Samantha Botello (manager). We absolutely loved our venue and the wedding team they have there to support you through the whole process! Samantha was absolutely phenomenal and happily answered my many emails with the biggest and smallest of questions. They have a preferred vendor list & a required vendor list, so probably not a good place for you if you want to bring in all of your vendors. However, the only required vendors are TVaF for catering & bar and a shortlist of vendors for day-of coordination. Everything else is open with a preferred vendor list for reference. Also - if you are a bride looking for an AMAZING rainy day plan, then the Vineyard is the place for you! We were very blessed to have a sunny/minimally cloudy wedding day, however, one of the biggest selling points of the Vineyard when we booked was their fabulous semi-enclosed patio that is perfect for rain plans! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our venue and the food/beverages they provided. They were an excellent team and all our guests spoke very highly of dinner & drinks!

We absolutely LOVED our venue! When looking around, we wanted a vineyard vibe that wasn’t going to break the bank. We were so lucky to find the Vineyard at Florence. I knew immediately when we arrived that we had to get married here! A huge plus for us was having a place for all our guests to stay on-site, as all of our guests were traveling from out of state. Guests were raving about the guest rooms, and the Winemaker Villa and Botticelli suite were just unreal! Although our initial wedding coordinator that was going to be through the vineyard ended up leaving, Stacey was so great in catching up with what we were doing and helping with the process and logistics. She was super responsive and helpful and made everything so easy for us.Overall we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect weekend to celebrate our new marriage, and highly recommend the Vineyard at Florence to make your wedding weekend a memorable one!

The Vineyard at Florence was the perfect place to get married! First off, the views speak for itself, but additionally the food, staff, and hospitality was just wonderful! Jennifer was with me though the entire planning process. She contacted outside vendors we had if needed and solved any issues/questions that came up during planning in a timely manner. As the day of coordinator, she made everything run smoothly, and perfectly!Many of our guests had explained “this is the best wedding food I’ve ever had” and I can agree wholeheartedly! From the rehearsaldinner meal and wedding meal, to the snacks and sandwiches brought to the bridal suite and wedding party rooms, everything was fantastic! The venue offers various locations and packages for your day, and they have different price points for food, and beer/liquor/wine options as well! They even offer villas for the guests and family to stay during the wedding weekend! With our out state family this was wonderful! I would 1000% recommend this venue for your wedding or special event! I can’t wait to go back with my husband just for a nice dinner, or weekend getaway!

With all the work that goes into planning a wedding, the Vineyard at Florence was so efficient and made the whole process run smoothly. Every last detail was thought of and I was always able to communicate and share my ideas throughout the planning process. The venue offered beauty, class and accommodated my guests and I with all the amenities offered for the wedding. The food and wine were amazing at my reception and everyone could comfortably enjoy the whole day! I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding! My husband and I are so happy with everything and thank the staff for there help, professionalism, and all of their hard work! I highly recommend The Vineyard at Florence for any couple looking for a venue for their wedding!

This place made our wedding dreams come true. My family had an amazing time, the property is breathtaking, and the sunset is so magical that made our wedding photos even more special. You feel like you're out on a retreat in Tuscany, and that's the exact feeling I wanted for my wedding. They're only growing more and more as a business so I can't wait to visit with my husband again! Here's a story of our day to show how professional the team here was; We booked the Winemakers villa for our stay, ceremony, and reception but unfortunately the wind was incredibly strong that day, and what seemed like a stressful situation at first, turned into an even better plan for our wedding. Jennifer(coordinator) was always highly attentive and aware of everything that was going on, she informed my husband (wanting to not stress the bride while I was getting ready) and kept communication constantly in order to make plan b happen due to the circumstances. Well.. plan B turned out amazing with Jennifer and the teams dedication, responsiveness, and hospitality. We loved every moment. Highly recommend this venue!

We had an amazing experience with The Vineyard at Florence!! If you are dreaming of a beautiful vineyard/winery wedding day in the Italian countryside, you have found your dream venue! It is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful and your day will be remembered for years! I am still dreaming about our wedding weekend and wish I could go back in time and relive it because it was that amazing! Jennifer was amazing to work with and was timely in answering my many emails and questions over our 1.5 year engagement during a pandemic, which added an additional layer of questions and concerns. She is creative and took all of my crazy visions and suggestions in stride. We even had our ceremony in an area of the property that had never been used before, and she nailed it down to every detail. The day of the wedding was seamless for me. She coordinated with my vendors including my florist, decorations rentals, and put out all of the extra things I brought with me. She kept things on time and I am so thankful that I did not have to deal with that. The end result was better than my wildest dreams. The value you get for the price you pay is better than anything in the central Texas area. The food at the Vineyard is very good, but it didn’t knock our socks off, so that is the reason for omitting one star.

