We loved The Palace from the moment we stepped inside. The West House ballroom is beautiful, as are the grounds, outside terrace, and cocktail hour room. We ended up having our ceremony in the Grand Foyer and as the bride, I made my entrance down the staircase, which was spectacular. We also used The Palace getting-ready suites during the day of the wedding, which were nice and very convenient. Throughout all of the planning, Antonia was super responsive. She answered my million questions always in a timely manner and provided different options and suggestions where relevant. Not a single detail was left out during the day of the wedding. David, our maitre d, was absolutely fantastic. He kept us on schedule and always made sure that we were where we needed to be. He was dedicated to giving us the perfect day and he did just that! As the bride, I also had Vanessa as my morning bridal attendant and then Wendy as my afternoon/evening attendant, and they were both great! They were SO on top of everything and always made sure that they were helping me with my dress, bouquet, veil, and food/drinks, at all times. The guests were raving about the food, and the cocktail hour in particular was fantastic! We also added the fireworks which were absolutely beautiful and people were raving about how spectacular they were.Overall, The Palace gave us an incredibly memorable and perfectly orchestrated wedding that we will never forget!

I recently had my wedding there and I would say that the palace was amazing. The staff was supper attentive throughout the evening and very professional. I had a few people who were attending that had some dietary restrictions and they were so accommodating and made sure my guest did not have to worry about being able to eat throughout the evening. They worked with us through every step in the process and always referred back to us for a final decision. I could not have asked for a better wedding day without the dedication and help of the staff at the palace I could not recommend them more highly for your wedding.

I truly do not know where to begin when it comes to The Palace. My now husband and I fell in love from the second we drove up to this venue. We were greeted by Brigitte Hofmann, our sales manager, who warmly introduced us to The Palace. She answered our questions professionally, gave us all options and could not have been more helpful in her guidance. Our appointment(s) with her were always so enjoyable, helpful and it was our first big introduction to our wedding process. We were then introduced to our wedding planner (that The Palace provides you with) Raphaella (Ella) Bonavitacola and this woman deserves multiple awards. The most diligent, helpful, responsive, over the top (in the best way), dedicated wedding planner we've had the honor of working with. She went above and beyond for us. She kept me (the bride) sane, while helping me navigate the stresses of wedding planning. She would think of things before I even had to ask and ensured that the flow of every single detail was overlooked carefully. She always kept things fun at the end of the day and there are no words to describe how much she means to us. If you're lucky enough to work with Ella, count your blessings she is UNBELIEVABLE; and so talented. Lastly, on the day of our wedding we worked with David Parada; our maitre-d for the day/night of our wedding. Words fall short. Yet again, this gentleman went above and beyond for us. His personality was infectious, his talent was overwhelmingly apparent and his dedication to us was so visibly seen throughout the night. Every single detail was gone over with a fine tooth comb, ensuring that our vision would come to light. He was ON THE BALL the entire night, handled things without us even knowing/ realizing and every single one of our guests could see how fantastic this gentleman was. He was the man behind the magic. Biggest shout out to my bridal attendants: Wendy and Cindy they were incredible, so attentive, helpful and kept my spirits up throughout the business of the day. Joy, from guest services who was working throughout my wedding day and night was such a JOY to work with. She kept us laughing alongside our bridal party. If you are lucky enough to have your wedding or any event at the palace- consider yourself in the BEST hands. They are a fabulous, kind, warmhearted and well oiled machine. Your wedding and/ or event will epic; just like our wedding was. Thank you to The Palace for giving us the wedding of our dreams- you will forever hold a huge place in our hearts!

Our wedding at The Palace was an absolute dream come true. The venue coordinator, Alex, was outstanding in every way - she was incredibly responsive, energetic, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The maitre d, David, brought a level of professionalism and experience that made our wedding day run seamlessly. His ability to execute an organized event was truly remarkable.The bridal assistant, Vanessa, was not only sweet but also incredibly hard-working and provided a calming presence throughout the day. The venue itself exudes traditional elegance and was absolutely gorgeous, setting the perfect backdrop for our celebration. And let's not forget the food and dessert – our guests are still talking about how delicious it all was. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding experience at The Palace.

Having our wedding at the Palace was the easiest decision for us. As soon as we visited, we were blown away by its beauty. We stopped by multiple times before our wedding day, and at each visit, every single person we spoke to was beyond friendly and very helpful answering any and all questions we had. Antonia was my rock leading up to our big day – always so quick to respond and calm any nerves I had beforehand. On our wedding day, Marcia and Sabrina were the best bridal attendants we could have hoped for. Without even asking, they just knew the next thing any of us needed and made sure we were happy the entire day. Also, a huge shout-out to David for being an excellent Maître D ensuring a smooth day for us – and for catching my bouquet!

I am taking time to write this after recuperating from the most magnificent day of my life!!!I wanted you to know that everything, I mean everything was absolutely perfect!! Our guests are still texting and emailing us to say it was the best wedding they have ever attended. They felt welcome from the moment they entered the door. They commented on how well organized and executed every part of the day was.The food was delicious and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection.( My mother was very happy) Now to the amazing team that serviced me, the nervous bride. It started with Bridgette who gave us our tour and solidified my dream of having our wedding at the Palace. She witnessed my tears, as I visualized our beautiful day in the East House. She also got us our lamb chops.Then the handoff to Raphaella, who got the Bride who was not just nervous but had some concerns. Raphaella, thank you for answeringmy questions and emails and giving me all of the information I needed as I added vendors to the process. Thank you for the amazing tasting.Thank you for reassuring me of the quality of the service and what to expect as we went through the planning process. You did not disappoint.Now for the team who managed everything to result in perfect execution for the day, thank you to Marcia and David!!! What a dynamic duo and they tag teamed everything seamlessly. Marcia met us on Wednesday as we dropped off items and she filled in for David. I was so happy to know that she would be with me, since I loved her when I met her at our tasting. She xtended herself and even gave me her cell number should I have any questions or issues that I thought of after our meeting. Especially since I had forgotten several items at home. As I apologized, she just kept saying\"no problem, do not stress, you can drop them off tomorrow.\" She put me at ease and as promised she was there to receive the items. As we arrived at 10:00am on Sunday she was right there waiting for me to get me to the Bridal Suite and she attended to every detail, juggling her responsibilities for venue set up and making sure we had fresh hot coffee and Mimosas. Since my mother was also the Officiant, she was not there to dress me, but no worries Marcia said that she would dress me and make sure I was ready and ready I was!!! She kept us on time and moved us along. When I arrived at the staircase, she told me that no matter what if anything went wrong just stop and she would fix it. Well, my veil came off on the staircase and Marcia to the therescue. That was my experience the entire day with her. She is absolutely amazing and she made me feel so special and well taken care of. I also know that she did the same for the men. David was the master executioner, with absolute precision. He kept us organized and on time and everything flowed beautifully. It was as if he was superman operating with lightning speed, but we never felt rushed! We never felt short changed. Our guests also raved about the quality of service they received from all of the waitstaff. Military white glove service was on display all evening and my guests felt like absolute royalty. Our Black Tie Wedding Day was absolutely perfect and it would not have been possible without the Palace and your amazing team. Thank you to everyone who made CATES DAY the most memorable day for my husband and I and our family and friends who traveled from all over the country to be with us.

The Palace was the first venue we toured and ended up being the only one we toured. From our first meeting, we knew our wedding was in great hands. The Palace was so incredibly organized from start to finish. Our guests cannot stop talking about the food both at cocktail hour and the dinner entrees. Dessert is another category entirely! Everything about our wedding at The Palace was perfect. We cannot think of one thing that could've gone better. The east ballroom felt so elegant with the high ceilings, beautiful chandeliers, magnificent staircase and lovely tables. We opted to add in pork roll egg and cheese sandwiches as a to go station and our guests loved it and they were all raving about our cigar roller. We got married on the east side outdoor terrace and we got the most beautiful pictures of our ceremony. The Palace gardens are also so beautiful and our wedding photos came out amazing. Overall, The Palace was absolute perfection and I would not change anything about our wedding day.

Booking The Palace was the best decision of our wedding planning. We worked directly with Antonia, who was amazing from start to finish. From her first email introducing herself to us, we knew immediately that we were in the best hands. Every single email of mine (hundreds!) was answered so fast! Our matre'd for our wedding was David who was BEYOND what any amazing words can describe. One month later and we are still receiving compliments of how amazing everything was. The food was so on point that night, from cocktail hour through dessert, I cannot even express quite how good it was. Overall, The Palace truly made us feel like royalty and we are so thankful for all of the staff!

We celebrated my daughter's sweet 16th at the Palace. This breathtaking venue lives up to its name. The Palace is absolutely the best place for hosting your event. The staff made us feel like royalty. The planning process with Ella was flawless. Every employee that I came across at the Palace was a delight. Our Maître d, David was simply excellent, the day of the event. He took care of everything from start to finish. He made the guests feel welcomed and took care of all the details including keeping the program on-time. The event was a night to remember because of folks like Alan, Vanessa and Joy who were the best. I would highly recommend this venue because the staff is simply top notch. Our guests all have given feedback about this amazing venue and can't say enough about how they felt like royalty. Thank you so much to the Palace for making our special day so royal.

The Palace was absolutely amazing from the very beginning until the second we walked out at the end of the night and stepped onto the shuttle to bring us to the hotel. The food was amazing - from the cocktail hour all the way to dessert - no one left hungry. My guests are still raving about the food! The staff also boxed up a bunch of leftovers for us to take home so we ate like royalty for a week. It was truly amazing. We were treated like royalty when we walked in at 8:30 until we left at 11:30 PM. Bridgette helped us book the East Ballroom and secure a price we could not beat! From there, Antonia helped us plan the most beautiful and perfect wedding. It brought tears to my eyes the day of because I just couldn't believe that it was \"our\" wedding. Antonia was an absolute dream to work with - when I was panicking the week prior to our wedding, she called me and calmed me down and let me know that everything was going to be okay. A true GEM if you have Antonia are your wedding coordinator! ALSO - Antonia's dad works there as well and he made sure to check on us ALL night, even though technically he didn't have too. He was just as amazing!! If you have David as your Maitre d' - you are SET for the night. David made sure EVERYTHING and I mean everything went perfectly! He was there for us for whatever we needed. He got us whatever we needed. I even called on him for support and help when I was reading my vows out loud haha!! He was just amazing overall. My guests loved him, we loved him, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about him and his staff. Last, but certainly not least - my bridal attendants were AMAZING. I had 2 because we were there for so long. They both were dolls and waited on me and my bridal party the entire time we were there. Everything I asked for or my (now) husband asked for, they both made sure we had in a few seconds. I couldn't have asked for better service. We absolutely LOVED our experience at The Palace and we wish we could do it all over again!!

The Palace was the first venue we toured, and we fell in love instantly. This venue has EVERYTHING—beautiful grounds, exquisite ballrooms and suites, an insane variety of delicious food, and the most incredible and accommodating staff. We had the pleasure of having Antonia as our event planner—she worked very closely and patiently with us for a little over a year to make sure that we were on track for wedding prep. We also had a wonderful experience with our maître d’ David, and our bridal attendants Sabrina and Mirian—they took such great care of us on our wedding day, including making sure both of us were fed (very important)! It’s almost as if they already knew of any potential problems and immediately got rid of them before we even had a chance to stress out! Our guests are still raving about the food, especially the cocktail hour and Viennese dessert display—they loved that there was something for everyone to enjoy. Honestly, we could go on about how much we love the Palace for giving us our dream wedding, but we’ll let the Palace speak for itself! Go schedule a tour with them!

