The Oaks Grandview was a great place for our wedding. Our guests raved about the food and service and are still talking about how nice the day was. We loved the scenery for our outside ceremony and our guests enjoyed the cocktail hour on the patio. All the staff was professional and carried out our dream day.

I cannot say enough good things about the Oaks! From the day we booked the venue through wedding day every single need of ours was met! Kerry is an AMAZING coordinator. From coordinating vendors to decorating to match your exact vision, Kerry does it all! Our guests could not say enough positive things about the venue and how beautiful it was. The bar serving from both inside and outside made it a perfect atmosphere for the party! I can’t imagine my wedding day being more picture perfect than it was!

I don’t even know where to begin…choosing the Oaks was hands down the best/easiest decision we made! Leslie made our day so special and was so attentive to our every need! The venue itself is absolutely stunning from the reception room, to the ceremony area, and the back patio it is amazing. The food was absolutely amazing and all the guests raved about it. We added on the fireworks package and it was AMAZING! Our guests were so surprised and it just added a special touch to our day! Leslie and her team took care of every need and everything was seamless. We highly recommend the Oaks for your wedding you truly won’t regret it!

Leslie and her team were absolutely incredible from the first meeting to the last. Kerry was our coordinator on the day of and she ran everything so perfectly! I was able to hand over all my decorations beforehand and let her take care of it all. I didnt have to worry about a thing, it was wonderful! I was able to trust her fully. She was so good about keeping us on schedule once we were there so we didnt miss a beat and she made sure our every need was met. Not one issue arose that was brought to my attention and I was able to just enjoy everything! We didn't pick this venue for its food, but it was an added bonus because it was phenomenal! Everyone raved about it!! Everyone was also totally surpised and in awe of the fireworks! They put on an amazing show and we are still hearing to this day how perfect everything was and it was the best wedding theyve ever been to! They hunted down special ingredients so that I could have my signature drink that I requested, they made accomodations for a golf cart to drive away in after the ceremony for a moment alone, and they cleaned everything up and kept everything organized for me... They went above and beyond in so many ways to make our day so perfect and to alleviate any stress that they could. I cant recommend them enough!The bridal suite was my only hesitation but the wedding party and I ended up staying at the Stage House Inn (South Berwick, ME) and their suites were gorgeous for getting ready in. So in the end, the bridal suite at the oaks was plenty good enough for hiding upon arrival, storing our things, and using the bathroom which was all we really needed. With the competative pricing, dream team, elegant room and beautiful grounds it was everything we could have asked for and more! Thank you so much, Leslie & Kerry & team!! You made our dreams come true and it's a day we will never forget!

This was an absolute DREAM venue! My husband and I got married Friday, September 23, and we are still in awe of how perfect our night went. Leslie is the most professional and top notch coordinator to work with. She made sure that our day ran so smoothly - during our rehearsal the night before, our family and friends kept coming up to us and saying how with Leslie by our side that they knew our day was going to go perfectly. The layout of the venue was everything I could have asked for - between the inside/outside bar, the patio area with heaters so we could step outside to enjoy the night, the dance floor - truly I cannot rave about this venue and staff enough! The food was excellent, and the staff even made sure to drop off some of the hors d'oeuvre at our sweetheart table so we didn’t miss them while taking pictures and saying hi to everyone. I cannot say enough great things about this place - I wish I could relive the night over again! Thank you to the amazing staff for the most magical night!

We got married August 27, 2022. Our wedding was magical. Both Kerry and Leslie were amazing throughout the process. I never had a fear or a doubt during our planning process or day of wedding. They both were so attentive and supportive. Kerry made sure our day went smooth. She even made my little one feel special during the process.The venue itself is beautiful. The indoor/outdoor bar and patio was a huge hit. Guests had fun playing corn hole and sitting by the fire when they weren’t dancing on the spacious dance floor. We surprised our guests with fireworks which were absolutely beautiful and made for AMAZING pictures. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I can’t thank Kerry or Leslie enough for everything. ❤️

We got married over Labor Day Weekend and we cannot thank all of the staff members at the Oaks Grandview Ballroom for making our wedding day perfectly seamless! The coordinators Kerry and Leslie are phenomenal, as they are so attentive to your emails and actively listen to your wedding vision! This venue is so beautiful in all lighting and for all color schemes with its neutral interior, and gorgeous view of the golf course on the ceremony green and from the covered patio. So many of our guests got stunning photos during cocktail hour with that backdrop. At night it becomes even more elegant with twinkle lights on the dance floor, votive candles in the windows, and a cozy fire pit on the patio. The chef is excellent too with consistent positive reviews from guests regarding the tuscan chicken and bourbon steak tips :) The dance floor was spacious, as there's no elevated section of flooring, so everyone could spread out and have a blast dancing! Our wedding day never felt rushed, as their timeline flows perfectly between intros, dances, speeches, dinner, etc. The biggest surprise for guests was the fireworks option you can choose with this venue, which was very impressive and made for phenomenal wedding photos! We highly recommend this venue! It truly is a hidden gem and we are so grateful to have had the most memorable wedding day :)

I cannot say enough good things about the oaks! My husband and I had our wedding here this past weekend. It was truly the best day ever! The venue is beautiful. The ceremony area is well maintained with beautiful gardens and views of the golf course and fountain. They have a great patio area for guests with a bar that has indoor and outdoor access and the reception area is modern and updated! The wedding coordinators at the oaks are the best! Ours were Leslie and Kerry. They were so attentive, always checking in with us to make sure everything was perfect for us and seeing what we needed. They were also extremely accommodating to make sure everything was as we wanted for the day. The oaks offers a vendor package including photography, DJ, florals, cake and hotel stay. We were able to make upgrades within the packages to make it fit our needs. This package was really the best, stress free way to go vs. trying to find vendors on our own. All of the vendors knew the venue and did an amazing job, and it made everything really easy for us. The oaks also offers a fireworks display. After we cut our cake we slipped away to sit on one of the tee boxes and the Dj had our guests head out on the patio for a surprise. The guests were wowed by this and it was such a special moment for my husband and I. The pictures are going to be incredible! We are so happy we chose the oaks and again cannot thank our vendors and coordinators enough!!!

