Our wedding at Red Barn was an absolute dream and I can’t imagine getting married anywhere else. The venue and staff exceeded all our expectations and to this day, our guests are still raving about the food and how beautiful the venue was. We had a longer engagement, so I had MANY questions and changes from the time we signed the contract through the big day. But, the girls at Red Barn never made me feel like a burden and always made me feel like I was the only bride on their agenda. They offer different packages so we were able to choose the best option for our budget. I also liked having the option of doing the ceremony inside if necessary. Our ceremony was outside at the gazebo and fortunately the weather cooperated, but it was comforting to know we could have moved it inside if it rained. Perhaps one of the biggest perks of working with Red Barn was our coordinator, Emily Francoeur. She was so responsive and helpful every step of the way, and I don’t think I could have done this whole wedding thing without her. Planning is stressful, but after every meeting, email and phone call with Emily, it felt like a weight was taken off my shoulders. She even turned last minute seating changes into a minuscule non-issue (and by last minute, I mean less than 24 hours before the wedding). Her attention to detail is uncanny and she brought my entire vision to life. Emily did it all, from orchestrating the set-up, to pinning boutonnieres on the groomsmen, cuing music during the ceremony, corralling family members for photos, making sure my glass was never empty, and just about everything in between. My bridesmaids kept saying, “I wish I had an Emily at MY wedding…” We were so impressed with Emily that we were even chanting her name at one point during the reception. She’s an absolute rockstar and I can’t think thank her enough for everything she did! As if the ceremony and reception weren’t enough, my husband and I’s entire wedding party stayed at Red Barn’s sister property, Stage House Inn, for the whole wedding weekend which elevated the entire experience. The White Heron Suite is stunning (think light, airy, spacious), and was the perfect bridal setting to get ready in. We also did our rehearsal dinner at the Stage House the night before and it was perfect. The entire inn is beautiful and the food was amazing. We will definitely be going back to stay there for anniversaries in the future. If you’re thinking of getting married at Red Barn, just do it - you will not regret it!

Words cannot describe how amazing the Red Barn was – from the beautiful holiday decorations, to the incredibly accommodating staff, wait staff and bartenders, and who could forget Emily! Leading up to the day and the day of, Emily and the Red Barn team made us feel so special and accommodate our every request. Emily even offered to run to the grocery store to pick something up the day before!!! She is literally so, so amazing, along with everyone at the Red Barn! My husband and I will never forget how truly incredible this venue was, and we will recommend The Red Barn to anyone looking to have the wedding of their dreams!!

I had my wedding at the Red Barn at Outlook Farm in October 2023 and it was an unforgettable experience. The venue was stunning –landscapes and greenery were beautiful, covered veranda overlooking the golf course during sunset, and grand ballroom was breathtaking with wooden beams, stone fireplaces, and woodwork throughout. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive throughout the event. All aspects of the evening ran smoothly – it is evident the Red Barn has mastered wedding planning, logistics, and throwing FANTASTIC events. Huge shout out to my wedding coordinator Emily. She was friendly, polite, professional and an absolute pleasure to be around. She was available through the months leading to address any of my questions and she was a rockstar the day of my wedding. She arranged a DIY photobooth better than I ever could have, helped cart my husband and I around to several picture spots around the venue, assisted with my bustle when I was having a malfunction, and my entire wedding party couldn’t stop raving about her! Overall, I would highly recommend the Red Barn at Outlook Farm to anyone looking for a gorgeous and unforgettable wedding venue.

My husband and I got married at the Red Barn in September and could not have asked for a more beautiful venue and perfect wedding day. The entire staff was absolutely amazing, especially our wedding coordinator, Emily. We can’t thank Emily enough for all of her hard work, organization, communication, and making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond the whole day including being quick to help fix my bustle when it came undone without even asking. Everyone kept complimenting on how great she was, the staff, venue, food, ceremony, and of course the fireworks to end an amazing night! The bridal party also stayed at the new Nealley house, which was beautiful and a great space to get ready at prior to the wedding. The groom’s side played golf at Outlook Golf Course in the morning and had a great time as well. Overall, we had such a great experience at the Red Barn and would highly recommend as a wedding venue!

My husband and I got married at the Red Barn in July and it was everything we could have wanted in a venue. The inside and outside of the venue are absolutely stunning. We booked both the Stage House Inn and Nealley House as well, and both were absolutely beautiful and perfect for housing our family and friends. One of the best parts of the venue was its staff, especially our coordinator, Alex. All of the staff were so nice and professional; you can clearly tell they are so passionate about what they do. Alex was truly amazing and was such a huge part of making our day everything we dreamed of. She was assigned as our coordinator as soon as we booked our date and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She always made us feel like a priority and was quick to put us at ease at every meeting. On our wedding day, we never had to worry about the flow of the day or anything related to the venue. Alex and the rest of the staff took care of everything from putting up and taking down our decorations to directing guests, keeping the day on track, and putting out desserts and favors. They really listened to our vision for the day and made it come true. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue, from the beautiful setting to the amazing staff.

We got married at the Red Barn in June of 2023 and could not have had a better experience. As was the case with almost every summer weekend in New England this year, it ended up raining on our wedding day. We had planned to get married in the garden but our coordinator, Emily, and the entire staff at the Red Barn were extremely accommodating and allowed us to make the last minute call to move everything inside. Not only were they extremely flexible, Emily was calm, cool, and collected and made sure I wasn't stressed out about the change of plans. She expertly moved out outdoor floral arrangements inside on the mantel of the fireplace and everything looked so beautiful. Besides her attentiveness on the day-of, she was extremely helpful in the months leading up to the wedding--meeting with us a couple of times to go over every single detail and answering any other questions promptly. We didn't hire a wedding planner but Emily was so helpful that I really didn't need one. The entire staff at the Red Barn was also incredible (special shout out to Mo who made sure my husband and I got some appetizers during the cocktail hour and packed up the extra cake so we had some to take home!). The venue is absolutely beautiful, inside and out, and our guests all had such an incredible time. We also rented out the Stage House Inn which was absolutely lovely. Tegan and Gary went above and beyond to make sure we, and our guests, had everything we needed. I cannot recommend both The Red Barn and the Stage House Inn enough!

From the moment we saw this venue, we knew it was where we were going to get married. The Red Barn is a perfect picture-esq New England wedding venue. The ceremony locations were beautiful, and the barn itself is AMAZING. We had the pleasure of working with Colleen, as our day-of-coordinator, and we cannot stress how amazing she was. We emailed her probably weekly (if not more frequently), with questions, and she always responded promptly and was very helpful with our planning. When it came to the day of, she set-up our decorations so beautifully and we were amazed to see the venue when we arrived. She always ensured we had a drink, had food if we were hungry, and sent us home with extra desserts from the night. Any couple is SO lucky to be working with her for their wedding. We could not think of a more perfect venue for our wedding - the remaining staff was fabulous, the food was delicious, and all of our guests were so happy.

Its been over 3 months since our wedding at the Red Barn and we still have yet to come up with the right words to say. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Not only is the venue itself extremely esthetically pleasing but the staff is remarkable. Our wedding coordinator Alex was and is an absolute godsend. No matter what we needed or when we needed it, Alex was there with an answer or a solution. Alex is everything a wedding coordinator should be and WAY MORE. One of my favorite things that Alex did was assure that our drinks were never empty. She also took our drink order before walking down the aisle and greeted us with the drinks as soon as we were done with our ceremony. A special shout out to Moe who was one of the servers who also assured we were never searching for hors d'oeuvers. Not only did she make sure that we tried some of everything, she would hold a napkin to prevent any possibility of stains getting on our clothes. She did this for everyone- what a rock star! All in all, everyone at the Barn really knows what they are doing. Between the all inclusive package, the quality of everything from the landscaping to the food, I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was. Wedding planning is one of the most stressful things but Alex really made it as painless as possible.

