This was a DREAM venue. So much greenery and the details inside and in the suites are STUNNING. The back chapel is so traditional which we loved and the venue always answered our phone calls and got back to our emails so quickly! It was an incredible experience. They also let you get in at 9am which saves so much money compared to other venues that charge you extra for earlier times. Couldn’t be more please with this venue.

I can't say enough amazing things about The Springs Valley View. I was married there last June and every single part of the planning and the day of was absolutely perfect. Rebecca and her staff made my wedding day an absolute dream and it couldn't possibly have gone more smoothly. I received endless compliments on the venue, the food, the flowers, the staff, and everything about the night in general! We are located outside of the metroplex and this venue was absolutely perfect for us and made planning a breeze. I truly can't recommend The Springs Valley View enough!!

Rebecca and her staff made my wedding day an absolute dream and it couldn't possibly have gone more smoothly. The Springs mansion is a beautiful venue. You really can't get better. The team at the Springs is top notch. They made everything very easy. The chapel gives the traditional vibe with the gorgeous grounds and mansion space for the reception. You get the best of both worlds. My only disappointment was with our bar tenders. That company was separate from the venue but was a recommended vendor. I wish the options for bar tenders were more, or that we had the option to use our caterers bar services. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

From the beautiful chapel to the open reception area, every moment was unforgettable.Overall, The Springs in Valley View exceeded our expectations in every way possible. I can’t say enough great things about this venue. Not only is it unique in design, but it’s absolutely stunning! The staff was easy to reach, quick to respond, and answered all of my questions. The springs in valley view is a wonderful place to get married. Rebecca & Caroline are very personal, kind, genuine managers who help you out as much as they can. This is a beautiful place to get married with plenty of bathrooms for your guests. They are flexible and have so many ideas and options of floor plans available to you as a couple to work from. They are very accommodating, and I can’t say enough nice things about them. I didn’t love my wedding coordinator, but I knew the managers at the venue weren’t anyone I had to worry about. They do their job more than excellently, and if I could get married here and do it all over again I would! It rained on our wedding day and there was still plenty of trees to get us from the chapel to the reception hall with our getting too wet. I’m so glad we got married here!

This gorgeous mansion was so spectacular, we booked it the next day after going on a tour. There was no doubt in our minds that we found the best venue. I have told every person I know looking for a venue, from the time I went and toured, that this is the place, and after having my wedding there, I stand by that decision even more! I do not have a single complaint about the venue or the staff from the moment I walked in to tour to the time we packed up and left on wedding day! The venue is absolute gorgeous and accommodated us well. This was the first venue we looked at! Any questions I had were answered immediately throughout the wedding planning process and all the staff were very kind. I do wish that they had linens available to rent, which seems to be the industry standard.

This was my dream venue. My whole wedding day was perfect and I’ll never stop looking at what a gorgeous venue we had. Rebecca and Karoline were wonderful to work with and so sweet. From the day we toured to even after our wedding day all our questions were answered quickly and clearly. They set up our requested layout so it was ready for decorating when we got there. They took care of all the clean up and tear down once we cleared out our own personal decorations. I just cannot say enough about this venue! I would highly recommend this dreamy venue for your event.

This was my dream venue. My whole wedding day was perfect and I’ll never stop looking at what a gorgeous venue we had. Rebecca and Karoline were wonderful to work with and so sweet. From the day we toured to even after our wedding day all our questions were answered quickly and clearly. They set up our requested layout so it was ready for decorating when we got there. They took care of all the clean up and tear down once we cleared out our own personal decorations. I just cannot say enough about this venue! This Springs location has such a beautiful presence about it from the moment you spot it from the street. What really attracted me to this venue is two options/locations for the ceremony. The turf area with the stream was absolutely stunning, but I loved the idea of having the chapel right there if it rained. The HUGE bar ended up being a really popular place for our guests to hangout, although, I should not be surprised because it is stunning. The bridal and groom suites are spacious and conveniently upstairs. We interacted with Karoline the most- she is the sweetest human and had great communication. The two associated air b-n-b basically in the backyard were great! We absolutely loved our wedding day here at The Springs in Valley View!

