We heard wonderful things from friends about the Philadelphia Cricket Club, but we can truly say that it surpassed our expectations. We got married in December and all the Christmas decorations made it even more perfect. From the very beginning after some rough starts with other vendors, Jaclyn assured us that PCC would be different and it surly did not disappoint. Holly and her team were excellent. The service was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better place to have our reception and we are so grateful for everyone who made it possible.

We got married at PCC in November 2023. It was everything we dreamed of and more!! The venue is stunning and the food is incredible! We were told by so many guests that it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had. We recommend the PCC Boneless Fried Chicken! Holly, our coordinator, was wonderful and even went out of her way to do help with our decor so that everything was perfect and exactly what we envisioned. Truly do not have a single negative to say about PCC. We would recommend this venue to everyone that is considering it!

We had our wedding at the Philly Cricket Club this past November and it was everything we hoped it would be and more thanks to the wedding coordinator, Holly DuBois, and the PCC staff! They were wonderful! Holly is a delight to work with - she is responsive, professional, detail-oriented and her experience in the wedding industry shined throughout the planning process. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for the big day - she even offered her personal cell phone and to pick-up any last-minute items from our apartment if we were short on time the week of our wedding. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out - our guests are still raving about the food & service! 1000% Recommend as a wedding venue!!!

Holly and her team at the Philadelphia Cricket Club are amazing. My daughter in law and son had their wedding at the club. Everything was perfect!!!!! The outdoor wedding, the cocktails on patio and reception for over 200 in ballroom were spectacular. Absolutely everything was perfect, especially the happy and beautiful bride and groom. The Cricket Club is absolutely gorgeous, both inside and outside. Jackie and Elizabeth were such a pleasure to work with and made the planning a little less stressful. I will say when we went to the tasting, the food was okay, but on wedding day it was so much better. Not sure if they changed chefs or what but we were pleased how well the food turned out. The Club is super accommodating to what we wanted on the wedding day, even allowing our dog to attend the ceremony. We had 220 guest attend our wedding and it was just enough space for everyone and the dance floor.

I knew the Philadelphia Cricket Club was a beautiful and historic venue, and they just invested in a few new beautiful renovations, but our night was perfect and this venue has everything you need. Incredible, diligent and friendly staff, great food, and plenty of space!!! The space fits 200+ guests comfortably! The ballroom is gorgeous and perfect for dancing. The food is delicious- all of our guests raved about it. You have so many options to play with indoor and outdoor space, I had my ceremony outside, cocktail hour inside/outside, and the reception inside. The packages offered and what the club provides gives you plentiful and easy decisions. You can’t go wrong!!

We had our wedding (both the ceremony and reception) at the Philadelphia Cricket club in September 2022. Everything went so well, and all of our guests were very complimentary of the space, the food, and the whole evening! The building was under construction at the time which caused some small logistical issues but PCC was very accommodating and helped us figure out everything we needed to (and none of our guests were able to even tell there was construction, and our pictures still turned out beautifully). They were also very flexible with any small changes we wanted to make (for example, they let us choose and bring in our own wine, and they let us use the paddle hut as a bar for the wedding party while my husband and I were taking our pictures). We got such great feedback on our food as well, especially the cocktail hour (we had a full clothesline of candied bacon that was a huge hit). We also had lights hung on the patio for the entire evening so older guests who didn't want to dance were able to have a place to hang out.

We fell in love with the Philadelphia Cricket Club because of how beautiful it is! We were drawn to this venue because of its historic charm and though it is a country club, it is unique and does not fit the \"cookie cutter\" mold. The inside and outside of the building are equally stunning. In addition to all of this, it fit within a reasonable budget that we were aiming for. The staff really works together to accomplish everything you need. They communicated with vendors so that everything was ready to go on the day of our wedding. Most importantly they were very accommodating. For example, we got married on THE HOTTEST day of the year in July 2022, and upon last minute request they closed one of the holes and moved our guest chairs into the shade. Our wedding was so much fun and truly brings us the best memories. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at PCC on a Sunday in July, and it was absolutely perfect! They were very seamless in coordinating the rehearsal and day of as well as planning out all of the details pertaining to the ceremony and reception. They always responded to emails and phone calls with answers in a short amount of time and the pricing was very upfront and reasonable! The venue speaks for itself, it is absolutely stunning and timeless. We did the majority of our florals and decorations ourselves and it did not look bare or empty, and they were very easy to work with the day off with setting up. We highly recommend choosing PCC for your perfect wedding day!

The Philadelphia Cricket Club was an amazing venue to celebrate our wedding reception - a perfect match of elegance and warmth! We worked with Amy and the Holly, both of whom coordinated a beautiful evening for us to enjoy our big day with friends and family. The floor planning and extra rooms for cocktail hour, plus the remarkable space outside on the terrace was so beautifully decorated and felt so comfortable for us and our guests. The food was OUTSTANDING!! All delicious options for dinner, and nice simple desserts (aside from our cake) that made a for a perfect end, while us and our guests could enjoy the dancing out on the spacious dancefloor. Even up to the night itself, Holly was there and ensured a truly special experience for us, now we have memories of a lifetime!! We had our ceremony in Old City, Philadelphia.. and making the trip to the Philadelphia Cricket Club area and back was totally worth it for the amazing space and hospitality. We were so glad and grateful to have been hosted by the PCC, and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for nothing short of extraordinary!

Christine & Liz, who assisted on day of, were fabulous in making sure we followed our timeline and that everything ran smoothly. We truly could not say enough nice things about how great the venue and the staff were on our big day!

Our wedding at the cricket club was absolutely amazing! It went above and beyond my expectations. Taylor our wedding coordinator made sure everything was perfect and just how we wanted it. She made sure everything went smoothly and looked perfect. The bartenders and servers were also so amazing, and the food was delicious! All my guests kept saying how stunning and beautiful of a wedding we had. We did our first look and pictures outside prior to the ceremony, and the scenery was so amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our special day! We would have our wedding 100 times over at PCC if we could!

