We had the most perfect and beautiful wedding day thanks to The Springs. We got married on December 30th, 2023. We got married in the chapel and had our reception in the reception space. We had plenty of room for all our guests (150-165 total). Everyone was so helpful and accommodating for all our needs and wants.

I attended The Springs for a wedding tonight for my sister in law and it was quite the experience. The venue was beautiful and that’s where it ended. The bartender that was provided was beyond horrible, not to mention she wore jeans and a hooded sweatshirt to a formal event. Aside from chastising all the guests and accusing everyone of being drunk, which she appeared to be herself, she took a cup out of the trash and made a drink for my niece and attempted to serve it to her. She was confrontational and rude and security refused to intervene. When she was confronted about her behavior, she became even more of a terror. She took forever clearing the alcohol….at 8:30 mind you…and then and drug out the cleaning process as what could only be considered a protest in response to being asked to leave. She stomped around like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. I have never been more embarrassed about someone’s behavior and the fact that she is allowed to work in customer service is beyond abhorrent. I can’t believe that they would allow someone like this to represent their brand and I would hope that they would remove this person and their business from their contacts. I would also hope they make amends to Chaney and Trevor for this subhuman person attempting to put a black cloud on one of the most important days of their lives.

So when we first looked at venues we were surprised that many places had no dates left for the year. The springs did and were amazing they had a first responders discount that helped a lot as well. The groom and bride's rooms were amazing and comfortable! We had a family friend doing some of our arrangements and I had to go back multiple times to get measurements and phones and everyone at the spring was amazing and accommodating. Seriously some of the nicest girls ever!

Day and night this venue is truly here for YOU and YOUR needs!!! I cannot speak highly enough about this place and their gorgeous venue! The springs venue in Edmond is by far the best wedding venue in Oklahoma! I just recently had my wedding here and I couldn’t be happier with the decision I made. The staff was so helpful with everything and they were great with communication. They made me feel so welcomed and took all my stress away! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and has an inside and outside option for the ceremony, which are both stunning! I highly recommend this venue to any bride!

The springs venue in Edmond is by far the best wedding venue in Oklahoma! I just recently had my wedding here and I couldn’t be happier with the decision I made. Our wedding at the Springs was amazing! The staff was very friendly and informative from the beginning. They gave us a full rundown of costs as well as options for trusted catering and decorating services provided from outside vendors. They kept up with us to ensure all documentation was accurate and submitted on time. The venue itself was beautifully cared for and cleaned. The BEST place to get married. The space is beautiful. You can choose to get married outside, inside the reception area, or the chapel. We made changes within hours and they accommodated us so well. They were so helpful and kind, also affordable. With all my heart, GET MARRIED HERE!!!!

Just married off a daughter at this venue. It was amazing ! Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond for us. The venue was spotless when we arrived, everything was set up exactly as requested ( they even added additional chairs at the last minute), and they were always pleasant and delightful. We had only wonderful interactions with all employees including the security guard at our event.

This is a beautiful venue. They can be a little expensive considering they do not do anything other than set up chairs and tables. There is no options for linens, decor, set up/breakdown, etc. but I did get a really great deal for booking at the right time. I also did not like that they require security regardless if alcohol is being served and you have to use their person and you can only pay him in cash day of ( or personal check before hand, but they prefer cash). In my opinion, if you are going to require security, it should be included in the price. Otherwise, overall a beautiful venue. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I’m so glad I got to have my wedding there!

McKenna and her team are great to work with, very informative and helpful. The location is absolutely gorgeous. The getting ready rooms are beautiful and spacious. The outside ceremony area was perfect and the staircase inside is perfect for photos and a dramatic entrance.

The Springs and their staff - absolutely incredible! Kerstin and McKenna have a passion for helping others and it shows with every interaction you have with them. Their genuine kindness and excitement for my husband and I made us feel so welcomed, celebrated, and at home. They will make sure EVERY detail of your day is perfect; our day was seamless in large part due to their hard work!!The venue itself is effortlessly beautiful. The outdoor ceremony area is spacious and beautifully landscaped. There are so many locations for amazing pictures - and the bridge adds a level of romance to the ceremony. If you're looking for a venue that doesn't need elaborate decorations to look elegant, this is it! The indoor area was the perfect size for our reception, the grand staircase was incredible and gave us the dramatic entrance we hoped for, and the chandeliers effortlessly elevated the space. Our guests still haven't stopped talking about how beautiful the venue was. If I were to do it all over again, I would choose the Springs every time. The look of the venue speaks for itself, but the staff truly makes the place wonderful. We are so lucky to have had Kerstin and McKenna - I can't imagine getting married anywhere else!

