The village club at lake success was a fabulous venue for our wedding—in fact, many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Our guests loved the food—it was very tasty and there was lots of it! The staff was also incredible, they accommodated the requests of our guests quickly, always with smiles on their faces. The ballroom was simply stunning and there was space on the dance floor for our 200+ guests for the hora. Barry and Amy manage to do the impossible—they seamlessly orchestrated our event—including many transitions from a tisch and badeken, to a ceremony, to a cocktail hour, to the reception, all flawlessly. They handled the coordination with all of our vendors such that we didn’t need a day of coordinator. They also had excellent vendor recommendations—everyone we worked with at their recommendation was amazing. You can trust them completely with your event.

I immediately fell in love with the VCLS venue upon my first tour. We had some ups and downs with a previous caterer, but once Barry and his Culinart team took over they truly blew us away. I was in a very unique situation, living four hours away from the venue and not knowing who my caterer would be until 90 days before my wedding. Barry answered every one of my nervous phone calls and did absolutely everything he could to put my mind at ease (whether that meant multiple calls a day, everyday). Barry is extremely knowledgeable and responsive to any questions you may have. Barry and Amy make an amazing team and created the wedding of our dreams. They understood every one of my visions and worked so hard to make it all come to life. Our guests were truly impressed with the venue and they cannot stop talking about the food or the high level of service. I highly recommend Barry and the Culinart team at VCLS to anyone. Barry and his wife Amy are extremely good at their job! Throughout the planning process Barry was very good at communicating and answered my emails right away. They were both very attentive to me and my husband the day/night of our wedding- and also to both of our parents and got us anything we needed! Although there are some “rules” about where you can/cannot take photos, the venue is stunning and I never felt like I didn’t get a photo in an area I wanted. Still hearing amazing reviews about the food!! Both quality and quantity! Would highly recommend a wedding here.

We have only wonderful things to say about our wedding at The Village Club At Lake Success. We worked with Barry, who was NOTHING short of amazing, from day one. There were a few unexpected hiccups along the way, like with anything, but we felt confident moving forward and working with Barry through it all. With so many moving parts, it is so important to work with someone who crosses their T’s and dots their I’s, especially with a type A bride. It is so hard to picture everything coming together with so many moving parts but with the hard work of someone like Barry, it is so very possible and exceeded many of our expectations. The whole day and night went incredibly smooth, which was not what we thought whatsoever, we expected craziness and havoc, but Barry literally took care of it all, and just so effortlessly. In terms of our bridal attendant, Amy, oh my goodness, all the ladies LOVED her. Amy was superb as well. She was on top of all of us, in the best way, making sure we were all well fed and hydrated. She was our eyes, ears, brain, and SO much more. Barry and Amy together, A. DREAM. TEAM. Whoever gets Amy as a bridal attendant, you are so very lucky. We met her very early on in our planning process, and while it was not guaranteed we would have her, I requested for her specifically and I am so grateful it worked in our favor. We will forever be grateful to have worked with Barry & Amy. And as for Village Club At Lake Success, it was made to be STUNNING for our special day. It is beautiful on a regular day, but for our event, it was, (as so many people also told us) so elegant, classy, stunning, and beautiful! A day and night we will always remember.As for the food, DELICIOUS!!!! We heard nothing but GREAT things about the food from so many of our guests. Cocktail hour was AMAZING. Children, young adults and adults really came hungry and ready to EAT. The stations, pass arounds, just everything was so fresh and delicious. Our cake was just what we asked for, we went with the naked cake vibe and it looked STUNNING, so classy and tasted delish! The pass around desserts were so fun, and the enhancement NYC pretzel stand on the way out was worth every penny...

My daughter and son-in-law were married at the Village Club in September. It was truly the most spectacular night and any planning leading up to it that involved the venue was seamless. Barry was uber responsive and on top of every single detail as we planned the wedding and of course the night of the wedding. I'm a very detail oriented person but with Barry running the show I knew that we we were in good hands. The space is perfect - not overdone at all but it exudes an elegant and warm feeling. The grounds are beautiful for pictures and an outdoor ceremony/ cocktail hour if you're in that season. I was enjoying all of our guests so I didn't have time to eat but everyone raved about the food. In addition to it being delicious and more than plentiful the presentation was spectacular. The service was excellent and I need to give a shout out to Mariana, my daughter's bridal attendant. Unfortunately Amy had covid and we missed her but again Barry was on it and Mariana worked out great. She anticipated anything that we could possibly need including making sure that our car was loaded up at the end of the evening. I can't possibly thank Barry and everyone else that worked that night enough!

We immediately loved the Village Club due to the gorgeous space outside for the ceremony, the modern feel & understated nature of the venue. However, what really set it apart from other venues was Barry, Amy & their team. Barry immediately made us feel comfortable, he is incredibly responsive, easy to work with & goes above and beyond to make sure your day goes perfect. I had the utmost confidence in the day going as planned due to having Barry to work with. He made the process as stress-free & easy as possible. I would highly recommend working with Barry & having your event at the Village Club, it was truly perfect!

As the mother of the bride, I can’t rave enough about our experience with Barry Rosenthal and the entire staff at the Village Club of Lake Success. We went to contract in July 2019 for a May 2020 wedding. Needless to say we postponed it two times. Barry worked with us through each contract revision, explaining our options, keeping us posted on protocol and when it looked like we were finally going forward, offered expert advice and guidance to deliver the most magical evening. Every question, (and there were many) was answered quickly and with complete information which allowed us to make decisions and move forward. Barry’s guidance was invaluable, whether it was how to lay out the room, menu selections or deciding whether we needed a wedding planner. Every suggestion was right on! The venue hit home as soon as my daughter and future son-in-law walked through the doors. In their words it had a New York vibe while being affordable - the brick wall, the tasteful lighting, floor to ceiling windows overlooking Lake Success and a cocktail room, The Grill Room, that was warm and inviting. The \"day of\" went as smoothly as can be expected with Amy at our side throughout, attending to every detail and ensuring we kept to the schedule. Barry of course popped in regularly to check on us and provide updates. I need to pause to shine a bright light on Amy. I was encouraged by friends to hire a separate “day of” coordinator. “You can’t manage without one”. This was one of those decisions I tortured myself about. So to bring the discussion to a close we had a conference call with my daughter and Barry. I had her ask every question she was concerned about. The decision was to depend on Amy and was that ever the right decision. We felt cared for the entire day. And now for the wedding - Each room looked as gorgeous as we had hoped. The ballroom was stunning aided by Florique Florists and lighting by Fusion. Our guests were blown away by the quality, variety, presentation and the taste of all the food. The only complaint I received several times was that the cocktail hour was so delicious that they didn’t leave enough room for dinner. While there were a few naysayers afraid to order salmon because they claimed it’s never cooked properly, they were totally outnumbered by the guests who said they never had such a delicious piece of salmon. The filet was like butter and how often do you have people raving about the side dishes? Throughout the evening Barry and Amy checked in on each of us to see if we needed anything, were eating and generally having a good time. It was over way too soon and even packing up late at night was a pleasure. We were helped until both our cars were packed and ready to leave. As many say it goes way too fast. It’s over in a blink. And thank goodness for videos and pictures because I can’t wait to relive it all over again.

