Both feature tin ceilings, exposed brick walls, and vintage decor that help to create a sophisticated and timeless ambience. The original space can accommodate up to 85 seated guests, while The Turn 828 can accommodate up to 150 people. The Turn 828 features a grand entrance and foyer, an outside patio area, multiple restrooms, a catering and prep kitchen, and more. Situated in an urban setting, these vintage and industrial-chic spaces can suit many different wedding visions. The team encourages customized table settings and layouts, allowing the special pair to curate an event that stands apart from the next. Couples renting The Turn Event Venue or The Turn 828 can enjoy an array of convenient services provided by the team. Vintage tables and chairs, one-of-a-kind centerpieces, and professional styling from their antique-inspired inventory are offered. One of the in-house artists is also able to create a custom chalkboard wall to help enhance your celebrations. To ensure that your event goes smoothly, an attendant is present. Nearly weds have the option of bringing their own beverages or hiring their own bartending service as well. After the event comes to a close, the team takes care of the cleanup for the convenience of the couple and their loved ones.

Our experience at The Turn 828 was amazing! Curt and Wendy did a fantastic job of getting everything together for the wedding day and were fantastic about communicating with us! They were very accommodating about our wishes and made sure that everything came together perfectly. The venue is in a great location with plenty of parking nearby as well as other restaurants and hotels. Our wedding reception had about 85 guest and it was the perfect size, plenty of room for everyone without feeling overly crowded or too roomy. The staff on site the day of our wedding was so helpful and kind (even making sure my husband and our photographers had snacks and drinks brought to us while we were hiding before our entrance). Curt was always willing to answer any questions I had, even ones I thought were silly. I definitely made the right choice when choosing The Turn!!

My husband and I had an incredible experience working with 828 The Turn for our wedding. Curt was so friendly and helpful in our planning process and was literally willing to move mountains for us to have what we dreamed of for our day. The location is great, the venue is stunning and beautifully decorated. The contract is low maintenance and gives the couple a lot of flexibility in making the day exactly what they want. It's the perfect intimate space. More than that, though, working with the people of 828 The Turn made it all worth it!

This was an absolutely gorgeous place to have our wedding in October. We loved this venue from the minute we saw it and didn't even bother to look anywhere else. We worked with Curt and he was great to work with on all of the planning and organizing. We met in person 4 times before the wedding to go over everything, which was VERY helpful. The day of our wedding went so smoothly and everything looked gorgeous. It was so great to have the centerpieces and most of the décor provided because that was one less thing I had to worry about. We also opted to use the outdoor space for our ceremony, and then have pub tables outside for our guest to mingle. It was absolutely beautiful. We spent some time upstairs \"hiding\" from guests and waiting for the ceremony to start and while the upstairs is not really advertised because it's not well lit and is storage for all of the antique furniture, the pictures we took up there turned out the best! We didn't mind the clutter because we were just sitting around, so it didn't really matter, but that area would be AMAZING if they could figure out how to make it look a little cleaner and more accessible. They had a gorgeous antique couch up there just sitting in the most beautiful spot in front of the windows and those pictures we took there were amazing! They should really clean that little spot up a bit and advertise that area because omg was it amazing. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I felt like there were a lot of hidden costs. It seems like every time we met there was something we could add on for \"an extra cost.\" I know that's just the wedding business and it is what it is, but it would have been nice to have a list of all of the add-ons and their prices right from the beginning. We ended up going with a lot of the extras, so the total we paid ended up looking a lot different than that first number we were quoted. We also ended up having to get chairs last minute for the outside ceremony because that was not something that was mentioned to us at first. I know the outdoor space was very new and it had not been utilized for a wedding when we signed our contract (a year and a half before the wedding), but the chairs were never mentioned until our second or third meeting when we were told that the venue could provide 30 chairs (for an extra cost, of course). Our guest list was 110 people and I was told the rest of the of our guests could stand. That was absolutely not what I wanted at all, so I ended up ordering chairs from another company.In the end, I wouldn't have done anything differently. Working with Curt was great and the venue was gorgeous. It was everything I wanted for my wedding. The attendants the venue provided were amazing and they helped everything run so smoothly. Even though there were extra costs, I knew what I wanted and I was very happy with how everything went. I would highly recommend this venue!

