In case the weather does not permit an outdoor ceremony, then your gathering can be moved indoors. The team is also able to recommend a tent rental company, to help you be prepared for whatever the Texas weather might bring. Mahogany Chiavari chairs can be supplied to add a chic touch to your reception, alongside round, rectangular, and high cocktail tables. Setting up your event can be aided by the assistance of the villa staff. Tableware can be provided by the villa, while you choose the right color for your linens to coordinate with your day’s decor. I had my wedding here this past Saturday 6/17/23 and it was perfect! Everything turned out as planned. This venue is gorgeous and I got so many compliments! We had over 280 people and everyone loved it! The owner was wonderful, helpful, and very flexible. 10/10 I definitely recommend this venue. The food was also delicious! The venue was pretty much free range, we brought in all the decorations and I went crazy. It was the most perfect night!

This is a great venue! The outside areas are absolutely spectacular with great views and seating for guests. The Villa was able to accommodate our 130 guests very nicely with comfortable seating and great accessibilities (bathrooms, ramps to outside, and rentable private spaces). There is no outside catering allowed, but the venue has multiple food and service options. I’d say the best part of choosing this place for our wedding was the flexibility of the owners and that they allowed us to utilize the space creatively. Overall, I’m very satisfied with having our wedding at the Villa and would recommend it as a venue to others.

I recently got married at the Villa on January 5, we had about 175 people in attendance and it worked out perfectly! The view in the backyard is absolutely stunning and I’ve never seen anything quite like it! I went and looked at many different venues in the San Antonio area although all of them are either very corporate like or Rustic which was not the vibe I was going for. The Villa is absolutely stunning and brings on a elegant and almost Spanish/Italian vibe and worked out great for the type of upscale wedding we planned. Bertha was absolutely amazing and worked so well with me my family and all of our vendors prior to the wedding and on the day of. There are a lot of good benefits such as the bar situation and pricing, the largest dance floor I saw out of all of the venues I’ve visited, and it was very clean! We did not have a outside ceremomy although we did decorate the backyard for people to take pictures and it turned out beautiful! I cannot wait to get the pictures back from the for tog are for and the video! I will upload them to this review once I do. The Villa is a must see it and the price is decently reasonable, also the food that we picked (herb crusted chicken, inside round) was omg amazing, and I’m a picky eater! I hate to say it but I was a bit of a bridezilla, although I am very happy with every thing and would not change one thing about our day the Villa worked very hard to make everything turn out beautiful and was up to my high standards!

The Villa at Cielo Vista is gorgeous! The ceremony was breath taking because of the view we had and the venues was perfect. There's no other place we would've chosen to have our wedding.

We had our daughter's wedding reception here on October 7,2017. It was absolutely beautiful. Bertha was a huge help since we live 2 hours away and we were doing everything in quick trips to San Antonio. She had the venue open to us several days before the reception so we were able to go in and add extra decorations to the tables and centerpieces. The food was also AMAZING everyone was raving about it. We had an open bar the entire evening and the bartenders were beyond AWESOME! Even the security guard was fantastic. I would highly recommend the Villa for your wedding or reception needs. Everyone kept raving how beautiful the venue was, and we all had a great time!

Beautiful venue, just be watchful of what you are signing and keep track of all documents when choosing here. It was a bit difficult throughout the planning process with the staff, the best part was our wedding day.
