I just got married on 11/11/23 at Villa barone. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful. From the moment I booked our wedding date with Nick I felt very well taken care of. I had fallen in love with this venue the first time I went to see it and I could not have envisioned my wedding going any better. Vinny and Nick were very knowledgeable about the best way to execute what I wanted for my wedding and I am very greatful for their suggestions and professionalism. We had so many compliments from guests on the quality of the food, the service, and the ambiance of the ball room. Our Maitre de was wonderful and kept us informed on the series of events throughout the night. I’d highly recommend Villa barone as a top choice for anyone looking for an outstanding wedding venue.

Villa Barone Hilltop Manor delivered a 5 star experience for our wedding reception. The staff from owner Gianni, bridal attendant Brianna , Maitre’d, Luigi and the waiters and waitresses worked with attention to detail in every aspect of the reception from the moment the limo pulled in to the venue until the bride and groom departed. Choosing Villa Barone Hilltop Manor for my wedding was one of the best decisions I ever made. The place is gorgeous and dreamy for any couples who want to have that romantic experience. It's like the Garden of Eden for couples! All of my guests raved about the venue! Also, they were warm and welcoming from the first time I went to the venue. Their goal was to help accomplish my desires and make that special day magical. They were very flexible in changing the date for my event when the original date didn't work out. They were very flexible in changing just the menu for the bride to make me happy. Everybody was warm, welcoming, and helpful in making my wedding day perfect! I was so happy with their service, that I went back to the venue a week later to thank them personally. They went above and beyond my expectations!

We had the most AMAZING and FAIRYTALE wedding last night, 9/2/2023. Nick, Vinny and Giovanni did the MOST AMAZING JOB. They were amazing from the very beginning to the end. They made planning so seamless and easy! Everything was absolutely perfect. From the endless amount of food, the QUALITY of the food, the beautiful property, rooms, and beyond, they made it so special for my husband and I. Nick had such an amazing eye for detail, and perfection. He went above and beyond to give us the most perfect wedding, and ending with an amazing fireworks show. THANK YOU THANK YOU for absolutely everything. Thank you to the staff for making it run so smoothly and for an exceptional night. If you are looking for an AMAZING venue, this is the place to go!! Again, thank you again for EVERYTHING. You all made our day perfect and a fairytale with so many surprises and happy tears.

This is your sign to book at the Villa Barone. They will give you the experience of a lifetime. This will be the BEST event your guests may go to. The second you step into Villa Barone you are taken care of. I did not hire a wedding planner because Villa Barone DID IT ALL. Nick provided the best insight and suggestions for everything to booking buses, picking a menu and even the schedule for the day. I never felt pressure or stress. I truly felt like I was working with my own family and only had the best interest in mind. Their attention to detail is impeccable. When I had any questions they were very quick to respond and easy to work with. Cocktail hour had maximum room for seating and practically non existent lines for drinks and food. Being able to hold an after party celebration where food and a DJ were brought in was the icing on the already fabulous cake.As silly as it sounds, being the bride on her wedding day can be difficult. Villa Barone made sure that I was making the most of every second. They made sure we were able to eat, dance and truly enjoy the day. Rachel and Robert catered to our every need. Unlike most people at their wedding, we were able to eat and thank goodness because the food was completely out of this world. They made sure we were able to try everything we wanted before going out to cocktail hour and having a grad entrance. They never left us with an empty glass. They kept us on schedule and let us know before anything was about to happen. Rachel helped me freshen up before all picture opportunities.The venue itself is beyond gorgeous but they also have lake front property where you can get some of the most amazing pictures. When we arrived at the lake we were greeted by staff with a full cooler and bathroom on site. This was a great place for the bridal party to get some pictures and relax before the reception. The amount of texts and calls I received the day after could write its own novel. A family member reached out sharing their positive experience with the staff. They noticed how everyone looked like they were happy to be there and enjoyed their job. You did not need to be in the wedding party or family to be treated with the utmost respect and care. I truly can go on and on about the staff but the best thing I can think of is thank you so much Robert, Rachel, Vinny, Micheal, Giovanni, Vincent and of course Nick. This was by far everything we could have asked for and more! Thank you!

We had our wedding there in July of 2023 and couldn't have been happier! The service was impeccable and more than we could have ever wished for. We worked closely with John to talk about our vision and he made it possible! I had particular requests that I wanted to make our day unique and John was very flexible and accommodating. Throughout the process we were able to get in touch with him quickly and easily and ask any questions we needed.We loved the lake side property for our first look which added even more depth and scenery to our wedding pictures. It was great that it was so close to the venue and made transportation very easy. We were able to get to the venue a couple hours before our ceremony to take pictures with our family and Villa Barone was extremely accommodating. They had waters, drinks and an antipasto board in the bridal suite for our wedding party to snack on in between pictures and the ceremony. We worked with Vinny during the day of the wedding and couldn't have been happier. John and Vinny coordinated all of our special requests and made the day seamless. We LOVED our day of matradee, Robert and bridal attendant Brianna. They were so helpful in every way! Whether it was sticking to our timeline, helping with the wedding dress bustle, giving family members leftovers at the end of the night and everything in between. Our guest LOVED the venue and the food! Every single guest came up to us or texted us after the wedding saying how impressed they were with the venue and the abundance of food. We chose the 2nd food package and were blown away by how much food came with it for the per plate cost. (Definitely the lowest price we came across!) Guests were talking about the dessert hour for days and LOVED it! We were able to request special dishes during cocktail hour and the sit down dinner. We were so so happy with the day of the wedding, the rehearsal, the walkthroughs and the planning process. Villa Barone is extremely professional and accommodating and gives the absolute MOST for the LOWEST cost we saw. We are forever grateful to have had our wedding there and will forever recommend it to all!

We had our wedding reception at the Villa Barone on 10/29/2022 and we truly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our marriage. From the moment we stepped in the door Vinny treated us like we were family. The attention to detail, elegance, and perfection given by the Villa Barone made the most important day of our lives truly unforgettable. All of the staff are wonderful and truly ensure that each event is absolutely perfect. All of our guests still talk about how our wedding was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. The decor, atmosphere, and ambiance of the venue is truly breathtaking. The food was absolutely delicious and extravagant- not a single one of our guests left hungry! We highly recommend the Villa Barone to anyone considering having an event here. Thank you to Vinny and his family for helping us live our fairytale wedding.

You absolutely CANNOT go wrong hosting your wedding/event at VBHM!!! We had our reception here a couple days ago and are still on such a high from how perfect it was! Every single person that said goodbye to us that night raved about the beautiful time they had and, most importantly, how stuffed they were - Villa doesn’t mess around!!! We worked with Nick throughout planning and he was so beyond hands-on and meticulous I can’t even explain how at ease it made me feel not having to worry about anything. The second we met him we were sold. The staff was just excellent, from waitstaff, to Rob our maitre’d and Sophie my bridal attendant. They are all so professional but also super friendly you feel like you’ve known them forever. My family used to go to the Villa Barone in Pelham Bay so we knew from the start we were in good hands - they’re the real deals. The venue is gorgeous and the grounds are PERFECT for photos, it looks like you’re at an Italian villa. We can’t wait to go back for another event and actually be able to enjoy the food!!! 1000/10. Don’t even think twice!

For an extremely reasonable price, Villa Barone was the most beautiful venue I toured. I am so happy I had my wedding there. All my preferred vendors were through Villa Barone and everyone was over the top amazing to work with. Villa Barone was absolutely amazing from the owners, to the maitre d, bridal attendant, secretary Melissa who answered my calls and emails and gave me detailed responses to my 100 questions. Day of coordinator is not needed with these highly experienced professionals. The set up my decorations beautifully and packaged it up nicely for pick up. The whole day was beyond seamless and perfect and the entire year of planning they were great with communication and planning.