They also allowed us to tour the venue whenever we wanted which allowed us to finalize details to help our vision come to life. The venue is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect balance between traditional and modern. On top of that, the Airbnb properties behind the venue were the perfect places for our families to stay after the celebration!

There are so many great things I can say about this venue, but I think the best way it to tell my story. I was an early 2023 bride, January 16, who began her wedding planning journey a year prior IN CALIFORNIA, due to my job placement at the time. I also was planning my wedding myself, with the help of my mother and family who all did live in Texas. As you can imagine, planning a wedding by yourself from a different state can be very difficult, especially when you consider trying to remember the venue you selected and all the things you need to make your special day perfect. The Springs staff were accommodating sending info virtually and also allowing us to schedule additional visits closer to date to work through our last min planning. Additionally the 15hrs in venue is AMAZING. Gave us plenty of time to get ready and party at our reception. Lastly the space… the space is perfect. If you are looking for a venue that doesn’t need too much, this is the place. The chapel is perfect. It held my 200+ guest count just fine and we didn’t need to do too much decorating in it. The reception hall, was very similar in that it didn’t need too much. I received so many compliments on our venue, our guest loved it and understood why we did too. The photos at sunset at the venue where just to die for. Overall I am very satisfied with this selection and would highly recommend.

The Springs at Valley View was the perfect choice for our wedding. The staff was attentive and made us feel special on our wedding day. We called, emailed and text multiple times with the staff and at no time did we feel like we were bothering the team. The venue is even better looking in person and our guest could not stop talking about how beautiful it was. I highly suggest that you rent the cottages behind the venue as it helps with the wedding party not having to travel far to a hotel and the cottages are very spacious. LGBTQ couples this venue is for you/us. Also one suggestion for future couples, please be sure to discuss with your caterer how they will transport and keep food warm as you are not allowed to use the stove to reheat or prepare food at the venue.

I didn't really read too many reviews so I was extremely lucky that this was the easiest company I have ever worked with. Springs Valley View exceeded all of my expectations. I loved having opportunities to choose all of my own vendors and creating my table setup beforehand and having it ready for me the moment I walked in was great. I highly recommend booking the Springs in Valley View for your wedding venue. The whole venue is absolutely beautiful with a stunning chapel, spacious bridal and grooms suites, beautiful ballroom, and they even have longhorns outside! From the first visit to the Springs, my husband and I knew that we wanted to get married here. Karoline and Rebecca were so helpful during the planning process, and they would always respond quickly to any questions I had. I also appreciate that they allowed us to have as many visits to the venue as we needed, especially since my family was out of town and we could not all visit at the same time. Even though our wedding day was freezing cold (10 degrees), everyone loved the venue and we felt lucky to have such a beautiful space to get married in. Thank you to the Springs for making my wedding day dreams come true.

The venue was great! It was a huge relief to see the tables set up when we walked in the venue, and everything was ready for us ladies to start getting into hair & makeup right away. The ease of use of the venue was best when setting up and during the event. The only reason I would say it wasn’t 5 stars is the fact that we were kinda rushed when cleaning up. After the grand exit, my new husband and I came back once changed into comfortable clothes to help clean up and get our stuff out. It was very chaotic, and I found out later from my mom that the woman there representing the venue (I didn’t get a name, but I know it was NOT the kind woman who gave us the tour when we originally booked, Rebecca) had REALLY stressed the fact that we needed to get our stuff out as soon as we could. We were already aware, but the way it was said stressed everyone out & nobody would stop and listen to my mother who was trying to direct everyone as she had all day. This caused a lot of confusion and frustration in the group, and some items got lost and misplaced. It really just made the event end on a sour note. We feel that the venue rep could have taken a calmer approach as to not cause panic, since we had cleared guests out by 8pm (leaving us plenty of time to clean up and be totally gone before midnight). Everything else throughout the day was perfect though! The Airbnb’s near the venue were perfect and reduced a lot of our stress with moving all of our stuff & people in and out efficiently. If I had to do it all over again, I would 100% still choose this venue.

