The Beach House, Carley, Shawn and Jeff were the absolute best. The entire planning process was smooth and easy. Our wedding day could not have been any better. The set up and food was great and our guests raved about it all!

We booked The Beachhouse site unseen and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Throughout the wedding planning they (Shawn) was incredibly responsive with all my questions and needs and met with us multiple times over 2 years. The week of the wedding we were contending with the unexpected Hurricane Nicole and never once did I have a worry that our ceremony and reception would be nothing but perfect. Morgan did a fantastic job creating my vision for the reception area and made the day worry free....I didn't have to think of any of the details because she took care of that for me. The food was fantastic and the bar staff nailed a Perfect Manhattan ~ one of our signature cocktails. If you are looking for the perfect and beautiful beach location for a small wedding that is hassle free....stop looking and book the Beachhouse! We will be back just to enjoy the food and sunset!!

We got so many compliments from our guests over the venue. Everyone raved about how smooth everything went and how beautiful it was. The day of coordinator Morgan was amazing and made sure all the little day of details were taken care of so I could just focus on having a great time. Jeff made the ceremony site look so amazing I was blown away when I arrived to the venue and everything was so gorgeous. And the food! Me and my now wife had planned to get married in October 2020 at the beach house. We live in illinois as well as our family, extended family and friends.When covid hit we weren't sure what the situation would be especially with the wedding date coming closer and covid getting worse by the day. Restaurant closings and capacity limits being put in place all over the country. We noticed it was not possible to have the wedding due to lockdown.Having people in our family with health issues and for the well being of everyone here and there We rescheduled for April of 2021, hoping the pandemic would be over by then. As the months passed we realized this was way bigger and longer lasting than anyone expected. With myself and my wife both being out of work and falling behind on everything we decided this florida wedding was not possible. Not possible for us and not possible for 75% of our guests. It was not a good idea to risk the health of any of our guests. We decided to cancel the wedding at the beach house. Being in a pandemic we understand it is hard for everyone businesses and patrons. We asked for a refund of our deposit and they denied 100% of our refund. This is not a place that is begging for business and we are 2 middle class people that are just trying to make it through this pandemic. This date was also filled after we cancelled so the beach house did not lose any money by us canceling our wedding! Unbelievable!!!! This was a hard enough for everyone and adding a financial burden is just rotten!!

Standards were set and executed to perfection! Had the joy of working with Shawn as our wedding coordinator and may I stated she was the BOMB.COM!!! Great energy EVERY time we spoke. Definitely made the wedding planning experience seem like a piece of cake (wedding cake that is lol). Teaming up with Jeff and his crew at the Beach House Restaurant was also effortless. They really took care of all our needs. I honestly feel like I didn't really help out as much as I thought I would since I'm a stickler on how things should go. They gave me a sense of relief especially since we travelled from Reno, Nevada to Florida for our nuptials. Don't get it twisted, I still did some DIYs for our special day. We were able to send boxes directly to Shawn and knew it was in great care! Overall, the event went waaaayyyy better than I thought it would. Our families are STILL talking about it. Very intimate with our small guest count yet, let them tell it, it was a HUGE block party! I guess what I'm trying to say is, you won't go wrong with working with great people like this team! We truly appreciate each person that made our day special. Sending tons of love their way.

From start to finish, The Beach House was everything you could look for when planning a wedding. When we decided to have our wedding there, Shawn helped with every aspect of what the ceremony would look like, to bakeries and florists that were in the area that were recommended. This was helpful since I was planning my wedding from 1,000 miles away!The day of my wedding, the weather didn't look promising. The Beach House had a back up plan and I didn't have to worry about any of the details. We were very lucky that the weather cleared right on time, and our ceremony was beautiful! The set up on the beach, the sand ceremony and all of the details down to the chalkboard with our names were done elegantly!The reception was just as beautiful. The set-up of the sunset deck was beautiful, and the view was incredible. The food was amazing...the appetizers are still talked about when I get together with my family!The best thing about the Beach House was the responsiveness of the staff every step of the way. E-mails and phone calls were responded to promptly and they were very accommodating. When the pandemic hit, they worked with me to postpone my wedding, and I knew that no matter what happened, they would be supportive and continue to make my wedding everything I had always dreamed of. I don't think I have enough words to explain just how incredible my experience with The Beach House was. If you need proof of how amazing a wedding there can be...look at the pictures on their website, because a picture is worth 1,000 words.