Everything at the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor was absolutely amazing. Not only is the property stunning, but the staff is beyond incredible. Nicky, Vinny and Gianni are the most professional banquet managers I have ever experienced. They have you, as a bride, at the center of their work. They took my vision and turned it into a reality, more than I ever could have imagined. Every one of my ideas, big or small, was taken so seriously and with such care; and even if I thought it couldn’t work, they made it work, and to the highest standard. My bridal attendant, Rachel, was simply perfect. She was so attentive on our wedding day, making sure we were happy and perfectly taken care of throughout the day. They’re not kidding when they say your wedding goes by in a flash, you get pulled in a ton of different directions, or you don’t have the chance to eat. Respectfully and with so much care, Rachel pulled us away to make sure we ate, were present, and that we had the best time.Which brings me to the food! Amazing. The Villa Barone Hilltop Manor has the best food I have ever had at any wedding, period. The cocktail hour was endless, dinner was superb, and the Viennese was magical.I would recommend the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor to anyone getting married, or having any event. It really is the perfect place.

I have no words!! We got married at the villa barone hilltop manor a little over a week ago and I am still on cloud 9 from how amazing everything turned out! The entire event went off without a hitch and we have gotten so many calls and texts raving about the wedding! The food and drinks were endless! The staff makes you feel like family and we’re so attentive and personable since the day we booked our wedding. Thank you soooo much Vinny, Johnny, Ashley and the entire villa barone staff!! The bartenders and waiters as well so beyond sweet and personable. We can’t say enough good things, do yourself a favor and book your wedding with them they will not disappoint!

There are not enough words to express the amazing experience we had at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor for our daughter’s wedding on 10/29/2022. If it was possible to give them a million stars, we would! From the first moment we met with Vinny to tour the venue we were treated like family. When we arrived on the day of the wedding, not a detail was missed. The entire staff was amazing, and Luigi, Vico, and Rachael were exceptional. Everything was so well organized and timed to perfection. The food was outstanding, and we are still getting calls from family and friends raving about the food and the venue. I can’t tell you how many times we have been told “it’s the best wedding we have ever been to”. We just had my daughter's wedding here in October. What can I say? From the moment we arrived, to when the reception was over, everything was way beyond expectations! The service, the food, the attention to every detail....absolutely fantastic. Alexis assisted the wedding couple and was always there to help them. She was amazing! Luigi ran the room...again top notch. The venue looked beautiful and my daughter had the wedding of her dreams. You can not go wrong booking this venue. Fabulous!

Villa Barone Hilltop Manor is absolutely INCREDIBLE in every single way. We just had our wedding there on October 1st, and there are not enough words to explain how amazing it was. From our first meeting/tour, Vinny welcomed us and made us feel like family. It felt like home. The entire staff was extremely attentive and so much fun to be around. The inside and outside of Villa Barone is just breath taking. The food was amazing and the Viennese hour, OUT OF THIS WORLD. It is 1000000% a must have. We have not stopped talking about the day. It was absolutely perfect. We cannot recommend this place enough. The amount of phone calls and texts that we received after the wedding from family and friends telling us how beautiful it was and how much fun they had was endless. Vinny, Nicky, Gianni, Rob and Rachel went above and beyond. As did their wonderful staff. Photos at the lake house and at the Villa Barone Hilltop were breath taking. The food was superb and never ending from the cocktail hour to the amazing Viennese hour. The service and attention to every detail FLAWLESS!We all felt like royalty.

Two weeks ago my husband and I had the most magical wedding we could have dreamed of at the Villa Barone. Absolutely gorgeous property, with the lakefront available to us to take first-look pictures at, and the absolute best value around for a wedding venue. I was treated like an absolute princess the entire night. The staff were phenomenal and they genuinely wanted me to have the best night of my life (and I did)! They kept the night flowing smoothly and allowed me opportunities to talk with my guests but kept me on track with my schedule. No matter the request, big or small, they made it happen. My bridal attendant and maitre d both went above and beyond to make sure the night went smoothly. They dealt with any hiccups professionally and with quick attention to make sure I didn't have to disrupt my night. I felt safe and so taken care of by the staff. Next, the food was amazing!! By far the best wedding food I've ever had. And the desserts, oh my goodness, absolutely fabulous! I received numerous positive reviews about the desserts and displays that came with it. But the best part for me was actually the cake! It was delicious, moist, and so flavorful. It looked gorgeous and tasted even better. We loved that we got to customize it completely to our liking! I cannot thank The Villa Barone for everything they did for me that day, it was a night I will never forget! And neither will my guests!!!

If your looking for a venue I would 1000% recommend the Villa Barone! Words cannot describe how PERFECT my wedding came out because of them. From the moment my husband and I walked through those doors we were treated like family! I will forever love and be grateful to Vinny. He was with me every step of the way to help me achieve my goal of having a CRAZY club wedding. The lake front property is GORGEOUS. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. Rob, Nick and Luciana were with me every step of the way. They made sure we had drinks and food at every moment. They planned everything so well to make sure we were taken care off. Let’s talk about the food…..PHENOMENAL. My guests are still texting us about how much food there was and HOW AMAZING IT WAS. They made us try everything they had and it was the BEST food I have ever had at a wedding. I have gone to a lot of weddings but never one where all the food was great. The entrees were delicious! Nothing was bad or just OK. The cake was the BEST cake ever. I had so many guests text me saying this was the best cake at a wedding they ever had and I 100% agree. I have never had such a good wedding cake. The venue is absolutely stunning. None of the other venues we went too made us feel like family like the Villa Barone did. Vinny, Nicky, Rob, Luciana and ALL the Villa Barone team, I want to thank you for making my wedding perfect and my dream wedding come to life. You will all have a special place in my heart forever!!! Words can't describe how great it was to have my wedding at this venue! Nicky, Johnny and Vince were amazing to work with. they were on schedule with everything. They are the most organized venue by far. The food was fantastic and everyone still talks about their venetian hour, INCREDIBLE! Also, thank you Danielle who was always be my side, making sure myself and my husband were always satisfied. She had such a great personality, and such a great person. amazing experience all around and they made it magical for both of us as well as our guest.

I cannot thank the staff from Villa Barone Hilltop Manor enough for making my wedding dreams come true. Everything from the welcoming atmosphere to the food was absolutely phenomenal. My guests were RAVING about how delicious everything was, and many said that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Anything we needed, Robert and Ashley made happen. They were truly amazing. Vinny and Gianni were also amazing and made the booking process so smooth. I'd also like to give compliments to Victor! He was SO helpful when I brought my boxes to the venue the week of. He wouldn't let me lift a finger! He was also there helping out during the night of the wedding and I truly felt like family. Such a kind soul. I advise anyone who is getting married to check out this stunning venue. You will fall in love the second you walk through the doors! I'm so glad we chose you guys. Thank you for helping put together the most unforgettable night of our lives! I wish we could do it all over again.

I just want to say I had the best wedding on 8/21/22. Johnny and I sat down about a year ago to discuss my wedding, he gave us a great price and was very reasonable. He laid out all the options in detail and allowed us to pick what we wanted. Fast forward a year later to now and we walked into the Tivoli room, and were completely blown away. Service was absolutely amazing and that was said by everyone including my band singer. Robert Gierrmoe the Meitre D', was amazing. Very professional, kept everyone in line and really organized the party. Ashley the bridal attendant was my right sided woman, stayed with me all night, catered to all of our needs. I would HIGHLY reccomend this venue to anyone. They are not just a venue, this is a very much family owned buisness and they have a great way of showing love and service

FROM THE MOMENT ME AND MY WIFE WALKED INTO THE VILLA BARONE WE WERE TREATED LIKE FAMILY. NICK, VINNY, ROB, MELISSA AND STAFF MADE OUR WEDDING DAY THE GREATEST DAY OF OUR LIVES. FOOD IS ALWAYS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF A WEDDING AND THE VILLA BARONE EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL, NO OTHER VENUE WILL EVER COMPARE TO THE VILLA BARONE. Our wedding was absolutely amazing. We could not have pictured a more perfect day. Louis and Briana were amazing and attended to us all night long. They were accommodating and flexible and always asked what we wanted. Briana was very friendly and helped me with my train all night. They packed us all our leftovers, a tier of our cake, and had all our things ready to go at the end of the night. The Villa Barone is very efficient and everything went off without a hitch, even when we had to move the ceremony indoors only an hour or two prior. Everyone said that the food was amazing, the venue was beautiful, and the workers were friendly and accommodating. Many people said, “Best wedding we have ever been to.”Prior to the wedding, we dealt with several different people, all who were equally knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. They had excellent recommendations for food, decorations, and other vendors. Everything went so smoothly the entire day of our wedding and we did not have to worry about a single thing. They handled everything in stride and are really a top-notch venue. I could not recommend the Villa Barone any more!!

