Facilities and Capacity Both small and large weddings of up to 250 guests can be accommodated at the Pinery Country Club. Couples will exchange vows outdoors with a gorgeous view. They then have the option of selecting an indoor dining room which can accommodate up to 50-60 guests year round or an outdoor covered tent pavilion for up to 250 guests mid-May through mid-October. Either way you will be able to experience an unforgettable location with those you love. Services Offered The professional staff at the Pinery Country Club are available to make your wedding planning and presentation as stress free as possible for you. Before your wedding begins, the staff can assist with set up. After the wedding, couples can leave to enjoy their honeymoon completely stress free with the clean up option when the ceremony and reception is over. Other services the staff can assist with include acquiring a bridal suite for you if needed and helping you with your event rentals. Cuisine The Pinery Country Club also offers couples on-site catering options. Whether you want a plated dinner or a more causal buffet, they can help create a wedding menu that seamlessly ties in with your wedding.

the venue was amazing and Chantal and Britton helped me with all my questions along the way- and there were plenty of them. rehearsal went great and day of they made sure I had everything I needed.

Our original wedding venue was affected by COVID restrictions, and we were quickly trying to find an option to still have our wedding outdoors with a smaller guest list. My husband and I reached out to The Pinery Country Club, and Chantal worked with us with two months notice before our scheduled wedding date. In those two months, she was quick to accommodate us and helped us replan to have an amazing and beautiful wedding. Our guests raved about the food and the beauty of the location. Our ceremony was amazing and sunny, and when the weather turned suddenly to windy (as Colorado weather likes to do), we had the event tent to enjoy our reception without a care of the sudden gusty winds. Also, our photos are so beautiful with a wonderful area to get ready, and a nearby pond and field. Of course, the members of the club still have access to the area we got ready, but it was hardly noticeable and we had so much privacy. They also blocked tee times and cart paths so no members were near our section of the golf course during our ceremony. We couldn't have asked for anything more as our original plans changed. And we are so thankful they did! We saved money and had such an amazing night. We are so grateful for the help of Chantal and The Pinery!

We had our daughters wedding reception in the tent and surrounding area on 8/5/16. The staff was great and everything came off as promised. Just a few wrinkles before hand. But the day of was perfect. Food was great and service excellent. A beautiful settling at The Pinery Co
