The venue at Willow and Oak is a wedding venue located in Augusta, Kansas. Set on 50 private acres in the Flinthills in Butler County, this property can be found only 30 minutes East of Wichita. The venue at Willow and Oak offers a wide range of event spaces for couples to choose from. The land boasts a grassy meadow, hills, a pond, a river, and a forest tucked away at the end of the lane. The Sunset Hilltop takes you to a grassy field, a perfect place to take advantage of the golden hour and capture photos with those rich sunny tones. The modern barn sits in the meadow and accommodates up to 300, where you can set up for your reception or ceremony. Market lighting in front of the barn extends the space to the lawn. Additionally, a 1600 sq ft covered veranda overlooking the pond offers another area for your ceremony, reception, dancing, or cocktail hour. A fire pit under the trees invites guests to warm up on a chilly Fall evening or sets the stage for a gourmet s’mores bar. The climate-controlled space at The venue at Willow and Oak includes a caterer's prep kitchen, a bridal suite with a private bathroom, and bathrooms with ADA stalls. Also included is a groom's dressing area with a private bathroom. Additional event items available for use include banquet and round tables, white resin chairs for ceremonies and receptions, wood farmhouse tables, market lighting, and fabric draping. The team offers a wide range of packages to suit your needs for your big day.
