Cannot say enough good things about this venue. We were nervous choosing this location because we live in NYC (with all our family in Florida) but the entire team made long distance planning smooth and stress free, and the day of went better than I could have imagined.We wanted a venue with everything in one spot - so to have the gorgeous ceremony space, terrace for cocktail hour, and reception ballroom all within a few feet of each other was perfect. Every detail and decor piece was perfectly placed by the time we arrived, and all-star Jasmine kept everything running smoothly and on time. Important to note that on the day of the whole team went above and beyond. When we had some difficulties with other vendors they handled it on our behalf so we could just enjoy. Also - the food was incredible. It really was a dream wedding venue worth every penny for the memories that we are cherishing. Weeks later we are still getting compliments from guests about how beautiful everything was. Married on March 26, 2023

The team at The Royal Crest was amazing to work with. They always replied to our emails on time, they also were very accommodating when we needed to change things and flexible with last minute changes. On the day of our wedding they went above and beyond on ensuring all of our guests were looked after and constantly checking on us making sure we didn’t need anything. Jackie was our coordinator on the day and what a dream! Jackie is the friendliest and more helpful person, nothing was too much for her and she made us feel at ease all day. Getting married at The Royal Crest was the best decision we made and we would happily come back to hold another event there. Keep up the amazing work team! We wish you nothing but success and happy days in your future.

The Royal Crest Room was 10/10. The venue met our needs and more. We had our wedding the week of a hurricane in October 2022 & the team made sure I was updated on the status of the venue.We worked with Lizz primarily but all of the people we had along the way were phenomenal. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in the Lake Nona/St. Cloud region. The ceremony, reception & food couldn’t have been better. We still have family telling us how much they loved everything!

My husband and I got married at The Royal Crest Room on 11/4/2023. This was the one and only venue we toured and we fell in love with it at first sight. It is such a beautiful and unique space to celebrate such a special occasion. The process from start to finish was so smooth and I can not thank Lizz enough for everything she did to make sure the day was perfect. I never felt that my questions were too much or that they were not there to provide all the support we needed to reduce stress and anxiety that comes along with your wedding day. The food is also AMAZING my guests did not stop taking about it! I could not recommend this venue enough and the photo opportunities deserve a review of their own. If you are a bride searching for your perfect venue this is the one!

Having my wedding at The Royal Crest Room (RCR) was truly a dream! We had a destination wedding which can have its challenges but the RCR did everything they could to assist us with planning a wedding from afar. I utilized majority of my vendors from the Preferred List and none of them disappointed! Every vendor I selected took the time to get to know us and offered to assist with anything we needed along the way.The communication we had with the RCR was seamless. This was such a huge satisfier! Responses were quick, typically no more than 24 hours. The RCR was also very accommodating. For our rehearsals we had a few people arrive late due to flight delays but they allowed us to extend our timing slightly so that everyone had a chance to rehearse. The food was AMAZING!!!! I couldn’t believe how delicious our food was at our trial and on our special day it tasted even better. Everyone raved about our food and how breathtaking the venue/view was!Lastly, adding the Day of Coordinator was one of the best decisions I made. Brittany was AMAZING!!! She was so organized, pleasant, fun and helped me with so much. She was always two steps ahead and made sure everything was perfect, at all times! I honestly had NO stressors that day. I could never thank her enough for all that she did. If you are looking for a venue, I promise you this is it!

The Royal Crest Room is a hidden gem in St. Cloud Florida. Me and my fiancé have looked at quite a few venues but the moment we stepped in to The Royal Crest Room my fiancé’s first words were this feels like home this is the place and he was right. The staff at The Royal Crest room were extremely helpful from day one of planning to the end the wedding day. My venue manager was Jackie and I also hired the day of coordinator Brittany. The two of them made sure that our day was the way that we wanted to be. I trusted the Royal Crest Room team and they made our wedding day magical and stress free. I had to worry about nothing. Brittany is amazing. She worked very well with all the vendors that were hired for the day and she made sure that me and my husband moved along with our planned events effortlessly and in a timely fashion. My guess all were very happy with the Royal Crest Room. They mentioned that this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and the location was excellent and beautiful. The food was also good. We got good reviews from our guests. The hors d’oeuvres that were chosen for the guest to have during cocktail hour was bourbon, meatballs, the deep dish pizza, and the Asian flank steak. For dinner the guest had a choice of Parmesan crusted chicken or short ribs. The Parmesan crusted chicken was a decent size for the guest, and the short ribs were so tender that you can cut it with a fork. All the food had very good flavor and well seasoned. If you have any doubts in choosing the Royal Crest Room, don’t you’ll be happy with your choice like all of us, couples that have chosen and have been married through The Royal Crest Room.

The Royal Crest Room was perfect! We looked at so many venues and RCR was not only the most budget friendly, but had the kindest staff and most beautiful location! Having a venue with everything in one place (catering, drinks, coordinator) was a dream. Getting married in their garden, under a pergola, surrounded by magnolia trees and flower….magical. Everything felt so elegant and perfect. Communicating with their team ahead of our wedding was so easy, everyone is response and willing to answer all of your questions no matter of small. Brittany was our coordinator and she was phenomenal! Thought of everything and more in helping us plan our perfect day and even helped get grass stains out of my dress before we entered the reception! Truly thought of everything and was thoughtful enough to send us pictures the following day that she snapped for us. If you’re thinking about working with RCR, you won’t be disappointed.

Where do I even start my husband and I got married here on Oct 14th, 2022 and this venue was everything I wanted and more. The service the details the food everything was 100% spot on. Our wedding was a very magical day all thanks to the venue managers but most importantly thanking our day of coordinator Brittney who was literally AMAZING she put my husband and I at ease the entire day without her I don’t think our wedding would have been so memorable every little detail was not missed out by her. As a bride you can get very overwhelmed in the matter of minutes on your wedding and when I tell you Brittney literally makes you feel like your walking on a cloud 9 with how smooth and well handle everything gets planned out. Over all this venue was everything I ever wished for as a little girl plus more once it came to life I cannot be more grateful to everyone who help my husband and I’s wedding vision come to life at The Royal Crest Room !