I can not say enough about The Beach House Restaurant!!! Our daughters wedding was June 8, 2021! All of us were coming from Ohio for the wedding!! Our guest raved about the appetizers. The meal was outstanding. The Beach House Restaurant went above and beyond for us that day. The Venue also provides the best scenery for pictures. I also recommend hiring Shawn for your wedding planner. I couldnât have done it without her. Everything she recommended was top notch. The whole day was perfect. All were fantastic! We're local, and every time we come to The Beach House for dinner, we'll relive happy memories of our perfect day!Highly Recommended!!

I can truly say as a bride I enjoyed the entire planning process and the day of was magical. My husband couldnât agree more. The food, the location, the venue.....beyond our wildest dreams. Shawn and Jenna were THE BEST people I could have asked for on my wedding day and before! They made everything PERFECT for me. When it started raining 10 minutes before my wedding and they told me it had to be moved. I cried. A lot. Shawn came in and told me that it had cleared up, gave me a hug, we fixed my makeup and got ready to have the wedding on the beach like I've always dreamed of. Not only was she prepared to help me get ready for the biggest day of my life, but also my father. She had a cup of water and tissue ready for him just before he walked me down the aisle. The venue is beautiful with amazing views and the food is outstanding. The staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Shawn was always very quick to respond to emails and agreeable to everything we wanted to do. They allowed us to bring all of our wedding boxes to the rehearsal and the staff did an amazing job setting it all up as we requested and everything looked even better than we could have imagined. Anyone can see for themselves how beautiful the venue is and how delicious the food is, but the real reason we chose the Beach House was because of Shawn. Shawn and her staff at The Beach House were amazing! I don't know where to start...as a couple you have a vision and expectation and The Beach House exceeded that! From Day 1 Shawn was knowledgable and helpful everytime we met! She knows Weddings! We live about 2 hours away and Shawn answered emails in a timely manner and even connected with our vendors when we were unsure of answers! When we met with her a month before the wedding she put any stress to bed, she made planning a breeze! For someone who has multiple brides/grooms reaching out she makes you feel special! Day of we walked into the venue and she made our vision come to life. The Bridal suite was perfect to get the final touches in before we walked down the aisle. Also a nice quiet place to enjoy a glass of champagne before the craziness begins! Shawn made the day go by seamlessly, when getting married outside you have some what ifs with weather but she was on top of it! The sand dance floor was a hit! I had some thoughts about doing a dancefloor for the older guests but THEY LOVED having their feet in the sand! Day of the staff/servers were amazing they were dancing and singing along with our band interacted with our guests we had a blast! Honestly cannot have picked a better place for us to get married!

To say the Beach House is a big part of my life is true. Vacationing on Longboat Key through the nineties till now, Beach House was a staple for family nights out. Now in 2018, it has come full circle. I chose Beach House to be my wedding venue and it was the best decision I ever made. A naturally nervous person, I was the most calm I have ever been on 4/14/2018 and I have to thank the amazing crew at the restaurant for making our day so magical and amazing. Our guests cannot stop talking about the food. My father-in-law, a self proclaimed grouper aficionado was eating the grouper leftovers for breakfast the next morning. To serve 80+ people food is one feat but for all the food to be delicious is another superpower. Our guests, from the frozen north, were all smiles with the gorgeous deck and sand (we had perfect weather) that leads to an incredible view and enjoyed their frozen drinks and danced the night away. I had one cousin tell me it felt like the ultimate John Hughes movie which to me is a huge compliment. Shawn, Beach House's coordinator, is my Disney Fairy Godmother. When I arrived before the ceremony everything was done. Even the last minute things I arrived early to finish were complete. I had no doubts to begin with and seeing my day come together I couldn't wait to let the carnival begin. I truly cannot say enough good things about our venue (all the good words in the dictionary) and would recommend to anyone anytime. I loved my wedding and a HUGE part of that is because Beach House literally did everything for us to enjoy and I can say with a soaring heart I actually enjoyed my wedding. It was worth every minute of stress and successes.