My husband and I got married at VCLS on 8/13/22 and had the wedding of our dreams. From the onset we loved the rustic/modern elegant vibe of the venue: dark wood floors and accent brick wall in the ballroom, with the option for an outdoor ceremony, and indoor/outdoor cocktail hour (weather permitting). 8/13/22 was a beautiful day and we were able to have both our ceremony and cocktail hour outside like we had hoped for. As we wanted a bit more of this rustic feel throughout our wedding we brought in wine barrels from an outside vendor and had this as a focal point for the outdoor space of the cocktail hour. From the onset Barry assured us that this would all work out and our vision would come to life. This sure did happen and it was recognized and noted by many of our wedding guests. Barry also repurposed these wine barrels with floral arrangements from our memory table to display the beautiful dessert wedding favors that were for guests to take as they left the wedding. The many conversations, emails, questions, and phone calls with Barry leading up to the wedding truly went a long way, as our wedding day went off without a hitch and was truly perfect in every sense of the word. There were many details discussed with Barry throughout after being guests at many weddings, all which were taken into account on our wedding day (i.e- flow of the party (no lull), flow of the bar (no long lines), location of keyboard player at cocktail hour, use of signature cocktail napkins, reserved tables for ederly grandparents, reserved rows at the ceremony for immediate family etc). The night of our tasting with our parents, we spent a great deal of time with Barry and Amy walking through not only the menu for the party but all of the details for the big day. We spoke about the food (quantity, variety etc) at great lengths. We also added on a sushi bar which our guests couldn't stop raving about. They addressed all of our questions, concerns and ensured us that all would be taken care of. Barry is honest, to the point, and will tell you how it is. You can tell how passionate he is in what he does. The day of our wedding I remember arriving at the VC with my mom, mother-in-law, and sisters. Barry and Amy met us out front, and Barry was so excited to show me everything that was currently going on, how the room looked so far (table set and florals in place), the signage that was in place, the team that was putting the chuppah together, the ceremony set up etc. It was such an overwhelming moment of joy seeing the beginning of our dream wedding come to life. Barry even called me the morning of the wedding to check in and also was running small items by us prior the to the start of the wedding (set up of the wine barrels, setup of tables/chairs on the patio, setup of the hightops/ tables in the grill room etc). Barry and Amy are a hard working and dedicated team and know how to run a party. Myself, Mike and our families can not thank you enough: Barry, Amy, and the entire VC staff. For days and weeks after the wedding we received such amazing and heartfelt words from friends and family at how beautiful of a wedding it was. From the venue, to the incredible and plentiful amount of food/drinks, the dessert parade, to the flow of the party, the band, the florals and more. Months after the wedding we are still talking about and reminiscing and on how perfect our wedding was with each other and our families. We truly feel so lucky!!!

We couldn't have asked for our wedding day to have gone more smoothly. Barry and Amy were extremely responsive and answered all of our questions/concerns quickly throughout wedding planning. They went above and beyond to make sure that our day was special. We were lucky to have been able to have had an outdoor ceremony in November, but we were at ease knowing that our ceremony would have been just as stunning indoors as well. The food was no question the best food we've ever had at a wedding and our guests were raving about the cocktail hour, and their dinner selections. We are so happy we chose Village Club at LS for our big day.

While there are many Country Club Venues on Long Island, there really isn’t any one Country Club anything like The Village Club at Lake Success. Why? Not only is the Club beautiful (for an outdoor ceremony/cocktail or indoor) the staff pleasant, the grounds and building spotless, but there are 2 people that just make it all; well, perfect! Barry Rosenthal and Amy Chachkes. We wanted a ‘farm’ feel in a contemporary setting; it happened. While we did rent items, Barry made sure to repurpose them. For our tasting, Barry answered a lot of questions, and Amy joined us. There were 6 of us with different ideas, questions and attitudes and they listened to everything. We came up with a menu that didn’t ‘break’ the bank, yet was everything to all of us. They actually talked us out of a few of the ‘extras’ when they clearly could have sold us.On the day of my son and DIL’s wedding, the staff was friendly, professional and clearly understands Barry’s vision. They saw my 90 year old mom, and my DIL’s 96 year old Gramma, and made sure to put a ‘reserved’ sign at a table at the cocktail hour so they’d have seating close to the door. Amy is Barry’s left hand; she pretty much can complete his sentences. They work ‘that’ well together. She is just a gift. She made sure our August wedding was super cool indoors. She helped with so much, kept us running on time and just made everything easy. We did have a day of coordinator; but Amy was that as well in addition to being our bridal attendant. They worked flawlessly together. My sandals, which had fit perfectly at home, kept slipping off as I walked. Amy had double sided tape, which was a godsend. She has an arsenal of tools and tricks for sure. While Amy is there to help the bride in so many ways, she was also there for us too.As our guests were leaving at the end of our amazing evening, I had brought in unique cookies and desserts. I thought they’d be displayed on a round table, simply for guests to take on their way out. Barry, could have left things like that, but he arranged for the farm barrels to be brought up front, and an unbelievable looking display was waiting complete with flowers and lights.Normally, months after an affair, one can always find something to ‘pick on,’ or change for ‘the next one’. Our wedding was in August. We are almost into January, and there is not one thing comes to mind to change. Forever grateful to Barry Rosenthal and Amy Chachkes for making our kids wedding an amazing night to remember.

My husband and I got married here in September and we cannot say enough amazing things about it! From the beginning to the end, everything was more than perfect. The venue itself is beautiful, especially the reception room and area for outdoor ceremony. Barry was always responsive, quick to answer any questions and help with all and any details that we may not have even thought of. The day of, Amy was extremely helpful, making sure everything was perfect during every minute. They really know how to run a great wedding and we had no doubts that everything would run smoothly. The ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and after party were all amazing, every single guest mentioned to us how amazing the food was. This venue and team really made for a dream wedding and we can’t thank them enough!

