The Historic Tanglewood Club is a wedding venue located in Chagrin Falls, OH. This stunning property is the perfect setting for an unforgettable, romantic celebration. This charming country club is a convenient 40-minute drive from downtown Cleveland, offering both accessibility and escape for your long-awaited nuptials. Couples who choose to celebrate their nuptials at The Historic Tanglewood can look forward to a remarkable experience surrounded by natural beauty. The Tanglewood Club provides the private, elegant atmosphere only a country club can offer. If you and your beloved are looking to plan a modern wedding or a more rustic gathering, this facility transforms into your dream wedding location. We could not have asked for a better experience with our venue! Stacey was so helpful and always got back to us quickly with any questions we had through the planning process. The venue is beautiful, the staff were all so friendly and made everything go off without a hitch, and the food was amazing!

Let's just start off by saying \"wow!\" That was our experience working with The Tanglewood Club. Everything was wow! We wanted to find a venue that allowed for an indoor ceremony that wasn't all just one room. Tanglewood has that with 3 separate rooms nothing ever felt cramped. The venue is absolutely beautiful with the fireplace & updated grey tones (no ugly hotel carpet here). Stacey was a dream to work with, with her constant communication & really going above & beyond to make sure everything was smooth. Cory (our day of event manager) is the kindest human you will meet - you will feel like you are royalty how he is always checking if you need anything. We got married at Christmas time and it was decorated already by Stacey and we just added to it. We got so many compliments about the food, the staff (especially our amazing bartenders - shout out to Lisa), the food & the space. They are reasonably priced and no crazy rental fees like some places charge. Our wedding felt like a Christmas dream! We will be forever grateful.

The Tanglewood Club was the absolute best venue! I recommend it to everyone. Not only is the venue beautiful, but our guests LOVED the food, and the staff was incredible. Special shout out to the bartender who was an absolute joy. The real reason you should book with the Tanglewood Club is because you get Stacey, and she is incredible! She makes sure everything runs smooth the day of and is always available for any questions you might have during the process! We are so glad we booked this place, it was perfect.

Tanglewood was the perfect venue for our wedding. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the getting ready space was so nice to have and outdoor grove for the ceremony is so beautiful. What really makes this venue though is Stacey and her team. She was so helpful in creating our timeline and helping set up all our decor and kept the day running smoothly. She was so quick to answer questions and if I needed to make any adjustments. The food was also so good and we were getting compliments on it from our guests and vendors all night. Overall I highly recommend Tanglewood to anyone looking for a beautiful country club wedding!

If you are considering using this venue DO IT!!!! Stacey and her team were absolutely amazing through the whole process. Stacey was very responsive to questions I had leading up to the day and was so on top of it on our actual wedding day. I did not feel an ounce of worry the day of because I knew Stacey was there to handle any hiccups. The venue itself is beautiful with it's floor to ceiling windows and romantic draping. Many of our guests said the food was the best food they have had at a wedding. If I could give Tanglewood 1000 stars I would!!!

We cannot recommend this venue enough! It was a beautiful setting for our fall wedding. Stacey was great to work with. For the most part she always responded very quickly anytime I had a question or needed to make a change. She did a great job coordinating, especially when it came to set up. I didn’t even go to the venue until about 2 hours before and everything was set up perfectly. When I got there she touched base with me and did a great job of clarifying what was there and what wasn’t to make sure we were not missing anything.. One thing I would recommend to other brides is to specify the exact order that you want your place cards set out in on your tables. I failed to do that so I did have to switch a few around when I got to the venue. But obviously that was also not a big deal. Stacey also did an amazing job of making sure the event flowed smoothly. The food was also really good! Overall, Stacey was amazing and I felt that she made my wedding planning process a lot easier than I would have made it on myself if I didn’t have her.

Beyond the beautiful venue space though, what really makes Tanglewood the best choice, is STACEY and her entire team. Stacey was the absolute BEST coordinator -- so quick to reply to all of my emails throughout the entire planning process, so organized, detailed, and thorough, and she really ensured that our day went smoothly and without any glitches! The day was perfect and we really have Stacey and the rest of the Tanglewood staff to thank for that. Would definitely recommend booking your event at The Tanglewood Club! You will not be disappointed by the beautiful venue space, or the amazing staff.

The venue is absolutely beautiful but it’s truly the staff and team that make it the best. Stacey was an absolutely phenomenal coordinator and worked with our vendors seamlessly. She made the process stress free and ensured every single detail was perfect. Tanglewood is an absolutely stunning venue, overseen by a rockstar coordinator! The venue coordinator, Stacey, is so easy to work with, and really helped us make our vision come true! One of the things I appreciated most was that we didn’t get nickled and dimed for every request we made. The venue had some decorations, candle holders etc that were were allowed to use wherever we wanted, which was nice to use to fill in with our own decor. We also appreciated that Stacey handled our Youngstown cookie table like a pro, with over 120 dozen cookies! As for the venue, it looked stunning! We had just over 100 people there for a winter wedding, and we were able to do our cocktail hour, ceremony and receptions in different areas of the space without any one space feeling too big or too small. I would highly recommend checking out Tanglewood!