Our wedding was November 28, 2021 and choosing to have our wedding at the Palace was the best decision we made! I knew i wanted our wedding there within minutes of walking in and it far exceeded our expectations! Words can't describe how amazing everything and everyone was. The Palace is absolutely beautiful and even in late November still had beautiful colors on the trees for pictures. Guests raved about the venue and the food, especially cocktail hour! Our day of coordinator was Antonia and she was so helpful with planning and answering any questions leading up to the day. David was our maitre d and was absolutely amazing! He was on point with everything and made the night go so smoothly. Brittany was our bridal attendant and she was so nice and helpful! Lucky we had them both to help us through the night! I loved everything about our experience at the Palace and only wish we could do the night again! Over a year later and still can't get over what an absolute dream wedding it was. Can't wait to go back as a guest! Do not hesitate to book your wedding here!!

If I could give this place a 10 star rating, I would me and my husband were very happy by the service and treatment. It’s not only our guests of our bridal party. David, the maître d’. patient with my drunk relatives and my bridal attendant. Myriam attended to my every need as well as that of my three-year-old son. There was no need for grand decor because of how beautiful the location is. The food was absolutely phenomenal. They truly made me feel like a Queen for a Day so glad that I could look back on my day and be completely satisfied with how everything went.

Our wedding planning began a few months after the first case of COVID and we were very nervous about finding a venue without seeing it. We are very lucky to have found the Palace (they seriously provide the best experience for those that are getting married). Our amazing sales manager Brigitte Hofmann, wedding planner Alex Favale, Maitre’D Daniel Rodas, and the rest of the team at the Palace created a stressless experience for us. Brigitte answered all of our questions about the venue and COVID, Alex replaced our previous wedding planner and did it without any challenges, and Daniel made sure we were able to enjoy the day without managing all of the logistics. Outside of the incredible staff, the venue is BEAUTIFUL. All of the spaces (entrance, landscape, entrance, cocktail area, ceremony space, ballroom) at the Palace are top notch. Now let's talk about the food. The food blew us away from the food tasting and wedding! Our guests were amazed at the wide range of options provided upon arriving at the venue, cocktail hour, dinner, and the viennese table. Many of the guests said that our wedding was the best that they’ve ever attended and the Palace played a major role in making this happen. While we could have saved some money by going with other venues in the area, we wouldn’t change our decision to go with the Palace. Our wedding experience was unlike anything that we could imagine and we appreciate everything that the Palace did for us.

The Palace was nothing short of amazing. Upon driving up to the venue we were already impressed with how big and beautiful the property is. My husband and I were in awe when we took a tour of the facility with Rich. Mid-way through the tour of the West wing, I could not help but notice my husband's continuous smile and bright eyes--because I mirrored the same expression. The bridal suite is huge and was a huge selling point for me including the timeframe I would have in it! The grooms suite was also exceptional. Our guests raved about the venue. The food, the service, the drinks, the look! One guest thought the wedding cost $100,000 lol! We loved the sophistication and class of The Palace. We could not have asked for more or better! Money well spent! Antonia (our day of coordinator) was fantastic from the moment we met her months before the wedding and kept us organized and on track. We were able to have the wedding of our dreams with The Palace. Look no further! The Palace was everything we needed and more!

Our wedding had about 320 guests and we rented out the entire house for a full day event.From the beginning the staff at the Palace was super professional and made us feel like we were in good hands. During our initial visit, they walked us through all of the amenities and how they could accommodate a mixed Hindu/western wedding.The venue itself is fantastic. The bride and groom suites are very large, the grounds have many places to take photos, and the architecture is simply put, grand.The Palace is definitely not cheap but you do get a whiteglove service. Here are a few examples that really stick out:Richard, our initial sales person, walked us around the premises. He asked all the right questions to understand our needs and listened very carefully to our feedback and wishes. They asked about the baraat, suggested a place and positioning of the mandap, knew that there would be dietary restrictions the day of, and many more small details that made us feel like they had done this many times before and this was all on the first meeting.Antonia, our wedding planner, that we were talking to for the months leading up to the event was extremely patient, even when we were thrashing on decisions. She had very good response time when answering our many questions over email and could quickly update room arrangements when we made new requests. Our maitre ‘d, David, was on the ball the week before and all day on the day off. He had several recommendations for how we should make our appearances and listened to my father in law’s very specific requests for food placement. On the wedding day, his energy levels somehow remained high throughout the entire 14 hour event and through his earpiece he could seemingly summon anything and anyone at will. He had recommendations whenever they were needed and guided us on the parts that we might have stumbled through. For example, when we were cutting the cake, he made sure to stay out of photographs but we could clearly hear him say “Now move the knife an inch to the right and make another cut…” The bridal assistants (Ashley, Palak,and Anhila) on the day of were amazingly professional. They made sure all of our food and beverage needs were taken care of, they would relay messages between the suites, and bustled the bride’s dress after the ceremony.Pricing was straightforward and they stuck to the contract but make sure you understand which catering will be handled by them or an external caterer when you sign the contract. They will not try to nickel and dime you or do hidden upcharges. I would definitely choose The Palace again if I was doing it all over again.

The wedding venue of my dreams!! The Palace is truly an amazing venue and I cannot say enough good things. Even several months after our wedding, we are still receiving compliments. From the beautiful grounds/interior, the food, and the staff, everything was a 10/10. Shoutout to Alex for all of her hard work during the planning phases and for answering our many questions (especially during the pandemic) and to Ashley and David for being here, there and everywhere during our big day. They both worked tirelessly to make sure we had everything we needed, were having fun, and even checked in with our close family members which they were super impressed by! Also shoutout to the rest staff who kept everything running smoothly like a well oiled machine. We hope someone else we know gets married here soon so we can go back!

I first signed my contract with The Palace in February 2020. After re-scheduling because of the pandemic, I finally had the wedding day I always dreamed of. The Palace goes above and beyond with their service - I have heard from my guests that their servers were very attentive to them throughout the whole night which is often hard to find in a venue. Everything went smoothly thanks to the excellent service from my Maître D Josh and my bridal attendant Ashley. I had nothing to worry about and they kept everything organized and helped me and my guests with any concerns-including wardrobe malfunctions and issues with outside vendors. I am still getting compliments on what a great night it was and how good the food and drinks were. I also want to thank my planner Traci who kept me organized over the last two years and helped me with any questions or concerns I had while trying to put the day together. The Palace puts together a great team to create the wedding day you always pictured.

From the moment my husband and I visited the Palace, we knew we had to have our wedding there! It was the BEST decision we made. From the time we booked to day of our wedding everything was perfect. Our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour, dinner and the stunning Viennese display!!The first person we met with was Jose. He was friendly, personable and answered all of our questions leading up to booking our wedding. He was patient when we kept asking questions about our contract and worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted.Then we worked with Antonia as our event planner. She was so wonderful to work with. Antonia must have over 100 emails from us!! She always answered our emails within a day or two and worked with us throughout 2 1/2 years of concerns and questions! When we had our final meeting with her, she put me at such ease with the calm and positive demeanor regarding everything involved in our wedding day.Our Maitre D for the day of our wedding was David. I had two bridal attendance on my wedding day because I were there all day. Ashley and Madison were my bridal attendants. OMG they were such rockstars!!! They truly made our day!!! David made sure EVERYTHING was smooth sailing and worked seamlessly with our large bridal party that included four kids!!! From the moment we met with David we knew we were in great hands! Ashley and Madison were my right hand! Ashley was my bridal attendant in the morning. She got me and my girls anything we needed and checked in with us constantly! She was wonderful! Madison was my bridal attendant in the evening. I'm pretty sure I was talking her ear off all night because I was so nervous, especially for the ceremony!! She was there when I needed her and was wonderful during the ceremony and reception. She was fantastic!If you are looking for a wedding venue where everyone you work with is truly experts in making sure your day is perfect and everything runs smoothly, look no further than the Palace!

We choose this Venue back in March and had the wedding in December. We are very glad we choose this place as they are great with planning. Wedding planning is daunting and has a lot of boxes to check off. The Palace comes with a wedding planner, Maitre D, and Bridal attendant to help everything come together. The wedding planner was able fill in the large details where we can start to align the vision of the wedding. The Maitre D/Banquet Manager we worked with is amazing. He was able to work on the many smaller details. He was able to coordinate with all the vendors to make sure the day goes smoothly. My wife and I were able to mentally check out of planning and truly enjoy our day. Lastly the bridal attendant helped my wife get all the items she needed for the day. A big plus is that you will have time to eat. You can have the cocktail hour food brought to your suite if you want to take a break. During the reception they will give you your main course plus small side dishes of the other main entrees. On top of they they will make sure you have you glasses filled with what ever drink you have, even cocktails. The venue alone is a beautiful place that has rooms that can fit 100 - 185 people (west room) or 185+ (east room). The have suites for the bride and the groom to prepare & relax for the day. They have outside seating where you and your guests can enjoy all year round (they have outside heaters and fire pits). The one notable thing our guests kept on mentioning is how good the cocktail hour is.Highly recommend.

On 12/26/2021, I had my reception at The Palace. We originally booked in 2019 for an April 2021 date, but ultimately had to move it due to COVID. From the day we had the tour with the Palace, we felt at ease and comfortable with everyone there. As soon as papers were signed, we started working with Traci who helped us navigate through all of COVID. When we made the decision to move, The Palace was unbelievable accommodating to the situation and made the entire process to move our date easy. We had booked the entire venue given our original headcount and were limited with dates to move to, but they worked with us to find a new date that worked. When Traci went on maternity leave, we started working with Antonia. Both Traci and Antonia answered all our crazy questions and kept us at ease planning a wedding through a pandemic. On the day of, David was our maître d and Ashley was my bridal attendant. The two of them are a match made in heaven. They were both extremely attentive and made the day enjoyable and managed everything for us. The food at the palace is unbelievably good and for a reception of over 200 people, everyone’s steak was cooked medium/medium well. Cocktail hour and the Viennese dessert were also outstanding. They had every option we could have wanted and we kept hearing from our guests how good the food was. We also requested the meat to be halal and the Palace was able to accommodate this for us as well which was extremely important for my family. When we were below our contracted minimum due to COVID, The Palace provided options for us to make up the difference which also made the overall wedding planning process seamless. Overall I would recommend The Palace to anyone who is looking to host an event. From the food, the team and overall service, everything they have to offer is amazing.

Our wedding day was absolutely amazing, and a large part of it was due to The Palace! We knew we wanted to get married at The Palace from our first virtual appointment where we saw pictures and videos of the grounds, but knew it was the one as soon as we walked into the venue in person. From our first meeting with Richard from sales, to Antonia, our amazing wedding coordinator, who answered every single question and helped us plan our special day, to David, our Maitre d' who kept us calm and told us to just enjoy our day as he and his team would take care of everything (which they absolutely did!), to Ashley, our bridal attendant who kept us company while we were in the suite and who figured out my complicated bustle with ease (thank you!), it was such a pleasure to work with this venue from start to finish. They were accommodating from the beginning, had an amazing food selection, and their service was like no other. We're three weeks out from our wedding on 11/21 and our family and friends are still talking about the service and the amazing food that The Palace provided! We honestly could not have asked for a better wedding day and we truly thank you all for making it such a fantastic celebration!

