The Reverie Reviews
We held our wedding at the Reverie in chesterfield. The venue is not like an other in stl and that is partly why we chose to do both our ceremony and reception there. We worked closely with both Caroline and Tyler on every aspect of the event. They were amazing!! Not only were they professional, experienced and friendly, they were both fun to be around. The dinner was exceptional, as we had expected when we learned that The Reverie was part of the Butler's Pantry company. Our guests were blown away by both the warmth and beauty of the venue as well as the delicious dinner and service.I can't say enough about how thrilled we were to have our special day at The Reverie!

It is hard to put into words how amazing the staff at The Reverie & Butler’s Pantry are. Our dream wedding became a reality because of their hard work & dedication. Kaitlyn & Lauren with Butler’s Pantry were an absolute pleasure to work with. The minute we met them & walked into The Reverie, we knew our search for a reception venue & caterer were over. Planning our wedding was easy because of these two incredible women. From their quick responses to my endless emails, to their flexibility around our busy work schedules to meet with us. I cannot praise them enough! We are actually sad that our days working with them are over! Our guests raved about the excellent service & kindness from the entire staff the night of our wedding. Not one glass was empty all night because of the attentiveness & awareness from the incredible staff working that evening. The food was impeccable. Our tasting with Butler’s Pantry in March was so impressive, we couldn’t even imagine how blown away we’d be on the wedding day. And to say we were blown away was an understatement. The menu exceeded our expectations & was absolutely delicious. In the few days following our wedding, many of our guests have told us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to & we know that is because of The Reverie & Butler’s Pantry. I could go on & on about this beautiful venue & it’s wonderful staff, but I will end with saying that we truly had the best experience & day of our lives at The Reverie! Unforgettable!

Richard Nix, Jr. (President) A St. Louis native, Richard L. Nix, Jr. has strong roots in the St. Louis community. Nix was not only raised in St. Louis, but raised in catering. His Father, Richard Nix, Sr., started the company in 1966, with his wife, Anita. The second generation joined the family business in 1988 and Nix officially took over from his Father in 1992. He’s been growing the company ever since.With over 60 full-time employees, nearly 200 part-timers, 5 Exclusive Venues, and 40+ preferred venues, Butler’s Pantry has become the leader in catering, dining & entertaining in St. Louis.
