The Reserve at Bluebird Hill was a wonderful venue for my daughter's wedding reception.The hilltop location is beautiful and very photogenic. The building was big enough for our 160 guests to be inside, so no worries about rain or bad weather. The AC worked fine on a hot July afternoon. There was sufficient parking. The building included a nice food prep area that the caterer used to stage and serve the food and drinks.Haley was easy to work with. She arranged security and helped me find reasonable wedding insurance.Our reception went fine with no problems. Several guests complimented the venue. Would definitely recommend.

The Reserve was awesome! Eileen did an incredible job making the simple space beautiful. Parking attendants make parking a breeze, and they have great vendor recommendations to make sure you get everything you need!

We had a beautiful winter wedding at The Reserve. They could not be more accommodating, especially having to deal with weather. Even in the deary winter months this venue is beautiful. My pictures turned out better than I could of ever imagined.

We had an excellent experience and wedding with The Reserve! We would choose them again 100x over. The venue looked absolutely extraordinary and Emily made sure the day was seamless with all of the vendors coming to set up and drop off. She took care of everything we needed! Thank you for making the wedding of my dreams come true! Chris and I are so appreciative!

First let me start off saying that the wedding was beautiful! But there were several things that marred the event. First of all, several of the bridesmaids and myself had money stolen out of the closet that was \"supposed\" to have a functional lock the night of the wedding. Strangely enough, it wasn't working that night. I had to file a police report. Secondly, we were only notified a couple of days ahead of the wedding that we needed to bring a check for $125 for security guard since alcohol was being served. Thirdly, the top of the wedding cake somehow disappeared and no one knew what happened to it. Isn't this the responsibility of the venue? And lastly, several people (including myself) saw Jan Hall's son helping himself to our alcohol, something that Jan vehemently denies. By the way, Jan is always right....just ask her! Be very cautious, brides! It is a beautiful place for a wedding, but the management leaves something to be desired.

Everything about our reception at The Reserve at Bluebird Hill was wonderful. Jan and Paige are amazing to work with and made the process seamless. The beautiful landscape and architecture were everything we looked for in selecting a venue and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

The venue is gorgeous! Jan, the owner, is a big help. the wedding planner was great during the planning process, but on the wedding day was not too much of a help. I would choose this venue again, but would hire a different coordinator for the day of. My wedding was held on a Sunday, which saved me $1,000.

I had my reception at the Reserve at Bluebird Hill and it was wonderful! We had over 300 guest and it accomodated everyone very well. Jan, the owener is a wonder to work with. I would recomend this space to anyone who has a large wedding guest list and desires a lovely space and view.

The Reserve at Bluebird Hill is an absolutely gorgeous venue. It sits at the top of a hill overlooking Noah's Ark horse farm. We got so many complements on how beautiful everything looked at our wedding reception. The owner, Jan Hall, was great in helping us pick our other vendors and was always available for any questions I had. Overall it is a beautiful and perfect place for a wedding and reception!

I am so happy we chose the Reserve at Bluebird Hill for our wedding! The place is beautiful and the bride room is awesome! The girls and I so enjoyed it and our outdoor ceremony, indoor reception turned out better than I even imagined. I would definitely recommend this venue for your wedding!

The Reserve at Bluebird Hill made our whole wedding. I fell in love with the country chic charm of the place the moment we drove up. Jan was fabulous about taking care of everything and she put up with all our questions and demands. We probably visited the sight 10 times before the actual wedding and she was always happy to help. The view is astounding and there are SO many fabulous places to take pictures. Our photographer was even amazed. Also, the women's bathroom is what really sold me on the deal. It's decorated lavishly and it was a fun place for me and my maids to get ready. It's worth the distance to Lenoir City. Non of our guests had trouble finding it. Choose The Reserve and I promise you will not regret it.

I loved the location. Our picture were awesome! The staff and coorinator were a little scattered and not always readily available. We had to physically look through out the property to find they for things during the reception. They had to be reminded of key decorations that were suposed to be placed after the ceremony int he reception area. great location not so great staff.
