The staff and Rob was amazing, very attentive to our needs welcome my family and friends. The Spring of Arlington is very elegant, accommodating and affordable. No one in the DFW can match the venue amenities The Spring of Arlington can offer. Reviewed on 16-12-2023

I had a really great experience with my wedding at the Springs-Arlington! Rob was so laid back and straight forward, it was nice to know exactly what I was getting up front when other venues I looked at were not very straight forward about pricing and what was included/not. Both Rob and Rebekah were quick to respond to questions and were very accommodating for us to make multiple sight visits. The remodel they did was absolutely amazing. It was beautiful and elegant, my pictures turned out amazing. Wedding planning can be stressful but I feel like so much stress was reduced by the simplicity of working with this team. The process was incredibly simple and the staff was wonderful. They renovated the entire venue before we had our wedding and it was stunning! Reviewed on 07-12-2023

We had our wedding at The Springs on September 30,2023. Our wedding planning took place as The Springs had taken over for the previous owners. Initially under the previous owners everything was personable , Rebekah was our wedding planner who kept us well informed, the week of our wedding our planner was reassigned to Dana . This was where things fell apart. We stressed over and over on elderly guests would be attending ( parents , aunts uncles , grandparents) and they all traveled to see us!! After the ceremony guests were not led to the reception area by Dana , ( as promised in rehearsal) to allow for couple and immediate family photos. Mind you this may be your only chance to get photos before the happy chaos of the reception!!Dana was MIA!!! Several times during the reception.Fast forward Dana went MIA for at least 1.5 H during the reception for the cake cutting , wedding speeches ( mind you our DJ and Photographer helped to get me napkins to wipe my happy tears! ) .Dana simply was not an attentive host!!!Our DJ and Photographer became the timeline keepers!!!!🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️😏Shame on The Springs dismissing couples on their special day.😏👎🏾One of our guests whom was friendly and simply happy to be there was approached by the cop and my new husband had to intervene!!We didn’t get parent , older relative pics due to we , DJ and photographer had to manage the timeline!!😏😞😢😢Our cake post ceremony was jammed into a box for pickup!!No one followed up after the wedding and this is now week three ! Food was decent and as planned. Some guests stated the steak ( beef fajitas) was overcooked.Venue is gorgeous! Bridal and groom suites are exceptional! Rebekah was exceptional. Everyone else we dealt with did not seem to comfortable with people of color. Mind you we had a blended guest list. This place was recommended from events under the previous owners from my husband’s mom and she stated how the new owners were not personable or attentive. If you have your wedding here basically have your wedding planners take over I wish I’d known this and we woulda ignored this service from them for an happier less stressful event They basically did not make us seem special on our special day I don’t care 🤷🏾♀️ if we booked under the previous owners we still deserved to be catered to on our special day as promised Reviewed on 15-10-2023