Choose The Beach House Restaurant! You will not be disappointed :) I originally had planned and paid for my wedding in Puerto Rico, but after the hurricane disaster, I was forced to change everything. I had about 5 months to re-plan by my wedding at that point and was apprehensive about whether that would be enough time to get it all done. We knew we wanted a sunset wedding and my sister-in-law helped me research venues to make this happen. Once she found out about the Beach House Restaurant, she was so excited and shared the information with me immediately. We were stunned by the proximity to the ocean, the affordability, and the menu that was listed. Her and my mother-in-law contacted Shawn at the venue and relayed the information to me. I really liked what Shawn had to offer and the responsiveness she provided me with. I had emailed and researched many venues by this point, all of which took at least a week to get back to me... but not Shawn. I was very impressed with this, especially with my limited time-frame on planning. And she kept this up through my wedding day! She was very energetic and respectful, answered every question I had, and did a wonderful job of keeping it all straight (even when I couldn't remember some details). Shawn really made me feel like the center of attention and that I was the only bride in her mind. I could tell she really cared about making sure that my vision was her vision and that it was her top priority to make it come to life. All of my guests raved about the food we chose and some have even started planning a trip back to Anna Marie Island with plans to visit The Beach House. The sunset from the pavilion where we ate and danced was breathtaking and the white sandy beach was gorgeous. I loved having a fenced-in sandy dance floor for us all to kick off our shoes and dance the night away. I had so many compliments on our choice and I'm so happy that the wedding plans worked out the way they did. The catering staff was very attentive with food and drinks, as well. I don't have a single negative thing to say about my wedding day. It was everything that I could have wished for. I will definitely be making a return trip with my husband!

We had an incredible experience at The Beach House. We had our ceremony and reception there in December 2017. Shawn, Brandi and the staff are incredible. They were attentive and sensitive to our needs throughout the whole event. They really seem to think of everything! My event was small but they made us feel extremely important and it really felt like we received the royal treatment. The bridal suite is beautifully decorated and was a great spot for me to dress and wait to walk down the aisle. It's just enough room for a couple of people so if you have a very large party you may want to get ready elsewhere. The food and service were excellent and all of our guests had an awesome time. I would highly recommend this spot!!

The Beach House Restaurant and Shawn Rhoton made our dream come true with our wedding. From day one when we were looking at Venues on Anna Maria Island we had a staff member take time to show us and explain that they will be remodeling. At first, I was so upset because they could only fit 50 people at their venue but then learning about the remodel which fits up to 100 we knew we had to pick The Beach House. The remodel looks amazing and made our wedding day even more special. The staff including the cooks, bartenders, wedding coordinator, waitresses went above and beyond the whole week to make us feel special (we stayed on the island). One bartender, Adam decided to work on the day of the wedding because we begged him. Everyone just treated us like family. We also planned this wedding from Michigan which I was very worried about. The coordinator, Shawn Rhoton made it very easy and was so helpful. She emailed me back and forth for a year and a half and was amazing the whole time. She always made time for me if I was in Florida and wanted to meet or if my mom wanted to meet with her. She helped choose all the vendors who all did a wonderful job. Shawn took a lot of the stress off of me before and during the wedding. She even took pictures during the wedding and sent to me after. I couldn't have planned this wedding without her. If you are thinking about having a wedding on Anna Maria Island and want to have your dream wedding for sure choose The Beach House. My dream was to have a waterfront wedding. The Island of Anna Maria has so much to offer. The Beach House Waterfront Restaurant is situated right on the Gulf Of Mexico and has the best views of the Gulf. Choosing them to host our Wedding was the best decision we ever could of made. They exceeded all expectations. Our experience started off with meeting their even coordinator, Shawn. She knows her stuff! Shawn was able to keep the planning process stress free. She was always available for questions (or support for a stressed bride). Shawn was there the day of our wedding and executed our vision perfectly. As the Bride, I did not have to worry about a thing which gave me time to hang out, relax, and get ready with my Bridesmaids. October 8th, 2017, the day of our Wedding. Everything was set up perfectly. The staff greeted the wedding party as well as guests with professionalism. We had a beautiful ceremony on the beach right beside the restaurant, which they set up for us. The cocktail hour went perfectly. The Hors d'oeuvre and drinks were delicious. My guest could not say enough positive things about the food during the weeding. We chose to add bacon wrapped scallops as one of our hors d'oeuvre choices. I highly recommend them! The servers were very attentive and did not leave one guest with an empty drink or request. Shawn brought the groom and I plates of hors d'oeuvre and drinks to the bridal suite while we were waiting to be announced. This was such a special touch and something my husband and I really appreciated. We had the reception, dancing, toasts, dinner, cake cutting, and of course more dancing. We decided on their buffet option for dinner. It included prime rib, local fresh fish, and a chicken dish with sides and salad. The buffet was well kept and there was plenty of food for all of our guest. The Beach House Waterfront Restaurant is the best option on Anna Maria Island for a wedding. They offer many options and services to choose from for the bride and groom. We were extremely pleased with our wedding at the Beach House and recommend it to any couples planning a beach wedding.

