Having our wedding at The Vineyards at Aquebogue was beyond a dream come true. Kate and Russ create pure magic for you - not just on the day of your wedding, but during the entire process. They made it so easy for us when we had to move our wedding, due to the pandemic. They would get on the phone with us, send us photos, and set up in-person meetings whenever I had crazy amounts of questions. We always got an honest opinion on what to splurge on, and what wasn’t really ‘our style’ from Kate – she never steered us wrong. The day of our wedding Kate told my wedding coordinator that there were flowers leftover from the previous night’s wedding, with our exact same color palate, and asked if we wanted to use them as well. That was so thoughtful, and the extra unwanted flowers got to be admired again. We had our wedding outside, in November, and the landscape was stunning. Getting married under an arbor with a view of the waterfall, gazebo, and vineyards was spectacular. The food was unbeatable – during cocktail hour we had pasta cooked in wheels of cheese, oysters shucked to order, baby lambchops… and our guest were so stuffed but they still managed to eat their dinners – the Chateau-Briand steak (with the peppercorn gravy, as per Kate’s suggestion) and lasagna (yes, the vegetarian option), were the absolute standouts. The reception area is gorgeous, the highlight being these beautiful Edison lights over the dance floor (definitely upgrade for those), and the grand double staircase. Once the cocktail room was cleaned, they opened it up too, so you had so much space and so many options to hang out – if you wanted intimate conversation or being on the dancefloor all night, you had options. We also used the recommended band Crossing Midnight (with 9 pieces, including saxophone and bongos) and I’m still having people tell me it was the best music at a wedding that they’ve ever been to. The Maître D’, Michelle, was on top of everything, the bartenders were quick and we never had a line, and the staff was professional and courteous. The Vineyards at Aquebogue is different because they’re not ‘just a catering hall’. There’s only one wedding at a time, it’s so uniquely rustic and elegant, and you’re not treated like just ‘another bride’. You are important, you become family, and you will be taken care of.

From the moment we saw the venue in person we knew this would be the perfect place for our wedding. It is covered in greenery and plants outside that lend a hand to the venues natural beauty. We especially loved that there was an indoor option for everything and that we wouldn't need to worry about renting a tent if it rained (thankfully it didn't). Our wedding had over 200 people and I must have heard comments from every person that they thought the venue was fantastic and special. Kate helped us every step of the way and always answered emails promptly. I highly recommend having your wedding or event here!

I can’t say enough good things about the vineyards. Kate was an absolute pleasure to work with and was super kind and responsive to all our emails and requests. Kevin was an amazing maitre’d and allowed for my husband and I to relax the entire night while he handled everything else! He made things run SO smoothly there was not 1 hiccup!!! Wendy was our bridal attendant and she was also very kind and sweet! I loved her idea to repurpose some flowers on our originally very bare wedding cake, our cake was GORGEOUS after she did that! The venue is gorgeous, the food is UNREAL and we really just had the most amazing time because of the staff there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Having our wedding at The Vineyards at Aquebogue was beyond a dream come true real life Pinterest board . Kate and Russ were so nice to work with . The venue staff put everything exactly where I wanted it and it was beautiful - The entire process was amazing and they were super accommodating last min due to some guest changes .The venue was made for weddings and was unforgettable. Guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been too and the food was 10/10

The Vineyards were everything that we had hoped for for our wedding day and more. Not only are the grounds amazing, but the food and service are all on par as well. Everyone is extremely attentive and makes sure that you have everything you need for the big day. The lead up to our wedding was a breeze and their experience really puts your mind at ease. All of our guests raved about every facet of the night and they all ventured the grounds to take in the incredible views. If you're looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, look no further. Kate answered all of our questions and was quick to respond. She really made sure that the experience was a positive process the entire was through. Russ made himself available anytime we needed and there weren't any surprises. Worth every penny.

Kate was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was easy to speak with, answered all of my crazy questions with a smile and a quick response too! All of the staff were 10/10 especially Matt & Wendy! The Vineyards at Aquebogue was our dream wedding venue to get married at. Everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing! During the planning process, I had questions emailed to Kate and she responded very quickly. When we first arrived at the vineyards on the day of the wedding, Kevin greeted us in the bridal suite. Kevin was AMAZING!!! My family still talks about how great and attentive he was. He was so organized and kept the wedding day go smoothly. At one point, I wanted to change something around and he immediately changed it. He made sure my wedding day was whatever my husband and I wanted. The venue was breathtaking and food was amazing. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was. Highly recommend choosing this venue. It was the best day ever!

