No detail was overlooked when constructing this rustic and elegant barn, which sits on an expansive property that includes the historic Copperstone Inn. This beautiful limestone farmhouse dates back to 1858 and was fully restored and renovated in 2006. Just south of Beloit and 20 minutes north of Rockford, this tucked-away estate has been featured in numerous wedding magazines. There are so many wonderful things about the Pavilion. From day one of touring the venue up to the final minutes of the reception, the Pavilion and their incredible staff are there for you. The space is absolutely beautiful, making it easy to collaborate and make it your own for your special day (it doesn’t take a lot BTW because of its natural beauty). Throughout the process I had the pleasure of working with Lexi, Stacie, and Jill - all are so responsive and helpful! They seriously answered every question I threw their way (even the questions my mother asked that they had already answered LOL). The day of staff and coordinators are also just out of this world. Katie and Taylor were the SWEETEST and helped to make the day run smoothly. The Pavilion blew all of our guests away not only with its looks, but with the food. Henrici’s catering review is simple, 16/10. It was so delicious, and since the day I’ve had numerous people tell me they dream of the white cheddar potatoes. I will continue to praise everything about the Pavilion because it was truly magical. I’m counting down the days until I can make it back up there for another wedding because everything about it is perfect. Thank you again for making our wedding everything we could have ever imagined and more. I will forever be obsessed with the Pavilion and all the magic it holds.

We cannot say enough about The Pavilion, Lexi, Jill, Stacie, Nikki, and their team. Our wedding was everything we could have dreamed of and more and it is all thanks to this wonderful venue and team of people. Nikki is the best wedding coordinator there is, making us feel comfortable and confident and just incredibly helpful every step of the way the last 4 months. Jill and Stacie made catering easy! The food was all INCREDIBLE and our guests have still not stopped talking about their dishes. Overall, we cannot recommend this venue enough. Nikki is the best wedding coordinator there is, making us feel comfortable and confident and just incredibly helpful every step of the way the last 4 months. Jill and Stacie made catering easy! Truly a dream come true. Everyone was so kind, professional, and hard-working and incredibly patient. From our first tour 2 years before our wedding to our actual wedding day, we knew from the second we stepped inside that we were getting married here. The venue is absolutely breath taking! Our guests raved about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue is. Not to mention that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! The whole staff and coordinators are so nice and organized. Throughout the process I had the pleasure of working with Lexi, Stacie, and Jill - they all are so responsive and helpful! We had a wonderful experience working with The Pavilion. The beauty of the venue and the pricing (compared to venues of similar quality/atmosphere in the greater Chicago area) were what initially attracted us. However, the food through Henrici's (the exclusive in-house catering) and venue staff were incredible assets. We were very lucky to work with Lexi, Jill, and Stacie, all of whom were incredibly patient with the many questions I had throughout the process. Guests repeatedly told us how excellent the food & beautiful the venue was, asking how we found the place a couple hours away from home. We could not recommend The Pavilion more!

We had the best experience with The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms. The staff was outstanding and responded promptly and kindly to every question we had. They were easy to work with and very professional in the planning stages of the wedding. We were SO impressed with the staff and the venue the day of the wedding as well. They made sure all our guests were taken care of and we didn't have to worry about anything. Our guests even commented that the staff was kind, professional, and extra helpful. The food was excellent and the bartenders were great as well. We highly recommend the Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms to anyone looking for a venue. You won't be disappointed!

I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the entire staff, I could honestly probably write an entire book about the great experience that we had. From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Our engagement was over two years long, they touched base without being overwhelming while our wedding was still many months in advance. When the wedding got closer, they reached out to cover all the bases for me so I had minimal work to do. They answered any and all of my questions quickly and kindly. They are incredibly accommodating to special requests and go above and beyond to make sure your wedding is perfect from start to finish. Lexi, Jill and Stacie in the office are absolutely wonderful. Lexi was the biggest help and a huge life saver the day of with answering questions and running around the grounds to make sure things were done. The food was to die for, I had (and still have) guests telling me it is the best food they have EVER had at a wedding. We opted not to do the tasting and were not disappointed in the slightest. The venue was beautiful, we had to go indoors last minute because of the rain and they made the transition incredibly smooth. I seriously could go on and on. I've been to and been in a lot of weddings but they are top notch. I will recommend them again and again!!