My husband and I looked at several wedding venues before deciding on the Oaks with a wedding date of 10/24/20. COVID had other plans we we reached out to then day of coordinator, Leslie, who has since been promoted to sales manager, and moved our wedding date to 2021. We received a letter from Leslie soon after notifying us she was promoted and a new day of coordinator would be taking her place. Kate has since become the wedding coordinator at the Oaks, and we could not have been happier with the level of service and attention to detail she provided to us leading up to and on our wedding day. She went above and beyond in helping us surprise our guests with fireworks after a last minute decision. She was always discrete when it was time to sneak away for the next event, and worked directly with our dj before to ensure we were all on the same page. Kate and her team helped create a seamless day for us, and she was an absolute joy to work with. I would also like to acknowledge the staff that helped run the out weddjng. All waitstaff members were well trained, efficient, and very polite. Kate and her team set up my decorations, granted I had very simple decorations, but they did an absolutely phenomenal job. They helped pack up all the decorations at the end of the night, and I didn’t even notice until we were making our grand exit! If you are looking for a beautiful venue with amazing waitstaff, food, and a phenomenal coordinator, look no further. The fireworks were worth every penny. We received many compliments from our friends and families saying how much fun they had, and that it was one of the most fun weddings they have been to in a long time. Thank you so much to Kate, Leslie, and all who helped make our day so special at the Oaks.

We had a wonderful experience with the Oaks! Our original wedding date was scheduled for September of 2020, but due to COVID we rescheduled to September 10th 2021. The wedding coordinator at the time, Leslie, was incredibly accommodating and supportive with our date change. She contacted all of our vendors and allowed us to choose a new date in 2021 with no additional charges. We were so thankful for her! Then in 2021 Leslie was promoted and we were introduced to our new wedding coordinator, Kate. Kate was professional, organized and so helpful. We loved working with her just as much as Leslie! We had a wonderful experience with the Oaks! Our original wedding date was scheduled for September of 2020, but due to COVID we rescheduled to September 10th 2021. The wedding coordinator at the time, Leslie, was incredibly accommodating and supportive with our date change. She contacted all of our vendors and allowed us to choose a new date in 2021 with no additional charges. We were so thankful for her! Then in 2021 Leslie was promoted and we were introduced to our new wedding coordinator, Kate. Kate was professional, organized and so helpful. We loved working with her just as much as Leslie! We couldn't recommend a wedding at The Oaks Grandview Ballroom enough! We just got married 9/4/2021. It was such a perfect day. We were lucky with weather to enjoy a ceremony outside in the flower garden. The flowers were beautiful, it was very apparent that The Oaks takes pride in their landscaping and outdoor appearance! Inside, the Ballroom was set up just how we had imagined it by the staff. We really loved the ability to have access to the bar from both inside and outside on the patio. We had a cigar and whiskey bar outside, a killer DJ (Nick from Get Down Tonight Entertainment), and a fireworks show put on by The Oaks that made the night so magical. Kate, the wedding coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure our day was as special as possible. She was so organized, professional, and accommodating. She made sure to keep the agenda right on track so no small detail was missed! We are beyond pleased with our experience here and will cherish the memories forever.

The stress of planning a June wedding and navigating COVID became too much and I finally gave Leslie a call which she immediately responded with “let’s find a date in 2021 then” and suddenly the weight of the world was off my shoulders. She reached out to all the vendors and rearranged everything. The process couldn’t have been smoother. Flash forward to 2021, we found out we’d now be working with Kate. I panicked at the idea of not having Leslie there at first!! But then we met Kate and knew Leslie left us in great hands. The day of our wedding was flawless and Kate was absolutely AMAZING. She was so on her game that we had guest come up to us and mention it. She had every detail down, including yanking us off the dance floor early for the fireworks because she was watching the radar and saw rain! It started raining the moment the fireworks ended! The venue was amazing and reasonably priced compared to other venues where multiple weddings are going on at once. We loved that the coordinator was 100% focused on us. Also worth noting - the vendor package was more than worth it. All the vendors exceeded our expectations AND if you’re debating the fireworks. DO IT. They were better than some town fireworks I’ve seen and our guests were in awe. You can’t go wrong picking the Oaks for your venue and while we may be biased, we’ve had so many friends and family tell us it was one of the best wedding they have been to. They also raved about the salmon choice we had as a meal option! Go visit the oaks you won’t regret it!!

In hindsight, we should have gone with their Platinum vendor package, which we thought was a little too pricey at first, because we ended up spending more on the other vendors than we had expected, but everything was still absolutely perfect. We can’t say enough awesome things about Leslie, Kate, and the team at the Oaks. If we could do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a single thing.

