This venue is equipped with decors, florals, and event rentals, promising to be a picture-perfect space ideal for ceremonies and receptions. Twinkling lights hang overhead, and fresh, sweetly scented flowers fill the ballroom creating a magical and whimsical effect to this one-of-a-kind property. Every inch of The Place is overflowing with fun photo opportunities. The team works hard in the background to ensure everything goes smoothly, liaising with your chosen vendors and managing every stage of the timeline. Couples are guided through the planning process with open arms, adding to the intimate and professional standard of the company. Packages begin with a six-hour rental time and numerous event rentals such as decors, tables, chairs, lighting, linens, table centerpieces, and audiovisual equipment. Amenities include two dressing rooms, catering facilities, and a bar area where a licensed bartender can serve guests. Additionally, the venue offers photo props and projector screens for extra special entertainment. Couples are welcome to select a catering company, photographer, and DJ from a variety of preferred vendors as recommended by the venue.

The Place is amazing! You could not find a more budget friendly, affordable venue. They take great care for the finer details and are truly there to help you. We had our wedding there 2 months ago and everything was perfect. They worked to make sure I got everything I wanted and made sure it all went smoothly! They make you feel like family and they take care of their own! At first I was skeptical about doing my wedding in a mall but honestly they way they treated me really pulled me in and once the wedding started I had so much fun! There is some really unique places around the mall for photos and since it’s not a super busy mall, people do not look twice when a bride is walking around the place in her wedding dress! I really wish I could go back to that night! They made it the night of my dreams and I wish it did not go by so fast! They even help with a little setup/take down if you bring your own items! I had a Harry Potter themed wedding and they worked closely with me to make sure we had all the right colors for lighting and the tables. We CANNOT thank them enough for helping us with our special day!

If you want an affordable dream wedding, book The Place! I cannot say enough good things about this venue. The decorations are absolutely beautiful. The owners are AMAZING! Kim went above and beyond the entire evening. She made sure I had everything I needed and helped the vendors. Everything went so smoothly because of her. Her mom and sister were also such big helps. They really make you feel like family! The fact that it is in a mall just makes it more incredible and unique (plus it is air conditioned AND free parking). My husband and I now plan to have more parties here because of how amazing this venue is!!

I had a last minute wedding and couldn't have asked for a better venue. The space is beautiful, and the owners are so easy to work with. This is a family owned business that will work with you to make your event memorable. They were able to work within my (limited) budget. Kim was knowledgeable and was able to give clear direction on what was the best to achieve the day I always wanted and dreamed about.

Such a beautiful place. Fabulous ceremony and plenty of room for the reception and dancing. This is a great space for small weddings.
