The Orchard Event Venue & Retreat is a breathtaking wedding venue located in Azle, just a short drive from Forth Worth, TX. Here, you can gather with loved ones for a special day that's as grand or intimate as you please. The sprawling property exudes charm and welcomes guests from all over to take in the natural beauty of this rural locale. Boasting over 100 acres of land, The Orchard Event Venue & Retreat has multiple indoor and outdoor areas that are waiting for you to make your own. Taking in the lush greenery as soon as they set foot on the estate, your loved ones will know they're in for a magical day. You, your partner, and your parties can prepare for the celebration in the wedding suite, putting the finishing touches to your look or relaxing with a game of pool. With a spacious vanity area and additional games, there are ample amenities in the suite. Then, walk down the aisle in an outdoor ceremony and say "I do" under the quaint pergola. Your wedding photos are sure to stun with the picturesque backdrop of century-old pecan and oak trees, and verdant foliage. A smaller ceremony spot has the same natural charm, along with a warming rock fireplace, and can hold 50 guests. If you'd rather an indoor ceremony, then the Pecan Room might be just the place. When the time comes to sit down to your meal, the spacious Reception Hall awaits. With 7,700 square feet to decorate and bring to life as you please, this area welcomes you and up to 350 guests. Flooded with ambient light from large windows, this area also features a large granite bar and wood-beamed ceiling. Accommodations for you and your nearest and dearest is also available at The Orchard Event Venue & Retreat. I found the perfect man for me and I wanted the perfect venue for our marriage ceremony. This venue is so beautiful! The staff is excellent - friendly and efficient. Shaina and Kevin were awesome to work with. The forecast for our wedding weekend was terrible, thunderstorms and possible hail, but the venue has so many options for your ceremony, it was not an issue. We ended up with a beautiful day and had the ceremony outdoors under the pergola next to the heart-shaped lake. Grooms cabin was a huge hit with the guys. Our out- of- town wedding party stayed in the cabins on property making it easy for them to get to the rehearsal dinner and wedding day festivities. Our family stayed in the Lodge and we gathered there with family and friends after the rehearsal dinner and after the wedding. The Lodge is huge and has lots of fun things to engage your guests.We loved being able to spend time with our family and wedding party without having to drive off the property. Can't wait to see our wedding pictures with the lovely orchard in the background!

Wow! I don’t know where to start but I will keep it short and simple. Planning a wedding was extremely overwhelming however the orchard provided us with the most exceptional and patient service ever! I was not afraid to contact the venue for any thing I needed.Not to mention that the place is literallybeautiful. So much land with such beautiful places to take pictures. We got so many compliments on our venue. The groomsmen had a cabin and the girls had a bridal sweet. The ceremony, cocktail, and reception were all in the same place so we didn’t have to jump to any other locations. It was just perfect! Highly recommend.

I was so impressed with this venue as soon as we entered through the gates. This beautiful venue is tucked behind sprawling pecan trees, and surrounded by open fields which create the perfect backdrop for the pond. There are multiple ceremony and reception spaces on site, as well as a catering kitchen and an ICE MACHINE!! The venue provided so many extras that made our day special. The staff was very easy to work with and everyone was helpful, especially on the day of the wedding. If I were to have my wedding over again, there is no doubt I would pick The Orchard.

We couldn't have picked a better place. Our wedding date was the only day of the week that called for rain and cold weather and we hoped for the entire week that it would go away. The Orchard was prepared to change our wedding plan super last minute and supplied us with heaters so we could still have our ceremony outside. Our wedding day although not the way we expected it to be was still the best day ever with the help of the orchard!

My husband and I got married back in March. We fell in love when we first walked in for our visit at the Orchard. We knew immediately that it was our dream wedding place. It was such a BEAUTIFUL venue. They have almost everything you need to plan your dream wedding, from natural scenery to decors to beautiful cabins that you stay after an exciting celebration. Kristi was so helpful in guiding us with all the different vendors and her recommendations we needed to make everything seamless. All the staffs were amazing and so helpful during our big day. Our wedding was just as we imagined it all to be. It was so PERFECT! Most of our guests were amazed with the place and they said, “it’s a hidden gem.” We’re so grateful that god brought us to the Orchard.