We had our eye on The Vineyards a couple of years before we got engaged. When the time came to pick a venue, we took a tour at The Vineyards and knew right away there was no need to look any further! The grounds are breathtaking, the service is impeccable, the communication is on point, the food was to die for. The view and the food were two things our guests couldn’t stop talking about! They would say how stuffed they were after the amazing cocktail hour but come dinner and dessert they couldn’t resist! Kate was our go to over the year and a half of wedding planning. She was prompt in her responses, gave great suggestions when we asked her for advice, and made sure we had everything we wanted for our special day. Our maitre’d Michelle and bridal attendant Amanda were amazing! Michelle kept the day moving along in a respectful and timely fashion and made sure there was nothing missing on our special day. Amanda worked with a smile the whole time assisting the bride and making sure we had everything we needed. We are thankful to all the workers at The Vineyards for a seamless day, it takes a village! Our guests couldn't say enough about how good the food was and how beautiful the space was. My wife and I always wanted to get married on a vineyard and choosing the Vineyards at Aquebogue was the perfect decision. Kate was extremely informative and made us feel comfortable from the start, being a same sex couple you never know what you are going to get but we have nothing but good things to say about this venue. The day of, Jaime and Wendy were there every step of the way to help us feel stress free and have the day run seamlessly. All of our guests raved about the grounds… our wedding day overall was amazing.

Wow I do not know where to start. During the entire planning process Kate so was patient and attentive to our needs and questions. On our wedding day the maître d’ Michelle and the bridal attendant Wendy were absolutely AMAZING. They made the day flow so seamlessly and made sure my husband and I were taken care of if we needed another cocktail or anything. Our guests fell in love with the venue almost as much as we did when we chose it. We received countless compliments on our choice of venue how it was not “just another catering hall” and that the pictures didn’t do it justice it was even more jaw dropping gorgeous in person. I wish I could give more than 5 stars really!!!!!!!

The grounds ensured an unforgettable experience for both us and our guests.One of the highlights of our wedding was undoubtedly the delectable food served amidst the natural beauty of the outdoors. The culinary team spared no effort in crafting a menu that celebrated local flavors and showcased the region's finest ingredients. From the first appetizer to the dessert, each dish was delicious. All the guests raved about the food for days and weeks after our wedding. Throughout the entire event, the staff at the vineyard went above and beyond to ensure every detail was executed flawlessly. Kate was amazing to work with and made the whole experience so simple and special . On the day the waitstaff who served with grace and warmth, their commitment to excellence was palpable. My husband and I got married at the Vineyards at Aquebogue on April 1, 2023. First let me say, my wedding was a fairytale and I could not wished for anything more beautiful then what the Vineyards provided me on that day. Kate was my lifeline at the Vineyards. She helped me with all the questions I had and more. She is an essential part of the venue and loves what she does and it shows. I could never imagine being so at ease on this day and this has to do with all the staff at the Vineyards. Kevin was my maître d. He took care of everything that day, things ran so smoothly. I can not thank him enough. The vendors that the Vineyards provides with their package are also ALL amazing. Everyone of them did their part to make mine and my husbands day so special. The grounds and building are magnificent and was exactly what I was looking for when I thought of my rustic vineyard wedding. All my guests said how much of a good time they had here and I was so thrilled everyone enjoyed their time. I could not recommend the Vineyards enough to people who are looking for a wedding venue.

From start to finish we had an amazing experience with our venue. We heard nothing but great things prior to and after booking at this location and it definitely lived up to our expectations! Kate was so helpful and extremely prompt in answering any questions we had, and the whole experience was extremely organized. As for the venue itself it is so beautiful and very updated, clean and well kept. It looked beautiful on our wedding day just as we pictured! The food was amazing and we got so many compliments from our guests. All of the staff were exceptional and everything on the day of went super smoothly with a special thanks to our maitre de Kevin. We would recommend this venue to everyone!