We live in the UK and so communication was key to us getting everything sorted from across the pond. Shawn Rhoton at The Beach House was and is the perfect person to help make your big day seamless, sheâs friendly, approachable and always happy to go above and beyond to make your day perfect. The service at our wedding breakfast was fantastic, all the guests were looked after well and the food was incredible. We had a filet steak as part of our entree which most guests said was the best steak theyâd ever tasted. If your thinking of having your wedding or wedding breakfast at The Beach House donât hesitate. Itâs the perfect venue with the perfect team behind it.

We planned our wedding from CT, so I had to put a lot of trust into her and I believe our wedding experience was so amazing because of her. Our wedding went flawlessly, even with a pop up shower right after our ceremony. The BeachHouse is newly remodeled and it gorgeous inside and out. My and I had the most beautiful and amazing wedding event at the beach house restaurant on March 15th 2017. The newly remodeled Beach House Restaurant is top notch. Shawn Rhoton the event coordinator was an absolute pleasure to work with. Shawn responded to our emails and phone calls in a professional timely manner. We are extremely grateful for all of her hard work. The wait staff team was fast to deliver drinks and take care of our guests. The food was so delicious I can't wait to go back and visit the beach house restaurant. I highly recommend the beach house for weddings or any event you may have.

There literally isn't enough good to say about the Beach House & the Special Event Coordinator, Shawn! We booked the Beach House for our wedding on 09/22/2017. From the beginning, Shawn was personable, friendly and easy to work with. Although our wedding wasn't considered a \"destination\" wedding, we live about 2 hours away from Anna Maria, so much of our planning was done via email and phone. Shawn was always willing to go the extra mile without hesitation. We were confident that no matter what we threw her way, that she would find a solution, and I can honestly say that I don't think our day would have been nearly as special without her expertise! She helped calm my wedding day nerves, and assisted in the overall \"flow\" of the day to make sure things went as smooth as possible. And not only that, the STAFF! Our guests continually rave about how professional the staff was, and how quickly they worked. Plus, the food is to die for! So many of our guests complimented the food, and said how it was the best \"wedding\" food they had ever had & WE AGREE! We have been to the Beach House many times before, and have never been disappointed in our meals. Our wedding day food was no different, and we couldn't have been happier with how the day turned out. We had the most amazing day for our destination wedding at the beach house restaurant Anna Maria Island. It was everything we had dreamed of and more. Shawn was our wedding coordinator and was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond for us. The beach house had just been refurbished, so we weren't sure what to expect but again it was amazing. The beach house is so beautiful and I would recommend anyone who is wanting their wedding at the beach to look no further than this wonderful place. 5 star.

The beach house had just been refurbished, so we weren't sure what to expect but again it was amazing. The beach house is so beautiful and I would recommend anyone who is wanting their wedding at the beach to look no further than this wonderful place. 5 star.

Our wedding and reception were made perfect by the Beach House. We were fortunate to be the fourth wedding hosted in their newly-remodeled wedding and beach area. The view was stunning, the food great and guests raved about it all. The best part was working with Shawn Rhoton, who takes care of every detail so no stress for me. She was even thoughtful enough to give us extra wedding cake to take home and enjoy after everything ended. Can't say enough about this wonderful venue!

We couldn't be happier with having the Beachhouse for our wedding reception. Shawn was fantastic from the get go. My husband and I were planning our wedding from afar (me in Scotland and my husband in WA state). Shawn spoke with us through numerous emails, calls, and video calls. All this made our planning so much easier. Shawn was really supportive and understanding what we were looking for and making suggestions to help us along. On the day every was perfect, it was evident that Shawn, our photographer, and DJ were collaborating. The venue was beautiful, the food was superb (thanks to the talented chef and kitchen team!) and the staff were very professional. We heard a lot of good things about the venue and food from locals on the island also. Our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to and many commented on how great the food was. I myself worked in wedding for a Scottish venue so know how stressful it is and how much work goes into behind the scenes. We would highly recommend this to any couple seeking a beautiful island wedding. The bridal room is exactly what you need for freshening up, the view is superb, the staff are great and the food is brilliant. Shawn sent us off at the end of the evening with some food and remainder of our cake in case we hadn't had enough.

