Welcome to The Regency! Close to hotels and nightlife, The Regency is the ideal location for weddings, corporate events, conferences, luncheons and social gatherings. Located in the heart of Historic Downtown St. Cloud, MN, The Regency offers beautiful views of scenic Lake George as well as the fabulously-lit Paramount Theatre and Marquee. Your guests will be welcomed in our stunning atrium featuring our grand staircase, soaring ceilings, and water fountain. inside you will be greeted by a 114' exposed brick wall, historic exposed brick, 12' white exposed ceilings and stunning wood floors. Our professional and friendly staff want you to have an enjoyable and memorable experience, that's why we assist you in the many aspects of planning an event and have one all-inclusive fee. To get you started here are some quick facts about our venue: Our First Floor Ballroom seats up to 350 guests on all round tables. We have a capability to create unique and custom layouts to fit any event’s needs. We also have the ability to create a smaller room for an intimate onsite ceremony (up to 250 people) or cocktail hour and then we can open up to the main ballroom after those events. This also allows you to not have any tables or chairs on your dance floor so you would not need to break any tables down! We have a stunning 114’+ real brick wall inside of our venue that makes for a stunning backdrop along with 12’ ceilings and floor length windows that bring in natural light. Our inclusive pricing includes all set up and tear down for chairs and tables, bar set up, microphone, projector and projector screen use, cake tables, gift tables and an onsite coordinator day of your event. We also have a Weekend buy out package option and Bridal Suite that you can utilize for additional cost. We are within walking distance to all downtown hotels. Also, close to downtown nightlife for bar hopping during cocktail hour and the after party! We work exclusively with Custom Catering by Short Stop for all of your catering needs. Their pricing is very comparable to other rates around town, there is no food or beverage minimum and you can bring in your own dessert! This venue was everything I could have hoped for. Katelyn, the wedding coordinator was exceptional at her role. She went above and beyond to help us plan the wedding, and the wedding day would not have gone as smoothly without Katelyn. Working with the in-house caterer went very smoothly. Would absolutely recommend this venue to any future brides (and grooms). The cost was reasonable and within the market price range. Overall, our experience was incredible!

Great venue for a wedding. Katelyn is such a great communicator and person to work with. She takes as much stress as she can off the bride and groom. Our day turned out better than we expected it to thanks to Katelyn’s coordination. The staff did an amazing job and were respectful to all our guests.

From the moment we toured The Regency with Katelyn, we knew this was the venue for us. At the time of our tour it was still under major construction but Katelyn did such an amazing job sharing her vision and hope for the space that we fell in love with it! The space is so beautiful and big. We loved that setup and take down (tables, chairs, linens) was handled by The Regency staff. The option to keep the decorations in the bridal suite after the wedding was a really nice perk and was welcome after an already long day. We picked up everything the morning after and it was so easy! Honestly the biggest reason I selected The Regency as my venue is because of the day of coordinator. We lucked out with Katelyn at every step of the way and my nerves were soothed by her presence. I’m forever grateful for this beautiful venue being the setting for my most favorite day. I still find myself looking at all my wedding pictures and dreaming that the day could happen again and again. It was perfect.

The Regency Venue is incredible! If you are looking for a classy, urban and unique venue this is it. Plenty of locations for beautiful photos, hotels for guests to stay, and bars/ restaurants for out of town visitors all in walking distance. Our out of town guests are still raving over how convenient it all was!We had our wedding here and it comfortably fit over 300 guests for cocktail hour, dinner, and dance. The open concept and beautiful- raw beams and brick wall make for a stunning, simple & elegant event! We got ready in the bridal suite which is stunning & spacious, the best part was the champagne pop on the balcony! Regency truly has it figured out from top to bottom.The regency & Custom Catering staff was very communicative and the food is the best we have had! Our guest are still talking about the venue, food, & personalized dessert. The photo wall was a last minute add and it made for such great photos to look back on! We couldn't be happier with our decision to have our Wedding reception at The Regency!

The Regency Venue is a hidden gem! We considered and toured many venues in the twin cities and without a doubt, going with The Regency was one of the best decisions we made! From the price, to the catering, and overall service - it was truly 5 star (if we could rate it higher, we would)! From the start, it was clear that Katelyn truly cared that we had the best wedding possible and took time to get to know us as a couple! Her response time was out of this world!! She responded to any and every question (even the silly and anxious ones) within a day and more often within hours! She also spent the day before our wedding setting up and decorating the Bridal Suite (huge bonus - and room) to make sure it was perfect and ready to go! She was there throughout our wedding day to make sure things went smoothly, which they totally did!The Regency is not only BEAUTIFUL, but they made everything easy on and for us! We cannot offer a stronger recommendation for this venue! It was perfect!M&M

I could not recommend The Regency Venue enough. From the day, we booked a year and a half prior to our wedding, to our wedding day it was a phenomenal experience. Katelyn is great at communicating and really makes an effort to get to know her brides. Our day of coordinator, Elise, was amazing and ensured that our day went smoothly. The venue itself is GORGEOUS. Newly renovated to its bones with the original brick exposed and a large concrete fireplace. From the venue itself to it's amazing team, booking this venue was the best thing I did for my wedding.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! We worked with both Katelyn and Elise, Elise was our day of coordinator. Both ladies were fabulous to work with. Elise had her hands full with our bridal party of 20...She was able to keep us in check, on time, and ready for the big event. If there was a glitch or a hiccup, I wouldn't be able to tell you about it. Elise had everything covered and taken care of so that my husband and I could truly enjoy our guests and our special day!