My daughter had her wedding here and it was amazing! It is absolutely gorgeous! The property is breathtaking and the bridge / fountain area is a beautiful spot to have your ceremony. They have a beautiful bridal suite and also had a great space for the boys as well! Henrici's was used for catering and everyone loved the food! The staff was friendly and helpful and always available to answer any questions. The Copperstone is a definite must to stay... that's an extra perk! I can honestly say my daughter had her dream wedding at The Pavilion!

The Pavilion is the absolute perfect place to have your wedding! The staff is amazing, so organized, responsive, flexible, and willing to make your big day exactly as you envisioned. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, whether you have the wedding inside or outside, it is the most magical place for a wedding. Their exclusive caterer has the best menu selection and the guests could not stop raving about the food. I could not imagine getting married anywhere else, and keep telling my husband I want to have our wedding there every month!

The Pavilion is the absolute perfect place to have your wedding! The staff is amazing, so organized, responsive, flexible, and willing to make your big day exactly as you envisioned. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, whether you have the wedding inside or outside, it is the most magical place for a wedding. The Venue is absolutely breathtaking, my guests are still talking about my Wedding months later. The venue was very responsive to any questions I had throughout my planning process. Catering is in house but the food is absolutely DELICIOUS so you won't be disappointed there.As beautiful as the venue is, there are some things you should consider prior, and be sure to read your contract thoroughly and budget accordingly. Here were some of my challenges with the Pavilion: menu prices were increased for my reception after I had already signed off on the proposal (this is in the fine print of the contract so be sure to read it). Open bar does not include table wine, there will be an extra charge per table. The bridal suite opens at 8am, if you have a large bridal party and need to start getting ready earlier, you will be charged extra to use the suite before 8am. It may also cost you extra if you decide to do a first look photoshoot, because transportation around the property (130 acres) is only free for 1 hour AFTER your ceremony. Even after paying the extra fee for transportation before my ceremony, some of the staff told my group they were going to leave us there and we'd have to walk back if we didn't finish our photos because our hour was up. Unfriendly comments on your wedding day don't feel good, and they could have went about it more politely. The venue is also in a relatively remote area, so if you are doing hotel room blocks I reccommend budgeting for shuttle buses.

We HIGHLY recommend choosing The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms as your venue!! This venue was everything we could have hoped for and more! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was everything we wanted. The staff was extremely, kind, understanding, flexible, supportive, and very responsive to emails. Their caterer, Henrici's, were incredible as well with communication, flexibility and the food was UNREAL and absolutely delicious. The Pavilion and Henrici's work together to make the planning process easier by laying out all the details in one form. We received many comments from our guests about how delicious the food was and how gorgeous the venue is. Many guests asked how we found the venue!The land around the venue offers many beautiful backgrounds for wedding photos outdoors, including a fountain, orchard, and more! We looked any many venues with similar atmospheres, and this venue has the most reasonable price for everything it offers! The bathrooms are even amazing (HAHA!)We 100% recommend The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms, all of my wedding dreams came true at this gorgeous venue.

We can wholeheartedly give The Pavilion a 10 out of 10 for their professional and caring staff as well as the fantastic venue itself! All of our guests were impressed by the scenic ceremony site and how the beautiful reception building feels like you're outside. The staff took care of all the minutia of the day and kept us as stress-free as possible. They really thought of everything! I could not have pictured a more perfect place for our wedding.

We can wholeheartedly give The Pavilion a 10 out of 10 for their professional and caring staff as well as the fantastic venue itself! All of our guests were impressed by the scenic ceremony site and how the beautiful reception building feels like you're outside. My husband and I cannot say anything but great things about this place. We had done countless tours before coming to the pavilion. As soon as we walked out we wanted to get married here. The staff here takes excellent care of you. Jill was there to answer any question we had and never made me feel like a burden as a very stressed out bride. She was there on wedding day and it was so nice to see a familiar face and know that she would take care of everything. This venue is amazing and so beautiful.

