Search no further...you have found your wedding venue! Not only is Pavilion on Crystal Lake set on an absolutely stunning backdrop (which means perfect photos and compliments from all your guests), you are signing up for a team that get you to your wedding day with less stress, less anxiety and with absolute perfection. My husband and I were able to walk through each step of the endless to do list that comes with weddings with such confidence because we had such an incredible team guiding us. Now lets talk about the real 5 star rating...THE F O O D. Its been a month since our wedding and all of our guests are still bringing up everything they ate and how beyond delicious everything was. I have friends asking if its possible to get recipes for items such as the mini pot pies or the chicken buffalo meatballs. Not only are the options endless, I can honestly say its the best food I have ever had at a wedding, and our guests agree. Next let me rave about our day of wedding coordinator. I am obsessed with her. She had things handled before I could even think about them. She was kind, supportive and a blast to be around. She is in the right field doing the right job. I now consider her a friend (love you Shelby)Truly, start to finish, from day 1 to wedding day the Pavilion on Crystal Lake helped make our wedding dreams come true and I will always be incredibly grateful for their entire team. They are truly the best. I am now depressed because I want to live that day over again and again and again. THANK YOU Pavilion on crystal lake..you guys are all top tier!

There will never be enough words for how much we LOVED our venue! Now that our wedding is over I wish I could plan another event with CT wedding group. From the countless phone calls, the venue date night, all the details, finding vendors, the days leading up to the wedding, the day of OUR WEDDING and everywhere in between. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of people. You all are really so amazing especially Cate the great. My husband and I planned our wedding from California and as nerve-racking as that was everything went exactly as planned on our wedding day. This doesn’t happen very often, but there was not one hiccup throughout the day and even if there was CT wedding group, make sure I had no idea! And still no idea! Getting ready on site was so wonderful to make the morning as stress-free as possible. The weather was perfect. We got to get married under the gazebo which was a big reason why we picked the venue in the first place. We are big Disney fans and brought a lot of our own personal and sentimental items. None were ruined, and I told our story of Disney so well. We got married on May 6 of 2023 and I still have guest to this day telling me how wonderful the venue was and how amazing the food was! Once again, we really cannot think the entire team for such a seamless day. Brian and myself are so very thankful for each and everyone of you.

We got married in October and it was the best day! The planning team was so helpful with providing timelines for the whole process and made it feel easy. We had a few special requests that were all met and the answers were all provided quickly. The venue itself is beautiful and we loved the privacy it provided as well. The lake cottage was perfect for our getting ready needs in the morning. The food was delicious, and so many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding dinner they’d ever had. Lexi was our day-of-coordinator and she was amazing. She knew all of our details and kept things on time and fun. I really felt like she knew everything we wanted, and I was comfortable to just exist in the moment during the wedding knowing she was taking care of it all. I couldn’t have asked for anyone or any place better.

The team at the Pavilion exceeded all of our expectations from our first meeting. They worked to accommodate our budget, helped take the \"middle man\" stress out of communicating with vendors, and were always quick to respond with kindness when we reached out. It's like they have a supersonic team of wedding ninjas who seem to be working 24/7 behind the scenes. These folks KNOW how to wedding. That being said, I never got the sense that the team is overworked or burnt out, even though their jobs are stressful. I no longer can imagine how anyone gets married without an on-site coordinator—and I don't usually like accepting help. They worked with us to incorporate our weird puzzles and games (including secret password to get popcorn), the groom's specific dietary request (see: burgers only), and all the details that were important to us. The food was GENUINELY good, not just \"good for wedding food.\" Having the option for the on-site house rental for getting ready was so nice and stress-relieving. Even though we got rained out, our coordinator made sure the transition to being inside for the ceremony was seamless. Many of our guests told us that this was the best wedding they've ever been to. Big thanks to our coordinator Lexi and all the other team members who helped us along the way. We are still glowing while looking over our pictures months later.

The CT wedding group was absolutely amazing every step of the way, and answered all of our planning questions throughout. Sean was fantastic to work with the day of the wedding and made our vision come to life. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We’re still getting messages from guests about it being the best wedding they’ve been to. The food is absolutely incredible, get ready to have everyone come up to you talking about the food! Sean also packed everything up at the end of the night and loaded it right into our car. We can not recommend the Pavilion On Crystal Lake enough!

We got married on September 24th and our wedding day was perfect! From start to finish, the CT Wedding Group was there to answer any questions or offer another solution/option. Our day of coordinator, Sean, was amazing. Constantly checking up on us and asking if we needed anything. We still get guests telling us that our wedding was the best one they’ve ever been too! They were on top of everything and it made the wedding day go by without a hitch. If there was one, my husband and I didn’t know it! Highly recommend them. They are professional, great with communications and triple checking things you want, very responsive with emails, overall 10/10! The food was beyond delicious.

When we saw this venue we just knew it was the one. The rustic/romantic setting was just perfect. The CT Wedding Group was super helpful from day one. They made sure to never miss a beat when it came to planning everything. Our day of coordinator Sean was amazing! He was always there and just knew exactly what to do. Despite it pouring on our day :( we had to make an emergency switch to have our ceremony inside. While this wasn't what I had pictured since booking the venue - the team still made sure everything looked amazing. The food - where to i begin ?! - is absolutely AMAZING! All of our guests are still talking about how good it was! I highly recommend this venue or any venues that they are in charge of! Thanks again for making such great memories for us!

Our experience with getting married at The Pavilion and with the CT Wedding Group was amazing from start to finish. The CT Wedding Group is absolutely fabulous and you truly want them being the ones organizing and planning your special day. From the beginning we knew we were in good hands, the wedding coordinators send out periodical emails with what should be next in the wedding planning journey. They have the couple schedule occasional video chats and in person meetings when it gets closer to the big day. Throughout the planning if you had a question, they encourage emails, as the bride I utilized this very much! I would send over inspiration pictures and details about decor for that ceremony and reception, with all this information they start adding it to your wedding profile. The amount of care and time they gave with emails and video calls was wonderful and felt great knowing you were in such good hands. On my wedding day I had zero worry that my vision wasn’t going to be executed. With in a week of the wedding you get assigned a “day of coordinator,” trust me when I say…Every single coordinator is wonderful and talented. Our wedding coordinator was Melinda and she was nothing shy of perfect!!! We appreciated her thoroughness on every detail for our wedding. She was supportive, helpful and cared about us during the biggest day of our lives. Melinda and the staff at The Pavilion were professional, kind and attentive! Our “favor” was a candy table that I prepared and brought the day of, rather than me being stressed about the assembling of my candy table, they displayed and set it up better than I could have even imagined. We are so grateful for everything they did for us. I was brought to tears seeing how amazing our reception looked, thank you for all you did! The food…DELICIOUS!! This will be the best wedding food you and your guest will ever have, I said what I said! Our families were raving and complimenting the food with the highest praise. The Pavilion has a talented chef & kitchen and I believe this is something that sets them apart from other venues. You will be floored by the delicious food and they venue makes sure to feed the guests well, no one leaves hungry. We opted for a cocktail hour “enhancement,” the Mac & Cheese bar and a “late night snack,” pizza!! The enhancements were well worth it for us, our guests LOVED the additional food during the cocktail hour and reception. Another enhancement well enjoyed by our guests was the “tasty bar snacks,” this was well enjoyed by our bar drinkers who grabbed some thick cut bacon and chips when getting a cocktail. Overall, The Pavilion on Crystal Lake and the coordinators in the CT Wedding Group made the wedding of our dreams come to life. I can’t say it enough, but the CT Wedding Group has so much care and love for the couples getting married. They show and represent organization from start to finish in the wedding planning journey. We are beyond grateful and lucky to have picked the CT Wedding Group to put together our wedding at The Pavilion on Crystal Lake.