After almost 6 years together, my husband and I finally decided to get married. We were both stationed on opposite sides of the country so we had to do the majority of our planning virtually. The Vineyard at Florence was the first venue we found and immediately fell in love with the pictures. I reached out and Jennifer was amazing! She helped make our vision a reality. She went above and beyond by conducting zoom appointments so we could see the venue. She also sent additional videos of the Botticelli Suite, which was the suite we ended up booking for our wedding night. Jennifer was available through every step of the process and was also very accommodating to all our needs. The chef also ensured my son’s dietary needs were met without compromising flavor or singling him out. Our ceremony and reception was at The Wine Maker’s Villa. It was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. We would choose TVAF every time! Thank you to TVAF and your staff for making our day super special and memorable!

The Vineyard at Florence is absolutely the perfect venue to get married at!! My husband and I wanted a location that we could have our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception at, along with the ability for guests to stay there and the vineyard gave us all of that and more. Jennifer, the catering coordinator, was completely on top of things leading up to our day and answered any questions I had. She was basically like a second wedding planner for me and I was so grateful to have her insight, since she knows the venue, the staff, and the food so well. Without her, this weekend would not have been as amazing as it was. The venue staff was on top of everything for us and our guests and they were willing to do anything and everything that we needed in order to make sure this weekend ran smoothly for us. And then there is the food... the food at the vineyard made our wedding a 5 star experience. I don't think I heard one bad thing about the food. They were completely willing to work with us to customize a menu we wanted and our guests could not have loved it more. If you want your wedding to be an entire wedding weekend experience and you want to be transported to a 5 star Italian resort for the weekend, the Vineyard at Florence is absolutely the place you must get married at!

The Vineyard at Florence is a gorgeous venue. From the accommodations, ceremony sites, and reception areas, it is breathtaking and romantic. During our year long preparation, the wedding coordinator changed, which caused a mistake in reserving bridal party accommodations. They did their best to make up for the mistake and, although it cost us more, it was a blessing in disguise. The rest of our preparations went so smoothly because of Pamela. She's a spectacular wedding coordinator for the venue. Pamela also stayed throughout our wedding, as it was hosted during normal business hours, and she helped so much! The venue is budget friendly for small weddings. We had 32 total attendees. They also have options for larger weddings. Honestly, one of the best parts was going back to the accommodations at the end of the night. They are phenomenal, comfortable, beautiful, spacious, full of wine...they are everything! The only thing I would have changed would be attending The Vineyard's brunch on Easter, the day after our wedding, as their food was in short supply and warm options were mostly cold. Their brunch is awesome any other day and we go back for it all the time!

Pamela was my main contact at the Vineyard at Florence and she was wonderful to work with. She was always willing to quickly answer my millions of questions. The venue even provided a free night stay, dinner, and wine in order to allow us to experience the venue first-hand and to have a face to face meeting to discuss wedding details. I had a lot of unexpected rainfall around my wedding date which caused a lot of last minute rearranging. Pamela was quick to provide alternatives and in the end she found a way to meet all of my needs. The biggest benefit of this venue is the on-site housing that my out of town guests utilized. Additionally there is 3 secluded suites that I was able to use for my bridesmaids and groomsmen. This provided us a place to get ready out of sight from the guests and take pre-wedding photos. I received lots of compliments on the venue and about how beautiful the rooms were. The venue also provides a generous complimentary breakfast for guests that stay on-site. Through my exhausting wedding venue searching process, I found this venue to provide the most bang for your buck. They charged on flat fee and provided security, table linens, bartenders and bartender supplies with that fee. There was no extra hidden costs like so many other places have. They also allow you to provide your own beer and liquor for one signature drink. You have to purchase all the wine through them (but they are a vineyard afterall). However, I did not end up purchasing any of the wine to be served at my wedding and I never felt pressured to do so. Overall, I do not regret having my wedding at the place and I would definitely recommend with stunning venue. The place is very aesthetically pleasing and makes for great wedding photos. Additionally, having a wonderful contact person like Pamela is a HUGE benefit when planning an event as big as a wedding.

My wedding at The Vineyard was simply beautiful - we could not have asked for better scenery. We got married by the big wooden gates and Tuscan-like cement wall. The nearby reception space was perfect for our 100 person party with dimmable lights, wine barrel bar, classy restroom and lovely patio. We also liked the ability to rent out the rooms and houses at The Vineyard so we could decompress and connect with our guests even after last call. We have just one area of caution - The Vineyard was not very responsive to our emailed questions, even during the last few weeks leading up to our wedding which made things more stressful than necessary. That said, the day of our wedding they were lovely and helped pitch in when our caterers' linens weren't long enough and we completely forgot our dessert trays (oops!). We will definitely come back to The Vineyard for a little R&R and a trip down memory lane.

The Vineyard was a fabulous find for our wedding and reception. We needed a spot convenient for family in Austin and Dallas and a venue that accommodated my vision of elegant country where adults and children would have fun sharin gin our celebration. Could not have been better. My only comment for the lovely people on staff was that Bride's room could have used the option of better lighting around the mirror outside the bathroom. Otherwise, the grounds are picturesque with great accommodations.