My husband and I can not begin to express how happy we are that we had our special day at this spectacular venue! The cricket club truly has it all...landscaped beauty, character and charm indoors, delicious food and exceptional staff. We worked with Taylor as our wedding coordinator and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! A true professional with tons of experience and expertise in the field. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day, letting us enjoy every single moment all thanks to the staff at PCC! Our guests all say they have never been to such a stunning venue. I also have to add that we were a Covid couple who had to reschedule our wedding from 2020 to 2021 and Taylor and the PCC staff made that process as smooth as possible for us. AMAZING VENUE

I don't even know where to begin! Being a COVID bride was QUITE an experience, but the ladies at PCC were so amazing to work with both pre- and during COVID! We had booked PCC back in 2018 and were supposed to get married August 2020. Taylor was so great to work with and easy to communicate with, especially in regards to the ever changing restrictions, mandates, etc. We ultimately moved our date to August 27, 2021. We were able to have the wedding we wanted without many sacrifices, and had the BEST time. The whole staff was attentive to both us, our bridal party/parents and guests throughout the day. A HUGE thank you to both Amy and Taylor for all their hardwork, they are absolutely amazing! (And s/o to Chef Ben for the most delicious food; especially those chicken sliders. My guests couldn't stop raving and I'm still dreaming about them).

Our wedding at PCC was nothing short of magical! Amy Wayland, PCC's Catering Sales Manager, was not only there for us before and throughout COVID, but went above and beyond for us in the months, weeks, and hours leading up to our date over two years, and was an amazing on-site coordinator on the day itself. She and her staff were very professional and so kind to us and our guests. I grew up going to PCC and have many wonderful and irreplaceable memories there, plus my parents got married there in 1990, so I was naturally thrilled when my fiance told me in 2019 that PCC was his favorite venue of all the ones we had looked at throughout NJ and PA. The architecture, landscaping and space itself was STUNNING, and gave us truly that \"garden wedding\" feel that we were going for. The ballroom was recently given a facelift, while preserving the beauty of its original barrel ceiling and balcony. We had our ceremony outside on the patio next to the grass tennis courts, an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour in nearly the same space, so we could take our portraits surrounded by our guests, and reception just one door away in the ballroom. Even with one of our family's shuttles being 45 min late, Amy and the PCC staff ensured our guests were taken care of in the July heat, and kept the entire night on schedule! I can't say enough about PCC, and highly HIGHLY recommend you put them on your short list for your big day!!

Our wedding at the Philadelphia Cricket Club was a dream come true! Truly, after not one, but TWO postponements, we were finally able to have the wedding we had been planning for three years. Despite this, everything went as smoothly and as lovely as we could hope for. Amy stuck by our sides during the two postponements- was available for discussing options, responded to questions in a timely manner, and was always willing to hop on the phone when necessary. We could not have done this without her, she truly is an \"expert\" in the field. Rebecca and Taylor were also so helpful and informative during our planning process. They were flexible with moving the dates and didn't up-charge us in the new year. Given covid was on the rise again, they let us make last minute deletions and additions to the guest list as necessary. Our guests were incredibly impressed with the food, the set up and the coordination of the events at our PCC wedding. They loved the cheesesteaks at the end of the night. We even had to move the ceremony inside due to the heat wave and this was done ever so smoothly. We cannot express enough how thankful we are for choosing to have our wedding at PCC. Three words that come to mind for the coordinators are flexible, supportive, and responsive. And the venue speaks for itself in regards to class and beauty. Food was one of a kind, fun, and delicious.

Philadelphia Cricket Club was the most beautiful and magical wedding venue. The landscape and architecture of the club are stunning. Besides being a breathtaking venue, the service was top notch! Amy and her team are awesome. Our wedding was planned during COVID. Luckily we never had to reschedule our date, but I was in communication with Amy about all the possible scenarios. Amy was flexible, quick to respond, and constantly kept us in the loop about restrictions. All the texts we received post wedding mentioned the tasty food. One of our friends even said the cocktail hour food was so good and she would be dreaming of those sliders for months. From the bottom of our hearts thank you so much. It was flawless!!

My husband and I got married at the Philly Cricket Club Saturday, July 3rd 2021. Where to start!We got engaged one year previously and planning a wedding throughout covid was not always easy! PCC made it a very smooth and easy planning process, even throughout a pandemic. They assured us if we affected in any way, they would be accommodating, waive minimums, etc. THANKFULLY, we got married at just the right time and were able to host a wedding indoors, no tents, with no masks following the Philly guidelines. Throughout the planning process, our coordinator, Taylor Ford, kept us informed with a very positive and confident attitude. Taylor always made us feel that even in this unsure time, our wedding would still be special and perfect. Wedding Prep: Taylor made the planning and prep process SO easy. Every question was answered quickly and every request or accommodation was executed. Day of: We unfortunately faced iffy weather on our wedding day. We planned our ceremony to be outside but with rain in the forecast, we went back and forth. The club and Taylor were SO accommodating, they really let us make the final call hours before the wedding to give us the best possible chance to keep it outdoors. We ended up making the right call to have it inside, which was a blessing. It was a gorgeous ceremony, felt very intimate (with 170 people), great sound, and great visibility. Luckily, the weather cleared and we were able to have our cocktail hour and photos outside, win win. So grateful to the club for allowing us flexibility. Taylor and staff helped guide the day and night right along, always told us where to be and what to do. I didn’t have to worry about a thing which made it a very fun and relaxing time for the bride. Overall, we couldn’t have had a better experience with Philly Cricket Club. Every guest raved about the venue, kind staff, beautiful grounds. We are so thankful for everyone at the club who made our wedding the perfect day in a difficult time 😊Best,PCC Bride