Villa Barone exceeded all my expectations. Everything i could’ve imagined my wedding to be Villa barone made into a reality. It was a beyond perfect night. From the beginning Nicky, Vinny and Johnny were there to answer all my questions and assist me in the entire planning process. They helped my vision come true and gave me the wedding of my dreams. The night of, my guests were blown away by the quality and amount of food. They are still talking about how it was the best wedding they have been to. The service was amazing. Rob and Rachael were incredible. Rob ran everything perfectly and was so on top of timing and the execution of the night. Rachael was there for my every need and anticipated what I needed before I even asked. I truly could have not asked for a better night. If possible to give more stars I would. To say Villa Barone Hilltop Manor went above and beyond for our wedding is an understatement. Our wedding was postponed multiple times due to COVID-19, but VBHM was extremely accommodating each time we had to move the date. Every promise they made to ensure our wedding day was perfect, was delivered and some. The owners and staff are top tier, great people who throw a great party and make you feel like family. Food is incredible and the service impeccable. Special shout out to Nicky, Vinny, Johnny, Luigi, Rachel and Victor!!

Our original wedding date was 10/11/20, but due to COVID we had to move it to 10/24/21. The process of changing our wedding date with them was so efficient and great! It really made planning a wedding during a pandemic so much better. The staff is absolutely WONDERFUL! A special thank you to Vinny and Nicky for turning our dream wedding into a reality. Everything was absolutely perfect and we wouldn't have changed a thing. And of course a big thank you to our maitre d Luigi and our bridal attendant Luciana. Villa Barone Hilltop Manor gave us the wedding of our dreams! They are true professionals. We met with Vinny twice to view the different ballrooms, cocktail hour room, and outdoor spaces. Each time he was completely kind, professional, and understanding. He answered all of our questions, multiples times even given the different family members who joined us. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, but we were kept up to date on any news or changes that were happening. They helped us reschedule our date and really gave us the wedding of our dreams! We met with Stephen the week of our big day to go over the set up and final details. He had amazing suggestions and was able to really fulfill all of our requests despite changes outside of our control due to COVID. He was able keep me calm despite the anxiety I was experiencing and really fulfilled the dreams we had for our day. From the moment we arrived until boarding our bus back to the hotel, it was an incredible night! Our guests could not stop commenting about how amazing and attentive every single staff member was, especially Stephen and our bridal attendant. They worked so diligently to accommodate all needs from dietary restrictions to the ever-changing needs of young children. They helped me take off my veil and bustle my dress, in addition to a last-minute bustling fix on the dance floor, which were so helpful! They knew what they were doing and made what could have been a tricky wardrobe change effortless. They were so unbelievably helpful with our vendors and photographers/videographers and even supported them so that our photographs would be even more amazing! The food was incredible and plentiful as well! Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious it all was! Some guests even thought the cocktail hour was our reception space because of how beautiful it was. They were floored when they went up to the grand ballroom! It was just stunning! Every detail was meticulously thought out and put together to make it feel as though you were walking into a fairytale. Every moment of our night was well planned and thought out, so that we never felt as though we were missing any part of our big day! We could not stop smiling that night because it felt like a fairytale and we will forever be grateful to the staff for making our dreams come true!

I’m very disenchanted that I have to write this review , my daughter fell in love with this venue, we meet with both nick and vinny to tour and then to commit to this venue, they knew all the right things to show us and what to say to sell us on the experience and knowledge they have for the industry. While there touring they were upgrading the lobby’s interior which of course sold us even more on the elegance this venue has. Fast forward till now, certain events have accrued and the wedding is being cancelled , when I called to cancel ( 7 months before the weddings. Date), I was told we’d get a call from vinny then we were instructed we would have to sign a release form , which they emailed over. Here’s the defining moment for a business and how they handle things, we had questions about the release form and signing off on catering damages and not being able to post negatively on social media , you see we read our contract very carefully and understood that we were putting down a deposit to hold the date of the venue, however we had made two subsequent payments after that initial deposit, in the release form we were told we were forfeiting all money given to them. We wanted clarification because this is not what we understood the contract to mean.. Johnny called us back and after a lil going back n forth was very unprofessional. Telling us we can try to call a lawyer but it will cost us more, than what we’ve lost, and that if we don’t sign the release form we are responsible for $30,000. Side note the total cost of our reception was under $20,000 . Johnny continues to get loud and argumentative, saying he’s loosing money then so are we. I work in the wedding industry, and I’m appalled by how he handled speaking to us and how he threatened and treated us.. They have amazing reviews for when things go great!! But it’s the times when things dont, that show true character of a business .

100/5. Villa Barone surpassed my expectations on my wedding day this past July. They took such good care of us from start to finish, from my sweet bridal attendant Luciana making sure my dress never touched the floor pre-ceremony, to my kind maitre d Robert packing up ALL of the reception dinner and desserts for my husband and I to take home with us at the end of the event. We felt like royalty the entire way through. Every moment was perfectly calculated and accounted for and they worked with my planners very seamlessly. Now that it’s obvious how fantastic the service was, I’ll move to the venue itself. The ceremony area was nothing short of breathtaking. I didn’t have to spend much on flowers for the ceremony given how beautiful the ceremony grounds are already. And the reception hall was so grand and spacious that again, I felt simple decor would do the trick. As for the food, my guests could not stop raving about our cake and how full they felt even after cocktail hour! My husband and I will forever relive this day and so will our guests. THANK YOU Villa Barone , Nick, Vinny, and everyone else for taking such good care of us.

We are so glad we chose to get married at the Hilltop Manor at Villa Barone. We wanted a formal black tie wedding and this location fit the ticket. The staff were friendly, and made absolutely sure we had everything we needed. We had initially booked our wedding prior to Covid and unfortunately had to reschedule twice. We made multiple visits, and phone calls with the staff leading up to the wedding, and they always made themselves available to answer our questions, and accommodate our requests. Vinny, Stephen and Johnny were all so accommodating and easy to work with through such a challenging and uncertain time, On the day of our wedding, Alexis and Steven were our attendant, and maitre d. They exceeded expectations and were so on top of everything with timing, and sequence of events. The wedding went exactly as planned, but it was beyond our expectations. We truly are grateful for the exceptional level of service this venue provided.As for the food…wow. Just…wow. Absolutely delicious. Quantity and quality. There was so much food. We did not get to do a tasting before the wedding due to covid and we were truly blown away by how delicious everything was. Some of our guests thought the cocktail hour was dinner! The cake was phenomenal. The flavors were exquisite as was the texture. So delicate and delicious. Our Guests were raving about how amazing the food was and were shocked by the Vienesse Hour. Absolutely everything about this venue was exactly what we wanted for our wedding. We could recommend the Hilltop Manor at Villa Barone to absolutely anyone. We had heard from so many of our guests that this was the greatest wedding they have been to. We cannot wait to come back for somebody else’s wedding as a guest!

We cannot say enough how grateful we are to have had the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor family host our wedding. Planning a wedding during this time of the pandemic was very stressful but we always walked out of that building with our stress and anxiety immediately relieved. Nick was always attentive to our needs during the planning and helped guide us in the right direction to planning the most perfect day. We were fully comfortable with putting all of our trust with the Villa Barone family while planning our wedding during these hard times and they took the utmost care of us throughout the entire process. The venue itself is breathtaking and so spacious! Once inside the building or on one of the terraces upstairs, you forgot you were on a main road. The décor is beautiful, the rooms and bathrooms are immaculate and moving from room to room within the building was completely enjoyable. On the wedding day, the staff was completely attentive. Our Maître De, Robert, and bridal attendant, Luciana, were the best and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to run the show on our special day. And the food was absolutely exquisite. Everyone was wow’ed by the abundance of delicious and eclectic array of food at our cocktail hour and throughout the rest of the night. It is safe to say that no one left the reception hungry or unsatisfied with the food. We were definitely recommend using the in-house vendors. Get Down Entertainment and RunwayFoto were did an excellent job and helped make our day even more special. Our guests left the venue smiling ear to ear and we have heard by so many that this was the best wedding they have ever attended. When reading reviews at wedding venues, it is easy to think that most reviews will be good because you would hope every bride and groom enjoys their wedding day. But when we say we would recommend you to have your wedding at Villa Barone, we absolutely mean it. We are sitting on cloud nine remembering this day and how perfectly everything went and are figuring out how and when we could host another party there again!