An absolutely gorgeous, simply magical place for any big day! Everything was beyond perfect, the indoor and outdoor spaces are all just beautiful. From the trees to the fireplace, we could not have asked for more, even the bathrooms are stunning! The in house catering makes such a difference in the freshness and quality of the food, everything was beyond delicious. We received sooo many compliments, all our guests said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. Cannot recommend the Pavilion highly enough!

An absolutely gorgeous, simply magical place for any big day! Everything was beyond perfect, the indoor and outdoor spaces are all just beautiful. From the trees to the fireplace, we could not have asked for more, even the bathrooms are stunning! WHY IS THERE NO 10 STAR OPTION!?The venue (and entire property) itself are stunning and can be decorated into anything imaginable. The food is Michelin star level (not to mention the extensive menu options). My guests won't stop talking about the food, which is rarely so memorable from a wedding. Delicious is such an under statement. The staff is the best of the best. They answered endless emails from an anxious and overwhelmed bride that was in over her head with wedding planning- and made no question feel stupid. Our day wedding went off without a SINGLE hiccup and our day of coordinator (Taylor) exceeded my every expectation. The entire staff deserves Nobel Prizes and I'm not over exaggerating in the slightest. The bridal suite alone, which includes a FULL kitchen and salon, was a dream and made a long day of \"getting ready\" that much more special. The venue gave us a list of vendors they frequently work with and we choose most of them for a DJ (Luxe Productions), floral (Event Floral), desserts, etc. Top notch. It made everything that much easier working with people who do most of their work at this specific venue- but we also had no problem with vendors in the area who needed to travel.Hotels near by? Check out Downtown Beloit- just ten minutes away with gorgeous accommodation options and restaurants for guest to enjoy before or after the wedding. We had a smaller guest list (around 75) but could have had hundreds and still comfortably fit everyone. Even with a smaller group, the space was absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough about how perfect our wedding was at The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge, or thank the staff enough for going above and beyond to make sure the biggest day of our life was dreamlike. TEN STARS.

We had our dream wedding at The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms! We had seen pictures of The Pavilion and it looked beautiful - but there is nothing like being there in person. The venue space is absolutely stunning at any time of year, with beautiful options for a ceremony both indoors and outdoors. For our late November wedding, we had both our ceremony and reception inside The Pavilion and we could not have been happier with how everything turned out. The service was incredible, with coordinators that were eager to help with anything we needed. We appreciate Nikki, Lexi, Jill, Stacie, and Carly so much! The staff in general was extremely friendly, polite, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. Henrici's is the caterer for The Pavilion, and the food was outstanding. With many unique food options that also tasted delicious, the catering certainly stands out from your typical wedding food. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding food that they have ever had. Additionally, there is a house available to rent on the same property as the venue called the Copperstone Inn, which brought our wedding weekend to the next level. It is a very unique and amazing place to stay for your wedding party and/or family, and is so convenient for the bride & groom to be in close proximity all weekend. Overall, The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms is such an amazing and unique wedding venue, with a stunning stone fireplace, high ceilings, windows showcasing a beautiful pond, and even the bathrooms are cool looking. Many of our guests came to the wedding from the western suburbs, but they all said the drive to Rockton was more than worth it for the unique and beautiful space. We could not have had a better weekend and are beyond grateful for all of the hard work The Pavilion put into making our day perfect.