I emailed a few venues to set up meetings while we were there. Shawn responded right away and sent us a ton of information. Right from the beginning she was so friendly! The day we met with her she was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable and really helped us imagine what our dream wedding could be like at the Beach House. She went through the whole vendor list with us and gave us tips, advice, etc. It was important to us to be right on the beach and have gorgeous views, have a nice, but laid back atmosphere , and have something affordable. When we left the meeting, we knew the Beach House was the place for us! Throughout the year of planning, Shawn was very helpful and very prompt at answering my many emails, from giving me advice on possible centerpieces to giving me her opinion on a vendor that wasn't on the list. Shawn and her staff decorated the tables with centerpieces we had dropped off at the rehearsal. Everything looked fantastic, better than I could have imagined! She even had a card box we could use since we forgot one. Shawn was so great the day of the wedding, she was everywhere we needed her to be. After our pictures, she got us some appetizers and a couple beers and set us up with a spot inside to relax and cool down for a bit as husband and wife, before we went back out to get announced and start celebrating with our guests. Amazing! There really isn't just one word that describes our experience with the Beach House Restaurant. Our wedding day was so special and I'd credit a lot of that to Shawn Rhoton. She is the \"wedding whisperer\" of the Beach House. She is A++ at helping every couple with the details for their special day, even if you are in another part of the country or state! She is VERY detail oriented. She worked with us on tweaking their menu to fit our Caribbean food theme. She also gave us an extensive list of vendors to help with everything from cake and hotel accommodations, to hair stylists, DJ's and island activities for out of town guests. The venue is perfect for 50-60 guests. It's a great pavilion on the beach and the lighting for sunset was perfect. We got so many compliments from our guests about the food, the venue, the location and how much fun they had. All I can say, is it was the \"wedding whisperer\". She envisioned everything I emailed her, told her on the phone, etc. I met with her the afternoon before the wedding to drop off my centerpieces, guest registry, lanterns and signs, etc. She had EVERYTHING done and in the PERFECT spot on our day. Better than I imagined!! When I arrived it was perfection!! There are 2 gorgeous palm trees sticking up out of the sand by the pavilion. You don't need an arbor at all. The ocean behind these palms is an amazing backdrop. Mother Nature is here at the Beach House. If you are looking for a beach location for a wedding and you want great food, fun and romantic atmosphere in one and a great picture spot (because ladies we know it's about the pictures) and it doesn't break your piggy bank this is it!! I promise you won't be disappointed. 100%+