The Springs was the PERFECT backdrop and setting for my wedding! From our initial tour, to payments, to asking questions, and finalizing last minute details/rentals, their communication was always prompt, easy, and extremely helpful. Rebecca & Karoline are both so nice and the facility is gorgeous! One thing that could be improved was the wet/muddy grass on wedding day. I know they need to keep the grass looking green, but my suggestion would be to not water on wedding days. Me & my wedding party had to dodge water puddles and mud in the grass (not easy in a white ball gown 😅) just to get photos in the greenery. Additionally, we had several groups of guests go to The Springs location in Aubrey…and some missed the ceremony because of it. We did all we could do to tell people, but it would be helpful if the location names on Google were a little more specific, such as “The Springs - Valley View”, instead of listing “The Springs Event Venue” for all locations. Just something to be aware of for guests! Even with those minor things, I would recommend this venue to anyone wanting an elegant, upscale vibe for their big day. Fits over 200 people and doesn’t feel crammed at all!

If you haven’t been, the venue is BEAUTIFUL and makes for amazing photos. I did my bridal portraits there as well. Everyone at The Springs is so friendly and SO helpful which is such a relief during the stress of wedding planning. I would recommend this wedding venue again and again to those looking for an amazing venue for their special day!

The Springs Venue at Valley View is absolutely stunning. Our wedding there was all we could ever ask for! The venue pricing at the time we signed was a bit better than others in the area. We spent $5500 for a Sunday. We loved that we were supposed to have the venue from 9am until 12am, however, that was simply not the case. When my husband and I left the venue at our send off at 9pm, my family and friends told me how the staff for the venue was rushing their cleanup. With our send off being at 9pm and our rental until 12am, there should have been no issue with time. They explained how the staff was being pushy the entire time during cleanup and practically following them while they did it. It was very clear that they wanted us out of the venue, despite us paying for that time. This was quite upsetting to hear as a bride who loved the venue.

Getting married in July meant we had to have alternatives to an outdoor wedding and the chapel was the best! All of our guests were ooo-ing and aww-ing over the beauty of it all. Rebecca and Karoline are excellent. They answered all of my questions and made it super easy to come in! I only have two small \"negatives,\" which aren't bad, but something to note. After the send off, guests reported of being harassed to clean up every single piece of trash and to not miss anything or I'll be charged. While I agree, I wish there was a way that this could be conveyed without leaving a lasting impression on my guests. Second, their current plan is to have the rehearsal the day of the wedding. That stressed me out, so we booked the day prior to the wedding to have a rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and set up everything. They do give up dimensions of everything in case you want to make do with a makeshift rehearsal at a different location. Overall, I would highly recommend this venue to everyone. We had a great time and the pictures are gorgeous!

Some of our favorite things were the bride and groom suites, they are really cute and have plenty of room for the wedding party, the bar was a huge hit with our guests, and the reception area is full of big pretty windows with lots of natural light. Rebecca and Karoline are very quick to answer any questions and help you with whatever you need! I loved having the chapel in the back where you could just walk over to the mansion for the rest of the wedding! The only downfall about the chapel is that there a few beams that obscure the view for some of the guests but the first two rows do have a clear view. The chapel also doesn’t have any speakers or sound system so you have to provide that. We are so happy we chose the springs Valley View!!! The venue was absolutely beautiful - we got so many compliments. The bar area is incredible (and HUGE) and opens up to a covered patio and lawn area outside. It made for the perfect cocktail hour spot. The grooms suite and bridal suite were amazing compared to others we toured, the girls had plenty of room for hair and make up without being cramped and the guys were able to hang out and play games. Rebecca and Karoline were always quick to get back to me with any questions I had (loved that I was able to text them rather than wait for an email response). A great perk was having the Airbnb’s on the property hidden in the back - my whole family was able to stay in them and it was so convenient!!

Valley View Estate!! We absolutely loved this venue!! This was the 1st venue we toured and the second we walked in my fiancé (now husband) said THIS is where our wedding will be and I obviously agreed because its BEAUTIFUL! Rebecca and her team were so easy to work with and very organized. She made us feel like family and was always so accommodating. All of our family and friends raved about how beautiful the venue was!! We would choose The Springs Valley View all over again!