The Oaks Grandview Ballroom is a spectacular and special place to get married. Not only is the venue classy and gorgeous, but the staff there are kind and accommodating. The wait staff is polite and helpful and the wedding planner is incredible and makes sure every detail is perfect down to every last rose petal and candle. On top of the great service the food is some of the best food I have ever had, not just at a wedding and the drinks are spot on. The dance floor is big and so is the space, with the accommodating patio and duel sided bar. It was a completely perfect day for my now husband and I, and our guests raved about the venue, food, and the overall experience. We feel lucky that we were able to get married at such a wonderful place and I believe any couple that gets married here will feel the same.

The Oaks was amazing to work with-especially during Co-Vid 19. Leslie made sure she was communicating with us at every step, and always responded to any concerns we had regarding our wedding. I have some very severe allergies to food, and Leslie and the Chef worked with me to make sure all the food served was safe and tasty! Our guests raved about the meals, service and the fireworks! The Oaks was amazing to work with-especially during Co-Vid 19. Leslie made sure she was communicating with us at every step, and always responded to any concerns we had regarding our wedding. She made the planning process easy, and was willing to work with our outside vendors, and any ideas we had. The night of was simply amazing. The Staff was attentive and anything anyone was needed was taken care of. Getting married overlooking the well kept greens of the golf course and pond made for amazing photos. Our wedding on 8/28/2020 was incredible. Truly the best day of our lives. The lead up to it was also very smooth despite a few uncertain moments due to the pandemic.Our ceremony was short and sweet but gorgeous. The reception was so fun. I left it up to Leslie to place my centerpieces and decorations and she did not disappoint! Our guests were wowed by the beauty of the venue, the deliciousness of the food (chicken piccata and lots of steak tips that were all SO good w/generous portions. I had a huge piece of baked haddock that was incredible!) and of course the fireworks! We are still getting complements on everything.We choose the platinum vendor package and let me say as someone who works two jobs, it made my life so much easier. This package included the florist, the cake, dj and photography! All of which were super easy to work with and delivered exactly what we wanted.The vendors were -Photography- A Photographic MemoryFlorist- Celebrations by HeidiDJ - Get Down Tonight - DJ GreggCake - Jacques PastriesThe Oaks even paid for our hotel for our wedding night under this package! Last but not least, Leslie! She is a powerhouse who knows exactly how to make your day as special as it can be. You can tell she really cares about her couples and wants to see them happy. Most reviews here describe a positive wedding experience with The Oaks. We'd likely have had the same were it not for the COVID19 pandemic. But it brought to light that at the end of the day, they are just another business trying to make and keep your money.Our wedding was for mid-May 2020. Half the estimated total was paid in deposits and all was on track until about mid-March when COVID-19 got serious in NH. The wedding coordinator emailed us suggesting that we reschedule early and offered to provide some available dates. We asked for the dates, but also wanted her to clarify if postponing was now required or if we could keep our date so long as the headcount was under what the gathering size limit would be. We also let her know we were working on various guest lists with counts at under 50, 25, 10, etc.Her email back had the dates, but she also said they could not have any events of more than 50 people until early May. Our rescheduling question got ignored along with the fact we had just said we can shrink our guest list as needed. With the given dates, a reschedule couldn't work so we let her know that and re-asked about group size. She then said if our gathering met all the safety mandates on our date, we could still have it.We let her know that we'd keep the date and also explained the main reason we couldn't reschedule was that there was a terminally-ill grandparent and that their passing would affect other family being emotionally/physically present for the wedding. We repeated that we'd reach out to guests and shrink the list as needed, but asked about a partial or full refund of our deposits in the worst-case scenario that they could no longer host us regardless of headcount.This time her response ignored the refund question. So we re-asked and got back another useless email mentioning rescheduling at no extra charge (which we already said we couldn't do) and stating that all April and May weddings may be affected. Nothing on a refund… We kindly reminded her about our situation and re-asked about a refund, but her last email ended up being the last we'd hear from her.The manager emailed us in late March around when the stay-at-home order was issued. He told us he was aware of our situation and that we were now the only event still on for May, but that he'd explore options for our day and just needed time. And then 30 days later and 3 weeks from our date, we still hadn't heard back. We emailed him for an update and his one-sentence response said that they're awaiting the governor's stay-at-home order update. That Friday, the stay-at-home order got extended to May 31st and then on Monday he told us that they could no longer keep our date and told us to reschedule--while STILL ignoring the refund inquiry. We wrote back quoting the refund part of the contract and how it clearly applied to our situation. He wrote back just saying we'd only be credited towards a rescheduled event.We were happily able to put together a small wedding ceremony elsewhere with our parents, siblings, and a couple of groomsmen there. It was decorated nicely and we still used our DJ and photographer. We have video of it to look back on and several nice post-wedding photos at a park overlooking the water.If you got this far in the review, know that they will likely do a good job for your event if it's not canceled. But sadly, the pandemic exposed that they're a business first and that your event will always come second to lining their pockets.