The orchard in Azle, where we most recently had our wedding is a fantastic venue. One of our groomsmen had his wedding there before us and I knew we had a great time, but working with them was also seamless and professional. The bar staff that they provided were exceptional and all of our interactions were so helpful and accommodative. They also helped us stick to our budget and we used their various specials to secure rental decorations at a great price before our event. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a magical ceremony and reception.

Ever since my parents moved to the area, I always knew I wanted my wedding to be at this venue. As soon as I got engaged, I told my fiancé I knew where I wanted to have the ceremony. And the cabins/Lodge were the perfect getaway for our guests that had to travel from out of state. All of the staff were very accommodating and gracious when the pandemic hit and we had to reschedule the event twice. Being in PA school and having to finish planning the event, they were so nice and answered all of my questions. The Orchard is also a beautiful place to get bridal portraits done! So many options for beautiful shots. And my guests loved seeing the cattle on the property. Overall great place to have any event especially a wedding!

The Orchard is absolutely stunning and gorgeous! We were impressed with how well-kept the grounds are; they were impeccable. The venue immediately took our breath away and we had visited on a cold rainy day! This venue easily checked all of our boxes. We wanted a wedding with a rustic elegant theme and The Orchard fit into our vision perfectly. We loved how we could easily move our event from outdoors to indoors without losing any refinement. We were really impressed with the groom's cabin which was spacious and had a lot of amenities. Most of the other venues we toured basically had a closet for a groom's cabin, so the large groom's cabin was a plus for us. The rest of the venue also had a lot of great amenities. The prep kitchen was perfect for our caterer and the bar was in a central location. The plaza added a more casual vibe for our cocktail hour and was a great space for guests to mingle. The pergola, where we had our ceremony, was a perfect canvas for our florist to do her magic. The receptions hall was also spacious. We never felt cramped. We had about 124 guests plus our vendors and felt that we had plenty of room to do everything we wanted. The ability for the doors to remain open to the plaza helped with that. The venue really was the lynch pin that tied everything together. Our guests kept coming up to us letting know how impressed they were with the venue and couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous it was. The venue is reasonably priced for a venue in the DFW area. It is open vendor, which gave us the freedom to choose the vendors we wanted and to save money where we could. The downside was that we had to coordinate the majority of the event. We did have some difficulty with the planning and set-up process. Everything was emailed to us in pdf files, so it wasn't entirely online. There was some confusion and miscommunication as well when it came to the services they offered. There were very few descriptions of the services provided and the ones that were present were not very descriptive. We ended up having a lot of questions but had to email or call every time we had one pop up. This really added up overtime, so we just started to wing it. We think the process can be made more efficient and convenient if it was all moved online. Moving the planning process and set-up process online would also allow more space for clearer descriptions of the services offered. However, the staff was really helpful and did answer all of our questions promptly. We felt that the entire staff was friendly and updated any changes we made very quickly. After we had gotten through the planning process, we felt that everything ran seamlessly. Overall, we are so glad that we booked with The Orchard. Our wedding day was perfect and everything we had dreamed of. The Orchard worked really hard to make our day magical and they succeeded! We highly recommend the venue and hope to go back for another event some day!

Kristi was our point of contact for majority of the time and she was so sweet. She recognized us and knew our names at open houses, when we would come tour randomly, all from our first meeting. Shania took over the month of to gather final details and I’m so thankful for her. She answered my 50000 questions quickly every time! I highly recommend the orchard for any event. We had our wedding at the Orchard in October and everything went perfect. The venue is beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The owner agreed to add a COVID section in our contract when we signed with them in February which was so important to us as we didn’t know what things would look like in October. Luckily we didn’t need to use it! We had the best experience and highly recommend this venue!

My emotions are high on this one because these people became family to me over the past two years and it truly is surreal not having a meeting with them next week or emails coming in and that honestly has my heart oozing out of my chest , this is how much I adore and appreciate this venue. Your wedding venue is the foundation for it all. Your wedding venue is where your hopes and dreams can actually transfer from your mind to a reality. Your venue is everything and when I say I struck gold with this one, well I struck more than just gold. This place was and is my sanctuary. No joke I have already been back twice this week just to feel and see it again. I know many people probably go back and visit their wedding venue throughout their years but this place- me and my family are already planning on booking family reunions, my wedding anniversary celebration etc that’s how important this place and these people are to me and my family. This place is not just a wedding venue they offer so much more and to Kristi and Ashley , I honestly have no words on what y’all have done for me , my husband and our families but thank you a million times over 💕

