Situated in a tranquil area, The Springs in Rockwall is a refined wedding venue. There are two event spaces to choose from named Poetry Hall and Rockwall Manor. Each of these buildings possesses its own unique character that makes for a memorable wedding experience. The idyllic location is combined with enthusiastic support from the professional staff who enjoy helping you see your wedding come to life. The Springs in Rockwall is part of a collection of event venues located throughout Texas and Oklahoma. The employees of the company are well-versed in the ins and outs of nuptial gatherings. Each of the buildings and the grounds they occupy are well suited to a plethora of wedding visions. At The Springs in Rockwall, the two banquet halls offer couples multiple choices for their “I dos.” Up to 320 guests can be accommodated at either. Rockwall Manor possesses a dignified and vintage style, reminiscent of bygone days. The columns and expansive front porch add to this overall vibe. For an especially picturesque touch, a fountain gurgles before the grand building. At Poetry Hall, the architecture takes a rustic turn without compromising on sophistication. Wood and limestone elements can be found throughout as well as both manicured and natural spaces outside. Each provides a stylish setting for both your ceremony and reception. The staff at the venue offers both setup and cleanup as well as granting you and your love 15 hours to enjoy the space. These services, among their others and the numerous amenities, allow you to keep your attention on the celebrations.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with The Springs at Rockwall Manor but more specifically our Coordinator Ashley! Her wedding knowledge, organization skills, and personality is unmatched. If you are slightly thinking of investing in a day or coordinator I strongly recommend her!! Looking back on my wedding, I would not change a single thing, and it was no doubt one of the best days of my life.

Our wedding was beautiful and this venue was perfect!! We visited a few other venues and we couldn’t find anything like this. It was elegant and we were able to fit all of guest comfortably:) The bridal suite is amazing plenty of room for hair and make up!! Groomsmen suite was perfect! The team went above and beyond on helping us having an amazing wedding. We were able to visit the venue whenever we wanted ( with an apt) and we asked for suggestions on decorations, and they gladly sent over pictures of other weddings :) The only thing we wished we had a say on was The bartenders they only have 2 on the list. Other than that we were able to pick our own preferred vendors on everything else!We would hands down recommend this venue!

The place is absolutely gorgeous, the price was reasonable set and they do offer discount depending on the season, day or etc. The only thing was there were so many rules to hold you and your guest accountable too when you should be enjoying that “once in a lifetime” moment.

The Springs was an amazing venue at a great price. Everyone was super nice, courteous, and flexible on our wedding day. One thing I do want to point out despite my 5-star rating is the fact that we were limited to only 2 bartending services. One that was all inclusive and really expensive (more than the venue itself) and another that charged $800 for 5-hours of bartending service and we provide everything (liquor, beer, wine, sodas, napkins, cups, straws etc.) , they go by the name of “3-Bartending” we went with this option, they were by far the worst Bartending service experience that we’ve ever had. Many of our guests complained about being forced to tip, and being harassed by the male bartender to tip or being plain rude to them. Many of my male friends expressed how all females would get a 16oz cups for drinks but males would get the 9oz cups that were purchased for wine and not necessarily drinks. Female friends even told us that the bartender would mention “I’ll make you that drink if you tip me” comments like that. Given they already were paid and had a tip jar out, which we were fine with. But to be rude to our guests was totally unacceptable. At the end of the night our wedding planner mentioned that the bartender would not leave until we gave them an additional tip, after them having a tip jar all night, harassed our guests and had already been paid $800 for 5-hours of bartending service. Many people also complained about the lack of liquor in each drink, telling us they were very light which caused them to go for more and more, and each time they went, guess what happened? Even after them already tipping once before, guests were harassed to tip again! Lack of supplies, was not an issue on our part; we had plenty of cups, alcohol, beers, mixers and ice left over by the end of the night. It just seemed like this was done intentional to charge our guests for a drink that we had already purchased and paid for their service.Prior to the event we even had to do our own research for the ingredients and measurements of each drink that we wanted to offer. That kinda then surprised me that a bartender wouldn’t know how to make a jack & coke, a cherry sour, or a screwdriver and why do we have to provide instructions to a bartender on how to make a drink, after literally being paid $160/hour to do their job. The least they could have done was do a simple google search prior to the event if they didn’t know. I really do and blame The Springs on this one. With very little bartending choices and the only choice to have an a la carte option, we were stuck with a horrible service from “3 Bartending” I would write a very negative review for them, but to their luck, they are no where to be found on Google, which I’m not surprised, by the service they provided, they probably would receive many other negative reviews if they were easily found.The Spring, I really highly recommend you get a replacement or offer additional bartending options other than the only 2 options given.