We can't recommend the Oaks enough! When we first went to visit, I will admit that I was hesitant only based on the \"ballroom\" in the name. I walked in and all hesitations went out the window. I couldn't wait to discuss the place with my mom, fiancee, and future mother in law! My husband and I loved how bright the inside of the Oaks was. We immediately fell in love with the open space, the huge windows, the perfect dance floor space, the indoor/outdoor bar, the patio, and the beautiful golf course. We were really hoping for a venue that gave us AC (it was August), but a place that also felt very outdoorsy. The Oaks hit a homerun with what we were looking for. We immediately began to plan for cocktail hour and having wildflowers in mason jars outside, we knew we wanted to make a cornhole set, our tables would have wood rounds and wildflowers- all these things I had dreamed of were able to come true at The Oaks. We LOVED how we could be inside but really enjoy the outside space as well! Our guests loved the venue. People were out on the patio throughout the night visiting the photo booth, playing corn hole, drinking, and waiting for the best surprise- the fireworks. Leslie was a dream to work with. She was super responsive to emails, she answered all of my questions (which were a ton), and made sure our dream came true on our wedding day. We were married at a church, but the second we arrived at The Oaks, Leslie was outside and ready to help us. She brought my husband and I a drink immediately, got the bridal party to the bridal suite (this was a great perk), made our vision in the ballroom come true, and stayed the entire evening to make sure all went smoothly. I loved working with her and would gladly work for her anytime! At the end of the night, our cookie bar had TONS of cookies left, and she was helping all of us package them up! Her professionalism and wonderful attitude made me feel at ease through the whole planning process. My husband and I have been married for almost three months and I constantly look at our pictures and think, \"we couldn't have chosen a better place.\" We loved The Oaks and highly recommend it to anyone! What's not to love? An amazing wedding coordinator, a bridal suite, indoor/outdoor bar, a big dance floor, patio space, a fireworks show, and so much more!

The oaks is a beautiful venue however the wedding coordinator Leslie is the only reason I would not recommend a wedding here. Leading up to the wedding she was great but on the day of the wedding she was extremely rude to my bridal party, guests, and vendors. We could not have asked for a better wedding and it is all because we hosted it at The Oaks! From the moment I found this venue online, I knew it was the one. The ballroom itself is pristine and allows you to create whatever vision you’re dreaming of with its gleaming hardwood floors, neutral color scheme, and indoor/outdoor bar. The grounds are also beautifully maintained. Most importantly, though, was Leslie. I’m an event planner so knew I needed someone I could trust with every little detail. After our first meeting, I had no doubt that Leslie’s reputation in all of these reviews were anything but the truth! Leslie responded to every email, made sure to cover every detail throughout the planning process, and truly cared about us just as she does for every other couple getting married at The Oaks (who she fondly refers to as “my couples”). The Oaks was everything we were looking for: beautiful, affordable, flexible, delicious food, and Leslie truly is the biggest asset to this venue. 9/28/19 was the best day of our lives and we could not have asked for a better venue to celebrate!

The best decision we ever made was choosing The Oaks as our wedding venue. I can't express enough how amazing this venue is. The wedding coordinator, Leslie was absolutely amazing. The venue is beautiful! We were lucky enough to have the ceremony outside as well as fireworks!! The food was delicious! They were quick to cater to me (vegetarian) without a hassle. Every one of my guests comment on how fantastic the food was! Leslie is amazing! She was super helpful and patient with my thousands of questions! When I walked into the ballroom on the day of my wedding, all of my anxiety disappeared, because Leslie and her staff set it up just how I would have!

We live in Colorado and having to pick a venue from across the country caused us to have to rely heavily on reviews from others. My mom went to look at the venue in person and I was able to video conference in, which is when I \"met\" Leslie for the first time. The venue is gorgeous, the outdoor space incredible, and the indoor/outdoor bar was awesome. We were able to see the venue in person a few months after booking it and it is even more beautiful in person. What I believe the star of the show is though, is Leslie. From that initial meeting I could tell that Leslie was something special, you could tell she absolutely loved her job and wanted nothing more than to help make our day perfect. Throughout the planning process she was responsive with any questions I had, was honest, and gave guidance when asked. The day before the wedding we dropped off the decorations we had and her and her team took it from there. I can't tell you how at ease I felt on my wedding day knowing Leslie and her team had everything handled. She kept things on track, let us know where we needed to be and when (without being pushy), kept an eye on the weather to make sure we could squeeze in the fireworks before it rained again, and looked out for us to make sure we were fed (all of the food was so delicious) and had whatever we needed. When we had our first visit to the Oaks we immediately knew we had found our spot. From the second we walked through the doors we were in love with the indoor/outdoor patio, the gardens, and most of all Leslie. Simply put, Leslie is the best in the biz. I had read many reviews about the venue and her work but I cannot even put into words how incredible she is. I had some ideas of what we'd like to do but she took everything to another level and was with us every step of the way. We ended up doing the \"Stress-free\" package which made me laugh because how could a wedding be stress-free, right? It ended up being one of the best decisions we made. Leslie does her research with these vendors and everyone that works with the Oaks is truly a top vendor. Even more important, these vendors knew the staff and set-up at the Oaks and they were comfortable there which allowed us to get the best pictures, music, and more. I highly recommend this package to anyone who books their day here.I'm more of a big picture person so it was SO helpful to have Leslie who could take my concept and make it come to life. I was able to drop off our decorations and she just knew what would work best where and how to put everything I was dreaming of together in a way I couldn't have ever imagined possible. She kept the day moving, made sure we got to eat but also that we were able to talk with people. We truly didn't have to worry about a single thing. We heard over and over from our guests how amazing the food was, how beautiful the venue is, how great the staff is and how AMAZING the fireworks are! If you are able to do the fireworks, you will not be disappointed. I can't recommend The Oaks enough. Our day was magical and we're forever grateful.