Pavilion on Crystal Lake was the absolute best venue for our wedding. From the start of the planning process to after the wedding their team was supportive, responsive and helpful. CT Wedding Group helped to decrease our stress in the planning process and make the time enjoyable. Our day of coordinator, Sean, was amazing!! He was so informative, supported us, made sure we always had what we needed including food/drinks! Sean made it a priority to check in with the Bride and the Groom AND our parents and parties. He was the best and our day ran so smoothly! The venue itself is gorgeous! It’s perfect for a couple looking for a modern/rustic/outdoorsy look! The lake, ceremony site and inside is beautiful, (we loved the lights and greenery inside!). Food was amazing from cocktail hour to meals. We are so glad we chose to include the cottage, the women got ready their on site and then both parties and immediate families hung out in the cottage after our first look! Our guests had an amazing time. I have no complaints at all!

Words aren't enough to describe The Pavilion & CT Wedding Group! Our day was absolutely perfect in HUGE part thanks to them.We viewed a bunch of other venues where we really felt like just a number & a dollar sign. CT Wedding Group made us feel special and they actually listened to what we wanted out of our day. We live in the UK so were planning from abroad and immediately felt like we could trust the team at The Pavilion to make our dream wedding come true. And boy were we right!!The planning process was extremely smooth and clearly catered to each couple. They said they would be there as little or as often as we needed them and that's exactly how it was, we felt supported every step of the way. Some months we didn't need much help and other month's I was e-mailing them everyday and always got a response within a few hours! They made all of our wishes come true, even the ones we weren't sure were possible to make happen, they made it all happen and then some!The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, situated right on Crystal Lake. The nice thing is that there isn't anything else immediately next door, so you feel like you have your own little oasis. The ceremony space is so incredible, I am SO glad that it's the backdrop for our wedding photos that will hang in our house forever. The pavilion with the greenery behind is just gorgeous. Every single one of our guests commented on how beautiful the space was. Inside the venue, it's an old remodelled barn with a light wood. We were looking for a rustic but not TOO rustic feel and it was perfect for us. The windows on the left side look into the lake and the lighting around the room really complimented the wood.The FOOD. I have been to so many weddings with average to below average food. That is not the case here. The food here is to die for. Every single bit of it. I want all of my friends to get married there in the future so I can have all of the food again. Our guests also all commented on the food and how great it was!The day ran so smoothly and it's just a clear indication of how great their team is. Everything flowed organically, even the parts we weren't sure would (we're an international couple so were doing some fun mixed tradition things). I honestly just wish we could get married there again because the day was perfect!

We did our wedding with the Connecticut Wedding Group at Pavilion on Crystal Lake. They were absolutely incredible from start to finish. We appreciated constant updates, communication and quick responses. No question was silly. They were so helpful throughout the whole planning process. The night of the wedding everything ran so smoothly. Many of our guests said the flow was amazing. Everyone was raving about the food especially the chicken dish. There was so much food for cocktail hour, main meal and dessert. The donuts were AMAZING!! Our wedding coordinator Lexi was absolutely incredible and I want her to be my friend. She was so attentive and listened to our vision of the night. Anything we needed she was there. We could not thank Lexi and the team enough. It was amazing night.

The Pavilion on Crystal Lake can't be beat for their location, service, and food. We were beyond pleased with our experience working with them from start to finish. Long before our wedding day, the team at CT Wedding Group was there to keep us on track and answer any questions that we had. As the wedding date got closer, there were plenty of questions that came up, and they were always answered in a timely and professional manner! We loved the venue itself, which was so picturesque and offered a more rustic feel than most traditional venues while still giving us first-class amenities. The lake, ceremony area, reception area, etc. were just beautiful for our photos. One of the major reasons that we chose the Pavilion was for the food, and it did not disappoint! If you are a foodie, this is the place for you. All of the appetizers were creative and fun and the entrees were more than your run-of-the-mill wedding food. We got several compliments on the food from our guests! Wedding planning always has its challenges, but in those stressful moments, it was great to know we had someone to turn to who wanted to see our vision come to life as much as we did. We could not have asked for a better venue or wedding day!

CT Wedding Group was amazing to work with! From the moment we signed our contract two years prior to our wedding, to our wedding night, they were always so supportive every step of the way. Having a built in team of wedding planners a quick email away helped the planning process be a breeze. We worked with Allie so much leading up to our wedding, and loved her! Lexi was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING! She put us right at ease and she had our full confidence which allowed us to relax, take in, and enjoy our wedding night. We got married at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake. The shady ceremony location was perfect for our summer wedding, and the cocktail hour overlooking the lake was gorgeous. We loved every aspect of the venue!! The ladies got ready in the Cottage on site, and wow, we were impressed we had the whole house to ourselves and it gave us so much room to relax and get ready. We are so happy with how our day went. Our guests raved about the food!! Starting with the Prosecco and popsicles for our 90 degree day, to the many, many cocktail hour food options, to our amazing dinner entrees, the guests were well fed and very pleased! Our day was perfect at Pavilion on Crystal Lake. We can’t recommend CT Wedding Group enough!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the rustic feel while also having the lake view as well. Of course, we did have some rain on our day, but everyone there worked so quickly to get us inside and move things around so we could continue our pictures inside, which was just as gorgeous as it was outside. Our wedding planner, Casey, was incredible! She made sure I never needed anything, and was on top of it if I did. She made things so much easier for me and I can't thank her enough for that! We did not have to set up or take down the decorations, all we needed was to supply the car that they were being packed into. The food was delicious as well. Between cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert, there was no shortage of options! We have been married a little over a month and we still have people coming to us and telling us that our wedding was one of the best weddings they have been to! With all the stresses that come with wedding planning, everyone at The Pavilion on Crystal Lake made everything so much easier!

