Wedding Date 05-11-2022
We could not have picked a more perfect venue for our wedding day! Lisa was phenomenal to work with and did such a great job making sure everything was organized and ready for our day. We were able to schedule an appointment to stop in the venue any time we needed which was very helpful for planning. The venue is beautiful and they have done a great job keeping it clean and beautifully rustic. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a reception just outside of West Fargo!

We could not have picked a more perfect venue for our wedding day! Lisa was phenomenal to work with and did such a great job making sure everything was organized and ready for our day. We were able to schedule an appointment to stop in the venue any time we needed which was very helpful for planning. The venue is beautiful and they have done a great job keeping it clean and beautifully rustic. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a reception just outside of West Fargo!

Our ceremony and reception were held at The Pines White. We immediately knew The Pines was our number one choice the minute we pulled up. The farmhouse was clean and well kept. The inside of the Pines is very beautiful and does not need a lot of decorations which is a huge benefit when planning. Once we booked, the hardest thing was trying to find his and her cocktails they could make (No mimosas, bellinis, mojitos, etc.) It was more of a conversation of them only having certain things and if you don’t pick from that list, they will tell you “No”, so be prepared. There were some staffing changes during the wedding planning process, but once I was able to get in contact with my new person, they were immediately responsive. Even leading up to the wedding we had not ideal wedding weather (yay, a blizzard) and they helped answer all my questions ALL hours of the day/night. Due to the first blizzard of the year, we as the couple had a lot of hoops to jump through leading up to the event that week. They were very accommodating over text leading up the day but then when it got to the set-up day, they seemed annoyed and hesitant with us being out there. With that being the package we paid for, we expected to be out there no matter the weather unless we could do some sort of reimbursement. Luckily, we were able to be out there for our scheduled time (starting an hour later due to weather) we ended on our originally planned time. I felt that helped them considering we still had another hour we could have been out there due to our contract. I’m assuming sour moods were due to weather which as the bride I can’t control and trust me was not my first option either. The only disappointing part of the entire process was the rehearsal the day before with the weather and the cocktail issue while planning. When it came to day of it was beautiful and had no complaints. They were helpful and seemed to be in a good mood considering the day before and venue is of course gorgeous. The drinks were fabulous even with it not being my original choices and everyone loved the event. They even allowed us to use the other venue for our photos so we could have more variety in our photos due to weather which I appreciated a lot! Overall, we had a good experience other then a few sour moods the day before the event.

The Pines was the most amazing venue. After finding the Venue on Instagram, I knew it is where I wanted to get married. Every single communication and step of the planning process was amazing thanks to the amazing staff at The Pines. No matter how small a question was, staff was always there to make sure I got what I needed. The planning process was so much less stressful that I thought it was going to be thanks to the Staff at The Pines. The wedding and reception were more than I could have dreamed of!

The most beautiful venue! The main reception area is gorgeous with high ceilings and so much space for all your guests. The get ready house is amazing, and such a fun place to hang out in the morning. Emily and Karissa are so helpful, and made the whole planning process a breese. I would recommend this place to any couple looking to host their dream wedding, because this is definitely the place to do so:)

If you are considering holding your wedding or event at the Pines in Davenport, I would highly recommend. They have the space to hold over 300 guests, but also give the barn type of atmosphere. The staff is really amazing as well and truly cares about the experience of their clients. Book it now!

Overall, good experience but not as great as I thought it would be for the price. The Farmhouse (getting ready area) is locked at the time of your ceremony so you are not able to keep anything in there after your ceremony. There is really nowhere to go during your reception that is private (signing marriage license, bustling your dress, touching up makeup, changing into comfortable clothes, or even a dress change). I was also disappointed in the communication between myself and the venue. I had a vision for the space and there was not a lot of support in having a different approach than what they had done in the past (we hired a live band and wanted a unique layout for the space). If you are a creative bride looking to arrange the room a certain way, I would make sure to over communicate and not be afraid to really voice what you want because they seem to set it up the same for most weddings. Overall, the experience was good. The food was great and the space was beautiful and very clean. The outdoor ceremony space was stunning in July and the photos turned out gorgeous. Also, the day of coordinator (Karissa) that helped with set up and tear down was AMAZING! She was so helpful and warm, everyone was friends with her by the end of the night.

We celebrated our daughters wedding at the Pines in November of this year. We celebrated with family die to Covid. We rescheduled our larger event for April. The Pines offered us the November small family event, free of charge. This allowed our daughter to get married on \"their date\". This offer from the Pines made our decision easier when rescheduling. Our big event was amazing! The venue is beautiful with everything in one place. Emily Finley, was the perfect organizer and host. She made everyone feel so special. We so enjoyed working with her, an exemplary wedding host. Chefs Table served awesome food, our guests are still complementing our menu. The Pines, Staff and Chef's Choice made our event so special. Emily and the Pines team were worth every cent with the benefit of our event on one beautiful location!

We had our wedding at the Pines this past weekend and it was the most magical day! Neil was there right away in the morning to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Emily had the layout of the venue set perfectly and was there to help us make the decision of moving our wedding inside due to the rain. Our guests cannot stop raving about how beautiful the venue was and how much fun they had. We are so happy to have had the chance to get married at SUCH a gorgeous venue! We will forever have a place in our heart for the Pines, Emily, and Neil. A huge thank you to all of the staff who made this day possible and for Emily, the most timely, kind, and organized coordinator.

The first time we came to the Pines, we were blown away with how genuine Emily was and how beautiful the venue was. The day of our wedding went perfectly with both of their help. As a wedding photographer, Two Birds Photography was anxiously waiting for this venue to open and having shot my first wedding, they did NOT disappoint.Emily is a fantastic coordinator, and the entire day seemed to go so smoothly. I didn't see my bride get stressed or upset all day! The 'getting ready' house even has a pool! So much room for both the guys and the girls to move around and get ready before photos.The Pines is truly a one-of-a-kind venue, and there is nothing like it in the Fargo area. The huge, open, white space in the reception hall is just breathtaking. The staff buzzes around nonstop, each doing their job to make sure the guests are happy and taken care of. You can tell they truly enjoy their job.I also really appreciated the offer of a gold course for sunset photos! Two Birds Photography can't wait to shoot at this gorgeous Fargo area wedding venue again!

First of all, it was the most gorgeous place for our wedding. We had both our ceremony and reception there and heard from so many people how beautiful this place was. Not only was it gorgeous, but Emily and the team were so helpful throughout the whole process, from the beginning stages of planning to the very end of the reception. We chose the Pines before it was even built and we couldn't have made a better decision.