If you are thinking about booking Tanglewood, DO IT!!!! We found Tanglewood online, and I'm so so happy we did! Such a beautiful venue with lots of space and natural light! Everything was very clean! Stacey was so great to work with! She was always quick in replying to all of my emails full of questions and answered them thoroughly! On the day of she knew just what we wanted or needed and took care of everything! Because of weather, our ceremony was inside and it was more beautiful than ever! Photos were outside, and we got to take golf carts around the course to capture our special moments! The food was AMAMZING!! All of our guests were talking about how great it was! I am sooo happy we had our wedding at The Tanglewood Club! It is a beautiful venue with beautiful windows and natural light, and a fairly sizable venue for the wedding we envisioned. The food was great. Stacey was incredible to work with! She responded to all of my emails in a timely manner and answered all of my questions (and there were PLENTY since we planned this wedding during covid). Every detail I had imagined she helped bring to life. She was so helpful and accommodating. The day of the wedding we did a brief walk through before the guests arrived and I was in awe of how beautiful everything looked. Stacey did a wonderful job bringing all of my details to life, she’s very attentive and pays close attention to detail. We had a great time at The Tanglewood Club.

Tanglewood was absolutely perfect for my November wedding. You have the entire building to yourself! Stacey was amazing to work with! Always available for questions, concerns, and advice. Tanglewood was absolutely perfect for my November wedding. You have the entire building to yourself! Stacey was amazing to work with! Always available for questions, concerns, and advice. She made sure that my wedding day flowed with ease. Stacey is an asset to Tanglewood, and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to be by my side helping me plan the perfect day!

This venue had absolutely everything we were looking for and more! The space is beautiful, both inside and out, and the floor to ceiling windows that make up one whole wall are breathtaking. The onsite coordinator, Stacey, was amazing! She took care of absolutely anything and everything we needed to make our day perfect. I will recommend this venue and Stacey to everyone because we had the most amazing experience!!

This venue had absolutely everything we were looking for and more! The space is beautiful, both inside and out, and the floor to ceiling windows that make up one whole wall are breathtaking. The onsite coordinator, Stacey, was amazing! She took care of absolutely anything and everything we needed to make our day perfect. The Tanglewood Club is a perfect all-in-one venue. We had a gorgeous day for an outside wedding in the grove, followed by pictures on the golf course. Our guests relaxed onsite with a cocktail hour, followed by a reception in the ballroom. Normandy catering provided guests with delicious food. The portions were large and so many compliments were given about our appetizers and meal selections. We were able to conduct a good tasting with a variety of selections prior to selecting our final meal choices. Stacey (onsite coordinator) was such a pleasure to work with. She kept us on task leading up to the wedding, and was an asset keeping us on time and on schedule the day of our wedding. She was organized and encouraging, providing us with a positive experience and an amazing wedding!

Beautiful venue and delicious food! Stacey is very friendly and is awesome at answering emails and staying in touch. We had one older bartender at the end of the night that was a bit frosty, but everyone else was super friendly and accommodating. Definitely would recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about The Tanglewood Club. It was our wedding and reception venue this past April. The Event Managee is awesome, she gave me so much personal care. The venue is beautiful with its rolling hills; floor to ceiling windows; natural light; dramatic ceiling and chandelairs and natural features. And the caterer is amazing. People are still raving about our menu. We had a brunch wedding, it was awesome. I highly recommend The Tanglewood Club!

I can’t say enough great things about The Tanglewood Club. It was our wedding and reception venue this past April. The Event Managee is awesome, she gave me so much personal care. The venue is beautiful with its rolling hills; floor to ceiling windows; natural light; dramatic ceiling and chandelairs and natural features. And the caterer is amazing. People are still raving about our menu. We had a brunch wedding, it was awesome. I highly recommend The Tanglewood Club!

Tanglewood is a beautiful place to get married. My 3 star review does not reflect the venue itself. It's clean, the food was actually delicious, the servers at my wedding were extremely kind and polite, and riding around in a golf cart in my wedding dress to take pictures on the grounds was both fun and tremendously scenic. However, I was appalled by Stacey Hill, the \"event coordinator/on site event manager\". Her lack of professionalism was shocking and her lack of presence at the wedding was counterproductive and upsetting. She was meeting with another couple at one of my tables as I was about to walk down the aisle!!!!! Also, on the day of my rehearsal, which she had days before assured me was \"in her calendar\

We were so happy with our choice of The Tanglewood Club for our August 26, 2017 wedding reception. The venue is beautiful and everything went perfectly, thanks to Stacey. We had our June wedding reception at The Tanglewood Club and it was amazing! Stacey is super easy to work with and always prompt, it was such a relief knowing that she was going to be there the day of. Large windows, a patio and a ballroom big enough for all our guests were our requirements when looking for a venue and Tanglewood had all three! It's a great space to decorate as your own. The staff was very friendly during our reception and the food was delicious!

We had our June wedding reception at The Tanglewood Club and it was amazing! Stacey is super easy to work with and always prompt, it was such a relief knowing that she was going to be there the day of. Large windows, a patio and a ballroom big enough for all our guests were our requirements when looking for a venue and Tanglewood had all three! It's a great space to decorate as your own. The staff was very friendly during our reception and the food was delicious!

The Tanglewood Club is the absolute perfect reception venue. All on one floor, gorgeous updated interior, endless windows in the cocktail rooms overlooking the golf course greens, outdoor deck and patio - it's picture perfect. The staff was amazing especially their coordinator, Stacey Hill. She was on top of every last detail. She followed up with our vendors ahead of the wedding and setup everything perfectly. We could not be more pleased with how our day went and we can only hope to throw more business their way. The Tanglewood Club has it all.