We had a perfect pavillion that stepped right onto the beach. We hired babysitters to entertain the kids on the sand right next to us. The family loved that! Our ceremony was perfect and Shawn helped coordinate it all. Lots of little extra touches! They adjusted their menu a bit to accommodate our special requests! Food was delicious and beautifully presented. I trusted them with the decorations and that was amazing as well! What a perfect night! We loved giving our guests Beach House towels and cups as gifts. I planned my wedding all the way from Indiana. I was nervous, apprehensive, and worried that I'd show up on my wedding weekend to a venue that didn't meet my expectations. I was concerned that I would feel out of control and unorganized. \r\rThe Beach House Restaurant ended up being THE place to celebrate our special day. I truly feel that stumbling on it online was one of the luckiest things that has happened to us (besides meeting each other). \r\rSo here's the deal:\r\rThe entire venue is clean and updated. I was proud to have my wedding there. I invited 50 friends and family. I wanted to impress them! The Beach House did this very successfully. \r\rThey. Do. This. All. The. Time. They are experts in taking care of brides and entertaining. They DO this. If you're scared of having your wedding some place that is unprofessional or unorganized, you don't have to worry about this with the Beach House. Also, the ceremony site and the reception area are right next to one another. This was something HUGE to us. We didn't want to transport people. Also, there are plenty of hotels (clean and updated) nearby and people can walk there and walk back after the reception!\r\rThe food was amazing. You worry with large parties and a kitchen cranking out food that the quality would go down. Our guests raved about the quality of the food. I was even able to try it myself and it was awesome. The service was also professional and quick.\r\rThe most important part of all of this is the individualized attention. Shawn Rhoton is the Special Events Coordinator....but she's more like your Aunt Shawn that lives in Florida and is DETERMINED to give you the best day EVER. She was involved, available, always willing to answer my obsessive questions. She calmed me down during multiple phone conversations. She also mailed us a packet of information which was a nice touch. I could always (always) count on her. When we got there on the wedding weekend, she was even willing to meet with us TWICE, for long periods of time.\r\rWhen it came time to drop off the reception décor, I gave her boxes and an outline of what I was looking for - it came out so beautiful and she saw my vision. I remember looking around while we were eating and thinking \"wow, I can't believe this is my wedding. It's gorgeous.\" \r\rI'm sure that we will visit Bradenton Beach again and make a special point to go back to the Beach House, meet with Shawn, and give her a big hug. \r\rI'm telling you, if you are looking for individualized attention and a beautiful and personalized wedding that will blow you away- choose the Beach House. \r\rI was a nervous girl from Indiana...that wanted to get married on the beach in Florida...at a place I had never visited before. We used the pavilion for our wedding reception in October of 2015. Shawn was wonderful and attentive to our needs. She was genuinely excited about the reception and her job. We used a different company that we had previously hired to perform the ceremony about 300 ft away from the pavilion. We walked right over after the ceremony and had a delicious dinner and drinks. The server was slow and not attentive to our needs, but everything else was so perfect we really did not care at that point. I had requested the champagne toast after everyone finished ordering dinner, and he told me it was not time yet. Since I am the bride and paying the bill, I would think I'd have some say in the timeline. The server tip (20%)is automatically figured into the bill, so that can cause this type of effect. Servers come and go, but this venue is here to stay. I would certainly recommend it to a friend. Shawn is wonderful, the food is delicious, and the view is unbeatable!

We used the pavilion for our wedding reception in October of 2015. Shawn was wonderful and attentive to our needs. She was genuinely excited about the reception and her job. We used a different company that we had previously hired to perform the ceremony about 300 ft away from the pavilion. We walked right over after the ceremony and had a delicious dinner and drinks. The server was slow and not attentive to our needs, but everything else was so perfect we really did not care at that point. I had requested the champagne toast after everyone finished ordering dinner, and he told me it was not time yet. Since I am the bride and paying the bill, I would think I'd have some say in the timeline. The server tip (20%)is automatically figured into the bill, so that can cause this type of effect. Servers come and go, but this venue is here to stay. I would certainly recommend it to a friend. Shawn is wonderful, the food is delicious, and the view is unbeatable!

My husband and I are from Edinburgh, in Scotland and had both dreamed about getting married in Florida. We came across Anna Maria Island and fell in love instantly. After sending out a few enquiries, our decision to get married at The Beachhouse was made extremely easy due to the instant bond built with Shawn Rhoton over email. \r\rWe booked our date for July 15, 2015, over 2 years in advance, and the staff at the Beachhouse made the whole planning process easy and enjoyable. I had worried about being so far away and not being able to visit the venue and meet with Shawn, however, nothing was a problem & Shawn went over and above to ensure my worries disappeared. She literally helped with every aspect of our day!\r\rWhen we arrived on the island, our first stop was The Beachhouse, where we were made to feel special and more than welcomed by every member of staff. Shawn gave up hours of her time to talk and walk us through all the details for our wedding and always left me feeling I could call her at any time with any questions that I still had. \r\rThe wedding day arrived and I was so relaxed as I knew Shawn and her staff had everything in hand. From the minute our guests arrived, until the last person left, we were all treated like royalty. We were lucky enough to have 48 guests to join us for our wedding and every single one of them were full of compliments and had a really great day. \r\rThe staff were fun and professional, the food was outstanding, the cocktails were delicious and the setting was absolutely stunning. We can't wait to come back and celebrate many anniversaries in the years to come!\r\rWe cannot thank and praise everyone enough at The Beachhouse for everything they did for us for our wedding. We loved our experience with Beach House. Shawn and her team helped our wedding day to sail without hiccups. The Beach House provided both the wedding ceremony venue and the reception. The food was excellent and had options for all tastes, chicken, beef and fish. Many of our guests commented on the deliciousness of the food. We were also happy that they could provide the reception part of our day too. They had a nice area, away from the restaurant that felt like our own private party. Having a fully stocked bar was key for all the different tastes of our guests. My favorite part of the experience was Shawn, she makes sure that you feel like you are her only event she is working on and was an awesome resource for us since we were from out of town. I can't recommend them enough if you are looking for an all in one beach wedding experience.