Wow just wow. Blown away with not only the venue, but everyone at The Vineyards at Aquebogue that made our wedding so very special and feel like a dream. I could not imagine a better wedding experience and it's all thanks to them. I know people say to expect venue glitches on your wedding day and to just roll with it. We did not have any glitches. If anything, I was constantly blown away with how much better everything looked and went than I could have ever imagined. Definitely recommend opting for the Captain, Bridal Attendant, and Maitre'd they offer. Not only did they help the day go flawlessly, they constantly checked in with us and made sure we were fed and got to enjoy all the fun, food, and drinks.We had numerous guests say how good the food was and had some guests even tell us it was the best wedding they have ever been to!The venue itself is gorgeous and a huge space. We had our ceremony and reception here on what will likely be the coldest day of 2023. The flow from room to room was incredible and the scenery changes were quick and flawless.Special shoutout to Kate who we worked with throughout the process. She's amazing and is incredibly helpful and responsive. Run don't walk to book this wedding venue!

There are no words to describe how incredible our wedding was at The Vineyards! From the very beginning working with Kate, to the day of, having Kevin as our maitre d', it was a picture perfect day! We are hearing nothing but rave reviews from all of our guests. The food was delicious, the setting was gorgeous and all of the preferred vendors suggested from the Vineyard were beyond wonderful. We toured the Vineyards at Aquebogue over a year and a half before our wedding date. We were hooked immediately. Kate and Russ were attentive to all of our questions and concerns, and made us feel like we were the most important people, even though our wedding was so far away. As the date approached, they were communicative in and attentive to payment deadlines, menu selections, and vendor coordination. We knew we were in good hands the whole time. Kate and Russ really went above and beyond making our wedding day what we had imagined! We dropped all of our props and favors off a few days before the big day (a little bit late, may I add), and Kate was still professional and calm. We provided her with a list of generally where we wanted things placed and she miraculously knew exactly what we were thinking. Our attendants Wendy and Matt were so attentive the day of, and made everything run smoothly. The biggest surprise was that they made sure we were able to eat some of the food from cocktail hour! All our married friends joked with us beforehand that they never got to eat anything from their wedding, and we were presented with a plate of cocktail hour food and drinks while taking photos. We did not have to worry about anything under the care of the team at the Vineyards at Aquebogue. The food is delicious, the grounds are stunning, and it was the perfect venue for our wedding. We cannot thank the Vineyards enough for making our wedding everything we hoped it would be.

When we first saw the venue, we were stunned by how beautiful the building and grounds were, but it was talking with Kate Wiggins (Sales Director) that solidified us to want to have our wedding there. The planning process was so seamless (and fun!) all thanks to Kate and we could not be happier with how everything turned out. Kate was such a calming presence throughout the planning process and offered such amazing advice and support along the way. (I accidentally ordered the wrong size bags for our Pretzel to go station and she suggested doing Pretzel twists instead so they could fit in the bags!) We were also so impressed with all the vendors they suggested and how smoothly everything went the day of. Matt (Maitre d’) and Wendy (Bridal Attendant) were so amazing to us the whole day as were the rest of the staff. We have received so many compliments on how delicious the food was (highly recommend the Lobster Risotto for fish main) and everyone had an amazing time. We hope to be there again sometime in the future for another event!

10/29/22 Review - The Vineyards were the definition of a dream venue. From Kate to our maitre’d Michelle they were both amazing to work with from start to finish. We had the most perfect day beginning with the weather and everything running so smooth on timing and food. Our guests raved about the food and how delicious and different everything was. Kate was so flexible with whatever we wanted done and do for our perfect day. She was prompt in responses and organized for anything we would’ve missed or forgot when planning. Michelle was a dream. She took care of me and my husband the entire night. Made sure we ate and drank water and took care of our parents too! Everything was so seamless and I wish I could relive that day 100 more times. If you’re considering this venue, don’t walk - run! It’s the most amazing place and amazing experience and we couldn’t have asked for better.

The most unbelievable wedding venue EVER! My family and friends still cannot stop talking about it. Kate, Russ and Kevin are a dream to work with - attentive, understanding and will make anything you want happen!Do NOT be deterred from using this venue if you have a big party. We had 250 guests and used the cocktail hour room as our dance floor - BEST DECISION EVER! People could not stop talking about the venue layout and its beauty. Also, the food is unbelievable. Book this venue, you will not regret it!