As newlyweds who recently celebrated our special day at the Springs at Rockwall, we cannot express enough how incredibly grateful and impressed we were with our choice of venue. From the moment we set foot on the property until the final dance of the evening, everything was flawlessly executed, creating an enchanting experience that exceeded our wildest expectations. The only thing we had issues with was the wifi and the network which was so weak that it was hardly possible to have a 2g speed. Other than that everything went exceptionally good. Thank you, for making our wedding day a cherished memory that we will treasure for a lifetime.

The Springs Event Venue, Rockwall Manor was fantastic. The venue is beautiful and they were very helpful with all of our questions. We could not have asked for a better wedding day. There was a chance of rain on the wedding day so they were very helpful in accommodating a backup plan. Luckily the forecast was wrong and the weather was absolutely beautiful. We had about 135 people and the downstairs area was set up perfectly for that head count. The best part about this venue I would say is that we were able to save some money on decorations because only minimal amounts of flowers and greenery were necessary to add some color to the place, the venue is beautiful as is.

We looked at so many venues; when we walked in to this venue, our mouths dropped. After seeing the ceremony site; it was an automatic yes, this is where we wanted to get married at. The staff was always so sweet and very attentive. We could have not asked for more of a beautiful wedding!

This was the first venue we looked at and we fell in love with it!! We love how there were no hidden fees and they were open to letting us find and bring our own vendors. It ended up storming the day of our wedding and they set up chairs on the inside just in case we had to do an inside ceremony last minute. The whole touring process, getting questions answered and set up was so easy and smooth. I love how they even had days where they brought in vendors for us to go talk to and they had a wedding garage sale where I could get some wedding stuff cheaper!

We loved our wedding at poetry hall! Although I was super disappointed it rained on my wedding day the team at the springs made it easy to transition to an indoor wedding. They even set up the chairs outside in the event it ended up not raining on our big day. They answered all of my questions and allowed us to come to the venue several times to get measurements, pictures, and take a final look. I appreciated all of their patience with us. My one and only complaint is that you have to use their bar and security which would be more than fine but I had several issues with both. Including my security not showing up until an hour after our wedding started and we missed most of our paid for cocktail hour. While this was disappointing it wasn’t the fault of the venue and I appreciate them for all their help. I definitely would recommend the springs to my friends and family!

The Springs Rockwall Manor was incredible. There were no hidden fees and the staff responded to my random various emails with rapid speed and always with grace and kindness. They also don’t require in-house or preferred vendors for catering, floral, or dj - as a lot of venues do which saved us a TON of money when comparing.The venue was just stunning and it was the perfect spacing for our tables, the food & drink bar, and most importantly- the dance floor! 10/10 fo sho.

Beautiful location for a ceremony! Had an amazing wedding there but there were pros and cons.Pros-outdoor landscaping is beautiful! Immaculately manicured. -very timely on responses-documents showing dimensions of everything so you can plan decor more easily. Cons-don’t allow alcohol at all outside of the reception hours, so we couldn’t even have mimosas in the bridal suite. Hidden cameras are all over the building including main area of suites so don’t bother sneaking it in if it means risking the event being cancelled.-sent us several reminders for floor plan and exterior chairs, but when the day came none of it was set up for us. My wedding planner had to rearrange everything.-a good 30 minute drive for guests from closest city with hotels. Lyft and Uber have almost no coverage there so recommend a shuttle service.-

The Springs was an absolutely perfect wedding venue! We toured a few venues before seeing this one and the second we walked in we immediately knew it was the one! The ambience of Poetry Hall is so romantic, elegant, and warm. It set the perfect tone for how we wanted our big day to look. The ceremony area was the PERFECT backdrop. We couldn’t of asked for more! On top of the beautiful setting, the team was so so so easy to work with! As a bride with a million things going on, it is such a relief to have a venue who is easy to get ahold of and works with you for anything you need! The Springs helped make our dream day come true and we’ll never be able to thank them enough for that!