My husband and I got married at Village Club at Lake Success in June 2022. Upon meeting Barry at the initial walk through of the venue I knew he would help us put on a flawless wedding. During the entire planning process Barry was extremely easy to work with and helpful every step of the way; giving ideas of things he has seen couples do in the past but also providing honest feedback on what he thought wasn’t necessary (my parents definitely appreciated that). The day of the wedding Amy helped my husband and I while Barry ran back of house. Amy and Barry make an amazing duo. They both took the stress off of us and handled every single thing we could have possibly thought of including packing up all of our extras at the end of the wedding. Now let’s talk about the most beautiful important part: the food. The immense amount of options is what initially drew me to VCLS. I had Amy hold off on opening the doors for guests to cocktail hour because I couldn’t stop indulging! Not only was there so many options to choose from but every single thing was amazing. Everyone left our wedding raving about the food. The venue itself is also gorgeous. A nice balance between modern and simplicity. We’re looking for any excuse to have another party so we can have it at the village club at lake success!

Barry was exceptional . If you want your daughter and family to not worry about a thing, Barry at Village Club at Lake Success, is your culinary guy. The food fantastic and plentiful. The room and venue gorgeous. The after party was like being at a NYC club. I am an accountant and my daughter detail oriented. We loved his suggestions and he listened when needed. From the moment I walked into the gorgeous hallway and ballroom I knew it would be amazing. Barry knows how to run a smooth and incredible wedding along with his wife Amy who keeps everything organized. They also made sure as a couple we had time to ourselves and I can seriously say the day did not feel rushed because we were given moments to eat and enjoy in the schedule. We got married in March 2022 at the VCLS, and Barry did such a fantastic job throughout our entire wedding planning process - From the big things to the minor ones, we loved working with him. He got to know us and our families, and we felt confident in his ability to execute all our asks including timeline/flow of the wedding day, the food (which was kosher and amazing - our friends/family still compliment how delicious our cocktail hour was), and coordinating with all our vendors. Amy worked closely with him on the day of the wedding and made sure my husband and I had everything we needed - They were so warm and wonderful. Had our daughters wedding there in May of 2022. Could not have been happier. Barry and Amy were awesome, as were the rest of the staff. Took care of every want and need of the bride and groom. The ballroom was roomy, the food was excellent, with more choices then you can imagine. They had enough bars set up so our guests did not have to wait forever to get drinks during the cocktail hour. We had our wedding at this beautiful venue on November 13th and it was nothing less of incredible! Barry, Amy, & the entire staff were amazing. Barry &. Amy made sure from start to finish our day was perfect! We could never thank them enough and were so happy to have them by our side making sure everything and anything went super smooth. As for then venue itself it was just what we were looking for and the grounds are so stunning. The food is amazing, we got tons of excellent fed back! Let’s be honest, wedding planning isn’t ideal. It’s actually quite stressful but from the moment we walked into The Village Club and met with Barry - my husband and I were more than thrilled/relieved that we found our venue! Not only is it a modern venue with beautiful grounds, but Barry & Amy are wonderful. They made each step extremely easy and took the time to get to know us as a couple. From the tasting to the actual wedding- everything was a breeze. You always hear horror stories about the actual wedding day and how things can go wrong. Not sure if it’s luck, or just Barry and Amy, but our day was amazing! They really brought the vision to life and are so attentive, professional, caring, and kind! You can also tell that the staff are happy and equally as professional! Don’t walk. Run to them for any event.

WOW. I truly mean it when I say that Barry and Amy are a top-notch team. They went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding, which was postponed three times due to COVID, was a smashing success. We felt warmly welcomed and at ease the whole day of the event. Not only that, ahead of time they accommodated our many dietary restrictions for the menu and were always on top of communicating with us. In addition to Barry and Amy, the service at the venue was perfect -- staff were so attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend The Village Club at Lake Success to anyone planning a wedding in the tri-state area!

To Barry, Amy, and the amazing Village Club team, Thank you does not even begin to express our gratitude! We never believed it could actually be true, that we could be the bride and groom and be COMPLETELY STRESS FREE. We know that there must have been tiny bumps along the way to handle on our wedding day, but you all handled them so seamlessly and quietly that we had ZERO idea. We spent the entire day and night in the moment, enjoying, happy as can be. That feeling of letting go and knowing you have a safety net around you to ensure everything runs smoothly was priceless. We know it takes a lot of effort from you and your team for that to be the case. Not only were we impressed, but our guests continually told us throughout the night how beautiful and perfect the event was. The food was a hit, the drinks were flowing, the backdrop was breathtaking, and so much love filled the room. An extra special shout out to Barry for dealing with all of our pre-wedding intensive questions/comments/concerns and to Amy for being by our sides on the wedding day to make sure we had everything we wanted or needed.You all over delivered and made us so proud to say that we hosted our wedding at The Village Club of Lake Success. We felt completely spoiled by the team - there was so much great energy and enthusiasm from every single staff member on site. Of course if anyone else we know is getting married, we would steer them right in your direction!!!! There are truly not enough words to express how amazing our wedding was at The Village Club! We booked this venue in 2018 after falling in love with it immediately! Unfortunately due to Covid we had to postpone quite a few times and finally had the most magical and perfect wedding on 8/5/21! I don't even know where to begin! Everything from the beautiful grounds, to the food, to the service...it was pure PERFECTION! For all of our guests it was their first time attending a wedding there and they were in complete awe of everything and are still raving about the ambiance and food...especially the cocktail hour! With all the postponing, it was definitely an emotional journey but well worth the wait! Barry was absolutely AMAZING! He was there every step of the way, answering every single question (even on his days off) and being an ear when I would freak out about having to postpone again and always just being so reassuring! He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure every little detail was met...and then some! There was never a want he didn't fulfill! Amy...from the minute we arrived at the bridal suite could not have been more personable, sweet, accommodating, and attentive! And Kevin, our bridal attendant, just added to the most perfect day! He made sure that my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of! We truly felt he was our personal bodyguard for the night! Everyone truly exceeded EVERY expectation!! I am beyond thrilled that we found this hidden gem in 2018! I just wish we could do it ALL OVER AGAIN!!!