My husband and I got married at the Philadelphia Cricket Club on May 28th, 2021, and truly could not have been happier with the entire event! Taylor, Rebecca, Amy, and the entire staff were so incredibly kind, helpful, and a complete pleasure to work with the entire time. We were initially planning on getting married at the Philadelphia Cricket Club in 2020, but due to the pandemic had to reschedule for 2021. Working with the event team was the best part of the entire wedding planning process, they were so incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout. The actual wedding day was so perfect, the event staff took care of so many of the large and small details, from having to move the ceremony inside due to weather, helping with the sound system for both the ceremony and reception, and helping keep the timeline smooth and punctual. The venue was incredibly gorgeous even with inclement weather, and the tent was the perfect celebration space complete with a dance floor, perfect lighting, and heat lamps. The ceremony was initially supposed to be outdoors, but we worked with Taylor on moving the ceremony indoors due to rain and it was a stunning space and the preview pictures we have received highlight the incredible ballroom. All of the food and drinks were delicious, we heard so many compliments both during the wedding and the following weeks from our many wedding guests and family! Having our wedding at the Philadelphia Cricket Club was the best decision and we only wish we could get married there again! Even with all of the difficulties that the pandemic brought, working with the whole team at the Philadelphia Cricket Club was so stress-free and fun and they helped us to fully enjoy our big day! We would highly recommend the Philadelphia Cricket Club for anyone's wedding, it was such a joy working with them and they made our day so incredible and memorable!

We originally selected the Cricket Club as our venue for our reception in winter of 2019, before COVID. We loved the beautiful ballroom, and the outdoor space available for cocktail hour. As COVID happened, our May 2021 wedding was seemingly in doubt, as it was impossible to determine what the future state would look like. Through it all, Amy & Taylor and the entire staff at the Cricket Club were extraordinarily accommodating and understanding, answering all of our questions and diligently explaining the latest guidance. We waited eagerly for things to improve, even through the beginning of 2021. As we got closer to the date, we were forced by the latest guidance to hold our entire event outdoors. Taylor again worked earnestly with us as we secured a sprawling outdoor tent and organized our seating charts & arrangement of the space. We were able to put together a beautiful outdoor event that all of our guests loved. The food, service and atmosphere throughout the entire night was second to none. All of our guests left complimenting us on everything from the beautiful outdoor space to the late night cheesesteak snacks. We couldn't recommend Cricket Club enough to any engaged couples looking for an amazing venue to celebrate their marriage. They were wonderful to work with, from start to finish.

If you’re looking for the perfect venue for your wedding, you can stop looking now! You’ve found the perfect location in the Philadelphia Cricket Club. The location itself is picturesque with ample spots for the perfect picture moment. The staff is where the Cricket Club excels, though. We had booked our wedding long before covid, with our original wedding date in fall 2020. When the pandemic hit, Amy was quick to reach out to us and easily guided us through rescheduling. Through out the entire process, Amy helped us get through every hurdle the pandemic threw our way. She was always available and willing to talk through every panicked question or concern. We were so grateful for her and all her help!! On our wedding day, the wait staff were also outstanding. They were extraordinarily kind and attentive to us and our guests, even when guests unexpectedly arrived early. They made sure I had plenty to eat and drink during all the chaos of taking pictures and greeting guests. The food was also delicious! Every part of our day was perfect and we have the Cricket Club to thank for so much of that!

The Cricket Club (specifically Amy) was wonderful to work with. My fiancé and I searched up and down for a venue that was reasonably priced and accessible to our guests in Philadelphia. This was our strongest find! The Cricket Club has the perfect combination of timeless charm, and modern elegance that would have been perfect for our wedding. We, however, decided to have it out of state for family/personal reasons. If you have questions/concerns, Amy will be able to answer every single one and provide accurate price estimates.

We could not have asked for a better wedding planning experience – our wedding day was absolutely perfect at the Philadelphia Cricket Club! From the beginning, Taylor made sure we had all the details to plan the perfect day, and she answered our millions of questions with ease. We then had to reschedule our March wedding date because of COVID, and we were extremely impressed by the support and understanding from the Cricket Club. They easily accommodated a much smaller number of guests and provided us with several options to make our wedding everything we wanted, even getting a tent last minute. They alleviated so much of the stress in planning a (small) wedding during a pandemic, and we are so grateful to the Philadelphia Cricket Club. Our family and friends raved over the venue and the amazing food (especially the friend chicken!). The staff were so friendly and professional during dinner, they even brought us covers to keep our food warm while we took a few more pictures. Their attention to detail was incredible, they were wonderful to work with during the crazy planning process, so we made the best decision by having our wedding at the Philadelphia Cricket Club.

The Philadelphia Cricket Club was an excellent venue for my wedding day from start to finish! They were extremely accommodating when we had to move our wedding from April 2020 to August 2020 due to COVID. I worked with Taylor for the majority of the wedding planning and she is phenomenal! I was emailing her weekly and daily towards the end of wedding planning and she was endlessly patient and informative. She helped us figure out Plan B's, C's, even D's (just in case), she kept us updated on any available dates, Philadelphia guidelines during COVID, and just in general made the wedding planning process during a pandemic extremely smooth. We ended up having a 50-person outdoor event and Taylor made sure everything was still beautiful, organized and seamless for our guests. We had hoped to use the ballroom, but it ended up being even more beautiful and unique on the back patio. We even had some rain and Taylor and the PCC staff acted quickly, making sure the sides of the tent were closed (but still partially open due to COVID) so that no one got wet and there were minimal puddles. It was little touches that you don’t think about going into your wedding day but Taylor was ready for all scenarios. I didn’t have a wedding planner but Taylor filled in the gaps that day, making sure everything was set up and kept the schedule of events flowing nicely throughout the evening. The Philly Cricket Club exceeded my expectations, working with Taylor was awesome, the venue itself was beautiful and classic, the pictures came out amazing and our guests had a great time! On top of everything else, the food was delicious! Chef Ben’s fried chicken was a crowd favorite. I can’t say enough good things about PCC and Taylor – we felt so lucky to be working with such a helpful venue for our wedding during this stressful time! Thank you!!