To say our wedding was the best night of my life is an understatement. Vinny, Gianni, Nicky, Rob and the entire staff at the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor were absolutely amazing and made our dream wedding into a reality. They went above and beyond with every detail throughout the night and never skipped a beat. Between setting up and organizing our ceremony, to making sure my husband and I had a chance to eat, to setting up an amazing after party the list could go on and on. You can tell that everyone who works here genuinely loves what they do and because of that they are all equally extraordinary at making sure every detail is taken care of. They make you feel like family and any stress or anxiety I had from the morning went right out the window the second I walked through the doors. My bridal attendants Lucia and Maria were there to help me every single step of the way and I have to say my dress (which I was the most nervous about) is truly thanking them for that. The food is unmatched to any other venue I’ve been to and my guests could not stop raving about how impressed they were (for a big Italian wedding we all know how important that is). I put all my faith and trust into these guys and they truly exceeded all of my expectations. All their desserts are in house so they are fresh and even better than a bakery. Vinny and Ashley helped design my wedding cake because I wasn’t sure what I wanted and when I saw it I was was blown away. Rob our maitre d cannot get enough accolades. Before I could even think to ask him a question he was already on it and the ceremony and party went without a hitch. The amount of calls and texts I got from family and friends who attended was out of control, it made every penny worth it, knowing that every single person couldn’t say enough of how incredible everything was. Being in the industry myself I have been to almost every venue in the area, and without any hesitation or doubt I can genuinely say that the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor is by far the greatest venue out there, these guys know what they’re doing and you will not be disappointed !! Thank you to the entire staff, you are all AMAZING and I am so beyond grateful for everything that you all did for my husband and I!!! I wish I could give 100 stars!!

My wife and I visited and chose Villa Barone Hilltop Manor to be our wedding venue in November of 2018. With my friends and family located in New Jersey, and hers in Connecticut, it served as the perfect mid-point for all of our expected guests. We were extremely impressed with their venue settings, food options, and commitment to service. We were ready and excited to celebrate our big day in May of 2020. As many wedding couples experienced last year, COVID completely disrupted and altered any and all wedding plans we had for our May wedding day. My wife and I were absolutely devastated to have to cancel our wedding only weeks prior to our originally scheduled date. There was so much uncertainty, confusion, and quite frankly fear, about what the next steps would be, what would happen, and if we ever would get to experience the wedding day we always dreamed of. Fortunately, the only saving grace throughout this entire process was that we chose Villa Barone as our wedding venue, and led by Vinny, the staff and employees of this remarkable wedding venue redefined what it meant to provide outstanding service. During the absolute chaos which was the summer of 2020, Vinny remained upbeat and positive for us, allowing us to reschedule (and once again cancel) our date three times before settling on May 2021 (exactly on our one year anniversary!). We had heard true horror stories from other wedding couples about all of the issues they were having with their venues, and we already felt so blessed that we did not have to experience that. However, their commitment to treating us with first-class service did not simply end there. The day of our wedding was everything we ever could have dreamed of and more. The presentation and decorations for the ceremony, cocktail room, and main banquet hall were stunningly perfect. Many of our guests thought the cocktail hour was the actual dinner because there was that much food provided! Steve and Rachel were excellent to us all night, making sure we had everything and anything we could have wanted. At the end of the night, countless friends and families told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and it is all thanks to Villa Barone!I hope that anyone reading this understands that this is much more than just a wedding venue review - but rather a true testament of gratitude to the exceptional people who work at Villa Barone. Many venues have beautiful settings and delicious food, but if you want to be truly taken care of and treated like family, then Villa Barone is the place to go. Where do I even begin ... choosing villa barone hilltop manor was the best decision my husband and I ever made. Our wedding was almost 2 weeks ago and we still have guests telling us how much fun they had… Most people said it was the best wedding I’ve ever gone to! From the food, to the beautiful ballroom, to the AMAZING Viennese hour which is SO WORTH IT - everything was absolutely spectacular and I wouldn’t change a thing about that day. Nicky, Johnny, Vinny are incredible - they are well oiled machines who know how to put on a wedding. Our matrie d Rob was fantastic and my bridal attendant Rachel was amazing. She truly was a God send that day! Steve D is also fantastic. He makes you feel so comfortable and truly cares about what he’s doing. Highly highly recommend over and over!

Simply put, Villa Barone understands that weddings are supposed to be spectacular and memorable events, and they do everything possible in order to achieve that goal. Things that other venues would charge a premium for (or not even consider) were seen as necessities to Villa Barone and were simply included in their wedding packages—from ice sculptures to thrones and a stage for the sweetheart table to premium food choices. The wedding day itself was nothing short of spectacular. Prior to it, many friends warned us that the day goes by so quickly and you’re so busy that you don’t get much time to enjoy it. For our wedding, Villa Barone did a fantastic job of making this seemingly common warning unnecessary, for we both always felt like the guests of honor. We had plenty of time to eat, dance, and say hello to all our guests because the Villa Barone staff made sure that whenever we had to leave the ballroom for pictures, we returned promptly without missing anything. Another thing that stuck out to us on the actual wedding day is how smoothly everything ran. Villa Barone’s staff was in constant communication with one another to ensure that every component of the reception—from the cocktail hour to the final dance—happened without a hitch. While it may sound cliche, Villa Barone and its staff truly have weddings down to a science. When it was time for toasts, everyone had champagne in their glasses. When it was time for the pasta course, all of the salad plates had been already cleared. When it was time to cut the cake, the DJ was notified in advance so that he could end the current dance set and make the proper announcement. While these things may seem minor or even insignificant, they are all things that the two of us have witnessed go wrong at other weddings where the staff members were not as diligent and efficient as those at Villa Barone. Speaking of staff members, the entire staff was kind, professional, and deserving of praise, from the busboys to Steve, our maitre d'.Dozens of family members and friends have reached out to us over the past two weeks since our wedding. Every single one has said that it was the best that they have ever attended. We deeply and profoundly agree. Villa Barone made our wedding perfect in every way imaginable, and we wholeheartedly recommend them.

This was the last venue we visited and met with. After meeting with Nick and his staff at Villa Barone Hilltop, we knew this was the place for our wedding day. We left feeling like we were family, and we just met them!Our original date was July 11th 2020. We all know that never happened. We were able to switch our date to July 10th 2021. The process of switching and communicating was so easy. The communication and professionalism from the entire staff is incredible.Before arriving to our reception, we were able to take photos at the lake front property. Absolutely beautiful!!From the second my husband and I walked off our party bus, we were greeted and welcomed by the amazing staff. The service is top of the line, like nothing we have ever seen before. Shout out to Rob and Rachel for making sure everything ran smoothly and making sure everyone was happy and taken care of.Our reception was held upstairs in the grand ballroom. Our guests are still taking about how amazing the wedding was. From the food at cocktail hour, the service, drinks, the main meal, and dessert. They said it was the best wedding they have ever been to.At the end of the night, Nick asked us how everything was. I started to cry. My husband and I just got married here on July 9 and it was absolutely perfect. A huge thank you to the Villa Barone owners and staff members who worked together to create such a beautiful day for us. Our day was nothing short of flawless. Our guests raved about the food and were surprised by the large portion sizes. We worked with Steve leading up to our wedding and he gave us a bunch of great vendor recommendations who we did use since we weren’t from Mahopac. All were top notch. Anytime I had a question- Steve always made sure to follow through. On the night of we had Rob as our matre’di and he made us feel comfortable the entire time and kept checking in to make sure we were happy. Alexis was my bridal attendant and she was great! My floral arrangement was so heavy and she was so kind as to hold it in between all the pictures. In a crunch she was able to bustle my dress and attend to anything I needed. Johnny and Vinny are absolutely fabulous and made us feel like family since we started working with them. Aside from the staff the venue is gorgeous. I honestly hope I know someone else who gets married here so that I can attend as a guest. But if not, I know if we dropped in to say hello that we’d be welcomed with open arms. Get married here. The most incredible venue! From the moment we walked into the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor and met Gianni we knew we wanted to get married here. We never felt pressured and were treated like family throughout the entire process. We had to postpone our wedding a few times and despite so many postponements, Gianni and Vinny gladly worked with us to ensure we had a date and made the entire process so smooth for us. The staff at the Villa Barone are the absolute best. Vinny is absolutely amazing and was so helpful throughout our entire process. Before our wedding date we went over how we wanted everything to look for our big day and Vinny made sure everything was better than what we had discussed. Also absolutely everything we provided the staff with for our wedding was used and at the end of the night everything that had to be returned to us was returned in pristine condition. As soon as we arrived to the venue on our wedding date I was assigned a bridal assistant, Rachel, who was so amazing. So many people have told me that the bride and groom usually don’t eat at their weddings but Rachel made sure I ate during our cocktail hour, dinner and she even put desserts aside for us from our Viennese table. Not only did she ensure we ate but she made sure to pack food and desserts for us to take home. She truly went above and beyond the entire night. Rachel made sure my dress and hair were fixed for pictures and she even bustled my dress when I was ready. Steven our maitre’d also went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had drinks of our choice and making sure the night ran smoothly. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about Steven and Rachel and about the Villa Barone staff in general. The Villa Barone staff also made sure that a family member of mine had puréed food all night. I was told that the staff was so attentive to this family member making sure that they enjoyed absolutely all of the same foods and desserts all of our other guests were having. We will be eternally grateful to Vinny, Gianni, Rachel, Steven and all of the staff at the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor for ensuring we had the most amazing wedding! Thank you!