The Pavilion on Crystal Lake was the first venue we took a tour of. When we left our first visit, we immediately cancelled our tours at other venues because we knew there would be no better place for us! From the moment we booked our date we felt important. The planning team reached out to us many times leading up to our date to offer ideas and assistance. Whenever I sent an email asking a question, I never waited long for a response. Everyone on the planning team is so friendly and helpful. We used the cabin on sight to get ready and it was PERFECT. My girls and I had so much fun getting ready in the cabin and it was so nice already being on site after getting our hair and makeup done. Our guests loved the ceremony space. While the space is a short walk from the parking lot, the tall trees really make it feel like you are in an enchanted forest far from the rest of the world. The location, scenery, food and staff make this venue an actual dream come true. Our day of coordinator, Allie, was so helpful and sweet. She listened to my ideas, helped me fill in the blanks when making decisions such as how to line up our wedding party and she truly brought my decor visions to life while adding her own beautiful touches. My mom could not believe how special Allie even made her feel. As the parents of the bride, they were called to the buffet first and always felt that Allie and the team were there to offer them a drink. All of the staff at this venue go above and beyond to make the bride and groom and every guest feel welcomed and comfortable. I could go on and on but I'll finish by saying if you are considering this venue please BOOK YOUR TOUR RIGHT NOW. I promise you will not regret it!

The Pavillion was absolutely awesome to work with throughout the planning process. They were very detailed, flexible, and available the whole time and it felt like they really shared in our excitement which made it fun and eased a lot of stress. We planned our wedding in CT from GA and I don’t think I would have been able to do it without CT wedding group. They were able to connect me with the best vendors from Powerstation events like Will H (DJ), Candace M (photographer), and Helena (florist) that really knew the venue and work hard to make the day as seamless as possible. Also, they provide a day of coordinator, ours was Allie, who was absolutely wonderful. She did an incredible job decorating and made sure us and the wedding party got to enjoy cocktail hour while taking photos and always kept a drink in our hands. Additionally the food at the pavilion is unmatched. I really can’t say enough good things about this venue and the experience itself, you will not be disappointed.

From start to finish, the whole team is amazing! We received excellent support from the whole wedding planning team through the entire process. If I email with a question or request, it would take only a few hours for one of the planners to get back to me. The entire staff are friendly and kind! Then, on the wedding day, our coordinator was Shelby. Where do I even begin?! She is the most amazing coordinator I could have ever dreamed of! I didn't realize how much I would need a coordinator, but I sure did, and Shelby thought of it all! On top of that, she is a kind and genuine person. If you get married here, you need Shelby! She instantly made Tom and I feel comfortable and at ease. The flow of the day was smooth. Shout out to Shelby! We love you! It was the best day of our lives and we would love to do it all over again in a heartbeat! The Pavilion itself is beautiful and the view of the lake is amazing. The indoor/outdoor vibe was perfect. It was the perfect intimate setting for us. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the day was! They are also raving about the excellent staff, service, and food. I can't say enough good things!

The venue is beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff is amazing! The weather couldn’t have been more perfect for an outdoor ceremony by the beautifully decorated gazebo! Jenna, our coordinator, was professional and completely on the ball! She was attentive to everyone’s needs/wants and checked in often to make sure everything was going great. She took care of ALL concerns and made sure the day went seamlessly. As the mother of the bride I was impressed with the attentiveness, not just to the bride and groom, but to all the guests. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely! Definitely earned a 5 ⭐️ rating!

The team at the Pavilion created such a perfect evening for us, and the venue was a perfect blend of cozy and romantic. The food and drinks were all excellent, we had so many people come up and tell us how this was the best wedding food they ever had. The staff at our wedding were so professional and welcoming, and made sure everyone was well taken care of. The CT wedding group staff made the entire process smooth and stress-free! From booking our date to the incredible tasting event, to answering all of our questions over the course of the past year, to finally helping our vision become a reality on the day of, these people are the best! It was absolutely perfect, especially thanks to our coordinator, Cate, & the awesome DJ Jesse Ledeatte the group recommended through their preferred entertainment vendor, Powerstation Events. I can’t even begin to express how happy we are. I want to relive literally every second of it! We had so many guests come up to us after and say it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. I'm not sure I even have the capacity to describe how thoroughly the Pavilion on Crystal Lake exceeded our expectations. They held our hands throughout the entire planning process, prompting us when it was time to make big decisions and helping to connect us with a florist, a transportation company, a hotel, and other outside vendors. Our day-of coordinator, Nicole, was an absolute legend; she kept the entire operation running smoothly from start-to-finish, letting us sit back and enjoy ourselves worry-free.The ceremony and reception site themselves were *gorgeous*. Overlooking a lake and small beach, we hit the jackpot this fall with changing leaves. The Pavilion also helps with a lot of the interior decor and seriously blew our guests away with a reception hall that looked like something out of a fairy tale.And that's not even getting into the best part: the FOOD. Oh my GOD the food was good. The passed appetizers? Incredible. The farm table at cocktail hour? Beautifully stocked and arranged. The salad and main course selections? DELICIOUS. When your ten year old nephew comes up to you and says you \"have to\" try the fish, you know the chefs knocked it out of the park. They have a special, plated selection for guests with dietary restrictions that our guests *loved* -- no sad cardboard meals for your vegan or gluten free friends.And the dessert? Holy wow, the dessert! We decided not to have a traditional wedding cake and instead went for a smorgasbord of cupcakes, cannolis, ice cream, and donuts. No regrets!At the end of the day, we can't recommend the Pavilion enough. There isn't a single thing either of us would change about our wedding, and we truly appreciate the effort our team of servers, bartenders, chefs, kitchen staff, and coordinators put in to leave us with a wonderful experience and many lasting memories.

The day we went to check our the venue, we instantly vibed with the team, the place, we knew we wanted to get married there. When it came to our budget, they helped made sure we were able to make it work, by choosing a Friday night and right before the fall so we can enjoy the whole venue from the Lake Cottage for the bridal party to get ready, to help decorate our beautiful reception the way we wanted. The chef's food is so amazing, Farm to Table, you won't regret it! Guests loved the buffet style. They serve you everything you want the day of your wedding from apps, drinks, to food. They also packed us a goody bag of food to take home so we could enjoy the food! even better as a left over. The staff was so much fun and so professional! No need to hire a wedding planner, the team will help make your day smooth! They helped us find our vendors, the Dream Team! Shelby our coordinator was so amazing and sweet! DJ Chris V from PSE had everyone on the dance floor even with the blazing donuts were on fire! Justin Benson our photographer was so much fun from our engagement photo to our wedding day! Guests are still raving about Justin! Darlene Rice our officiant is the sweetest and made sure we were able to have our ceremony outside and did it timely since it rained on our wedding day. The minute we walked in the venue it rained. The venue allows your pups to be there on your wedding day outside for the ceremony and pictures, check out Sue from SitStayPlay! if you have dogs especially with anxiety, she can help and it was such a pleasure for our fur babies to be there for our big day! Alyson G was our videographer and she is a doll! And if anything does go wrong, you wouldn't even know it! It was the best day we could have asked for! We felt like friends!