We had our wedding shower here and it was just beautiful! Their eclectic decor, china, and atmosphere perfectly captured our aesthetic. They added so many personal touches, like a large chalkboard with our names beautifully written, a sign for our guests outside, and a discount in their shop for our guests. I can't recommend them enough! I only wish we lived close enough to use them again for future gatherings! They would be a perfect space for a smaller wedding that wants a vintage energy. All of our family members complimented how great the space was, and they all still talk about the personalized chalkboard art. It was a great background for taking pictures as well! We picked this event space due to the unique tables, chairs, and dinnerware. I was obsessed with the exposed brick too. We loved how the owners let us rearrange the bar and tables to fit our needs. We would recommend this event space to all our friends for all their events!

If you're looking for a place to book your bridal shower, rehearsal dinner or wedding--look no further! I cannot recommend The Turn enough! My bridal shower was held at 828 The Turn and it was everything I could've wished for. The vintage aesthetic and included decor was just what I was looking for. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. My guests could not stop commenting on how nice the venue was. If you're thinking of booking The Turn, go ahead and book it! You will not regret it.

If you're planning a smaller sized ceremony, there is NO BETTER place in the Cincy/NKY area! Curt and Wendy not only have a beautiful venue, but they're easily the most flexible vendors we met with when we were planning our wedding. We just got married a few months ago and had to change plans last minute due to COVID restrictions (100 guests to 25, and moved the wedding up within a week's notice), and they did everything they could to make our day safe, perfect, and just as cared for as the wedding we had planned! Every detail at 828 has been thought for, I saved precious money and stress not having to think about decorations because they have everything you need already on the tables and in storage for you to use!! They meet with you several times leading up to the wedding to make sure they can answer all of your questions and give you the vision that you're after. We did both ceremony and reception here, but it would honestly be the perfect spot if you were just looking for reception too! If you're even thinking about this place, make an appointment to check it out, you will not regret it.

We had the most incredible experience with Wendy and Kurt and their venue 828 the Turn. I discovered the venue on Instagram and we fell in love with the space and its vintage vibe the first time we walked in. Wendy and Kurt were wonderful to work with, I realized the night before our wedding that I had forgotten an entire table of guest on my seating chart and they worked with me at 8:00 the night before to revise the seating layout. They literally take care of everything for you; the gorgeous unique centerpieces and vintage china place settings, table numbers and display stands, you name it and they are probably able to help you out. All of our guest were enamored with the space and so many people came up to me on our wedding night and couldn't stop raving about the venue and how unique and beautiful it was. We had the most incredible experience with Wendy and Kurt and their venue 828 the Turn. I discovered the venue on Instagram and we fell in love with the space and its vintage vibe the first time we walked in. Wendy and Kurt were wonderful to work with, I realized the night before our wedding that I had forgotten an entire table of guest on my seating chart and they worked with me at 8:00 the night before to revise the seating layout. They literally take care of everything for you; the gorgeous unique centerpieces and vintage china place settings, table numbers and display stands, you name it and they are probably able to help you out. All of our guest were enamored with the space and so many people came up to me on our wedding night and couldn't stop raving about the venue and how unique and beautiful it was. Sincerely can't say enough wonderful things about this space and the people who run it. Also the ability to stock your own bar was the icing on the cake!