All I can say is WOW! VBHM exceeded our expectations this past weekend. We’ve received so many compliments on the food, staff, service and the breathtaking venue from our guests. We were supposed to be married in Italy in 2020, however COVID-19 changed the world. We literally found Italy in New York and couldn’t be more happier with how things turned out. These people treat you like family. Thank you to Vinny, Steve and Duffy for your outstanding service. Special thanks to a wonderful young woman by the name of Gia. I was the first bride that Gia was in charge of and let me say, it was a honor to be the first. She was so sweet and attentive. Thank you to every person that had anything to do with our night. Our wedding was the last weekend in May and people are still telling us what an amazing time they had two weeks later!!! Everything was amazing from start to finish. The staff was awesome. They were all very professional. Our maître d’ Robert and bridal assistant Alexis were there the second we needed them for anything and made sure we were having the best time. The food was so good. Literally everyone is still talking about the delicious food and how the quality of the food was the best they have ever had at a wedding. The culture had to be my favorite thing. The way all the vendors worked together was so amazing. It was like they were all family and they were all there to celebrate us while having fun in the process. It felt like they were having an amazing time while also keeping it extremely professional. If you can’t make up your mind or your detailed oriented like me. Stop looking for a venue and go meet with Nick. You won’t regret it.

Villa Barone Hilltop Manor went above and beyond to make our day perfect! Their staff is not only professional, but very friendly and helpful! I loved how every time a waiter walked past us, they congratulated us. I asked them to set up our head table a little different then normal and they went out of the way to make it happen, exactly as I asked!! Words cannot express how amazing this place is. We had our first meeting pre covid with Nick after visiting a few places. Walking out of the meeting I was in tears (of happiness). I knew my husband and I had to get married there. I felt like family and I felt that they would do anything for us to make our vision real. Fast forward with planning a wedding through the pandemic I was confident we would be able to have a wedding on our original date in May 2021. Once reception halls were open back up Nick and I were in constant communication discussing our options on how to make this the wedding of our dreams. Any silly call or email was taken and gotten back to quickly. The day of our wedding when we arrived to Villa Barone Hilltop Manor, Nick introduced to our maître d’ Steve and my bridal attendant Rachel and they were AMAZING, as well as Nick himself checking to make sure we were okay. Tending to our every needs big or small. The night went so smooth, and we had guests raving for weeks now. This will not be the last time the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor sees us, we will be happy to return here for future events!

I cannot say enough about Villa Barone Hilltop Manor. From the day I made the appointment, I left knowing that where I wanted my wedding to be. The guys treat you like family. They work with you to make your wedding day extra special. My husband and I were supposed to get married in May 2020. Due to the pandemic, we had to postpone our wedding twice. It was a very stressful, uncertain time. Everyone at VBHM was extremely patient, understanding, and always willing to help, even if it meant me calling to vent or ask questions that no one had answers to at the time. We finally had our wedding on April 30, 2021 and it was the better than we imagined. Our guests are still raving about the food, cocktail hour, being offered seconds at dinner time, etc. The owners have been in the business for a very long time and it shows by the quality of service and the attentiveness by the staff. Our maitre d, Steve, and bridal attendant, Rachel, were phenomenal. I wish we could do it again!

It's with utter sadness I am writing this review. When I walked into this venue and got to see the beauty and elegance this place offered, I immediately fell in love. John and Vinny were just amazing to us. Treated us like family, always made sure we were comfortable and were certainly not pushy whatsoever. They offered us so much and gave us the perfect wedding I could ask for. My husband and I were not very happy with our Maitre D, he was very, very pushy and seemed to not really care about much other than finishing the wedding to set up for the next one which made us feel rushed. Not to mention all of our things were taken from the Bridal Suite before our wedding was over and thrown in a closet without us even knowing and I had to walk through the other event coming in, in my wedding gown to go retrieve my things. After the wedding and after we got back from our honeymoon (which we left for early the next morning), we went through all our belongings we got back from Villa Barone. Just about everything was carelessly thrown back in the boxes we gave them in, my glass decor was thrown in the boxes, not even wrapped, out of the boxes they all came in on top of not even getting some of those boxes back. The bag that my white cloak was in that I used for photos had blood stains on it. The cake cutter and server we used to literally just cut our cake, which was a gift to us by a great friend, was completely scratched and obviously not taken care of - it looks as if they were thrown or rubbed up against something in the kitchen. The glass dome pictured below, which I made, was not returned to us at all, it's still missing. One of my themed characters was broken because it was just thrown back in an open box with other things on top of it and not the box it was given to them in - its head is hanging on by the smallest bit of plastic, and can be turned almost all the way around, it was never like that and I have a video of that as well. We have photos of everything. We contacted Villa Barone once, twice, three times. One time being told by john he would get back to us, another time being told by Vinny he has to speak to John and other times people saying they will relay the message which probably didnt happen and we still have heard nothing from them. This is just a very disappointing experience. We paid for a beautiful wedding which we got, but our property should have been handled with the same care as they handle their venue.

I had my wedding here in October. It was AMAZING! Everything was beyond perfect. When my husband and I first went to look at this venue we were blown away with how impressive of a place it is. My bridal attendant was so amazing. I never had to ask for a thing, she knew exactly what I would need before I could even think of it. Everyone there helped make my vision of what our wedding reception would be, a reality. The food was incredible! I HIGHLY recommend the Venetian hour; it is unlike anything I have ever seen. At first we were a little unsure about having it, but Johnny said it's an experience and we won't regret it and he was right. All our guests were raving about the Venetian hour; it truly is an experience unlike anything we have ever seen. We can't wait for any one of our friends to get married and have their reception at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor so we can experience a wedding there again.

LOOK NO FURTHER when choosing a venue for your wedding or special occasion. We were treated like royalty!!! These owners should be charging double for the amount of food we had, and the way they outdid themselves on caring for us. Our wedding was an absolute fairytale. 320 people and they didn’t bat an eye at timeliness or catering to everyone individually. Gianni, Nicky, and Vinny are exemplary humans who will go above and beyond to give you an unforgettable event. Steve and Bravo bring the magic to life as your maitre’d’s. The entire process was reassuring instead of stressful, compassionate instead of based on business. I would choose VBHM all over again, every single time.

From the moment my now husband and I walked into the hilltop, we knew we found or venue. Sitting down with Nicky and Vinny we felt like we were sitting down with members of our family. They helped to ease the stress of wedding planning and make it an easy and fun process. The night of our wedding everything was perfect. Vinny made sure everything we had visioned came to life, it felt like he did not leave our side the entire night, even though he was all over making sure everything was running smoothly. My bridal attendant was incredible and made sure I had everything I needed and could want. The food is absolutely incredible! Your guests will not leave hungry as the amount of food at cocktail hour is enough to fill everyone up, and then comes dinner! All of our guests are still raving about the food over a month later. The venue itself is gorgeous and the outdoor space makes you feel like you’re in the Italian countryside. Everything about the venue is PERFECT and we left just as we entered, feeling like family.