They went above and beyond (and beyond, and beyond) to help us navigate the changing mandates in a way that allowed for a safe guest experience without loosing any of the fun. I recommend The Regency for anyone looking for an impeccable/impressive space and an amazing support and coordination team for their event. Plus the venue was so beautiful we really saved on décor - it has so much to offer.

My daughter's wedding was this past weekend at The Regency and everything was exceptionally done! From the first meeting, until the moment we wrapped up we felt catered to. Katelyn was phenomenal to work with through the entire process. Every question we had was thoroughly and quickly answered. The catering and bar staff went above and beyond! The food was absolutely delicious. We had several comments on the amazing meal and all around amazing reception!

They provided enough space for everyone to get ready, and allowed us plenty of time to get everything set up the way we wanted it. They have great connections with Geyer Rental and are catered by Custom Catering by Short Stop - both amazing companies that come together to make a BEAUTIFUL wedding reception. We had our wedding in November and the patio was perfect for pictures and entertainment for the kids. We loved having our groom's dinner in the suite the night before our wedding and it was super helpful to be able to get ready at the Regency in the morning and to keep our items locked and secured there when we went to the church to get married and come back. I would highly recommend using the suite for a cocktail hour - our guests LOVED it! Such wonderful staff that truly care about making your wedding day special!

The price for the venue itself is very reasonable and I highly recommend renting out the whole place as it makes the event so much more private! The staff was very accomodating and helpful throughout the whole process. We had our pictures taken by Lake George which is very close and also the lovely Paramount Theatre. Would highly recommend.

We had the BEST experience at 912 Regency Plaza. The staff was all around amazing; our coordinator, Kasey, helped prepare everything for the wedding day, as well as made sure everything was running smoothly behind the scenes. The catering staff was friendly and efficient, and the bar staff was very attentive. The space is beautiful and the staff will help you make your dreams come true here! We had a unique table set up for our reception and they said, \"no problem!\" Our wedding day was in winter and so we had many photos inside, and unlike many venues, there are many places to take amazing photos indoors here - but the outdoor patio on floor 3 is magical, no matter what temperature it is! We could not be happier with our experience here! The price is also very reasonable. We would recommend Regency 11/10! P.S. Book the Bridal Suite - it's so glamorous!

The staff was all around amazing; our coordinator, Kasey, helped prepare everything for the wedding day, as well as made sure everything was running smoothly behind the scenes. The catering staff was friendly and efficient, and the bar staff was very attentive. The space is beautiful and the staff will help you make your dreams come true here! We had a unique table set up for our reception and they said, \"no problem!\" Our wedding day was in winter and so we had many photos inside, and unlike many venues, there are many places to take amazing photos indoors here - but the outdoor patio on floor 3 is magical, no matter what temperature it is! We could not be happier with our experience here! The price is also very reasonable. We would recommend Regency 11/10! P.S. Book the Bridal Suite - it's so glamorous!

Very beautiful place to have a wedding in central Minnesota. Overlooks the beautiful Lake George. It has a very elegant feel to it and the staff were wonderful to work with as well.

We choose the Regency because we could have the entire wedding in the same building. We had the Bridal Suite (which is stunning) to get ready in, ceremony in the ballroom, cocktail hour in the Signature Room and reception right back upstairs. Our guests loved that they didn't have to go anywhere the whole day and after the wedding we were walking distance from downtown and the hotels! Not only is the venue beautiful but if you book the Regency you get Katelyn with it and she is a rockstar. She was the most responsive of all my vendors, patient with my millions of questions and made sure things ran beautifully on the big day!

In my opinion, this is the most elegant & beautiful venue in Central Minnesota & is insanely affordable! Katelyn Kelly, who manages the venue (and is your free day of coordinator), is AMAZING! She is not only very professional & great at what she does, but she is a wonderful person & a joy to work with. She promptly responded to EVERY question both my mom & I had, & was insanely helpful during the planning process & on the big day. We got to decorate the space to our hearts desire but didn't need to, because the space is already gorgeous & we didn't want to cover it up (plus it saved us money on decor). There is amazing natural light throughout AND a large outdoor patio space so you're not stuck celebrating in a cement box! Being located downtown St. Cloud is soooooo convenient because it is a walk away from hotels & the bar scene. If I had to do it all over again I would choose the Regency 100 times over. I recommend all brides in the area to take a tour of the space with Katelyn, you will be blown away!

Meet the The Regency Team
Katelyn Kelly (Events Director) I began my career in the wedding industry in 2012, and got much more involved in the industry as a bride myself. While planning our big day, I was constantly searching for inspiration, but also for more information about the next steps. Needless to say, I never quite found that information, which is why I decided to stay in the industry. I have ran The Regency for 7+ years and truly love working with our wedding clients and their families. I am here throughout your whole wedding planning process and cant wait to start planning YOUR special day!