We got married on 8.1.2020 - yes during the pandemic. We decided to go through with our wedding, and we are so happy we did. We originally had it for 160 and lowered it to 35 people - we have been planning for over 2 years with the help of Amy, Rebecca, & Taylor. We made the final decision to lower the number and continue to have our wedding 2 months prior and Amy called me and we went over all the details and changed the entire wedding to accommodate 35 people all outside. Prior to changing our entire wedding, the PCC was giving us exactly what we wanted for a very affordable price. I did my walk-through and new that this was the place that I was going to say I DO! We were able to change around some of the alcohol and beer selections to what we prefer, we did planned out this station menu so the party never stopped - and the PCC made all the accommodations to have this fabulous wedding. Then COVID happened, my husband and I both being nurses said that we are going to wait out and see how these pandemic plays out. We waited until middle of June to make the final decision that we were going to have a 35 person intimate sit down dinner - so different from what we originally planned. I got on the phone with Amy and she ensured me that this was okay to due within the guidelines. We basically restructured our entire wedding without any additional cost; and they were very professional with refunds. Day of the wedding - could not of been a more gorgeous day, maybe a little hot but I didn't notice. Taylor was there to ensure that everything ran smoothly and BOY did it. We arrived 2 hours early to take photos - they had set up a room with air condition and booze that just put us all in the right mood. The tables were set up underneath a patio with giant fans. Taylor and the servers were always coming around to check on all of us to see if needed anything, and if I did the results were prompt. I couldn't of imagined a better set up and day then the one we had, even if it was different than what we originally intended it turned out amazing and beyond perfect. Now, onto the food - OMG! we got all the hors d'oeuvre; the famous chicken sandwich was the best (better than chik-filas). The rest of the hors d'oeuvre were amazing and our families couldn't get enough of them. Since we couldn't do the station menu - we went with a 4 course sit down menu. Starting with Caesar salad my husbands favorite. Then we did the Rigatoni Pesto Pasta which is unbelievable and I tried recreating after our testing because it just was so flavorful. Then our main course was the famous Cricket Club Crab Cake and Filet Mignon - the crab cake was the best I have ever eaten! The filet you could cut with the fork with how tender it was. For Dessert we opted for an ice cream bar because it was August and what better dessert than ice cream!! Overall, the Philadelphia Cricket Club did an outstanding job with our wedding and being the during the pandemic you would have never known that wasn't what we originally intended. They are very easy to work with and they are very efficient in responding to emails/calls. They are very professional and were such a pleasure to work with, and we are so happy we chose them to host our wedding. My husband Robert and I were overwhelmed with joy with how our day turned out and we couldn't imagine it any other way. We are so thankful for the Philadelphia Cricket Club for hosting our wedding and making it so memorable and the best day ever!

My fiancé and I had been planning our wedding amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and the team at the Cricket Club did everything they could to make the planning go as smoothly as possible. Our contact there was Taylor and she was in constant communication with us informing us of the latest restrictions and trying to come up with creative ways to make our dream wedding possible during these uncertain times. Taylor was in contact with us practically daily and was always there to lend her ear and give a helpful suggestion! Ultimately we decided to have our wedding at a family farm but we plan to have a future celebration at the Cricket Club, once things go back to “normal.” Regardless of how things turned out, we are so grateful to the staff at the Cricket Club for being so accommodating, flexible and patient. It was not easy planning a wedding during a pandemic but Taylor and her amazing team made things easier for us. We were planning our July wedding when COVID 19 arrived and, like everyone else, we were uncertain about how our day would unfold. Amy and her team at the Cricket Club continuously checked in with us, updated us about the ever changing restrictions and protocols, and were professional and understand through out the entire process. We are SO grateful for not only a beautiful venue, but a supportive team who helped us make decisions for the best day possible. I recommend the Cricket Club because of the people who work there and how they treated us through out the process. They truly are wonderful people who want to make your day as special as possible.

We had an amazing wedding on June 28, 2019 at the Philadelphia Cricket Club. Throughout the planning process, Taylor and Amy were incredibly helpful and answered all of our (many!) questions. Taylor provided a lot of helpful suggestions for décor and layout and came up with many money-saving ideas that allowed us to maximize our budget. On the day of the wedding, Taylor and her team handled every last detail. We brought all of our décor in boxes and Taylor arranged it all perfectly without any guidance (and I am a serious perfectionist!). For months I had stressed about where every picture frame and flower arrangement would go, but in the end, I didn’t need to worry at all! Taylor met with each vendor as they arrived and intercepted any questions before they got to me. After months of planning and handling every detail myself, it was so nice turn everything over to Taylor and have her execute on our vision perfectly!So many of our guests commented on what a beautiful venue the Cricket Club was. We loved the character of the venue and the ample space and beautiful grounds for cocktail hour and the reception. We loved being able to get ready for the wedding on-site and make use of the many gorgeous locations on the grounds for pictures.The Philadelphia Cricket Club was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding, and we would highly recommend this venue to any future couples!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Philadelphia Cricket Club in November 2019. We could not have been happier with our day! We worked with Amy who was so helpful, professional, and made sure our day was exactly what we wanted. She was so easy to work with leading up to the event and on the day of our wedding. Everything we discussed and requested prior to our day came to life and was set-up and ready to go when we arrived for our reception. The grounds, cocktail room, and ballroom are absolutely beautiful. There is an area to have part of your cocktail hour outside too, however it was really cold the day of our wedding so we were all inside and fit great. There is so much character in the building and inside which gave us so many great areas to have our photos taken. The ballroom itself is gorgeous and has big windows, a balcony, high ceilings, and an area for the band/DJ to play that does not take away space on the dance floor. We fell in love with the room. It is so different than so many other venues that make you feel like you're just in a hall. The food was delicious (we served the steak and chicken breast) and we heard great feedback from our guests on their appetizers and meals as well. The bartenders and staff were very friendly and pleasant. The bartenders kept the bar line moving all night. The price here is so much more reasonable than other places we looked at and what is included for the price is absolutely worth it. We had the best day of our lives and could not have imagined having our wedding reception anywhere else!

