We had the absolute best time during our wedding reception at The Rittenhouse Hotel and would not change a thing! Everyone who was a part of the weekend - from the hotel front desk to the servers to the coat check person to the service managers - were so attentive, kind and friendly. All of our guests were raving about how delicious the food was and were very impressed how well the food was prepared with tableside ordering for 140 people. Our wedding cake was beautiful and so delicious! All of the Kailey's and The Rittenhouse Team's planning, attention to detail, and thought that went into the event made it an easy planning experience on our end and wonderful event! It will be a special weekend that we will remember for the rest of our lives!

There aren’t enough adjectives to describe the exceptional service we received from Jessica, Lanay, Bruce and the staff at The Rittenhouse Hotel for my daughter’s wedding. It was everything we had hoped for and more!! I’m sad it’s over because I felt like Jessica and Lanay became a part of my crazy family in the past year and a half. They will always have a very special place in my heart. xoxo

The Rittenhouse does not disappoint, and I think all 200+ of my guest would agree. We had some out of town guests so we knew we wanted to have our wedding at a venue that was also a hotel. If I had to do it all over again and had 0 out of town guests this would still be my first choice. The hospitality, food quality, drinks and more are top notch. From the beginning of my wedding planning process to the end they were so accommodating to all of our requests. Even the tasting was a beautiful presentation. Lanay Jessica and Bruce were great to work with! Thank you for making my day beautiful and perfect!

The Rittenhouse does not disappoint, and I think all 200+ of my guest would agree. We had some out of town guests so we knew we wanted to have our wedding at a venue that was also a hotel. If I had to do it all over again and had 0 out of town guests this would still be my first choice. The hospitality, food quality, drinks and more are top notch. From the beginning of my wedding planning process to the end they were so accommodating to all of our requests. Even the tasting was a beautiful presentation. Lanay Jessica and Bruce were great to work with! Thank you for making my day beautiful and perfect!

Our entire Wedding Weekend took place at the Rittenhouse Hotel and each individual experience we had there made it a magic moment in our lives. The Rittenhouse is truly exceptional and their service is outstanding. Starting at check in, the whole Wedding Party felt like royalty. Our rooms were ready early and of course they were gorgeous and comfortable.These rooms were some of the best hotel rooms many of Wedding Party had ever stayed in and they felt pampered and glamourous. The staff treated my husband and I to a Bridal Suite gift upon arrival and we wanted for nothing the entire time.The Reception was beautiful and the service provided was outstanding. The Cocktail Hour and After Party were perfect and everyone kept raving about how incredible the food and cake were. We were told by our guests that it was the most delicious wedding food they had ever had. If you are looking for food to serve at the Cocktail Hour get the Dim Sum- our guests went crazy for it! We also had Bridal Party hair and make-up done in the salon and I cannot recommend that enough. Every staff member was amazing and they truly are artists. Not to mention that the food provided was delicious as well. The Brunch on Sunday was a feast; there were so many delicious options that guests had multiple helpings. Originally we were going to have our Brunch downstairs but so many people stayed over that we had a Brunch for 90 guests. Instead of the Rittenhouse telling us that it would be impossible to accommodate so many guests when we had originally anticipated 40 people, the Rittenhouse moved us to the Ballroom and made it happen! Again, the Rittenhouse went above and beyond. This hotel, its location, its staff, and its catering are incredible. This is easily the best Wedding and Reception Venue in Philadelphia.

From the moment that we first considered where in Center City to get married, The Rittenhouse was at the top of our list. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the absolutely amazing experience that we had working with Lanay and Jessica. They were the epitome of top notch care and hospitality, and went above and beyond at every step to ensure that our wedding reception was flawless. Starting with the planning stages, they were attentive to our requests and creative with their responses. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and every request for accommodation was perfectly executed. We had a great time during our tasting at Lacroix, and really got a chance to explore the catering menu. One of the most important things that we were looking for was exquisite food. Not a week goes by without one of our guests raving about the dinner and hors d'oeuvres. As far as the actual weekend of the wedding, we were treated with the highest level of care and courtesy throughout the hotel. We had a beautiful suite overlooking the park which was perfect for meeting for pictures and pre-ceremony brunch. Our families and a large amount of our bridal party took full advantage of the spa and salon, and had phenomenal experiences. Jessica and her team were attentive and flexible throughout our wedding day, even bending over backwards at a moments notice to cover down on some things that we as a couple had missed during our planning. When we returned from our ceremony and pictures, Lanay and Jessica were standing by to make sure that everything was perfect--and it was! We had cocktails and appetizers waiting for us in the bridal suite, and we cannot underline enough the complete level of care that we felt from start to finish. Once we had finished bustling, we made our way down to the cocktail hour, which was beyond elegant. We had a very large guest count, but the lobby and tea room made for an exquisite backdrop with plenty of room to feel comfortable. The serving staff was welcoming, with everyone knowing our name, and seamless in their ability to quickly respond to any requests. The ballroom was perfect for our reception, with the dance floor consistently full but not congested. Bruce and his team were the epitome of professionalism and perfection with everything running like clockwork. There really was a feeling of timeless elegance throughout every part of our weekend and the staff were no doubt the catalysts. From top to bottom, start to finish, we cannot imagine having a better wedding experience and our guests continue to echo the very same sentiments. We had our wedding here and cannot say enough about how amazing everyone was at The Rittenhouse! First, leading up to the wedding, they were very easy to work with and were willing to accommodate all of our requests (and we had a lot of them!). Second, the wedding day was incredible. We had our ceremony in the ballroom, then we’re ushered downstairs for a cocktail hour, then back upstairs for the reception, and it went seamlessly. Third, the staff was INCREDIBLE throughout the entire weekend. During the wedding, they were close by for any requests that we had and were friendly with all of the guests. It seemed like every single staff member knew us by name which made us feel special and welcome. Fourth, the food was amazing! The staff pulled us when our food was ready to make sure we got a chance to eat, which was greatly appreciated. We received compliments all night about how good the food was.Everyone went above and beyond for us all weekend and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice for our wedding weekend. We brought our puppy for one night and they bought her a toy! It was little gestures that made us feel special, but really the actions and friendliness of all the staff that made the weekend what it was. We hope to have future events here and work with everyone again!