It is so hard for me to put into words how incredible it was to get married at The Red Barn at Outlook Farm!! I first visited the venue over a decade ago while volunteering at a charity auction, and I remember saying that I would love to get married there one day - well my dream came true and it completely blew past all of my expectations! My husband loved the venue right off the bat and we truly do not have one bad thing to say about our experience. We loved all of the food/drink offerings, and all of our guests were raving about the food afterwards! We have gotten so many compliments from friends and family about how amazing our venue was, and I could not agree with them more! Everyone that we worked with at the venue was absolutely fantastic - especially Emily, our INCREDIBLE incredible incredible coordinator. She was so warm, friendly, organized, communicative, kind, and just truly fun to chat with. She helped us to stay calm during the stress storm of wedding planning, answered all of my thousands of questions during the months leading up to the wedding, respected all of our desires and decisions while also giving constructive and helpful feedback, and she kept reminded us of how exciting and fun our wedding day was going to be (even when we were fully burnt out while planning). Working with her such a joy, especially on the wedding day itself! She kept us organized, was extremely flexible, and was super accommodating and lovely to our guests with differing special needs. She was also just such a warm, funny, and lovely person to have in our corner on the most important day of our lives! Thank you again to Emily and everyone at the venue for making our dream day a reality. And for anyone else reading this - if you are currently venue shopping, PLEASE consider going with the Red Barn at Outlook Farm!!

5/26/2023Choosing the Red Barn at Outlook Farms for our wedding venue was quite possibly the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. The venue is beautiful, very accommodating, and the staff is fantastic (looking at you Moe 😍). The Red Barn gave us much needed peace of mind during the planning process and provided an amazing wedding day for both our guests and ourselves.That being said, our venue coordinator Alex was our favorite part of the Red Barn. I cannot say enough great things about her. She was always there if we had questions during the planning process, she had great suggestions if we needed help, and she had plenty of experience to guide us through the wedding day. She knew the things my bride and I needed before we even knew ourselves! Alex was always pleasant and always communicating with us. I really don't know if we would have made it through the planning or the actual wedding day without her.We would 100% recommend the Red Barn to any couples out there considering this venue. We had a great wedding day and any small issues that popped up (unrelated to the venue) were smoothed over by their great staff. The Red Barn is beautiful inside and out. We could not have asked for a better place to get married and celebrate with our family, friends, and their staff!

We are SO happy we had our wedding at the Red Barn!! The entire team and especially our coordinator, Emily, were incredible. Planning a wedding is stressful and they did everything possible to make it straight forward. Throughout the entire planning process, Emily was very responsive and accommodating. She thought of every detail, far beyond what we would have thought of to ask and was so kind and fun to work with throughout the planning. Then for the actual day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly. They setup and took down all our decorations, coordinated with all our vendors so we didn't have to, and made sure the entire night ran flawlessly and we were taken care of. If you're looking to have a stunning venue in New England that is the full service package, we HIGHLY recommend the Red Barn!

The venue is beautiful. The waitstaff on the day of were wonderful and attentive. My major complaint was with our day-of coordinator. There were 3 major issues the day of, including not making the custom cocktails we had confirmed in our previous 2 meetings, not putting out the candy jars brought and asked to be placed out with the decorations and throwing away the top layer of our wedding cake AND the other remaining desserts (even after I asked if I should pack it up that night and was told know they would do it for me to pick it up in the morning). I am well aware that mistakes happy as I used to work in event planning for many years. I simple apology or follow up after the wedding would have gone a long way but instead we were made to feel like it was our fault (despite having email evidence of these requests being made and confirmed weeks prior). They had 3 weddings that weekend and I think the coordinator was overwhelmed. However, it was still disappointing to have so many details missing that I had triple confirmed prior to the event.Despite all of that, it was still a beautiful venue and the other staff were lovely. I would still go back in time and book my event there, I would just be caution anyone to be VERY clear with any details and confirm them 3 more times than you think necessary.

We absolutely LOVED having our reception at the Red Barn at Outlook Farm. We are so, SO glad we chose this venue. The food was INCREDIBLE, and they were absolutely great to work with. My coordinator was Alex, and working with her was an absolute dream. She made the process so easy! She was highly communicative, and so SO helpful. I cannot say enough good things about her. It was decorated so beautifully, and organized SO incredibly well. Alex seemed to always know what I needed before I even had a chance to ask. She is SO SO SO good at what she does! Our entire bridal party was raving about how great it was to work with her, and how well taken care of everyone was all through the night. Throughout the entire planning process I was so thankful to be working with someone so on top of it. My mom and I constantly spoke about how much we loved working with Alex!! It ended up raining on our wedding day, and we had planned to have fireworks to close the night out. We were worried that the weather would impact this, but the red barn team made it happen! They were able to give us an excellent show despite all the rain (and eventually lightning)! All of my guests were absolutely amazed at this site. They truly went above and BEYOND! The night was absolutely flawless! I highly, HIGHLY recommend having a reception at this site. We'd do it all again in a heartbeat!

The Red Barn team is incredible! Alex was our coordinator and was so amazing throughout the entire planning process and the execution was flawless. She was flexible with us switching our ceremony location last minute due to weather. Alex is so organized and we knew she was good at your job but didn't know just how good! She made everything so easy and turnkey for us - we really didn't have to worry about anything on the day of. We got so many compliments on the food, venue and staff. We also used a lot of the Red Barn's preferred vendors and they were all amazing. We would highly recommend this venue!

If you are planning a wedding – look no further. GET MARRIED AT THE RED BARN AT OUTLOOK FARM. So many of our guests raved about how gorgeous the venue was and how delicious the food was. The Red Barn knows how to throw a wedding! Everything went according to plan and it was beautiful. Also their transparent pricing made picking them from the start a no-brainer. But our day of coordinator Emily was the absolute best part about the Red Barn. She made our wedding day completely stress-free. My husband and I still talk about how great Emily was all the time. She was EVERYTHING. At our pre-wedding meeting with her she was so incredibly sweet and supportive of all the plans we had for that day. We texted her after our meeting because we were just blown away with her right from the start. She made us feel like we were the only wedding she was coordinating all year. On the day of she was constantly checking in on us making sure we were fed and happy. She kept the reception on schedule. I even danced right out of my dress (a clasp broke) and one of my bridesmaids was like wait where is Emily she will know what to do! And she did, she fixed it. She was the most amazing blessing we didn’t even realize we were getting when we booked at the Red Barn. I would recommend the Red Barn to anyone getting married but Emily made the entire wedding. She was perfect. I cannot express our appreciation for her enough. We are so thankful she was there, making our day flawless and the most enjoyable night of our lives and our guests lives. If we could go back in time and replan our wedding knowing everything, we know now we would pick the Red Barn in a heartbeat!