Out of all the venues I had researched and explored in the OKC area, the Springs in Edmond is one of the best ones out there. The package deals are different depending on when you are getting married, and you can also score a great deal when you book at the right time - the earlier the better. This venue comes with heating and AC as well as a very scenic ceremony site and reception hall and comfortable bridal and groom suites. The reception hall has a rustic feel to it, and the stairs really add to the feel. When the hall is a blank slate, it is an amazing place to bring your imagination to life. If you are looking for accessibility like I was for guests who need guidance walking to and from the venue, this is a great one.All packages come with a 15-hour rental, which gives you plenty of time to prepare for a late-afternoon/early-evening ceremony. The venue also comes with a day-of coordinator, and she’s been good with checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly. The downfall is that you cannot book a rehearsal dinner the nights before the wedding. Thankfully, we had discussed the ceremony throughout the day and it went smoothly.Yes, I very highly recommend the Springs to other couples getting married. It’s not in the heart of the city, but it’s out in the country in northwestern Edmond. For me, a small-town girl originally from a farm town, the Springs was absolutely perfect for me and my husband to tie the knot and celebrate with our family and friends. Everyone I had spoken to who had attended our wedding had an amazing time.

My now husband and I had a long engagement, which gave us plenty of time to look at wedding venues. We looked at 5-6 other venues before deciding on The Springs and we are so glad we did! We were able to select our date very early on and used to payment plan to make things easy. I will say that having your wedding on Monday-Thursday (ours was on Thursday) is quite the discount and worth the slight inconvenience to wedding guests. The price we paid was definitely worth every penny and quite reasonable, especially compared to other venues in the area that didn't offer nearly the number of amenities that the Springs did. All of the staff at the Springs was lovely to interact with and very helpful - I actually ran into an old friend from high school! The Springs would regularly check up on me to make sure I had everything I needed and let me know if there was anything they needed from me. It was super easy to arrange things with them like the engagement photos or additional tours. The Springs also hosts an open house every spring and fall if I remember correctly and that is a very useful time to look over the venue again and meet with vendors (they also have rentals). They send you a floor plan guide for tables and set those up for you as well. When we booked the venue, Barbara was the one who gave us a tour and she was phenomenal - so helpful and friendly! She gave us a folder with everything we would need to arrange the wedding of our dreams. While you can only select a bartender from their list, we were very pleased with the choices and don't think you could go wrong with any of them (we ended up with Platinum Bartending). Of course, if you don't want to bother with the trouble of alcohol, you can choose not to select any bartenders. All the other vendor options were as flexible as we wanted to be and we had everything we needed for them through the Springs. For the caterer, there were fridges, freezers, warmers, convenient outlet options, and a huge kitchen. For the DJ, there was both an indoor and outdoor speaker setup with two microphones, though the DJ was more than welcome to bring their own equipment as well. For the bartender (or beverages in general), there is a very nice, long built-in table/counter area set up near the bridal suite with plenty of space for drinks, cups, ice, etc. The Springs also provides a security officer who hangs out with the bartender all night that you must pay for - not too expensive and it's nice to have someone to keep an eye on things. We did the flowers, decorations, and cake table ourselves so those vendors didn't need anything, but the Springs had several options to help with those if needed (ladders, extra tables, etc.). The bridal suite is massive and worked amazingly for our wedding! Everyone had plenty of space to get ready and made me feel like a princess. I heard from my husband that the groom suite was awesome and worked perfectly for him and his groomsmen. The \"wedding\" suite was also great for my husband and I after the ceremony to take some time to eat before heading back down for the reception. The guest bathrooms were so spacious too. The Springs also has an apartment onsite that I rented the night before my wedding for my bridesmaids and I. It was perfect and was the best way to spend the night before the wedding. The space is very big and has everything you could need. Overall, I would highly recommend the Springs for your wedding! Thank you for helping to make our day so amazing!

The outside gazebo has a concrete path all the way down and the landscaping where our guests sat was turf so they didn't have to worry about mud/ heels sinking. The whole venue is so pretty, so we could get by with minimal decor and still get the look we wanted. The food and bar tables were also super handy for our catering. We highly recommend Barbara and her associates.

I am the Miss Rodeo USA Pageant Director and I needed a location to hold some of our Pageant Events and The Springs turned out to be the perfect location. The Springs was absolutely amazing. Not a single thing went wrong on our wedding day. Barbara, Caley, Michael, and all of the Springs staff made sure everything was prepared to make my day the absolute best. They made sure that the venue was prepared exactly the way we wanted it to be. Everything was set up just as we had planned. They are extremely punctual and truly want your day to be perfect. The staff at the Springs have impacted me, my family, and friends more than they will ever know. They are ready and available for ANY question or concern you may have leading up to the wedding! I also used the on site apartment suite to stay in the night before the wedding which was awesome because I didn't have to worry about getting to the venue early - I was already close by, which made me feel so carefree! They are warm and welcoming, and make you feel like the most special person in the world. It is apparent that they do what they do because they are passionate about it. I will never forget how perfect The Springs was for our wedding. They truly know how to do their job well and make you as a bride (and/or groom) feel so loved and cared for. If I could have every life event at The Springs, I would!