This review is long overdue, but I had to share because we loved it so much. The Orchard is an absolutely stunning venue. We had so much fun and it was such an amazing day. The on-site cabins were amazing for our grandmothers to rest in before the ceremony and when they were ready to leave, and since it's so close, the people helping them didn't have to be gone from the reception too long! I looked at over 125 venues online and toured about 30 venues in person between the DFW area and the Hill Country, and as soon as we toured this one I knew it was the one. It was also great to have so many options for the ceremony location, and since I wanted it to be out next to the tree, we had a backup (on the porch) and a backup for the backup (indoor ceremony room - and if you choose the indoor option for your ceremony, you don't have to worry about flipping the room, since it's separate from the reception area)! I'm so happy we chose The Orchard and highly recommend it!!

The on-site cabins were amazing for our grandmothers to rest in before the ceremony and when they were ready to leave, and since it's so close, the people helping them didn't have to be gone from the reception too long! I looked at over 125 venues online and toured about 30 venues in person between the DFW area and the Hill Country, and as soon as we toured this one I knew it was the one. It was also great to have so many options for the ceremony location, and since I wanted it to be out next to the tree, we had a backup (on the porch) and a backup for the backup (indoor ceremony room - and if you choose the indoor option for your ceremony, you don't have to worry about flipping the room, since it's separate from the reception area)! I'm so happy we chose The Orchard and highly recommend it!!

My wife immediately fell in love with this place. It’s literally the best place to get married! They support same sex marriages and did not treat us any different. The venue is beautiful all around. We had a \"Covid wedding\" here, which changed a lot about our wedding that was out of their control. The Orchard was flexible and helpful during this time. High points: The Orchard is an older venue and thus very good at what they do - they've seen it all, gorgeous property, several different ceremony options so that you don't have to do a room change, can accommodate all sizes of weddings, cabins on site for guests nervous about driving at night/after the wedding. Other Covid brides should know: We had several guests who stated they would not come unless the chairs were \"socially distanced from one another.\" The Orchard's policy on this was that they would set out 30% more chairs so that people could socially distance themselves, but if we wanted the chairs socially distanced, we would have to do it ourselves. This was clearly communicated ahead of time, so we were not shocked the morning-of, or anything like that. It wasn't ideal for my parents to be socially distancing chairs on the morning of the wedding when they should have been relaxing, but again, this was communicated ahead of time, so we knew it was coming. For brides getting married in a rainy season: Be aware that mosquitoes are a problem and prepare accordingly. Overall, we are so glad we had our wedding at The Orchard, and we will cherish our wedding day, Covid or not, for the rest of our days!

We had our wedding on 7.31.20 at The Orchard and it was absolutely perfect! The venue is beautiful and the staff is amazing to work with and very professional! Kristi helped me through the planning process and would answer any questions I had almost immediately. My wedding was originally March 27, 2020 but this was right when Texas shut down and Kristi was right there to help me figure out a new date without hesitation which I am very thankful for! The day of our wedding Kevin was there to help us out whenever we needed which was very helpful. We rented the lodge for two nights for our rehearsal dinner and for the night of the wedding. Kevin and his staff bartended the day-of, and our guests never had to wait in a long line. The furniture and other amenities were perfectly arranged once we arrived, and everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend visiting this venue when you are looking, as it was my favorite of the many we visited and was definitely the most flexible and helpful of all the venues in the area. Our families and the wedding party were able to hang out around the cabins throughout the entire weekend and get to know each other even more, especially since many of them are spread out across the state and country. Kevin and his staff bartended the day-of, and our guests never had to wait in a long line. The furniture and other amenities were perfectly arranged once we arrived, and everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend visiting this venue when you are looking, as it was my favorite of the many we visited and was definitely the most flexible and helpful of all the venues in the area. Plus they can accommodate a large guest count and have plenty of space for everyone. Thank y'all for allowing us to have the best day!