Our wedding at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor was absolutely perfect! From the planning process, to the set up, to the staff, and the food-the whole thing was better than I could have ever imagined! There are not enough words I can say to express how much I adored and appreciated the staff throughout the whole process. Vinny, Steve, and Lauren are absolute wedding experts, and attended to every question and need we had with smiles on their faces. The food was delicious, and I’m sure no one went home hungry (there’s enough offered in cocktail hour alone to feed everyone, but then it keeps going!) We even had leftovers to enjoy the day after the wedding! There is no reason to look anywhere else. You will not be disappointed!

He welcomed all of our questions, explained the various options in depth and guided us in the right direction. Alexis, James and Emil were absolutely amazing the night of our wedding. They were so attentive and helped guide us through the night. Everything ran smoothly and our guests raved about the food, kind staff and overall atmosphere. When our shuttle left without us at the end of the night, we were welcomed by the staff to stay and wait an extra 45 minutes until another shuttle came back for us. The Villa Barone at Hilltop Manor just hosted our wedding on September 28th 2019. We looked at a handful of venues before entering the Villa Barone. Within the first 10 minutes of being inside and being treated not only like a newly engaged couple but more like family, we knew this was the venue for us. Our wedding was perfect thanks to the incredible staff who made sure everything was what we wanted and more. A special thank you to Nick, Vinny, Stephen and my bridal attendant for the night, Alexis who was so attentive and did not leave my side during transitioning and posing for pictures. They made sure we had everything we wanted all night. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue. All of our guests are raving about what a great time they had, delicious food and wonderful staff. Let alone how beautiful this venue is. I can not put into words what a magical night our wedding was at Villa barone hilltop manor. Even The days leading up to our wedding villa barone was on point. Leaving there the day before our wedding I felt so at ease thanks to Nick !! When it came time for the actual wedding day Nick and his staff were beyond amazing from the minute our car pulled up to the venue . The bridal attendant was waiting to take my bouquet and hold my dress for me (which was a lot of dress) and ready to give my groom and I whatever we wanted . Our cocktail room looked like the reception room it was that gorgeous (people at our wedding actually thought it was the same room) and the food during this time was one you could not get anywhere. I’m a true Italian which means I may know a thing or two about food so believe me when I say The amount of choices our guest had was unbelievable and the taste was out of this world (something you need to try in person!) The reception room we had was the upstairs one which they remodeled and it left our guest speechless ( exactly what I wanted ). Our maitre d was there constantly for us refilling our drinks, our food and just overall making sure it ran smoothly. If there was an issue we didn’t know about it because they were that good in taking care of it. I know you don’t know me from adam but trust me when I say If you want a wedding that your guest will talk about for years to come Villa baron hilltopmanor is the place to book it. Thank you to Nick and his entire staff for making our wedding the one to beat and for making our night sooo special !

From first meeting Gianni, my husband and I felt immediately at home at this venue. As we went for menu tastings and other planning we met Nicky and Vinny who also have the same positive demeanor making us more excited each time we went for our big day. They treated us like family and made us feel comfortable and at ease. They didn't have to sell us on the venue, the venue speaks for itself- marble floors, grand ballrooms, elegant chandeliers, beautiful waterfalls, delicious food, and more. We met Stephen at our menu tasting. He introduced himself as our maitre d and said he would be there for our every need on the day of the wedding. He wasn't kidding!!! I can't say enough good things about Stephen. He was incredible. He was always nearby and made every effort to make sure the day was exactly the vision we described to him. I'll never forget standing by the dance floor with a perplexed look as I was searching for my mom. He caught my eye from across the dance floor and mouthed \"Are you ok? Do you need anything?\" He was incredible and really felt like a friend by the end of the day. We were so thankful for his kindness and still don't understand how he attended to us so gracefully while also simultaneously working the room. He really brought our vision to life with such an upbeat attitude and thoughtfulness we'll never forget. Lauren was our bridal attendant and she was extraordinary!!! We met her when we went to drop off menus, cake topper, and other wedding supplies at the venue prior to the big day. She was so kind, sweet, professional and really made me feel comfortable right off the bat. I don't know what we would have done without her that day. She had a way of predicting what we would want/need before we even asked for it. I remember getting off the party bus into the venue. She greeted me from the entrance and told me she'd be taking us up to the bridal suite. I asked if she could bring my mom there and she said \"Don't worry Ally. I already brought her there.\" She was absolutely incredible even helping me get my shoes off and bustling the train of my dress. I had nerves at times about being in a large crowd and she calmed my nerves with a humor and positivity I could only have dreamed of. The venue when we arrived was pristine, stunning, elegant, exactly the vision I had requested. Everything was just how I wanted it and the service was out of this world. My friends and family are still raving that it was the BEST wedding they have ever been to. Other compliments were the staff was kind and the food was the best they have ever had! Every guest was raving about the food. I have friends saying they want to get married here for the meatballs at the cocktail hour alone!!! The Viennese Extravaganza had everyone up on their feet. No one could believe the spread and the room went crazy for it. I was truly blown away by every little detail of this wedding. Villa Barone Hilltop Manor is absolutely beautiful and immaculate inside and out. I couldn't be more grateful for how special they made our day for us. I highly recommend this venue!!!!

So accommodating, friendly, and wanted nothing but to please us! Great customer service from everyone here! My bridal assistant Lauren was the absolute sweetest woman on earth and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Every single detail was taken care of and our guests were absolutely blown away! From cocktail hour to the main course to the Viennese hour, everything was spectacular!! The service was FLAWLESS and the entire team was amazing and catered to everyone’s needs the entire night. Our wedding was on June 1, 2019. Villa was the very first and the very last venue we visited while searching for a reception space for our 300+ person wedding. We cannot find enough words to describe how much we loved and enjoyed having our wedding at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor. It was amazing, spectacular, incredible, over the top, jaw dropping (literally) and more than we could ever even dream of. Nicky, Johnny, Vinny, Stephen, Lauren and the whole Villa staff went above and beyond for us on our special day. They made us feel so relaxed (which is not easy to do to a bride) about the reception. Everything was taken care of without us even having to blink an eye or ask for something to be done or worry about anything- they were just simply amazing. The food..?? Well- guests did not leave hungry, that’s for sure. Cocktail hour was packed with food to satisfy everyone’s tastes and more. The food was unreal. We even had people ask if that was it- meaning they were full and didn’t expect a dinner afterwards too. Dinner was out of this world. Between the eggplant tower, pasta course, and main entrees- you couldn’t go wrong with whatever you ordered. Viennese Hour was to die for. There was something there for everyone! The selection was incredible and it tasted amazing too. The presentation was spectacular. Everyone was so happy with the food. Nicky opened my husband and I in with open arms & promised us the most amazing wedding we ever would get the chance to see . And he kept that promise. We were so blown away by the food, decor, staff, everything under the sun. The bridal attendants were phenomenal. Lauren showed us around the grounds the day before to see where we would take our pictures & she was exceptional. The sweetest women ever! And I can’t forget Rachel, she was the attendant I had the night of our wedding . She was absolutely tremendous. Everywhere I turned she was right there. Holding my train, my veil, my flowers, giving me water. She is an absolutely. amazing person. Our whole wedding night was exactly what we expected and more. Nicky did exactly what he promised and he delivered us the best service. The Villa Barone quickly just became family in my book & anyone that is planning a wedding, this will be the FIRST AND ONLY venue, I will recommend to them. And I say ONLY because all they will have to do is meet Nicky. Once they meet Nicky they will understand why we stopped looking at venues & chose this one.

We got married at Villa Barone on May 11th. From the minute we walked in to just look until days after it was magical. Everyone is still talking about what an amazing place and time it was. We are still talking about it. Steve was a hero every step of the way. Anything we needed he had it. Lauren was the nicest person. She was by my side every second of the day. Anything we needed or wanted we got. I couldn't have asked for a better places with better people. the staff, food, venue was magical. If you need a venue stop here, you won't find anything better.