Showing up the venue on our wedding day was beyond words. They had put together our vision and made it better. The staff were so much fun, they were great and had fun with us on the dance floor. We just had our daughter's wedding reception at the Philadelphia Cricket Club on September 22, 2018. To say the wedding reception was amazing is an understatement! We are still hearing from our guests that it was one of the best wedding receptions they have ever attended! The gorgeous, historical ballroom with a wall of windows overlooking their lush, green cricket courts is absolutely stunning. The director of catering, Amy, is professional, thorough, and detail oriented. She helped us through the entire planning process and made it easy. Our guests raved about all of the fabulous food from appetizers, delicious entrees, plates of beautiful pastries and finally the \"Taste of Philly\" snack of soft pretzels and cheese steaks. The service was outstanding and friendly. A shout out to Anna for taking such great care of the bride and groom as well as the families! The atmosphere, food, and great care we received made our daughter's day everything she had hoped and dreamed it would be! Thank you to the Philadelphia Cricket Club for an amazing job!

The venue is beautiful and when visiting venues we both knew that it was the place we wanted to get married. All throughout the planning process the staff were fabulous, we used the majority of their recommendations for photographers, photo booths and the band and we were so glad we did. During the day the service was exceptional, providing so much support and making sure that we were never short of drinks and food even when we were taking photos in the rain! The food was fabulous and we received so many compliments about the food after the reception. We wanted to thank everyone at the Cricket Club again for a perfect day!

I grew up as a member of the Philadelphia Cricket Club so, when I got engaged, there was absolutely no question about where I would have my wedding. We booked about a year out and had our choice of dates in June 2018.The planning process ran very smoothly, even though the previous events coordinator moved on halfway through our planning stage. Although Amy was new to her role as Weddings and Events coordinator, she has worked at the Philadelphia Cricket Club for years, and transitioned very smoothly into her new role. The previous coordinator’s notes were thorough and I was confident that Amy would be able to follow through with our vision. The wedding guide has a list of suggested vendors, and we started there for our band and photographer. We wanted to find vendors that were familiar with the club, and that would make our day even more special. The day of our wedding, absolutely everything exceeded our expectations. Amy, the band leader, and my photographer coordinated flawlessly to make sure the night ran smoothly. I had many DIY menus, place cards, favors, family pictures, etc. that were all set up exactly how I had envisioned. The cocktail hour outside on the patio was beautiful, guests had plenty of passed appetizers and there were minimal lines at the two bars. The food was absolutely amazing, the service was fantastic, and everyone had a wonderful time. Around the time we were supposed to cut the cake, the dance floor was packed and I didn’t want to stop the party. We made a last minute decision to cut the cake in private. Amy made sure that everyone was on the same page, and that nobody was confused about the change in schedule.The club also offers the option of having a bridal attendant and I would say that this is a MUST, if only to make your day just that much better. Dia was an absolute rockstar. The moment I stepped foot off the trolley from our ceremony, she found my “comfy shoes” and made sure I had a drink in my hand. From beginning to end, she went above and beyond. She brought me and my husband special plates of appetizers and drinks, helped my sister bustle my dress, and made sure everything behind the scenes was perfect. She also made sure my family was well taken care of. My 93 year old grandmother remarked that “Dia made her feel like a queen.” Overall, everything was wonderful and we are having so much fun re-living the day through our pictures and stories of friends and family. We are so happy with absolutely everything and are so thankful that the Philadelphia Cricket Club made our day so special.

From the moment we sat down with the staff at the club, through our tasting, and the big day, we were thoroughly impressed with PCC. Amy, our coordinator, did an amazing job of making sure everything was taken care of and went smoothly. Dia, our bridal attendant, was one of the sweetest people we have ever met, and made sure we were taken care of the entire day! We were a little sad when it was raining on the morning of our big day, but the indoor option was absolutely beautiful and we would not have changed a single thing. We cannot say enough wonderful things about PCC, and would 100% recommend it to anyone considering getting married in the Philadelphia area!

The PCC hosted our daughter's rehearsal, wedding and reception during the Labor Day weekend. Amy and her team provided excellent and attentive service in a beautiful setting. On the morning of the wedding, the bridesmaids and mothers of the bride and groom met for hair and makeup services and again, the staff was outstanding, especially Dia! This was our first wedding so we relied on the club's recommendations for vendors such as photographer, bakery and photo booth. All were outstanding. We can't imagine a better venue or getting better service.

We had our beautiful wedding at The Philadelphia Cricket Club on 5/5/18. It was amazing!! We immediately booked this venue when we visited over a year ago - they provide a wonderful all-inclusive package which makes it so easy for planning. While we did bounce around to a few venue coordinators, Amy ended up being our day of director of catering and coordinator. She was so great and helped us make sure we had the most perfect day. We met a little bit before the wedding to go over our timeline for the day of and she let us drop off all personal decor a couple of days ahead. It was so nice to have that organized and out of the way. She helped us coordinate our rehearsal and made sure the day of went super smoothly. The Cricket Club is such a beautiful venue with a golf course, elegant white ballroom and amazing cocktail hour patio. They allowed me and my girls to get ready there the morning of and provided a continental breakfast buffet with mimosas. The room we were in was huge and provided plenty of space for my hair/makeup girls and 8 bridesmaids. We were lucky enough to have an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour which wowed our guests. We received nothing but compliments since that day. All of our guests had the best time and couldn't believe how beautiful the venue was. There are also so many secret areas for photos so our photos look so amazing and unique. Everyone we worked with at the Cricket Club was so nice and helpful especially Dia who made sure I had everything I needed all day and night. Thank you so much to everyone at the club for the most amazing and unforgettable day!