The Orchard Event Venue & Retreat in Azle Texas is a fantastic place to have your retreat, reunion, anniversary, or in our case, our only daughter’s DREAM wedding on January 18, 2020. Happy Bride and Very Happy Mom!!The manager is Ashley Segelquist, and her assistant is Kristi Owen and they are super easy to work with! The main venue building is huge, fantastic, and beautiful with indoor and outdoor facilities, a kitchen, fabulous bridal suite, bar, separate grooms’ cabin, and plenty of tables & chairs. The venue rental includes the tables, chairs and white linens, as well as quite a few decorations. They have all the facilities you may need for a DJ or Band, caterer’s needs, etc. The venue has a gas fireplace on the outside patio and if requested will place heaters in the area to gather around, for those who wish to be outside in the winter. They were SO SO SO SO SO helpful with all the planning and arrangements!!! They answered my gazillion questions very patiently and professionally. We are not from the Ft Worth area, so we had a lot of requests for referrals and they were very helpful with giving us names of companies they have worked with. We used the caterer they recommended (Mama Cuca’s), the cake people (Creative Cakes by Monica) and the Day of Coordinator, who was just amazing (Heidi Nettles). The venue’s winter rates are lower than summer rates, and this worked plan well for all the families travel, because they had plenty of notice, etc. We also rented their Lodge, which is a giant and beautiful 6-bedroom ranch house with a game room, tremendous fully stocked kitchen, dining room, master suite, game room, outdoor patio fireplace, grill, hot tub and phenomenal swimming pool. The Lodge is an extra expense - however our daughter and fiancé/husband REALLY enjoyed getting to spend quality time with their bridesmaids/groomsmen over a two-night stay. All the “kids” expressed their appreciation at getting to stay there vs an area hotel and have group meals, a ton of fun in the hot tub, etc. They all brought snacks and coffee etc and we were very satisfied that they were safe and content. This arrangement was as much safer with no one driving anywhere! We even had the Rehearsal dinner catered at the Lodge, making everything VERY convenient. They also have 15 very nice cabins to rent, competitive with local hotel rooms 20 minutes away in Ft Worth. These sell out fast so if you use them- rent the cabins right away- then you have until 2 months before the event to really decide which ones you need, etc. We had family from the 4 corners of the USA, so we were very appreciative of the cabins. They were well appointed and comfortable. The Cabin area also has a pavilion for gatherings and 2 gas fire pits with chairs for gatherings.We recommend the Orchard Event Venue and Retreat to everyone with any size large party. The property is set on a working ranch, and that just increases the charm so much more. Our event was wonderful, fun, easy and seamless. Thank You Ashley and Kristi for your patience with me!!

As mother of the groom, and not part of the decision-making on the venue, I have to say, this is a beautiful choice, even during the winter months. The accommodations for indoor ceremonies is great for smaller celebrations (the count for son's wedding was for 150 people). Lot's of outdoor space with space heaters. The rental of their huge Lodge was perfect for the wedding party, and having cabins to rent on the same property made things so easy for those who had long drives, or traveled from out of state. Although it is removed from the big cities, it is a beautiful venue with very helpful staff (and very prompt in answering questions.) If I have any complaint at all, it would be that I should've rented the cabins for the two nights (rehearsal/wedding eve & day), so that the cabins could not be rented out to \"outsiders\" the night before. We were unable to get into the cabins as early as we had planned (11 am when lodge was available). So we were having to officially wait till they checked out & cabins were cleaned. HOWEVER, the staff was really helpful with letting us know when one of the cabins was ready (at 2pm), so we could get in sooner and get dressed for photos. They still get 5 stars because partly my fault for not realizing the potential those cabins would be unavailable at the time I planned, but also because they were willing to do their best to help us get in sooner.

I can't brag on this place enough! The staff was exceptionally kind, accommodating, responsive, and just all around amazing. We were so happy with our choice for a many number of reasons, but by far I was blown away by how nice the staff and owners were in getting us booked, helping us with set up, communicating with us about our wedding weekend needs, and being there for us every step of the way to our big day. We also stayed at the lodge onsite (extra charge of course, but well worth it to be right onsite), and many of our party stayed in cabins. We had an unforgettable weekend. Everything was fully stocked for us, staff was available for our questions, and they made sure we had a great time and had everything we needed for rehearsal dinner as well. The venue itself is beautiful, well kept, and I loved that there was plenty of space for my 140 guests, family, and bridal party. We had a Sunday afternoon wedding in March just for reference, and we stayed at the lodge Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. The Orchard made our day and weekend so special. We LOVED getting married at the Orchard! It was the first and only venue we toured because it immediately felt like the perfect venue for us. We got sooo many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the property is. We had a really long planning timeline, and the Orchard staff was accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process! The onsite lodging is also fantastic. My family stayed in the lodge and my husband's family stayed in the cabins, and everyone had a wonderful experience. The only bad part of my wedding day at the Orchard is that it's over!!