My husband and I got married at the vineyards on 8/5/22 and the entire day was nothing short of amazing! Kate was extremely responsive during our entire wedding process, answered all of our questions & was an absolute joy to work with. Kevin was our maitre’d who was AMAZING! He was with us the entire day, allowed us to attend cocktail hour & also extremely present during our entire reception. Our guests RAVED about the grounds of the vineyards, ability to have cocktail hour also on the grounds, play cornhole and enjoy drinks and food outside. The food was off the charts and cannot recommend the vineyards enough! You’ll be in great hands!

When I visited the Vineyards at Aquebogue I knew I would not be looking any further for a venue to host our wedding on 6/16/2022. This place was the right one for us. I wanted somewhere spacious and a place that hosted one wedding per day, especially with the fluctuations in COVid cases.I was so excited I found the place that had everything on my list. To further ensure this was not just a fluke I made another visit prior to committing and the feeling was the same all over again I fell in-love!!!Kate made the pre wedding process simple which helped to minimize my anxiety. She was easily accessible and if she was not available Russ was there to step right in.The food was excellent, the venue clean. beautiful, spacious with a mix of rustic and glamourous combined elegantly, the staff friendly and knowledgeable.The day of my wedding OMG Kevin and Amanda what a delight they were. I felt like a princess from start to finish. My needs were anticipated even before I uttered a request.My guests over 200 of them had nothing but great feedback and that really mattered to my husband and I.Anyone looking for a venue you need not look any further you will not regret having this place host the most special day of your life.

The moment we walked into the cocktail room at the Vineyards we knew it was the place for us. Russ instantly eased any booking anxiety we had with his honest and open communication during our visit. During the planning process, Kate was super responsive and answered any questions we had. No request seemed out of the ordinary and their “nonchalant-less” put me at ease. With no issue I visited the Vineyards a few times to show family members the space and plan out some details. The tasting in the winter was flawless; the food was spectacular and helped us make our menu choices. It again was reassuring to visit the space and see what the reality would be with 100+ people. Using the online portal was super helpful leading up to the big day, with access to all documents, questions, and details you could ever need. Our final meeting went smoothly and we communicated any special requests/set ups we had. The wedding day went perfectly. My maitre’d, Michelle, and bridal assistant were on top of it. Again, everything seemed routine and went according to plan. The bridal suite was an amazing space to hang out before our entrances and the new outdoor deck is beautiful. During cocktail hour Michelle brought us plates of food and gave us a chance to enjoy before returning to the party. She checked in on us periodically to get us drinks, coordinate pictures, etc. From start to finish the night was absolutely perfect. At the end, they had everything packed up for us in the bins we gave them in. They allowed for us to come back the next day to pick everything up, along with some food, desserts, and our leftover cake…this was so appreciated! Since the wedding I have gotten nonstop compliments about the gorgeous space, INCREDIBLE cocktail hour, and food! I am so, so happy we chose the Vineyards at Aquebogue and I hope I can be a guest there soon!

The Vineyards made our wedding day truly unforgettable. From the absolute beginning of Kate answering my MANY questions and emails with grace to the Maître d Kevin that would not rest until my day of was perfect. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The planning was as stress free as it could be, The food was unreal excellent and the day ceremony space and cocktail hour were all breathtaking. The only thing that happened when planning is they were not able to get some of the alcohol we requested our wedding day but I am so impressed how they handled and made up for it. If you're considering this venue I say yes 1000 times

Our wedding was a dream come true and we owe so much to Kate and The Vineyards. Kate was amazing from start to finish and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. My guests are raving how amazing it was. I even got a few “the best wedding I’ve ever been too”. The service, food, atmosphere was superb. We wanted a “rustic, romantic, chic vibe” and The Vineyard’s was everything and more. Everything from all the planning to the day of was seamless. We just got married on a Thursday April 14th 2022 (the day before our 10 year anniversary)! We were blessed with gorgeous weather, a breathtaking venue, and the best vendors!We had our ceremony outside and the scenery was stunning! We did our first look by the weeping willow tree. There were chickens in the background which was soo cool (we are chicken people)! The ceremony area is lined with pretty flowers and a backdrop of greenery and the vineyards. They also allowed our dogs to be there for photos and the ceremony. It means the world to us that we had our babies there! The venue was super helpful with decorating and breaking down the decorations. They allowed us to come back the next day to pick them up. Kate answered our questions right away throughout the planning process. The food was to die for!!! All our guests were raving about it and still are! The bridal suite is comfortable and large. There is even a deck balcony that you can go on and take pictures that overlooks the vineyards and outdoor ceremony area.*For vendors we did the vendor package. Since we didn’t need transportation we took that out of the package. We also got the ice cream favor cart but honestly we could have taken that out as well because not many guests took advantage of it when leaving. Maybe it would have been better if we had it in the reception area instead of the welcome/lobby area as they were leaving.