As soon as we visited the Pavilion on Crystal Lake, we cancelled our other venue tours because we really fell in love right away. We truly could not have made a better decision than to go with this venue. They have zooms scheduled throughout your wedding planning to make sure you have everything you need, but they really have everything covered. Everything about the day was absolutely perfect. I was so nervous about all the little details and they took care of everything. I brought pretty much no decor and they made the place look gorgeous. Shelby, our coordinator was outstanding! She was always there with a drink in her hand for my husband & I, made sure we ate, pretty much directed us with everything we should do before the dancing so we never had to leave the dance floor once we started. I did not have to worry about anything the entire day thanks to her! And the food was amazing, every one of our guests said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. They also helped pack everything back up & got everyone out on time. I cannot recommend that Pavilion on Crystal Lake & CT Wedding Group enough! They truly made our special day the best day ever!!

I have been crying happy tears ever since August 28, 2022. You guys - I can't thank you enough for all you did!!!!!!!!! The décor was more than we ever dreamed of!!!!!! Your support and guidance and expertise - we could not have gotten through the day without you!!! Jenna: Tracey, where's your husband? I don't know but he's tall and his name is Dennis; I'll find him; and that you did. Erin: I'm cold; Tracey, I got you. Erin, now I'm hot; I got you………….every single detail to every single second of the day - you guys orchestrated to the tee and created a day that was beyond our wildest dreams!!!!!!!!!! We never would have gotten through without you. When you told us we had to get all out of the venue - but don't worry, we got this - you weren't kidding!!!!! When I unpacked the car and saw the boxes - you guys packed them up exactly as I packed them up……….the feedback from all was just amazing!!!!!!!!!! Everyone was raving about you two and your beautiful venue - a fine tuned machine; they were amazing; a 10 out of 10……..I just can't put into words Jenna and Erin how grateful we are for the you both. The gazebo - ohhhhhhhhh my goodness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You felt our vibe and created our vision beyond our wildest dreams!!!!! The tables; the memory table, the gift/card/seat chart table….the flowers in front of Sarah and Angel………I can't even!!!!!!! I called the venue Monday morning and spoke to Amanda; I was in tears - just overwhelmed and my heart was overflowing!!! With all that I have………I thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh - and Jenna, thank GOD you did Sarah's bustle; I woke up countless nights thinking - how in the hell am I going to remember how to do her bustle. I cannot express how much love I have for the team at CT Wedding Group. From the very beginning of us touring the venue we knew they were the right fit for us. Every check in we had they made me feel so much more at ease and like I knew what I was doing. They made sure I was making my own choices and supporting me when others had their own opinions, and also gave me recommendations for vendors that I hadn’t booked yet. Our wedding day was truly everything my husband and I could have hoped for. They took care of us and made even the more personal details special. I lost my younger sister in 2019 and knew I wanted to do a memorial for her - Shelbye was kind enough to let me set it up myself because she knew how important it was to me. They knew just how to take care of our guests and I truly felt loved and cared about. Overall, if you’re thinking about booking CT Wedding Group don’t hesitate for one second because you won’t regret the decision!

We chose the Pavilion off of our gut feeling when we first visited it. I was looking for a rustic barn venue and the CT Wedding Group venue (The Barn at Wesleyan Hills) was a perfect venue in the sense of the building itself but when we saw the Pavilion on Crystal Lake we fell in love with the location as well as the building. It still had that rustic charm but in a beautiful wooded area and the lake perfected it for us. We knew we had to act fast because they were booking up quickly. The day went so smoothly and the planning team was so helpful in getting us to that point. We had zoom meetings evert few months to target certain aspects in planning and ensure we were on a good timeline. The planning team was excellent and so friendly, especially Samantha and Allie. They answered all of our questions and even helped us with things we didn't know we would have questions on. The couple weeks just before the wedding I found myself emailing the team every other day and they quickly responded to me needs and helped set up a last minute call to ease my mind on the last minute worries. Mary Beth was very helpful at that time. Our day of coordinators were Jenna and Erin and they were so excellent. It felt like we had friends helping us through the day rather than people we had just met! They ensured the timeline was stuck to and that we ate and drank! They kept the whole bridal party informed of things we needed to do and when and they helped keep us happy every step of the way. The food was DELICIOUS! I heard no complaints only compliments from all the guests. We even got to try one of each meal afterward to take home and reheated they were just as good as I remembered! The venue itself was decorated beautifully and better than I had pictured. The staff was helpful and friendly and the day was PERFECT! I hope to be able to attend another event there very soon!!

My husband and I got married here this June of 2022, and had the best day of our life. The year and a half leading up to our wedding was made much easier with the help of the CT Wedding Group crew. Their response time is succinct, and they are all so polite and helpful. The day of our wedding ran perfectly, with many thanks to our coordinator, Shelby, who is nothing short of AMAZING. All of our guests are still raving about the quality of the food they had at our wedding, which is an important factor when attending a wedding. Our timeline ran so smoothly, and any issues or concerns we had were addressed immediately by the team. The Pavilion is a perfect venue to have your ceremony outside in the beautiful gazebo area overlooking the lake, with a transition to the covered patio for cocktail hour, and ending the night inside the air conditioned reception area. The set up of the reception area is great with the dance floor being in the center of the room, and the bar being close to the dance floor as well. My only hope is that they update the carpet in there to something more modern :)

The Pavilion on Crystal Lake was the one and only wedding venue that we toured because as soon as we saw it, we knew that no other venue could top this. It had everything we could’ve ever imagined for our wedding day and more. From the beautiful getting-ready cottage, to the outdoor ceremony space under the trees by the lake, and the rustic reception area, we knew this was the perfect venue for us. The CT Wedding Group helped make our dream wedding become a reality. From the very beginning, the coordinators guided us with count-down emails and check-ins in order to stay on track. They always gave the best advice, helped us make decisions based on our vision, and made wedding planning completely stress free for us. Stress continued to be minimal or nonexistent even on the day of our wedding because we were assigned two outstanding day-of coordinators, Jenna and Casey. They were flexible to all of our special requests, they assisted in every way that they possibly could involving us or our loved ones, and they made us feel like complete royalty. They were always there for us whenever we needed them, shoutout to Jenna the wedding dress bustle QUEEN! They made sure that we had a drink in our hand from the moment that the ceremony was over to the end of the evening. They made sure that we ate our meals and if we didn’t finish, they sent it home with us. They even scheduled 15 minutes before our introductions for us to have a special moment as the married couple in the bridal suite and provided us with our favorite drinks and all of the cocktail hour food (which was UNREAL) to make sure we did not miss out on anything. Take this 15 minutes, we couldn’t recommend it more! And at the end of the night, they packed everything up for us and put it in our cars. It was the little things that they did throughout the day that went a long way and allowed everything to go so smoothly. All of the staff at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake and the CT Wedding Group exceeded our expectations and more and we cannot thank them enough for making our special day so magical.