When we had our first visit to the Oaks we immediately knew we had found our spot. From the second we walked through the doors we were in love with the indoor/outdoor patio, the gardens, and most of all Leslie. Simply put, Leslie is the best in the biz. I had read many reviews about the venue and her work but I cannot even put into words how incredible she is. I had some ideas of what we'd like to do but she took everything to another level and was with us every step of the way. We ended up doing the \"Stress-free\" package which made me laugh because how could a wedding be stress-free, right? It ended up being one of the best decisions we made. Leslie does her research with these vendors and everyone that works with the Oaks is truly a top vendor. Even more important, these vendors knew the staff and set-up at the Oaks and they were comfortable there which allowed us to get the best pictures, music, and more. I highly recommend this package to anyone who books their day here.I'm more of a big picture person so it was SO helpful to have Leslie who could take my concept and make it come to life. I was able to drop off our decorations and she just knew what would work best where and how to put everything I was dreaming of together in a way I couldn't have ever imagined possible. She kept the day moving, made sure we got to eat but also that we were able to talk with people. We truly didn't have to worry about a single thing. We heard over and over from our guests how amazing the food was, how beautiful the venue is, how great the staff is and how AMAZING the fireworks are! If you are able to do the fireworks, you will not be disappointed. I can't recommend The Oaks enough. Our day was magical and we're forever grateful.

Leslie is absolutely amazing, the venue was decorated spectacularly, the food was AMAZING - every single person we spoke with enjoyed their meals. Leslie will go above and beyond for you and makes sure your day flows smoothly and is 100% everything you want to be. The garden near the ceremony area is incredible for any plant lovers!! The sun stayed out for our ceremony and guests were able to use the patio during the downpour at the reception. We are so glad we chose the Oaks, thanks again Lesie and staff!

Our son and daughter-in-law had a truly “Happily Ever After” wedding at The Oaks Grandview Ballroom. The venue is spectacular with gorgeous views and fabulous food. The fireworks were an amazing surprise! We can’t thank Leslie and staff enough for their professionalism and quality of service. Under Leslie’s direction, every aspect of the wedding went smoothly, including the rain stopping before the outdoor ceremony! The staff obviously love their jobs as demonstrated by the excellent service they provided. We highly recommend The Oaks if your are planning a wedding or other event. Our guests are still raving that this was “the best wedding ever!”

Our families lived in different states so we were solely responsible for every aspect of the wedding planning process. Leslie was so incredibly understanding of our needs and was so supportive through it all. From the first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Our wedding day was nothing short of amazing, I get goosebumps every time I think about it. I got married last May and Our coordinator was nothing short of amazing! Her attention to detail, organization, and quick response time with all matters made the whole process smooth and stress free. The day of my wedding, Leslie kept everything on schedule, and took care of every little detail so that I could enjoy my day. The food was delicious, the venue was gorgeous, and the topper was the fireworks at the end (I HIGHLY recommend investing the extra for them). I would do my wedding over a thousand times there if I could :)

My husband and I had our wedding reception at The Oaks Grandview Ballroom in November 2018, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Oaks, staff, and most of all the wedding coordinator Leslie. Our entire experience from start to finish was absolutely incredible and I honestly don't think I could have said that, had it not been for Leslie and her team. Although a wedding is a very happy time for a couple, it brings with it a lot of stress as well. Leslie took all of that stress from us and created the most beautiful day of our lives. Whenever we had a question, concern, or a 3am lightbulb moment, Leslie was always very punctual in getting back to us as soon as possible and putting us at ease. She always made me feel like I was the only bride she had. That, to me, was irreplaceable. The food at the Oaks was delicious and our guests have been talking about it for months. We had a choreographed first dance, and Leslie offered to have us come in a few days before the wedding to practice on the dance floor. We were able to drop all of our extras off at the same time and they were set up to perfection when we arrived for the reception. I could honestly go on and on about how wonderful this day was. If you are reading this and considering booking the Oaks as your venue, I would tell you to book now, because you've found the best of the best. Thank you Oaks. Thank you staff. And thank you Leslie for creating the wedding of our dreams and memories that will last a lifetime.

Our wedding was more than what we could have imagined. The venue is so simple and elegant and you really have a blank canvas to transform it into anything you want. We stayed very simple in our details and everything was just PERFECT! I had my wedding at the Oaks on 9/15, and was extremely happy with the coordinator, food, and service. Other than the extremely helpful coordinator, Leslie, my favorite aspect of the Oaks is their beautiful outdoor space. Many guests (especially the older ones) who don’t like to dance were able to go outside and chat and smoke cigars away from the noise. Everyone complimented the food and the bridal party all complimented how helpful and nice Leslie and her assistant were. I would absolutely make the same choice to book my wedding at the Oaks if I had to do it again. A++

My husband and I just got married on August 24th at The Oaks, and honestly cannot say enough good things about this venue. From the moment we took our first tour of The Oaks we knew this is where we wanted to be married. The outdoor ceremony area overlooking the golf course and beautiful garden were huge selling points for us along with the beautiful ballroom and indoor/outdoor bar area. The preferred vendor package which included the food, cake, DJ, florist and photographers (all of whom were FANTASTIC) made the planning so easy and not to mention the surprise we had for our guests at the end of the night, fireworks! No other venue has this option! Also, no other venue has such an amazing wedding coordinator like Leslie. She is more than fantastic and took care of every detail for us. She took great care to make sure that everything ran smoothly and that we had the most amazing wedding that we could have ever hoped for. I honestly cannot say enough great things about her and her dedication and knowledge to make our wedding the best night of our lives. Do not hesitate to book this venue. One visit and you too will know this is exactly where you want to be married, just like we did!!

