From the moment we arrived on site we felt so welcomed! Ariel has answered every single question I had for her and has made the booking process so easy! They are all very nice here and helpful. We havenât had our wedding yet, but I am confident that when it comes, they will make us feel special and help us with whatever we need. We are so excited!

The venue is absolutely STUNNING and fit the vibe we were going for perfectly. There were a couple draw backs however:1) some of the landscaping in the front was in poor condition when we toured and booked and I was assured it would be repaired before our wedding, but it was not. 2) the day of the wedding most of the bathrooms and the bridal suite were out of toilet paper/paper towels. I was told I could text if we needed anything, but when I texted their team to get some restocks in the bathroom, no one ever responded.3) the most unfortunate aspect of our experience with the Springs was that they did several tours DURING our wedding set up which was both extremely unprofessional and stressful. As a bride who was already stressed about getting everything set up on time, having a bunch of strangers walking in during the middle of everything and looking around while weâre all in our robes was so frustrating and caused a lot of stress. Overall, I loved the venue, but their team might want to work on a few of the details that really make such a huge difference for the bride & groom, especially considering how much they are paying for a rental that doesnât include anything except 15 hours of having the venue.

We had our wedding at the Angleton location. We loved our venue and contact with the venue staff was great. Quick responses and helpful. However, day of the wedding the tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned. We also had to ask for toilet paper and trash bags as they were not available when we got there. We were also informed that there were bee's outside at the ceremony site. I was informed that they were being handled and that it should be ready by 1. Our ceremony was at 5pm. At about 3 we were informed that we would not be able to have our ceremony at the site because of the bee's. It wasn't just a few like I had thought the bee's were swarming and there was hundreds of them everywhere. We were told to have the ceremony at their second location. This was told to us about an hour before guest arrived. We had never even seen the other location. Staff stated they would put up signs to direct our guest to the other location but the sign was really small. If you book this location make sure that you walk the grounds before set up and make sure everything is the way you want it. It would have been very helpful if they informed us of how bad the situation was ahead of time. But instead told us to not go outside until it was safe.

This venue is beautiful! Itâs a great space if you want to DIY anything like I did. All of my guests were amazed at how beautiful the space was. One con to this venue is that you cannot have alcohol in your dressing rooms before one of the required bar services arrives. Not a big deal, but I was sad I could not have a mimosa before my ceremony with my bridesmaids. Also, make sure to have enough cash on hand day-of for their required Security! They would not answer any of my communication before the wedding day to know how much to expect to pay / the form of payment they wish to receive. Other than that, the grounds were impeccable and made for a gorgeous wedding day.

We toured a couple of The Springs venues and they were all beautiful and so well kept. Once I saw the photos of Magnolia Manor I knew it was the one. It is even better in person. Everything was amazing the entire day and On Cloud 9 who was recommended to us as an all inclusive vendor by The Springs did a fantastic job the entire process. My wedding planning process was stress free and so was the wedding day.

We had a beautiful wedding at The Springs. We chose Sycamore Hall as our venue because it was beautiful without decorations. They were extremely helpful with answering any questions I had quickly. I was even able to change my date (once) when I had a life event come up that required a different date. The staff set up the venue just the way I requested. Everything was just as expected/ advertised. They also offer all inclusive packages!

Megan was absolutely wonderful! She is so sweet and was so informative. She asked our vibe we were going for and was giving all kinds of ideas. This venue has zero hidden fees. Zero. That is what we liked best. So many other venues were tacking on for the littlest of things and this venue did not! Magnolia Manor is absolutely beautiful inside and out! Megan also texted back any time I texted with a question. I would definitely recommend this venue and their lovely staff!

Which is an absolutely beautiful venue with no hidden fees or tricks etc. They don't have many limitations so you can make your wedding pretty much what you want it to be. The outdoor scenery of magnolia manor is breathtaking . It is so peaceful and serene and having the ceremony outside was a dream. The staff is extremely helpful. I would text them all the time with questions and they would respond very quickly. They are very accommodating. I am very happy I chose this venue and it looks stunning as the backdrop of all my memories.

