Andrew was the best! Every question was promptly answered and this venue seemed very accommodating to any request that we might possibly of had. Although we did not book with them, due to distance from us. We could not ask for a better experience in dealing with a vendor.

Shannon and Andy are amazing people to work with. My husband and I both lived out of state so we were planning the wedding long distance. They were easy to communicate and would send pics/updates whenever we needed them. The day of the wedding they made everything run smoothly. Andy personally excused each table for the buffet and constantly checked in with me and my husband through out the night. I've had multiple family members comment on how everything went so well. I would highly recommend there venue. They were very professional and worked very hard to help make the day how we wanted it. They also have catering company and the food was amazing. They even helped incorporate some southern cuisine to help bring in my husbands favorite foods. If I had to do it again I would definitely book with them.

We decided on a different venue, but if your wedding theme is country or rustic, reserve the Olde Farmhouse Barn. We exchanged several phone calls and e-mails with Andy and Shannon, the owners, and visited their venue—1 of 7 places we saw and countless others we contacted. They stood out in their responsiveness, information shared and, most of all, warmth and friendliness. The experience and passion they bring to their work is exceptional and evident in the questions they asked and suggestions they made. We had no doubt that our wedding would go as we hoped with Andy and Shannon at the helm. Even in the depths of winter, we could envision a fall ceremony on the farmhouse’s lovely porch, social hour in the funky corn crib and reception and dancing in the well-maintained barn. While we did opt for a different location and look, just the interactions we had with Andy and Shannon helped to ensure we will have a better event.

Even though we did not end up booking The Olde Farmhouse Barn based on our guest numbers, I had such an amazing experience touring this location that I have to share it! Andy is absolutely wonderful! He was able to meet us early in the morning so the tour could fit with our work schedules. After showing us his beautiful venue, we sat in his office talking about what we were looking for in a venue that was going to make our wedding special. Andy was by far the most emotionally invested venue owner we met on our search, you can tell just how much your big day means to him and that he wants it to be everything you have ever dreamed of! My fiancé and I have been to weddings where things like the DJ and general timelines have ruined the guest experience. Andy prides himself on making sure you have only the best vendors and everything runs smoothly so your big day is everything a bride could hope for. Again, even though we did not book with them, I strongly suggest taking the time to look at the Olde Farmhouse Barn because of how amazing Andy was!

The Olde Farmhouse Barn was exactly what I was looking for when I was searching for the perfect wedding venue. The setting is just magical! The owners, Andy and Shannon, as well as the other staff really make your wedding day everything you imagined. They were so helpful in planning from start to finish, making sure every detail is just how you want! We were married at the farmhouse and utilized the barn and the entire grounds for our cocktail hour and reception. The barn is absolutely beautiful! All night long, I was hearing guests say they were amazed at how gorgeous and delicious everything was. The food was absolutely outstanding!! It was a beautiful fall day!! We had an amazing time and really enjoyed getting to know Andy and Shannon!

Several weeks ago we had our wedding and reception here. In the months before the event we were assisted and guided by the owners Andy and Shannon Minor. As most wedding planning time goes, there were always a lot of details and questions that needed to be addressed and decided upon. Andy and Shannon were there for us, they helped us when we were not quite sure or confused with the many tasks at hand.Finally the weekend arrives for all the months of planning and preparing for that special day, our only daughters wedding. With that being said, and as life would have it, we experienced a problem with mother nature that seemed to be impossible to resolve, due to the fact that you cannot control what mother nature will do, especially, when you are in a beautiful and natural setting such as, the great outdoors!Regardless, as insurmountable as the situation was, both Andy and Shannon went to work to minimize the problem quickly to the best of their ability. As a result, what was once a big issue became a small and insignificant problem that pretty much disappeared as the evening went on.Reflecting back now on everything, I can honestly say that we are so thankful that we had the opportunity to work with Andy and Shannon when life can be so unpredictable. They both had the foresight and experience to transform this situation into something positive which imprinted on our minds, only the beautiful memories of the day that we will carry in our hearts for a lifetime.

What a beautiful wedding venue! The food was delicious and the presentation colorful and creative. The barn and grounds were clean and neatly kept. We even had a chance to meet the owners Andy and Shannon who were very friendly and went out of their way to make wedding guests feel at home. We truly enjoyed the wedding at the Olde Farmhouse, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to hold a barn wedding/reception.

It is beautiful out there it made my wedding into my dream wedding. All of my guests complemented how beautiful the wedding turned out. Usually you don't have very good food at weddings but there food was outstanding. If I have another party I would go to them for food. Andy and Shannon help with everything through out the process getting up to the big day. They are like family at the end.

If the gorgeous layout of the big white farmhouse and the big and little red barns aren't enough wonder for you to get married here, the owners, Andy and Shannon, are wonderful and very helpful!The Minors helped us plan our entire wedding from napkin type and color to food choices and even where each wedding event would take place. They have many great vintage, rustic, and delicate decorations as well as yard games! The venue itself is beautiful enough that not much decoration is needed and any decoration we wanted to add they helped us envision and place. Andy and Shannon worked with our florist, DJ, and the baker who delivered our desserts in order to make the day go flawless! If I could do it all over again, I'd choose the same place, same owners, same decor, same time, and place. The Olde Farmhouse Barn and Andy and Shannon made our day perfect!