This is an absolutely gorgeous venue, what you see in the pictures is what you get! The grounds are stunning and the inside of the building itself was what I imagined my dream wedding space would look like. The space, while gorgeous, is neutral as well, so you can really make it your own with flowers, fabric, and whatever else you choose. So many guests commented on the grounds and views, and those same spaces allowed us to get some incredible pictures from the day. What I would really like to mention about this venue is the staff. Everyone I worked with was kind, patient, and understanding as we navigated planning a wedding for the 1st time. A few people I would like to mention specifically are:Jill and Carly, who helped me through most of the planning stages. They were always willing to answer a question or help me with annoying changes when there were last-minute alterations to the plan. I truly felt like no question was too silly and I appreciate that! Taylor was our guide during the rehearsal the day before. She was also so helpful and kind, and really worked with us and the pastor to make sure everything would look great and run smoothly. Finally, Lexi is someone I cannot give enough praise to. She was our day-of coordinator and I know I did not make things easy on her. My ceremony was supposed to be outside and it rained most of the morning, so I was very upset at having to make the change to inside. By about 45 minutes before the ceremony we had clear skies, and she worked with us when I told her to completely change course and set up for an outdoor ceremony again. She was gracious throughout the entire day and put up with SO much. I am eternally grateful for her patience and willingness to do whatever it took to make sure my day was as perfect as it was.

The Pavilion is everything you can ask for in a venue and more! The Pavilion and the grounds itself are gorgeous. We got married in front of the pond on 7/1/22, which I would highly recommend vs. the hill. Our ceremony photos turned out so pretty! Jill was extremely helpful, kind, and her communication was beyond timely. I can not rave about her enough. The Pavilion does have a contracted caterer, Henrici's. Their food was amazing and I have never heard so many people say \"That was the best food I've ever had at a wedding\". Our day of coordinator Nikki was also great! She made sure the rehearsal ran so smoothly and the day of I didn't have to worry about one thing when it came to vendors getting set up! The venue is gorgeous and so spacious to the point where you can have any table layout you want and still have room for dancing. We did a giant kings table with 45 people and Jill made that happen for us! I keep telling my husband that I had so much fun I wish we could do it all over again! The post wedding blues are real!Cons:About 5ish months before the big day Stacie contacted me to let me know they had to raise their food pricing due to COVID. I understand that COVID has impacted food pricing, however I felt the upcharge was a little ridiculous... an additional 6 dollars per plate and an additional 2 dollars per person for two hors d'oeuvres. While it doesn't seem like much it does add up when you have nearly 200 guests. On the plus side, they did tell us that the bar package pricing would not change. Unfortunately, we tried to upgrade our bar package a few weeks before the wedding and we were then told that we would have to pay for the new pricing of the deluxe bar package because \"she didn't think we would want to change it\". If you want to take wedding party photos before the ceremony, know that they do not provide the tram before the ceremony free of charge. So if you would like to take photos on different parts of the property and not sweat your butt off walking to those locations you have to pay an additional couple hundred dollars to have the tram before the ceremony. These cons are small, however while you're dealing with all of the details and stress of planning a wedding it can be frustrating in the moment.

This is the only venue we looked at and we wholeheartedly recommend it. The professionalism of the team and the natural beauty of the space is unparalleled in Northern Illinois.

The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms was an absolute dream venue! We had a small wedding but the space is huge and could accommodate so many more people. The entire staff was so helpful and made the weekend so memorable. There’s also a 7 bedroom house on the property that is available to rent. I have a big family so we rented the house which added to the dreaminess of the weekend. Everything was absolutely fantastic and we’d do it all over again at The Pavilion!

The Pavilion was literally our DREAM venue. We knew from the second we stepped foot on the property that this was the perfect place for us to get married. The staff was beyond kind and professional, always willing to answer any of our questions and help us through the entire planning process. No words can describe how beautiful this venue is! Since stepping onto the grounds of The Pavilion I knew it was the one. No other venue compared to it. Everyone in the front office was extremely helpful during our postponements due to the pandemic and made sure everyone question was answered in a timely manner. I can’t say enough about how great all the office staff, coordinators and day of staff was. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so fun. Every one of our guests had nothing but great things to say about The Pavilion. I highly recommend having your wedding here, you won’t regret it!

No words can describe how beautiful this venue is! Since stepping onto the grounds of The Pavilion I knew it was the one. No other venue compared to it. Everyone in the front office was extremely helpful during our postponements due to the pandemic and made sure everyone question was answered in a timely manner. I can’t say enough about how great all the office staff, coordinators and day of staff was. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so fun. Every one of our guests had nothing but great things to say about The Pavilion. I highly recommend having your wedding here, you won’t regret it!

