From the moment we met mark and Allison I knew this is the venue I wanted do get married at ! They were very understanding of what I wanted even helped me find local Jamaican vendors! The atmosphere the landscaping everything is just so perfect the staff is very nice and accommodating would highly recommend anyone looking for a venue to check White Oaks Farm Out !!!

Literally my dream venue. I am so blessed we were able to have our wedding here. The pictures are gorgeous and even prettier in person. I fell in love instantly and no other venue could compare. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and answered any and all questions. I was even able to walk through the venue with my planner before hand and design our set up. Day of our set up was already in place and they even helped break everything down at the end of the night. I will always recommend this venue.

White Oaks was genuinely one of the best vendors we could have ever asked for in regards to our wedding! They have thought of absolutely everything when it comes to your magical day!! They have layout ideas, seating chart ideas, recommended vendors, bartenders, tables and chairs, and even rooms for the bride and groom to get ready in (which are GORGEOUS)! They helped us every step of the way and were so supportive! We cannot recommend White Oaks enough, and we really hope one of our friends gets married here soon so we can go back!!

From start to finish they were deserving of a ten star review. Mark, Stephanie, and Alison were beyond helpful and easy to work with. Their venue is immaculate and extremely well designed. I could go on for hours about how impressed I was, but I’ll leave it by saying this venue is a MUST BOOK.

20/10 as a wedding venue! I am a Charleston, SC based wedding photographer, so I work at a lot of places. I never found one that so designed to be so picture perfect! Stephanie and Mark have been so helpful and accommodating with getting things ready for my wedding next year the venue is absolutely stunning and the pictures don’t do it any justice. The Smiths have really thought of everything you and your fiancé will need on your big day truly happy for my venue choice

The Smith's (Owner) Allow us to introduce you to the Smith Family: Mark, Stephanie, Townsend and Marklie. All are local Horry County natives. Stephanie was born and raised in Conway, South Carolina and Mark was raised in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.After a few years of dating, Mark and Stephanie got married at their small Episcopal church in North Myrtle Beach in 2003. They have since been blessed with two children, Townsend Monroe and Marklie Annibelle.