I recently had my “re do I do “at the Palace on 11-12-21...Ladies…all I can say is it was worth the wait! Since I postponed my wedding last year like many brides... The Palace has been SOOO amazing & so accommodating. You will have nothing to worry about! They made my dream wedding come alive & everything I dreamed of/ waited for! From the beginning working with Traci as my event planner to Antonia taking over while Traci was out on Maternity leave… They were so amazing to work with! They helped make the planning process so smooth & kept me up to date with the changes especially in 2020. They were great with communication & helped bring my dream wedding & the planning process a breeze. I can’t thank them enough!! Maître D’ Josh & Banquet Manager Daniel & my bridal attendant Anahi (hope I spelled her name right lol).…...All 3 of the people on the day of my wedding were so much fun to work with. Josh as my Maitre D’ helped the day be so stress free! He was amazing to work with and talk to during our planning meeting two days before hand & the day of! I am person who I’ll admit gets anxious when it comes to timelines especially for events…He made feel so calm and made sure everything that I wanted to happen that day such as the first look with my dad & my husband happened as they should with my photographers and everything in between. He also helped us with the rehearsal and gave suggestions to me and my dad especially walking down the stairs in the West house. He was so much fun to work with it! Daniel... the banquet Manager I believe came by a few times to check on us in the morning and through out the night! He is such as sweet & fun person that you can tell he makes sure that as a bride you have the day of your dreams!! Anahi, my bridal attendant… she was such a sweetheart & sooo helpful. She made sure my train of my dress was good since I am accident prone & didn’t want to trip over my own two feet! She took care of me and my husband the whole night to make sure were ok with drinks & food. The whole night …these 3 amazing people along with all the staff at the palace made us feel we made the right choice in the venue for our big day!

The palace at somerset park: 9.9/10Wow. This place blew me away from the moment I walked in. It’s stunning. They include a maitre d who was our hero all day, a coordinator that helps you through the entire planning process, and a bridal attendant to help you the entire day. Josh was our maitre d and he was amazing. He was completely catering to us and made sure we were happy and satisfied all night. Our coordinator was Alex and she was sweet as pie. She answered emails quickly and ALWAYS tried to accommodate as best as she could. My bridal attendant was anahi and she was lovely. She fixed my dress and constantly made sure my train was fixed. She got us whatever we wanted all morning and was very attentive. The palace is so wonderful. You get sooooo much included that it’s a no brainer. It’s also one of the most beautiful venues I’ve seen (I toured 7). They have a beautiful Viennese hour and the dessert was delicious. The food was incredible and the head chef was LOVELY and the nicest man I think I’ve ever met. The only reason I deducted .1 is because they don’t allow you into the bridal suite until 1130 and their bridal suite is a huge selling point because of how beautiful it is. 1130 is absolutely not enough time to get ready. Guys also aren’t allowed into the groom suite until 230 which is usually way passed when the photographer comes. I had to pay an additional 250++ per hour to get in earlier because “they could be doing tours.” You’d think a paying bride would be more important than a potential bride but apparently not. Besides that, the place is absolutely lively and I was absolutely shocked by how much they did for us the entire night.

There is only one word to describe The Palace and that is PERFECT! From our initial tour of the venue to our actual wedding day and all the interactions that happened in between, everything and everyone was absolutely PERFECT! Upon our first meeting, sales manager Brigitte gave us an amazing overview of what our whole day would look like as well as all the options available to choose from. Our event planners Traci, Antonia and Alexandra assisted us with every single question or concern (no matter how big or small) during the entire planning process. They were always available to help and so easy to work with. Our Maître’ D David was so amazing! During our final appointment, he made sure to review every detail of the entire day to make sure nothing was missed or overlooked. He took care to accommodate any special requests we had and worked with us closely to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted. On our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly and his attention to detail was unmatched. Our bridal attendant Ashley was there every moment, checking in on us to make sure everyone in the bridal party was taken care from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The enhancements offered by The Palace are so worth it! Adding on extra stations to cocktail hour, utilizing the gorgeous flower wall for both our ceremony and reception as well as offering our guests the option to take a slice of wedding cake to go were such great additions to the day. The food was by far one of the biggest highlights of the night. From our tasting hosted by Chef Justin, the bridal/groom suite snacks and hors devours, cocktail hour stations, passed hors devours, dinner appetizer, main course options, Viennese display and gorgeous wedding cake--every single thing we ate was to die for! Our servers and bartenders for the evening were so attentive, friendly and professional. All of our guests raved about their attention to detail and how well they were taken care of all night.To every staff member at The Palace, thank you for an evening that we will never forget!

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Palace at Somerset Park! The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff was so generous, and the Viennese room was just spectacular! Everyone helped make our wedding night run smoothly. Our Maitre d, Joshua was so calm and patient with me. He answered all of my questions and ensured that we had time to do everything we wanted to!Also, our wedding planner, Traci was absolutely amazing! Since our wedding was originally planned for last year, we have been wedding planning with Traci for almost 3 years. She has always been so kind, patient, and helpful. She answered all of my frantic emails with helpful messages that made me feel more calm. She always went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. We also worked briefly with another planner, Antonia, who was also extremely helpful. It was the greatest night of our lives (thanks to The Palace)!

From the moment we walked into The Palace and met with Kara back in 2018, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married at! The revenue is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is honestly the best I have ever experienced. The really go above and beyond for their couples! Due to Covid, our June 2020 wedding was pushed to July 2021. We were devastated but Alex and Antonia eased our nerves as we prepared for another year of our engagement. From start to finish The Palace staff was phenomenal to work with. I work in events, so I constantly reached out to Antonia with questions regarding our floor plan, covid restrictions etc. and she always got back to me instantly and was such a pleasure to work with. Daniel, the catering manager was so nice at our tasting in April, he came up to our table and explained the current restrictions and the hope that they would be lifted by our July wedding. The days leading up to our wedding Antonia and Josh made our wedding perfect. We met with Josh our Maitre D’ to go over all of our details and when we walked into The Palace everything looked perfect. Anytime we were looking for Josh, before we could even say where is Josh, he was right there making sure we were happy and making sure our parents and all our guests were having a great time. Days after the wedding our guests are still telling us how beautiful the venue was, how impressed they were with the food menu (guests were loving the raw bar and hibachi station and of course the Viennese display), and how great the staff was onsite. Many people were saying they felt like they were at a fancy venue in the city because of the atmosphere. I can’t thank Antonia, Daniel, Josh and all of the staff at The Palace for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!

This review is long over due since our wedding was in March, however, I can't recommend this venue enough ! This was a dream wedding even in the mist of a pandemic and it is all thanks to Alex, David and Ashley. Due to the Covid restrictions we couldn't have a dance floor and all food and beverages had to be served table side but this just made the experience even better and the dance floor was not missed. My guests are still raving about our wedding and their experience at this venue. I can't thank the staff enough for going above and beyond. Best venue hands down!

Our guests were so impressed at the atmosphere, the incredible food and top shelf beverages!this is the only place to have a wedding! As patents, we wanted to give our daughter the wedding of her dreams & The Palace guaranteed that!!!! Worked so closely and professionally with us to reschedule due to Covid last year and had the patience to communicate with us and alleviate our anxiety and postponement- Antonia is a saint! The Palace is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My husband and I got married at The Palace on April 23, 2021 at the East Ballroom during the pandemic time. We have been looking around for the perfect venue to hold our wedding we made a couple of appointments at other places. We made an appointment with Jose the sales director of this venue, he was very pleasant easy to talk too and not pushy at all. He showed us around the whole place and answered all of our questions. We can tell that Jose wasn't trying to make a sale or book a wedding. He was very sincere and wanted to make sure that when we do decide to commit and sign with The Palace that it's because we truly LOVE the place, and he has this personality where he makes you feel like you are family to him and NOT just another sale.Our Party Coordinator Alex F was also great she was very helpful with making decisions when it came down to the details for the big day. She had a very contagious personality where you just know you are going to be taken care of no matter what happens. She was also extremely patient with us when it came down to providing her with important information's regarding the vendors etc. My Bridal attendant Madison was simply FANTASTIC she wasn't just their to make sure that I had a very relaxing and enjoyable time, but she also made sure that everything I needed along with my bridal party are on point and attended too. She even helped my husband set up some of our DIY decorations in the morning while i was getting my hair and make up done. When she was done doing whatever it is she was setting up she would come back to my bridal suite and make sure me and my bridal party are doing fine and eating and drinking. I never once needed to tell her what to do she was consistently on top of everything! The moment that we arrived at The Palace she took great care of us. She quickly took all of our dresses and hung them up and steamed my dress and long veil so it would be ready for videos and pictures. Madison was ALWAYS around when needed and when NOT needed she helped me EVERYTHING. If I can describe her in 1 word it would be FANTASTIC! Our Maître D David was THE BOMB after our first meeting with him I felt very calm and stress free. The day of our wedding he made sure along with his team that my husband & I did not need to worry about anything. That our only one job for that whole entire day is to just soak in everything and enjoy every single moment and to have FUN! I couldn't have asked for a better Maître D David made everything super possible and my husband and I felt taken care of and that we do NOT need to worry about anything what's so ever. He made sure that everything was on point from lighting all the candles at the ceremony area all the way to the East Ballroom. Making sure that all of our pictures, signs and other little decorations for the ceremony and main entrance flows together and properly placed at the right spot. Making sure that all of our guest, vendors, and us are having an AMAZING time. The way he pay attention to smallest little details are just simply superb and we are truly appreciative to EVERYTHING that he did for our wedding! The Palace at Somerset Park deserves more than a 5 stars this place has impeccable service from the time you enter the facility until the end of the night. Their foods and cocktails are abundant and tasty & even though our wedding was during the pandemic it didn't really feel like it was what's so ever. This place doesn't disappoint

The only way to do The Palace justice is to start from the beginning:Jose (director of sales): Back in 2019 when we were both looking at venues to host our event Jose helped us discuss the options available to us at The Palace. Not only did his extreme professionalism sway us to choose The Palace as our venue the venue itself spoke for itself. He answered all of our questions both email & phone and was so professional even though at times we felt as though we were a complete bother to him. His level of commitment and desire to help his clients started the moment we met with him and literally to days before the wedding. Alex (Coordinator): As the day drew closer we had the pleasure of working with Alex. She worked closely with us to ensure that we scheduled out tasting and made sure to personally come talk to us during that night. She was SO accommodating to my mothers allergies! In preparing for the day of she made sure that all vendors provided their insurance information well prior and everything was squared away. we all know days before the wedding day we all forget things but fret not she is there to remember and help you thru it.David (matre D'): We requested requested David from a close friend of mine that is in the wedding industry as well. Do the right thing and ask for him! He is so attentive he walks you thru the entire process from the minute you wake up the day of the wedding to the minute you end the night. He works tirelessly days prior to your day and the day of to ensure that everyone is on point and that both my wife and I are where we need to be. At one point during the night my wife got an allergic reaction to something and between him and bridal attendant (Madison) was able to get her allergy medicine which solved the problem. Since our wedding was during COVID he was even able to accommodate the fact that I had guests not stay for the dinner portion but only the cocktail hour and allow them to take their dinner home. He always had a smile on his face made sure that we had everything we needed and made the day just even better!Daniel (Senior Matrie D): He helped when I had to store DIY stuff the day prior and was there when I picked it up the day before. It like David always had a smile on his face and was so helpful that with him i would not have been able to set up the event with our DIY stuff.Madison (Bridal Attendant): We love her. My wife and I choose to do a few of the center pieces by ourselves so I showed up early the morning of the wedding to set things up. Madison was there to help not only me but my wife! She was running here and there allowing me to borrow easels to set up signs and to keep me from exploding our of frustration. She was an absolute help the ENTIRE night. Making sure we always had drinks in our hands, helping with the allergy medicine, helping my wife when she was getting ready, holding the flowers when we were taking photos and getting people to where they needed to be. The Venue: IT IS BEAUTIFUL! The bridal suite / groom suite are amazing and during the day of food / drinks where the plenty. The food is outright amazing and THERE IS SO MUCH OF IT and there was an endless supply of drinks. Closing: 5 Stars is just not enough! We had the East Ballroom and it is just beautiful. My guests continue to say that this was the best wedding they have ever gone too and that would not have been able to be done without the help of every single person at The Palace.