The venue itself is gorgeous! Our wedding photos have such an unbelievable range due to the farm's amazing landscape and backdrops. The Pavillion has everything one could dream of for a Wisconsin wedding. The outdoor setting, the fireplace inside, the interior layout and the food from Henricis was nothing short of fantastic. The only \"slight\" negative experience we had during the entire process, was the fact that we were planning and organizing our wedding during a huge transition at the Pavilion. For a period of time, we didn't know who was the correct person to contact for what, as there were so many new people coming in. BUT, despite the transition at the venue, the Pavilion staff showed up on our big day and everything was perfect...even the weather in December, in Wisconsin!

It is hard to put into words how happy we were with our wedding at The Pavilion. We attended a wedding years ago at The Pavilion and fell in love with the place. After our first meeting with Kacie we knew this was where we wanted to get married. Kacie made our planning process so easy. She was very helpful and would immediately answer any questions we had. For our rehearsal we had Nikki as our coordinator and she was amazing. She made sure to go over every detail of our day so nothing was missed. The day of our wedding was one of the easiest days. As the bride I did not have to worry about anything. The Pavilion handled every detail of our day and answered all questions from our vendors. I got to enjoy my time getting ready in the beautiful bridal suite on site with all my bridesmaids. Our wedding day coordinator was Kayla. She was so easy to work with and made our day/night go smoothly. She was there if we needed anything and did a wonderful job keeping everything on schedule. Our wedding day was perfect because of all the staff at The Pavilion and we can't thank them enough!

When we started researching/visiting venues, the first stop we made was at The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms and I knew that this was THE place I wanted to say \"I Do.\" The grounds alone are breathtaking at any time of the day. The Pavilion in and of itself with its beautiful glass windows/sliding doors all the way around allowed you to see the surrounding grounds. Kaci was the most helpful and responsive coordinator. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She answered my many questions and addressed my concerns in the moths leading up to our wedding. Our day of coordinators, Shane and Nikki were amazing as well. Nikki help facilitate our rehearsal, and answered any and all questions I had. The day of, she repeatedly approached me to make sure I didn't need anything, and to make sure that everything was going according to my plan. I really appreciated that! Our wedding definitely would not have run as smoothly as it did without Nikki there. Shane checked in with me at the bridal suite the morning of our wedding, to make sure that we had everything we needed. The staff was phenomenal and went above and beyond to ensure that my special day was magical, and because of each and every one of them it was exactly that! 5 stars is not enough!To say that the food was phenomenal wouldn't even do it justice. Henrici's did such an amazing job. From our tasting to the day of our wedding, the presentation and savory flavors of the food didn't change one bit. We ended up doing buffet style, while our tasting had been plated. Not once in my entire life have I had buffet food duplicated to look and taste the exact same as plated meal, but Henrici's managed to do it! Our guests raved about our food for days after our wedding. Bobbi did an excellent job of communicating with us in the months leading up to our wedding. When we had a (VERY) last minute guest RSVP, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you so much for making our wedding day complete and delicious!

The Pavilion is a beautiful venue. We also stayed at the Inn and we were so happy we had a couple days after the wedding to relax there. It was so peaceful. The only thing was that the venue never ever mentioned or showed me the bridal suite with the SALON in there to get ready. When we went for our visit they simply told me to stop at the suite on our way out. That some stuff will be closed off because they use it as an office. Well the salon must have been the closed off part. This is a destination venue and had we had known there was a place to get ready there my wedding day as a bride would have been so much different. My wedding day was so hectic and crazy because of having to time everything out because we did not know we could have all that space to get ready in. I got married there 2 months ago and I still am so upset to my stomach about it. So while your planning a beautiful wedding at the pavilion and you read this review at least you know that is an option. Because like I said no one told me. They also said there would be a bar in the back behind the fireplace for cocktail hour. I was SHOCKED AND HORRIFIED after the ceremony when the bar was not there!!!!!! The guests were then sent to the bar in front of the fireplace and saw the whole room flip. This made our photo time with family insanely hectic as well. It made us feel like we had to rush and we did not get all the pictures we wanted. We did not do the bar package, but we would have been more than happy to pay for an extra bar set up. We thought the bar set up we were paying was covering everything. Again no one kept me in the loop. Yes the pavilion is beautiful and the people are so nice. I am just so upset to have TWO AWFUL SURPRISES ON MY WEDDING DAY!!!!!!!!!!! The venue could have prevented this. If you decide to have your wedding day there make sure you know everything the venue has to offer so you don't feel like you spent so much money and didn't get your money's worth. Plus your wedding day will run a lot smoother because my wedding day was anything but that. I wish Kacey and Jennifer would have helped me plan my day to a T like everyone else has said they had with their experience. I'm literally still crying as I write this.