Booking the Red Barn at Outlook Farm for our July 2022 wedding was hands down the easiest decision to make and most definitely the BEST decision we made. From start to finish, from the very first time we viewed the venue, until months later- our wedding was seamless, amazing, and most importantly, stress free. The Red Barn was the first venue we looked at. We knew we wanted an outdoor ceremony, outdoor space for cocktail hour, and a beautiful, big room. The Red Barn checked all the boxes. We put down our deposit the very next day as we knew this was a venue we did not want to sleep on!Planning was SO easy and straightforward. As soon as we booked, we got set up with the amazing Alex, who was going to be our day of coordinator. She was communicative, helpful, and patient. She responded quickly to every annoying query I had, she kept us updated with our timeline of planning, and she was understanding when oopsie- we missed the tasting we were supposed to go to. She graciously set us up at the next one with no questions or drama.The planning process was very smooth due to Alex’s expertise. The rehearsal was stress free and straightforward. The day of our wedding was more than we could ask for. Literally everything went to plan due to Alex being so on top of everything. She was kind to the many personalities in both of our families and felt more like a friend to us by the end of night.I cannot say enough good things about the Red Barn as a venue for a wedding. It is absolutely gorgeous, I feel like we did not need too many decorations as the venue itself is stunning. The food was delicious! During cocktail hour, it felt like there were so many servers with so much food, on top of the stunning cheese and fruit display. The kitchen was also very helpful and sensitive to the allergies in our group- one being my husband who had a nut allergy. The drinks and bartenders were fabulous- we told Alex that our group drank a lot of espresso martinis and the bartenders were ready when we started ordering them. AND they were delicious to boot. The staff was fabulous! All of the servers were professional and personable. The price for everything and the many options for food and drink were well suited to many budgets.I could gush for many more paragraphs about how amazing this venue is. Alex and the crew have made the Red Barn into a well-oiled machine. I cannot say anything bad about our experience and I know I can attribute that to them. Our guests are still talking about our venue months later. If you want to have the most amazing wedding day at a beautiful venue with wonderful people, do yourself a favor and book the Red Barn. You will not regret it. Thank you Alex and crew for the most memorable day and a fantastic experience!

So many of my family and friends are still telling me that it was the best wedding they ever went to! If you are dreaming of an idyllic, rustic, southern Maine wedding, the Red Barn is your all-in-one venue. Since my husband and I live in Los Angeles, we wanted to try and have as minimal stress as possible, so we wanted to find a venue that could tackle most if not everything. Not only is the venue itself stunning (seriously, less is more when it comes to decor bc the venue really does have the whole aesthetic down on lock), it also includes food, liquor, AND a coordinator! What more could you possibly ask for?! We are so incredibly grateful for our coordinator, Colleen, who took care of us since day 1. Not only was she incredibly on top of e v e r y t h i n g, but her communication was always stellar. She even arranged our florals the day of the wedding :') Everyone we worked with – from Colleen to the staff to even meeting the owner the next morning when we came by to pick up our decor – were beyond kind, generous, and just overall there to help make your day the best damn celebration ever. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a southern Maine wedding!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating and there were several of our guests who came up to us saying how kind and hard-working everyone was. If you're looking for a venue that has it all, this is the one! I worked with Alex as my wedding coordinator, she is the best of the best. She responded to me immediately, and always had an answer to my many questions. I felt so at ease working with her because I trusted that she would take care of anything that came up. It felt so great as a bride to be confident in my coordinator and venue. I had NO STRESS on my wedding day and it was an absolutely perfect day. It was everything I imagined it to be when I was searching for my venue. We got married at the Red Barn in Sept 2022 and it was amazing! The venue was absolutely gorgeous on its own, from the ceremony outside in the garden (with a gorg rain backup in the barn) to the beautiful woodwork inside and the view of the golf course from the deck, it was perfection. The food was amazing (everyone said so!) and we had the best open bar. But what made it most special was our wedding coordinator, Emily. Through the whole process she was always there to answer a question and make sure everything went smoothly. She is the kindest, friendliest, and most organized person you will ever meet. She became a friend through all of it and a person I was lucky to have at my wedding! This venue is the complete package and makes it an easy, beautiful, stress free decision. (And make sure you look into staying at the Stage House Inn down the street, comes with free transportation for guests and is a beautiful and reasonably priced place to stay!)

When we went to tour the property, we knew immediately this was the place we wanted to get married. There were multiple ceremony options to choose from that fit whatever theme we wanted. We had an August wedding, so we wanted outside by the tree, but had the option of being inside if the weather ended up not being great. Alex and the team at Red Barn were extremely understanding, accommodating to our requests and flexible with anything we needed. She was always responsive, and let us know if there were going to be times where she may not be available right away so we knew when to expect a response. At the time, my husband and I were closing on our house (that we were building), so as you can imagine, we were under a lot of stress and making so many decisions between the house and the wedding that we needed the wedding to go smoothly since house building never does. Alex had made our process so incredibly easy and stress free. She went above and beyond, and I am so thankful for her & the team. The food was great and highly regarded by everyone, and the day went by without a hitch! I highly recommend having your wedding or ceremony at Red Barn at Outlook Farm! The place is beautiful and the staff is wonderful.

Our experience at The Red Barn could not have been any better! Our coordinator, Emily, was so friendly and helpful. She was always thinking 10 steps ahead and anticipating exactly what we would need at each stage of planning and on our actual day. If we needed anything or even if our guests needed anything, she was right there to get whatever we needed. We love Emily so much and are so grateful for her! Other staff members like bartenders, servers, and even kitchen staff were all so friendly and professional as well. They did an amazing job accommodating our guests who had dietary restrictions and never made anyone feel like a burden. We love you Red Barn and thank you all again!!!

This is hard to write, not because it was bad but because it was so good I don’t know where to start! When my husband and I went to first took at the venue, the second I stepped in I immediately started to tear up because I knew that this was the place that I was going to marry my best friend! Then on our second trip up we got to meet our wedding coordinator Alex, OMG I could write a whole review just about Alex. She was absolutely amazing! The venue is so beautiful, clean, and according to my bridesmaids that the bathrooms are a 15/10. The food was so good everyone is still raving about the steak tips! Everything was so easy with this venue. Any question I had Alex always got an answer for me almost immediately, I would email her at midnight with questions that would pop into my head and by 9am and always had an email from her with the answers to my questions! If I didn’t have such an amazing coordinator I would have lost my mind in the very beginning ! The ceremony space is absolutely gorgeous! Everyone loved that it was small enough so that it felt intimate and everyone could hear everything but also big enough that there was room for our 130 guests! There are so many things that I could say about this venue but it wouldn’t do it justice. Alex was even putting the boutonnières on the boys. She went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful! We were on schedule the whole night, she helped fix my bustle when it broke, and she made sure we sat down to eat dinner! The Red Barn at Outlook Farm was an absolute DREAM of a wedding venue! From the very first time we saw pictures of it online, we knew it was the right place for us. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and quite literally every single vendor we hired who had worked with the Red Barn in the past said to us, \"Oh my gosh, I absolutely LOVE doing weddings there, they are SO on the ball!\". It felt so great to know that we were in good hands. Emily was our coordinator and we absolutely love her. Super professional and friendly, she was the epitome of patience as I walked her through my ridiculous decor sketches at our final meeting, and leading up to the day she always responded to my questions thoroughly and quickly. When the forecast was threatening rain for our day, Emily was completely calm and assured me that the rain plan would be just as great (fortunately, we ended up with absolutely perfect weather!). We had SO many guests gush about how incredibly beautiful the space was and about the phenomenal staff. Every single staff member was kind, thoughtful and attentive -- they completely took care of us! We even had hors d'oeuvres delivered to the bridal suite after the ceremony, which was extremely appreciated when it took 20 minutes to bustle my dress (and by the way, Emily saved the day by helping with that too when the bustle was proving to be a difficult endeavor for my bridal party). All in all, I could not imagine a better venue for our perfect day, and I am so unbelievably grateful to the Red Barn, the staff, and Emily for making our dream day come true. We could not recommend this venue more highly!!!