We didn't initially plan for this venue, but due to Covid, we could no longer use our original venue, and after a lot of things going wrong with the venue we had, I recalled seeing a new venue called 828 and I loved The Turn Vintage Warehouse so I immediately contacted them on The Knot! Boy oh boy, Curt answered so many of my questions right off the bat, as I had a lot, and we were able to get in to see the venue so fast! I fell in love and felt we should have had our wedding here all along! It was so me, so us, so everything we needed in the chaos that was happening! The process for planning was made easy when Wendy got involved and she really let me have whatever I envisioned! I am still blown away as I think back to the Wedding day, as everything looked so amazing and exactly how I wanted it! We could have had double the amount of guests if we needed, as 828 has so much space! I am so glad we had our ceremony facing the doors as our pictures turned out so beautiful! If you decide to have your wedding here, use their preferred catering list! We did and the working relationship was so amazing! They worked with eachother so well! We had both our ceremony and reception and it was beyond what I anticipated! I could go on and on... Just very friendly and amazing people to work with!

The Turn was so flexible with us and our changing wedding plans due to the pandemic. We originally were going to have our rehearsal dinner at The Turn with about 60 people, but when we realized that wouldn't be possible due to COVID restrictions, we asked The Turn to change our reservation by one day and host a dinner after our small wedding ceremony, with about 40 people. Changing our plans with them was so easy. They were communicative and flexible and the space is absolutely gorgeous.

We had our rehearsal dinner at The Turn and it was PERFECT! I cannot stress how wonderful (and easy!) it was to have our event at The Turn -- the room looked beautiful and they really took into account all of our tastes. Our guests commented all night on how unique and fun our venue was. We had 93 people for a sit down dinner and the space did not feel cramped at all (I was clearly very nervous about it!). Becky was so helpful ahead of the event and made so many accommodations for us. We wanted one table that sat 12 people so our family could all be together -- although they do not normally do that, they made it work for us! We also had a few pieces that we wanted to work into the centerpieces and they did it no problem! My in-laws were from out of town and wanted to drop things off the day before and they were accommodating. They also wanted to show a slideshow during the event and The Turn made it easy to get the equipment. I cannot stress how easy they made the whole event! Last thing -- for potential brides, this place is perfect because you can bring in your own catering, alcohol, and bartenders. This saves so much $$!! For our size, we hired one person from The Turn to be there on the day of (not bartenders) and it was totally worth it! They kept the buffet, drinks, and tables fully stocked and were very helpful in cleaning up. I would love to serve as a reference for The Turn and would recommend it to anyone for any event!

The Turn is such a magical venue. When the curtain opened for me to walk down the aisle, it took my breath away. So warm, cozy and absolutely stunning. It was everything I wanted in a venue. We could bring our own caterers and alcohol which saved us a ton of money versus venues that make you pick certain caterers and beverage options. Wendy and Becky were absolutely wonderful to work with. They're very knowledgeable but also made sure that the style matched what my husband (!) and I wanted. We did have quite a few issues with the attendant that was there the night of the wedding, but when Wendy (the owner) was made aware of the situation, she came promptly and resolved the situation and stayed for the rest of the night. You can tell that Wendy has a lot of pride in her business and wants the couples who have weddings there to have everything they need and for it to be as stress-free as possible. Also, the fact that they set all the decorations up (besides what you bring) and tear it all down is so amazing. It relieved so much stress because my husband and I were so exhausted when the night was over. We even forgot a few things at the venue and they were kind enough to reach out to the person working next store a few days after to let me in to get them, even though Wendy was out of town. I've gotten so many compliments on the venue from guests and people who have seen guest photos. I can't wait to get the preview from the photographers, but I don't think professional photography can show just how beautiful and magical The Turn was for my wedding day. If you want to have a unique and stunning space for your wedding day, I highly recommend The Turn Vintage Warehouse. Thanks so much, Wendy and Becky, for making our wedding day so special.

They absolutely thought of everything and they made it a point to discreetly check on me at least every half an hour during the even to see if I needed anything (even something as simple as checking to see if the temperature was okay for my guests). Any person would be so lucky to have this place for any special occasion.

The venue has a cool, relaxed vibe that was perfect for what we wanted! I am definitely going to recommend The Turn to my friends and family, and I’m sure all of our guests will too!