They offered amazing advice every step of the way, were extremely responsive and also the, the venue is freaking gorgeous! Our wedding photos came out beautiful in part because of how wonderful the location is. At the rehearsal our day-of coordinator made me feel so at ease and knew to the minute how things would play out so it wasn't anything I had to worry about. Overall could not recommend enough!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception here in August 2017. Once we saw the venue, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for. The entire team was so great with communication, reminding us when we should have certain selections made, suggesting schedules/layouts given our overall idea for the day, etc. We had a unique situation where it was difficult to estimate how many people would be attending our big day (everyone was traveling and we have big families). The team was so accommodating and made it so easy to work with. Once we were able to nail down the guests, we had to do some minor tweaking to the seating arrangements, but it was so easy. Our food was absolutely incredible as well! We had restaurant owners included in our guest list and they were blown away (5 months later, they are still talking about the food)! Throughout our day, the coordinators were extremely attentive and checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. All of our guests had an amazing time and everyone is still talking about it. We highly recommend this venue!

Living in downtown Chicago, the Pavilion was a bit of a drive, but when we walked in we KNEW we had to have our wedding there. Not only is the Pavilion beyond beautiful, the ceremony spot outside between two beautiful trees was something off of Pinterest. The planning process working with Kacie was awesome. I had 4000 random questions, and she would sometimes answer in minutes, if not then hours. I also loved that the preferred vendors they provide are so used to working with Pavilion brides. Event Floral, Rockton Sanctuary Spa, and Pastor Dan Herman on their list were better than I EVER could have found, they were a dream, and I didn't even have to search. The food was amazing, many guests said it was the best wedding food they ever had. My only dislike was the limited choices for the bar since we are beer people, but no one noticed that but us. So many of our guests who go to weddings every weekend of summer said it was the most beautiful wedding venue they've ever seen. I loved that everyone could play lawn games and drink outside, then come inside to dance and have fun :) You may think the price to rent the Pavilion is a bit steep and I would have agreed with you a year ago, but the service you are provided makes it 100% worth it. Kacie & a colleague coordinating our day with headsets, catering to my every request throughout the wedding day and helping keeping things on track would have cost $5,000 if I outsourced to wedding coordinators. We will forever cherish our wedding day that went off without a hitch, so unheard of. If you're on the edge, and you want a perfect and stress free wedding day, look no further than here!!!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous. The pond overlooking the grounds and apple orchard was an enchanting place for our September wedding.Directly after the ceremony our guests partied the night away inside the pavilion. It was so beautiful we hardly needed to provide any additional decorations for our \"Rustic Chic\" reception. It was incredible and spacious, and well laid out. Plenty of space for tables, dj, cocktailing area, and photobooth.For the year leading up to the wedding it was a delight to work with Kaci. She went above and beyond to ensure our special day was everything we hoped it would be. She is so professional, and so knowledgeable about the area and about local vendors. Best of all, she is great at corresponding. She would generally respond to us immediately, if not within 24 hrs. And the food. We were so excited about this food after our tasting. It was so amazing we feared \"How could they possibly deliver the same quality to 200 people.\" But they did! All of our guests said it was the best food they'd had at a wedding. And having gone to 8 weddings in the past two years we couldn't agree more. Perfect portions, beautiful presentation, so many options...Delicious. And steaks were all cooked to perfection!