Absolute perfection! That’s the best way to summarize our wedding at the Red Barn. It exceeded our expectations. From the very first time we stepped inside, we could see our dream wedding coming to life. It’s breathtakingly beautiful, the food was delicious, and we loved that there was space for every type of wedding guest. Alex was BEYOND incredible and executed our vision better than we ever could have imagined!! She was so supportive, flexible, and a calming presence throughout the planning process. She did an excellent job communicating with our guests and vendors to ensure things ran smoothly and checked in with us multiple times throughout the night to see how we were doing.Every single staff member was kind, thoughtful, and professional. When we went through our photobooth guestbook, we found such a sweet surprise: the last page was a picture from the staff with their well wishes. We cannot say enough positive things about our entire experience and recommend the Red Barn to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

Wow this venue is not only beautiful but the staff is amazing as well! We had our wedding here this past Saturday and I was blown away at the professionalism of the team at the red barn. I had the pleasure of working with Alex Jones as our wedding coordinator and she continued checking on the groom and I all night long making sure we had what we needed. She kept us on schedule and knew when to pull us in from pictures so we didn’t lose the guests and so we could start the night of continuous dancing. Alex was also able to give us subtle cues throughout the night if either of us had the deer in headlights look because we forgot what the next step was. As the night and party continued there were some accidents of spilt drinks on the dance floor. The team swiftly and subtly came in dried and cleaned the dance floor with out disturbing anyones groove. The bartenders remembered what I was drinking and had a glass ready for me almost immediately whenever needed. After the ceremony the bridal party groom and I were not forgotton while our guests were having cocktail hour. They had drinks and hand passed snacks for us while we were getting family and bridal party photos. If you’re questioning using their suggested vendors you should just do it because they all worked like a well oiled machine and it made for an extremely smooth night. We had last minute cancellations and additions and Alex had no problem taking care of it and being sure tables and escort cart were set accordingly. The food was delicious and they have a plethora of options. I can’t thank the staff enough for their help making our night so special and seamless. If you choose this as your venue you will have some very happy guests so I think you should just go for it :)

Her attention to detail is part of the reason why I would recommend using the Red Barn. The Red Barn itself was also phenomenal, with great décor (add the bistro lights if possible, they’re well worth the cost) and good food. All of our guests went home very happy. The setting is beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop to a perfect wedding. Kudos to Their wedding coordinator, Alex who expertly guided them through the whole process from planning to clean up. Her ever present smile and calm demeanor kept everyone at ease. She was invaluable on the wedding day making sure everything ran smoothly and even making sure the bride and groom ate and stayed hydrated on a hot day! The food was top notch with servers taking special care of our guests with food allergies. The grounds were manicured and spotless. The Red Barn is such a wonderful venue! Alex (our wedding coordinator from the venue) was absolutely fantastic! She was so communicative and answered all of our questions. The day of the wedding she made she everything ran smoothly and made sure that my husband and I had drink and food during cocktail and dinner hour. Alex did a superb job managing the events of the weekend and coordination with our vendors. It made the day so stress free, which allowed us both to live in the moment and thoroughly enjoy each part of our wedding.The Red Barn itself is so beautiful, the staff is a pleasure to work with, and the food was great. We added a late night station which our guests loved and the Red Barn provided take home boxes which was perfect. Set up, the wedding, and the takedown of decorations is easily managed and stress free. Their coordinator made sure that everything operated smoothly and that our needs were taken care of throughout the weekend. And the venue is just stunning, gorgeous. Our guests gave us so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how it was one of the best weddings they've been to!We could not have been happier with Alex and the venue. Do not hesitate to book the Red Barn for your wedding!

This is the best barn venue we came across in all of New England. It is so beautiful on the inside you don't really need much in the way of decoration. The food was great so no need to figure out catering. Emily Francoeur was our coordinator and she was the absolute best thing about the venue. She had every situation under control I did not worry about a thing the entire day. She communicated so well with every vendor we had, created the entire timeline for the day, and was around whenever we needed her. If you choose this venue I recommend you seek her out to be your coordinator. She thought of things I didn't even consider. The absolute best! The only downside to the venue was waiting for some photo/video shots to be clear of cars since there was a road nearby. Also, the bridal room could use an A/C or at least a fan in there. Other than that, great venue!

Picking the Red Barn for our wedding was the best decision we could have made! Emily was our coordinator and she was absolutely AMAZING. She truly made the whole process incredibly stress-free and enjoyable. I was not the type of bride to want to plan every little detail of the wedding, and this venue was the perfect place for that. The all-inclusive packages make it very easy and the whole venue was even decorated for the holidays, so we didn't have to spend a lot on flowers/decorations (the venue is decorated this way from after Thanksgiving through New Years). Emily was with us every step of the way, always willing to answer any small question or help with any decisions. She also made the actual wedding day go so smoothly and I didn't have to think about the timeline or any logistics the entire day -- I just got to enjoy it! The whole staff and everyone at the venue is so kind and professional as well. You absolutely will not regret booking with the Red Barn!

I cannot say enough good things about the Red Barn! The Red Barn was 1 of 2 venues we looked at in early Spring 2020 and we knew right away that the Red Barn was it! Everything from the beautiful room to the excellent food to the amazing staff- everything is PERFECT! Emily was our wedding coordinator and on the actual day, Colleen was also shadowing her. We love them both! We were lucky to be able to attend 2 food tastings since we moved our wedding once due to COVID, but Emily and staff and were there every step of the way, making everything easy and stress free as possible. I cannot say enough good things about Emily, as she helped my husband and I so much along the way answering our questions and giving her expertise if we were unsure of something. She is nice, outgoing, personable, professional and overall just a great person to be around! She went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process, especially the day of our wedding. Our entire bridal party and family also loved her and gave many compliments after the big day. It is so easy to see that she loves what she does. I can't say enough good things about the Red Barn! The venue is gorgeous and offers beautiful barn vibes but with modern amenities like AC, bathrooms and in-house catering! The way they organize their pricing packages is very transparent and makes it really easy to plan. The food was also great, we had several guests rave about the prime rib we served at our wedding. And finally Emily, our venue coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with! Leading up to the day, she was very responsive and supportive with all our needs and questions. On the actual day, she was a godsend. The day truly could not have happened the way it did without her hard work. She effortlessly exudes a calm, laid-back essence with a professional and sophisticated work ethic, all which made us feel like we didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day. The Red Barn perfectly checked all our boxes and I would choose them over and over again.

Alex, Jessica, and the entire red barn team were simply Amazing from start to finish! Our original wedding date was spring 2020, so you can imagine the stress and anxiety we had with navigating the beginning of Covid and rescheduling etc. Even though a pandemic was completely new to wedding vendors at the time, the red barn kept us updated every step of the way, and had an alternative solution to everything. They were incredibly professional and it was SO clear that they were determined to make our day the best day of our lives, and they absolutely 100% succeeded! Alex was incredibly organized and responsive through the whole process. And the day-of was flawless! Alex was right there at any point of the day, made sure we both had drinks to sip on, gently let us know of the time and when we should be moving on etc. She was just fantastic! We worked with Alex over the course of two years given all our delays, and I feel like she became a friend to us. And I could see how much she enjoys her job. She’s so good at it! I cannot recommend Alex and the red barn enough. Our wedding was an absolute dream!!! Thank you red barn!!