Beachhouse Restaurant was the perfect place for the ceremony and reception! Shawn, the wedding coordinator, did an amazing job!! I am so grateful for all of her hard work that she put in prior to and on the day of the wedding. She was very attentive, easy to work with, and truly knew what she was doing. Our reception was beautiful...we had a perfect view of the ocean The staff was wonderful, the food was amazing, we danced under the stars...it was everything I wanted and more. My wedding day was magical!! I couldn't have asked for a better venue and I 100% recommend it to any bride looking for an altogether beautiful, elegant, and laid back atmosphere!!

At first, I thought this would be challenging but with the wonderful staff at the Beachhouse Restaurant, everything went so smoothly. Shawn Rhoton was responsible for coordinating our wedding ceremony and reception dinner, and she did a FANTASTIC JOB! She was so dedicated to our interests, needs, and making my dream wedding come true! Whatever, we needed, she found away to make it happen. Shawn was also so great at making me and my fiance feel at ease about the whole wedding planning process. She was knowledgeable about additional resources, such as vendors for cake and photography, and was very prompt in returning my calls and emails. The ceremony and reception was everything we imagined. The food was incredible and we got so many compliments from our guests. Me and my husband were so wrapped up in the party, we didn't even eat our meal and they were nice enough to box it up for us. Shawn Rhoton made herself available during the ceremony and dinner so if anything was needed she was on it right away!! The sunsets are breathtaking for photos and the guests thoroughly enjoy watching them. The children at our event had a great time as well. The venue offers a variety of scenery for photos to be taken and allows for guests to move around and enjoy themselves on the beach during the time of the event. There are many great things I can say about the Beachhouse Restaurant. My fiance and I loved it so much, it now has a special place in our hearts and we look forward to going back and visiting on vacation.

Don't look further - this is your spot for a fun-gorgeous-stressfree wedding!\r\rMrs. Shawn Rhoton was fabulous, I can't say enough about how she truly made the day (and year) flawless and enjoyable. Her prompt and thorough response to emails, her attentiveness on the big day, and her love for her job are just a few of her great qualities! Seriously, you're in good hands with Shawn and the Beachhouse. My new husband and I talk about our 4/17/15 wedding constantly and wish we could do it all over again! We had 34 people including ourselves and the reception pavilion fit us well (can fit up to 60 I think), and the designated dance area in the sand was so perfect for our dance party.\r\rFood was great.. we didn't change anything about the menu. We set up an alcohol cap that was never met (awesome)... but I did hear from guests that our server was hard to find so many of them would go inside to the bar to get a drink which meant they paid for it themselves instead of adding the drink to our tab. Definitely recommend only doing beer and wine option with a cap. If your guests want a special drink, let them pay for it - you are offering a free beer/wine option!\r\rWe were a destination wedding couple and never saw the venue until we went the day before for our ceremony rehearsal and we were so pleased! I was a pretty low key bride and didn't do many 'extras' in terms of decorating etc, but the little we did have was fabulous - We only did centerpieces, sign-in area, table names w/stories, and an awesome drape thing for the arbor. I had looked at renting drapes for the pavilion but the cost is crazy (no need - the area is beautiful without the linens). We used ceremony chairs and rented chairs that matched (from Sandbar restaurant) in the pavilion. Customer Service is EVERYTHING! \r\rI sent an email of inquiry to the Event Coordinator, Mrs. Shawn Rhoton, and within two hours, she responded back! I am sure I sent over 10 venue inquries that same day but no other potential venue sites got back to me with such quick AND excited responses. Ms. Shawn was concise and very helpful from the very beginning. She truly was down to earth and happy go lucky. Truly, Ms. Shawn MADE it possible to have the wedding of my dreams at the Beachhouse Resturant. She is an absolute joy to work with, as well as her staff!! \r\rUpon visiting the site, I was not 100% sold and nothing \"wowed\" me at first view, HOWEVER, upon meeting Ms. Shawn in person and talking with her, she helped me envision how my future husband and my wedding could be like. She WON my heart by her excitement, her true care of my dream wedding, and her desire to make it all possible. \r\rThe site itself is beautifully set right upon the beach which extends outward for miles. The entire environment was relayed with Ms Shawn and she would pop in ideas of what has worked in the past and made it possible. She and her staff were wonderful to work with in the set up the day of the event. Ms. Shawn and her team went ABOVE and BEYOND in every aspect! \r\rThe day of the wedding was BEYOND perfect and more wonderful than I could have ever imagined. The staff was WONDERFUL and SO KIND to my family, my wedding party and myself. Any little thing that I could have thought of was addressed and then some. \r\rThe venue also provided the food and it was SPECTACULAR and OUT OF THIS WORLD! My parents and I ate there at the Restaurant about 4 times before the actual wedding. The Restaurant itself never misses a beat. EXCELLENT FOOD! The day of the wedding, the food was simply divine and of great variety. There was the obvious seafood of shrimp and grouper, as well as prime rib and chicken for those that weren't seafood lovers. I am not one for wedding meals (I think most of the time they are either overdown or undercooked. Mass meals are harder to make.) But the food was simply exquisite. My husband and I didn't get to eat much the day of our wedding, but the staff boxed up our meals and then some for us, cake included! Everything was planned and taken care of down to the T! \r\rI could not have asked for a wonderful site coordinator who knew how to make a bride feel at home and at complete ease. \r\rI would recommend this venue a thousand times over and over again!