My husband and I have nothing but absolutely amazing things to say about the staff, the service, the food and the entire process from planning our wedding to the actual night of our wedding. Nick and Steve were super helpful and knowledgeable, making us feel very at ease about the planning process. We come from from very traditional families and they completely understood our cultures and customs. All of our food was beyond delicious and the amount of food was insane! Our guests are still talking about how good the food was and how much of it there was. They also baked our cake which was another thing we didn't have to worry about and the cake came out delicious!Everything went off without a hitch thanks to the owners, Steve and Lauren who attended to us all night long. They even sent us home with a ton of food and dessert that we definitely enjoyed once we got home.We highly recommend the venue to anyone planning their wedding or any event!

We had our wedding at the Villa Barone this past Saturday and I'm not even sure where to begin because every single aspect of our wedding was perfect! From the day I met Nick he told me not to worry about anything, that he will help me and everything will be great. It was beyond great, it was absolutely AMAZING. I had over 300 guests and I heard all that night, the next day at breakfast and am still getting messages on how great the wedding was. (Some the best they have been to). Every aspect was flawless, the decorations, the food, the service, the homey feeling. I literally was not worried about a thing the whole night. Our guests were full and happy. Lauren was my bridal attendant and she was GREAT! From the beginning, helping me with any questions I had and the day of the wedding she went above and beyond and always with a smile!! Steven was our Maitre D and he was nonstop making sure the night went smoothly. He did an AMAZING job!! I'm not really sure how but as much as he was running around he was still making sure everything was okay with us. When I asked for something there was no hesitation from anybody. All the vendors they recommended we used and it was the same with all of them, nothing out of place and if so they figured it out quick. You do so much planning and there is a lot of time and effort that goes into having a wedding and I truly feel like every single person who works at the Villa Barone genuinely cares and that is what makes them so wonderful. All the staff was great and accommodating! Vinny and Nick helped us so much throughout the whole process and never without smiles! They make you feel like you are part of the family and it shows. Prior to our wedding I only been to this venue once and since we got married there I have a feeling we will be there more :) Easy to talk to, eager to please, welcomes you with open arms, reliable, caring, genuine and truly the nicest family & workers I have met <3 It was the best night of our lives and I would trust and recommend Villa Barone Hilltop Manor to everybody! I recently got married on October 6th at The villa and I literally can not say this enough, it was the most MAGICAL day of my life. Vinny, Gianni and the whole villa staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Steve and Lauren were also AMAZING the whole entire night, i felt like a true princess thanks to them. I had a disney themed wedding and everyone made sure that all my dreams came true. Every day since the wedding i wish i could rewind time and re live the day over and over. Looking for as many reasons as i possibly can to go back there, not only did they help me plan the wedding of my dreams, but they put so much time and pride and thought into everything, Im italian, so family is a big thing to me and towards the end i wanted to start calling Vinny, uncle vinny, they treated my husband and I like family. They showed nothing but class and respect. They suggested THE BEST VENDORS! i am so happy i went with everyone they suggested. i could honestly go on forever on how amazing they were, thank you Villa Barone for making all my dreams come true. You all made my day perfect, and you started mine and andrews life together perfect! It is a night we will never, EVER forget!

My husband and I got married at The Villa Barone Hilltop Manor September 14, 2018. I don't even know where to begin. From the first moment we went there, we knew this was the place we wanted to have our wedding. They completely wowed us the moment we walked through the doors. We were treated like a part of the family from each and every person that works there. Anytime I called with a question or concern, they were right there lending a helping hand. But that was only the beginning. The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect, in fact it was Magical! The lakefront was amazing. They even allowed us to take our engagement pictures there last year. We did our first glance at the Lake Front. They provided a cooler filled with waters and Beers for our entire bridal party. The property is absolutely breathtaking, we can't wait to see how amazing our pictures came out. As soon as we arrived at the venue, we were greeted by Lauren my bridal attendant and our Maitre D' Steven. They brought us up to our bridal sweet and made sure we weren't missing anything. Lauren was amazing, she made sure I was calm all night long, and that my dress looked flawless and amazing. Steven made sure everything went as planned. He even made sure our parents and bridal party had everything they needed. They were both simply amazing. I have never been catered to like that in my life. I felt like a princess that entire time, and I owe that to Lauren. VBHM is the one and only place to have your wedding. The food is delicious and amazing, the entire staff is there every step of the way, the environment is welcoming and warm. The entire place is overall simply amazing. To Vinny, Nicky and the entire staff at the VBHM we can't begin to thank you all enough. There are no words that can express how grateful Yan and I truly are. Our guests are still raving about how amazing our wedding was. Everyone keeps telling us this was the best wedding they have ever been to, and we owe that to you guys. Shakespeare couldn't adequately express our thanks to Vinny, Gianni, Nicky, Luciana and the entire staff for the fabulous wedding provided to our daughter Marissa and son-in-law Billy. It is every parents hope to make the wedding dreams of their child come true...Villa Barone exceeded those dreams tenfold. The food, service and ambiance were spectacular. Almost every guest has called/texted declaring it was the best wedding they have ever attended...and we have the owners and staff of Villa Barone to thank for those compliments. Our photographer was so impressed he stated, of the hundreds of weddings he worked, he has never dealt with a staff so friendly and professional. The cocktail hour was beyond incredible and the seafood display truly amazing. Five star reviews are not adequate. I always said the best wedding I ever went to was my own...it took 39 years, to the day, to attend one better. My husband and I are eternally grateful that wedding was our daughter's. We walked into the venue last year as strangers and left Saturday feeling like family..for that is the way we were treated. Don’t waste your time visiting other venues, you will find none better than Villa Barone Hilltop Manor.

Flawless ! My husband and I just had our wedding there this past weekend and I wouldn’t of changed a thing about Villa Barone hilltop! Nicky and the staff were with us from the start, planning every little detail that goes into a wedding and beyond. As a bride you have high expections for your wedding, the second you walked through those double doors every expectation is met and more. They make you feel like family and take care of you as you were one of them. It’s hard to find great food at a wedding venue, Espcially coming from a restaurant owning family but when I sat down and ate I felt as my grandmother was back in the kitchen making everything from scratch.

Worth every penny! You will not find another venue nor team like Hilltop Manor! Everyone was absolutely amazing and we were truly able to relax and enjoy our day, knowing they had things under control. Everything went off sobwell, and anything that came up, they tackled so spectacularly, I didn't even have a chance to worry about it. Everyone of our guests was blown away and we're still getting calls about how much they enjoyed it. I cannot recommend them enough! We also highly recommend the Viennese table! It was AMAZING.

My wedding was 04/28/2018 and about 4 and a half months later my family is still calling me to tell me how amazing it was. Coming from a very Sicilian family the food needs to be on point and Villa Barone Hilltop manor literally blew it out of the park. I cant even explain how amazing the night was! the food was incredible and the service was exceptional!! This venue was the first and last venue we saw. We felt right at home everyone was so kind! I'm from queens so it was a little out of the way for my guests and none of my guests ever went to Villa Barone HillTop manor, after the wedding there was absolutely no complaints about the distance. From the day we walked in, before even booking our date, Nick and Vinny treated us like family right away. They made suggestions for the big day we never would have thought of on our own. They worked with our vendors to make sure everything would run as smoothly as possible and were accommodating in every possible way.On the day of the wedding Steve and Marissa made sure every little detail was taken care of. They guided us through the whirlwind that was our wedding day so we wouldn't miss a thing. We can't recommend this venue enough. You won't find a higher quality of service, food, and decor anywhere. Thank you to the whole Hilltop Manor staff! On a day that flies by in the blink of an eye you managed to make every minute memorable and relaxing.