The Red Barn was highly recommended to me for my rustic/barn theme I was going for! Everyone we dealt with from day 1 when we stopped by to look at the venue, up until the wedding day, were absolutely amazing! Our wedding had to be rescheduled due to covid in 2020, but we ended up with an even better date in 2021 thanks to the help of the coordinators at the Red Barn! Emily was our coordinator and she was great! She made everything go smoothly and we received so many compliments from the rehearsal to our wedding day on how great she was and how organized the whole day was! It’s also very affordable! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone! Guests from our wedding are still talking about how amazing everything was! Since the wedding I have been told multiple times by guests that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We had our wedding at the Red Barn at Outlook Farm in October of 2021 and the venue was nothing short of perfect. Our wedding coordinator Emily made sure the day went off without a hitch, she was an excellent communicator and really took the stress out of planning a wedding. The process was very straight forward and Emily made sure that we thought of everything to make the day completely about us. The venue itself was amazing - we both come from big families so we needed a venue that could support a guest list of 200+ which the barn can accommodate. The venue covers everything aside from the flowers, decorations, and dessert. The packages are all clearly laid out for you and there are absolutely no hidden costs.The views around the golf course are outstanding for pictures.Overall, the Red Barn and especially Emily made our wedding everything we dreamed of. I highly recommend thinking of this venue when it comes to having your wedding.

The venue was able to accommodate all of our requests throughout the planning to the wedding day. They were flexible with allowing us to view the space multiple times prior to our date and answered all questions promptly throughout the planning process.We could not believe how beautiful the Red Barn was on our wedding day. All of our decorations were arranged so beautifully in a way that made the reception so personal and really feel like our own. I can’t say enough positive about the Red Barn At Outlook Farm. After rescheduling and then having a very small wedding in 2020 in KC, my son and new daughter-in-law we were able host a beautiful, fun, festive, full celebratory reception in 2021 for all our friends and family that hadn’t been able to travel the prior year. Emily at the Red Barn at Outlook Farm was wonderful to work with, accommodating, understanding, extremely easy-going, helpful and positive. She calmly helped navigate the unusual situation we all found ourselves in - we really aopreciate it! We made most of the plans from long-distance, the bride and groom attended a delicious and lovely tasting and we used their recommended vendors. It was so easy to plan and the day of was no-stress and very fun! Its a gorgeous venue, the food was excellent. The flowers from Distinct Floral Designs by Anne Marshall were showstoppers; DJ Dave from Fred Pappalardo was classy and kept the dance floor packed all night and the desserts from Sweetened Memories Bakery were delicious (each of these vendors was recommened by the Red Barn and all so easy to work with and perfect - I recommend them all). I wouldn’t change a thing, except the rainy weather - but it was lovely and festive inside. Thank you for beautiful memories.

We could not have had a better experience with the Red Barn at Outlook Farm. Our coordinator Emily was amazing and so helpful in making our wedding day exactly what we wanted. The venue is gorgeous and the staff went above and beyond. Our guests raved about the food offerings as well! We are thankful that there is a golf course and restaurant on site so we can visit for years to come. I would highly recommend working with the Red Barn and their staff if you're looking for the perfect stress-free wedding day. We also were able to book out the new Stage House Inn hotel which was amazing! On a side note don't forget to visit Dufour for dinner after you visit the Red Barn.

The Red Barn is truly the best! Where to even begin. Alex Jones was our coordinator and we could not have done it without her. She was so relaxed but also super efficient and we were so confident in everything leading up to the wedding and the day of because of her. She was so helpful to us prior to the wedding (answering all of my emails and questions) and I did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding because I knew Alex had it all under control. The Red Barn and the golf course are so beautiful and they make for some amazing wedding photos. We had our ceremony in front of the tree outside and it was perfect. The food was great. Everyone raved about it. We highly recommend the Red Barn (we are sad that our day is over and we can't relive it there again)! Everything we wanted and more.

We absolutely loved having our wedding at the Red Barn. It is a truly beautiful venue, and the staff worked so hard to make sure our day went smoothly. Alex was our wedding coordinator and we cannot say enough great things about her. She was incredibly organized and responsive throughout all stages of planning. Most importantly, she ensured the timing of everything at the wedding/reception flowed perfectly. It was so great to not have to worry about any details and just focus on enjoying our wedding. We received so many compliments about the food – they are very accommodating for all allergies and made sure to check in with each guest about any listed allergies. Finally, we really appreciated how pretty the venue is all on its own – we didn’t need to get a ton of decorations to dress it up. We also highly recommend staying at the sister property, the Stage House Inn. There are beautiful rooms and suites, perfect for getting ready with the bridal party. We loved the entire experience and would definitely recommend it to others!

Looking for a beautiful, unique, fun venue.. The Red Barn fits all of that. From the golf course views, to the veranda, the garden with a gazebo or maple tree, your pictures will look beautiful no matter what! Great location for our family coming from MA , ME and NHWe had such an experience planning out wedding, we had booked in 2018 for a 2020 wedding, and COVID had made that very challenging. At the time, we had a different wedding coordinator and the management wasn't really working with us in regards to postponing due to the Maine state mandates at that time. However, after meeting with the venue and management, we were able to postpone. With postponing we got a new coordinator- Alex.Alex is absolutely amazing! Not only did she respond to my many emails in a timely manner, she was just a great person to vent to with all the wedding planning stress. I would constantly ask for feedback and she always has multiple ideas to help me. Our parents had amazing things to say about her from our rehearsal, to the day of! After waiting 2 years for this because of COVID, as we showed up for our rehearsal, we found out it was supposed to be severe thunderstorms the following day on our wedding. I was upset, but sure enough Alex still made me think positively and explained how beautiful the day would be. She was absolutely right, getting married inside turned out to be stunning and I felt like a princess!Only thing we recommend is, the bridal suite was extremely hot while getting ready, didn't seem like AC was working. Also we did scalloped potatoes after having them at the tasting (and were absolutely amazing), but at the wedding they were under cooked, we did tell Alex and the chef made my husband and I a new order of them, but we did have guests mention to us their's weren't cook. But the rest of the food (steak and chicken) were awesome!These are just some little things to keep in mind, and minor details, because at the end of the day I would recommend The Red Barn to anyone, because our family and friends are still talking about it!

Booking your wedding at the Red Barn at Outlook farm is the BEST decision you could make for your wedding! We got married here in August of 2021. We had Emily as our wedding coordinator. Emily was absolutely fantastic with handling our entire event! We had both our ceremony and reception at the Red Barn. Everything was taken care of from the moment we walked in to book the venue. To start the venue itself is stunning, the high ceilings and open beams were exactly what we were looking for! The options for ceremony sites were all gorgeous. We decided on an outdoor ceremony but if weather wasn’t going to cooperate we were able to move it indoors and still have the space for reception. They had everything thought of before we even had to ask, it was a weight off for sure. Emily was great to work with throughout the whole process. Since we were in the middle of COVID when we booked she worked with us through all of our hesitations and concerns and helped us stay at ease in case anything had to change. She made the planning process super easy. All of the questions we had she always had an answer and if she didn’t she would get back to us within 24 hours with the answer. The food options were all well spelled out in the packets and made it very simple to decide what food and beverage packages we wanted. They also had a list of recommended vendors that they had worked with in the past which made it even easier to decide where to go for cake and flowers! On the day of, Emily was our go to person, she had all the decorations we provided setup exactly how we wanted them and if we had any hiccups she was always right there to handle them. The food was delicious from passed hors d’oeuvres to the plated meals. Our guests are still raving over the food and the atmosphere that we had there. The grounds are gorgeous and perfect for the wedding day photos you want to take. Emily knew all of the best spots that we could use to take stunning sunset pictures. We highly recommend the Red Barn and the coordinators that they have there. Hands down the best place to work with!