My daughter was married at The Oaks on Friday evening. The weather was perfect, the venue is beautiful. The ballroom is large and has a stunning outdoor patio/garden space including a two sided bar. Our experience was enhanced by the professionalism and guidance of Leslie, the wedding planner. Her input was invaluable during the planning process, and throught the entire day of the wedding. Leslie was generous with her time and patient with a nervous mother of the bride. On the wedding day, Leslie gracefully orchestrated the event, kept the pace of the day moving, and took time to ensure the Bride and Groom’s needs ( and mine and my husbands) were met. Leslie and her staff are intuitive, helpful and professional. As a result, my husband and I could truly enjoy our daughters wedding. Many thanks to Leslie and her terrific staff.

When my husband and I first got engaged, the first and easiest decision we made was what venue we were going to get married at. The Oaks Grandview ballroom was our first and only choice! Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous from the dark wood floors, white chairs, stunning landscaping, and the one of a kind indoor/outdoor car (that our guests LOVED!!) but you also get THE MOST amazing, hardworking, detail-oriented, badass wedding planner there is, Leslie Santiago. When I say my wedding day would not have been even close to what my dreams were without this women is an understatement. Leslie did not miss a beat. She took my vision and ran with it and it was better than I could have ever imagined. Your wedding day you want to be present and enjoy every second and she does this for you. So many moving parts and Leslie took care of each and every one of them. So many of my guests stated all night that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. I cannot say enough wonderful about the staff, the venue and the vendors that the oaks work with. THEY ARE AMAZING! Also - who else does a fireworks show that are better than the 4th of July?! Whenever we needed something or had a question, she was always quick and responsive! She is very very easy to work with and listened to all of our needs. I can not begin to say enough great things about The Oaks and Leslie. From the moment we met her it was like she just knew exactly what we wanted. Any time I had any questions I could just call or email and got a quick response from Leslie. Leslie even had the great idea of my husband riding into the ceremony on his motorcycle! My dad and I also had a dance that we wanted to do and it was no problem to go into the ballroom at any point to practice. The bridal suite is a great added touch and was perfect for storing all of my things along with the bridal parties things as well. Our family and friends could not say enough great things about the food at the wedding and how organized everything was. Leslie checked in with my often during the reception as well to make sure myself and my husband had everything we needed. The fireworks were absolutely amazing and are a must if you are wondering about whether to have them at your own wedding! I wish I could give Leslie and her staff more than 5 stars because they deserve a million! Thank you again Leslie for everything and for making my dream wedding a reality.

We had an absolutely beautiful wedding. Everything was taken care of perfectly, and the staff was amazing. I didn't even notice any staff members during the entire evening. They are so professional, organized and ready to do anything that you ask of them. The night went off without a hitch, the food was PHENOMENAL, and the venue was perfection. It was the best night of our lives, and we couldn't imagine a better place to get married. Although this is on a golf course and there are golfers around the venue, it offers an amazing amount of privacy that you don't even notice them! I would absolutely recommend this venue to any couple looking to get married!

I honestly don't know where to start. Leslie Santiago has put down herself in SO many ways. I am the most indecisive and anxious person ever and I can't count how many times she just told me to breath and enjoy this part of planning. She was always available for me when I had one of my panic moments. She had everything under control from the very beginning and everything went so smoothly for us. I don't know how many times she said \"morgan, I got this-you are the bride don't worry about this\" she took so much into her hands and let me be the bride and enjoy my day. She has a job to do and she gets it done with ease. I wish I could relive this night over and over again. I am so sad it's over but I'm glad that we can truly say our night was perfect because of how awesome Leslie is. The food was amazing, the decor that they set up was perfect and just Leslie's presence makes everything better. Thank you to the Oaks for giving me and my HUSBAND the wedding of our dreams! I am not one to write reviews, however, I felt compelled to do so after a recent event we had here at the oaks. we had a formal event for 70 people, catered sit down meal and I have to say that everything was just perfect. The space was beautifully set up and decorated. Both the bar and wait staff were pleasant and efficient. The food was delicious! Most importantly, the event coordinator, Leslie, was great to work with, professional, experienced and organized, made the planning really easy for us. I highly recommend this venue for any event.

