The Showroom has multiple spaces including The Chapel to accommodate everything from an intimate ceremony to a large celebration. The ballroom is flexible enough to make smaller events feel warm along with the ability to comfortably host 350 guest. Our ballroom comes equipped with ice machine, three refrigerators, freezer, and warming ovens. The Chapel will accommodate 130 people for ceremony style seating and 80 with round table seating. Our ballroom patio and chapel garden are beautiful spots for outdoor ceremonies with seasoned landscaped. We are an open-vendor venue and allow you to bring in vendors.
Had our wedding here June 24th and it was beautiful. The venue itself is beautiful. Courtney was very helpful and sweet. The only improvement I would suggest is they have a list of all fees prices. The girl that did our paperwork charged us a certain price for cleanup fees but it wasn't the correct price, it was way lower and the woman in charge didn't notice it until the week of our wedding. Luckily it was in our paperwork that we paid a cleaning fee so we wasn't charged the full amount however we did over some extra money for cleaning of the chapel. Overall we had a great experience. Erica Nethercutt(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-06-2018 Attempted to reserve this place months ago for a wedding that is to happen in October of 2018. They are so disorganized that they don't even recollect meeting us and showing us around and telling us that that date was open. We agreed and asked when they needed the rental deposit. Then when we went to pay our deposit as they Initially told us to do they said that they never showed us the property and that the date was now booked (despite the person not having even looked at it, let alone put money down on it) and refused to take our deposit. We were first to look at it and request that date and this establishment ignored us and is now holding our date for someone who has 1) yet to show up to even look and yet to decide if they for sure want it 2) yet to put any money down or any verbal agreement in renting this venue. Shameful excuse for a \"professional\" wedding venue. Reviewed on 15-11-2017
Victoria Cherolis(bride)2 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-06-2017 This was a disappointing experience that the only saving grace was our wonderful vendors, family, and friends. We chose to have our wedding here and booked it a year in advance. When we came on site to view and book the venue, it was gorgeous and everything looked great for an outdoor ceremony and reception in the Showroom. It was beautiful and the facility is wonderful, it's very spacious. During that year it was difficult to get responses to emails and for pricing to be clear; you need to call to speak to someone if you want any answers. Several stipulations were not defined in the contract that ended up causing a lot of miscommunication on the wedding day and night before. For example, we were told we could get ready in an apartment upstairs the day of and while we were leaving to take pictures, were informed that that room needed to be cleaned up and locked up by 4pm then later 8pm. There was no prior notification that this apartment was not available through the night. The day before the wedding when I picked up the keys, an employee walked us through the grounds reiterated what things needed to be cleaned when, that sort of thing and the apartment having a time limit was never once mentioned. While we were supposed to be enjoying the reception, I was locked out of the apartment before 8pm and could not get to my check book to pay my vendors. My bridesmaids and mother could not get to their car keys or any other personal items. It felt like I needed to make many changes and had to ask guests to help accommodate these rules last minute that were never defined in any contract or that we were never given notice about prior to the day before the wedding. For all we knew, these rules were being made up as they went along because they were not defined in the contract. We also were told 3 separate times (they kept changing the time the week of) to pick up our keys to the facility the day before which caused a lot of confusion and rush on our part. The employee that we had worked with throughout the year before the wedding was not present the day of and a person I had never been introduced to was supposed to be the on site representative. This on site person had access to our personal belongings and money and we had never even been introduced; she could have very well have not been an employee and we would not have known. We were given two contact phone numbers if there was a problem, I called them both and neither answered or got back with me until a few hours later one came to the facility as we were about to leave. To top it off it felt insulting that \"the concert\" or \"the artists\" was mentioned several times to us because the employees wanted things to be in tip top shape for someone using the facility the night after the wedding. While this was supposed to be one of the most important days of our life, it was seen as secondary to some concert. Throughout the experience, I felt that when we/our wedding party tried to tell the employees what we had been told originally regarding the facility, we were called rude. We felt that the employees had the attitude that they were doing us a favor, rather than treating us as paying customers with a contract. I hope that in the future that this facility updates their contract to be as specific as their requirements are. This place is great for a party or rehearsal but think twice before having your wedding here. Reviewed on 17-06-2017