From the moment we walked into this venue we knew we found exactly what we dreamed of for our big day. The entire staff was amazing and easy to work with. I had to postpone my first date due to covid and Kate made the entire process easy and stress free. She was always quick to answer emails and questions and made us feel very comfortable. On the day of the wedding all the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our wedding was beautiful, the food was amazing and we have no complaints. It was the BEST!

As soon as I saw the cocktail hour room, I knew I wanted to have my wedding here. We actually had a tour of another venue that we ended up canceling because I already made my decision. We got married here on 2/26/22 and it was 100000% my dream wedding. Throughout the planning process, Kate was always quick to answer my emails and questions (especially towards the end when I was emailing her every time I thought of another question). The day of, we were able to arrive a little bit early for photos and what not which was great. We didn't feel rushed to finish all the photos before guests arrived. They followed all oof my instructions on where I wanted all my signs and extra decor ( I can be very particular and controlling with stuff like this - I also planned the entire thing - , but it was all perfect). The Maitre'd and bridal attendant were constantly making sure both my husband and I were ok, and didn't need anything. They also made sure I always had a drink in my hand, and time to eat. The food was AMAZING, we got soooo many compliments on the food and how delicious everything was. Everyone says that something ALWAYS goes wrong on your wedding day, but I really can't think of a single issue I had! It was my dream come true; my vision brought to life. The venue is gorgeous and my florist (verbena designs) had all the greenery and decor match perfectly with my vision and the feel of the venue.

This venue is gorgeous! Kate, Russ, and Jamie were always so attentive, supportive, calm, cool and collected. They made the experience so smooth and we genuinely appreciated it. All of our guests cannot stop raving about the stunning venue. We keep hearing how \"epic the night was\" and \"how great it felt to enjoy the moment\" or how \"phenomenal the food was.\" We are still on cloud nine and wish we could repeat it all over again. The staff was so flexible and professional from beginning to the end of the day. This venue is by far the best venue on Long Island. I've been in like 12 different weddings, so I've seen a lot of weddings, this one takes the cake! I might be a little bias, but... If you are thinking of booking a wedding or any other type of party, you need to check it out!

I had only heard amazing things about The Vineyards as we were planning our wedding and i can confirm they were all true. This place is fantastic!! We had a small wedding ~100pp and i didnt want the traditional Long Island ballroom venue and they were exactly what i wanted, we fell in love with it the minute we walked in. Their selling point is definitely the cocktail room so we decided to invert the traditional order and have our reception out there and it was literally a dream. Our guests still rave about the place, the food and their amazing staff. Kevin was our Maitre D and he had everything running so smoothly, i didnt feel stressed even for a second from the minute we got there, he even got us a shot of tequila literally 30s before we walked down the aisle. Our bartenders were also a hit with everyone, no one had to ever wait for a drink, and they were so nice one of them actually walked from behind the bar to give me a napkin when i was crying at during the speeches. Kate is the sweetest, most patient human in the world and put up with all my emails and questions, even when i found out i had my timeline all wrong a week before the wedding :)We postponed our wedding from Jan 2021 to Nov 2021 and they were so understanding and helpful and we didnt have to pay a dime more. Please, please run and book your wedding at The Vineyards, it will be the best day!

Needless to stay The Vineyards are stunning without any of our extra details. Kate and the team were so helpful and made everything seamless. The bridal party suits up stairs were key for our party to relax and have fun as my husband and I were taking our photos. The cocktail hour space is just so dreamy, love at first sight. They have a golf cart to shuttle you around the property for different photo locations which is very helpful if it's very cold like it was on our wedding day, or hot for that matter! The food was amazing! Unfortunately we did not eat too much at cocktail hour because you know how that goes but everyone was raving about it. The cake was supplied through a local bakery and was beautiful and delicious.