My husband and I could not have had a more perfect day. Leslie is amazing to work with. From the beginning she made it clear that her main goal was to take care of us and she did just that. Kerry, too, was so sweet and easy to work with. One example of how they go above and beyond: I had a different idea for the head table and they offered to set it up for us one weekend to come in and see if we liked it before making the final decision. Additionally, I brought in decorations and centerpieces and they set everything up beautifully! Adam and I had ideas that Leslie was able to bring to life and look better than imagined. The rest of the staff was friendly, helpful, and fantastic. The food was superb and Leslie made sure that Adam and I were actually able to sit down and eat (something I have heard is a luxury for most brides and grooms).The picturesque venue is perfect for indoor and outdoor. We chose The Oaks knowing that if it rained we would be happy no matter where the ceremony took place...I cannot tell you how happy I was with that decision. When it started raining a few hours before the ceremony, I did not feel one bit of stress. At The Oaks, they truly are amazing and talented at what they do and I never worried for a minute what it would look like that day or how the day would go. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Both Leslie and Kerry are extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful!They went above and beyond to make sure that my daughter had the wedding of her dreams. They genuinely shared in our joy and happiness. All of the staff at The Oaks are friendly, helpful and professional!The venue is visually stunning and speaks for itself. We loved the indoor/outdoor bar and the patio that overlooks the golf course. The patio has very comfortable stylish furniture and there are flowers everywhere! The gardens are stunning! The ballroom itself is unbelievably romantic, airy, spacious and charming. Our guests could not believe how beautiful it was!The garden ceremony was so intimate and so gorgeous with that stunning view of the golf course as a back drop. The food is delicious and there are many options so you can make sure to have the menu you desire. Chef Charlie is awesome and so personable!As if it could not have been any more magical, my daughter and her husband added fireworks to cap off their reception! Words cannot fully describe how lovely the fireworks were with the reflections in the pond below.I highly recommend The Grandview Ballroom at The Oaks! My husband and I were married at the Oaks last Friday, and it was a dream wedding! I had a specific theme and idea in mind for our wedding: vintage romantic literature. For a year, I collected vintage books in hopes that our reception would look like a fairytale, and it did, thanks to Leslie! Not only did she and her crew decorate the reception hall perfectly and exceeded my expectations in that respect, but she met all of the vendors on our wedding day and organized each aspect of the wedding so that it went off without any complications. In addition to this, we felt supported during each part of the wedding; she gave us directions and tips for how to cut the cake, where to view the fireworks, and so much more! Throughout the entire day, I felt like I was in good hands and that Leslie cared immensely about our day being perfect. She made us feel like our wedding was not one out of hundreds that she has organized; we felt special. Overall, my husband and I would not have changed a thing. Everything was a dream, and everyone at the Oaks was helpful and kind. Our guests had tons of fun and raved about the entire experience. Thank You for helping to make this evening everything Denise had envisioned... her Dream Wedding! And if anyone was curious... the fireworks are definitely a must!! I am just sad that I can only give a 5 star review.... Leslie and her staff deserve a higher rating! The venue is so beautiful and elegant and the food was so delicious! I received so many compliments on the food! One of our guest is a chef at a high end restaurant and she said the presentation, temperature and taste of the food was all Excellent! Lauren is new to the Oaks this year, and she did a FANTASTIC job planning and carrying out our winter wedding! She was so organized and detail oriented (like myself) that made for a seamless evening! Our reception began a little behind schedule (catholic mass) but you wouldn't be able to tell with how smoothly things still went. The Oaks has the most beautiful ballroom that was decorated to perfection! Lastly, because we got married in the winter we did out first look photo shoot at the Oaks prior to our ceremony (so we could use the daylight). The Oaks kept the grounds (walkways) perfectly groomed (shoveled and clean from snow) which made for the most beautiful outdoor pictures out on the snow-covered golf course. Lastly our midnight firework show was perfection!! Best New Years Eve wedding we could have asked for!! Thank you Lauren & Oaks staff!!!

Absolutely the best night of my life! Every girl always imagines the wedding of her dreams and I can honestly say that Leslie went above and beyond to make this happen for me. I had always envisioned the way my wedding would be but I can honestly say that this was even better than I could have imagined! The Oaks was beautifully decorated with a tasteful fall theme, there was plenty of room for dancing (with my guest count at 190), and all of the staff was helpful and friendly! Leslie and Lauren kept the night running smoothly and Leslie took care of every little detail! Every single guest is still talking about how much fun they had and how impressed they were with everything. The food was excellent, drinks were great, and I did not have to worry or stress over anything, just one quick email to Leslie and Lauren and it was answered quickly! \r\rWe chose to do the fireworks which was a perfect added touch for our guests to enjoy and a great photo op for my husband and I! I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Leslie Santiago. My husband and I were married at The Grandview Ballroom on September 12, 2015. To say our day was perfect is an understatement and we owe every ounce of praise and compliment we received about our wedding to Leslie. Leslie made sure to dot every \"i\" and cross every \"t\" to ensure a smooth ceremony and reception. From our very first meeting with Leslie, we knew we were in good hands- an experienced and knowledgeable coordinator, she was so helpful and willing to answer any and all of our questions leading up to the big day. A lot of our planning was done during the week, so I would send emails off to Leslie and always received a speedy reply back with helpful and honest feedback. Our ceremony was held outdoors at The Oaks overlooking the beautiful, perfectly manicured lawns. We were fortunate enough to have a comfortably sunny and warm September afternoon and the area was perfect for our group of about 115 people. My husband's family has a tradition of building and decorating an arch and Leslie was amazing for letting us bring the arch over prior to the wedding day and even offered to help keep flowers cool. Following our ceremony, cocktail hour was held both indoors and outdoors- the Oaks has beautiful and picturesque property, our wedding photos look like a fake background! It's so stunning and our guests were so pleased with the outdoor bar/patio! The interior of the Grandview Ballroom is everything I could have wanted. It's completely open and perfect for a reception of our size- we had a mixed number of round tables (people were seated very comfortably at up to 12 people per table!) and also has an indoor bar which contained excellent drink variety! The dance floor was also spacious and left plenty of room for our guests to celebrate :) It felt perfectly open and was so wonderful to see everyone in the room from our sweetheart table. Among every detail that makes The Oaks a perfect wedding venue, they offer a package (at a very reasonable price) for a fireworks display to wow your guests at the reception! Leslie helped do all the coordinating and suggested we keep it a secret to guests- which we did and are so thankful for, because everyone was completely blown away! I've never been to a wedding that had a fireworks display and we were so happy to be the first for many of our guests! It was so much fun to secretly hop into a golf cart (Leslie drove us down!) and head down to the green for a front row view- simply stunning, talk about a fairytale wedding!! My fiancé and I did our wedding ourselves and never could have pulled this off without the help and support of Leslie Santiago. Being newly engaged and starting your venue touring can be so overwhelming- we must have looked at 5 or 6 venues in New England, and we just kept coming back to the Oaks- it's beautiful in every season (we saw it for the first time covered in snow and ice and still fell in love) and also for Leslie who we knew would have our backs and take good care of us, which she certainly did. The entire staff for the evening was wonderful and kind to me and my fiancee, along with our families, doing everything they could to make us feel comfortable and ensure we were having the best day ever :) Make sure you take time to check out The Oaks as you begin your quest for the perfect wedding venue! After searching for wedding venues for months, my last visit was to The Grandview Ballroom at The Oaks. The wedding coordinator, Leslie, was absolutely amazing and so accommodating! The venue itself is stunning! It was recently renovated and designed with clean lines and soft colors. Everything was classy and elegant without being overpriced or cheesy. Located right on the golf course, the ballroom was open with tons of natural light. Definitely not stuffy or outdated like most of the other venues I looked at. \r\rAnd to top it off, Leslie was absolutely amazing to work with. She's organized, knowledgeable and HELPFUL! She allowed me to design my ideal wedding while providing advice and guidance without being pushy or rude (as some other wedding coordinators I met were when asked how I could make my wedding unique and special). She's truly a professional at what she does. \r\rEverything ran according to plan down to the very last minute thanks to her. Without her, I don't know what I would have done. Not to mention, all the staff working the night of our wedding were also very professional and friendly. The food was spectacular & the outside was perfectly manicured (for an August/Summer wedding). \r\rI would highly recommend any bride searching for a wedding venue to go see Leslie at The Oaks! My fiancé and I had toured a couple of reception halls for our wedding prior to The Oaks and felt a little discouraged. That changed as soon as we walked through the doors of The Oaks. We were sold instantly. The ballroom and patio are absolutely gorgeous. There was a lovely private bridal suite for my girls and I which was so convenient. The one thing that really sealed the deal for us was the lady in charge, Leslie Santiago. Leslie was born for this job. She took care of everything, down to the last detail, and thought of things I forgot. Knowing that Leslie was coordinating everything for the reception made any worries we had about it melt away. She even got down on the floor at my reception to help me fix the bustle on my dress and made that stressful situation into a tiny hiccup so I could start enjoying the wedding reception. We were “sold” on having our reception at the Oaks from our very first meeting there…the tasteful décor, room size and layout, outside views and the menu. The menu sampling experience months before the reception was excellent but not expected to be repeated when serving 200 guests. We were pleasantly surprised that the quality was as-good as the sampling. \r\rNone of this happens without the right people. Your professional manner, knowledge of the business and ability to communicate that enthusiastically gave us the confidence and assurance that our needs would be well taken care of. I did one of the things you're probably not supposed to do, I booked a venue sight unseen. BUT, it was the best decision we made! The Oaks is an amazing place and also a great value! But this is also mostly true because of Leslie, the wedding coordinator at The Oaks. She is truly amazing and makes you feel like you are the only wedding she is doing. She has great insight and tips to make your day the most special day. The venue itself is great. The ballroom is a great space that makes the room not appear too large, although it could easily fit more than the 135 guests we had. We especially loved the fact that the bar was open on the inside and the outside, so that guests can mingle outside before dinner. Everything is decorated so beautifully attention to detail is apparent. The food is also so delicious! It was not easy to pick our food selections at our tasting, as everything was amazing! The bottom line...our guests loved everything about our wedding and the venue! And this was mainly due to Leslie and the hardworking staff at The Oaks. We couldn't thank them enough!