The Palace is absolutely amazing. My husband and I got married on May 22, 2021 in the west ballroom. All of our guests had the best time thanks to the wonderful staff making sure our wedding went smoothly. We were engaged for a year and a half before COVID and luckily for us, restrictions lifted just in time. Our Maitre D, David is FABULOUS. He took care of every little detailed and made our dream wedding come to life. He even made a bar sign for me with our signature drinks since the walk up bar had just opened a week before my wedding and I didn't have time to make my own by that point. My bridal attendant was Ashley and she is a sweetheart and SO helpful. She constantly made sure we had a drink in our hand, picked up my long train when walking around the property for photos, bustled my dress, held my bouquet at times, and so much more. I knew we were going to have the best time ever when we booked The Palace back in 2019, and they have been amazing during the Pandemic. Traci was also a wonderful planner and answered my emails promptly. Last but not least, the food is delicious and guests will love everything about it. BOOK THE PALACE! You will not be disappointed!

Where to begin? MyHusband and I got married on May 1, 2021 and our day was phenomenal. From the moment we met our salesmen, Jose, we knew we were in good hands. We had a long engagement which was made even longer (thanks Covid) and from one planner to the next, our transition was seamless and we were able to pick up right where we left off. We were planning long distance and the miles did not stop the staff from making us feel like we were right there planning along side of them. My husband surprised me with fireworks at our reception and everyone kept it a complete surprise through every meeting or interaction I had with them. Our final planner was Alex and she was amazing. She answered all of our questions, reassured us on details we were unfamiliar with, and was more than willing to accommodate our requests. The chef was outstanding! Our menu was rearranged (again because of Covid) but he was so willing to allow us to mix and match items we wanted to make sure our experience was tailored to our wants and needs. Finally, our day-of staff were superb. David was our maître d’ and at our initial meeting with him we knew our day was going to be nothing short of magnificent. Daniel was his right hand man and was there to assist us with anything we needed. Ashely was my bridal attendant and she was on point! Helping with my dress, veil, holding my flowers, and even helping my bridesmaids when disaster struck (don’t worry, she handled it beautifully and I didn’t even know until long after!) The entire staff at The Palace went above and beyond not only for us but for our guests as well. We are almost a week out from our wedding and our family and friends still cannot stop talking about our night. 11/10 would recommend to any other couple looking for a venue in New Jersey. Hands down the best venue, with the best staff, with the best food.

My husband and I just got married at The Palace during Covid 19 and I have not one bad thing to say about this place. The service was unbelievable, they were so accommodating throughout the entire process. Daniel and David, our Maitre Ds went above and beyond that day. I brought with me a neon sign that had our last name on it for the fireplace and the stand I brought to go with it didn’t work so Daniel had them make me a stand that day and then gave it to me to take home that night. They worked so hard to make sure everyone was being safe and made it feel like it wasn’t a Covid wedding. During cocktail hour everyone was seated at a table but all food stations and drinks were brought to the guests which I actually liked better. My bridal attendant, Ashley was the best! She bobby-pinned my hair when it fell out, sewed my 9 month pregnant sister into her bridesmaid dress, had alcohol waiting at the end of the aisle after the ceremony, got chocolate out of my dress and so much more. I’ve heard of other venues not giving money back during covid or making you guarantee the original amount of people you had told them prior to covid but not here. They gave me a check back the day of due to rescheduling my wedding and having the price of the seats change. Also because the minimum number of people changed. If you’re looking for a wedding venue this is the place you want, I would get married here ten times over. It’s affordable, the food is amazing and the staff is even better! A huge thank you to The Palace for making my wedding incredible during a not so incredible time!

Start to finish the Palace exceed our expectations! Jose, the sales director gave us a tour of the venue and was so personable and kind. He answered all of our questions and truly made us so comfortable that we knew we found our venue. Alexandra was our event planner leading up to our big day. She answered emails quickly and helped us navigate all the changes and craziness due to Covid. She was amazing and attentive and I truly don’t think I would have been as calm as I was without her. The day of we had David, Daniel and Ashley and they were beyond fantastic. David was the Maitre D and made sure the entire night went by without any issues and he completely succeeded. We met Daniel at our tasting and he told us then that we’d have the best Maitre D and that he has a great team and he was not lying! Ashley was my bridal attendant and I felt like she was my best friend by the end of the night! Always there to help me with literally ANYTHING I needed. Right after the ceremony she greeted me and my husband with our drink of choice which I thought was such a nice personal touch.The food and drinks all had to be served to our guests for cocktail hour and during the reception due to Covid. Some of our guests said they prefer this way and it’s because of how efficient and attentive all the servers were to all the tables. No one had to flag anyone down to ask for something, the servers were completely on point. The food and drinks were PHENOMENAL!!! And like I said never stopped coming. All the different options for cocktail hour blew our guests minds. The menu was honestly the reason we went to look at the Palace in the first place and it did not disappoint. Truly some of best food I’ve ever had! I really don’t think there are enough words to explain how thankful we are of all the Palace staff. I want to renew my vows already just to have another party there!! They were amazing and we are so happy we decided to have our wedding there. Our wedding was in the best hands and you can tell they take pride in their work.

Our wedding at the Palace was everything We dreamed of! They did an amazing job tending to our every need and detail we wanted for our big day. I can’t say enough how much of an amazing job they did. The service and food was outstanding! Thank you so much for a beautiful day/night!

My wedding at The Palace at Somerset Park was everything I could’ve hoped for. Especially during COVID I couldn’t have imagined the wonderful experience that they provided. Everybody told us how it was the most amazing wedding they’d ever been to. Since they couldn’t do the stations for cocktail hour they had servers bring food to the table from each station. Our guests were amazed by how quickly the food and drink was being provided. Dinner was amazing and the decorations for the holidays were gorgeous. We received our pictures already and the Palace makes for such a beautiful venue everything came out wonderfully. I already have people asking for contact information so they can plan events there. The people we worked directly with were amazing. Traci, Daniel, David, and Ashley you were amazing. You all really did everything you could to make it a magical experience and I can’t thank you enough.

The quality of service from the food offered, cocktails, Alex F (wedding planner, Jose ( director of sales), David & Daniel (maître D), wait staff and bridal attendants ( Breanna and Ashley) provided the upmost professional and attentive service when planning our wedding and the day of our wedding. The team was very responsive and efficient when taking calls and answering our questions. We had our wedding at the Palace this past November and although we had to cut our guest list basically in half, we had the most perfect day. During the planning process, the Palace was so accommodating and flexible. Our wedding planner Alex F and the director of catering Jose were the people we planned most of our wedding through. They were always readily available for answer questions and talk about the next steps in regards to our wedding. They always emailed or called us back super fast. This team is very dependable and understanding. They will work with you to get anything you want or need for your wedding day. The Palace takes care of any concerns and lets you just enjoy your way as a bride and groom. My mom, sister, bridesmaids, and in laws were obsessed with the bridal suite. It was perfect, clean, and spacious. That should be a selling point for you guys, I have been in 7 weddings prior to my own and nothing measured up to the Palace's bridal suite. My husband also was able to arrive at the venue early and get ready with his groomsmen which he really appreciated. Usually there are not any designated areas for the groom and friends to get ready at venues.The food was outstanding. Our cocktails, cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert was all served because of COVID-19 restrictions but the feedback from our guests was that they all enjoyed being served so much better. The food was outstanding!! SO good; everyone was raving about the delicious entrees and the cookies they got to take home at the end of the night. The servers apparently took very good care of their tables as our guests told me how attentive everyone was. The grounds are so well kept, we took the most amazing pictures during daylight hours with the flowers in the background and at the with the Palace lit up as the backdrop. There is so much space in the east ballroom, our guests were very well spread out and all felt comfortable attending our wedding. Our maître d David ran the show completely the day of our wedding, we were so happy to have him by our side. He had so much patience and guided us every step of the way, from organizing all our pictures, making sure our champagne glasses were put out for our toast and packed back up, to making sure the day ran smoothly for the bridal party, coordinating the cake cutting, and making sure the ceremony was flawless. I appreciated that he took control and ran the ceremony rehearsal for us, that was a big help!! The bride and groom have bridal attendants assigned to them for the day, I had Ashley and Breanna who were so attentive and helped us and our family out through out the day. Ashley had to sew one of the groomen's pants the ripped. She greeted us with cocktails the second we walked down the aisle after our wedding ceremony which really stuck out in my our mind as a great detail. I cannot say thank you enough to everyone. Once the world gets back to better times, have your wedding here!! You, your family, friends, and vendors will have an amazing time and the most perfect wedding day.

The Palace is the best venue and I knew I wanted my wedding to be there just by attending another wedding there a few years ago. Traci, Daniel, and Stephanie made sure our wedding was magical. It was better than we ever expected, even during a pandemic. The food was delicious, the cocktails kept coming, and everyone was happy. Out guests said it was the best wedding they have ever attended. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

From the moment we walked into the Palace we knew that this would be the perfect place to have our wedding. Everyone has been extremely helpful since day one and we are so sad that COVID has interrupted our plans. That being said, I cannot say enough good things about the Palace, and especially Alex, who has helped us through this difficult time and has made everything so easy on us - including working with us to cancel our wedding. The Palace has gone above and beyond and I would 100% recommend them to any couple.