We had our wedding here on the evening of 10/30/2021 and it was absolutely spectacular! Kate and Russ are attentive, kind, and very quick with all responses! Like many COVID weddings we had to reschedule from 2020 to 2021 and it was such and easy process with The Vineyards at Aquebogue. They made sure that every detail of our wedding was taken care of! Especially within the final month of our wedding, Kate would answer our questions via call, text, or email even on her days off. We would receive her automated response followed by the answer to our question within minutes. It’s obvious that they both have been doing this for a long time and genuinely want to help make the most important day of your life magical. Michelle our matrie d’ was incredible! All day it had been raining. The ceremony was set to be inside! One hour before the wedding the rain stopped and she looked at the radar with us and helped to move the entire wedding outside! The entire staff worked so hard to move everything from indoors to outdoors. Wendy, our bridal attendant, was kind and supportive too! Throughout the entire night the staff made sure that not only us but all of our guest were happy and attended to as well! The food was amazing! Our guests were raving about cocktail hour, the entree’s, and our donut wall!! It was a night of never ending delicious food!! We truly cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. It is not only a beautiful location it is run by conscientious, kind, and smart people. Thank you for the wedding of our dreams!!

I had my wedding here last weekend and it was truly Everything I dreamed of! The venue was beautiful and had plenty of space indoors and outdoors. The ceremony was perfect, with a magical setting amongst the Vinyards. The colors were stunning this time of year. The food was incredible, from the cocktail hour, the reception and dessert. Kate and Russ were a pleasure to work with and were extremely accommodating and made the day flawless. This venue knows exactly how to plan and execute the perfect wedding. The best wedding venue on Long Island!! When my husband and I first started the wedding planning process, we looked at destination venues, but thank goodness my mother-in-law insisted we try to look at venues closer to home because we found The Vineyards! The Vineyards was the first place we toured, and I knew it was the one the moment we pulled up. No grounds are more beautiful, there are no rooms better decorated, and there is no team of experts quite like here. Like many other couples, my husband and I had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID-19, but Kate and Russ were so understanding and incredibly accommodating while trying to find a new date.Kate was incredibly responsive to every question we sent her way via email and accommodated every request we had for our big day. And of course, most importantly, the food and drinks were all absolutely incredible! We had the pleasure of having the incredible team of Jaime and Wendy as our Maitre d’ and Bridal Attendant. They truly made the night go so smoothly. We cannot thank this team enough for making our day absolutely perfect, even while all of us prayed that the rain didn’t stop us from having our outdoor ceremony (which it didn’t, and it came out perfect and more beautiful than I could have imagined!!). Definitely book your wedding or another special event here!

I am leaving this review based on the Vineyards lack of professionalism. My husband and I booked our wedding for October 2020 but unfortunately COVID caused us to postpone to the following year. After deciding to get married on our original date, we chose to cancel our postponed 2021 date. Kate and Russ were understanding, however; I was not entitled to a refund until the date was rebooked. It is now nearly a year later and the date is not rebooked and I have not been refunded. My emails have gone unanswered and there has been no evidence of the date attempting to be sold. It is a very disappointing position to be in. They are withholding thousands of dollars from my husband and I for circumstances out of our control.

The only reason I'm not leaving a 5 star review is because I have celiac disease and asked for a lot of specific gluten free requests that weren't met, but I was told would be accommodated. No one got sick!! I was just slightly annoyed that I was told yes and a lot of those things didn't happen. Other than that I was told by all of my friends and family it's the best wedding they've ever been to!!! Kate was so helpful and quick to respond throughout the entire planning process, the tasting was great (and free!), Kevin who was running the wedding on the day-of was fantastic at taking care of my husband and I throughout the evening. I am still getting compliments on the food and how much there was for everyone! The bartenders and waiters were fantastic. The staff really did a fantastic job. I don't think I saw anyone ever without a drink in their hand. No lines at the bar, or at the cocktail hour. Planning a wedding during COVID was anything but easy but Kate made it a breeze, we were easily able to change our date with no additional charge. Things changed everyday but thankfully by the time our wedding rolled around we were able to enjoy with no restrictions. I pray that happens for the rest of the brides out there!