The Springs has been amazing so far. We just booked our date for next summer. They were so prompt in responding to all messages and were so friendly when we went to tour the venue. We are over the moon about booking Magnolia Manor at The Springs! We had toured a few different places before finally having the time to tour The Springs with Megan and man am I glad we did. Not only was Megan so sweet but she took her time with giving us tours of both venues. I wanted to tour them both as they both are absolutely breath taking in photos. Once I walked into Magnolia Manor I fell instantly in love. After touring both venues, Megan sat down with us and reviewed the calendar and all of the booking details. I loved that she gave us all of the information regarding booking but was not pushy for us to set a date before leaving. She was so sweet and answered all of my many questions. We appreciated all of the time that was spent with us as many venues we toured did not. The next day I was in the area with family and wanted to tour the space again and Emily welcomed us back on the property with open arms to tour the property independently. The second look sealed the deal for me and we booked that day! Emily was amazing with answering all of my follow up questions and preparing all of the documents for us. We are so excited for our special day and know that with the staffâs attention to details and the beautiful venue that our day will be absolutely PERFECT.

Magnolia Manor with Springs Angleton was our first tour and we fell completely in love with the venue. So much that when we visited the other two venues on the list, we went in with out guards up because our hearts were stuck on Magnolia Manor. We worked closely with Megan for the tour and details and she was so kind, informative and super friendly. The venue was spectacular, all of the views were amazing, the price-point was beyond reasonable and they have truly did an amazing job allowing their clients to be able to bring all of our own vendors to create the wedding of our dreams.

We loved having our wedding at the Springs Angleton - the Magnolia Manor. It is such a beautiful venue, both inside and out. The outside was perfect for our ceremony, filled with oak trees and the inside was spacious and the chandelier and fireplace just gave it a perfect touch. The team was helpful throughout the whole process, they gave us ideas of how we could decorate and provided vendors that we could use.

We got what we consider to be an awesome and affordable deal on what is such a great place to get married. They were also extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had along the way.It was clean when we arrived to set up that morning and the attendant was super helpful. The upstairs grooms area did get a little hot, but with about 10-15 people up there at times, it was understandable. Aside from that, all of the guests commented on just how great the venue was.

The springs treated me terribly. They are unethical. I planed my wedding for an entire year. 3 days before they called to tell me I couldnât get married there because the state issued a a stay home order due to covid. I understand they have to follow the law, However, they refuse to give me a refund. We had a contract, we made a deal. On the contract it says refund will be given âin natural disasters or an act of God that prevents a weddingâ this should mean I get a refund. At least half. My parents and I made HUGE sacrifices so we could afford to get married at the springs but we couldnât get married there and now they wonât give us our money back. I am so disappointed with their customer service. DO NOT do business with them. To them you are just another check. They do not care about you or your family. You are just a number.

This is a beautiful venue with the most beautiful, sprawling oak trees. We had our ceremony and reception in Magnolia Manor, and it was just beautiful! Because of the time of year, it was too hot for us to use the outdoor space for the ceremony, but we did take pictures out there and they turned out perfect. I would have given five stars, but the venue is very strict with certain rules and made it more difficult to plan. The get-ready rooms could have had more amenities and been more modern, but they worked fine. This is a great choice for a DIY wedding because the building is already so beautiful, you don't need to add much decor.

The two things I did not like was the fact that the cellular reception is terrible and the wifi is not any better. Due to this, my father could not get a hold of anyone while we were at the venue because he could not find it. So as a result, he was 1 hour late and it pushed everything back. He had been trying to call us for 2 hours prior to the time the ceremony was supposed to start. The other thing is, i really did not like that they only set up once. This is fine for couples having an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception but not for the ones where everything is held inside...which is what we did. We were mindful of our guests so we had an indoor wedding in July. That was stated before reserving the venue, but for as much as you're paying they really should at least do that. You literally just pay for the location.

The Springs is such a beautiful venue. You donât even have to do much as far as decorating either. And the Springs brides Facebook page was so helpful!

Iâm MOB, but the bride and the groom loved this venue as well as myself and every guess. The grounds were beautiful and the Magnolia was set up just as we ask. The office was there with a ready answer for every question we had. It truly was a magical day.