We had a beautiful wedding - but the team at the Palace were difficult to work with. Jose was the first person we met and he was borderline rude and condescending to us as we were trying to pick a date. He was training someone at the time and the two of them were pressuring us into dates we were not interested in. He gave us one price and when we called to confirm he tried increasing that price, stating that is the price we discussed. Luckily HE had written it down on the packet we were given and he agreed to honor the price.We had over 400 guests, and I guess we were surprised with how the Palace tried to nickel and dime us through the whole process despite how much business we were bringing to them in one night.Moving on to extras - The Palace has BUILT IN PROJECTORS AND SCREENS in their reception hall. They are already built into the wall. already there. no way to take them down. However, to use them, they wanted to charge us around 2k to have a slideshow playing in the background throughout the evening. Although it was something I really wanted I initially said no. Finally, 2 days before my wedding they kindly threw it into our package for free. I scrambled to make a slideshow 2 days before the wedding. I appreciate them allowing us to use the screens, it was just annoying that they waited until the 2 days before to throw it in.Same thing with the lights- they wanted to charge close to 3k for uplighting in the room. We wanted it but didn't think it was worth it. 2 days before the wedding they let me pick one color for the room. The day of the wedding they ended up having different colors throughout the night. Very nice for it to be done for us without extra cost. Just annoying that they tried to get us to pay for it and say it wouldn't be there when they ended up doing it.Traci was a pleasure to work with and helped me design the wedding cake, and finalize all my details. I'm happy we picked this venue, but I wish they were a little easier to work with like other venues my family has used in the past like Florentine Gardens and the Rockleigh. Also, 2 days before the wedding they alerted me that their accountant had undercharged us and we owed the Palace $200.... that was extremely annoying and even though it was a mistake on their part, they threatened to cancel the event if this debt was not paid. A little ridiculous considering the tens of thousands of dollars we spent on one night and they forced another $200 out of us. Our guests did say that the food was delicious and the service was excellent. However, we had a beer and wine wedding with 2 signature drinks and my guests told me they ran out of the signature drinks. Not too mad about it because we did have over 400 guests but it was slightly embarrassing.

When the week of our wedding came, meeting with Josh was a huge relief and he carried out our vision 100 percent. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect from start to finish. I am extremely happy that we chose the Palace for our wedding venue. The grounds are beautiful inside and out. Every staff member that we came in contact with was friendly and helpful in every way. When we first did out walk through with Jose we were in love with how beautiful it is. After discussing prices and everything that is included we were hooked. he reserved a date that same day. Our wedding coordinated Alexandra was so helpful in the process. She always relied in a timely matter to all of my emails and questions. She was always polite and it made me feel so comfortable with choosing the Palace. After the food tasting event, I couldn't wait for the guests to taste all the food included. Everyone loved it. The guests have been telling us how much they loved the food and drinks, which made me so happy. Our Maitre'D Joshua, was so amazing the day of the wedding. My anxiety was at an all time high lol and he was so calm and was assuring me that everything is actually going great which was very helpful. My family had nothing but great things to say about him. I am so thankful. My bridal attendant Ashley, just amazing. She was just absolutely amazing and helpful all day. From setting up the bridal suite, to steaming my dress and veil, to helping me put on my wedding dress, to watching the ceremony entrances with me on the TV screen at the top of the stairs, to making sure we had food from the cocktail hour brought to the suite, to packing up food for us to go. I mean she did so much and I just love her for that. She is just beyond amazing. I mean I don't know what else to say besides thank you. Thank You from the bottom of my heart. We had our December 28th wedding at The Palace, and we could not have been more obsessed. We searched for a few months as we had some time during our 2-year engagement, but when we finally visited The Palace, we fell in love. Kara helped us with our booking and walked us through everything we could expect. Even during the booking experience, we knew we had made the right choice. The Palace itself is one of the most impressive venues we had ever been to. The elegance of our East Ballroom was everything we could have asked for. On top of the stunning beauty of The Palace, our December wedding was accompanied by incredible winter decorations, which added another element to the venue that we were really excited about. About a year out, our wedding planner Alex reached out to start planning- She was incredibly insightful and helpful. At our tasting, we were able to sit down with Alex and try many things on their menu, including all of the cake sponges/fillings. All of the food options were amazing, and the selections we made were raved about by the guests. Don't worry; The Palace will give the bride and groom one of everything you chose as well as take-home dishes which we got to enjoy with our family. From the moment we stepped off our bus, we were greeted by Rich our Maitre D and Maya, who was our Bridal Attendant. They immediately took control of the rest of our day. Everything transitioned so smoothly, and the bridal suite was stocked with food/drinks for our bridal party/family. When we met Rich for the first time, we knew we were in the right hands! His attention to detail and making sure your day runs perfectly is genuinely something we admired. In our first meeting with Rich, he also raved about Maya, which set our expectations pretty high. Maya proceeded to blow away our expectations and was probably one of the most talked-about individuals among our guest. You could not ask for a better person by your side on your wedding day. Anything you needed, she was right there before you even asked! Not only is she there for you, but she was there for all of our immediate family members and bridal party. My husband still talks about how whenever he went to get a drink, Maya was standing there with an Old Fashioned in her hand for him. The cocktail hour was one of the most talked-about moments of our wedding. The Palace gives you 5 carving stations, 15 passed hors d'oeuvres, a premium open bar, and we had the Raw Bar. When our guests arrived, they were welcomed by lines of servers that were handing out our signature drinks + champagne. Because we were so busy, it was hard for us to sample much of it, but Maya and Rich pulled us away so we could enjoy everything available downstairs in our bridal suite. The ballroom was absolutely stunning with amazing lighting and a massive dance floor. The Palace was really flexible about our table arrangements and making sure we had enough seating for everyone at specific tables. The service at our tables was hands down some of the best. The entire staff is incredibly professional and very good at what they do. To top the night off, we had a Viennese table display in the grand foyer, which dozens of different desserts for our guests to enjoy. The night was truly magical, and something my husband and I will never forget. We are trying to getting friends and family to have a wedding at the Palace so we can experience it as guests! Would not have changed one thing about this day!

Wow!! There are not enough words to describe how amazing it was to have our wedding at The Palace. From start to finish, they were very responsive. We toured the beautiful venue with Jose, who answered all of our questions and helped out however he could. We were initially assigned a different planner and got switched to Kara a year prior to our wedding, which was a blessing in disguise! I love her! She’s so easy to talk to, very responsive, understanding, and genuinely happy for you.My husband is vegan, and they accommodated the menu and cocktail hour so he could have food that tasted amazing, and not just vegetable stir fry that’s usually offered. Speaking of the food, it tasted AMAZING!!!! So many people were talking about how good the food and the cake was! The day of the wedding, my bridal attendant, Lisett, was always available in case I needed anything. We had Josh as our maitre d, and he was phenomenal! He really makes sure that you’re fed, keeps you hydrated, does all the behind-the-scenes work, and most importantly, makes sure that you enjoy your day! He handled everything with professionalism, and we enjoyed having him there!! I HIGHLY recommend The Palace. So many things are included and their staff is amazing, which makes for a stress-free wedding!!!! All my wedding dreams came true with the help of everyone at The Palace. :D

Having our wedding at the Palace was the best decision. We only went to see one venue and that was the Palace. We could tell it was the place for us and they exceeded our expectations. Their food isn't like regular venue food, it is gourmet, detail-oriented & delicious. The staff are amazing. David our Maitre D' and Stephany our Bridal Attendant were UNBELIEVABLE. From your first meeting, to your event planner, to the day of staff everything was incredible. They include everything, which is so out of the ordinary for many venues & they made everything transparent for us.Everyone complimented us on how amazing the venue was, the staff, the food, the atmosphere and it was all thanks to the Palace. If you are looking for an all-inclusive venue, look no further.

We had an absolutely enchanting winter wedding reception at the Palace!!! The decor, ambiance, food, drinks, service and staff were all incredible! The Palace was so accommodating to us planning from out of state and it made wedding planning so much easier. They worked around our travel schedules for the tasting and planning meetings, and our planner Alexandra was always available via email to answer any question or concern we had. Customizing our cocktail hour menu to include more vegetarian items was also no problem! Any wish we had was granted. Richard was the most amazing Maitre’D. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with every detail, and he was so on top of the schedule that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing and could truly enjoy every minute of the night. We were able to attend our cocktail hour, eat our dinner, thank guests, and spent every other minute on the dance floor! Our bridal attendant Stephany was also such a joy. She brought us and our bridal party and families so much food in the bridal suite (a very delightful recharge to power through more picture taking, hah!), always made sure I had vegetarian options close by and that our drinks were always full, and even hid comfy shoes near our table that I could change into. At the end of the night, Richard helped pack away all our decor and sent us with boxes of food and desserts for the day after. We truly had such a perfect wedding day and a HUGE part of that is thanks to the Palace for being so accommodating and for taking care of every detail so perfectly that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The value of the Palace is incredible given how much food (PERFECTLY cooked chateaubriand according to our guests and my husband), drinks (top shelf and generous pours), decor (the Palace has gorgeous holiday decor up during winter), and thoughtful service (planner, Maitre’D, attendant, waitstaff) is included in the price! We would highly, highly recommend having your wedding reception here!!!

My husband and I wanted to throw an epic wedding, with food being our top priority. Not only does The Palace consistently deliver on food, but their attention to detail and great service is the icing on the wedding cake. BTW, the wedding cake was beautiful and delicious, too--and included in the pricing. If you're the type of couple that doesn't want to deal with paying for linens and wedding cake separately and would rather have a place that takes care of all the annoying stuff--choose The Palace. All of our guests said it was the best wedding food and wedding experience out of all the other weddings they've been to. It's worth it.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND BEAUTIFUL VENUE!!! The Palace fulfilled every expectation for our wedding reception. All of the staff was friendly and helpful in every which way. When we went to the Palace for our first meeting we were introduced to Kara, our sales assistant. She was so kind and warm. She listened to all of our requests and desires for our perfect day and took us through the venue. She went over the menu (which is a lot of tasty, out of this world food) that every Palace couple gets to enjoy. She was very quick in responding to our emails about any questions we had. She went above and beyond for us and are so thankful! Our wedding coordinator, Alex, was just as kind and professional with all of our planning. From timing of events, to signature cocktails, to even 8:00 pm emails when we had questions. You are never alone in any step of the process when you have your wedding at the Palace. We couldn’t have gone through the night without our Maitre D, Josh, either! He was there for us at every important step and made sure everything went without a hitch! He made sure every detail of our night was special and went smoothly and perfect without any problems. The food was out of this world too! We didn’t have one complaint about the food from our friends and family. They all enjoyed the cocktail hour, their entrees, and the viennese dessert! We were well taken care of when it came to eating and drinking. The whole experience with the Palace was nothing less than perfect and we had the time of our lives! I wish we could go back in time and relive our special night all over again!!

My wedding was the beat day of my life and so much of it was because of Traci, Richard and Mya. Traci was our coordinator and she was the best! She was always accessible when we had any question, very thorough with every detail that we didn’t even think of and made sure we had the best day! Richard (our Maitre D’) was an absolute gem! The first day we met him we clicked! He went through the entire day with us and just made us feel so much better. When we had to bring all of our decor in, he saw the stress written all over my face. He took it all out of sight and reassured me that everything was under control. Boy was he right we walked into the palace and I cried I couldn’t believe that my vision had come to life without any description given to Richard. The place was STUNNING! That was just the beginning then we met Mya. Mya was my bridal attendant. Oh my god was she an angel on earth! She was fixing my dress while the photographers were getting some shots of my husband and I, telling them good places to take pictures and giving us some positions to be in. Although my mom had a 6 minute video of how to do my bustle Mya did it in 30 seconds. Every time my bustle came apart because I was dancing she was within feet of me and fixed it in seconds. I always had a full drink and they all made sure my husband and I got to eat. Not only was Mya making sure my husband and I had drinks she was even going up to the bridal party and the parents to make sure they had drinks. The bartenders, servers and any other help that was there that day were incredible! I honestly have nothing bad to say about anyone we worked with at the Palace. Couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to make our day one we will never forget! Worth every penny!