Event coordinator Shawn Rhoton, and all the staff at the Beach house Restaurant made our beach wedding absolutely wonderful! Not only did they carry out exactly what we wanted for the ceremony, we even dropped off boxes of decorations for the reception the morning of the wedding (and included small notes with each decoration) and they designed it better than we could have ever imagined! Shawn took care of EVERYTHING and consulted with us with any questions, not that there were many because she is awesome!!! And the overall prices were not bad compared to other venues on AMI that were also directly on those gorgeous beaches! Plus the remodel of the inside restaurant look phenomenal! This was the best place to host our wedding!

Shawn took care of EVERYTHING and consulted with us with any questions, not that there were many because she is awesome!!! And the overall prices were not bad compared to other venues on AMI that were also directly on those gorgeous beaches! Plus the remodel of the inside restaurant look phenomenal! This was the best place to host our wedding!

This was my second wedding and I wanted everything low stress, low key and layed back yet beautiful. Shawn answered every question quickly and nothing was too much to ask. Any thing I needed she was there. The food was amazing and everyone had a great time and appreciated how every detail was observed.

My husband and I got married on Friday August 30 2013 and we canât say enough things about The Beachhouse. When we got engaged in May of 2012, we both agreed that we wanted a beach wedding that allowed us to have a sunset ceremony. From the time we arrived at the Beach House to preview it, we fell in love and immediately booked it. Throughout the months of planning, Shawn, the wedding coordinator was absoutely amazing. She stayed on top of everything, was quick to respond to e-mails, and always offered to help as much as she could. She even set up our center pieces and name plates on our tables for us. The night of the wedding, everything went even better than we could of imagined. The food was great, the set up was perfect and the staff was very attentive with anything that we requested. We can honestly say that everything at our wedding exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a romantic beach wedding, we highly recommend The Beachhouse Restaurant.

My husband and I had a sunset wedding and reception here on July 13, 2013. From the time we called to ask about information until after our wedding was through, Shawn and Jamie were very accommodating and informational with all of our questions and ideas. I did not find the photography vendor list to be the caliber of anything I was hoping for. I would recommend researching on your own rather than just trusting the photographer list. I would also echo that with the accommodation list; visit the island and see the options for yourself, especially if you are hoping to do getting ready or first look photos.\r\rI had guests telling me that the stuffed tilapia entree choice was one of the top 10 meals they had ever had.

The Beachhouse did an amazing job for our wedding. We chose the venue because it was where we had one of our first dates. Their prices are extremely reasonable for what they offer. What do they offer? A beautiful location, fantastic food, helpful staff---and I cannot praise their wedding coordinator, Shawn, enough! Want someone who treats you like you are their only wedding party? Can read your mind on the day of the wedding and think of things you never thought of? Can miraculously and without a sweat pull out a Plan B if, say, a hurricane called Sandy slides by? Then the Beachhouse is your place and Shawn is your coordinator. They made our night PERFECT!

Shawn and Jamie were extremely helpful while we were planning our beach wedding at The BeachHouse. Each question we had was answered quickly and since we were out of town, everyone was so helpful with suggesting the perfect vendors for other aspects of the wedding. Shawn and Jamie are GREAT very attentive,easy to work with, and truly know what they are doing.