Jasmine, Jackie, Lizz and Karen were an extremely helpful team while trying to plan a Florida wedding from New York. Brittany, our wedding coordinator, went above and beyond our expectations. She listened attentively to all our wedding details and needs and made our vision come to life. As a bride, my wedding day was a bit hectic. Yet, Brittany put me at ease making everything intimate and lovely. From the decorations, the organization, staff, attention to detail and care, we really felt loved, appreciated and just at awe on how beautiful and magical our special day went. Our families were very pleased with everything as well. We are very thankful and if we could do it all over again, we would choose The Royal Crest Room and Brittany without a doubt. Along with it being beautiful, the venue has everything in house. They take care of food and you can easily go from ceremony to reception without the stress of moving from one place to another. To ANYONE booking vendors PLEASE use the ones that they recommend on the venues suggested vendor list. (Unless you know 100% they know what they are doing) The only vendor (wedding coordinator) that we used off the recommended vendor list ended up making everything very stressful. Also, if you are in need of a day of coordinator, Brittany is amazing. When I unfortunately had to fire my 3 month coordinator 2 days before the wedding, she came in and saved the day. As the bride, I was scared that the day of would be chaos but I was all smiles and had extra time to chill.

I love this venue! I knew exactly what I wanted for my wedding day vision, but I wasn’t finding it in my budget. When you walk through Royal Crest Rooms Ballroom Doors you are instantly transported to another place! Chandeliers, drapes, open spaces etc. The aisle and wedding arch were so beautiful. The outdoor cocktail space had gorgeous lighting especially when the sun sets. Plenty of amazing photo ops on the golf course too, especially a bridge, huge oak trees, cute phone booth and more. It came out to exactly what I wanted and it was within my budget with their package options. They had a day of planner, catering, tastings, décor all rolled up in and one and even gave me their preferred vendor lists for everything including hotels for out of town guests! They made the whole process much easier and my guests LOVED the venue too!!

The Royal Crest Room was the most perfect place to host our son and daughter-in law's Wedding (Gregory & Christina). As Stepmom of the Groom and his wedding planner, I cannot express enough thanks to Lizz Lajoie, Jackie and their Team, and the whole staff of this wonderful Venue. You all super-exceeded our expectations of what we thought this day would be and Lizz, you made this day for me, my family and Greg and Christy so easy to deal with, that we all 100% enjoyed the wedding day, with everyone being extremely calm and relaxed... I honestly thought I would be so stressed on the day, but when I got to the venue expecting that I would have so many things to do, you and your team had already done everything, and even helping with Bustling the Wedding Dress during the reception...you went over and beyond and we are extremely grateful, we sincerely THANK YOU as the whole process from planning to the wedding day was extremely enjoyable and relaxing and we highly recommend you all to anyone seeking to have their dream wedding.... and having their dreams coming true! So, a huge Thanks again to you and your wonderful team, and you deserve more than 10stars!!! We also wanted to acknowledge how beautiful The Magnolia Garden was for the ceremony, we had 85 guest and there was more than enough space for everyone. We highly recommend Juan from Sensational Ceremonies as he was so friendly and entertaining but also extremely professional as our wedding officiant. All our guests said that he made the ceremony enjoyable and everyone felt included, as part of the ceremony was bilingual. The cocktail hour was on the Terrace overlooking the gorgeous sun setting on the golf course was amazing, and the Hors D’oeuvres were first class! The reception was in White Ballroom and that was like being inside a Fairytale! Our Florist Marylou from Flowers and Designs told us what to expect, but her flowers and decorations were even better than we could imagine! The décor and food was loved by all our guest, and even the adults enjoyed the ice-cream station! We used Vendors recommended by Lizz. We also rented a few sofas for our elderly guest and very posh gold plates, glasses and cutlery from \"A Chair Affair\" so we also recommend Jamie . Our Photographer, Jacob was from Corner House and was also easy to work with from planning to the day. I remember seeing him throughout the evening and he was in no way, in the way of things. He got some very beautiful shots of everything, the bride and groom and of all our guests. We had other vendors from Christy’s side for the cake and entertainment and Lizz made sure to get in contact with everyone and on the day, and everyone was in sync as to what the timeline was, so everything went as smoothly as planned with no hiccups. I think what also made the day perfect was that the bride and groom were so relaxed in having their own areas to get ready in, walking into the venue and seeing that everything was being put together nicely, then heading to their separate suites with their bridesmaids and groomsmen, to chill and get ready, really helped them not to feel too nervous. So, our Wedding was perfect and well worth every penny spent! which if you shop around, you will find this beautiful venue very reasonably priced. This venue has everything you can imagine to have your perfect wedding and we, the Forrest and Bohorquez Family highly recommend all aspects that this very beautiful place has to offer, Thank You Again!

Lizz was so helpful during the entire process, immediately answered any questions, and had great advice and guidance for things that I just wasn't sure about. We decided to add the day-of coordination which I HIGHLY recommend. Brittany was an absolute dream and was so helpful, and everything ran perfectly. The venue is stunning, the food was delicious, and the service was great. I am so grateful we came across this venue because it was absolutely perfect for us!

Prior to booking the venue, I went to several other locations in the area with a check list. This venue was the first I saw and the only venue that checked every box (and also just so happened to be the most budget friendly)! From start to finish, the staff at the Royal Crest Room could not have been more incredible. Due to COVID, I worked with this venue for 2.5 years prior to our wedding on 12/29/21. I had to postpone in February due to guests from England unable to attend due to travel restrictions. Not only was the venue understanding, they were supportive towards our decision. We communicated almost monthly through the years, and it feels as if Lizz is a close friend at this point. Our wedding day could not have been better. Despite Omnicron rearing it's ugly head, and several guest cancelations the week of the wedding, Lizz and her team ensured the day didn't even have the slightest of hiccups! We had a smaller wedding to begin with and with our 60 guest count after all the cancelations, I was concerned that the room would feel huge/empty. Lizz reassured me and as I saw for myself on the day of, this was not the case! Plenty of room to social distance, but also felt warm and intimate. Our guests all raved about the beautiful venue, the food, and ambiance of our wedding. We could not be happier. Thank you will never seem enough! Our dreams were truly made a reality.