Without a doubt, the best decision we made when wedding planning was booking this venue.On our tour, we were given a soup-to-nuts overview of what the venue offers and what our coordinators can assist with. From day 1 we were treated as if we were the only wedding on the calendar, which exciting count-down emails, check-ins to stay on track and helpful referrals that made decision-making a breeze. We were assigned two WONDERFUL coordinators for our day-of that made sure we ate (thank you) made sure we had a drink in our hand (thank you) and made sure that we remembered to take leftovers home (thank you!) Seriously- they were flexible to most of our special requests, they made us feel like royalty for the day, they assisted with all those little (and big) things that make the day run smoothly, and they asked where our parents were sitting so they could introduce themselves to them, and also offer the same TLC to them, as they did to us, which was huge. As the night was going on, our coordinators even contacted our school bus transportation to and from the hotel to provide an update and request a second bus- which was such a relief. At the end of the night, they packed it all up for us!One recommendation to future couples- TAKE THE 15 MINUTES TO YOURSELF IN THE BRIDAL SUITE BEFORE THE RECEPTION INTROS. My husband and I opted into this- and after photos, we walked into an Air conditioned bridal suite which a beautiful spread of all the passed houre d'oeuvres, our BBQ in a jar live-action app (yum), and our signature drinks. Our coordinators told us we had 10/15 minutes to just breathe, and honestly, this was the first time we were alone! We were able to soak in the ceremony, the day, and all those butterfly feelings together before we got the party started. This was such a special moment for us, and I am thankful that this was given as an option to us. You get what you pay for, and then some, with this venue. Honestly, I will recommend to anyone who will listen. We showed up, had the best day of our lives, and rode off into the sunset- and didn’t have to lift a finger. Thanks, Pavilion on Crystal Lake! Best. Day. Ever!

We held our wedding ceremony & reception at The Pavilion On Crystal Lake a few weeks ago, and we are still getting rave reviews from out guests about the venue, the food and the “service with a smile.” The Pavilion is a gorgeous venue, the views are spectacular overlooking the lake.Planning a wedding can be stressful, but everyone at The Pavilion made it so much easier with their guidance, organizational tools, suggestions, responsiveness and positive attitude. Once I arrived the day of our wedding, I was able to just relax and enjoy the experience as the Pavilion team ensured everything went smoothly. I did have one moment of panic when my wedding shoes went missing, Th team at The Pavilion ran out immediately and found me an amazing substitution. I would recommend The Pavilion to any bride and groom, or anyone searching for a venue for a special event.

This is the best place to have a wedding. Ever. As a bride I felt taken care of and at peace from the moment we toured to the moment we left Middletown after the wedding. We got married here 4/23/22 and could write an essay about how fantastic this venue is! We had guests coming up to us all night to let us know how smoothly everything was running, how delicious the food was, and how wonderful the bartenders were. Our onsite coordinator, Nicole, made it so that we didn't have to stress about anything all day. She was always one step ahead and made sure we had everything we needed from providing snacks before we walked down the aisle to helping us with boutonnieres and bustles to packing everything up at the end of the night. Everyone had told us leading up to our wedding that something always goes wrong, but we honestly could not think of a single thing! Thanks to Nicole and the rest of the CT Wedding Group our wedding day was perfect.

Impressed is an understatement for this venue. We and all of our guests were completely floored at the amazing service we received from the staff at the pavilion. They made the planning and execution of our wedding so easy it almost seemed effortless on my end, like did I even do anything? They handled it all. It's weird to describe wedding planning as minimally stressful, but that's exactly what it was. We had Samantha as our coordinator and Lexie as her right hand lady for the day. Every person was amazed at the attention to detail, from decorations to guest assistance, to food and drinks. OH MY GOODNESS! The food and drinks were phenomenal. It's been a few months since our wedding and we are STILL getting compliments about them. I can't recommend this venue or their staff enough. I even showed up with a box of decorations with no plan for them the day before the wedding and Samantha welcomed it with creativity, imagination and excitement. My constant questions never felt like a burden and I always felt supported along the way. They completely exceeded our expectations and we could not be more grateful to them for making our dreams come true!

My husband and I got married at The Pavilion on Crystal Lake in December 2021 and to say it was beautiful and flawless is an understatement!! From the first tour at the venue, my husband and I knew this was where we were going to have our reception. The venue is beautiful, cozy and just overall has this winter/Christmas feel. CT wedding group was available at every step of the way with wedding planning. The tasting was one of my favorite days, and got us so excited for the wedding! When it was finally our wedding day, Shelby (our day of coordinator) made sure the entire cocktail hour and reception went smoothly. She was always checking on my husband and I, making sure we were eating and drinking, and enjoying ourselves!! Our guests has the absolute BEST time and are still raving about the food and drinks! It was the most perfect day and Shelby and CT wedding group are too thank for that!!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with CWG. We got married at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake in November 2021. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and CWG was so amazing throughout the entire process. Throughout all the planning, they checked in with us regularly and answered all of the questions we had. They are always super quick to respond and every single person we interacted with was so nice! On the day of the wedding, Shelby and Lexi were AMAZING!!!! We didn't have to worry about anything (timing, where to be, what to do, etc.) because they handled everything for us and always made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Also, the food at CWG is delicious. We had so many guests comment on how it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. CWG thinks of everything! You will not be disappointed.