We held our wedding reception at La Croix’s Sunday Brunch. I can’t recommend this enough! For our party of 19, the experience could not have been more perfect. The brunch was out of this world: one-of-a-kind offerings that were as delicious as they were creative! Our guests all raved it was a once-in-a-lifetime meal. The chefs even went out of their way to accommodate special dietary requests for a vegan guest. We had a small private dining room looking on to Rittenhouse Square lit up for the holidays. The wait staff was attentive, respectful, and conscientious. I worked with Abbe throughout the process and she was wonderful. She was detailed, communicative, patient, and easy to work with even as my planned elopement celebration evolved into an actual wedding. If you want a special meal for your special day (with banquet chicken no where in sight!), talk to Abbe Stern at LaCroix!

I don't even know where to begin- the wedding team at The Rittenhouse is beyond incredible. Working with Lanay and Jessica was an absolute pleasure. They made the whole process easy from start to finish. They were straight-forward, extremely prompt with phone-calls and emails when we had questions, and accommodated any and all of our requests. They were professional, yet had this charm about them that had you feeling like you've known them forever. Of all the venues we looked at throughout Philadelphia, they were the friendliest and most genuine. Bruce, Director of Banquets, was my go-to guy the day-of. Whatever I needed or asked for, he made happen. You're the man, Bruce! All of the staff that worked the wedding were incredible (especially Tina)- our guests raved about the level of service they received. The venue spaces, from cocktail hour in the lobby/tea area (we had a beautiful day and got to take advantage of the outdoor space with the beautiful mural and lighting) to the reception area are so elegant. The space is perfect for a total number of 150-190 guests. I would say more than that would cause the space to appear too crowded (we had roughly 180). It's also a great location for pictures- from outside in the Square to the Library bar inside the hotel; you really can't go wrong. The food and drinks were AMAZING. Everything was exactly like we remembered from our Tasting and cooked perfectly unlike many other banquet meals we've experienced. I would also HIGHLY recommend the salon in the Rittenhouse for hair/makeup for the wedding party. Alex is exceptional. Do take advantage of the Boathouse room for an after party- that was definitely a highlight for me as well as many of the guests. We had cheesesteaks, soft pretzels, and crab fries (all Philly staples) as well as bar priced per consumption. The only thing I would rate as 4/5 stars would be the bridal suite we were given the night of. I had also used this room to sleep in the night before with some of my bridesmaids. It wasn't the one we were initially shown(not as much natural light, smaller living area and kitchenette, and less decorated) but still a suite nonetheless. All of the guests that stayed at the hotel LOVED their rooms, though. Another thing to mention was how stress-free hosting our wedding at the Rittenhouse was. We didn't have to worry about a thing the day-of. Jessica and Lanay were in contact with all of our vendors and made sure everything was in place. It was such a wonderful experience, from planning the wedding to the wedding day. If we could do it all over again, we most definitely would.

The apotheosis of hospitality and service, the Rittenhouse made our wedding weekend unforgettable. The elegance of the setting and ambiance is unparalleled. The hotel staff, from the minute we arrived, could not have been more accommodating. Many of our guests who arrived on early flights were able to check-in early. The newly renovated ballroom is stunning and the use of the hotel main lobby for our cocktail hour provided an abundance of space in a truly spectacular setting. The food is stunning and actually memorable for guests (people are still telling us how amazing it was). The hotel scheduled a wonderful tasting for us to help us choose the menu. Lanay Zarallo and her team are all impressive professionals who execute to perfection. And most importantly, they are so genuine in their dedication to you. We cannot speak highly enough of the whole team and the wedding they produce. Leading up to the wedding, we emailed Lanay with ideas we thought of, and she would come up with a way to make them happen. Bruce was amazing to work with throughout the weekend. He made sure that the rehearsal ran smoothly and that the bride and groom actually had a chance to enjoy their delicious meals. He was there for anything we needed.The pastry chef created the most beautiful wedding cake, making our vision come to life (it was delicious too!).The rooms/bridal suite were amazing and very comfortable for getting ready with the bridal party. The response was always \"consider it done\". Because we live on the west coast, it was imperative that we were able to rely on a very competent and organized group. Our guests staying at the hotel were very impressed by the staff and level of service. Our cocktail hour was amazing and dinners were wonderful and well-presented. I loved having my wedding at The Rittehouse Hotel, the service was great. From the minute I checked in my bridal room I received a bottle of wine as a welcome to the wedding night where a bottle of sparking wine and strawberries were waiting for us. The tasting was fun, the wedding cake was delicious, and the cocktail hour was great. I have no complains, just wish it all lasted longer. Great location, well worth the year of saving up for it.

I loved having my wedding at The Rittehouse Hotel, the service was great. We had a wonderful experience. The wedding was beautiful, the food was excellent and all of the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I cannot think of anything that that they could have done better from the moment we checked in on Friday to the end of the brunch on Sunday.

I had the absolute best experience at The Rittenhouse. All of the staff was top notch and made my day carefree and amazing. The attention to detail and perfection truly makes me want to go back whenever I get the chance. It is truly worth every penny spent!