When our only daughter and her “Now” husband were looking for a venue for their December 2020 wedding, I am so thankful that The Springs – Edmond was our last stop. We toured several. I am sure you have heard of a God Thing! Well, Barbara Quickel is my God Thing. We were very blessed to have her give our tour. God places you with people that bring out the best in you. And she brought out the best in The Springs, as well as herself. She met us with a big hug, her amazing smile, wit and charm, she gave us the grand tour. She had all the answers we needed and then some. Planning a wedding with your daughter can be a bit overwhelming. But when you have a Director like Barbara, she has a way to keep you calm and answer any questions and any concerns. You attract to people that make you better and happy (or at least I do). Barbara made my life as the Mother of the Bride so easy. There was never a text that went unanswered. If it was a call, just to say Hello how is your day. It was wonderful to see someone so excited about your daughter’s wedding, just as much as you are. (Even though she does this for a living) She would say, I cannot wait to see it all come together. I would tell her or show her my ideas and she was just as excited to see them come to life as I was. We rented the apartment for daughter and her bridesmaids the night before the wedding. The girls had a blast. The apartment was perfect! The day of the wedding Barbara was there first thing with open arms and the first words out of her mouth was I am so excited to see you all and for this day and if you need anything from me, please let me know. I was a bit overwhelmed the day of the wedding, as any MOB would be. I wanted everything to go prefect for our little girl on her big day. Again, Barbara was there. She made suggestions that we used and ran with. I would not have made it without Barbara. I not only met a new friend, but I truly believe I have a friend for life! I would highly suggest the Springs – Edmond if you are looking for a wedding venue or just a venue. Their kindness is out of this world. The Springs is an absolute gorgeous venue, and the staff was very accommodating on the day of our wedding. The grounds and facility were well taken care of and manicured meticulously, which made for some beautiful wedding photos. However, we were incredibly disappointed with how their corporate office handled the Coronavirus. We booked in 2019 and planned to tie the knot in spring 2020. When COVID hit, The Springs would not let us change our date until we were two weeks away from getting married. This hardly left us time to let our friends and family know of our changed plans. Further, The Springs would only let us reschedule for dates in 2020 that had not been claimed. They would not consider a 2021 date. Since we wanted to get married outside, we moved our wedding date to a Sunday so we could get married in the fall. They would NOT refund us the extra money we paid to get married on a Saturday even though we had to get married on a Sunday. They claimed it was because they had one Saturday open in December. They made it feel like they were doing us a favor by rescheduling at all, even though we legally could not get married on our original date due to government regulations.If we had to do it over again, we wouldn’t book this venue if we knew we would not get the full value of the additional $2,000 we were asked to pay for a Saturday wedding. Part of the reason we booked The Springs was because they sold us on how accommodating they would be. We were really disappointed when, of all of our vendors, The Springs was the most difficult to deal with when rescheduling. It's also disheartening to see a corporate business (this venue is a part of a chain of event venues) taking advantage of couples when they continue to build and expand. Since the vert first day we tour the venue, almost a year and a half ago, we meet Sweet Barbara and our kids feel in love with her and the place, We had nothing but great experiences. All the questions were answered, all the concerns and worries were handle in such beautiful and tender way. We can't say enough of everyone and everything... Thank you from the bottom of hour hearts for making our family feel we were the only ones in the world you were helping and for making this day a day we will never forget. You guys are amazing.

We recently had our wedding at The Springs. The Springs was the first and only venue we looked at and we knew we had to have our wedding there the moment we stepped foot in the door. This venue is picture perfect and the staff members are just the icing on the cake. Each and every staff member we worked with was so kind and helpful. Communication with them was seamless and they always responded so quickly. We couldn’t have imagined having our wedding anywhere else and we got so many compliments on the venue!

I had an amazing experience with The Springs ~ Edmond! I had my wedding there July 2020 & it was breathtaking, an absolute fairy tale dream. My husband & I enjoyed every bit of it & our guest are still talking about how beautiful the venue was. Inside & outside is sooooooo gorgeous which made everything simply perfect for our wedding (the bridge put the icing on the cake). All the staff were great & made sure we had everything we wanted & needed throughout the entire day. They were great throughout our whole planning process & never left us wondering when we had questions. They were very accommodating & as a DIY bride I loved the fact I able to use any vendors I wanted. To top it off they had so many great planning tools that I used from their website & that came in handy as a DIY bride. Overall, it was a great experience this way!

