The Tavern At The Beekman Arms is a wedding venue in the historic Beekman Arms Inn in Rhinebeck, NY. The management of this landmark locale invites couples that are seeking an authentic Hudson Valley setting to hold their special day. With more than 250 years of hosting guests, this charming building makes a truly remarkable backdrop for your important celebration. The Traphagen Tavern was established in 1704, with The Beekman Arms added to the building in 1766. From Continental Army drills on the front lawn to hosting Presidents, this inn has been a part of history. Renovations over the years have kept the original structure and character intact. Sturdy oak beams and broad plank floors are hallmarks of the building, along with a warm fireplace for winter guests. The Tavern At The Beekman Arms includes all of the interior spaces of the inn. These include The Wayfarer, The Beekman Room, The Pewter Room, The Greenhouse, and the historic Tavern bar. This venue is a proud member of the Historic Hotels of America. The staff only accommodate one wedding at a time to ensure their focus is on the enjoyment of all guests. Additionally, wheelchair-accessible features help to ensure comfort and convenience for visitors. The Tavern At The Beekman Arms offers a venue for ceremonies and receptions, along with 80 rooms for on-site accommodations. The Wayfarer is the largest space, hosting up to 80 guests. The enclosed Greenhouse is adjacent to this, with seating for up to 40 guests. The Beekman Room is suited for intimate gatherings of up to 25 guests, just off of the Library. Furthermore, the culinary team will create a menu of dishes sourced from local seasonal produce. This historic venue is sure to be a memorable setting for one of the most important days of your life.

Choosing the Beekman Arms as our wedding venue for our September 9, 2023 celebration was one of the best decisions we ever made. From the moment we stepped into this historic gem, we were transported to a world of charm and elegance that perfectly complemented our special day.The venue's rich and varied history, including its ties to George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, and President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, added an extra layer of significance to our wedding. It was an honor to join the ranks of those who have celebrated life's moments within these walls.Stephanie, the Beekman Arms' wedding coordinator, deserves a standing ovation. Her dedication and expertise made the entire journey a seamless and joyful experience. Prior to choosing the Beekman Arms as our venue, we met with and corresponded with Stephanie for five months, her patience and professionalism is unparalleled. Over an additional five months leading up to our wedding, Stephanie went above and beyond to guide us through every aspect of planning. Her recommendations for our photographer/videographer, pastry vendor, and Pastor were spot-on, making our day truly exceptional.Stephanie's meticulous attention to detail ensured that no stone was left unturned. Stephanie, despite being so busy, is very generous with her time - always accommodating a call, in-person meeting, or Zoom catch-up. She sent me helpful reminders on tasks to complete, placed orders I missed, verified the orders I placed (some needed correcting like the wedding cake!), suggested a timeline well in advance of our wedding day and kept us on time the day of! She effortlessly handled last-minute challenges, from boutonnières to floral arrangements, and even a missing Photo Booth camera charger! Stephanie is a treasure, and her years of experience in the industry shine through in her competence and grace. We cannot over emphasize how wonderful Stephanie is, she is such an amazing person and an absolute pleasure to work with.The outdoor ceremony in the charming courtyard, framed by the wisteria-covered trellis, was nothing short of enchanting. The cocktail hour in the atrium set the tone for a night of celebration, and the reception in the main hall was beautifully executed. The intimate setting was perfect for our 60 guests, and the Beekman Arms staff truly went above and beyond to make our day special.And let's not forget the food! The chef at the Beekman Arms is nothing short of phenomenal. From mouthwatering hors d'oeuvres to the delectable main entrees and the unforgettable crème brûlée, our guests raved about the culinary delights.In sum, our wedding at the Beekman Arms was a dream come true. The Beekman Arms Inn is the oldest continuously operated Inn in the USA. Many of our guests spent the whole weekend. The town of Rhinebeck is so charming that you will want to return again and again! Stephanie was so patient and professional but she also became a friend! She always returned my calls promptly. This is huge because I have 2 venues that still did not return my call of inquiry! The chef gave us a tasting and he was very flexible. The guests raved about the food. Stephanie helped me decorate and set up the day before. She also made the whole reception go so smoothly and did so in a calm and helpful manner! Thank you to the owner, the chef, the bartender and servers but especially Stephanie who made our dream wedding come true!

The Beekman Arms Inn is the oldest continuously operated Inn in the USA. Many of our guests spent the whole weekend. The town of Rhinebeck is so charming that you will want to return again and again! A close friend of mine was married at the Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn last month. She had relocated to Texas a few years ago but wanted to return to the area for her wedding. Since was so far away she asked that I help her with some of the planning. This was when I first met with Stephanie Stack the event manager. My friend wanted me to photograph the venue (inside and out) including the rooms where the reception and rehearsal dinners would be held and several of the hotel rooms. Stephanie was the best to work with. She was friendly, easygoing and extremely professional. Her attention to detail and helpful suggestions made for a thoroughly enjoyable experience.Every aspect of this place is simply beautiful. Food was amazing, service even better but nothing beats the ambiance of the place. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Our wedding at the Beekman Arm's was an absolute dream come true! We were looking for a place that was affordable yet elegant and accommodating to our guests. We found all that and more! The food was marvelous and we had the ability to make the space all our own with decorations. Stephanie Stack, the wedding coordinator at the Beek, was an absolute delight and so helpful! Highly recommend!!

Our wedding at the Beekman Arm's was an absolute dream come true! We were looking for a place that was affordable yet elegant and accommodating to our guests. We found all that and more! Every detail of our daughter's wedding reception was absolutely perfect. We were very happy with the event coordinator, Stephanie Stack. We met with her early on to coordinate details of the reception. She coordinated the food tasting and everything was so delicious. She paid attention to details, such as the size and location of the sweetheart table, the number and location of guest tables, the table linens, and more. She was easy to reach and prompt to address any questions or concerns in the weeks leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding, she was attentive and checked in often to make sure our needs were being met. I could go on and on about how helpful she was. Truly, it was a joy to work with Stephanie at the Beekman Arms to make our daughter's wedding a dream come true. The Beekman Arms was an ideal location for the reception. This historic and beautiful site set the stage for a fairytale wedding reception. We had approximately 90 guests and the dance floor was the perfect size. The bar for the reception was located in the greenhouse right off of the ballroom. I am so glad that we chose this beautiful venue. It was just stunning!

As two New Yorkers, my husband and I wanted a place that was unique, had an outdoor space for a ceremony, provided catering and setup, had onsite accommodations, and was located close to NYC. We found all of that and more with the Beekman Arms. The staff was very easy to work with and everything went off without a hitch on the big day. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Additionally, the fire house suite served the PERFECT place for us to stay, especially as we welcomed guests. Our bridal party was able to stay on the compound as well. Staff also worked with us on a tent to ensure we had what we needed on all fronts! Recommended on each level.

My bridesmaids reserved the Beekman's newly renovated \"party room\" for a bridal shower luncheon. The room was gorgeous, service incredible and food delicious!

All the guests raved about the food! The pork was so tender, the chicken was not just the ordinary roasted and the salmon was excellent. The wild mushroom ravioli was amazing to say the least. The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff was great and everything was perfect.