We couldn't have dreamt up a better wedding venue if we tried!!! The Orchard is where it's at and there is no question about it. My husband and I chose The Orchard for so many reasons, including: location, budget, amenities, personnel, planning help, options, and of course, its beauty. Majority of our guests were coming from the Waco area, Northeast Louisiana, and California. The Orchard is in a great spot because of its proximity to Fort Worth. It is close to the 2 major Dallas airports and plenty of hotel & dining options for guests making the travel. We had a big handful of guests take advantage of their onsite cabins and they couldn't have been happier with the convenience of their choice. Some said that the cabins were nicer than some hotels they have stayed at. Considering the countless number of amenities both included and available at The Orchard, the venue's rental price was more than fair. This was important to us because I did not want a venue that we had to over decorate ourselves and over pay for. The venue is already a fairytale but the staff took care of setting up the few extras we did rent from them. It was also important to us to choose a venue with a ceremony plan B in case of bad weather. The Pecan Room is as beautiful as the outdoor Pergola, and the indoor reception hall and outdoor Plaza gave us multiple venues in one for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception party. The staff are also like an included amenity! So helpful in answering questions, setting up payment plans, and scheduling tours or sit-down visits. Ashley and Samantha went above and beyond to help me plan the perfect day. Kevin, the facility manager, arrived at The Orchard before we did on wedding day. And he left after everyone else, too! He was incredibly helpful in everything we did that day, from working with our day of event coordinator, to helping vendors move in and out, to last minute floor plan changes, and directing the final clean up after our grand exit. We really couldn't ask for a better wedding experience than the one we had here. The Orchard makes it their passion to help couples have and plan the perfect day that won't break the bank.

The Orchard Event Venue is absolutely stunning. It's so simple, yet so elegant and quiet. My now husband and I had probably seen 8 other venues before seeing The Orchard and not really being sold on any. Once we pulled up and saw the property we knew this was where we wanted to get married. Having our ceremony outside was a must for us, but with that there comes the chance of having bad weather and moving inside. There were two options to choose from if that permitted but luckily for us we got what we wanted and had our ceremony outside. Every time we visited the property for decoration purposes, \"open house\" etc, I/we would get even more excited just because of how secluded and beautiful it was. The Orchard was about an hour drive from where we live WITHOUT traffic, but it was definitely the worth the drive for us. I've heard some crazy stories from other brides about their venues and not letting them do things that I honestly never thought would be a problem, but not with The Orchard! I felt like I had an insane amount of questions to ask them especially as the days drew closer, but they were so reassuring and answered my question very quickly when emailed. They also have a lodge and several cabins to rent on property, whether it's wedding related or not, and we were very pleased with those as well. To have a quiet getaway, we would come back to the cabins. My husband and I are so incredibly happy with our decision in The Orchard and we would recommend it to anyone and everyone! We could not of left more happier.

We througoly enjoyed workign alongside the staff as they answered every questions, never hesitated to give us an additional tour and supported us in makign our wedding day a memorable one. We were drawn to the cabins and the lodge and ended up booking those for our close family and friends to stay in during the wedding weekend. The opprotunity to have them so close was what initally drawed us to this venue. The Orchard is by far the best venue to choose from. They have three beautiful ceremony spots to choose from and the reception hall is nearly all set up. They have tables, chairs, linens and even have a few centerpieces to choose from. They have a plethora of decor to rent from which saved us from buying and having to resale after the wedding. Clean up was easy, you only clean up what you brought and they take care of the rest! We had a bunch of family members traveling from out of town and the cabins on the property were the best to have the families spend time and get to know each other. I would highly recommend this place, it was perfect for everything we imagined.