The Pavilion was an amazing location for our April 2016 wedding. The location is beautiful and being able to use the whole grounds for photographs made it possible to get some memorable photographs. We had our wedding outdoors by the pond and the chairs were setup for us to accommodate all of our guests. The Pavilion really made it easy to plan this wedding and took the stress away from the small things. The payment for the Pavillion and ceremony was divided to make the payments manageable and they were really accommodating with the dates and the payment types. We initially met with them to go over our estimated guest count and main wedding details and then constantly kept in contact. The staff was very happy to answer all questions that we had and responded quickly to our emails. They even helped suggest possible rehearsal dinner locations and hair and makeup salons. They sent us a layout of the tables and placement of all items that we could alter to our liking set up exactly how many chairs per table there would be. Also, they allowed us to come in the day before and decorate the pavilion prior to the rehearsal. We had two different food tastings from Henrici’s for the main course and appetizers. The food was delicious (even the children’s meals looked amazing) and we received many compliments from our guests. Henrici’s was very accommodating with our wedding cake and dessert table and stored both until it was time to set them up. I was extremely pleased with the fact that they had set up the dessert table for us and we did not have to worry about anything ourselves. At the end of the night the staff was extremely helpful with cleanup and help to gather any decorations that we were keeping or tossing. The whole night the staff was at the top of the game making sure the children had movies to watch and that the guest had everything they needed. They really made our wedding amazing and all of our guests were amazed with the location and its beauty.

I recently just had my wedding at The Pavilion and cannot put into words how perfect it was! From visiting the venue to the day of our wedding the staff was phenomenal! They were always quick to respond to email that contained about a million questions and took the time to make sure I was helped in anyway possible. Another thing that I loved about using The Pavilion was the list of vendors that they provided for us. My husband and I live about an hour and a half away so we had no idea which local companies to use. This made planning everything 100 times easier for us! I had an amazing time and I know our guests did too. I would suggest The Pavilion to anyone getting married in the Midwest. You definitely won't regret it!

I recently just had my wedding at The Pavilion and cannot put into words how perfect it was! From visiting the venue to the day of our wedding the staff was phenomenal! They were always quick to respond to email that contained about a million questions and took the time to make sure I was helped in anyway possible. Another thing that I loved about using The Pavilion was the list of vendors that they provided for us. My husband and I live about an hour and a half away so we had no idea which local companies to use. This made planning everything 100 times easier for us! I had an amazing time and I know our guests did too. I would suggest The Pavilion to anyone getting married in the Midwest. You definitely won't regret it!

This place is rustic yet upscale with an old barn made over with chandeliers, a projector, a HUGE fireplace and all glass walls to give beautiful of their manicured grounds. The staff were AMAZING and completely orchestrated my wedding and were always there when I needed them. It may be pricier than other venues, but is way worth the money. We planned our wedding from out of state and picked this place by the photos on their website - it was honestly even more beautiful in person!

This venue could make any brides dream come true! The scenery outside looks like it could be straight out of a magazine; no photoshop needed. We were supposed to have our wedding outdoors underneath the two large oak trees, but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with us. They say rain is good luck on your wedding day right? Luckily for us, the inside of the Pavilion is just as beautiful. The staff quickly changed our reception area into a ceremony spot, complete with a romantic lit fireplace, hours before the start time. Post ceremony, the rain held off long enough to allow to the bridal party some outdoor photo ops. The Pavilion provided a tractor to transport us around the venue grounds with black matching umbrellas on hand just in case in case it started to rain again. All the staff at the Pavilion were a joy to work with during the whole planning process. They listened to our requests and provided many helpful suggestions along the way (including other vendors that they have worked with previously and recommended). They made made the planning as stress free as any wedding planning can be. I could not be happier with the venue we have chosen. Any bride looking to have a beautiful backdrop for their wedding; look no further. This venue is exactly what you're looking for!

just a stunning venue! we received so many compliments! Keep in mind that this an event space -not an all included full service venue, so the catering and all the extras come at an additional charge. The majority of the staff was wonderful and amazing to work with!