My husband and I got married at the Villa Barone on August 11th and I can hands down say it was the best night of our lives! The staff is extremely accommodating, helpful, and always making sure we were happy and taken care of as well as our guests! We were treated like royalty I felt like we were a king and queen! The food was out of this world incredible that my guests are still talking about how amazing it was! All of our guests told us this was the best wedding they have ever attended, the venue was gorgeous, the food was great, and the staff was always there if we needed something. They went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t have asked for more. If anyone sees the review below by Jo-Anne B, please please please do not believe it. This women was a guest at my wedding (one of my dads friends wives) whom I don’t personally know, but I do know she is completely wrong and lying in her review. I know so because my father was at the table with her and myself and my husband saw the staff making sure she got no food that contained anything she is allergic to, brought her exactly what she wanted and at the same time as everyone else. They even cooked her what she asked as a main course that wasn’t on our menu to accommodate her needs, but some people are that low. She even told us to our faces that everything is great. So PLEASE ignore those lies and see how amazing this venue is!The venissane dessert table was INCREDIBLE (and out for longer than a half hour) everyone was blown away! My guests were up eating and dancing and having a blast the entire wedding. If you want your dream wedding to come true and to have the best night of your lives feeling like royalty I highly recommend having your wedding here!!!

The food was amazing (multiple people said and have continued to say it was the best cocktail hour they have ever been to), the venue itself was clean, nicely decorated and perfect for multiple picture locations. The staff was amazingly accommodating. Not only were my wife and I absolutely taken care off all night as if we were royalty, but many of our guests mentioned how observant and helpful all of the staff was. Really felt like we were being taken care of by family from the time we first saw VB to the night of our wedding. Highly recommend!

This was the worse wedding I have ever attended. The Venue was terrible. To start with..... I have a severe allergy to Night Shade Plants (google it). I can literally Stop Breathing. I did take 2 Benedryl's and I was almost to the point of taking out my Epi-Pen.I 1st spoke to the young man at the door asking for the Matre'd. It was like I was bothering the Matre'd when he had to come over and talk to me. He informed me that everything that they were serving had pepper in it. I could not eat the \"Appetizer\" as it had eggplant and Hot Peppers on the top. They never even offered me a salad or something for an appetizer. The penne ala vodka was served to everyone. 15 mins later, I got my penne with so much garlic it burned my mouth after 2 bites. I could not eat it. The Matre'd came over an asked what I wanted as my entree. Well, since all the meals had pepper on or in them he said he would see what was in the kitchen for the chef to make for me. Again, after everyone else was finished with that course my meal came out. I ate 3 of the 6 shrimp. It didn't taste right. When we left, I was in bed for 1/2 hr and ended up with FOOD POISONING for over 24 hrs after the wedding. Can't blame the vomiting and diarrhea on alcohol as I do not drink. I had water all night. I did ask for a cup of tea. I never got it. My husband and others at our table asked for coffee. Nope, no one got coffee (or tea). There was so much more to this debacle of a wedding. The bride let the venue use their \"house\" DJ, Photographers etc...(No family pics were taken or Pics of the guests at their tables. No candid pic on the dance floor). Music was extremely LOUD. We had to yell to have a conversation or leave the room in order to talk. We could NOT hear anything the DJ was saying as his Mic was so LOUD. The Viennese dessert table was taken away after maybe a 1/2 hr. Why couldn't it be placed on the side for the guests to continue to enjoy? I have Never given a bad review. We always call a manager over to compliment our waiter/waitress. We root for, we never complain. But this is serious enough I had to write this review. My husband was seriously thinking of taking me to the hospital if it didn't stop. As I said before, I was sick for over 24 hrs. I highly recommend anyone reading this to avoid this venue if you have ALLERGIES or want to catch up with old friends. SMH in disgust.

I can’t say enough good things about Villa Barone Hilltop Manor, everything was perfect from the very beginning to the very end. Stephen was great handling everything the entire afternoon and was very professional. He made sure everything went smoothly and made sure the groom and I were taken care of all afternoon from the moment we walked into the venue until the very end of the night. Lauren, my bridal attendant was just as amazing! The bottom of my dress ripped in the middle of the reception and she was right on top of it and fixed it so you couldn’t even tell. She took care of any and all needs that I had and went above and beyond. The food at Villa Barone was phenomenal, our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. There was so much food at the reception and some people couldn’t believe that there was a sit down dinner after all the food at the reception. Overall my wedding day was absolutely perfect and I have Villa Barone to thank for that. I couldn’t have asked for more, they went above and beyond and for that I will always be thankful. Thank you again Stephen, Lauren, and everyone at Villa Barone who made my wedding day so perfect. I’d also like to thank Johnny who worked with me throughout the entire planning process - he always responded to my emails and answered all my questions (even the stupid ones). Villa Barone Hilltop Manor made what was always going to a magical day even more special.

Not only is the Villa Barone gorgeous, but staff at the Villa Barone is the embodiment of professionalism and quality. My husband and I got married here on June 8 and we could not be more happy with how the day turned out. The ceremony site looked gorgeous, our reception room was perfect, everything was great. All of our wishes were fulfilled (and there were many, sometimes complicated requests). They were organized, professional, and more than competent. Also, many of our guests told me afterwards that the food was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. It truly was incredible. Not only that, but the staff came around and offered people seconds!My husband and I are simple people, so our decorations and wedding style was a bit laid back and less “glamorous.” The Villa Barone is known to have very glamorous and extravagant events. Initially, we were concerned that the Villa Barone might not have the means to accommodate our more simplistic taste. But that concern quickly faded away as the staff assured me that each of my requests would be met and they certainly were. Everything was perfect and exactly how I imagined it, and I sincerely thank the Villa Barone for that.

On May 4th, my husband and I celebrated our ceremony and reception at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor and it was truly a dream come true! The staff is absolutely a dream to work with and I was overwhelmed by their attention to detail make sure everything was running smoothly. Vinny was recommended to me by a family friend who previously had his wedding there and we were so lucky to have had his help with this process! Since I had recently moved down south, my communication was mainly though email and phone, but Vinny got the job done and took every item into account from the menu to the cake design. The biggest shout outs go to Steve and Lauren. Both of them have the patience of saints making sure that everything was running smoothly. My husband and I were truly blessed to have them assist us throughout the day. Lauren was the best bridal attendant ever! She was thorough from taking care of all my decorations I wanted for my reception, to fixing my dress, and treating my husband and I like a king and queen. Steve was the MVP of the night! Our dj ended up being terrible, which broke my heart, but Steve made sure that everything was still going according to plan the way my husband and I wanted. The shining moment for me was when Steve was determined to make sure the right song played for the cutting of the cake after the dj screwed it up three times. He did not back down. The VIP after party was a lot of fun and Villa Barone provided their own dj for those final 2 hours, which was incredible and we had a lot of fun. All I can say is WOW! What a truly magical experience at this absolutely stunning venue. We've received nothing but compliments about how great our wedding was, especially the food! Several guests told us this was the best wedding they had ever attended. Working with the staff at VBHM was seamless. Their entire team was all hands on deck for our event; we had a fresh drink in hand all evening and plenty of food at our sweetheart table. Not only did they take care of us, they paid special attention to our guests' needs as well. Their Bridal Assistant, Lauren, was on point! My MOH was happy to pass on the reins to her once we arrived at the reception and Lauren stayed by my side all night and catered to my every need. The Maitre D, Steve, was equally fantastic. We were blown away by every detail- from the cocktail hour stations to our table setup, nothing was out of place. We are so beyond grateful to the entire team at VBHM and cannot praise them enough for such a special evening. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

From the moment we booked this venue we were immediately treated like family. Johnny made us feel so relaxed throughout the entire planning process. The staff completely exceeded our expectations on our wedding day and made it so memorable! The amount of texts, Phone calls, Facebook/Instagram posts, and snapchats of the wedding showing how much fun our guests had was such a great feeling. People are still talking about the champagne March, the food, and the dessert! We couldn’t be happier with the outcome, we had an awesome wedding day!

I knew that VB was going to be a great venue to host my wedding. But i had NO IDEA how much they would exceed my expectations. I have been in plenty of weddings and took notice of the service and NONE has topped the service myself, my husband, our guest and bridal party received. They were BEYOND excellent, beyond on top of everything, beyond amazing. I cannot express how happy I was the day of my wedding and I am still so happy that everything turned out so well. The moment you book your wedding until its completion, you will have top notch service. They are there for you at anytime, all times, and make sure you feel at ease with the process. If I had to host another large event, I would/will use Villa Barone. You are impressed with everything; the staff, the food, the drinks, the BEAUTIFUL landscape, scenery, decor. Just everything.