I'm so happy we chose this venue! At first it was a little out of our price range, but it was so worth it. First off, the venue is absolutely beautiful and our pictures turned out amazing! My (now) husband and I knew that we wanted an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception, so Royal Crest was perfect. Secondly, the staff our so kind and flexible. Over the whole time planning our wedding we met with all three planners (Liz, Jackie, and Jasmine. Though Jackie was our final day of coordinator). They are all professional, sweet, kind, outgoing, and just want to do everything they can to make your wedding day the best day ever. Unfortunately, it rained the day of our wedding so we had to have the ceremony inside the ballroom, but their staff and our helpers were so flexible it all came together and still looked beautiful. The ballroom was gorgeous! All the staff are willing to work with you to help you as much as possible and help make your day special. All in all, I loved this venue and it was perfect for our wedding. :)

Our experience with The Royal Crest Room was amazing! The level of customer service, the guidance, and careful attention paid by our coordinater (Jackie) meant more to us than we can explain! We didn’t always know the right questions to ask and I was all over the place during the months leading up to the wedding but Jackie held my hand and answered all of my questions (and even the ones I didn’t know I had) - they truly helped make our day so special. I would give them 1,000 stars if I could and recommend them to all of the brides looking to have a beautiful St. Cloud wedding!

It was a hard but the best decision to pick Royal Crest Room as our venue/caterer. It was hard bc it ate up more of our budget than we liked but the experience and final results spoke for themselves. Liz and all the staff were always so understanding (we changed our date due to Covid and I'm also indecisive lol). They helped us every step of the way. They ran through details I didnt think of during our 6 month tasting. We were so improved with how the space turned out once we moved it from inside to outside on the pavers where cocktail usually was (again due to Covid). The Liz and the Chef were really understanding when we scheduled another tasting because they could tell I wasnt so excited about our choice. The space is so beautiful already we didnt really decorate the ceremony space and saved some there. Recommend 100%!!!

Ah, the Royal Crest Room. We knew going into our venue search that we needed a place that was going to provide great photo opportunities, but also meet all the other qualities you need in a venue. We looked at several venues to see what our options were; some were beautiful but too pricey, some were excellent in some aspects but not all, some were so-so at best. Throughout all of those visits, one of us had the Royal Crest Room in the back of their mind as an excellent option, and as soon as we visited for the first time, both of us were sold. The Royal Crest Room is beautiful, and if photography is your thing, you can’t go wrong. We could have added an extra few hours of photo time to our day and still not had time for all the photo opportunities they present. Come our wedding day, the ceremony space looked beautiful, the reception area looked beautiful, and they managed to make our very shrunken group of guests look like a full crowd. All of these are great features, but we can’t review RCC without reviewing their team. Because of COVID and our weird life schedules, we ended up working a little bit with everyone on the team, and they are all amazing! Lizz – excellent, Jackie – excellent, Jasmine – excellent, Karen – excellent! We had to move our wedding due to Covid, and they helped us move our date without any questions whatsoever. Throughout our process, we worked with the entire team, and were thrilled by how professional and encouraging they were. Whichever you end up with, you can rest assured that your day will be seamless. Most importantly when your day comes, you will feel the same that we do, that the Royal Crest Room is a place like no other for a perfect wedding day.

My husband and I got married at The Royal Crest Room on 2/20/21, and it was literally the perfect day. We worked with Lizz throughout the planning process, and she was our coordinator on our wedding day. Lizz is literally the best, and I cannot thank her enough! The space looked incredible, Lizz helped to make sure that we were able to take photos where we wanted (despite a golf tournament happening on the same day), and our day went off without a hitch. It was seriously so perfect!We had a large wedding party (18 total!), but Lizz made sure we all had golf carts to get to photos when the time came. All in all, the venue is gorgeous and was the perfect backdrop for our day (especially the stunning Spanish moss tree!). Our wedding was a destination wedding (all our guests came from Minnesota), so we were looking for a venue to impress. Royal Crest Room did just that + more! The entire staff was always there to answer whatever question I had (and there was a lot), and truly were so accommodating. Plus the food was delicious!! I highly recommend this venue!

About the venue: When we decided to start looking for a venue I found out about The Royal Crest Room on the Knot. My husband and I decided to go see it and we didn’t need to look for another venue. We loved this venue from the first day. We got compliments from our guests of how beautiful the place was. Since we got married during Covid-19 the venue took very good safety measures for us and guests. About the manager and day of coordinator:Jackie took care of us during our engagement and wedding planning process. Jackie was amazing! She had great and quick communication via email whenever we had questions. The day of our rehearsal and our wedding day she demonstrated control and guidance. Our day with her was so much easier and worry free. She was always professional and at the same time friendly and kind. During our couples pictures it was cold, so she lent me her jacket while we were in the golf cart! It didn’t seem like this was just a business transaction but rather they really take care of you as a couple. She was amazing.The staff: The food, the rest of the staff, people who answered our emails. Everything was great!The food: The food was great too. We also got compliments from the majority of our guests that the cocktails and food was amazing. If you’re looking for a one stop shop venue, this is your place as they have partnership with other great vendors that you might need.

First off, we planned our wedding while I was deployed overseas in the military. And then, COVID struck... through every single up and down, this venue and the amazing staff who run it, have communicated excellently with us the entire time. I could not say enough positive things about Jasmine and the rest of the team who made our day go smoothly. The venue was absolutely beautiful, inside and out. We were able to take breath taking pictures out on the golf course and all the other beautiful places on the course. The food was delicious, and there were LOTS of it! Overall, we were and still are so thankful to have had our wedding at The Royal Crest Room.

The Royal Crest Room and the staff was amazing. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was not easy. Jackie was our coordinator, and did everything possible to make our wedding experience amazing. She was attentive, and responded quickly to all my questions and kept me calm during the process. We originally had a guest count of $120-150, due to the travel restrictions and social distancing, we reduced the count to 70. The staff did an amazing job of setting up the reception room and ceremony to where it didnt even feel as if we were missing so many people. Everything that was promised was done which is the hardest part about venues. Jackie went above and beyond to make our wedding incredibly special. Every single food item was delicious. The venue offers a space for the groom and bride to get ready in, which saved us the costs of hiring transportation. My day was every thing I hope for and much more.