Our wedding was better than any dream, any fantasy, and any fairytale, and that was almost entirely because of the Village Club at Lake Success. Friends and family called it a \"hidden gem,\" with incredible food and service, gorgeous views, and an overall classy and sophisticated ambiance. Nestled between NYC and the expanse of Long Island suburbs, the Village Club beautifully defined the wedding of our dreams. We booked in October 2019 and had envisioned something absolutely grand--something our guests wouldn't have experienced before. Then, the pandemic started. We had heard of other venues struggling to help couples through this time, but were relieved to know that the Village Club was willing and able to work with us even with all of the fears and uncertainties the pandemic brought upon us all. Because of that, we decided to keep our date no matter what because we knew the food and service at the Village Club was THAT good and absolutely worth it. However, when most restrictions were lifted right before our June 2021 wedding, the Village Club worked above and beyond to exceed the expectations we had set almost two years ago, long before the pandemic ever started. And to be honest, our wedding was even better than that. I'm being completely candid when I say several guests--close family aside--told us that our wedding was the best one they had ever been to. Barry and his team are truly the best in the business. Putting our complete trust in them was the best decision we had ever made (besides deciding to get married in the first place). Leading up to the wedding, every question, every concern, every idea we had was addressed promptly and resolved flawlessly by Barry. His experience, leadership, and professionalism are commendable and admirable attributes, and we are so thankful we were able to work with him. The day of our wedding was exciting, busy, chaotic, and beautiful--the attentiveness to us as a couple, all of our needs, and of course all of our guests, reassured us that there is no other place like the Village Club and no other team like Barry's. On a personal note, Amy was a tremendous help to me whether it was fixing my dress, getting me from point A to point B, or making sure I was eating a proper meal. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. We thank them all from the bottom of our hearts for everything they did to deliver the wedding we envisioned. I cannot recommend them enough!

6.5.21- Where to even begin with this review!! If you are looking for a stunning venue with amazing food and staff then SERIOUSLY look no further. Barry went above and beyond in SO many ways to make sure myself and now husband were taken care of the entire night. We had a few mishaps with vendors and he was there every step of the way to ensure things got taken care of so that we did not need to stress. Barry, we truly have no words. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for throwing us an incredible wedding and bringing so much zen to our night. Kevin, my bridal attendant was also SO incredible I don’t even know where to begin. Kevin, thank you for taking care of me and our bridal party all day into night. You made sure all of our needs were met and were always one step ahead of the game. You are such a pro and brought the best energy to our day. Our friends and family have not stopped raving about how amazing of a night this was and how beautiful the venue grounds were. They also could not get over how absolutely delicious, incredible, and creative the food was. If you are looking to have the BEST wedding with the most attentive staff and the most incredible atmosphere you have found your spot. We couldn’t have picked a better venue for our wedding! The grounds at the village club are beautiful and we’re perfect for our outdoor ceremony. The cocktail hour and food at the reception were amazing, we had people coming up to us all night to tell us how good the food was. Barry and Tracy were extremely helpful and professional leading up to the big day and had all the details covered. We had to change our wedding date 5 times with Covid and they helped us each step of the way. We highly recommend the Village Club and wouldn’t hesitate to have another event there ourselves.

5 stars for Barry and the Village Club, for making a stressful Covid wedding planning process as pain-free as possible and pulling out EVERY stop to make our party unforgettable! Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of amazing food and no detail spared. Throughout the planning process, Barry was super accessible and quick to reply with absolutely everything; even during the height of the pandemic, we did not worry about a thing. The food and beverage service in general was impeccable, and the venue and grounds were stunning in every photo. So many guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, even in spite of the pandemic (and we appreciated all related precautions being taken). Barry totally understood the springy, indoor-outdoor vibe we were going for and nailed it. THANK YOU to this very hardworking team for giving us the most special day beyond all expectations!

4.23.21 - Best day ever! The Village Club at Lake Success was such a perfect venue for our amazing day and the grounds are beyond gorgeous plus we were blessed with perfect weather. Barry was the most honest and accommodating person to work with. Having booked pre-pandemic for October 24, 2020 and postponed — I sure did have a TON of questions/concerns leading up to our big day and he was always available for me. On our wedding day he went above and beyond to make sure we were fully taken care of all night long, I couldn’t have envisioned anything better. Kevin, who was our bridal attendant was simply amazing. So professional and experienced, I connected with him instantly and he made sure I got EVERYTHING I asked for, plus took care of my complicated bustle :-)! If you are looking to work with great people and for a unique venue - then look no further!

Due to covid we had to postpone multiple times, but Barry was extremely helpful in helping us pick new dates and to help things run as smoothly as they could. We finally got to have our big day on March 26, 2020! From start to finish everything went perfectly! Barry was always right there making sure we had everything we needed all night long. Planning with the village club was a breeze and we knew we wouldn’t have anything to worry about on the day of our wedding! I brought in a lot of decor extras and sentimental pieces and was able to stage it ahead of time, take photos and have everything set up when we arrived. Guests are still raving about the venue and all of the special touches, like desserts on the dance floor and the fun sips and bites. Being able to pick up and take home our delicious cocktail hour leftovers the day after the wedding to enjoy with our families is an UNHEARD of bonus! The village club made our wedding day so special and we wouldn’t have changed a thing!

We are so happy we went with this venue! Everything was beyond amazing! The staff had every single detail come together beautifully, seeing the reveal of the ball room all put together was really breathtaking, really so stunningly romantic with seeing the room in soft candle light. All of our guests that I've talked to keep raving about how amazing the food was, not just picture perfect but delicious too! The desert parade at the end was SO IMPRESSIVE too, it really wow-ed all of our guests! Tracy, Kevin, Barry and really the entire staff were great! They were all so on top of every single detail and request, it was really such a pleasure any interactions we had with the staff here, me and my husband were able to really sit back, eat the amazing food and enjoy absolutely everything! Wanted thank the VILLAGE CLUB AT LAKE SUCCESS for making my daughter's wedding the most perfect event ever!!! My children, Erin and Nolan Kartholl couldn't have been happier. From the moment we signed the contract with Tracey throughout the whole process, the entire staff including Barry and Kevin and their staff made sure that everything we needed and wanted was taken care of seamlessly. From day of beginning at 9am until the last flower was taken down at 2am they did not disappoint. A big shoutout as well to Josh from MTM music, Shaun at Carson Roberts Florals , Robert from Salzman & Ashley photography, Kornfeld Video and Hipster photo booth. My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with our choice to have our wedding at the Village Club at Lake Success. The moment we stepped inside we fell in love with the gorgeous, contemporary venue. We met Tracy, who was an absolute doll and made the entire planning process a pleasure from start to finish! She went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be more grateful to have her as our coordinator. The bridal attendant Ron, was the most warm, helpful and amazing person! He ensured our night was seamless! Barry was the glue that held everything together and we thank him for his attention to detail to guarantee we were beyond satisfied. The food was top notch and our family and friends are still raving about it! Our guests truly had the time of their lives celebrating our wedding and this memory will last us all a lifetime! Thank you to the entire team for making our special day unforgettable!