I cannot thank her enough for always checking in with me all day and making sure I was fed (even though I didn’t eat a lot during the reception) and made sure I had any drink I wanted (with my straw!). She helped me stay super calm all day.The planners that helped throughout my planning process always made us feel super great and we always felt like we were in a good place after each meeting we had. I'm not sure where to even begin! Our 09/12/21 wedding at Pavilion on Crystal Lake was more perfect that we could've ever imagined. All of the staff members at CT wedding group truly put so much effort in to making sure that the whole planning process from start to finish came together as seamless as possible. Any couple getting married right now knows that planning a wedding during a pandemic hasn’t been easy, but I could not say enough great things about how well CT wedding group handled everything. They always made us feel at ease and kept our focus on the big day throughout all of the ups and downs. I want to give a huge shout out to Mary-Beth, who was always incredibly helpful at answering our questions along the way! Also, our day-of coordinator Kelly and her assistant Lexi were such a pleasure to celebrate with on the big day, Kelly even went above and beyond to take the time to help drop off items to our hotel the night of and morning after that had been left behind. Our family and friends were so impressed with how friendly, accommodating, and professional all the staff members were at the venue. They also were raving about the food – from appetizers, entrées and dessert everything on the menu was incredible. The reviews we had read about the food were one of the big highlights that drew my husband and I in to tour the Pavilion from New York, and we were not disappointed! The Pavilion on Crystal Lake is such a unique and beautiful wedding venue, the ceremony in the pine grove was something out of a dream. We were lucky to have great weather on our day, but the views overlooking the lake are so beautiful that we were sold on booking with them even after touring on a rainy day. I would highly recommend the Pavilion and working with CT wedding group to any couple. They truly are a special group of people, and the venue was everything we hoped for and more!

Although we didn’t actually get married here due to COVID, the team worked with us to postpone and still made our vision happen for our vow renewal and wedding reception! Nicole and Lexi are a dream team for day of coordination and Mary-Beth was so helpful in the planning stages before the wedding. Also the food is amazing! If you're looking to book a venue, The Pavilion on Crystal Lake is it. It's been almost 3 months since our July wedding and our friends and family are still raving about it! The food was incredible and the team at The Connecticut Wedding Group goes unmatched. We began working with Allie in 2018 and were immediately impressed at how knowledgeable she was. She understood our vision from the start and that we were paying for the wedding ourselves. She did everything in her power to inspire us, and ensure that we got everything we wanted. We were originally set to get married in April 2020, however, due to the pandemic, we chose to postpone twice in order to keep our loved ones safe. Throughout the entire postponement the team at The Connecticut Wedding Group were flexible and understanding; reaching out to us asking how they could help, updating us on any changes, reminding us of decor options available etc. We were so thankful to have them hosting our wedding, knowing it was being directed by a team who truly cared about us. They did everything in their power to work with us and allow us to enjoy the prolonged wedding process despite the uncertainties. When our wedding day finally rolled around in July 2021 Allie was (very) pregnant and let us know that although she wouldn't be able to actually work our event, she would be putting us in Shelby's care and that she had filled her in on what was most important to us. Allie even showed up ON our wedding day for a couple hours just to see us, wish us luck, and make sure our vision came to life. Although we worked with Shelby for a shorter period of time than Allie, we felt like we had known her for years. She enthusiastically jumped into action during our final meeting and made us feel comfortable and excited for the next day to come. Throughout the wedding day/night, anything we needed, Shelby had us covered. She hit it off with our friends and family, kept us calm, laughed with us, and ensured everything went according to plan despite the tropical storm that hit. Shelby was (quite literally) our guardian angel on our wedding day and we are so thankful she was there with us through all the craziness. We cannot say enough about how incredible everyone is. It was a day we will never forget, put together by a team we are forever thankful for.

The staff at CTWG was amazing - from day one of touring the venue to all the details, then having to postpone and then the days leading up to the wedding everyone we worked with was amazing, friendly and reliable. Allie was our coordinator the day of the wedding and I can’t say enough great things, she is bubbly, attentive, amazing at her job and made sure the day went flawlessly. The wait & bar staff was amazing, many people told us it was the best wedding food, if not one of the best meals they’ve ever had. Every little detail was perfect. I wish I could relive it again! My husband and I just got married here on 8/12/21, and had the best experience! From day one of planning, CT Wedding Group was extremely organized, transparent and genuinely kind. All of my questions, big and small, were answered promptly. I never felt like there was a question I couldn't ask them from questions about the venue to advice on decoration. For people as busy as my husband and I, they made the process so, so easy and stress free. Our guests raved about how amazing the cocktail hour and reception food was, as well as the deserts (we did regular cake and added Blazing Donuts, I highly recommend that). I also recommend renting out the cottage for the bridal party to get ready in. It was so fun to hang out with the girls for the day while getting ready, and it was so more more of a relaxing morning rather than if we got ready in the hotel. I wanted to also specifically mention our day of coordinator Melinda, who truly was the MVP of the entire experience. She was a perfect match for my personality, very calm, cool and down to earth. She was always 10 steps ahead of me, which is hard to come by, as I am a pretty type A person. My bridal party loved her, even my parents talked about how attentive she was to them all night. Melinda was literally on top of everything, and never once seemed disorganized or frazzled, which is so so reassuring for a nervous bride on her big day. There is not a single thing I would change, negative thing I have to say, or a single regret I have about our entire experience with CT Wedding Group and the Pavilion on Crystal Lake!

There is so much to say about this beautiful venue and amazing staff! When we toured the Pavilion back in 2019 after recently getting engaged, we knew it was going to be our venue. My husband looked at me and said, \"Do we really need to go see any other venue?\" We cancelled our other venue tours for the following day and booked the Pavilion that weekend. Everyone working for CT Wedding Group is so responsive, professional, and helpful. When we postponed our 2020 wedding, they immediately worked with us to choose our new date and made us feel like we were not alone, which meant a lot to us.Our wedding day was truly a dream come true from start to finish. Shelby was our day-of coordinator and we are so grateful she was! We worked closely with Lexy too, who we also cannot say enough good things about. They both brought such a positive energy to not only us as the couple, but to our families and friends as well. It felt like we knew them forever because they really took the time to get to know us. They transformed the reception space beyond what I could have even imagined. I basically handed them the boxes of decor, and said \"I trust you.\" And I completely did. Our guests cannot stop talking about the beautiful venue, DELICIOUS food, and awesome staff! Everyone at CT Wedding Group truly cares about you and making your day the best ever. From the intimacy of the outdoor ceremony area to the beautiful lake view off the covered deck, everything simply adds to the mood of excitement for your special day. And the staff truly go above and beyond in further enhancing everything in accordance with your decor selections.Speaking of staff: Literally every single individual we interacted with from Connecticut Wedding Group -- planners, chefs, coordinators, servers, and more -- were the epitome of professional, considerate, and gracious. Special shoutouts to the planners we were assigned: Samantha, Allie, Mary-Beth, and the list could go on and on. Each one of these experts remained readily available, fully engaged, and well-informed throughout the entirety of the planning process. Then, to take things a step further, Connecticut Wedding Group’s team as a whole executed flawlessly.On that note, an additional shoutout is unquestionably deserved by Melinda, who we were beyond blessed to have assigned as our day-of event coordinator. She was incredible! Melinda continually checked in with us throughout the night, preempting any consideration and following through promptly on any request. Exhibiting an impressive grasp of even the smallest of details, she also proved to be an absolute savior in keeping things on schedule, going so far as to even bring us and our families drinks and food when she noticed us getting caught up in ongoing engagements with guests. Worth every penny!! First of all, this venue is absolutely gorgeous! From the gazebo at the wooded ceremony site to the sparking lake views and magical twinkle lights, everything is breathtaking. But what really makes this venue stand out is the staff! From day one, they were so supportive in helping us plan our big day. Our day was beyond what we ever expected because of the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, especially our day-of coordinator Allie and her right hand girl Lexi. Not only did we appreciate them so much, but out guests RAVED about the fantastic staff, incredible food, and beautiful site. We cannot recommend The Pavilion on Crystal Lake enough and if we could do it all again we wouldn't change a thing!