Wow, where do I even start! Having my husband and I's rehearsal dinner at The Turn was the best decision ever. This place and the owners were amazing to work with. It snowed a good amount and we had ice on the night of the dinner. Wendy at the Turn offered to go out and get us ice as we were taking a bit to get there due to the weather. This was such a sweet offer. When we arrived it looked so gorgeous inside I literally got choked up. The space was incredible. Wendy and her team didn't mention the weather at all, they made everything about the guests and making sure everyone was comfortable and happy. The atmosphere was full of love and happiness and the vintage decor and furniture was divine. The staff they had on hand were so courteous, helpful, funny and kind. Wendy was a joy to talk to and made sure everything was running smoothly. I would recommend this spot to anyone who wants an intimate wedding venue or special spot to have a rehearsal dinner. We were able to bring in our own music and picked a caterer who also did an incredible job. It's so unique and special that the front of the space is a vintage shop, I had someday guests comment on how they would like to come back to shop! The event space is warm, inviting, and beautiful. It's literally perfect. The booking process was easy and well laid out. Their prices are affordable and they respond to questions within the hour. Thank you so much for a wonderful night. .

The Turn was perfect for our wedding reception. We had an a.m. brunch reception and everything was perfect. We met with Meg, the stylist, prior to the event to personalize the event. Everything from the silverware, plates, goblets and furniture. I don't think you can get any more customized than that! Meg worked very hard to be sure everything was perfect and it was. All the guests commented on how beautiful the space was and they were trying to come up with ideas to use the space for parties. Would also be perfect for a shower, engagement party or rehearsal dinner. Our pictures turned out like magazine photos too because of all the beautiful decorations and backdrops. There is a brick wall and chalkboard they will add a design to in the space that is perfect for pics. All of the vintage furniture and decorations can be used as \"props\" for pics. We were also able to take outdoor pics in the doorways, alleys and brick wall in Newport. There is convenient, close and free parking available too. We had several small children in the space with burning candles and breakables! I was nervous, but they ended up hanging out together in the lounge area in the back and they were perfect. We brought extra chalk for them to draw on the chalkboard and they enjoyed that :) I highly recommend the space and plan to use them again.

They listened when I conveyed the theme of the shower and the personality of the bride. The bride said she could not have imagined a more perfect shower for her. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!! The Turn Vintage Warehouse is simply amazing. Unique, stunning, charming, gorgeous, whimsical, fun, inspiring, a refreshing change to the stereotypical wedding reception. Think the most dreamy, good old fashioned intimate dinner party that you could ever go to, surrounded by your most favorite people in the whole world. :) Our wedding reception at the Turn absolutely blew me away! This place is seriously special. The women who own it ROCK! A total shout out to these ladies for their professionalism, compassion, hard work, excitement, and unbelievable customer service. They were so accommodating to my family’s needs. Any specific requests that we had, they were on it and made it happen. So easy to work with! The best part? They've done the work for you! You don’t have to worry about running around spending time (and money) buying tons of décor, supplies, etc.… They already have it! And they’ll set it up for you! And clean it up at the end of the night! And it’s a beautifully curated collection! And it's affordable! This is a no brainer here. ;) Another great part that we loved: They allow you to bring in your own vendors. There was no specific list and rules of who you could or couldn't use. This saved us big time on the cost for food and drinks. Aside from saving us on cost, one of my most cherished memories is that we were allowed to have my brother cater the food and bring in family favorites. He rocked it! It was totally unique to us as a couple and our wedding. Our friends and family raved about the food, so it was really special that this was a possibility for us. Other venues had a list of caterers and vendors that you had to choose from, which was so demotivating. I don’t have enough words to describe how much I love the Turn…you will have to find out for yourself. :) You won’t be disappointed!! If you’re looking to host a truly special intimate wedding reception or killer rehearsal dinner, don’t waste any more time or headache on “venue shopping”.