The Palace is AMAZING! It's a beautiful venue, both inside and outside. There are no details that are left unconsidered and no surprises. Leading up to our wedding, our planner Kara was detail-oriented, super knowledgeable, and accommodating. On our wedding day, everything was perfect and I didn't have to worry about a thing (thanks, Josh!). The staff was professional and supportive throughout the day. The food was SO DELICIOUS! And there are plenty of options. I would recommend The Palace to any bride and groom 100%!!!

I know the word perfect can be overused, but it doesn't even begin to describe a wedding at The Palace. Myself and my now husband had our wedding in the East Ballroom on 11/9/19 and selecting this venue was the best decision we made. I was also a guest at a previous wedding and it was amazing. It gets better when you are the bride and groom! Just aside from the landscaping, building and ballroom being stunning, the bridal suite and Gatsby Room (for the groom/groomsmen. They get their moment too!) were breath taking. We were taken on a tour with Jose, who was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. He really knows how to bring out the best the place has to offer. We then worked with our wedding planner Kara, who might be the nicest and most professional person ever. She answered my many many many questions and emails. She never kept us hanging and worked with us the entire way. We moved to Colorado after booking our wedding, so most everything was done remotely and the whole team was able to work with our weird schedule/flights/visits. Richard was our maitre d' and he was outstanding. Everything went off on time and without a hitch. IF there was an issue, you would never know because it's taken care of immediately. Everything we asked for and brought was done to our exact direction. Lastly, and most importantly, our bridal attendant Maya is truly the MVP. Everyone in the bridal party just loved her and she must have Mary Poppins' pockets because whatever we needed she always had handy. Truly, the entire staff is incredible. Our guests are still raving about it. The food is amazing, the drinks were great, and the over all look and feel of the place is second to none. Selecting this venue will be the best move for your wedding or event.

My wedding on October 6th, 2019 was a dream come true. The professionalism of the whole staff was unmatched. Jose took care of us from the start reassuring us that The Palace was the perfect place to have our wedding. We then met Kara who continuously answered all of our questions and made sure our wedding day was exactly what we wanted. Our Maitre D David and bridal attendant Ashley were outstanding. They made sure that everything ran on schedule and took care of everything, making sure my day was as stress free as possible. My wedding guests cannot stop raving about how beautiful the place is and how attentive the staff was throughout the night. The variety of the food was outstanding. No one left our wedding hungry or dissatisfied. If you’re looking for a place that offers great service, attention, and professionalism, The Palace is the place for you.

I truly had a dream wedding at the Palace. also all of guests side it was the best wedding that they had ever been to. you get to work with an event planner throughout up until the week of the wedding then you are assigned a Maitre d. everyone we worked with from the sales manager through the Maitre d were so nice and fabulous. they keep you on a strict timeline so that everything is done correctly. they also worked well with all of my other vemdors and helped me pack everything up at the end of the night to leave. plus I was able to pick up the top layer of the cake the next day along with some other edible things. I couldn't have made a better choice of a reception place if I tried. thank you for giving me the dream wedding!!!

What an amazing wedding day we had at The Palace! Actually, the entire experience from when we first came to visit the palace to the last second of our wedding day was perfect! We were extremely impressed with the professionalism from everyone we encountered at the palace and how the handled each and every detail of our wedding. Jose helped us initially and was very respectful and warm and answered all our questions. We booked the palace the day after we visited. Traci- Joan was our wedding planner - she did an incredible job. She always took the time to answer our phone calls/emails right away. She made us feel at ease and relaxed throughout the while planning process. She assured us everything would go as planned and she was 100% right! Richard was our Maitre'D and we are so grateful to him for making our dream come true. He was there for every last detail; I don't think there was anything he couldn't handle. He seemed to master the art of coordinating every aspect that goes into making your wedding day perfect. All the Food, drinks and Viennese table (room!) was incredible. We can't wait to go back! The palace is all about class and elegance.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! My husband and I could not be happier with our choice for having our wedding reception at The Palace. From the first day, The Palace has given us exceptional and personal service. My husband was using a walker due to a leg injury when we first inquired about The Palace and we were blown away by how accommodating they were to our situation and that they went above and beyond to make sure he would be able to see and hear about everything they had to offer. After leaving our first meeting with Jose, we knew that this was going to be the perfect venue for us. Our original event planner took another job and when Traci took over, it was as if she had been with us from the beginning. She always promptly answered all of my many emails with detail. She incorporated all our ideas as well as provided us with advice and feedback when it was needed. Our wedding day was flawless all thanks to Richard and Maya!!!! My husband and I as well as our parents and bridal party cannot stop talking about how amazing these two were. Whenever we needed something, they were already there with it. From the minute we arrived at The Palace, Maya and Richard were by our sides to assist not only us, but our bridal party of 17, our parents, and vendors. They made sure everyone was well fed before we began pictures and had some time to enjoy a drink and relax. With such a large group of people I worried that it would be hard to control everyone and complete all the pictures in a timely manner. However, I did not have to worry about a thing!!! Richard and Maya were beyond helpful in making sure all of our bridal party was where they needed to be on time. We cannot thank these two enough for making our day PERFECT!!! The Palace has amazing food that our guests are still talking about 2 weeks later. The elaborate cocktail hour had food for everyone, we had a few vegan and vegetarian guests who said they had plenty of options and were impressed by all of the choices. Dinner and the Viennese hour did not disappoint. The Palace also created our wedding cake, which was delicious. When we met with our wedding planner, we were able to choose from a ton of designs and mix and match different aspects to create our dream cake. From the food to the service, everything was perfect and greater than we ever imagined it would be! The Palace was the perfect choice for our wedding and well worth every penny!!!

From start to finish - I have only incredible things to say about my experience with The Palace for our wedding! From the moment we stepped into The Palace, we felt it was the one. We had our initial appointment with Kara. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Kara did such a good job showing off The Palace that we thought we would never be able to afford it because it is just SO beautiful. It turned out The Palace was very affordable and I love that they include everything - amazing cocktail hour passed foods and plenty of unique stations you get to choose from, Viennese hour...no annoying packages that other venues do! Kara was then appointed our planner who helped us with any questions we had throughout the planning process. She was super prompt in responding to emails and very helpful. She also helped us schedule our tasting. The tasting was great and really confirmed we made the right choice going with The Palace. Throughout the planning process, The Palace offers specials on their social media so be on the look out if you book with them! We got quite a few extras for a discounted price such as the personalized monogram and the intelligent lighting. I would definitely recommend the intelligent lighting! Even our DJ said any equipment they have doesn’t hold a candle to the intelligent lighting. The Palace does a great job scheduling the meetings necessary to discuss every detail of your wedding - without being overwhelming or stressful. My husband and I always felt at ease with The Palace staff. We met with Kara after our tasting to confirm our menu selections and a few other details. We then met our maitre d David at our final planning meeting. David went through EVERY detail of our ceremony and reception, giving us advice, offering recommendations, and confirming our choices along the way. We just knew we were in great hands. On the big day, we were impressed yet again with the service of the entire Palace staff but especially David our maitre d and Carmela the bridal attendant. They were so in tune to every detail of our wedding and made sure everything went smoothly. They we’re constantly checking in and always made sure we had a drink in hand :) It was pretty hot that day and throughout photos outside, Carmela and David always had napkins and cold water ready for us. Both of them checked in to make sure all our decorations were placed exactly how I wanted them. When my bustle broke (I was really breaking it down on the dance floor), David and Carmela were on it and pinned it up immediately. David and Carmela sent us home with lots of food - a plate of each meal, Viennese offerings, slices of our cake...we had it all for dinner the next day! They also packed our car perfectly; everything was neatly arranged just as I had packed. I know that there was a lot of behind the scenes work that David and Carmela and the whole Palace staff coordinated to make our day perfect. They were in constant communication the entire day, for example: to make sure I didn’t see my groom before our first look, to assure that the timing was working out, to check in that everything was running smoothly for our ceremony and reception. It really showed because our guests raved about everything - especially the food and service!To sum it up, The Palace staff are true professionals! Whatever your wedding vision may be, The Palace will make your dreams a reality.

From the stunning outdoor ceremony on the terrace, to the abundance of food during cocktail hour and dinner, to the over-the-top Viennese hour for dessert, to the breathtaking grand ballroom - this venue is worth every penny. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful and delicious everything was on our wedding day! Of course, our day wouldn’t have gone so well without the help of their wonderful staff, especially maitre d Richard and bridal attendant Stephanny. Words cannot even begin to describe the amazing wedding experience we had. My husband and I fell in love with this venue the first time we visited. The venue itself is beautiful and the grounds are spacious and picture perfect. We worked with Alex Favale, who was our venue planner. She was amazing! She was quick to respond, reliable, and professional from start to finish. As many couples as each of these planners must work with every day, she always made our meetings feel personal and one of a kind. The venue itself has a lot of offer in regards to food and desserts. All of our guests were blown away with the service, the delicious food, and the desserts. They still talk to us about it to this day! The staff was beyond phenomenal. My bridal attendant Stephanny was extremely helpful and on point with her services. Our maitre d, Josh Weis, can calm even the most stressful of couples and has such a genuine charismatic personality. He really executed our vision of the deco and setup PERFECTLY and even spotted a huge rainbow to make for some beautiful impromptu photos out on the deck. He even saved us food and desserts to make sure we got to try it before being whisked away. (not to mention, he ensured my epinephrine was on the sweetheart table!) Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the venue, staff, and food. We HIGHLY recommend this venue for any dream wedding. We wish we could do it all over again.

The Palace at Somerset Park had everything we wanted for our wedding venue. We knew very quickly after seeing the venue that this was the place for us. From the beautiful building, ballroom, grounds, amazing food, and wonderful staff, it literally has it all. Alex was our event coordinator and was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful-she was very prompt responding to emails and was very thorough to provide us with the answers we were looking for. She was also great at our details meeting a month before our wedding. Richard was an outstanding Maitre D. He has such a great attention to detail. He ensured that everything was set up exactly as we described at our final meeting and I couldn't have imagined the cocktail hour room and ballroom to look any better than they did! He did an amazing job ensuring all the events of the evening ran on schedule including our fireworks show which was he timed to begin the moment we kissed after our outdoor cake cutting. The fireworks are highly recommended-the show was outstanding and it was really a magical 10 minutes! Many guests even said they were better than the shows their towns put on for 4th of July! Stefani was my bridal attendant and was so sweet and friendly. She always made sure my husband and I had something to drink, bustled my dress like a seasoned pro, and literally had everything all the members of the bridal party could possibly need in her \"bridal emergency pouch.\" The cocktail hour stations were absolutely amazing. Many guests raved about the cocktail hour and the food at dinner (highly recommend the grouper!) Our guests were so impressed with the venue and many people mentioned it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We are so thankful we chose the Palace and it was truly the best night of our lives. Thank you so much to the Palace's amazing team!!

