Otto was at the helm and provided the most wonderful selections; all appealing to taste and the eye. There were rave reviews from the guests, and the bride & groom. Chef Dan is a local legend for his culinary work and teachings, and known for his caring and warm personality.\r\rAs for the venue itself, TPC at Valencia is set upon a hill overlooking the Santa Clarita Valley providing beautiful vistas for all. There are several outdoor wedding sites as well as indoor. The architecture is a photographer's dream with wood, stone, and staircases with the golf course lending its oak trees, views and water features for a wide range of photo opportunities.\r\rOur families agree that we could not have found a better location for such an important and memorable event. It was a fabulous event thanks to Gina Goodrich of TPC. Gina worked with with us to keep in budget while ensuring the event would be enjoyable for all of our guests. We especially appreciated her suggestions and tips. And I (mother of the bride) appreciated her Gina's timely replies to our questions ESPECIALLY on the evening before the wedding day as I had one item I completely forgot to handle!!! I really did not expect Gina would be able to return my call that evening before the wedding day but she did! Everyone on both sides of the family only had words of praise. Wonderful wedding! Gina Goodrich is the Director of Catering and Special Events and is worth her weight in gold. \rOur ceremony took place out on the golf course, cocktails on the large patio, and reception in the Oaks Grille. We had 160 guests and more than enough room to accommodate them along with a large dance floor. \rThe room was beautiful, the food was delicious and plentiful, and did I mention the appetizers were a meal unto themselves? We had our ceremony outdoors on the beautiful golf green, cocktail reception on the outdoor patio, and reception inside of the clubhouse. You will receive first-class service without the stuffy attitude if you host your event at TPC Valencia. Gina Goodrich is the absolute best and was the gem of our planning experience. She is the \"Catering Manager\" but is really more like your personal wedding coordinator and advocate. \r\rThe food was delicious, we had a buffet and all of our guests raved about it as well as our appetizer selections and \"signature cocktails\"...the sky is the limit with how creative you want to get. I provided some of my own extras such as custom bar napkins and fun striped straws...anything and everything you want to do can be incorporated and will be set-up on the wedding day by the TPC Staff. \r\rI felt very happy and well taken care of during my wedding. TPC even now has a little \"bride ready room\" where I was able to get ready and hang out with my mom and bridesmaids prior to the ceremony. Gina is on hand to assist with sending the wedding party down the aisle, assuring that the wedding is flowing and on time, rounding up the wedding party for the Grand Entrance, making sure the wedding party has a drink (even during photos), and working closely with the DJ / Band or your other vendors to make sure everyone is on their mark and working together to create an amazing, cohesive event. \r\rI feel that TPC went above and beyond my expectations and I did not have to stress once we selected them as our venue. The package pricing is also very reasonable and they can work with different sized groups. We did the facility buy-out option and the venue very comfortably handled our wedding of 200 guests. \r\rOur wedding was top notch: perfect venue, best staff, great food, and an AWESOME PARTY. From the moment we booked, my stress melted away. The food was flawless. Chef Daniel Otto met with us numerous times to make sure we got the best meal and appetizers possible! We got SO many complements throughout the night about the food (we did an Italian buffet and tray passed hor dourves - Coconut shrimp was AMAZING). I saw people go up for seconds and thirds! The actual venue was amazing. We had an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour and the reception in the atrium. It was January so I was a little worried about the cold, but people loved the different atmospheres. They could work up a sweat dancing in the Atrium, cool off on the patio with the fire pit, hang in the beautiful hallway with comfy chairs if they wanted quiet. So many options! Even grumpy old Grandpa was happy! Now, once you meet Gina (the Director of Catering and Events) you will quickly learn how dedicated to her job she is. She is SO detailed oriented that I knew from the beginning everything would be handled professionally. If anything went wrong the day of our wedding, I never knew about it. She and her staff made sure everything was perfect and that I didn't have a thing to worry about! She even handled my micromanaging father with grace. He always has to be in control, but learned to let go once he met with Gina a few times! I highly recommend TPC for ANY event! I hope to host baby showers, birthdays, graduations, etc!! My wedding was a success because of them.