The Royal Crest Room and its entire staff is every bit of perfect! I had the pleasure of working directly with Jackie who made the planning process so smooth. She is knowledgeable, gave her advice when I needed it, and most importantly, on my wedding day, she took care of everything. I mean everything! Honestly though, every time I popped by RCR, each Event Manager wanted to know how planning was coming along and took part in reminding me how special my day was going to be (they're all so sweet). The whole planning process was such a personable experience, that experience that every Bride dreams of when planning your big day. The venue itself is STUNNING and literally has everything you need. The Bridal suit was perfect for me and my girl gang, and there are so many places for gorgeous photo ops. The outdoor ceremony space truly made me feel like i was having a destination wedding and eating dinner in the ballroom during sunset was so elegant. Speaking of dinner...my wedding guests are still talking about the French Toast and Bacon that was served (and so am I). The food is incredible!! If you are still on the hunt for a wedding/reception venue, you've found it. Its Royal Crest Room. Ill never be able to thank this team enough for truly making my wedding day perfect. xoxo

Where do I even begin? This venue was my first choice when looking for a place to get married. I didn’t even look at other venues. This is the perfect place to get married. It has it all; beautiful garden for the ceremony with a beautiful pergola, cocktail hour patio, beautiful back drops for photos, gorgeous ballroom, amazing food and drinks. It literally has it all. And Jackie! I can’t thank Jackie and her team enough for making the process as painless as it could be. They had all the answers, and if they didn’t at the time of question, they got back to me asap! Review Where to begin with this amazing venue!?! For starters, the staff! Everyone from the beginning to the end were the best I could imagine! Even when hiccups happened, the staff were pleasant, understanding, and attentive. Special shoutout to Lizz who was honest, endearing and quite frankly sick of my sorries! She was amazing through and through. She helped us plan down to the tiniest detail. She kept us on track day of because get this, day of coordinator is included in the package! Talk about a deal. Jasmine was new to the team and helped Lizz on our day. It was amazing! She rocked it like no other. Next, the venue itself! It’s gorgeous! There is a stone bridge that is timeless and perfect for beautiful pictures during the sunset. The small creek with picturesque background really made for a classic look. The phone booth was a quirky and fun addition to the landscape as well. We opted to do our ceremony and reception at the venue. The ceremony space accommodates quite a large crowd. We had 90 and there was still space to spare. The stone path was clean and perfect for the outdoor ceremony. We chose to have draping on the grand pergola and it was the best decision we made! They provided a glass table for our cross building portion. It is on a golf course so they are courteous to shut down the driving range since it’s in close proximity. The cocktail area has a soft lighting and has rustic stone pavers as well. Small tables and chairs were provided. The ballroom comes with the chairs, tables, and linens. The hardwood floors are in excellent condition! Perfect for hitting the dance floor. We chose draping in the ballroom. It was the perfect touch to our event. One stop shop people! The food was SUPERB! We did three hors d’oeurves in our package. They were delicious. Bourbon meatballs, garlic bruschetta tostinis, and bacon wrapped jalapeños. We opted for plated service and got the chicken and filet mignon. The steaks were cooked perfect. All my guests were impressed with the food. Soft drinks, tea, lemonade and coffee are all included in your package as well. They offer a variety of bar options and packages to fit your needs. Hands down best experience ever! This venue gives you a personalized event day and really know how to wow you with their exemplary customer service throughout the entire process. Thanks again Royal Crest for the best day of our lives!

I was referred to this venue by a florist, and I knew it was THE venue for my wedding once I got there for. What a beautiful spectacle!! I lived in Kissimmee, for all of my childhood and teenage years and never knew about this place. The planning from the date we booked the venue up to the day of the wedding was seamless. Liz and Jackie were so great to my husband and I. Throughout the process, If I had any questions or changes they made a way to make it work and they were fast to reply to my emails. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone wanting smooth/worry-free accommodations, and some gorgeous wedding pictures from having a beautiful venue inside and out.

The Royal Crest Room is MAGICAL! I would recommend it to any couple looking to get married in Central Florida. There are so many amazing reasons why we chose The Royal Crest Room as our wedding venue. From the beautiful pergola and patio, picturesque grounds, incredible food options and a value that can't be beat, the RCR offers it all! What really made our experience stand out, was working with Jackie. From our very first meeting, we had a sense of ease that everything would be perfect with Jackie advising us and coordinating those important details of the day. Throughout the planning process, she and the rest of the RCR staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. On our wedding day, Jackie went above and beyond to make sure our needs and wishes were fulfilled. Our wedding guests still comment on how beautiful the venue is and how good the food was at the reception. Even with the unforeseen circumstance of raining occurring during our outdoor ceremony, Kassie was able to provide umbrellas to all my guest, and I was able to have my ceremony outside in the garden! The facility is gorgeous! Plenty of photo ops available. The chef at The Royal Crest Room is amazing even when we requested to add our own cultural dish to our menu. We had that dish during our menu tasting and although it wasn't exactly the same, we offered a little more information and by wedding day it was PERFECTION. The staff/event coordinators at The Royal Crest Room are also amazing. We felt like they nailed everything we wanted them to and we also felt like a lot was included in their packages that would've cost extra at others. LOVED the Royal Crest Room as our wedding venue.

We just had our wedding at The Royal Crest Room on Thursday and it was everything we wanted!! We worked with Kassie, or Kassie with a K as my family and I call her, since my name is Cassie too!! It was meant to be from introductions. Kassie was absolutely wonderful. She was personalable, professional, answered all my questions including the measurements of the napkins and made sure details I didn't think of we're discussed. We worked the closest with her but the entire staff shares the same qualities! I truly felt like the day was just as important to them, as it was to us. The ceremony and reception space were so beautiful!! We received compliments the entire evening and 5 star reviews on all the food!! I highly recommend The Royal Crest Room for any special event, especially your wedding. You will not regret it!!!