I cannot say enough good things about the Red Barn! My fiancé and I booked in October 2019 for a June 2021 wedding. Luckily by our wedding date the state of Maine had relaxed COVID guidelines enough that our wedding went as we had imagined it when we booked pre-COVID. However we certainly had a lot of questions and “what-ifs” during the planning process that the Red Barn always had quick answers for! The pricing at the Red Barn was super easy to understand so as we were questioning how many guests we would be able to have due to COVID, it was always simple to figure out what that meant for our pricing and budget. Our coordinator, Emily, was an absolute rockstar. She made the whole process virtually stress free, including the day of our wedding! She beautifully decorated the already amazing venue, kept the day on schedule, and made sure we had nothing to worry about other than having fun. The Red Barn itself is absolutely stunning and the property has so many amazing places to take photos. There is a 3D virtual tour of the venue on their website which made planning that much easier - you could \"visit\" the venue whenever needed! That said, Emily was also nice enough to give us a number of impromptu walk-throughs when we brought our friends and family to see the venue ahead of the wedding :)We had perfect weather and got married in front of the gazebo in the ceremony garden. However one of the reasons we chose the venue was because the inside ceremony option (in case of rain) was equally as beautiful and unique. One less thing to stress about! Our guests continue to compliment the venue and describe the food as some of the best they have had at a wedding.

We LOVED the Red Barn. My fiance and I booked the venue in October 2019 for an August 2020 wedding. We did postpone due to COVID and ultimately were married in April 2021 with 97 guests present. The staff at the Red Barn were beyond accommodating for us during the entire pandemic postponement process, and they made an incredibly stressful time more manageable.Our wedding day was delightful. The venue was beautiful. Emily, our coordinator, was amazing. She offered direction, pep talks, reminded us to eat, and made sure everything ran on schedule. We know she did so much more than that behind the scenes - we're in awe thinking about it. Our guests have continued to share with us how much fun they had, how much they enjoyed the venue, and how good the food was. From start to finish, everything was perfect. During the wedding weekend, we stayed at the Stage House Inn, which is a sister property of the Red Barn. Our family and close friend booked out the entire Inn! I highly recommend all Red Barn couples to consider including this in the wedding weekend plans. You won't regret it. You won't regret selecting the Red Barn either!!

I had a wedding planned here for the early part of 2021. Due to COVID-19, the Governor of Maine has limited the amount of people who can gather indoors to 50. This would include not only the guests of the wedding but the staff needed to hold the wedding. As our contract here was SIGNED for 150 people, you can imagine we decided it would not be possible to hold our wedding on our intended date. With all the stress Covid has caused in planning our big day, we never imagined our venue would add the most stress of all. We came to the emotional decision to just have a small ceremony on our intended date as the next feasible date they had available was for early 2022. With a sizable deposit already placed, the Red Barn wanted to charge us for having a 100 person wedding even though we weren’t having a ceremony there at all let alone having 100 people! We spoke with only our event coordinator who was clearly getting fed information from the owners on how to keep all of our money. The owners stated they would call us, however we are now over a month out and NOTHING! Given the fact the government wouldn’t allow us to get married and the Red Barn cannot fulfill the contract we signed, it’s unfathomable they would conduct business this way. The amount of stress they have added to myself and fiancé when we are supposed to be excited has been the most discouraging thing I have ever seen and wouldn’t ever wish another bride and groom to have to suffer through. Make sure you think long and hard before signing any contracts or hosting a wedding here!

The Red Barn was everything we asked for and more. Leading up to the wedding (pre-COVID), Alex worked with us to answer all questions and make sure we were well taken care of. Without hesitation she replied kindly and professionally to my many, many questions. Once COVID struck, we were concerned with the idea of our big day being cancelled without being given any other options - as we had heard happened with other couples at different venues. This was not at all our experience - again, Alex worked tirelessly to make sure the decision we made was one that we wanted and felt most confident in. We ultimately chose to keep our wedding date and cut of guest list down significantly. From the second we made that decision to the wedding day - the team at Red Barn made sure everything was taken care and seamless. Alex, Emily and the rest or the Red Barn team truly made sure our day was everything we had dreamed of - despite all the changes. We cannot recommend this place more! If you are looking for a beautiful venue, with delicious food and the most amazing staff - look no further!

We could not have asked for a more perfect day. Everything at the Red Barn was perfect. The venue was beautiful, the decorations and set up were impeccable, and we were lucky enough to have the perfect weather on our day. Emily, our coordinator, ensured that everything from start to finish was as smooth as possible. Because of her efforts, my wife and I did not have to worry or stress about anything, because we knew it was all in her extremely capable hands. We could tell that her and the rest of the staff there were the utmost professionals and had done it all before. The food was as delicious as advertised and everyone who was there raved about the meal being so good. The wedding day aside, the Red Barn was nothing but helpful in the time leading up to it. As the state of Maine changed its laws, the Red Barn stayed on top of it and worked with us to ensure that we were able to safely enjoy our night, despite all of the changes thrown at us. I would recommend the Red Barn to anyone looking to get married in the area.

We fell in love with the Red Barn after going to our friends’ wedding there a few years ago and it quickly became one of our top choices when we got engaged and started looking at venues. Jeseca was very helpful during our tour and easily convinced us to book our wedding at the Red Barn since the venue and grounds are beautiful and the wedding packages are diverse and affordable. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was really stressful for multiple reasons, but the Red Barn was amazing through it all and made the process so much easier. Our wedding coordinator, Alex Jones, was fantastic and was really great to work with over the past year while planning our wedding. We had many concerns around having a wedding during a pandemic and she put us at ease and made us feel confident about having a safe wedding. We originally planned to have a 130 person guest list but due to the pandemic had to downsize to under 50 guests and Alex was very understanding and accommodating of our plans and any last minute changes we had. Alex and Emily were exceptional to work with and coordinated all the little details that made our wedding a dream come true - they made sure we were on schedule and everything ran smoothly and they didn’t miss a beat! The venue looked beautiful, the food and service was amazing and all our guests had a great time! The staff followed all the health and safety guidelines and the venue had all the appropriate precautions in place to make us and our guests feel safe. We were very pleased with the service and experience at the Red Barn and would highly recommend having a wedding there - they are great to work with!

Where do we even begin! From the moment we stepped into the Red Barn for a tour, we cancelled all our other appointments. This place is nothing short of spectacular and we knew immediately that it was the venue for us! Our wedding coordinator, Alex was outstanding. Every last detail was taken care of to perfection. The room was exactly what we envisioned and simply breathtaking. She kept us calm and always knew when to check in and provide guidance and make sure we had everything we needed. Coming from out of state made could have made planning a challenge, but Alex made it easy and enjoyable!Every member of the staff was professional and accommodating. The drinks were served quickly and the hors d’oeuvres were always replenished. The food was incredible. We received numerous compliments that our wedding was the best wedding people ever attended and we owe that to the staff at the Red Barn. This place is magical and we couldn’t be happier with our how our day turned out.

From the second we entered Jesesca was there to provide us with friendly service and to paint a vivid picture of of what our wedding day would be like. It was a no brainer to have our wedding at the Red Barn. We were paired with Alex, she is nothing short of a dream. Leading up to the wedding Alex provided us with support and suggestions that would make our day memorable. On the day of she treated us and our family like royalty. She was so organized and kept checking in on all of us, she truly helped to make our wedding run seamlessly. Our friends and family couldn't stop commenting on how great she was, how amazing the food was, and that they had the best time. We chose the Red Barn for our wedding ceremony and reception! Everyone who works there was extremely professional and knew what they were doing! Our coordinator Alex made me feel relaxed and took care of everything! The month before the wedding I was in communication with her almost daily with questions! She never made me feel like I was bothering her or annoying her with questions she set up all of our centerpieces and table extras! Everything was beautiful! She made me feel calm day of and I it helped me to relax and enjoy our wedding day! The venue was perfect! Food and drink service was amazing! There are no hidden fees or extra cost! When you meet with them they discuss everything up front so you can plan financially for the big day! I would definitely recommend the Red Barn to everyone!!!