We recently had our daughter’s wedding at The Springs in Edmond on May 23rd. The venue and grounds were beautiful. We had approximately 280 guests. They put out every chair so that everyone would feel comfortable with social distancing if they wanted to. Some changes had to be made in consideration of food serving, but all in all everything went smoothly and it was a perfect day for all. Barbara and her staff were always available to us throughout our day for help and questions that we had. I would definitely recommend them for any couple looking for a venue for their wedding day!

Some changes had to be made in consideration of food serving, but all in all everything went smoothly and it was a perfect day for all. Barbara and her staff were always available to us throughout our day for help and questions that we had. I would definitely recommend them for any couple looking for a venue for their wedding day!

It really made it a stress-free day! The manager Barbra was so accommodating and was really patient about explaining everything ! I had my wedding at The Springs Edmond in February. It was the most perfect day. They had everything set up exactly how I wanted and the venue looked gorgeous. Everyone at my wedding kept commenting on how amazing the venue was. It is spacious enough for a large wedding but still feels like an intimate setting. It was perfectly clean when we arrived and was ready for all of our decorations. The manager, Barbara was so helpful through the whole process and I felt like she cared about my day as much as I did! I can't recommend this venue enough!!

The Springs in Edmond made our fairytale wedding a dream come true! I never thought I would have such an extravagant wedding in a place so gorgeous until we found The Springs. The staff is amazing (thanks Barbara!), the space is so perfect you don’t even need much decoration, and you are sure to get many compliments on your big day! This venue is so worth the investment and you might even get some special guests (deer) at your ceremony like we did! If you’re on the fence just do it!

The Springs in Edmond made our fairytale wedding a dream come true! I never thought I would have such an extravagant wedding in a place so gorgeous until we found The Springs. The staff is amazing (thanks Barbara!), the space is so perfect you don’t even need much decoration, and you are sure to get many compliments on your big day! This venue is so worth the investment and you might even get some special guests (deer) at your ceremony like we did! If you’re on the fence just do it!

I actually cried during my tour at the Springs, so I knew immediately that this was the place we were getting married. And they have been nothing but fantastic! Barbara Quickel is so sweet and amazing - she was always available to answer any questions I had. The venue itself is GORGEOUS, and I couldn’t be more thankful that we had the perfect weather to have the ceremony outside because walking across that beautiful bridge was a dream. The bridal suite was spacious and comfortable, and I absolutely loved being able to see what was happening during the ceremony on the monitors they have in the bridal suite before I walked out!!

The Springs is a gorgeous venue! The staff is very accommodating and definitely went above and beyond for us. We always had a number we could just shoot a text to and our questions answered! The price is very reasonable, however, you only get the venue. No decor, no linens, nothing. So if you're looking to fully customize your big day and provide everything except tables, and chairs, this is the place!We did have one small issue with accounting. My mother in law offered to pay the initial deposit and instead of using the bank account information in our contract they continued to withdraw our monthly payments from her account on the deposit check. They also had double withdrawn our payment one month. Again, these were small issues because we keep a close eye on our accounts and our automatic withdraws, just something to keep in mind! The Springs is a wonderful place to get married. Your photos will be incredible and your guests will talk about it for years to come! <3

This venue is an absolute dream. To start, the pricing is very reasonable. They have different prices depending on the day of your wedding, so you can find a price that works for you. The venue itself is gorgeous. The main hall is all wooden and comes with a stage, a full bar, a buffet table, all the chairs and tables you would need, and other little tables that you can use for the guestbook or any other displays you would like. And they set everything up for you as well. There is a full bridal suite that can fit a ton of people (I had 8 bridesmaids and a hair and makeup crew, and we all fit perfectly.) there’s also a grooms suite and another room to use just in case you need it. The outdoor area is absolutely beautiful. There is a sweet little waterfall and a bridge, and the whole place feels like a little secluded oasis away from the sounds of traffic and civilization in general. The staff is amazing to work with in the way that they are very informative and relatively hands-off. They let you have whatever kind of wedding you want, but are always just a text away if you need them. Vendors love this place as well since they have thought of EVERYTHING! If you are looking for a worry-free place that also leaves room for your own creativity, this is absolutely the spot. I couldn’t recommend it enough!!!

My daughter got married at The Springs-Edmond the first Saturday of October and the outdoor wedding and indoor reception were amazing!!! Rustic elegance at its finest. Everything was immaculate and looked brand new. The staff handled everything with ease and kept the day moving so smooth. I don’t think you could find a better venue - anywhere!!