They don't even deserve 1 star. Please DO NOT book any event with the Village club or Philip Stone Caterers/ Culinart company. They are the most UNPROFESSIONAL group of people I've ever done business with especially Senior Director of Catering Company, Tom Cataldo and District Manager of Events and Entertainment, Peter Rocco. Unfortunately my words didn't matter, and refused to meet with me in person after my wedding was done because paying them was all they ever cared about. They've BREACHED contract multiple times, food did not match the price and neither did the customer service. My husband and I paid extra per person for espresso and cappuccino. They took it into their own hands to serve American coffee in espresso cups as if no one would notice, as well as telling other guests they ran out. When it came down to the dinner course, the food was served cold throughout sections of the room which led many guests to send back their entrees. Furthermore, the steak was served not even at the doneness that was requested by guests and when I brought it to Peter Rocco’s attention his justification for it was \"this isn't an a la carte restaurant.\" These are a few issues that went wrong throughout the wedding and I wish there wasn’t a word count for these reviews or else I would go into further detail on how Peter Rocco felt the need to express to me that “maybe my expectations were too high.” After being mistreated with the lack of professionalism performed by Culinart staff, I decided to contact Vice President of Leisure and Logistics, Lou Vogt. After 56 long days they tried to convince me to drop my credit card dispute in exchange for a very small percentage of my event. Endall, this was a complete nightmare. I can’t understand how this company can rip people off and not feel at all guilty about it. Customer service is clearly not their priority and getting money in their bank accounts is the only thing they care about. They will promise you the world and give you crap. Please proceed with caution when dealing with this company. I would hate for anyone to go through what I went through.

I just had my wedding and I could not rave about this venue more. Nicole was incredible to work with throughout the entire planning process. The venue was completely accessible which was very important to us since we had a few family members in walkers/wheelchairs. The food was so creative and our guests cannot stop raving about it. Every dietary need was adhered to and the waitstaff was beyond helpful. I fell in love with this venue the first time I saw it and immediately booked it. The day of bridal attendant, Kevin, was so helpful and made everything run perfectly. From following us around with food and drinks to assisting my family, to carrying my outfit changes around the venue and making sure each vendor was timely and efficient - the staff there took care of every concern and executed everything flawlessly. If you're looking for the best value for your Long Island wedding, this place is it.

I cannot say enough about this venue! From the moment we went on our first tour there we knew the Village Club was special. I loved that the entire venue would be just for us - no other weddings the same day. We had our ceremony and reception there and everything went perfectly. The food was AMAZING - my guests are still raving about it. PS - get the chicken & waffles and the short rib as dinner options. Everyone loved both. Kevin was our day-of coordinator and he was unbelievable. Every time I turned around he was there with a water bottle (and straw so I did not mess up my lipstick) and an update on how everything was going. There is not one thing I would have changed. It was perfect! Thank you Village Club!

There are not enough complimentary words to describe the Village Club and it’s amazing staff! From the moment we walked through the doors to just inquire about booking our wedding, I knew this was the place for us. It’s modern and chic, yet classic and beautiful, especially with its breathtaking views of the lake and rolling hills. Our wedding was in the fall, so we had the added beauty of the abundant fall foliage. The staff is extremely attentive and professional, especially Nicole Price, who helped us every step of the way to make sure all bases were covered and that all our requests were honored (and there were many!). Barry, Brandon and Eric were also amazing and helped make sure everything went perfectly on our special day. And I haven’t even got to the food! There are so many options, and even from all different cultures, and it was all delicious! Chef Richard truly delivered. Our guests are still raving about the food and fantastic dessert spread during Viennese Hour. Everything was like out of a fairy tale...I wish we could do it all over again! But at least we have all these amazing memories!

Every bride talks about how perfect their venue is, how everyone is “still raving” about it, that service and food was top notch, and their venue is stunning. Well, here is another review just like that! 😜 I can only reassure all the couples and families venue shopping, how satisfied you’ll be with hosting an event at the Village Club. My now husband and I had a long engagement. We couldn’t find the perfect balance of old and new when it came to our wedding venue. We wanted the traditional spread of food but in a fresh, modern atmosphere. We come from Italian descent, and are quite the foodies so food was an important factor for us. One of the selling points for us, was the option to build our own menu and taste the dishes (with guidance from the Phillip Stone Culinary Chefs). They offer an extensive menu, from hot trends like chicken and waffles to many options only you can find at an upscale dining venue. We didn’t go with the Chicken and Waffles but it was cool to see that they are keeping up with the trends in the food industry. These fun trends carried on from cocktail hour with mini bottles of Patron to dessert with milk shakes decorated in candy and sweets. The Village Club offered a level of personal service that no other venue had offered. From prior to us booking our wedding to the day of and even thereafter, I felt in the best of hands. All the servers were clean cut, well spoken and VERY attentive. The moment a guest got up their napkin was folded at their place setting and the moment a drink was finished it was refilled. The space is beautiful with floor to ceiling windows, views of the lake, hard wood floors, exposed brick and modern chandeliers. We had visited nearly 10 venues and attended more wedding than I can count. There’s a reason we landed on the VC. My one negative, is the price. We ended up adding on entrees, upgrading the seafood bar, adding cocktail hour stations but this was our choice. The valet, bathroom attendant, uplighting, bridal attendant were all alacarte. It adds up quickly but you get what you pay for. I would have rather it been worked into the price than see them as “optional” add-ons. Nicole and Tom, you are gems. Organized, passionate and class acts! The best in the business. This is why the VC doesn’t advertise, they don’t have to. They are booked up two plus years in advance for good reason. I promise you won’t be disappointed with the best team in the industry leading your most special day!

This venue was perfect for us. It was a great compromise for me, who wanted a simpler feel, and my husband, who wanted a classic country club feel. The view of the lake from the ballroom is beautiful. We got some of my favorite wedding photos on the patio overlooking the lake. We worked with Tracy, who was amazing from the start with us. She was straightforward and helped us pick the best options for our day, including unique food options. The food was amazing and everyone loved it. Guests RAVED about the desert parade, which was so fun. My bridal attendant, Ron, was the most amazing person. He was so attentive and made sure our every need was taken care of. All of the staff at this venue who were part of our day made it everything we pictured it to be. Nicole helped make our vision come to life the day of and was so easy to talk to to throughout the day and night. I can’t say enough good things, we are so happy with our decision. Our day ran so smoothly and this was possible because of the staff at this venue who truly cared about us and our guests.