We got married at The Red Barn last month and it was the best day ever! We knew even before we got engaged that this was the venue for us. Aside from how beautiful the space is, both inside and out, the entire wedding process was a breeze, thanks to Alex. She made everything SO easy and answered any questions we had right away. On the wedding day itself she was a magician and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted at all times, and helped the entire day/evening go more smoothly than we ever could have imagined. We literally had nothing to worry about all day, it was such an amazing and reassuring feeling. So many of our guests have told us that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to, with the best wedding food they've ever had. We wish we could get married there every weekend!

From the moment we stepped foot into the Red Barn, we knew it was the venue for us. There is something truly magical about this place. Our wedding planner was Carlee - we were beyond impressed by her calm demeanor, her organization throughout the progress, her promptness of responding to our crazy last minute emails, and her ability to create the absolute perfect day for us. Everyone at the Red Barn from the servers to the bartenders to the golf course staff was pleasant, efficient, and cheerful, a true reflection of this incredible place. We loved the brightness and open feel of the reception area, the simplicity and beauty of the large tree (where we had our reception), and the many great spots for photo ops. AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS, THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. We wouldn't have wanted to get married anywhere else. The Red Barn is perfection.

The Red Barn is seriously a dream! My parents actually discovered it and as soon as we went to visit it we fell in love and knew we had to get married there. Carlee was our wedding planner and she was nothing short of amazing through the entire process. She is so organized and not a single detail is not attended to which was perfect because my mother and I are extremely detail oriented and like to get things done in advance. The venue itself is beautiful on it's own, but also provides the perfect setting for any type of decor style you could want. The food is also that of a 5 star restaurant, and the service staff are the best in the business hands down. We could not have imagined a more amazing wedding day and I can honestly say that not a SINGLE thing wasn't short of perfect. We cannot thank the Red Barn and Carlee enough helping to make our dream wedding come true!

We had our wedding at the Red Barn on June 29 (last month) and it was fantastic! Nora and I felt so taken care of by the Red Barn staff throughout the process, but especially in the week leading up to the wedding, and the day of. Alex was our wedding coordinator and she was on point! With some weather concerns before the day of our wedding (it turned out to be a beautiful day), Alex was incredibly calm and reassuring with our plan. The venue is beautiful, and we knew if the wedding had to be indoors, it would be great, but having it outdoors was a priority - and we pulled it off! We could not have asked for a better wedding experience, and I can't wait to go back to Red Barn to play golf (the course is amazing), and relive our day there.

We chose The Red Barn at Outlook Farm as our wedding venue due to the simplistic charm, cleanliness and beauty of the property. The modern barn’s stunning architecture allows a minimalistic approach to additional décor. We received a lot of comments from our guests on how beautiful the facility was. The Red Barn’s inclusive packages of catering, tables, chairs, linens and a ceremony location allowed for a cost effective and reduced stress planning process knowing these items did not require coordination with an outside vendor. In addition, The Red Barn assisted in coordination of the outside vendors, including the DJ, Videographer, Florist and Bakery to make sure every minor detail was addressed. For every event, the Red Barn assigns an in-house coordinator. We were assigned Alex, who was excellent! She clearly has a lot of experience in the wedding business, is passionate about what she does, and takes pride in her work. She was extremely responsive with all communication during the planning process and accommodated all our needs. Our parents continue to comment on how on top of everything Alex was during our wedding, making sure every detail was addressed and the day ran smoothly. She is a major asset to the venue, and we were so pleased to have worked with her. The Red Barn at Outlook Farm was clearly the right choice for our special day and we couldn’t be happier with their service.

I cannot say enough good things about the way Outlook Farm does weddings. Our wedding was this past Saturday, and it was incredible, largely in part to this venue's ability to execute a wedding ceremony and reception quite perfectly. Not only is this location beyond gorgeous, everyone here just has everything down to a science. We had an \"all inclusive\" package, so they took care of it all, from the ceremony itself, to the linens on the tables. The food was delicious and warm when served (as well as customized for those who had allergies or vegan preferences at no extra charge), the open bar flowed with premium beverages, and the entire evening was perfectly organized and went off without a hitch. Alli was an amazing coordinator and was on top of EVERYTHING, always responding quickly to concerns or questions, and even set up my photography booth for me the night before, as well as had a 'card basket' ready for our gift table when I realized i'd forgotten mine! She's fabulous!As an extra bonus, they do a complimentary dinner and tasting a few months prior for couples who have booked with them...it was so nice to be able to sample everything before we chose our menu, as well as mingle with the other couples getting married in the same season! Also fantastic, the place is so beautiful it needs very minimal decor, saving quite a few dollars in floral and lighting. Where do I begin...The Red Barn At Outlook Farm was THE BEST VENUE EVER! I honestly can't find words to describe how incredible Alli & the entire staff was the night of our wedding. I can't tell you how many guests told me it was the most beautiful venue they'd ever seen & how incredible the food was. From day one Alli helped me craft my vision & supported every decision & little detail I wanted. She was extremely responsive and coordinated everything with all of our vendors taking the burden off of me. By the end of it all I feel like I have a new friend :) I am SOOO happy we chose the Red Barn for our wedding, it was truly a dream come true. I can't wait to share the pictures & video soon! :)

We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at the Red Barn! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and all the staff there made the process super easy! Carlee was our Coordinator and we can't say enough wonderful things about her! She was so organized and easy to work with. We always knew when she needed information from us and there was never any surprises. She set up our decorations better than we could have ourselves. She really got to know us as a couple and made us feel so stress-free about our reception. She kept things moving along without feeling like things were rushed. I would do it all over with her and The Red Barn again in a heartbeat!

I love, love, love The Red Barn at Outlook Farm! I just got married this past weekend and when I say it was the best day of my life, I truly mean it. I've had a vision about how I wanted my wedding to be, look, feel, and everything else for so long and I don't think it would have been possible if I hadn't chosen The Red Barn. I wanted a rustic yet elegant wedding for awhile and this location gives you just that. I'm so lucky I came across it online and after taking a tour of it, I knew immediately I had to book it. In fact, I didn't even bother looking anywhere else. It was perfect. The timeless yet modern elegance of the woodwork, the decor, the stone fireplaces, the beautiful veranda, the high ceilings that go on forever adorned with charming chandeliers - the place speaks for itself. It comes complete with two full bars, beautiful and clean bathrooms, a bridal suite, and both indoor and outdoor space for your ceremony. I had my ceremony inside and the speed at which the staff flipped the room during cocktail hour to transform it into an amazing space for my reception was unreal. The property is so beautiful and gave us so many backdrops for stunning photos. The food is top notch, the staff is impeccable in everything they do, they're professional yet fun and sweet. I cannot say enough about Alli Bicknell; she's one of two coordinators that you're given when you book the venue. The level of organization and knowledge that she has is impressive. She was AMAZING. I could contact her about anything, being the crazy stressed bride I was, and she was so responsive, sweet, positive, and most of all, patient. She never once made me feel like I was a burden, a bother, or ridiculous in any of my questions or concerns. She had all of the timing and coordination with the vendors nailed down and she allowed for my wedding day itself to flow so smoothly without a hitch. I felt like I connected with her so much and she was such an important part of my day. I'm so happy I was paired with her and got to share my experiences with her because not only is she incredible at her job, she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. It was as though I had a best friend there guiding me every step of the way. She is truly skilled and perfect at what she does. I had the best experience at Red Barn, from my wedding day itself to my meeting with Alli, to our food tasting, our initial tour, our rehearsal, and everything in-between. They really think of everything and make your wedding day easy and exactly as you want it. It's a beautiful place in every way imaginable.