This venue was a dream to work with. They answer immediately anytime you reach out to them. They were super easy to schedule a walk-through with. This was the first venue I visited and I booked it right away. Ariel sold me on my first visit! I got married at Sycamore Hall. It is a ranch style venue and is absolutely gorgeous! It has an outdoor ceremony site and an indoor reception site. The outdoor site is located out huge beautiful door with iron detailing. You walk down a stone walkway to a covered alter. The guest chairs are on turf so if it rains, you donât have to worry about mud. There is a little water feature that they turn on for weddings that looks like a little babbling brook. It runs under a small bridge on the way out to the ceremony site. The whole place is surrounded by huge trees. It makes for fantastic pictures. Inside has wood and stone features. It has a beautiful staircase for the grand entrance. The bridal suite was perfect! There is a table with four chairs, as well as a couch. They have a large mirror and counter area for getting ready as well as two corners with multiple mirrors. Thereâs a back staircase from the bridal suite to get to the top of the grand entrance staircase. The groomâs suite is upstairs. It has a couch, a table, and a TV. Both the groomâs suite and the bridal suite have private bathrooms. There is also an extra sitting room upstairs across the hall from the groomâs suite with a couch and a table with chairs. We used it for a couple family members that came a long way and needed to change on site. The bar area and the buffet area were great with plenty of room. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, and a couple prep tables. The venue team sets up chairs and tables for you before you even arrive. Everything is perfectly clean and perfectly groomed. The people are awesome. Thereâs even an awesome Facebook community for Springs brides and pros and itâs so helpful! Once again, this venue was a DREAM!

Both of their buildings are gorgeous, the landscape is amazing, I have zero complaints! Everyone was so friendly and answered any questions I had quickly and efficiently. We had our wedding here at the Spring at the sycamore hall and it was beautiful! There is no need to do a lot of decorating because the place is beautiful already! The courtyard is soooo gorgeous and if it rains like it did on our wedding you can do it inside and it worked out beautifully everyone loved how we came down the stairs. Also the ladies in the office were so sweet greeted me and my fur baby when we got there, and if we needed anything they were right there to help.

The staff communicated with us throughout the planning process to make sure we didnât have questions or concerns. I appreciated their reminders and things I may have not thought about yet. They have little to no restrictions on vendors which makes it easy to DIY a lot and save money. The day of - they worked hand in hand with our vendors and we didnât have any issues. Someone was on hand the entire day for any questions our vendors had. The full day access makes it easy to decorate, deliver, get ready, etc. - you really get your moneyâs worth! The only reason I am not giving them a 5-star review is the price and event-end time: it is a bit pricey although comparable for Houston venues but they have a variety of days to choose from for every budget. The event has to end at 11 and we wouldâve liked to have it go a bit longer but it was still a great time. If youâre looking for a rustic-elegant venue, The Springs is great!

The venue was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. The reason Iâm giving 3 stars is because when we booked the venue we were told we would be able to use the venue for the rehearsal as long as no one was booked the night before. Well turns out that wasnât true and we had to quickly figure out an alternative for the rehearsal. Also, on the day of my wedding my family and I were setting up and they came and did a tour. I understand that a Saturday morning is probably when a tour would need to be done due to peoples jobs but I would have liked to been informed about it since we paid to have the venue to ourselves the whole day. And I would have appreciated it if they would have done it a little more respectfully. While me and my family are talking and figuring out how to set up decorations the people giving the tour as well as the people on the tour were yelling over us. Not a happy bride in that moment.

I fell in love with this venue after one visit. It was exactly what I had pictured for our wedding. It was a lot cheaper than other venues in the same style. They didn't charge for bringing in your own vendors. The only requirement was the that you use their approved bartender and security, which weren't unreasonably priced. They worked within my budget have an excellent payment plan. The only drawback was that they only do a one time setup of tables and chairs. If you are having an indoor for ceremony than you have to remove the chairs yourself. Other than that I would highly recommend this venue!!!

This was the first and last venue we looked at before deciding on a location. We instantly fell in love with the beautiful venue and scenery. On top of that the manager was super nice and helpful. It rained the day of our wedding so we had to move it indoors. The fact that we had an option for a plan b made things so much easier.

I was able to go to the venue on the day of my tour, 2 open houses, a bridal garage sale and the day of my bridals and bring my mom and maid of honor to view the venue. It was so helpful in the planning process. Overall our wedding was, as they say \"the best day of our lives\". Perfect time, venue, and of course groom. There was only one complaint I have with the venue itself. My husband and I spent many hours working on a slideshow of our journey throughout our 7 year relationship which was to be displayed during our \"social hour\" while formals were being taken. However, come to find out the specific laptop we chose to create the slideshow on was incompatible with the technology the springs uses. As you can imagine we were both pretty disappointed to find out the video we had worked so diligently on making sure the timing and frames flowed smoothly would not even be shown. The venue coordinators were also aware that this specific brand of laptop had never worked with their systems before, so we just wished they would have disclosed that information to us ahead of time. We understand that anytime you deal with technology there is always going to be chances of things not working correctly, or working in general. Therefore, we didn't let this mishap ruin our night. This is more of a word to the wise for future brides/grooms looking into this venue and also wanting to display a video or slideshow. Other than that, the staff was very accommodating and so helpful!