All we keep hearing about our wedding is how beautiful the venue was. We loved being able to have our ceremony right on the grounds (between the oak trees) and then have guests just walk to the cocktail hour down the hill. From the amazing staff to the gorgeous pictures we could not have been more impressed! Book it now!

I recently had my wedding at The Pavilion and can't say one bad thing about the venue or staff. Jennifer was very easy to work with and helped me figure out a lot of other details (Hair/Make-Up, DJ, etc.) because I am not from the area. She even helped us find a fabulous florist at the last minute! I would recommend The Pavilion to anyone looking for a rustic yet classy venue space for their wedding or party. The space is breathtaking and weeks after the wedding, I am still getting complimented on the venue!

I knew it the first time I went to the Pavilion I was going to get married there. My family absolutely loved the setting and uniqueness of the venue. The staff, especially Jennifer Weldon, were super helpful in facilitating several visits and arranging every detail. They handle so much of the run around so you don't have to. The Pavilion perfectly fit my theme of country chic to a T!. They have the Copperstone Inn up the hill (walking distance) which my family chose to rent out for the weekend. I am so glad we did, it was a beautiful B&B and again the service was fantastic. It was great to know we didn't have to travel anywhere the night before or the night of the wedding. Highly reccomended by my husband and I!

When selecting a venue for our June 2012 wedding, my husband and I had a few caveats. The location could not be a typical wedding venue, it had to portray quaint and rustic feeling that we wanted, and it needed to reflect our personalities. I stumbled across the Copper Stone Inn on the way to my in laws, and was attracted to the beauty of the house itself, not knowing that the property also held a beautiful farm that could hold larger events. We decided to drive up to Rockton on a Sunday afternoon to check out the Pavilion and the wedding space. As soon as I walked into the Pavilion I knew this was it. The room is warm, yet grand. The floor to ceiling stone fireplace, wrap around windows on either side of the barn, and magnificent open ceilings took our breath away. The Pavilion was the perfect blend of the rustic feel that we wanted and modern elegance any bride would swoon over. In addition to the wonderful property, we were treated with 5 star service. From our first meeting through the day of our wedding, both Jennifer and Kacie were the epitome of the perfect wedding coordinators. Emails and phone calls were quickly returned. They guided us through the process of selecting a caterer, helped us create the timeline to our events, and worked seamlessly with our vendors. Our wedding day came together so perfectly because of the professionalism and help from the staff. All of our guests raved about the Pavilion as well as the Orchard Ridge property - everywhere they looked there was something new to see! The staff at the Pavilion was nothing less than gracious. We cannot rave enough about the Pavilion at Orchard Ridge, and its wonderful staff. We look forward to the day we can host a repeat of our wedding reception - perhaps a 25th wedding anniversary- or sooner!

First of all, the Spanton's are very gracious. They have put such love and care into this entire grounds. The venue is perfect! We chose the oak trees but there are other options for a ceremony. The bridal suite is beyond words! And the staff was more than helpful the entire day to myself, my husband, my bridal party and my guests. I felt like royalty. I was so blessed to be able to have our wedding here and we will be back to visit the inn....over and over. Memories were made and it wouldn't have been what it was without the Pavilion, the staff, and Copperstone! Thank you!

I live in Chicago and wanted a venue that had a spot to for an outdoor ceremony as well as a large indoor space that could hold the possible 200 guests. When I went to visit The Pavilion I walked in and knew this was the place. The venue is amazing. It is a new building, only been doing weddings for two years, so everything is in great shape. The bathrooms are fun and spotless. The grounds are perfectly groomed. The people who helped me plan my wedding, Jennifer and Jessica, both did a great job dealing with my needs. \rThere is also a beautiful bed and breakfast on the property which you can rent for the weekend. This was great for us because it housed everyone in the bridal party (we had a small bridal party). The breakfasts included were fresh and large - props to the chef.\rOnly disappointing things are - since it is a new venue there are a couple of kinks that need working out. for example a bridge over the ravine, benches by the pond, and possible a larger list of preferred venders. Also the owners are a bit tough to work with when it came to having people at the bed and breakfast the day of the wedding.\rOverall fantastic place for a bride looking to do something a bit unique with a beautiful rural scenic background.