This venue was the perfect choice from start to finish. Our daughter and son-in-law were guided through all of the decisions with ease. The barn is stunning day or night! Food was delicious. They were helpful with all the extra personal touches we wanted. And the wait staff was excellent. This venue and personnel deserve a five star rating. Thank you to everyone at The Red Barn for helping to make our daughter’s wedding day beyond perfect.

This is not your ordinary venue. I was having a really hard time finding venues in RI/MA with a date I wanted and within my budget, that wasn't just a typical ballroom. I randomly came across The Red Barn online and I was blown away by the photos. After finding out it was in my budget and they had the date I wanted we went to check it out and it turns out it is even more beautiful in person. It's such a unique barn, I haven't seen anything that compares to it. And my coordinator Alli was incredible. She made wedding planning so easy and our wedding day was such a breeze. Nothing went wrong, everything went so smoothly and my husband and I were able to just enjoy the party and the amazing evening it was. She even made sure we had drinks while we were taking pictures and a drink waiting for us at out table! It was raining at our rehearsal so we weren't able to set up the ceremony space and I showed her a photo of how I wanted to plants and pumpkins and she had it set up even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I literally didn't have a single worry on my wedding day. We had 100 people at our wedding and I was slightly worried the room would look a little empty but I didn't look for feel that way at all. They are absolute pros at setting up the venue. Our wedding was crazy and everyone was on the dance floor the entire night and I thought the size was absolutely perfect for the amount of people we had. Also, shout out to Alli and anyone else involved in lighting the million candles we had on the tables and the mantels! It was gorgeous!! Not just saying it because it was my own wedding, but honestly it was the most stunning wedding venue I've been to. They were also nice enough to waive the ceremony fee for us because my husband is a veteran. This venue and the people of The Red Barn are all class. Our wedding was perfect and we owe so much of that to the amazing people that made it happen. BEST VENUE EVER!

The Red Barn was an absolutely beautiful venue for our wedding. We are from Massachusetts and were looking for the perfect \"mini-destination\" wedding for our special weekend. On our first meeting with Jeseca, we got to stroll through the beautifully landscaped grounds, view the picturesque ceremony area, walk the stone-patio veranda overlooking the golf course and foliage, and then we moved inside to the spacious cocktail hour area with gorgeous tall ceilings and a reception room with an enormous fireplace & beautiful wall-to-wall pine throughout. The entire venue made our eyes light up. When we decided to book, Alli was our wedding coordinator and she was AMAZING!! Everything we asked for, she made happen. EVERY silly, ridiculous, and mundane question we asked, she always responded to quickly and professionally. On the day of our event, she was our right-hand woman-- never letting us miss a moment of the day, and always at the ready to get us anything we needed amongst all the hustle, bustle and confusion on the wedding day. Everything went down without a hitch, and we now consider her a part of our family. Every guest told us how blown away they were by the food, hors d'oeuvres, and service. They said the venue was gorgeous and asked how we found it. We recommend a fall wedding -as the fire bushes around the gazebo were an amazing backdrop for our ceremony. We are so thankful to the entire staff a Red Barn for making our wedding day a day to remember!!!

We had our wedding here in January. Such a great decision. If you are considering a winter wedding the space is so big and beautiful - plus the working fireplaces just gave it such a warm intimate feel. We planned our wedding in about 6 months, and while some brides dream of doing everything DIY, that's not me. I wanted everything to just be taken care of for me, and the package they offered did just that. I felt so little stress in the planning process and Carlee (wedding coordinator) was great. They do so much of the legwork, you can just sit back and have fun - which is exactly what we did. We were also happy to find a venue that could accommodate 200+ people with our large family. We have wonderful memories of our wedding at The Red Barn and would not have done anything differently!

The Red Barn at Outlook Farm is a stunning venue. My fiance and I knew it would be \"ours\" the moment we stepped in for our first meeting. Carlee, our coordinator, is the best of the best. She handled every single detail with such care and professionalism. Carlee and the team at the Red Barn allowed us to enjoy the day while they expertly handled the behind-the-scenes logistics. This venue and team has our highest recommendation. If you are considering the Red Barn, do not hesitate!

The Red Barn has special powers! I'm telling you - everything about the venue is magical! It's the first venue that Tim and I looked at and we knew right away that the Red Barn was it! We HAD to get married there! Best decision EVER. I can't even tell how you many guests reached out to say it was the best wedding they've been to. There was something in the air - the energy was just unbelievable. We just got married last Friday, October 5th. Our day was nothing short of spectacular (even the weather was perfect)! I had a few people tell me ahead of time that something would go wrong on my wedding day - that there would be some small hiccup that I would need to just accept and let go to avoid having it ruin the day. I mentally prepared myself for something to go wrong, but NOTHING did. Our wedding ran smoothly and seamlessly from start to finish and we have the Red Barn and our wedding coordinator, Carlee, to thank for that. To say that every interaction that we had with the staff members at the Red Barn was fabulous is not an overstatement. It's to true! From the day we booked, to the day after our wedding when we picked up our things, everyone was fabulous. I never once felt like I was a bother as each staff member that we collaborated with gave us all of the time and attention that we needed. I never felt like I couldn't reach out with questions due to pre-wedding nerves! Carlee was UNBELIEVABLE! The job was truly made for her. She's sweet as can be, so genuine and a true gem. Carlee is so well organized, detail oriented and truly knows what she's doing. She kept things running efficiently all along. When I found out that Carlee would be working with us, I immediately went to read her reviews. I kid you not - every review of her was a glowing one! I knew we were in good hands from the start and that she would make our day a priority. She genuinely card about us and ensured that our day was exactly what we wanted. My mind was at ease the entire time because I was certain Carlee knew what she was doing and that she'd do the job well. Thanks to Carlee, our day was even better than we ever could have ever imagined. She even snapped a picture during the ceremony capturing a great moment of us laughing and sent it to me the day after our wedding with the most thoughtful message. If that doesn't show true dedication to the job, I don't know what does! Book this venue! You can't go wrong. Not only was the staff great, but so was everything else! The grounds are spectacular, the food is delicious and the venue is immaculate. If you're not following the Red Barn on Facebook and/or Instagram, do yourself a favor a check them out. The pictures are reason enough to want to get married there. Gorgeous venue, wonderful people, dream location to get married.

My husband and I were married on 9/2/2018. Our wedding day was truly a fairy tale! We felt like we were royalty! Alli and her team went above and beyond! We took pictures in multiple spots ( the location is stunning) and they had a tray full of appetizers awaiting us. My husband requested a summer beer ( that he did not expect for the Redbarn to have) and within 5 minutes one of the team members had it brought out! We were able to take one of the golf carts out to take some special pictures out on the course. The food was beyond delicious, and the timing of serving the plates was extremely speedy! Everything was truly magical there on our special day! We would love to get married over and over again! Highly recommend the Red Barn!

I could literally write a book about how amazing this venue is. Beyond the obvious that it is an absolutely gorgeous and elegant location to hold a wedding, every single person in their staff is someone you want at your wedding. From the moment we met Carlee (our coordinator) to days after our wedding she was there for us every step of the way and helped us to make our wedding THE MOST PERFECT day of our lives. It was truly an unforgettable experience. The bartenders, waitstaff, day off assistants, all were such amazing people and were always there with a smiling face. The red barn truly lets you make your wedding your own with very few limitations or restrictions and SO MANY delicious options when it comes to food. I cannot reccomed it thank them enough. I love you all and thank you Carlee for a truly perfect wedding day.