They were very responsive through the entire process, and the day of staff literally saved the day when we had some problems with a different vendor. I do not have enough good things to say about The Orchard. First off, it is a beautiful venue. The grounds are stunning and they have multiple options for your ceremony location (i.e. an outdoor pergola, a covered outdoor patio, and an indoor ceremony room). They also have cabins and housing available if you decide to have guests stay there which is very convenient. Secondly, the reception room itself is a relatively blank slate so you can decorate it to fit your style. Third, the staff is absolutely amazing to work with. They were so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process and were always quick to return any missed phone calls. They have a monthly newsletter that goes out at the beginning of the month that has a different amenity discount that is available. Lastly, the day-of coordinator that works there, Heidi, is incredible. She was so easy to work with and throughout our wedding day, she was on the ball with everything. She brought my husband and I dinner and routinely checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. When we ran into a few issues with weather and a vendor, she was quick to let me know and had back up plans ready for me to choose from. She made the day run so incredibly smooth and took so much stress off of me. I would 100% recommend her to anyone that gets married at The Orchard.

They make you feel like it is just you and only you that gets married there and that was important to me. I also like that they have rehearsal on Thursday even for those Saturday weddings. The Orchard was a wonderful venue for our early June wedding. The proprietors and staff - Deandra, Mike, and Heidi - were all extremely helpful at various stages, from booking our wedding date to booking our rehearsal to ordering decorations and services to the day itself.The Orchard is quite flexible; they are willing to work with most vendors. They did have a list of preferred vendors that we used to narrow our search for photographers, florists, and DJ services. All of the vendors we booked from that list did a great job, and we appreciated the Orchard's willingness to make these endorsements.Weather in the days leading up to our wedding was pretty unstable, and we ended up having to move our ceremony from the pergola to the Pecan Room in the reception hall. The Orchard's staff made this transition seamlessly, and the Pecan Room worked beautifully for us.Many of our guests complimented us on our choice of venue. The reception hall is spacious, modern, and adaptable; the outdoor area is lovely with a grassy lawn, water features, and livestock grazing nearby. The bridal suite and groom's cabin are both well appointed and served our needs nicely.We were both absolutely pleased with The Orchard and would readily recommend this venue for anybody who wishes to hold a wedding in the DFW area but doesn't want to hold it in the city proper.

They did have a list of preferred vendors that we used to narrow our search for photographers, florists, and DJ services. All of the vendors we booked from that list did a great job, and we appreciated the Orchard's willingness to make these endorsements.Weather in the days leading up to our wedding was pretty unstable, and we ended up having to move our ceremony from the pergola to the Pecan Room in the reception hall. The Orchard's staff made this transition seamlessly, and the Pecan Room worked beautifully for us.Many of our guests complimented us on our choice of venue. The reception hall is spacious, modern, and adaptable; the outdoor area is lovely with a grassy lawn, water features, and livestock grazing nearby. The bridal suite and groom's cabin are both well appointed and served our needs nicely.We were both absolutely pleased with The Orchard and would readily recommend this venue for anybody who wishes to hold a wedding in the DFW area but doesn't want to hold it in the city proper.

Absolutely wonderful venue. They were always willing to answer my emails and phone calls about all my small questions. The venue is beautiful and in great shape. It's a blank enough slate to accommodate any style of decor, but stands alone very nicely. They do have a lot of add ons, which can add up. They don't rent for the day, but rather eight hours. Still, absolutely loved it and had a LOT of compliments on it from our guests.

I absolutely love this place. I can't tout its virtues enough. It's absolutely GORGEOUS!!! The staff are so kind and helpful. The groom's cabin, awesome. The bridal sweet, lovely. The main reception place, stunning. The fire place, cozy. The outside pergola space with the fountain, breathtakingly beautiful. Though the drive out there is a bit far, you won't regret it.