I highly recommend The Royal Crest Room for your wedding or really any event at all!! This was the only venue that my husband and I toured. We had other tours booked but we canceled them after touring this venue. My husband and I were engaged for almost 18 months and we booked our date 16 months in advance. I had over a year of contacting this venue with random questions or concerns. They all went above and beyond to make our day stress free. It was the most beautiful and memorable day thanks to all of the employees at The Royal Crest Room. Liz was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING. Anytime we needed her, she was right there. She has an all around great possibility and works extremely hard for her brides. At times when Liz was away or had the day off, the other coordinators helped me and they were all AMAZING as well. About a month before my wedding I was struggling with ivory vs white linens (it sounds silly but it was keeping me up at night!) I called the Royal Crest Room and Kassie answered. She was so helpful and patient with me!! I went back and forth explaining why I was wondering which would look best and she listened (for a long time, sorry Kassie!) gave me her professional opinion, and sent me over pictures of both options in their room within minutes. When people ask me how our wedding was I always tell them I wish I could relive it. Not only because it was the happiest day of our lives but to spend more time at this gorgeous venue with their amazing employees. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The Royal Crest Room was such a magical place to get married. They made it easy by having almost everything you would need. They offered the ceremony, cocktail hour, the reception, caterer, bar, tables, chairs, linens, and a day of coordinator. Our coordinator was Jackie and she made sure everything went off without any issues. She was the Rockstar of the wedding and helped me through the entire planning process. The food was absolutely delicious, we got the steak, mash potatoes, zucchini and squash. During cocktail hour we got the scallops which were my favorite, chicken and waffles, and potato skins. We had some dietary restrictions and the cook was very accommodating. I would 100% recommend this venue and if I had to do it all over again I would pick The Royal Crest Room.

The Royal Crest Room, property and staff = AMAZING!! From our first appointment to the wedding day, everyone involved was incredible. I received SO many compliments from guests saying how great a time they had, the venue was amazing, the food was amazing -- What a great feeling! And this was including the CRAZY WEATHER we experienced throughout the day. With that in mind, a special shout out to our coordinator, Lizz -- Given the weather, I was emotional earlier in the day processing the likelihood that we would not be able to use the beautiful outdoor ceremony space, but she really changed my perspective when she said \"no worries, we'll move cocktail hour around\" and helped me realize the level of flexibility we had to try to make it all work. After that I was completely at ease. Later on, Lizz and her team were bouncing back and forth between myself and the Groom and when the weather cleared just enough, Lizz came to me with excitement and said \"If you want to do this outside, let's do this!\". I heard the uproar of support come from the reception hall when it was announced we were going outside and BAM!! Lizz and the RCR team made it all happen. Lizz took off down the isle with her staff and decorations, they quickly set up and wiped down the chairs so the ceremony could begin, and we managed to have our beautiful outdoor ceremony before the sky’s opened up again. I've said it before and will say it again -- This wedding would not have been what it was if it wasn't for Lizz and her team!! As if that wasn't enough, RCR also provided fantastic recommendations for DJ, make up artist, florist etc. You wouldnt believe the number of guests that said to me \"this is the best wedding I have been to in a long time (or best ever!)\". You never really know how its going to shake out until it happens and when all is said and done, its the memories and feelings you have about the event that last a lifetime -- I'm so happy to hear such positive feedback from everyone -- It's something I will always cherish. Yes, this is a long review but they deserve it! Rain or shine, your wedding at RCR will be incredible!! Do it!!

I fell in love the moment I saw RCR. My husband and I were married Jan. 5, 2019 and it was perfect. I imagined my wedding day since I was a child and the RCR made my dreams come true and far beyond that. Kassie was our event manager and she went above and beyond to give us the perfect day. She would respond the next to to all my emails (because I sent them late at night). She was so prompt and responsive. Kassie has an amazing personality and was always smiling. She made planning at the venue so simple and smooth I had no worries as a bride. When I went to walk down the aisle it was windy and my dress was getting blown under my shoes so I couldn’t walk. Kassie didn’t hesitate for a second, she knew exactly what to tell me to do: kick your way down the aisle lol. And I did just that, I never would have thought to but Kassie stepped up and saved the day for me. I had a moment of panic but she didn’t even bat an eye she stepped up so seamlessly. I am so thankful for her, I can’t say it enough. She’s not a wedding planner but she truly made our planning so smooth I didn’t need one. I can’t say enough good things about this venue and their staff. The chef made so many accommodations for my guests with food allergies, some I worried wouldn’t be able to be done but they made it happen! Freddy was in charge of the food and he made sure everything was pristine! He even offered to help fix my bussle which had fallen before our first dance. I didn’t even notice the severs walking around the room they were so inconspicuous and had quick delivery. I was amazed. The venue is simply gorgeous and they have so many beautiful photo op areas. It was our perfect wedding day and I am beyond happy we found the RCR and Kassie. You will not regret booking this venue, take a tour and you will see why we fell in love with RCR!

The Royal Crest Room was PERFECT! They made the whole wedding planning process so simple. Kassie was just amazing from start to finish. I couldn't imagine the day turning out the way it did without her. If you have a choice on who you can work with, choose Kassie!! The communication was tremendous. Any little question I needed answered they were right there to help me. I literally had changes I needed to do the day before and they handled it with no problem. The ceremony space was breathtaking and the reception was decorated to exactly what we envisioned. I cannot put into words the gratitude I have for every staff member at the Royal Crest Room for making my dream wedding come to life. Oh my goodness!!! My husband and I could not have been more pleased with The Royal Crest Room. Let me start by saying Kassie is the absolute best! She is a truly sweetheart who listens to your needs and concerns. Kassie responded promptly to our every question and was very down-to-Earth which helped the stress levels of making sure our wedding day went successfully. The staff at The Royal Crest Room are top of the line going above and beyond the call of duty. Edwin and his crew made sure the reception hall was set up to our liking with the proper table placement and chair amount. Even exchanging tablecloths to have a perfect look. Freddy and the waitstaff were superb. He made sure that every guest was served and that my husband and I were properly fed (which can be hard during a reception). I had my wedding here this month and it was truly a dream come true. Every detail and moment was executed perfectly for the day. It was truly everything I had ever prayed for. I am on staff at The Royal Crest Room and knew that the team was top notch and so professional. The minute I was able to choose a venue, I knew there was no other place we would choose over The Royal Crest Room. The ceremony space is private and breathtaking. The flowers in the garden are always maintained and beautiful. Our wedding was in the fall so we have fall flowers and it was my absolute favorite. Our family formals at the pergola are some of my most treasured of the entire day. The chefs were so great to customize a special menu for me and it was cooked to perfection. My guests were thrilled! The ballroom is a beautiful open space that I was able to customize to my exact wants for our special day. We were able to use the golf course for the personal pics of just me and my groom. We scheduled our pictures during sunset and with the beautiful grounds and gorgeous sunset, our pictures came back and are everything I ever wanted. The team at the Royal Crest Room was on top of everything. I had very small details that were important to me and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done. Jackie & Lizz were my Catering Managers. They are phenomenal and so wonderful at what they do. You can tell that they truly care about their couples getting married and that they day goes seamlessly and stree-free. Freddy was our Banquet Captain and with him and our staff, food service through out the night was flawless. Tyler & Topaz were our bartenders and did a great job at serving our guests and making the night extra fun! Our day was truly perfect and it wouldn't have been possible without the amazing staff of The Royal Crest Room. It was beautiful, stress free, and everything I dreamed of. If you are looking for a cost effective place where food, bar, tables, linens, and chairs are included and you can truly customize each of their spaces to make your day exactly what you want, and you want a staff that will truly care about you and your day, The Royal Crest Room is the place for you!!

