First built in 1920 as a cold storage warehouse, it has been transformed into a unique, industrial-chic wedding location with 9,000 square feet of event space. Whatever the theme or style of your event, this versatile venue makes the perfect blank canvas. The Riverside can accommodate 300 guests standing and 200 seated for receptions and elopements, with spaces for ceremonies and rehearsal dinners available on request. Boasting 12-foot ceilings, refinished concrete floors, and exposed brickwork, it makes a distinctive backdrop for any occasion. Albert Kahn-style martini columns add a stylish touch, while the vibrant blue ceiling and window frames make a striking contrast to the white walls. Additionally, large windows provide ample natural light. The venue also features get-ready rooms where you and your party can prepare for the big event. New to The Riverside is the addition of the second floor as an add-on for weddings. This space works great for an industrial ceremony venue and features an open floor plan with whitewashed brick throughout. The Riverside welcomes outside vendors, allowing you to customize your day to your liking. They'll provide tables for you to use, and the venue has onsite valet parking for guests.