\r\rIn addition, the venue was a hit with our guests. The outdoor patio had a great ambiance - with the comfartable patio seats, firepit, and nice view of the city. The indoor dining area has a nice rustic elegant feel to it. It was one of the first venues I checked out. Everything else I saw after didn't compare! I brought my now husband to have dinner there and he feel in love with the place. The food is excellent and you feel like you are in Italy with the beauty of the building. The view at night is gorgeous. You can see the lights of the whole city. TPC is tucked away in a beautiful residential neighborhood so it feels really quiet and intimate. My wedding planning with TPC was excellent! Both Gina and Ana made things stress free. Gina would email me back in a matter of minutes with answered questions. They made everything so smooth. I have a favorite drink there called the blueberry martini so they offered to make it as one of our signature drinks the day of the wedding. My guests really liked that added touch and gave us so many compliments on the venue itself. Ana even made little vintage looking signs with our names and the signature drinks displayed. She also made a peacock feathered pen for my sign in book that I couldn't find anywhere. My husband's bootnier kept falling off with all the family hugs so Ana kept making him a new one. It was those little details that just made everything about this place that much better. This place made my wedding photos so gorgeous from the look of the building to the beautiful green golf course with the lake. You will also be pleased if you choose this venue. My ceremony fit perfectly out on their BBQ patio and it has an amazing view over the golf course and the rest of Valencia. All of the staff is incredibly, friendly, professional and attentive and they paid attention to all the important little details. They definitely went out of their way to make my day special and went above and beyond to make sure that everything ran smoothly and that my guests were enjoying themselves. The venue is gorgeous and comes out great in pictures and they helped me arrange everything just the way I had pictured it. The coordinators were always a step ahead and I felt completely at ease knowing that they had everything taken care of. The food is absolutely amazing, we had buffet and I can't tell you how many compliments we got on the quality and taste of the food. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and really doesn't need much in the way of event design to dress it up for your wedding, which is nice because it saves on cost. The Oaks Grill is a top rated, fully-operational restaurant when it is not being used for an event, so you can guarantee that any meal you choose will be sure to please all your guests on your big day.\r \rThere are so many great things about this venue that it is hard to sum up in one review, but I have to say that the best thing about the TPC is the service - hands-down.\rEvery single person that represents this venue goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs in every possible way. On my wedding, I worked closely with Gina Goodrich, the on-site Coordinator, who seamlessly ensured that my wedding was perfect. Even with changes in staffing for their events coordinator only weeks before my wedding everything that I had discussed and wanted was done to exact specificity. If there was even an inkling of a doubt I was asked to make sure it was taken care of the way I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a smoother running wedding with appetizers, entrees and cake cutting happening all on schedule and the staff was sooooo friendly and attentive. Needless to say I can't say enough good things about how wonderful my wedding day was and of course the views are amazing!!! I'm looking forward to getting all of the photos from the day. It's a beautiful venue, both inside, as well as outside, with the views of the golf course and SCV. From the early planning stages through the reception, the staff was so accommodating, friendly, and efficient. Every detail and special request I asked for was noted and executed perfectly. The food was fantastic and the presentation was great. I had a few special dietary requests for some guests that the chef was more than happy to take care of.\r\rTPC Valencia really made sure that the day was exactly how my husband and I had imagined. It is a beautiful location, from the stonework architecture and spectacular views, elegant dining room and outdoor patio. We worked with Gina on all of the planning, and it was a great experience working with her. She helped us to fit in all of the things we were wanting within our budget and was there on the day of the reception to make sure everything was running smoothly. The food is excellent, and many of our guests have commented on how much they enjoyed it. The service is also top notch, and all through the evening, they made sure I had everything I would want as far as food and drinks. I never had to ask for anything. The location is also an amazing backdrop for pictures with the architecture and views of the golf course. I felt like I didn't have to worry about anything with the professionalism of the staff, and we would recommend the location wholeheartedly. We did what was typical for the venue....ceremony outside (we did it on the golf course, which is so much nicer than having it on the patio), cocktail hour on the patio, reception in the clubhouse. Guests don't have to drive from one place to another..and parking is free for them! You have the entire facility to yourselves...no running into other guests/parties like in hotel settings. \r\rLogistically, if you're planning an event over 200, though...it may feel cramped. Anything around 200 or under, it's perfect. And of course, weather is out of your hands...but the views and ambiance are heavenly if the weather cooperates-- and it does over 99% of the year there. \r\rThe best part about the venue is the Oaks Grille...amazing food, for surprising prices. Several of our guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever had, hands down. My son was married in a church, my daughter's ceremony was on the golf course at TPC (which was absolutely beautiful!) I cannot even begin to say enough about the beauty of the entire venue itself, event coordinator, and entire staff! We didn't have to ask for anything that day; it was just provided. Coordinator was extremely accomadating and always available for questions and walk throughs.