Valley View Estate!! We absolutely loved this venue!! This was the 1st venue we toured and the second we walked in my fiancé (now husband) said THIS is where our wedding will be and I obviously agreed because its BEAUTIFUL! I can’t say this enough…. We love the springs! We picked this venue because it was so unique and Rebecca was the personable and really made us feel welcome. The venue can be all indoors which is so valuable in the TX heat in the summer and for peace of mind if weather were to change. 3. Every single corner of this venue is gorgeous. The groom and bride suites are massive with tons of natural light and comfy seating. There are showers there which helped my bridesmaids feel unrushed all morning as they could start getting ready whenever they wanted. It is a dream spot with beautiful landscaping and the most fun cocktail hour spot. Obsessed - wish i could replay the whole day here! So thankful for The Springs and its wonderful team!

They were a tremendous help when it came to technical questions, and were always nice and available. We had an amazing wedding with many people being in awe how beautiful and uncomplicated it was to get to the Springs Valley View. The venue was everything we hoped for. We definitely recommend booking your wedding there!

Where do I even begin! No words can describe the amazing view, feel, and awesomeness of Valley View Estate and Rebecca. You make dreams come true. You truly do and no words can say thank you enough. They were always responsive to any questions we had and were such helpful hosts. Mangers, security, and our evening host were amazing. All of our guests at our wedding couldn't stop raving about the wonderful design and beauty of the venue. It was also fun to have two different options for ceremony sites. They provide excellent service and quality amenities (tables, chairs, unlimited site visits, etc.), which made planning our wedding so much easier. And the lodging on-site was perfect. Booking here was worth every penny. You create magical days. Thank you!

This place was amazingly everything I dreamed it would be! We barely had to add much decorations because the place was already beautiful on its own! The planning tools on the website and communication from staff was unmatched! We were also able to visit the venue anytime we wanted. I loved that we had the venue all day and that they only do one event a day. The bridal and groom suites were absolutely gorgeous...I could just live there! At the end of the night, the staff and security officer even helped with clean up! That was so amazing of them. Only one minor issue was that the grooms suite seemed to have AC issues and was hotter than the rest of the building and the chapel had fumes from new paint, which went away after we had the doors open for a while. Best part was that we were able to take advantage of the sale and paid a fraction of the total cost! I would definitely use this venue over and over again and will refer this place to anyone looking for a venue!

We absolutely loved this venue! My family and my husbands fell in love with it on our tour. The place is so beautiful and well worth the price!! Amazing staff! Rebecca was very sweet and attentive to anything I had questions about. She made planning a wedding in 5 months a little less stressful in any aspect she could help with on the venue side of things! Susan was with us during the evening of the event, she was great in helping us make sure all went smooth and even helped us try and find my phone after the crazy night we had there! It was so perfect to find a venue in my hometown! I had been driving past that mansion wondering what it would be and in perfect timing it became a venue right when we were needing one(: The chapel is absolutely stunning as well as the reception hall. They have indoor and outdoor ceremony spots which is great. They have lodging available onsite whether you want to stay in the mansion or the houses behind the venue. We are very pleased with our decision!! Thank you to our security guard and bartender and dj they played a huge roll in our perfect night! Best place to say \"I Do\"

I had the pleasure of coordinating a wedding there this month. Rebecca was very responsive and so easy to work with. Susan was with us through the evening and went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. And I cannot forget Roy, our Security Officer for the evening. He was a lifesaver on a windy night with sparklers, but made it happen! This is the perfect place to say \"I do\".

She was so helpful, over and above accommodating, and quickly responsive whenever I had questions/concerns leading up to the wedding. Our wedding was a dream and a large part of that is due to this venue. They have lodging onsite you can use for the bridal party or out of town guests or whoever. We used it for the bridal party and it made it so much easier for us the day of. Every person I’ve talked with since the wedding has mentioned how beautiful the venue was. We’re honored to be the first wedding! And what I can tell you is it’s one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

Rebecca Pennington (Manager) Hi, my name is Rebecca, I was born and raised in Aubrey, TX. I come from a strong family with amazing parents and I am the youngest of eight children. I grew up showing livestock, playing volleyball, and participated in all outdoor activities. When I was 19, I moved to Utah to attend BYU. Upon returning home I married my high school sweetheart and we now have three beautiful children together. We enjoy camping, going to the lake, sports, trips to the mountains to ride, and much more. I currently serve on our community sports board and help with our local school events.