Village Club ReviewWORTH. EVERY. PENNY. That is all that needs to be said about my experience with the Village Club at Lake Success. From the moment we went to look at this venue, I fell in love with the gorgeous ballroom and facilities. Our wedding liaison, Tracy, did a terrific job from top to bottom. She was very honest and up front with us from the get go about the financial end of things which we appreciated it. Also, her recommendations for the best food and details were on point - especially the chicken and waffles entree and the Fall Harvest table as our guests were departing. She answered all of my annoying questions quickly and never made me feel like I was a burden. I asked her opinion on everything from table cloths to cake design, and I really valued the honest responses she was able to guide me with. Our guests RAVED about the food, especially the sushi station. Our bridal attendant Kevin was great and made sure we got to try all of the food - I was determined not to be one of those brides who was too busy to eat!! The ballroom was gorgeous, especially with the extra lighting. Our photos on the patio, bridge, and grounds came out so beautifully with the fall foliage. Everyone on the staff made us feel like their top priority and attended to a very detailed itinerary and list of requests that I had provided. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and smoothly run experience - you won’t regret having your wedding here!!

I cannot put into words how speechless and amazed I was on the day of my Wedding. It all fell together so seamlessly which I think speaks volumes on the quality of attention and service I was given by my Wedding Coordinator Pejy. My fiance and I booked the venue after having looked everywhere on the Island and being disappointed. I was about to book with a venue in Manhattan, when on a whim I figured I would stop by and see this venue since it was on my way home. Talk about Meant to be. I was met by Pejy who I cannot praise enough, He was a delight to meet in person and made me feel like We could make this happen....especially since My fiance and I wanted to get married by December and it was September. Well let's just say you can plan a magnificent wedding in three months, but with the right help. Pejy gave me several great vendor options, and made sure we stayed on budget and on our timeline. I cannot repeat myself when I say my experience at the club and with Pejy are truly one of a kind and I will forever be grateful to him for his true care and attention to our special day. The Village Club itself is a beautiful Venue, It's truly unlike any venue on Long Island. It's sheek without being sterile, and right next to Lake Success which adds to the beauty of this venue. The food was amazing, My guests were all beyond shocked at the quantity let alone the quality of the food. I'll be honest the day of my wedding I gave myself little expectations except the mindset of I'm marrying my best friend and my family will be there so that's all that matters, but...When I saw my ballroom I was shocked, It was everything I had imagined and more. My Maitre D' Kevin was also the kindest most understanding attentive Maitre D I could of wished for. He helped make the entire night flawless, and I've heard from many friends who had weddings, that they didn't have time to eat or time to enjoy their own wedding. That was not my case at all. He made sure we ate and partied all night and enjoyed to the same extent of our guests. All I can say is if you're searching for a venue and team that will provide you with a memorable never to forget wedding .... this is it.

First off, the venue is GORGEOUS. It truly is one of the most amazing looking venue sites on long island! My husband and I really are so torn with a rating on this venue. Some things were 5 stars, while others were 2 stars. I guess I would give it 3 stars but I believe it has the potential to be 4 stars if you work with the right coordinator.Problem number one we had was working with Tracy. From the get go, we felt uncomfortable with her. We loved the venue, but the vibe we got from Tracy was almost that she knew more than us & was telling us what to do, nstead of listening to what we wanted. Before we even booked, Tracy promised us a specific date & price point in our proposal. When my mom and I came back to book - she then told us that she \"forgot\" it was a Sunday of a holiday weekend (even though we discussed that with her) and told us the price went up $20 pp. After many tears, we changed our wedding date & Tracy was able to waive a few items to help us make a Friday work. We were appreciative for what she did & decided to stick with the plan. Well that was the red flag & we should have followed our guts and used a different coordinator. My advice to you.. if you LOVE the venue.. work with Pejy, Tom or Nicole. I honestly have to say that working with Tracy was our hardest struggle throughout this process. She always needed to be followed up on and it was a lot of leg work from an already busy bride and groom. Fast forward to the final consult. We met with Tracy & dropped off all our stuff. We had already been emailing & calling with her back & forth to edit our final contract because everything was wrong. Menu items weren't finished, cake design was wrong, pricing was wrong.. so many things. We get to the appointment & I notice there are still errors in the contract. Tracy tells me \"just sign and ill adjust it\" so I do. Well shame on me. Our wedding day comes & THANK HEAVEN for CHRISTINA. SERIOUSLY, if you book there you need her as your day of coordinator. SHE IS BEYOND GREAT. I would have cried on my wedding day if it wasn't for her.We rented out the bridal suite for getting ready & none of the breakfast items we agree on are there.. my MOH has to order food for us so we can eat.. ok no biggy. Our cocktail hour was promised to be this outstanding event with passed sip & bites, mini meals and all these creative stations.. well half my guests missed the passed hors d'oeuvres, one station was hard to find, signature drinks weren't passed... it just was a mess.Then we go into our viewing and our cake is COMPLETELY wrong. We asked for a champagne ribbon.. and there is a BABY PINK ribbon affixed to the bottom. Now mind you my colors are gold and burgundy. I was devastated. Christina tried to remove it but the cake was unfinished underneath so it would have looked worse.Now on to dessert, we chose to do the dessert parade. Well nothing was presented like the images we were shown. All the mason jar desserts were in plastic cups. Our donuts were still half frozen, our chipwiches looked like they came out of a frozen ice cream box. It was just not a great ending to the night.. at all.We wound up expressing the issues to the Village Club Corporate and they provided us with a small reimbursement. As we do appreciate the financial reimbursement.. unfortunately nothing will fix all of these things that occurred on our wedding day. Plain and simple.. we'd recommend booking there.. just work with Nicole or Pejy.