From the start of our wedding planning a year prior, through the end of our big day, Megan was consistently helpful, responsive, and confident in her role which gave us assurance all would be smooth. Megan always clearly answered our questions and worked with us to plan an amazing wedding. We cannot thank her enough for all that she and the wedding staff did for us on our wedding day and leading up to it. The food was amazing, the tables/decor set up was beautiful, and the timing was so smooth. Our guests continue to tell us how amazing our wedding was. Our photos outside on the beautiful green grass turned out perfect. I did not have a single worry or concern on the big day and was able to relax and have fun the entire time. We couldn't be happier with our decision to have our wedding at the Cricket Club this past May. Megan and Allie worked with us to make sure our day was exactly what we envisioned, and it really turned out perfectly. The venue itself is beautiful - very classic and timeless. The staff was wonderful and bent over backwards to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. The food was great- I know a lot of times wedding food is disappointing, but that wasn't the case here - the appetizers and entrees were delicious, and everyone loved the pastry trays at the tables. Our guests are still raving about what a great time they had and we have the Cricket Club to thank for that!

We got married at PCC on December 10, 2016. When we were first looking at venues, as soon as we stepped into PCC, I knew it was \"the one.\" It had so much character, two large rooms for cocktail hour, great flow, and a huge ballroom, perfect for dancing the night away. We had 200 people in attendance and fit very comfortably. Megan was our point of contact and was extremely helpful and highly responsive throughout the planning process. She is top-notch and went above and beyond on our wedding day to make sure we were stress-free and that everything ran seamlessly. I highly recommended Megan and PCC for your wedding venue! It was the perfect choice for our wedding!

Philadelphia Cricket Club provided the perfect venue for our daughters magical New Years Eve wedding reception! The Club was still decorated for the holidays and looked like a Pottery Barn catalog! Megan, the banquet manager, was very professional yet warm and a pleasure to work with. Our guests were treated to delicious food and wonderful service. Every detail was taken care of, down to finding the mother of the bride's diamond hoop earring! Thanks to everyone for an amazing wedding reception.

I'm not quite sure what it is about the Cricket Club - but it is special. It is definitely not your typical country club. From the patio overlooking the cricket courts to the hardwood, domed ceiling ballroom - this venue takes your breath away. This venue has so many unique features about it, you will never feel like you are at a country club. The help you receive from Megan/Allie is amazing as well. I initially was working with Megan but she went on maternity leave a month before the wedding day. Allie stepped in and it was like Megan never left. They both are so detail oriented and will keep everything together for you - because in the craziness of it all, you will eventually forget about something. They were so great working with us to help make our day uniquely ours. They were always available, almost immediately, to meet in person if needed. Immediate responses to any email sent - they are both amazing. Our day went so smoothly and Allie played a huge part in making sure everything was perfect. The rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful throughout the day. This is a wonderful venue for your special day.

We loved the Cricket Club! We thought that we could not have everything that we wanted for our wedding day and stay within budget, but PCC surprised us :). They worked with us & helped us figure out how to make it work- so refreshing after hearing from so many venues that their packages are very firm/not negotiable at all. We had a beautiful reception (several guests said that is was the best wedding they've ever been to) and the PCC staff were all wonderful. I'm the youngest of 5 girls. My family thought we knew the wedding industry well- but there was still more to learn. So glad we chose the Cricket Club!

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at PCC and we can not thank them enough for all that they did to make our day so special!! Megan and Allie helped me every step of the way in planning my wedding and executed every detail to perfection. They both were so accommodating and such a joy to work with I couldn't have imagined planning my day with anyone else! Working with Katie to design my dream wedding cake was equally as stress-free and enjoyable. She worked me and my ideas and the end result was a cake that was as delicious as it was beautiful! Patrick, Brit and team made my guests feel so comfortable and attended to their every need. I am still receiving compliments on how good the food tasted (\"wedding food that didn't taste like wedding food\") and how amazing the service was to everyone. It was love at first sight when I saw the venue, from their theater lights in the ballroom to the pristine greens, the charm did not fail on our day. PCC allowed my family and I to really enjoy the day / night without any worry. They are true professionals in their craft and know what they're doing. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends! They will love them!!

As the mother of a September bride, I want to thank the PCC for making my daughter and son-in-law's wedding and reception so very special. The PCC is the perfect venue for a wedding. Allie was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was so nice and patient and organized. Allie, Patrick and all of their staff deserve the highest praise for doing such an amazing job! They coordinated with our vendors and kept the wedding day running smoothly. The food was delicious. We received so many compliments on how everything was done to perfection. Katie made a beautiful cake and cupcakes that tasted amazing. She even decorated the top of the cake with flowers from our florist-so pretty! Oh, and Katie's pastries are so yummy. She was so helpful and sweet. The PCC went above and beyond our expectations, and I would recommend it to everyone as \"The\" place for a perfect wedding!!

Our wedding was a dream come true! We worked with Megan for the first few months leading up to the wedding, and Allie and Patrick executed every detail to perfection. Despite having rainy conditions, our guests absolutely loved the outdoor setup for cocktail hour followed by a ballroom with character and charm unsurpassed by anything in the Philadelphia area. Our guests continue to compliment us on the food and ambiance- must have Chef Ben's fried chicken sliders for cocktail hour! I would recommend any couple looking for an elegant setting with charm and beautiful grounds to visit PCC.

