The most amazing place to have a wedding. This hotel is not only gorgeous, but the staff helped make my daughter's wedding the most wonderful day in her life. They tend to every detail, make sure you have everything you want or need and just want to please you. The service was amazing, the food was the BEST, and just everything about The Ritz was perfect. It was a year of planning but when it all came down to happening it was like living in a dream. Stephen Jackson was the most amazing person to work with. Love, Love, Love this place.

The most amazing place to have a wedding. This hotel is not only gorgeous, but the staff helped make my daughter's wedding the most wonderful day in her life. They tend to every detail, make sure you have everything you want or need and just want to please you. The service was amazing, the food was the BEST, and just everything about The Ritz was perfect. It was a year of planning but when it all came down to happening it was like living in a dream. Stephen Jackson was the most amazing person to work with. Love, Love, Love this place.

The Ritz is a beautiful venue and did pull off our wedding very seamlessly. However, the wedding concierge was not the easiest to work with. I think had we gone into the entire process with an overview on how they work and when they need certain things by, it would have kept things clear to all parties. Additionally, there was another party that night at the hotel. Many people from that party took our wedding favors that were for our guest. There was no one watching the favors and they were having these guest check their coats in the function hall we were in so they were just coming in and taking them. One of my guests had to spend the rest of the night watching the favors instead of enjoying herself. I found this very disappointing that a hotel like the Ritz could not coordinate this better.

I didn't have my wedding reception but stayed there for 4 days before the weekend of my wedding and couldn't be happier. Angie and Jennifer were so helpful when initially setting up our block of rooms and also in the times leading closer to the date of our wedding. They called ahead to see if I would like additional items brought to the room for when the bridal party was getting ready which included extension cords, another full length mirror, steamer, bar stools and a cocktail table. This made the hair and make-up process so much smoother and organized. We had a considerable amount of guests stay at the Ritz and they had nothing but nice things to say about the staff. We especially had great help from Shawket who worked in the driveway and lobby. He was so personable and really paid attention to anything we needed to help reduce the amount of stress from the wedding. We had such a pleasurable stay there and really appreciate how special they made our few days there. I would highly recommend staying there, especially for a wedding.

Sadly, the RC was the only venue/vendor that I wish I wouldn't have booked. It started with trying to reserve a suite for wedding eve and night. After five transfers and repeating my request each time, I received attentive service and was happy with the outcome. Wedding day service missed the mark with NEARLY ALL of the requests not met without an added phone call. The topper was the missed turndown rose petal service on wedding night. After speaking with the GM a few days later we were comped appropriately. Typically the RC name stands for quality and service. While we didn't let the lackluster service ruin our time, it certainly was a huge disappointment.

My husband and I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton the night of our wedding. It was absolutely perfect. We were upgraded to a suite, and champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries were waiting for us in our room! The service cannot be beat - every employee we encountered was so gracious and polite. We hope to stay here every year for our anniversary!

I was lucky enough to be a Ritz Carlton bride this summer and we worked with Katie Z. as our event coordinator. Katie and her team at the Ritz went above and beyond to make our wedding the most amazing weekend of our lives. From the small details, like the flavored water in the lobby (my husband was obsessed so they made him his own custom flavor with his name on it) to the really big stuff, like the food (our guests are still raving about the Beer Can chicken, the sushi bar and the lamb chop hors devours) the Ritz staff was professional yet so friendly, personal and fun. They truly went above and beyond for us and we are so so so appreciative of them for making our wedding memorable, fun, relaxing and convenient for all of our out of town guests. If it's in your budget, there is no reason why you shouldn't get married at the Ritz. Hands down, they are simply the best in the biz.

My now husband and I went to the Ritz to see about getting a suite for our wedding night. After 45 minutes of waiting in an empty lobby, we decided to leave. We had every intention of spendinf well over $1000 for our hotel room on our wedding night, but after their terrible service we took our money somewhere else. I'm not sure what the problem was, but I do know that I'm not the only one that has had a problem with this hotel being arrogant and stuck up.

Without a doubt, the Ritz is one of the main reasons our wedding was as wonderful as it was! They are not only incredible at service by going above and beyond on every little detail, they make you feel special and that all they care about is making sure you and your family are as happy as possible. Everyone that you talk to is kind and thoughtful. Very impressive from start to finish, absolutely 100% recommend them!