You won't find better team than those here at RCR! We looked at several other venues before this one, and they always left us feeling like we would just be another date in their calendar. Not here! Right from the get go we were welcomed with a warm smile by Kassie, an event manager quickly who became more than a friend! It was an easy decision for us, and one that we continued to be thrilled with! They worked closely with us while planning meals, promptly responding to my dozens of emails, and made sure every detail was just how we envisioned. We were able to hold our rehearsal breakfast (did someone say omelet bar!?) here, which helped the day of to go much smoother. Speaking of day of, what a great team! We got to meet even more of the team that would be helping put our day together, and each one greeted us by name! They were ready early for this detail-oriented bride to set up all her own center pieces, and were always quick to help when we needed something! We truly had our dream wedding, and I feel completely blessed to have Kassie and all the wonderful people at RCR on our side!

My husband and I stumbled upon The Royal Crest Room on the Knot's website. The beauty in the photographs I saw led me to submit an inquiry for a tour. Jackie met with me on the properties and walked me through the venue. I knew that was the place I wanted to have my wedding when she took me outside to the Rose Garden. I was speechless. Jackie was so patient with me as I asked a thousand questions. She responded to all of my concerns without hesitation. The morning of the event she was on point with checking on me and making sure we were all good to go. At one point we were having difficulty with the music and she saved the day. The entire team at The Royal Crest Room was phenomenal!! We had a beautiful wedding and we could not be more grateful. Their professionalism exceeded my expectations and I highly recommended this venue to anyone looking for a private breathtaking location to host a wedding.

My husband and I got married here last weekend. From the moment we walked into the venue, we fell in love with everything about it. Our day of coordinator was Lizz and she was absolutely perfect. She made the wedding day so much smoother and easier on me and my husband. She made sure my vendors were in check and knew where they were supposed to be. She always made sure I had a drink in my hand during the reception. The royal crest room made my dream wedding come true and I would recommend this location for anyone!!!

I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding the last weekend. The experience was awful! To start out the day before we went for the rehearsal. The reception space smelled like wet dog. At first I thought I was wrong, but my fiance pointed it out too. We also found out we wouldn't be able to set up before 2pm in the next day because they had an event in the room that morning. So the next day the bridesmaids were setting up the room in their dresses with hair and makeup done. One of the staff members (I don't remember her name, but she had brown curly hair) came in the locker room we were getting ready in wearing her pajamas and looking like she just rolled out of bed. My friends wedding coordinator, whom had ensured my friend she would be there \"every step of the way\" showed up at 3pm. 5 hours after the bride was there. As we were setting up the reception space the \"coordinator\" came up to my friends mom and told her they wouldn't have the draping or chandelier they had purchased due to weather and the guy who put them up couldn't wait because \"he had somewhere else to be\" then when my friends mom said it was unexceptionable the \"coordinator\" wanted her to talk to the vendor. Please tell me what coordinating this lady actually does. The photographer that was recommended by the venue informed the bride the day before that she was out of town and would send a replacement. The replacement showed up late and honestly seemed uninterested in actually capturing the wedding. All in all the wedding was beautiful in spite of the venue staff. So glad I didn't book my wedding here.

After trying to be the bigger person I tried writing a positive review but I’m going to be honest. I got married almost a week ago and I’m just still in shock of how disappointed I am. This venue was the first we toured and we fell in love with it. We booked right away. After booking I got started on list after list. I then wrote a whole spread sheet on who was eating what and what allergies they had and what table they were sitting at (I put gems on their place card to help show who had allergies) Well the waiters and DJ came up to me NON-stop throughout my wedding asking me questions and my day of person, Kassie, was no where to be found, I saw her three times!(5 mins before I walked down the aisle, during photos and after while we did our exit) She also told me she’d be there in the AM to help set up and such but she didn’t arrive until after 3pm. We had a rain issue and the vendor couldn’t put up the chandelier and draping up outside. Instead of handling it, Kassie brought my mother the phone to talk to the vendor, THATS NOT MY MOTHERS JOB! She should’ve handled all that. Also my wedding party went over and ate at the restaurant and then went to help set up the reception room, as I’m trying to put my dress on to hurry over and take photos, Jackie comes into the room with the bill as I’m naked, just walks right in. It was extremely annoying and I was just shocked. She didn’t leave or shut the door either, I paid a LOT of money to get married there and that couldn’t be dealt with another time or at least in another room where people are clothed? I understand they just needed to pay their bill but I think the timing was inappropriate. My cake cutting was done in the corner of the room and the photographer they recommended was standing against the wall most of the night not taking photos. So not only did I DIY my whole wedding I also was the maître d’ and day of coordinator at my own wedding. Thank God I have amazing bridesmaids and family members because if it was not for them nothing would’ve been done.Freddy did do a great job moving my ceremony in doors due to the rain, he was amazing, and the only positive I can think of looking back. BUT I got to marry the man of my dreams so in the end I’m happy. I would not recommend this venue. Even if it’s beautiful, my husband and I did not get to enjoy our wedding and we’re overly stressed throughout the day. Funny how it seemed the venue was on top of everything when I was still paying for it, but once it was paid for I was left to fend for myself. Do not get married here unless you want to stress the whole wedding and be ignored by the staff.