We were married at the PCC on 6/25. It was absolutely incredible and we could not have asked for a better venue or team to work with. Megan was amazing!!! She anticipated and addressed all of our questions/needs before we could even ask!! Katie designed the perfect cake for us and worked with the florist to incorporate our wedding flowers into the design. Everything was fluid and PERFECT!! I was amazed at how easy Megan made the planning process. Thank you PCC!!

Words can not express how thankful we are for all your time and thought you put into our special day. Every Bride needs a coordinator that is responsive, reliable, understanding, determined and makes you feel like it is all about you on the best day of your life and Allie did just that. Allie, Patrick, Megan and the entire staff are to be complimented on the outstanding service, food, cooperation and overall experience we had at the Phildelphia Cricket Club for our daughter's wedding this past weekend. The food was outstanding--just as we received at our tasting which is not always the case when the banquet service actually happens---we had many, many compliments on the venue from all aspects (beauty, service, quality, etc.) If I had one suggestion , it would be that some of the carpets, especially in the cocktail rooms, need either a good cleaning or to be replaced. I also noticed some of the light fixtures haven't been cleaned in a long time. I am sure none of the guests noticed these things. Otherwise, it was perfect and met my daughter's expectations and vision. The bar selections even at the base level are very adequate. Another feature that we liked and never received at our other wedding venues(we have had 3 others) is that there is reduced cost for guests ages 12-20---since they do not get alcohol. That is nice especially if you have a lot of family members attending in that teen age group.We would highly recommend PCC--it was a great event and we had a great time.

We were so pleased with the Cricket Club as our venue for our wedding ceremony and reception, and have only heard glowing reviews from our family and friends who were in attendance. Our event coordinator was so patient and responsive with us throughout the whole process. Not to mention, the whole team on the night of the wedding was amazing! The Cricket Club is a charming, historical venue, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding day!

My husband and I recently got married at The Philadelphia Cricket Club @ St.Martens and it was everything we imaged it to be. Our coordinator Allie was a very great help to us. Especially on our last week of the wedding. Allie responded to all my emails very quickly and assured me that everything was going to go smoothly... and she was right! Everything went so smoothly I have ZERO complaints. Venue was amazing, and the entire staff was amazing.. I highly recommend this place.

We got married on NYE at the Cricket club and had such a great experience. The CC went above and beyond to help us customize our special day - from folding napkins into bows to customizing our desert and setting up a midnight snack! We had the ceremony and reception in the ballroom and the flip seemed effortless. Looking back there's not one thing about the CC I would have changed!

Our daughter and son-in-law had their reception on April 9 at the Cricket Club. It was spectacular. Megan and Rose took care of every detail, there was nothing to worry about. Everything was top notch, and our guests are still raving that it was the Best Wedding Ever! I sometimes plan corporate events for my job - so I am used to looking at little details. There was not a single thing that I would have changed. We all truly relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. The Club is stately and historic- everything you want for your wedding day.

Married at PCC on January 2, 2016. We had the club leave up Christmas decorations and the room has a soft glow when the lights come down. It was a formal wedding and the phrase I heard most people use was \"old world feel.\" We had 150 or so in attendance and could have comfortably fit well above that amount. Megan was our point of contact and was, most importantly, highly responsive throughout the time period and transparent about everything. She also doubled as a “lite” wedding planner and helped us think through everything from interacting with and suggesting vendors (who also responded that PCC made things easy) to helping put out some little items on tables the day of. And for those thinking about the same thing, it was extremely and seamless to bus folks in from Rittenhouse.

The Cricket Club was an awesome venue for a wedding! It is located on gorgeous grounds, outside of the city, but in the most charming town of Chestnut Hill. The club is traditional & beautiful & the staff is AMAZING. They were beyond accommodating to me & all of our guests.\r\rMegan & Rose helped to plan the big day day & were incredibly organized, professional & helpful. The Philadelphia Cricket Club is a truly beautiful, timeless, and elegant venue, and we couldn't have imagined a better setting for this once in a lifetime occasion. Our wedding day was unquestionably the best day of our lives, thanks to the spectacular beauty of the venue, the delicious food, and the highly professional staff, led by the fantastic Megan Freeman. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, from the early stages of planning, to our food tasting, and finally to the day of our event. She quickly responded to my many emails, and made it clear that she was always available to answer my questions. Megan and the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. When our shuttle failed to pick up guests from a nearby hotel, several staff members actually volunteered to pick up the guests in their own personal cars so that our ceremony could start with everyone present! Our guests were highly complimentary of and impressed by the venue, food, and friendly staff. Thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams! We are so thrilled that we chose the Philadelphia Cricket Club!

We were married at the Philadelphia Cricket Club in July 2015 and had a wonderful experience. After visiting numerous venues in the Philadelphia area, we fell in love with the PCC. The venue has so much historic charm and was definitely not one of those cliche ballrooms! Our day went so seamlessly. From our \"first look\" and pictures before the wedding to the last dance of the night, everything was perfect! Megan was so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. The food was delicious and multiple people commented on how nicely the steak was cooked. We could not ask for a better wedding day...we honestly have no complaints! Highly recommend!

An architecturally stunning venue with a variety of indoor and outdoor space to accommodate your wedding needs. A beautiful backdrop for a day you want to remember forever. Megan worked with us on several unique details to include a groom's cake made of cheese wheels. Every idea we had was greeted with enthusiasm and a can do attitude including the customization to the reception menu.

My daughter had her wedding reception at the Philadelphia Cricket Club - a venue with so much character and history. Megan and her team were phenomenal from planning through the day of the wedding which was very important to me since, what could have been a difficult day since we had recently lost her dad, turned out beautifully. The food was delicious and the day flowed very smoothly from beginning to end. We had many guests from out of the area and in fact, out of the country, and everyone could not say enough about how perfect everything was. It was a beautiful way for the kids to start their lives together.

