Situated near Fort Worth and 40 minutes from Dallas, Texas, The Springs in Alvarado is a wedding venue that takes cues from the mountains of the western United States. This setting is both chic and comfortable. It also combines rustic and sophisticated architectural elements, allowing you and your sweetheart to host your âI dosâ in a memorable locale. The team at The Springs in Alvarado is expert in weddings. The venue is part of a large collection of banquet halls, each with their own style, that are located throughout Texas and Oklahoma. The staff enjoys helping your wedding come to life, be it a small gathering or a large gala. They offer a variety of services to assist you, letting you devote your attention to the celebrations of your love. The venue at The Springs in Alvarado is the Timberview Lodge. It was designed after the abodes found near and throughout the Rockies. There is a massive fireplace as well as expansive windows that add a bit of drama to the space. These large windows also allow light to flood the interior. The building is surrounded by trees, adding to the overall mountainous ambience. Up to 225 guests can attend a wedding hosted on this property. There are spaces both inside and out for your ceremony and reception and options for customization. When you book the venue, you have access to the location for up to 15 hours. The team also provides services to assist with setup and cleanup and provide tables and chairs. The best venue ever! Everything about the Springs was gorgeous, clean, and the management team of the Alvarado location is EXCEPTIONAL for my September sunset wedding. This little slice of heaven truly gives you the gorgeous and private space you need to have a perfect wedding! My guestsâ jaws all literally dropped at this location when they walked in. It requires almost no decoration to make an impressive appearance (which you will appreciate as youâre planning your wedding dĂŠcor, trust me)! On top of that, the venue has some amazing furniture rental items. There is plenty of space for parking and for the wedding party and vendors to spread out and work efficiently! I am sincerely grateful that I got to spend the most incredible day of my life here. If I could do it all over again, I would choose The Springs Alvarado EVERY single time.

Once my fiancĂŠ and I came out to see the venue, we immediately knew this is where we wanted to celebrate our day. The staff were very communicative and easy to get in touch with any questions we had about just about anything. I could not have asked for a smoother process than the one we had there!

What a beautiful venue! Has the vibes of Colorado but in Texas:) The venue was perfect for our wedding day and i wouldn't change anything about it. Catherine answered any questions we had regarding the venue. definitely recommend reading the contract- we didn't read ours fully which I'd recommend in general. You have to go through the bartenders they want you to which was a pain because we had one. You also can't drink in the bride and groom's sweet which can be annoying when you're getting ready for your big day.

I knew from the moment we drove up that winding road I was going to marry my person at that venue. The detail outside is what I fell most in love with. So clean, green, well kept and so breath taking. Inside the venue was just as beautiful. The bride and groom suites were perfect for getting ready and jamming out to music before hand. The details in the bride suite include, plenty of seating, extra mirrors for getting ready, cubbies for personal items, private restroom and they have a secret exit for the bride so no one sees you until the very last second. The staff was so friendly and always made us feel like someone was always there to help. This was truly my dream venue!

The Springs was quite literally the perfect wedding venue. Everything was included in the initial cost, so we were able to show up on Wedding Day with a fully set up space and no surprises. The Springs Ladies are all great at communicating and getting back to you quickly after contacting them. After setting a date and starting to plan, I had to change my wedding date, and they were very helpful and reasonable about telling me what I needed to do and that it was okay and not to be stressed. Very sweet girls.

Wow! The Springs in Alvarado was the perfect venue for our daughter who was wanting a \"mountain lodge\" look for her wedding. It is gorgeous! And the staff there was so easy to work with. We were able to move a few tables with no problem the morning of the wedding to make it more workable for what we wanted. They have a complete website that answered most of our size/length questions without us having to go measure. The entire experience was top-notch and we would be happy to work with this staff and venue again!

Absolutely stunning venue. The weather worked out for us after a storm and had the most beautiful outdoor wedding which some said couldnât be done in Texas. Had an issue with sink drainage in the bridal suite but my handy brother had that flowing in no time. Other than that I would highly recommend.

We chose The Springs in Alvarado and could not have been happier! It is such a breathtaking property and venue! Catherine and Montana communicated with us through the whole process and helped us stay on track with our schedule. The Springs staff is wonderful to work with. This venue is beautiful and I received so many compliments from my guests during and after the wedding. Gorgeous interior and exterior and plenty of space- we never felt cramped. Both the bridal and groom's suites are a great size, too. Highly recommend!