We had our wedding here on September 5, 2015. It was a picture perfect setting. We had the ceremony at the large wooden gates in the stone wall. It looked gorgeous. And Ella Amore was transformed into a beautiful and elegant room for the reception. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding. It was everything I imagined. It also made for wonderful pictures! When we first booked, Brittany was their coordinator. About mid-way through, she left for another opportunity and Judith took her place. I was nervous at first because Brittany was one of the reasons we booked here. However, Judith was awesome! She answered all my questions (and there were alot) and helped ease my stress and anxiety. She did a fantastic job getting everything organized for the rehearsal and wedding. And the wine was awesome too!

My husband and I were recently married at The Vineyard at Florence this past September. Words cannot even describe how happy and pleased we were with our choice to have our wedding at the Vineyard. From the beginning Brittney, the day of coordinator was so helpful. She answered all our questions (millions of email - sorry Brittney haha) leading up to the big day. Most of all, she was a HUGE help the day of. She knew exactly what to do and with the help of our rental company they had the entire ceremony and reception site looking beautiful!! The night went flawless with her direction and attention to our tentative schedule. The outdoor ceremony/venue was breath taking. We still get compliments on how gorgeous it was. The Vineyard alone is just so beautiful and once you add some flowers and lighting it comes alive. There are also villas to rent so if you and your family are out of town I recommend renting one and staying on the property. It was so nice to stay on site and enjoy the day before it got hectic. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing! :) Thank you Brittney and all the bar tenders, etc who helped with our wedding!

My wedding here was simply perfect! It's a bit pricey but it's also beautiful. \r\rThe villas are to die for! Stunning and peaceful. It was great not having to worry about driving home after the wedding. The only downside was that they don't serve breakfast so your guests have to wait until the restaurant opens at 11am to eat anything the morning after the wedding. \r\rOverall, the staff is awesome and the scenery is amazing. We had a perfect day!\r\r

Brittney and her team were wonderful from the start. I was an out of town bride and she made planning super easy with her preferred vendor list and local knowledge. The vineyard is incredible so you can't go wrong. They also had on site suites and villas for almost all of our immediate family to stay in. If your looking for a beautiful outdoor ceremony site, amazing staff and excellent value you have to check out The Vineyard at Florence. We will be back for our anniversary to sit back, sip wine and enjoy the views of Texas hill country.

I highly recommend The Vineyard at Florence. Not only is this venue absolutely breathtaking, but the people there are so wonderful. Brittney and Shawna were my coordinators, and they were always so friendly and accommodating. They truly cared about my wedding and wanted me and my husband to be happy with every detail. Brittney was always very prompt and thorough in responding to my questions and concerns even when my wedding was more than a year away! Thanks to them, I was confident that everything would go smoothly and it did!!\r\rWhile it is on the pricier side, it was well worth it for me and my husband as it is truly a one-of-a-kind venue that we can go back and visit on special occasions and our anniversary. When we were looking at venues, it was pouring down rain; however, the vineyard was still absolutely beautiful and we fell in love with it the moment we laid eyes on it. We knew it would be the perfect spot, rain or shine, to say I do. (Rain is actually very rare in that part of the hill country, so it is another plus if you want an outdoor ceremony.)

On my long search for an in-state destination venue, I found the Vineyward at Florence on a trip to Salado, Tx. The staff especially Shawna and Brittney were amazing. Words cannot expressed how professional, sweet and organized they were in helping us plan our wedding day. They were above and beyond my expectations in helping me plan our wedding. The venue itself is breathtaking. All my guests raved that it was the most beautiful venue and wedding they have been to. Being 6 hours away from your wedding venue was a very big challenged but they were more than willing to help over the phone and email. We did our ceremony and reception outside in September and the weather was absoltely perfect. My mother and I has been to 9 other venues before coming here and they were very strict about schedules and rushing us through the day. The Vineyard Florence allowed us to have the venue for our entire wedding. They only book 1 wedding per weekend which was very important to us. There is a spa area for the girls to get ready and there are 4 villas and 2 townhomes that our guests stayed which made it even more perfect. \r\rOur day of coordinater was Brittney Reddig and she definitely was more than helpful than just the day of. She went beyond her role as the day of coordinator and helped me in ideas and planning for the day. They really become a part of your family when planning a wedding. \r\rThe venue is just beautiful and the wine is awesome! I wouldn't have changed my venue for anything in the world. I can't wait to go back for future events and future vacations! Thank you!!

My wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to Brittney at The Vineyard at Florence! The vineyard is the perfect rustic italian vineyard I was looking for. Brittney was just so helpful and flexible. She was available for anything I needed, and worked with our caterer, Royal Fig Catering, to make everything beautiful. I have the \"lucky\" distinction to be the first bride to have to use a rain contingency plan at the vineyard, so we had to change plans to move everything inside three days before the wedding. Brittney and the vineyard did whatever it took to make it work. They even closed the tasting room, which ordinarily stays open during weddings, to ensure I had exactly what I wanted! The villas that are available to rent on the property are the most romantic places to stay. One night stay is included when you choose the vineyard as your venue. I could not have chosen a more beautiful or helpful venue to have my wedding!!!