As soon as we visited the Philadelphia Cricket Club, we knew this was where we wanted to have our reception. It was the first venue that we looked at, and nothing we saw after this could compare. We loved everything from the beautiful buildings to the gorgeous grounds. Our pictures turned out fantastic, and it was the perfect backdrop for our day. Additionally, Megan and her team were great to work with and extremely professional. They were always prompt in answering any questions, no matter how insignificant they may have seemed. Megan also was always willing to let us stop by to show different family members the venue, and plan things out with our parents and other vendors. She had great suggestions for us, and was able to work through changes on the day of without any problems- which helped to keep everyone calm and at ease. The food was delicious and we received many compliments from guests. All of the coordination the day of was perfect! All staff members working at the PCC the day of made us feel so special, and were great to all of our guests. Our day was wonderful and we will remember it forever. You will certainly not be disappointed with your wedding at the PCC.

When it came time to choose a location for our wedding, the list began and ended with the Philadelphia Cricket Club. Not only does my family have deep ties to Philadelphia, but the Cricket Club has been a recurring venue for special occasions throughout the generations! Megan Freeman was a star! From day-one she handled all the logistics of planning and organizing seamlessly and efficiently! One of the most important things for us, as my entire family was planning from out-of-state, was to feel comfortable handing over the reins. Especially for my parents, Megan's confidence, patience, and experience really made my entire family feel at ease. Another benefit, which we had not anticipated, was their Club's familiarity with all of our other vendors and vice versa - working with seasoned professionals really made a huge difference! I would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to family and friends. The food, ambiance, staff and service was above and beyond. I can't say enough for the entire team who helped make our wedding day what it was! Six months later and friends are still raving about how beautiful the venue was!

When we first visited the Philadelphia Cricket we completely fell in love. We fell in love with the grounds and the ball room, we fell in love with EVERYTHING they had to offer. Megan and Rose were very informative and gave us many options to make our day the best day of our lives. They made Dane and I always feel welcomed, always had time for our calls and emails and was never EVER bothered if we called even with silly questions. They made me feel like the most important and beautiful bride and made our special day everything we dreamed it would be. Everyone at PCC is very detail oriented and truly cares enough to make your special day perfect. Their chef is fantastic! He made our requests a reality and everything was perfect from the cocktail hour right down to the last desert! Our entire day had NO issues or glitches, and if there were any, we were not bothered with them. If you are looking for a venue and are in between this place and some other, please read this and know it comes from the bottom of our hearts. The PCC staff is beyond welcoming and excellent to work with... you will NOT be disappointed booking your special day with them!!!

Of all the decisions I questioned throughout my engagement the venue was never one of them. The Philadelphia Cricket Club is beautiful, timeless, and classy. The venue is gorgeous in its own and doesn't need much decorating, the staff is truly amazing, and the food was delicious! My wedding day was stress free and everything came out exactly how I pictured it in my head, Megan and Rose were amazing! Every little detail happened just as I wanted and I can honestly say I would not have changed a thing. I received a ton of compliments on how beautiful the venue was, and honestly it was really affordable. I definitely suggest you to check out the Philadelphia Cricket Club for your wedding!! You won't be disappointed!

I held my reception at the Philadelphia Cricket Club in October, 2014. I was a pretty low-maintenance bride, meaning that I did not want to concern myself with too many details. And yet I wanted a black tie party in an elegant ballroom. If a place would give me what I wanted as well as handle most of the stress for me, then I knew that was the place for me.\r\rMegan and the PCC staff made my event so much better than I could have imagined. The room looked spectacular. The staff was wonderfully helpful. I did not want a seated dinner and opted instead to have an extended cocktail party. But despite the lack of formal dining, no guest ever was without food or drink. \r\rI cannot thank them enough for throwing us a great party and for making the process EASY. I did not have to stress out about any of the details of the reception. They handled everything and did it oh so well.\r\rI would absolutely recommend using them for your wedding.

I had my wedding here on August 31, 2014 and it went off without a hitch! When I went and toured the facility a year prior I really pictured my wedding there. It has a very historic feel, while being very accomodating and comfortable for a large guest list. I wanted a vintage, historic feel to my wedding and that is exactly what the venue felt like. We had invited 260 guests which would have fit fine, but only 220 ended up coming and we had plenty of room. The cocktail hour was held in two other rooms that led out to a great outdoor brick patio. The reception room had two different bars set up which was great. The dance floor was huge and they even had an elevated stage area for a band. Megan and Rose (the wedding/catering specialists at the club) were fantastic to work with. Anything I requested it was met! They were great to work with and I planned this wedding from Denver, so anytime I was in town, they were always able to meet with me. It made the process very easy and smooth. The wait staff was amazing and professional. The food was also spectacular! I had multiple guests the day after the wedding tell me that it was the best wedding meal they have ever had! I would recommend The Philadelphia Cricket Club to anyone for a wedding or special event. It was magnificant! :)

We had our daughter's wedding at the Philadelphia Cricket in early October 2014. It was simply magical! Megan Freeman and Rose Dieffenbach, the events coordinators, were fantastic. Nothing was a problem; they made planning the wedding a joyful event. Their professionalism, knowledge, kindness and expertise allowed us to host a truly wonderful wedding. The room was spectacular with gorgeous flowers, candles, and special lights. The appetizers, main course, sides and specialty desserts were scrumptious. Perhaps there are no words to adequately describe the service on that special night. We highly recommend the Philadelphia Cricket Club as a classy venue with superb amenities at a cost that is fair for the services received. As parents, you hope that your child’s wedding day is a memorable day of bliss. Thanks to Megan Freeman and her staff, our dream came true for our daughter’s wedding. We are blessed to have 3 more daughters; know that we will certainly be celebrating at the Philadelphia Cricket Club for all of our ladies!