Overall our wedding was, as they say \"the best day of our lives\". Perfect time, venue, and of course groom. There was only one complaint I have with the venue itself. My husband and I spent many hours working on a slideshow of our journey throughout our 7 year relationship which was to be displayed during our \"social hour\" while formals were being taken. However, come to find out the specific laptop we chose to create the slideshow on was incompatible with the technology the springs uses. As you can imagine we were both pretty disappointed to find out the video we had worked so diligently on making sure the timing and frames flowed smoothly would not even be shown. The venue coordinators were also aware that this specific brand of laptop had never worked with their systems before, so we just wished they would have disclosed that information to us ahead of time. We understand that anytime you deal with technology there is always going to be chances of things not working correctly, or working in general. Therefore, we didn't let this mishap ruin our night. This is more of a word to the wise for future brides/grooms looking into this venue and also wanting to display a video or slideshow. Other than that, the staff was very accommodating and so helpful!

This venue is absolutely beautiful and you have so much flexibility to decorate it how you like! It's super spacious! The staff is extremely helpful and they communicate effectively!! I would highly recommend this venue! It's also very affordable !

Is it possible to give more than 5 stars?! Yâall, this venue is a dream! First of all, Liz and the staff was so personable and helpful throughout my entire engagement. Any question I had they were sure to answer as well as give advice and suggestions. They also work great making sure that your big day is exactly how you envision it. I had to switch my ceremony inside 2 days before the wedding and they had no problem letting me come up there to look at my options and come up with a plan B. Also, the fact that they give suggested vendors is awesome because Iâm not from here so I wouldnât have even known where to start. And not to mention the suggested vendors are GREAT! It gave me such a peace of mind knowing that my vendors had worked that venue before so they knew the ropes. The suites are gorgeous and so spacious! I know I had people in and out of the bridal suite all day but it never felt crowded. My wedding day was literally so perfect and The Springs was the PERFECT place! It was so reassuring knowing that I was working with professionals who made sure that our special day went smoothly. I canât tell you how many times my guest commented on how gorgeous the facility was. I loved showing it off to everyone!

I absolutely loved the venue, had the ceremony outside, and reception inside. The venue ladies helped with the start of the ceremony. The springs does have A LOT of rules. Loved the venue itself and so glad we picked it! We weren't very satisfied with the staff, especially on the day of the ceremony. The pictures turned out beautiful and everyone loved the area, however I just wish the experience with the staff would've been better.

I absolutely loved this venue! Liz and Ryan are great - very responsive, super accommodating, and they truly have a beautiful property. We were married at Magnolia Manor on April 14th. No one understood why we were getting married in Angleton until they pulled up to the property - no questions after that. The trees and landscape are stunning. The chandelier inside and the staircase is a dream. This place was built specifically for weddings and you can tell. Love the secret staircase to get upstairs from outside and make a grand entrance down the main stairs without your guests seeing you! They are also flexible with vendors which is a big deal. All in all, an amazing venue for a perfect day. Even better, they do an annual bridal garage sale so I got to go back and sell some of my decor!

The venue is absolutely beautiful but the staff was not accommodating at all. They were very rude over the phone and would not help us with very simple tasks on the day of the wedding. The view was great but the staff's attitude is enough to warn other brides to stay away.

A great venue. Absolutely beautiful. BUT a big expense in a wedding with not a whole lot included. We had our wedding on a Friday night for about, 285 people and it cost $5000. That includes NO day of coordinator. I thought it was a lot of money to pay when you do not even get a coordinator to help through out the event. Overall my wedding was gorgeous and the venue was a huge part in making it so amazing.

This venue is beautiful. There is plenty of space do as much or as little as you want. The fact that there is a built in bar and kitchen prep area is a huge plus. The grounds are maintained and make for great photo opps. My guest absolutely loved this venue. I couldn't have picked a better spot for my special day. I am so pleased with how everything looked.

Ariel Phillips (Manager) My name is Ariel and I am the General Manager at The Springs in Angleton! When I am not at work showing our gorgeous venues, I am at home spending quality time with my family, hanging out with my three dogs and hedgehog, or binging some sort of fictional supernatural show on Netflix. I have been with this venue since 2016 and have picked up lots of helpful tips and tricks along the way.