Every single team member is extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to any question or concern you have. The space is gorgeous and well decorated, even in places where I didn't provide my own decor. On my wedding day I didn't have to worry about a single thing because Cate (our day-of coordinator) was on top of everything, made sure the bridal party was ready when they needed to be, and made sure we had time to eat and relax throughout the day. Even with completely unexpected 50 degree weather and pouring rain, we felt nothing but sunshine and love due to the CT Wedding Group’s helpfulness and dedication to making our day completely perfect and our guests completely welcome. Literally, every aspect of our wedding was magical and there was not one moment of stress or uncertainty because our planner had everything 100% under control; she made sure we had anything we needed or wanted, even before we knew we needed or wanted it, from the moment the day began to the last second before we departed. With less than 24 hours notice, they transformed our outdoor wedding into a gorgeous indoor masterpiece, and they were amazing enough to go above and beyond to make sure that every element of the food, drinks, and decor were even better than we could have possibly imagined! We are so blessed, humbled, and awed by their abilities, talents, and graces; to make a day perfect in the face of a pandemic, a cold front, and a thunderstorm all at the same time is certainly deserving of every accolade and compliment we can fathom. How we were lucky enough to have found the Pavilion on Crystal Lake is beyond us, but we will be grateful for the rest of our lives!

As a newly engaged couple you don't know exactly where to start or what to do but when you're in the hands of this staff you don't have to worry about any of that. They walk you through everything! They help to make your dream wedding come true. The day of the wedding, I could honestly say I was the least stressed bride EVER! There was not one thing that I was worried about. Allie was out day of coordinator and she is the absolute best! She made sure to steal us away to receive alone time and stayed on top of us to make sure we got to enjoy our food.. speaking of food IT WAS INCREDIBLE! I have received so many compliments from family and friends about the cocktail hour, entrees and deserts. I am so glad that we chose this staff to be apart of our day. It would not have been the same otherwise.

Where do I even begin? The Pavilion on Crystal Lake was everything I could have imagined for my wedding and more. The Pavilion on Crystal Lake has many of the obvious attractive qualities. The scenery is beautiful, the pavilion on the lake is picturesque and the reception hall is gorgeous. However, the best thing about this venue is the staff. My husband and I got married May 29, 2021 and it was the coldest May 29th in record history. Not only that, but it had the potential to start raining at the exact time I was supposed to walk down the aisle. With the help of Samantha and Lexie, I did not for one second worry or stress. They were so calming and kind and they had everything covered second by second so that our ceremony went off with a hitch.Samantha and Lexie made my husband and I feel like family. There was not one time during the ceremony or reception that we worried about anything other than having the best night of our lives. It was as if Samantha was reading our minds. When we needed a drink, Sam was ready with one. When we needed to eat, Sam made sure we had time to do so. All of our guests could not believe the level of professionalism and service out of the staff. Lastly, we could not possibly thank Samantha enough for everything she did for the two of us. She was with us from the initial tour when we booked the venue, to packing our cars up at the end of our wedding reception. We couldn't have hand picked anyone better to have with us on our wedding day.We have several friends that recently got engaged and we would recommend this venue over and over again. It was an amazing night and we could not be more appreciative and grateful that we had it at The Pavilion on Crystal Lake.

We got married at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake in of April 2021. Our experience working with this venue, especially during Covid was nothing but the best. Their food tasting event was fun (and delicious) and allowed us to meet other couples getting married around the same time as us! The whole planning process was smooth and flawless, especially for somebody who is type A and would rather do everything themselves. The wedding weekend was organized and perfect. I knew Allie, our coordinator, had everything under control. I have never been so catered to in my life! She made sure everything was perfect, that we ate everything we wanted to, and that we always had a drink in our hand. She put my decorating vision to life and added her own touch to really make everything look beautiful. I rented the lake house for the day of to get ready with my bridesmaids. If you are looking for a place to get ready, I highly recommend it!! It has the perfect room for hair and makeup, we had food and drinks setup in the kitchen and still had two rooms and the deck to hang out on. It was also perfect for pictures with my girls! I highly recommend the Pavilion on Crystal Lake!

CT Wedding Group was there to assist in every detail throughout the entire wedding planning process. With having to postpone due to the pandemic, the staff was supportive and encouraging. The day of our reception, the staff was on point with orchestrating all the timing, repurposing decor from the ceremony, and the staff was attentive to the needs and desires of both myself (the bride) and my husband with drinks, food, and even helping me change my shoes after the ceremony! They packed up our vehicles with everything and made sure we didn’t have to lift a finger in helping them clean up at the end of the night. The kitchen was very attentive to the food allergies in my family and the wait staff during dinner was great. You know it’s a great time when the bartenders dance along together- I loved hearing about that!! I would highly recommend CT Wedding Group to any couple looking for a venue.

Posting this to see if anyone has had a similar experience with CT Wedding Group. My fiancée and I scheduled our wedding for 9/4/2020. When corona virus hit, we had to postpone our wedding to 9/3/2021. The Barns gave us such an incredibly hard time about postponing it and they didn't even want us to change anything. The length of time to even get a response from the venue was incredibly long. I would have to text and email them to get a response, and even once had to post on their Facebook in order to get a call back. Mr. Jennings then had us cancel our wedding for 9/4, and re-schedule it for 9/3 but with lots of new fees and upcharges like charging $4,000 more for the site fee, which increased the price from $6,000 to $10,000 just to use the space, and increasing the per plate amount from $139.95 to $159.95. Originally Mr. Jennings said this was due to the fact that the wedding was now taking place in a new year, but we would not have postponed our wedding if corona virus didn't hit. I also reached out to CT wedding group to ensure that if legally we could only have 100 guests that we would be charged for 100 guests not our minimum count of 150 - they couldn’t give me a straight answer on that and after speaking to another couple it turned out they were being charged their minimum no matter the regulation. After a lot of consideration, we decided to cancel our wedding because a destination wedding in another state during corona virus was not the right move for us or our families. We had already paid $18,125.00. We gave seven months' notice of the cancellation. Mr. Jennings offered us $1,000.00 back, which is insulting when you've paid so much money. One couple we've been talking to is a military veteran who was being deployed before her wedding, and CT Wedding Group refused to return her money. Are other couples struggling with the same issues? The customer service has been terrible, and considering there is a pandemic going on, you would think that a huge venue like CT Wedding Group with multiple wedding sites would treat their couples with respect and understand what a hard decision it is to postpone or cancel your wedding. Luckily, we have since rebooked with a great vendor on Long Island, who is also part of a larger wedding group - and they're offering full refunds to their couples if they are unable to get married during the pandemic. That is the mark of great customer service, and a wedding venue I would recommend to my family and friends, not a group that takes advantage of people while they're planning the best day of their lives