We had our wedding at this venue two weeks ago. It was absolutely perfect and the venue looked beautiful! We had our wedding at the Manor. The Springs staff was super nice and informative. They always answered quickly when I needed something and made the entire process so easy. The entire place was perfectly clean and well taken care of. There was plenty of parking for all guests. The venue is a bit far from Dallas but it was not a problem for us since most of our guests were staying in Rockwall and we provided a shuttle to the venue (the space was big enough for our bus). Over all a great experience!

Beautiful venue! I helped my cousin plan her wedding here last Fall and she loved it. The wedding day was great and they were helpful. The lady working that night Marcela was friendly and even helped take the trash out for us. I highly recommend this venue!

This is a great and beautiful venue. Cost is pretty high for the little included. If your not wanting alcohol This venue is a good deal but they only let you pick from 2 bartending services amd both are very high priced so I would choose somewhere else if you want alcohol.

We actually found this venue from a friend who got married a sister property in Katy, TX. Once we saw The Rockwall Manor, we fell in love and put our deposit down immediately. The entire team at The Springs was wonderful to communicate with and helped us with everything along the way. I loved their floor plan document on google.docs which made it easy to create our dream layout. The day of our wedding, everyone was so nice and available to answer my simple concern of finding the thermostats. They are also dog friendly!! We had both of our boys there with us the entire day. I would 100% recommend people getting married here or just having an event. It was breathtakingly beautiful, even in the winter.

Many of our guests commented about how gorgeous the venue was! Jennifer, Baylie, and Emily were AMAZING! They were so responsive and helpful. They got back to me quickly each time I had a question. They made this experience very stress free. I highly recommend this venue!

The Springs staff is so quick to respond and very accommodating if you have to reschedule tours. Out of all the venue staff we’ve dealt with, they were the best! Very friendly!

We were able to get to the venue at 9 in the morning to start setting up and that made all the difference. As the bride, I was able to have some rest and relaxation time before the actual ceremony. The Springs already had the chairs ready for us outside when we got there and the tables and chairs inside the event hall. All we had to worry about was the decorations. The entire staff was amazing! My sister in law went on the tour for me since I don’t live locally, and she sent photos and called me so I could speak with the staff while she was there. I was nervous to book it since I didn’t get to see it in person, but it was beautiful and exactly what we needed, especially with the specials they were running!Jennifer & Baylie always responded to my calls, texts, and emails within 24 hours if not sooner. They were around if I needed them during the rehearsal and wedding day but didn’t get in the way at all. Really lovely ladies.

I loved The Springs. My husband and I got married at Poetry Hall, and it was everything I've ever dreamed of for my wedding. They handled all of my concerns and anxieties swiftly and took care of all of the details. I definitely recommend this venue!

I could not have asked for a better venue to get married at, especially having been a Covid bride. My husband and I visited several venues in the DFW area and both knew instantly that The Springs Rockwall was the one. For starters, the views are amazing. It was a surreal feeling getting married in the most magical setting. Secondly, the staff is so easy and wonderful to work with. Unfortunately we had to move our original May wedding to November, and they made it the easiest switch for us. Jennifer and staff were always extremely quick to respond to any emails/phone calls/etc. On top of the great communication, their online floor chart makes planning your wedding so easy!! I highly recommend The Springs Rockwall for your future wedding/party. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue for the happiest day of my life!

This venue is BEAUTIFUL! Absolutely stunning and everything you want in the looks but I want to note a couple of things. You pay a LOT for the 4 walls, tables, and chairs. There are very few amenities. That is IT. They do have a great kitchen (big refrigerators and lots of space for catering). It comes with nothing else but you do have the ability to bring in your own vendors which can help with cost. Additionally, the tv in the grooms suite was not working the day of. Which would be really nice to keep them busy and I’m sure most days it works but it didn’t that day and they were bummed. Finally, it’s strict. No alcohol until security/bartenders show up so no mimosas for bridesmaids or beers for groomsmen during the day. I have to admit I was SO stressed about the groomsmen sneaking alcohol and me being the one to be fined for it. Fortunately I have a great coordinator who assured me she wouldn’t let it happen, but it’s a TOUGH rule and frustrating to be honest. Brings some undue stress to a bride on their wedding day. I would recommend this venue overall because they’re VERY sweet and responsive. They text you back if you have a question and are super nice! The venue is gorgeous and ultimately is what made me choose this venue. But just a couple of notes to keep in mind above.