But this is also mostly true because of Leslie, the wedding coordinator at The Oaks. She is truly amazing and makes you feel like you are the only wedding she is doing. She has great insight and tips to make your day the most special day. The venue itself is great. The ballroom is a great space that makes the room not appear too large, although it could easily fit more than the 135 guests we had. We especially loved the fact that the bar was open on the inside and the outside, so that guests can mingle outside before dinner. Everything is decorated so beautifully attention to detail is apparent. The food is also so delicious! It was not easy to pick our food selections at our tasting, as everything was amazing! The bottom line...our guests loved everything about our wedding and the venue! And this was mainly due to Leslie and the hardworking staff at The Oaks. We couldn't thank them enough!

Wow! We could not be happier with how our wedding went. We got married in August here and Leslie and her staff were amazing! Wow! We could not be happier with how our wedding went. We got married in August here and Leslie and her staff were amazing! This venue is breathtakingly beautiful (as a ceremony site- outside golf course, so picture impeccable greenery - and reception venue) and the food is amazing!!! The wedding coordinator I worked with (Leslie Santiago) was both incredible, as well as patient. She always made herself available and put me at ease time and time again while I was planning the particulars. I definitely recommend this venue!

This venue was everything my husband and I ever could have asked for! Leslie is an amazing coordinator! She can improvise on a dime and is efficient and fluent at her job! She is the sweetest person and her team is incredible. The food is delicious and was loved by all!! We searched for weeks for the perfect venue and I can not imagine choosing anywhere else for that special day. I planned my wedding from Florida and Leslie was very accommodating to let us make appointments to meet with her when we were home! She even let us take a chair, vase, and napkin home to test idea's out for my decorations! Leslie and her team made our day, they think of all the small things and so much comes with the venues wedding package! I HIGHLY recommend this venue for a wedding!! I hope that every bride and groom gets to have an amazing day like my husband and I had at our wedding day. -China and Adam

My wedding at the Oaks could not have been more perfect. Everything was so beautiful and I received so many compliments on how wonderful the venue was. The view overlooking the golf course is so pretty and sets a great background for the outdoor ceremony and for wedding photos. I also loved the outdoor patio area for the cocktail hour and for people to hang out during the reception. The ballroom is absolutely beautiful and provides a perfect clean palette for any wedding. And Leslie was amazing to work with! She is so organized and was always available to answer any questions I had. She worked so hard to make our day super special.
