The provincetown inn was fantastic! The views from the inn are amazing, and the venue helped us quickly pivot to an indoor ceremony when the weather wasn't cooperating. Eric was so responsive and kept up with my many questions leading up to the event. We did have some disconnects between us and the catering department - nothing that couldn't be solved, but meeting the catering manager prior to the event would have smoothed things! If my husband, Mark, and I could give the Provincetown Inn venue and entire staff 10 stars for this review - we would!! Mark and I first met Eric in 2022 when browsing wedding venues. We love Ptown and wanted something affordable with a nice view and outdoor/indoor options for reception areas. Eric was extremely kind and straightforward with pricing, menu options, etc. Throughout our approx. 18 months of wedding planning, Eric was there. Whether it was an email with one silly question or a call about a vendor, etc. Eric was there through it all to reassure us, or help us with literally WHATEVER we needed. He always put us at ease and never made us feel like we were \"just another client.\" He always made time to walk us through things. Our wedding day was 9/16/23, which ended up being in the middle of Hurricane Lee. We originally wanted to have a tented reception on the lawn of the Provincetown Inn, but unfortunately due to weather conditions, we planned to move the ceremony and reception inside. This all happened 3 days prior to our wedding. When I tell you that the Provincetown Inn staff, including Tamesa the food and beverage director, along with Eric and the rest of the incredible staff, did everything... I mean EVERYTHING in their power to ensure our day was the best day ever, would be an understatement. From hour to hour decision making, this staff was unstoppable. They were quick, professional and ready to take on any challenge for us no matter the weather. They ended up giving us our ceremony on the lawn in the middle of a hurricane!! They even made their reception hall look STUNNING for us and worked day and night to make it the most beautiful wedding day. The food was amazing! The staff was attentive and fun to work with and all of our guests raved about them! Mark and I truly cannot thank the entire staff at the Provincetown Inn enough, especially Eric and Tamesa. These people working for this venue are one of a kind. Nevermind the gorgeous views of the water - you are treated like family to these people. Mark and I are so grateful we were able to have our wedding at the Provincetown Inn and we cannot wait to continue to spend time there for years to come. Our wedding at the Provincetown Inn was absolutely perfect. Eric was so helpful in coordinating everything from the tent, to the food, to drink choices, and everything in between that made the day of so perfect and flawless. It was an unbelievable setting, the food was perfect, and the staff were so helpful and fun and even added to the dance floor! We had so many people tell us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! My only concern going into the day was that the pool was behind the tent but the patrons in the pool were super respectful and even cheered for us at the end so it was not a problem. We could not have asked for a better experience with Eric at the Provincetown inn. He answered all of our questions promptly and efficiently and did such an amazing job the day of taking care of everything we needed. Everything was organized, well run and the wait staff and bartenders all did a wonderful job!The venue itself was also perfect for us for so many reasons. Everyone could stay there, infinite parking which is hard on Cape Cod and the pool bar was perfect for guests and for us the next day! The prices for everything were also very reasonable and the food was great! We were also so pleased with the suite for the bridesmaids and I to get ready and then for us to stay there the next day as well. Jess Di Francesco(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 09-10-2022 I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eric, Tamesa, and the staff at the Provincetown Inn. From my first contact with Eric he was extremely responsive, answering all my questions no matter how big or small. In the weeks and days leading up to the wedding he went over all the details with my husband and me so we knew exactly what to expect and were able to fill in the gaps with our own touches. Some decoration details that we hadn't even though of, such as decor for the buffet table, were provided by the venue and added a beautiful thematic touch. Even though there were two weddings that weekend, Eric and Tamesa and everyone made us feel so important and special. Eric was there with us up until our entrance, when Tamesa and the service staff took over. They were all so amazing, so friendly and kind and took such great care of us all until the end of the night and even into breakfast the next day. The food was absolutely delicious. We opted for the buffet, and the food was plentiful and scrumptious. Everyone raved about how good it was. And of course the venue itself is incredible. The vista right on the edge of Cape Cod cannot be beat and made for the most incredible photos. There was plenty of room for all our guests that wanted to stay at the inn, and it was awesome to have everyone together and really added to the magic of the weekend. The banquet room is spacious and well-lit, and the mural on the wall of Provincetown added to the beauty of our photos and the whole event.I highly recommend the Provincetown Inn for your wedding. Matt Gorelik(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 30-09-2021 Honestly, perfect in every possible way. I don't really know where to start. I guess I'll start by listing the things we were 100% sure we would receive for our wedding (and we did!!) when we selected the Provincetown Inn as the venue for our Thursday night wedding. We knew we would get incredible help from Eric every step of the way (a truly amazing ally, and now friend, to have in our corner); a feeling of welcoming, warmth, and charm for everybody from the moment they walked in; a great lawn with an unbelievable backdrop for a truly romantic ceremony; an awesome tent for us to throw a huge, outdoor party; a place where people felt like they could be themselves and just have FUN; rooms with terrific views for our guests to enjoy for the rest of their stay. That would've been enough for us to have an amazing wedding day, and that's all we wanted. But to go from making our wedding \"amazing,\" to overhearing guests talking about how it's \"truly the best wedding we've ever been to\" ... that required a little more. That required a DELICIOUS dinner buffet, with prime rib, chicken and seafood dishes to die for. That required a lovely, enthusiastic waitstaff with bartenders like Keon to remember everybody's name and drink orders, and make us feel at home. And that required all the positive energy that came from being in such a magical place. I could go on for hours re-living every perfect little detail, but before I get carried away, let me just say... The Provincetown Inn gave us EVERYTHING we wanted and so, so, so much more. We planned our wedding from California and Eric consistently accommodated our schedule / time change and even FaceTimed with us to show us the venue. Our families and guests stayed at the inn from Wednesday - Sunday and it was the best Cape Cod experience. The food, pool, and ocean were amazing, but the staff were truly one of kind. Keon, one of the bartenders, remembered everyone’s name and drink order all weekend and was so friendly. The ceremony and reception space was absolutely perfect. The lawn out back was truly beautiful and our guests kept raving out the view - we also got so lucky with a killer sunset and full moon!!The Provincetown Inn was the perfect place for a wedding. One “complaint” that we had after was that we were not prepared at ALL for how beautiful the set up / food / tent would look. Eric, the sales/event manager first showed us around the venue before we had decided anything concrete and we booked a date with him merely 3 days later. The whole process with Eric in the year leading up to our day was so effortless. The suite they booked us in was perfect for our needs, the whole wedding party (8 people) was able to relax and get ready on the day of. They put up this sweet sign at the front desk welcoming all our guests to our wedding. We got married on the lawn and used the function room for our reception.