We are truly grateful to the many people at Village Club, that helped to make our wedding so magical. Each person surpassed all of our expectations. When my husband and I began planning our wedding, of course the first thing that we talked about was the venue. My husband spoke about the beauty of the location, and expressed his feeling that getting married at The Village Club, would be like being married amongst family. After visiting the club, and getting to know various members, I shared in his vision. As we’ve spoken to our families, friends, and everyone in attendance, since the wedding, everyone has raved about the choice of venue, service, décor, and food. \tA wedding day is not only one of the greatest days of one’s life, but it can also be the most stressful day. Fortunately, we experienced little to no stress, because of the amazing staff of Village Club. Our day began with Christina taking complete control as our bridal attendant. She handled our scheduling, transportation needs, distributing our tips, and family “wrangling”. In addition, she was there at every point to provide anything that was needed for us. Everyone that we’ve spoken with has talked about the attentiveness and friendliness of the wait-staff and bartenders. Of course, one of the most important aspects of our wedding was the food. It was also the most complimented aspect. Chefs Richard and Stephan, and their team created an amazing culinary experience. To say that our guests were overjoyed would be an understatement.In addition, Anthony, as our maître d’, took the time to constantly check on our families and guests to ensure that they had everything that they wanted, and that they were enjoying themselves.Lastly, we must state our sincerest appreciation to Kevin, who officiated our ceremony. Not only did he expertly convey the warmth and reverence of the occasion, but he also infused humor and celebration. We had our wedding a few weeks ago at the Village Club at Lake Success. My husband and I instantly loved the Village Club. The Village Club offered an innovative and diverse menu. From the minute we booked (about a 1.5yr out), we were instantly looking forward to our cocktail hour. Philip Stone offers such different and awesome ideas for cocktail hour (I don't know how they aren't owning Pinterest by now). When we had our tasting, we actually ran into difficulty choosing entrees because everything was just that good! The food remained consistent and delicious on the day of our wedding. Our guests are still raving about the food. For dessert, we chose to do a dessert parade with our wedding cake. We also enhanced this by adding cordials. It felt as if there was an infinite amount of sweets!The service was consistent and amazing. Pejy Kash was an absolute pleasure to work with. He maintained his professionalism, attention to detail, and organization from our first visit to the moment we went out on the dancefloor. Pejy always checked in with us and kept in close contact, making sure certain vendors were booked gave honest advice and even helped pray for good weather! There was never a time throughout wedding planning that I had to wait or remind Pejy of something (it was usually him reminding me). Not enough can be said about Pejy Kash. He is truly an asset to Philip Stone and VCLS. Anyhow, this isn’t a review on just Pejy ;) We paid a little extra to have the bridal suite open for my and my bridesmaids to get ready. The venue provided us with an AM bridal attendant along with all food and refreshments throughout the day as we got all dolled up. The AM bridal attendant was great! My bridal attendant switched by the time of my wedding. Patty became my attendant, and WOW! She was just an angel. She had felt my anxiety (just nerves between reading our vows and the pressures of being pulled for pictures) and knew exactly what to do. She was absolutely perfect! Apparently our wedding was one of the last weddings that Patty was working at VCLS. However, I am quite sure just judging by my experience with everyone at this venue, that the service is exceptional regardless of who you end up working with. The one complaint I got from a guest was that a waiter was too eager to clean up the table and consequently removed a drink that wasn’t finished. I will gladly take that complaint over inattentive staff!The Village Club at Lake Success is part of a country club that operates 7 days a week. Members of this club are allowed to golf during times that may coincide with your event. At first, this may sound a bit unnerving. Pejy calmed us and assured us that the members of the club and their activities will not in anyway affect our wedding. This is true. However, the Country Club and its members are very strict about the bridal party walking around the property outside of the reception area and its terrace. Photos were only allowed to be taken on certain areas of the property and we needed to be escorted by security. This may feel a little weird but it truly didn’t impact our day. We were able to take the photos we wanted as long as we were escorted by security. The property is beautiful, by the way. The terrace overlooks Lake Success. There is a beautiful wooden bridge that is great for photos but only allowed with their staff escorting us.All in all, this venue truly exceeded our wedding expectations. We were so happy!

From the moment I stepped inside the Village Club at Lake Success, and met my wedding coordinator, Pejy Kash, I knew I was in love (with both of them!). The space was big enough to accommodate my large wedding, with a huge dance floor, and the decor is elegant but not overdone. I also loved the views of Lake Success and the potential for outdoor photos. Pejy is amazing --- he's a total expert on planning the perfect wedding, but also attentive and so much fun to work with! He put me at ease and kept me laughing at every step of the wedding planning process and helped me, my fiance, and our parents decide on the right details for our day and our crowd. A month after the wedding, we're still hearing rave reviews about the food, the beautiful venue and how much fun everyone had. Also, our bridal attendant Patty and maitre d' Anthony made sure the day of our wedding was flawless and they did a phenomenal job. I honestly cannot recommend the Village Club highly enough. Thank you Pejy for the most beautiful day of our lives!

This venue was beautiful the food was delicious and plentiful and the staff top notch. Working with Peji made the planning effortless. Every detail was discussed and although there were a few small issues they aren't worth mentioning other than they were fixed within minutes. The only negative was that the clocks were turned back and our guests couldn't really appreciate the grounds of the golf course. A few suggestions: the presentation and size of shrimp boat was great but not worth the extra $$ as the cocktail hour food was so well presented no one would have missed it. Thank you to all who worked my daughters wedding we couldn't have asked for better.

My husband and I had our wedding at The Village Club in May 2016. From the moment we walked into the lobby back in December 2014, we knew it was the venue for us (in fact, we didn't even look at any other venues! We booked it right then and there!) Over the course of our engagement, Nicole, Pejy and Tom were quick to respond to every email and phone call. They worked with my husband and I to completely customize our wedding. Nicole was amazing throughout the entire planning process. She and I would go back and forth several times a day via email. Any special requests we made (such as Sweet Tea vodka and Bud Light at the reception) were made without hesitations. The day of the wedding, Pejy was so attentive and quick to get us anything we needed. The service was phenomenal and our guests are still raving about the food 6 months later. Thank you to the staff at The Village Club for making our day unforgettable and flawless!

Over the top service.If you are looking for a more modern long island wedding BOOK HERE. everything is on trend, and above the curve when it comes to all of the above. There is nothing they can't do. If you're having a spring/summer wedding (even a warmer fall night) definitely do an outdoor ceremony, the view is gorgeous and makes everything that much more romantic. If you can time it with the sunset, you won't be disappointed with your pictures. Use Kevin as your bridal attendant, he is the best there is. I have nothing bad to say, everything was perfect.

When we first started looking for venues, we stayed away from country clubs and golf courses, since we were opting for a more unique and less traditional venue. However, after seeing several other places that were either too expensive, or too outdated, we decided to give the Village Club a look. From the minute we walked in, we were impressed by the grounds and the beautifully updated interior. Pejy told us from the start that there were no Saturdays available for all of 2016, but we were happy to have a Friday wedding. The price was comparable to other places we looked at, but included a wider variety of food options, & allowed us to have the whole place to ourselves for the day of the wedding, since there is only one event per day. We figured that they had to be doing something right if it was this booked up!! Working with Pejy was terrific; he always answered our questions quickly, overseeing everything from the smallest detail to the entire schedule. He was always there to lend advice but was also ready to listen, no matter what our decision was.On the big day, I had Kevin as my bridal attendant & he was wonderful. He was constantly there to give me drinks/food, and even helped the moms bustle my dress! He was never in the way & was always just a quick call away. He made sure that me & my husband got a chance to sample a wide variety of our hors d'oeuvres, as well as our dinner entrees. We never really had to ask for anything.We were very pleased that everyone told us that the food was amazing (including the foodies in attendance!) They also said it was one of the best weddings that they had been to!! This was no doubt due to the tremendous effort put forth by all of the staff members, from the waiters & bartenders, to the chefs & our wonderful maitre’d Anthony. He was constantly making sure that everything was running smoothly & checked in with us & our parents several times throughout the night. Everyone at the Village Club worked hard to make our special night perfect, and they will do the same for you!