The Springs in Alvarado was a beautiful venue! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. I loved that I could just text the staff, it was really convenient. Originally I had planned on having my ceremony outside, but I last minute moved it indoors because of the summer heat. The staff was very helpful at making this happen, and it wasnât complicated at all to flip the room during cocktail hour. The outdoor area was still beautiful for all my pictures that day. I loved having my wedding here!

Okay first off as you can see, The Springs Alvarado is GORGEOUS! I loved this because I didn't want to bring a ton of decor...and this place didn't need it because you didn't want to mask its beauty. I also loved that we could have the ceremony in the same spot as the reception. And that they allowed dogs and 95% of your vendors you could choose yourself (just had to use their ice guy, security, and bartenders). But getting to choose your own vendors is a huge relief as you can budget easier this way. They included furniture setup and take down which was a huge relief for us too because I was worried with the timeframe of 9am-11pm on the day of...but it was perfect! Also all the ladies there are SUPER helpful and very responsive. I appreciated that they didn't mind my constant questions. My ONLY complaint was that the reception hall did get pretty warm and we were told we couldn't go below 70 degrees in the building. This is understandable but also being a sweating bride wasn't the most fun. I found myself outside cooling off quite a bit since it was nice out (about 50 degrees)..we asked to leave the doors open too but unfortunately that wasn't allowed. I would totally have my wedding again here if I had to! I would just choose winter again for the AC reason :)

Even though all the trees had already had their leaves fall it was still incredible! The lodge was warm and spacious and had all you needed for caterers and seating! Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was! Also the grooms and bridal suites were very spacious and incredible for us to get ready in! Would definitely recommend giving this venue a look!

Even though all the trees had already had their leaves fall it was still incredible! The lodge was warm and spacious and had all you needed for caterers and seating! Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was! Also the grooms and bridal suites were very spacious and incredible for us to get ready in! Would definitely recommend giving this venue a look!

Venue was perfect, clean, and landscaped to perfection. Staff was professional and helped with some of the breakdown after the wedding. Everyone was super friendly. I loved every communication I had with all staff members via email, calls, text, in person. I expecially loved the discounts you get when going with some of their vendor recommendations too!

Venue was perfect, clean, and landscaped to perfection. Staff was professional and helped with some of the breakdown after the wedding. Everyone was super friendly. I loved every communication I had with all staff members via email, calls, text, in person. I expecially loved the discounts you get when going with some of their vendor recommendations too!

I was disappointed with the customer service I was given, nobody came in on the day of the wedding to turn on the TV and get everything going for us or show us how to work the sound system. I saw the reviews online and went to check out the venue in person. They were happy to schedule a tour with me and go over their contract in great detail when I had questions. I have been to 4-5 venues and as soon as I went to The Springs in Alvarado, I knew I wouldn't need to look any further. Their team was AMAZING! I received multiple check in emails throughout the year leading up to the wedding as well as receiving answers to questions I had within 24 hours. The venue was beautiful and everything was well maintained . I wish I could go back and do it all again (minus the other planning stress that is).

But I also chose this venue because it was very important to me that there was a beautiful indoor area in case the wedding got rained out. I'm so so glad I made that a priority because we did get rained out so the ceremony and whole thing was moved indoors, and even though I didn't get to experience the outdoor area for my wedding it was still gorgeous. We had the fireplace on all night which made for great pictures with those big windows! And just the whole indoor area was beautiful and both our families had an amazing time! Best night of my life! On top of that the venue staff was so accommodating and helped made sure there weren't any issues. I can not recommend this venue enough! If you're on the fence just book this place I promise you will not regret it!

My only complaints were that evergreen trees werenât planted around the ceremony space, so there were mostly dead trees in January. Also, many guestsâ GPS glitched and took them to another location. I think thatâll work itself out once the venue is open for a few more months. However neither complaint would not have stopped me from booking and I am still in love with the Lodge style venue. Many guests remarked how beautiful it was. Booking here was one of my best decisions in wedding planning.

Montana Meyer (Manager) Hi there! I am the GM here at The Springs in Alvarado. My first taste of the wedding world was through the beauty industry. A small-town hair + makeup artist who fell in love with love! I was born in Colorado, raised in New Mexico then eventually finding my way to Granbury, Texas. I am a doggo-mom of 1 and we love the lake, taking long adventures through nature by foot or atv, and cruising with the windows down, wind in hair(and fur!) with music playing in my pride and joy, lifted chevy truck!