The Royal Crest Room was the perfect venue for our wedding! We had been in search of somewhere that had a rustic country feel, but with elegance and class. The Royal Crest Room was everything we wanted. The day of the wedding couldn’t have been more perfect! From the gorgeous, spacious bridal room to get ready in, to the beautiful garden scene and furniture, to the attentive banquet staff during the dinner reception...we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding! Yes, it rained, but the Royal Crest Room staff didn’t let that stop a beautiful wedding from taking place. Lizz, our day of event and on-site coordinator, knocked our socks off! She was amazing! Whatever we needed, she was already taking care of it before we could even ask. She even handled our DJ situation when it went a little “off track” from what we had planned. My husband and I are ever so grateful for The Royal Crest Room! We will forever cherish the great memories and excellent service they provided us. If you are searching for your perfect wedding venue, this is where you should look!

The Royal Crest Room was by far amazing!!! While getting hair and makeup done, jackie came to check on us multiple times, made us feel so comfortable and relaxed! Realized the rain was coming and quickly had us start our ceremony and pictures! Freddy and his waiting staff were amazing! Always asking me if I was good! Freddy even got me an extra plate of food because it was hard for me to get up and down in my dress! The place was so beautiful and everyone loved it! The Royal Crest Room is GORGEOUS! Jackie was an absolute DREAM COME TRUE! Seriously, I don't know if we would have managed without her. The catering they provide is to die for (seriously try their sweet potatoes with all the good stuff, we got so many complements on those alone). The planning process is so easy, they kept us informed, and kept us on track with our planning timeline. I didn't stress out once for anything regarding catering or the venue. I looked at one venue before the Royal Crest, and decided to not even see the third one. They have several options to fit most any budget, and you can add as much customization as you want. We only had one tiny hiccup with a last minute food item we didn't receive (like we added the week before). I had such a great day for my wedding I never even noticed it wasn't there. My mom asked me about it the next day, and that's the only reason I noticed. We called Jackie and she was very apologetic and offered us a refund for the food item. I would absolutely book this venue again in a heartbeat. Everything was absolutely amazing, and I can't thank Jackie and the Royal Crest team for giving me the most amazing day!

The venue itself is beautiful on its own, with so many pretty spots to take pictures in.2. Lizz was the coordinator to meet us, show us round and talk us through their packages. She was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and very helpful... we love her!3. The venue offers unbeatable value for money in their packages.4. Our experience throughout the planning was first class, responsive and always professional.5. At our tasting we realized how AMAZING the food was.6. We ended up booking our rehearsal dinner there and had the best time 7. On the day the team was INCREDIBLE. So flexible dealing with rain right at our ceremony time.They really made our day wonderful and I would not change it for the world. Thank you RCR team!

The Royal Crest Room is absolutely amazing! It's a beautiful venue with a stunning outside ceremony area, an adorable cocktail area, and a perfect reception room. The reception area acts as a blank canvas, allowing you to decorate exactly how you want to. It has beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. We added draping and uplighting to the room and it was gorgeous. My husband and I did all of our planning through Lizz who is an angel because she works to make everything exactly the way you want it. She also gave us suggestions for a photographer, DJ, and florist and they were all wonderful!My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves at our wedding. Everything ran smoothly and the staff made sure my husband and I always had our favorite drink in our hands. And I have heard nothing but wonderful comments from our guests. Everyone loved the venue and the food - the food was fantastic! Thank you RCR for giving my husband and I the most memorable and perfect day of our lives.

Yeah, so basically perfection. Venue was stunning, staff were nice, the planners were great throughout the process. Quiet, scenic, and perfect for a wedding. Yeah it's out there, but it's worth it. Our guests raved all night about the scenery and food. Lizz was our coordinator and it was great working with her to make our day perfect. Yeah, there were some bumps leading up to our day (make sure your rehearsal is setup well in advance), but it was worked out and we had a great time. They do shut down part of the course during the ceremony, which is nice, and they let you run around in golf carts after the ceremony. Best of all, it was affordable. The food and drink options certainly saved our parent's wallets by the end of the night.

We highly recommend this venue! Upon first meeting with Lizz we fell in love with both the team on site and also the venue at the same time. The entire team was so accommodating and so helpful in this entire process. On the day of, I cannot say enough about Kassie, who ended up being our contact throughout this process. She was so great about helping us make decisions for that day and gave us the time and space in which to make them. On the day of, she made sure that all of our vendors came in and out seamlessly and made sure I did not stress about any minor hiccups that occurred. The food was amazing; Chef James did a phenomenal job and accommodated our guests with dietary restrictions, which was important for us to do so. Our guests were pleased with the taste and quantity of food. The wait staff was efficient and friendly; they made sure to provide quality service. Freddy, who was the manager of the wait staff, was so helpful and warm. Overall, the entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, kindness and care throughout the process and during the entirety of our big day. We cannot say enough kind words to express how pivotal they were to making our day feel so special.

It's a 1 star if you get Cassie as your coordinator, and a 5 star if get Lizz. I still settled for 3 stars because I really do genuinely like the look of the venue, but you have to really trust them the day of the wedding that they're not going to drop the ball because all the meetings prior to my wedding was stressful and my in laws tried to convince me to not go with them. They set us up with Cassie as the day of coordinator, and she was not at all knowledgeable and was not helpful when it came time for us to meet in person.She didn't know their menu, she didn't know their drinks, she didn't want to walk across to the other building to grab her laptop that had all the information for her. We flew in from Houston and drove 2 hours to the venue and she was unprepared for the meeting. We contacted the vendor and she asked for us to give her 1 day for a thoughtful response, and it's been 1 week and no response. On the one hand, I was so happy with the way the photos turned out, and how great Lizz was at saving the day... but on the other hand, I felt like I would have taken a wild gamble had I stuck with Cassie as the day of coordinator. She was present the day of my wedding and when my husband asked her where the cooler for the flowers were (something we discussed in length at the meeting), she had no idea who he was or if there was a cooler he could use (AFTER she told us there was one!). It was just a lot of unnecessary stress, especially the day of our wedding when it came to our interactions with her. We feel like the least they could do was to apologize for Cassie's unprofessional behavior, or respond to us when we tried to express our concerns. As much as we love Lizz, If I could do it over again, I'm not sure if we would go with them.However, if you have your heart set on this venue, my recommendation is to go meet your day of coordinator in person, and go with your gut. If you could, request Lizz, because she was amazing, and I would have gladly given them a 5 star raving review if all my interactions was with her.