I can't begin to explain how great the service was that I experienced at The Palace at Somerset Park for my wedding on 3/31/2019. My initial tour with Kara was flawless, professional, and not pushy. Then once booked I was set up with Alexandra who was my assigned planner. She was professional, informative, responsive, and kept me at ease throughout the entire planning process! Then wedding day - I had the pleasure to work with Josh (my Maitre'd) and Ashley (my Bridal Attendant). I couldn't imagine a better pair of people to be able to walk me through the day! As an anxious bride they kept me at ease that all would go to plan. They did a fantastic job at setting up every detail of my wedding as requested, keeping the day flowing smoothly, and allowing me to truly \"relax\" as a bride and have trust that everything was being taken care of by them! I had been here twice before booking the Palace for our wedding reception loved the venue. It was important for us that there was an outdoor area accessible for guests to mingle during cocktail hour and get some fresh air once dancing started. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side that day - rainy and 40 degrees for May! But David and his team went above and beyond making sure everything was in schedule and making my husband and I feel like VIPs. From booking the Palace to meeting with Alex, the planner, to the day of, we had a superb experience! I also have to add, the Palace serves the best food compared to all other wedding venues I've ever been to!

The Palace at Somerset Park made my DREAM wedding come to reality. Every single person working there puts their all into giving you the most perfect and stress-free day. The staff goes above and beyond to make feel important and on the wedding day, like royalty. Not to mention the place is absolutely stunning. From the reception hall, to the outdoor ceremony space and the grounds is breathtaking. After looking for the perfect place for my wedding and visiting a few other venues, The Palace is reasonably priced and you get so much for what you pay for!Traci-Joan Muniz helped me plan the entire wedding and managed to ease my stress, always. No matter what the question or problem was, she answered it. She always managed to respond to my emails (which there was a lot, LOL) quickly and fully answered everything. I appreciate everything Traci has done for me and my wedding!! Richard was my Maitre D and made my wedding run smoothly and perfect. He knew what he was doing and took care of everything for me! Having putting my dress on before the ceremony and noticing the straps were not fitting properly, him and Stephanie fixed it within minutes and you wouldn’t even know anything was wrong (Not to mention, I didn’t have any issues with them after they fixed it!)! He is very organized and truly helped me with everything that I needed. Stephanie was my bridal attendant and was excellent. Any time I needed anything, the whole night, she was right there to help me. She is so sweet, and I couldn’t thank her enough at the end of the night!Having my wedding at The Palace at Somerset Park was everything I could have hoped for and more. There was absolutely nothing that I would have changed, and I am blessed to have had my wedding there. I can now look back at my wedding and remember how exceptional it was. The Palace was truly the wedding of my dreams!

My husband and I chose The Palace as our venue because it’s just freaking incredible for lack of better words, it was phenomenal. From the food, the atmosphere to the amazing staff we don’t have enough great things to say about it. The Palace from a price point is very reasonable, add on the array of food they served our guests and the attentive staff it was well worth the money. Our guests couldn’t say enough about how amazing the night was. Richard our maitre ‘d was such a sweetheart and prompt with every SINGLE detail. He made sure my husband and I were taken care of and everything went off without a hitch. My bridal attendants Jordan and Camilla were awesome! They kept pinning my dress every time it came undone and I was nearly tripping on it. The even made sure to not only look after us but also our parents. The staff really made it perfect. The whole night was wonderful and I wish we could relive our day over and over it was that amazing!!! It was truly our happily ever after.

My daughter was married at The Palace on April 7th, 2019 and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked into the venue we knew it was the one. My daughter and I both cried when Jose showed us how the curtains would open leading from cocktail hour into the East Ballroom. Alex was my daughter's right hand girl as I would call her and right from the start she answered every question that my daughter and I had. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with such kindness, energy, and positivity. David was my daughter Jamie's Matri D and Ashley was my daughters bridal assistant. Both of these individuals were beyond superb in the events leading up to the wedding as well as the night of. The theme was Beauty and the Beast and David as well as the rest of the staff ensured the ballroom and cocktail space were set up just as my daughter had imagined! My husband and I as well as my now in laws and daughter and son in law did not do anything but enjoy ourselves the whole entire night! We never once had to go to the bar because we were served tableside! The dancefloor was our home that evening! We cannot thank The Palace enough for giving our daughter the wedding of her dreams and truly beginning her happily ever after she has always wanted!

Our daughter's wedding was just at the Palace, and we can't say enough about our experience. If you are looking for a beautiful venue, then look no further than the Palace. What a hidden gem! It was truly over the top! A perfect day from start to finish. The bridal suite was great. The cocktail hour was amazing, and every meal was delicious. Can't say enough about the dessert display, and the wedding cake which is made right on premises. So impressed by the top notch staff, and our Matre' d David. What a top notch professional. Not one detail was left uncovered. He is truly the best - never missing a beat! The Palace really knows how to make a dream wedding come true. Our guests haven't stopped talking about the wedding, and they are still raving about the food, dessert and wedding cake. Not to mention the fantastic fireworks display leaving them in awe. Do yourself a favor, and checkout the Palace - it's by far the best hidden secret in Central NJ. You won't be sorry.

My husband and I are so fortunate to have celebrated our wedding here! It was a beautiful event that went flawlessly because of their high level of professionalism. Food:The Palace offered a ton of variety that made everyone happy. Pasta for my dad, sushi for my mom, sausages for the in-laws, fish tacos for my husband and I, and a carving station for the traditionalists. And that's only a small fraction of the choices! More importantly the QUALITY of all these choices were top notch. Everything was absolutely delicious and guests were coming up to us saying it was some of the best food they've ever eaten at a wedding. Also we had the east room so our Viennese hour was literally an entire room of desserts. Complete with bananas foster, Belgian waffle & ice cream station, cakes, tortes, and the best tasting Sfogliatelle I've ever eaten.Allergies:We had a pretty unique situation in that both my mother and grandfather are allergic to poultry. Out of respect we chose to do a poultry free wedding and just omit any chicken/turkey/duck. They were very accommodating in letting us make changes to the normal options that are usually given. The biggest plus by far though was the one kitchen, one event model they work off of. The kitchen that was preparing food for us was ONLY preparing food for us. The staff is also very knowledgable and transparent about ingredients/preparation of dishes. We had people with different allergies in attendance and they were still provided with ample choices or reasonable substitutions. Aesthetic: The grounds and interior are absolutely beautiful. Definitely one of the best in the state and a dream for taking wedding photos. We loved that the room could be customized a great deal (different floor plans, lighting, etc.) There's also a beautiful grand staircase that we made our entrance from. The bridal suite is also HUGE complete with multiple rooms, bathrooms, showers and tons of amenities.Staff:Starting from the sales process everyone you work with is extremely professional. The process of working with them was clearly explained. All terms and important information was explicitly stated in writing. From the beginning their obligations and our expectations (payment schedule, outside vendor policies, etc.) were clearly written out and there were absolutely NO surprises.Richard and Maya were our maitre'd and bridal attendant. They're both seasoned pros and made sure the evening flowed down to EVERY detail. They attended to all my needs and even needs I never thought about or knew about because they were THAT good at making sure everything was so perfect behind the scenes. I truly enjoyed my time there 1000% carefree because of them. They're also just incredible people and so much fun to work with.Vendors: The Palace GETS IT. They know that every vendor is working together as a team (not against each other). When there are so many variables going on in a wedding it really does take a mental load off to know that your venue is all about collaborating with outside vendors (photos, video, dj, etc.). It really felt like we had a whole team working together to give us the wedding of our dreams. While we had a crew of photographers and videographers, we also had Maya fixing my dress at every shot or making silly faces to our flower girl to get her to smile (it was adorable!). Or we had Richard chatting with the DJ to make sure songs were perfectly timed with courses.

If you are looking for a wedding venue in New Jersey, seriously look no further than The Palace at Somerset Park! The Palace was the first venue my husband and I checked out as we began our wedding planning journey. We were blown away from the beginning, but decided to see other places had to offer. We found ourselves comparing all the other places to this venue-a true example of why you should always go with your gut! Kara on the sales team was fabulous-she was professional, extremely responsive and overall so friendly. She made the planning process a breeze. Our Maitre’D David was also a rock star! He made sure our event ran super smoothly. You can absolutely tell he has a lot of experience in this field-I was not at all stressed on the day of the event because I knew we were in good hands! Jordan, our bridal attendant, was also stellar. She knew when we needed a hand, without being pushy. She helped calm my nerves as I was about to walk out in the ceremony (thanks for helping me think about the otter video Jordan haha!) My guests raved about the food and the service. The ballroom itself looked stunning. I could go on and on but I’ll end with this-Thank you Palace for making this a day my husband and I will never forget. Thank you for going above and beyond in every single aspect of our event. We sincerely appreciate every staff member, every ounce of coordination, every moment because it seriously was one of the best days of our lives!

I will start the review with how professional their employees are.From the start until the end it was seamless.When I inquired online, I received a prompt response from Jose R. (Director of Catering),this already gave a good impression. Plus when we came and toured with him he was so friendly and we saw how proud he was with what the Place has to offer. Thanks Jose!The next person we worked with was the event planners, we had Cristina briefly and then Kara T. Kara made our decision making and planning so easy. She would give advises or suggestions when we’re not sure of what to do. (everything turned out great) I was never hesitant to ask her questions as she was always so responsive via email. Kara also coordinated with our vendors, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing on our Big day. Thanks so much Kara!Then on the day of the wedding we had Maitre D’Josh and bridal attendant Jordan. Thank you thank you so much! Our family, Guil and I cannot thank them enough for putting up with us the entire day. These two made us feel like they are also part of our family, like we’ve known them for so long. Everything happened so smoothly on our Big day all because of them. They were so professional and fun too! Lastly, I want to praise The Palace for keeping the venue so elegant, clean and organized. Even though we only did minimal flower decorations on our ceremony it still looked so beautiful!And oh! The food! I don’t think I tasted anything that I didn’t like. Our family and friends couldn’t stop talking about how good the food, drinks and service was.I recommend this venue to all the engaged couples out there who are looking for elegant, all in one venue. From the moment we walked into the venue we fell in love!! The ballroom is elegant with high ceilings. We got married on March 9, 2019 in the East Ballroom and the staff and service was beyond incredible! We arrived to the venue and the Maitre'd (David) and Bridal attendant (Ashley) were waiting for us to take our bags and give us champagne. The two of them were my right hand man that evening and I couldn't have asked for more! They took care of every little detail effortlessly. The food was amazing, and never ending! 5 cocktail hour stations to choose, appetizers, your meal and Viennese hour! We took pictures outside and I'm so happy the weather cooperated because the decor inside the bridal suite and hallways don't make the best background for pictures. We were surprised with fireworks at the end of our reception and the guests were so surprised!! Can't say enough good things about this venue. When we booked our date, all we heard was amazing things, I thought it was too good to be true and it was everything I ever could have dreamed of!!