Worth it! I looked all over Nassau County for a wedding venue and there is no place like the Village Club. Beautifully renovated ballroom with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. No carpet in the ballroom, which I LOVED! So not only is it beautiful inside, the service was fantastic. They are a little cocky about how great they are and how impeccable their service is, but after my wedding I can see why. Starting with Pejy. We worked with him and he helped us every step of the way with any questions we had (and trust me we had a lot). He was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. Kevin was our bridal attendant and was so great at keeping everything and everybody organized and the day ran so smooth. It was a hot August day with some sporadic ran but Kevin was able to get us outside for pictures when the rain stopped and we were still able to have our cocktail hour outside. He was on top of everything! Constantly cooling me off and giving me water on the dance floor. Even my guests raved about the room and the service. I understand this place may be more expensive than some other places we looked at but it was so worth it in the end.

When we committed to Philip Stone Caterers a year before our wedding day, there were only two Saturday evenings available. The one we selected and the Saturday after Thanksgiving. This should be the first sign on how much this venue is in demand. Why might you ask?First - the food is absolutely delicious, presentations very creative, and menu diverse. Second - Pejy is the bomb !!!! He and his crew made sure that everything would be perfect and as we requested.Third - the space is large comfortable and beautiful. If you are a Foodie and want a venue that is absolutely amazing, search no other. If you are lucky enough to get Pejy as your coordinator you should be very happy.

I just had my bridal shower at the Village Club and had the most wonderful day ever. Originally, my fiance and I looked at the venue for our wedding, but then chose another space because we preferred to be married in Westchester versus Long Island. Because I had such a positive experience working with Tracy during my initial inquiry, I referred my mother to her to consider the venue for my shower. My mom wound up booking and I couldn't have been any happier. The food was great (and generous), and the venue is just stunning (we scored some seriously gorgeous photos outside)! The best part though, in my opinion, was the staff, every single one of whom were outstanding! Everyone I met was super friendly and the servers all had really fun personalities - they made it so easy for our guests to relax and enjoy themselves and the overall consensus was that the party was a blast! As a side note, I do work in the events industry myself, and while I don't think I'm unreasonable, I do think I have high standards as a client. I can honestly say from food to service to timing and all other minutiae, these guys know what they're doing! The fact that my mom had just as much fun as I did speaks volumes about the professionalism you can expect from the Village Club and I will happily recommend them to anyone looking for a gorgeous setting for a once in a lifetime celebration. Throwing a bridal shower for her only daughter, my mother wanted nothing more than to create a perfect day for my and my fiance's families, Tracy and the Village Club stopped at nothing to make that a reality.... The Village Club at Lake Success is amazing! From the minute that we met with Nicole, we knew that we had found our wedding venue. The space is beautiful and can accommodate a large wedding, the food is superb (especially if you're looking for kosher food; it was the best kosher food we've ever had!), and the service is unparalleled. Nicole was extremely responsive to any questions/comments we had throughout the planning process, and made me feel 100% confident that every detail of the wedding would be tended to. Day-of the wedding we worked with Anthony who made sure to say hello/check in with our 220+ guests throughout the wedding and was wonderful in making sure things ran according to plan, and Kevin was THE BEST bridal attendant, helping with tricky family situations and making sure that my husband and I could truly enjoy our wedding day. Overall, service otherwise was also amazing/unparalleled; I would encourage everyone to check out The Village Club at Lake Success for their wedding, I wish I could host mine there again!

I cannot say enough about this venue and the people that make this place even more special. I am from Long Island and hate !! the typical wedding factories, me my friends and family are sick of it , if I have to go to another wedding at Jericho Terrace of Fox Hollow I'm going to scream. So, when I found the Village club it was a breath of fresh air and met my standards (which are very high !!). The modern look, the food, and the people that worked at this venue were incredible. Nicole, Tom, Anthony, Kevin, Peji, the chef the service staff, I mean I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are. My wedding was stunning, the food was incredible, everyone raved about it ! worth every penny, they gave me the absolute wedding of my dreams. GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT AND MEET WITH TOM OR NICOLE !! You will regret not checking it out, dont have a blah wedding, have an incredible one that will blow everyone away.

We searched for the right venue for months. From the moment we met Tom and Nicole, we knew we had the right location. When we booked, the venue was in the midst of redecorating and minor renovations. Tom walked us through each detail from the light fixtures to the color of the area rug - painting us a picture. He also did the same with each detail of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. \r\rDuring our long engagement, Tom and Nicole (and frankly, everyone on their team) were responsive to our many, many questions and non-traditional requests (which didn't stump them once). Our food-tasting was a culinary delight filled with options to quench these 'foodies' tastes.\r\rThe process leading up to our wedding day was organized, communicative, and smooth. We arrived at the venue very early for photos on the beautiful grounds. Winnie was our bridal attendant and one of the reasons the day was so spectacular - she was one step ahead of all of my questions and requests. With the weather questionable, the team was able to quickly set up a romantic ceremony inside. Tom took some time to walk us through the ballroom and walk us through all of the details. I will never forget those few minutes!\r\rEverything was just the way we planned and hoped. The team was organized, attentive, honest and genuine. The food was spectacular and the service the same. I am a very 'Type A' personality but knew that we were in good hands as Tom, Nicole, and Team truly treated us like family and we look forward to future events with them.\r\rBest. Day. We could not be more pleased that we selected The Village Club for our wedding. The venue is an absolutely beautiful and spacious setting for only one wedding at a time. We had an outdoor ceremony overlooking the lake at sunset. The seating was both indoors and out during the cocktail hour. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The service was fantastic. Most especially, Nicole Guberman was a pleasure to work with from start to finish while planning our wedding. She was extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and detail oriented. Barry Rosenthal joined CulinArt Catering in 2018 bringing with him over 25 years of rich industry experience in both Sales and Operations. He has worked in top-tier prestige locations in New York City including Tavern on the Green and Gotham Hall and as well as on Long Island at Temple Israel of Lawrence and Woodbury Jewish Centre. Most recently Barry was the General Manager at Melrose Ballroom and prior to that he spent 7 years at Espace a New York City venue producing top-notch social and corporate events including Mitzvah’s, Weddings and not-for-profit events.