I was so happy that we choose The Manor! As I drove up and saw our names I noticed a misspelling and called the ladies in the office. The fact that Jennifer said she noticed and had someone on it was a sign my day was going to go as planned. Not to mention it did! We needed an extra table and called for one not were we provided one the ladies moved to my requested location even though I insisted on the me moving the table The office ladies did it anyway. We made the right decision!

The venue is beautiful. Staff was very responsive. However, the wedding day was not great. They set up the wrong chairs and in the reception format, not the ceremony. I’m not sure what happened but certainly understand miscommunications can occur. However, when I asked to get it fixed via text message, they said no. Then I talked to the maintenance guy and he said his hours were up so he would not fix it. Then one of the staff members came in and also pretty much told me they weren’t changing the chairs. It’s a bit of a blur on specifics because then I got upset and begged- said I would pay them, said my family would set up the chairs, which pretty much happened. They ended up bringing the correct chairs but my family had to set them up. The AC was also off in the grooms suite and it was HOT and miserable and was never fixed. It was also very hot at the reception and they said they wouldn’t turn it down. The security they made me hire was useless and stood against the wall at the bar on his phone and half asleep. It is also NOT handicap accessible as the family room is upstairs and our older grandparents could not walk up there.

We got married at the Poetry Hall location and I could not have asked for a more beautiful set-up. It has the perfect mix of a beautiful upscale vibe with the woodsy outdoors. First of all, have your wedding here! My husband and I had our dream wedding at the Rockwall, TX venue and used Poetry Hall. All members of the staff were so helpful and cared about our needs and desires! They kept in constant communication with us and quickly responded to any questions and concerns that we had. They also sent us a thank you card and congrats at the end of all of this. I HIGHLY recommend using them and their prices are unbeatable in my opinion and trust me, I shopped around. I used most of the venders they recommended to us but you are not tied to that at all. You are free to be as creative and budgets friendly as you want to be and that really sold it for me. Not to mention how gorgeous the venue is! We will always treasure this place and so will you!

This venue is a beautiful as it is easy to work with! They let you come and tour almost any day (assuming it's not during a wedding) and none of our vendors has any issues with the space! Highly recommend.

It was great! The venue is beautiful and the staff is very professional! They sent email reminders every couple of months which were really helpful. You could easily get in contact with them if you ever had any question. We had a large wedding (~230) and we were able to fit everyone downstairs with a dance floor! We had the best time and wish the day didn't go as fast!

The Springs Rockwall Poetry Hall- I will say that they went above and beyond and do such an amazing job with answering questions quickly. I loved that initially when planning they allow you to text as well! My planner did most of the communication with them, but she LOVES working with them as soon as I told her that was my venue! They were so flexible and I loved that they have no vendor restrictions for everything but Alcohol and Security! Everyone just kept commenting on how beautiful the venue was and that it felt just magical! Thank you for making the entire process so smooth and easy!

Such a gorgeous venue and great staff!! The grounds were so beautifully groomed and the lighting was gorgeous through the trees around the ceremony site. We had so much fun in poetry hall for our reception, there was plenty of room for all of our guests and our vendors had plenty of area to set up. The bride and groom suites were perfect for getting ready. It’s a confusing drive getting to the venue but no one has trouble because the gps takes you right there. Highly recommend!

Kaylee Finch (Manager) Hi there! My name is Kaylee! I’m a graduate of the University of North Texas with a BS in merchandising! I stumbled upon the wedding industry by pure luck. I’m lucky to get to call my job something I love but that it also happens to be about love! I truly enjoy hearing how couples have met, the proposal story + hidden details behind the proposal, the inspiration for their big day & seeing their dream day come true! I love it!