I recently got married at The Orchard on October 7th and let me start off by saying this venue is a hidden gem!! Book early and leave the rest in their hands...this is the most amazing place!!! This was the first and last venue we looked at for our special day. We could facilitate the entire timeline of the day in one place! (getting ready, pre-ceremony pictures, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) The Bridal suite was spacious enough to fit the whole bridal party (and all our junk lol) The hair/makeup artist & photographers were able to have enough space as well. Several mirrors and outlets, lots of natural light, couches and chairs, connected to the restroom with privacy door, privacy lock on the suite, and a back door privacy exit to sneak away for pics or a breath of fresh air without being seen. The groom and groomsmen had their own Cabin secluded from the Main ballroom/Bridal Suite area. Very rustic and great for the guys to relax and get ready. Restroom/shower accommodations as well as a tv with cable, a pool table, couches and outdoor secret cooler :) The Pergola we were married under was absolutely gorgeous and under a giant pecan tree <3 The cocktail hour was held under the plaza which was lit up by The Orchard as well as the beautiful double sided fire place. It was the perfect area for our guests to grab a small bite and a drink before dinner while we took our group photos. The ballroom/reception area is absolutely gorgeous on its own and when you add the personal touches of your decor and theme it really just feels like a dream. Heidi helped us get booked with the Orchard and answered all our questions , she is so sweet! Terri Elder of TLC Event Staffing was our Day Of Coordinator for The Orchard and she was an absolute treasure!! I do not know what I would have done without her that day! Prior to the wedding she was on the job assuring the various vendors had everything in order for the big day, took care of any requests and questions we had and really eased our minds as the big day approached. The day of not only did Terri keep me worry free, she kept me out of the know when it came to the drama that was going on behind the scenes. Terri made my day go so smooth and words cannot express the gratitude I feel for this amazing woman!! As for the incredible Orchard Staff!! I wish I knew you all by name to show our gratitude personally! Kevin of the Orchard was there when my bridesmaid showed up with the alcohol (about 10 minutes before our scheduled time) He helped her unload and ice down everything he was on his game and so so very helpful!! He truly helped us clueless ones get it together as far as setting up the bar and getting prepared. The staff members that were at the Orchard were so helpful! With the catering and decor running late there were things needed done that couldn't until they arrived so the Orchard staff and the serving staff hired through our catering vendor jumped in and volunteered to help set up votive candles and cut wicks. I cannot thank yall enough for your kindness!! I kept saying thank you thank you as much as I could! The night went so smoothly and each of you helped make our day so so special!!! At the end of the night we had so many people tell us how our wedding was the best they had ever been to! It filled our hearts with so much joy and it wouldn't have been possible without The Orchard, Terri Elder, Kevin, Heidi, and all the amazing staff there at The Orchard!!! Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the first venue my husband (fiancé at the time) looked at back in January and we absolutely fell in love with it! It is tucked away in Azle, TX(about 20 miles or so outside of Fort Worth.) There are multiple options to choose from for your ceremony- you can get married outside, under a covered patio, or indoors. I liked that there were so many back up plans just incase it happened to rain on our wedding day. The staff there is amazing and Lacey was always very responsive to any questions I had. You basically pay for the venue and it comes with tables, white linen table cloths, shepherds hooks (used for the outdoor ceremony), ice machine, chairs, laterns (we used these for part of our centerpieces), and they have a projector and sound system for slideshows and music. We were able to choose our own vendors and did not have to pay a fee for not using one of their preferred vendors. They also have special amenities each month through their newsletter so you can get discounts on special add on items. The bridal suite is very cute and was big enough to hold 10 of us getting ready without feeling to crammed. The grooms cabin is a huge perk! They have a pool table, gaming systems, corn hole, washers, and coolers for the guys to put drinks in while getting ready. There are numerous places to take pictures inside and outside. The location is a little far of a drive for people coming from Dallas, but there is a Best Western located in Lake Worth that provides a free shuttle bus to your guests if 10 or more rooms are booked on your wedding block.... we highly encouraged our friends to stay here and use this shuttle so they didn't have to drink and drive. All and all we were very pleased with this venue and the entire staff. Our guests were very happy with the venue too and kept ranting and raving about how beautiful it was. I would highly recommend this place :) :) :)

This venue is absolutely gorgeous!!! They have so many wonderful places to pick from for the ceremony, plus all the staff is extremely helpful. They made my wedding day and everything leading up to it as easy as possible. I definitely recommend hiring Heidi as your day of coordinator. She was so easy to work with and took all of the stress off of me and my family the day of the wedding! You will not regret getting married here!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous!!! They have so many wonderful places to pick from for the ceremony, plus all the staff is extremely helpful. Ashley Segelquist (Director of Sales) I was born and raised in Texas, I grew up just 5 minutes away from The Orchard. I lived in Las Vegas for 9 years and am happy to be home in The Lone Star State and working at The Orchard, there is nothing like Texas Hospitality!I am a very sentimental person and I love being able to help a happy couples wedding day dreams come true!