Wow! Words can't describe how absolutely beautiful the Pavilion is and how wonderful the planning staff and day of staff are. As the Pavilion is a part of the CT Wedding Group, there are planners ready to answer your questions at any moment and provide helpful feedback and reminders throughout the entire wedding process. Knowing they were there helped ease the stress of wedding planning by a lot! Our day of coordinator, Cate, was a sweetheart and really on top of everything! Even our guests noticed how organized they were and how everything flowed perfectly. We received SO many compliments on the food from the cocktail hour to dinner, the blazing donut station, and the late night egg sandwich favors (these last two were huge hits!) We loved that we could customize the decor and truly make the space our romantic and intimate vision. Thank you so much for making our dream wedding a reality!

I know lots of other people have said this already...but where do I begin!? From our very first visit, the crew at CT Wedding Group made us feel so welcome. Throughout the whole planning process they checked in with us and made sure things were being completed in a timely manner and that we weren't stressing too much! Cate, as our day-of coordinator, was INCREDIBLE and made our day perfect. The ceremony site is amazing, the food is spectacular and the venue itself is breathtaking. Many of our guests told us that it was the most beautiful/amazing wedding they had ever been to. The whole crew at CT Wedding Group helped making our wedding better than we could have ever imagined and we couldn't be happier!!!!

Everything about The Pavilion on Crystal Lake and the staff from CT Wedding Group is great, and they helped make our wedding day amazing. From the first moment we expressed our interest in this venue the staff was so nice and always made sure we had all the details and information that we wanted and needed. Then, when we first toured the venue we knew by the end of our 45 minute appointment this was the place we were going to get married in! Throughout the entire wedding planning process the staff was incredible, answering all of our questions within hours and going above and beyond to help us with all of our requests! On our wedding day Lindsey was our day of coordinator and she was phenomenal! She was always two steps ahead of any request that we had and made sure that everything went as planned. The food was amazing and the venue is just gorgeous! All of our guests are still talking about how great this place was to get married in! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone who is getting married, and if you are the slightest bit interested go take a tour and see how great it is!

This place was absolutely AMAZING! I could not have asked for a better staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful for everything we needed. The food was amazing and the venue is absolutely gorgeous. The pavilion exceeded my expectations and made my wedding so beautiful. We truly could not have asked for more.

We got married early this November and had our dream wedding at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake. Working with the CT Wedding Group was such a wonderful experience. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and I knew I wanted to get married there the minute we walked on the premises. The staff at CWG are such professionals and made the process so easy. I was more of a DIY bride, but anytime I had a question, I received an answer right away. There was always someone available to help and guide us. We had Cate as our day-of wedding coordinator and she was amazing!! We feel so lucky to have had Cate with us on our wedding day. Cate helped keep us on track throughout the day, handed us drinks, made sure we had food, checked in to see how we were feeling, and even fixed our broken decor piece that wouldn't light up! What a rock star! Not to mention, having great food for our wedding was a top priority and CWG nailed it! We attended a wedding a few years back at Lyman Orchard's and never forgot about the food. The tasting was such a fun night and gave us the opportunity to not only taste everything, but get an overall feel for how CWG throws a great party! We truly had the best day of our lives, thanks to the CWG and Pavilion on Crystal Lake. It was so beautiful and we would do it all over again in a heart beat.

We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding day!! From start to finish, working with CT Wedding group and the staff at the Pavilion was easy and stress-free. We continue to hear our guest rave about the setting around the venue and the outdoor ceremony. And everyone loved the corn chowder station; all of our food was fantastic!

Loved the pavilion so so so much. I can’t say enough about how great everything went ! The staff is so nice and accommodating and will make sure you’re day is stress free and perfect. Whenever I had a question I emailed them and they always had info for me to help me out ! Food is amazing ( get the chicken) soo happy I had my special day here !!! My husband and I loved everything about the pavilion !

Had a fantastic experience with this Venue and with CT Wedding Group. From initially booking the venue up until saying good bye after the wedding they were attentive and helpful with any questions or concerns. All the staff was friendly and ready to assist when needed and never made it seem like a chore. Our day of Coordinators, Samantha, and Julia were over the top with everything and made sure I didn't have a single stress throughout the evening. If anything required my attention they would step in and handle it allowing me to return to the party :) They worked well with our vendors that were outside their usual and everything flowed from beginning to end. The venue itself was beautiful with some recent renovations and landscaping and also the perfect weather helped! The lake was fun and all our guests had a great time. Overall amazing experience and was happy to utilize this company.

I have so many great things to share about the CT Wedding Group and The Pavilion on Crystal Lake! My husband and I had an amazing time at this wonderful and beautiful venue. Our guests were raving about how much fun they had at our reception, and how gorgeous the lake was. They enjoyed the view as the sun was setting. The guests also loved mingling outside with their drinks in front of the lake. Just a recommendation to any future brides and grooms, bring some bug spray:). All of my guests raved about the food! Our dinner choices were: maple BBQ chicken thighs, salmon, ribs, and vegetarian lasagna. All of them were delicious. The open bar was obviously a hit for everyone as well! As for the dessert, we chose JCakes cupcake company, pretzel station, and Flamin’ Donuts! The last vendor was a total dream come true. Many guests took donuts in containers to bring home! Lastly, many thanks to the CT Wedding Group for making this wedding a dream come true, and for making sure everything went according to plan. Samantha was our wedding day coordinator and we loved her! She made sure we had a drink in our hands at all times :) She did an amazing job and we couldn’t think of anyone else better than her to guide our day! The CT Wedding Group did an awesome job setting up and decorating the venue for us! We brought in some of our own décor such as table numbers and table centerpieces, but they also used some of their own décor! We really appreciate the time and effort the CT Wedding Group took into making our wedding reception look beautiful.We chose our photographer, DJ, videographer and Photo Booth through Powerstation Events.