I can't thank Jackie enough for making our wedding day perfect at the Royal Crest Room. We planned our wedding remotely from California, but Jackie and the wonderful staff at the Royal Crest Room took all of the stress out of planning remotely. Once we made it to the big day, everything was perfect. The venue is gorgeous and doesn't need much decorating because of the flowers blooming outside. Everyone loved the cocktail hour outside and really had a great time. During the cocktail hour, the wedding party took golf carts around the golf course, which was a really fun way to take pictures.Compared to every other venue I looked at, the Royal Crest Room was the clear winner. They give you a wedding day coordinator to keep everything on schedule and running smoothly. I had no idea how much better that would make the wedding for me. As the bride, I could just relax and know that everything would be just perfect. If you have your wedding at the Royal Crest Room, you won't regret it.

Had a Thursday wedding here. Simply put, this wedding would not have gone smoothly or as perfectly as it did without Lizz and the amazing staff over at the Royal Crest Room. Any email or request or question we had was answered so fast I wonder if they do anything BUT answer emails over there.We looked at maybe ten other venues before we found Royal Crest and from our first few minutes exploring the many photo locations, the beautiful ceremony site, and the spacious and flexible reception room we jumped in. To top it off, Lizz is honestly the most friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable woman we have worked with. She asked us questions to things we hadn't even considered and helped us craft a flawless timeline for the ceremony and reception and made adjustments on the fly that kept the day going smoothly. If anything exploded during the day we did not see it. The rehearsal had some hiccups because our family is huge and very in your face and Lizz handled everything very professionally and helped us organize the chaos in a way that made sense.The day of the wedding itself was so perfect. Words cannot even describe. The venue was clean and flawlessly laid out, and the organization and timing of every little detail was perfect. Lizz took us around for photos, kept us on schedule, and helped with every little thing it was crazy. We forgot to tell her about a peanut allergy in the family (that we actually made a mistake on because the cake was peanut butter!) and she was quick to clear the cake after the cutting and package it up for us. The wait staff was incredible. Each member came up to us several times throughout the night to check in on us and provide us with drinks or anything we may have needed. The food. OMG the food. Incredible. Worth it alone.

Everyone at the Royal Crest Room helped to make our special day perfect. Jackie was great and made our whole day come together just as we envisioned. From the time we decided to go with Royal Crest Room til the Big Day, Jackie helped to answer all our questions and made the experience personable. The food and the wait staff day of were spectacular- my Husband and I wish we could have the food over and over! All our friends and family complimented how terrific the food was. The outdoor venue under the pergola is stunning and private and creates a very intimate setting to say \"I Do.\" We had so much fun taking photos out on the course after the ceremony with our bridal party. The backdrop and the sunset behind us helped to capture exactly what we were looking for. Our special day was perfect and if I had to do it all over again I would and I'd choose Royal Crest everytime! Thank you RCR!

The Royal Crest Room was the perfect venue for our wedding day! I cannot say enough good things about the Royal Crest Room! We met Lizz at a wedding show and she was so nice we knew we wanted to take a tour of the venue. When we went there we were amazed by its beauty and knew that it was our venue right away. We worked with both Lizz and Kassie who was our day of coordinator and they were both so great! The day of our wedding the ladies noticed that purple napkins were not delivered the night before. I honestly didn't even remember that I asked for purple napkins but Kassie and the rest of the staff at the royal crest room took white napkins and tied them together with some extra flowers our florist had. They truly went above and beyond to make sure it was a perfect day! Freddy was our floor manager the night of the wedding and he was so sweet! He even helped me bustle my wedding dress when none of my bridal party could do it! The food is incredible here! We chose to go with both a chicken and pork option and both were delicious! Everything about this venue, the food, and the staff were amazing and worth every penny! I tell my husband all the time how I want to get married all over again because of how perfect The Royal Crest Room made our day!

Absolutely gorgeous venue! Jackie was our coordinator and she was always so kind and answered any and all questions and concerns. The staff the day of the wedding was also very kind. We keep hearing that our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the setting was. I'm so glad we decided to have our special day at The Royal Crest Room!

There are not enough words to say how great Lizz is!! This is a beautiful venue that has it all, but what matters the most are the coordinators! From the beginning the communication was clear and prompt. Any questions I had Lizz or someone else were quick to respond. The day of my wedding it unfortunately rained and the ceremony had to be moved inside. Lizz handled everything graciously and helped calm my nerves. I will be eternally grateful to them for helping our big day go so smoothly.

Kassie did a great job assisting me with my wedding on June 4, 2017. Everyone at the Royal Crest was so helpful and sweet. This place looks as awesome as their staff. Our guests was so pleased with the food and the atmosphere. #royalcrestrocks 🤗💙💛🙌🏽

This place is amazing. Jackie helped us every step of the way and made sure our day was exactly how we wanted it to be. All the staff was so great and friendly and it's just a beautiful place. The food was amazing too. If it wasn't for Jackies help, I prob would've been a bridezilla but she took so much stress off of me and really did everything for us to make our day as smooth and stress free as possible. If you're reading this review it means you're considering going here for your wedding, and I'm here to tell you that this place is 100% the right choice. I literally don't think they could've been nicer or done anything better than they did. Just amazing .

I have had the amazing privilege of building our award-winning business from the very inception. Together with my husband, we oversaw the design and construction of an amazing venue, complete with the outdoor Pergola on our breathtaking outdoor Ceremony location as well as all of the beautiful features on our grounds. But a venue is not just the building or amenities...it is the people who breath life into each and every event. Our team of sincere, dedicated personalities make The Royal Crest Room what it's become today.