We got married on Spetember 2, 2018 and had our reception only there on the west side. This place is amazing and I am so glad we chose this venue! We chose them not only because it is gorgeous, but because there were a lot of things included. Many cocktail hour stations, meal choices, and of course an amazing dessert display-cake included. We looked at a lot of venues and no others in the area could compare to what The Palace offered. When we arrived we were instantly greeted by David the maitre'd and Ashley the bridal attendant. They were there every step of the way helping us and guiding us through the whirlwind evening! They helped make everything perfect and go off without a hitch. The ballroom is so gorgeous and the bridal suite was huge and had food and drinks galore. We loved being introduced and coming down the grand staircase. We had a band, a photo booth and about 150 people and the ballroom never felt packed but very open and comfortable. The only thing we thought would be an issue was the bar was in the cocktail hour room, not in the ballroom, but it ended up being fine. Our wedding is still being talked about by family and friends, not only the amazing venue, but that all the food was delicious! We feel like its a hard to find a venue with all courses being so good. We also loved the outside patio with fire pits. Such a great bonus! Our photos look amazing and we love the Palace at Somerset Park and we were so happy with our choice. Thank you for making our day so special!

My brother had his reception here back in 2015 and it was absolutely amazing, the food, the decorations, the professionalism, and the attentiveness was on point. When I got engaged and started looking at venues I wanted something rustic and beautiful with amazing food. Well even though I told myself I didn't want to have my reception at the same venue my brother did I found myself comparing every one we looked at to The Palace especially with the price. So many places were very expensive even at their lowest package it was more than what The Palace was and you get half of what's included. So I finally put aside my pride and went to visit The Palace and look again at the package you get and then I knew that's what I wanted. I cannot wait to have my reception here in December.

The moment my fiance and I walked into The Palace, there was no question that it was the perfect venue for us. The architecture and decor was beautiful and required minimal decor of our own. We cannot rave enough about the entire experience - from the food to the staff. Our guests continue to rave about the delicious food! Our coordinator (Alex), Maitre D (Josh), and Bridal Attendant (Maya) were all exceptional. Alex answered every email in a timely manner. Josh remembered every detail from our planning meeting and ensured the entire evening ran smoothly. He worked closely with our vendors to execute every detail flawlessly. We got married on November 3, 2018 at The Palace. The Palace is a well-oiled machine when it comes to all things wedding. From the moment we pulled up, we knew it was going to be our venue. Jose was amazing in showing us around and making us fall in love with the Palace. Alex, our planner, always responded to e-mails in a timely fashion and was always willing to answer a million questions. The day of our wedding was perfect. Richard, our maitre'd was a pro! He made sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was where they were supposed to be. Maja, our bridal attendant, was a true superhero. She anticipated our needs before we even knew what we needed! She was always there to help, even when the clasp on my dress broke, she fixed it! I only wish I could do it all over again!

If I could give a million starts I would! We were married on NYE this year, and almost two months later people are still telling us how amazing our wedding was and how beautiful the venue was. From the first appointment when we viewed the Palace, all the way to wedding day, we were completely taken care of! Thank you Kara for helping us book and working with us through the year of planning, and thank you Josh and Ashley for being the most amazing team and ensuring we (including our parents, bridal party, and all guests) didn't have to worry about a single thing the entire night! We couldn't have asked for anything more and if we could do it all over again, we would in an absolutely heartbeat!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!

The Palace made our special day extra special. David and Ashley were a Maitre D and bridal attendant dream team. They did such a great job and we made jokes about doing it again next week because we had such a great time. We loved The Palace.

We just got married at The Palace this past Saturday and it was honestly, magical. Everyone there made us feel so special. More specifically, Jose who we booked with, Alexandra who was our assigned (all included) wedding planner, Stephany (our bridal attendant), and Josh Weis (our Maitre D) were all EXCELLENT. From the initial tour of the venue to the tasting (which literally was an event in itself) to the actual wedding, we were floored. They were all extremely professional and kind. I emailed our bridal assistant Alexandra multiple times a day, every day, the last month leading up to the wedding and she was extremely responsive, usually answering within a few minutes! She put us at ease the entire time. The tasting included everything from the cocktail hour to the main entrees and cake, as well as wines and specialty cocktails too. The actual wedding was perfect. We got married in the winter so our ceremony was in the Grand Foyer with the beautiful staircase. Alexandra and Josh helped us plan the actual ceremony and we had multiple guests tell us it was the most beautiful and dramatic ceremony they had ever been to. All of the guests also raved about the food, we were told it also was the best they've ever had. Cake was delicious. Venetian hour included bananas foster that was literally lit up. Stephany and Josh were by our side for literally every and any need. Including bathroom breaks and band aids. Thank you all for such an epic wedding for my wife and I!!!!

The absolute best decision we made was having our wedding at The Palace. From start to finish, Kara was amazing, as was our Maitre D, Josh, and Bridal Attendant, Ashley. Their service was EXCELLENT, the food was amazing, the venue is to die for, and the fireworks were beyond belief. If I could get married there every year, I would. An absolute dream come true. Thank you for everything!

The Palace has everything you could possibly want for a dream wedding—beautiful ballrooms and decor, amazing food, professional service, and surprise firework shows, to name a few. But what really pushed our wedding beyond even our wildest expectations were the little details and the incredibly attentive employees at The Palace. Our maitre’d, David, went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it. He worked with us, infusing his own creativity and wonderful suggestions to ensure that the day and the event were personalized to us. Our bridal attendant, Ashley, was our saving grace that day; always there to help with my large dress, constantly by our side with drinks and food, and ensuring everything and everyone was in the right place all night long. The Palace truly gave us a fairytale evening we will never forget, and we are so incredibly happy with our choice. I can’t imagine celebrating with our friends and family anywhere else, and am so grateful to everyone at this venue for making this happen. We cannot recommend The Palace enough, and had guests coming up to us all night raving about the food, service, and beautiful setting.

We got married on November 2nd at The Palace in the East Room and it was absolutely amazing! Guests are still talking about how great our wedding was to this day! The food was amazing and the service was incredible! David, our Maitre D, made sure our wedding went as planned and as smoothly as possible. He remembered everything we discussed at our planning meeting and was there to answer any question we had! We felt so reassured with him after our meeting and on the day of the wedding. He was attentive to our guests and we truly appreciated everything he did on that day to make our reception so special. Brides and grooms will be lucky to work with him! Our bridal attendant, Ashley, was THE BEST. Anything that was needed was provided and she was always there to take care of myself and the bridal party. She even carried my lipgloss in her pocket to have ready when we took pictures throughout the night, and also provided me with slippers to wear when I realized I forgot to pack extra comfy shoes! She was amazing throughout the entire night.Our wedding at The Palace was an experience we will never forget. The entire staff works wonders and we are so thankful that we chose them for our wedding. We were lucky to work with an amazing team and they made our wedding so special!

The Palace at Somerset Park is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The grounds are absolutely stunning, and the indoor spaces are as regal as a real-life palace. We had both our ceremony and our reception here, and they were both beautiful. Our recent November wedding at The Palace was INCREDIBLE, and the majority of that credit goes to their amazing, attentive, and dedicated staff. Our wedding planner, Kara, was always available (even on her days off) and went out of her way to make sure every detail was taken care of. Our Maitre D, Richard, and bridal attendant, Jordan, made they day run so smoothly and took care of every little detail. When my Father-in-Law's bowtie broke, Jordan was there to fix it. When I needed to change my shoes, Richard was on the floor helping me tie my laces. They took care of EVERYTHING so that my husband and I could enjoy every minute of our wedding. The food is OUTRAGEOUS, and our guests could not stop talking about how delicious (and how abundant) the food was throughout the night. I also had a guest who told me that our wedding cake (which was a custom design, created by their pastry chef) was the most delicious cake they've ever eaten! Booking your wedding at The Palace is worth every penny, and I wish we could do it all over again, just to relive the magical experience!

Keith and I got married there on June 16th, 2018. It was one of the best decision we made. The service was amazing; the food and the array and varieties of food was overwhelming in a great way. Jillian was my contact and she was amazing and so accommodating. Our maitre d was James, my family and I fell in love with him. He is Superman, what an amazing person he is. He was on point and he ensured that everything went as planned. He and his assistant Stefani took the stress out of the day. They were on point and they were available to meet all of our needs. When I was having issues with my second dress zipper James was the one to come in save the day. He is definitely someone you want to have on your team the day of.......overall The Palace and the service they provide is superb. Maureen and Keith.

We got married in June 2018 and we could not be happier with my decision to have our wedding at The Palace!! They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding absolutely PERFECT! From our first meeting with Kara we knew The Palace was the place for us. Our wedding planner was Alexandra, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. We could not be any more grateful to have had David as our Maitre d. He took the stress out of our day by completely planning every detail to make sure the day run PERFECTLY!! He is so knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure that we were both happy with everything the entire time. I also had the pleasure of having Maya as my bridal attendant. She was absolutely wonderful and helped with every little detail that day. All of the food was delicious and I got many compliments from my guests about the cocktail hour, dinner and desserts! Every one had a great time! Thank you to the entire staff for being SO kind, attentive, professional and for making our day amazing!

The experience with The Palace, as the hosts of our daughter’s wedding, is we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our maitre d' was terrific; we can’t speak more highly of his organization, communication skills and knowledge. The timing of how the event progressed during the day was impeccable. My daughter’s bridal attendant was excellent. She seemed to be everywhere in supporting my daughter and the bridal party and always had a solution when something went awry, such as when the bustle holder broke.The preparation of the food was excellent. The tables were served at the same time so no one was waiting for others to be served before eating. Overall, our desired result in selecting The Palace as the venue for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding was achieved. Providing a special, wonderful wedding that they will remember for the rest of their lives.

There is not one thing I would change about my wedding at The Palace! The food, the staff, the service, ease of communication- all outstanding! Our guests spent the whole night coming up to us to rave about it all- and have been doing so ever since! Our maitre d, Richard, was a wonder! I would recommend him 10x over if I could, he anticipated every need and question we could have had which allowed us to do nothing but enjoy the night! If I had to do my whole wedding over again I would chose The Palace again and again!

I wish I could give the Palace a million stars! We live out of town, but when I visited the Palace, I immediately knew that it was the place I wanted to get married and I called my fiance who immediately jumped on a train from DC so he could see it, and we booked immediately. From Day 1, we were treated like royalty. Christie was so accommodating and helpful with our contract. Then we were set up with our event planner Jillian who was absolutely AMAZING. Throughout the year of planning, she was SO responsive and helpful to my MANY e-mails and thousands of questions and requests. She really put us at ease and especially made planning an out of town wedding stress free! The food tasting was out of this world, which got us even more excited. The week of the wedding we met our Maitre'D, David and we were 110% certain that we were in good hands! He was absolutely amazing. He remembered every little detail that we had mentioned to him, including details passed on from Jillian to him. Nothing was forgotten, no beats skipped. Maya, our bridal attendant was a godsend! She was always there when we needed her, whether it was sewing a bridesmaid's ripped dress or making sure I was hydrated outside. I was so disappointed when David told me I wasn't allowed to take her home with me!!! It was important to me that we were really able to take in every moment of our wedding day, and David made sure of that, which we really appreciated. Multiple guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Thank you to Christie, Jillian, David, and Maya for making our fairy tale wedding dream a reality with the most PERFECT day we could ever imagine!!
