The Venue at Rocking V Ranch is a rustic wedding venue located on a 135-acre working equestrian ranch just outside of Topeka, Kansas. Jerry and Ingrid Vandervort are the proud owners of the property and have helped numerous couples host their big day at this unique event destination. Newlyweds can expect a comfortable atmosphere where fun and relaxation await. However, the staff here will do whatever it takes to help streamline planning and ensure the flawless execution of the entire function from start to finish. The experience truly begins upon your arrival at The Venue at Rocking V Ranch. After taking the time you need to prepare for the event in the private spacious dressing rooms, you can look forward to greeting your guests. Host your ceremony outdoors or indoors against scenic backdrops before a momentous reception celebration. In 2019, Jerry and Ingrid built "The Venue", a 6,000-square-foot indoor event area ideal for all occasions along with over 4000 square feet outside patio area. It features all the convenient modern amenities such as climate control; ensuring your comfortability year round, full audio and visual capabilities, beautiful lighting inside and out, outdoor gas firepit and wood burning fireplace for those cool evenings, and ample parking. "The Venue" is also fully handicap accessible. Perfect for large or small gatherings, it can comfortably accommodate up to 250 people. Caters are guaranteed to delight in the venue’s expansive kitchen here as they will have everything they need right at their fingertips. Make light work of your planning experience through the carefully designed wedding packages available at "The Venue". Access to the in-house beautiful linenless tables, tolix style chairs and all the necessary furnishings and décor is also included in your rental of the property.