Our wedding at the Vineyards was more than we could have ever imagined. Kate and Russ made the planning process easy and answered every question we had especially during the uncertainty of planning a wedding during the Covid pandemic. Our day was extremely organized and the staff made sure every detail was perfect. Our Maitre’d Michelle was absolutely amazing- she made every moment of the day go seamlessly and our bridal attendant Wendy was extremely helpful every step of the way- making sure we ate, bustling my dress etc. Our guests raved about how beautiful the Vineyards was especially the cocktail hour, how attentive the staff was, and how great the food was. we just had our wedding at the Vineyards and it was an absolute dream. from start to finish everything was executed perfectly. the planning process could not have been easier with Kate. she was always available to answer questions and they have a planning website that is a great tool!our day was so beautiful and went off without a hitch. our maitre d Kevin was a Rockstar and guided us through the whole day. also my bridal attendant Meg was so helpful with making sure we ate, bustling my dress and so much more. all of our guests raved about how beautiful the space was!! its truly one of a kind. we also did a Saturday afternoon wedding and I wouldn't trade it for anything.BOOK NOW!!

Paige and I were lucky to have Russ help us plan and re-plan our wedding day a half dozen times throughout this summer. We did not have our reception at the Vineyard, but Russ and Kate helped us put together an offset wedding reception at MTK 360 Downs which Lessing's also caters weddings for. He was extremely patient with our countless texts and phone calls trying to put together new ideas to make our wedding happen this year. Throughout all the stress and anxiety of putting together our wedding, Russ was calm and collected, listening to every little detail we had asked for. We were able to put together precisely what we envisioned thanks to Russ and his team. Everyone who was able to attend our reception had nothing but compliments on how beautiful who everything turned out. None of that would have been possible without Russ. Paige and I are extremely grateful for all the help and support. You helped create a wedding day we will never forget.

It was an absolute pleasure working with the Vineyards. I want to start by saying we were so lucky to have the opportunity to work with Kate. She was so efficient, organized, professional, and warm. Not only that, Kate answered every chaotic email I sent her in a timely fashion. I was planning the wedding alone and Kate was so helpful at easing my worries. The staff at the Vineyards went above and beyond with help and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. I loved working with the maitre’d and even the bar staff was awesome. They took great care of us through-out the whole day. The venue itself looked incredible the day of our wedding. The linens and table settings along with the front entrance and the ceremony set-up was beautiful. There was so much care in everything they did. Everyone had a great time with the lawn games too. The service the whole day was impeccable. Not only that, everyone raved about the food. We loved having the option to have an extended cocktail hour and so did our guests. It’s been a few months since our wedding and people are still talking about the food and the overall atmosphere of the venue. We can not recommend the Vineyards enough. If you’re looking for a vineyard wedding this is the venue to book!

We had our dream wedding here on 10/5/19. I have been in the event industry for a little over 6 years so I have seen almost every wedding venue on the island. Needless to say I was picky when we were looking into our venue. The first day we saw the Vineyards we left our deposit and picked our date. Russ toured us around the facilities and we fell in love. The ceremony area, cocktail hour room and rest of the grounds were beautiful and it was extremely reassuring to know that Russ genuinely took pride in what they are doing there. The place was clean and well manicured and when you ask him a specific question he doesn't filibuster like a salesperson - he is a straight shooter through and through. I really liked that about him, he didn't yes you to death and then not deliver - he kept his word on every request we made when it came to the night of. To me, this place is one of a kind on Long Island, everything feels authentic - you get that unique North Fork Vineyard vibe without the headache of site fees + rental fees + off premises catering. The day and night of the wedding was an absolute dream, everything was perfect. My wife and I truly had the time of our lives and could not have been happier - guests raved about the venue and food for months. I feel bad for couples who go through their wedding day and then regret the money they spent - The Vineyards was worth every cent.

We had our 9/1/19 wedding at The Vineyards and it was all we could have asked for, and more! Kate was so great to work with, offered tons of suggestions, and made sure that everything we wanted was incorporated into our day. I went into the morning a little anxious (like every bride on their wedding day), but once I got to The Vineyards all my stress was gone; the whole team is so professional and makes sure that every part of the day goes as smooth as possible. I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about a thing, which made me truly able to enjoy the entirety of this special day. We used the daytime wedding package, and every vendor included was spectacular, and so many of our guests really enjoyed the earlier wedding time. We still have friends and family telling us about how the grounds were beautiful, food was delicious and plentiful, and that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Thanks so much to Lessings and The Vineyards for making our day perfect!

This was literally everything we wanted in a venue and a wedding. The Vineyards is the kind of venue for if you want a \"whimsical\" wedding--full of flowers, beautiful patios, color in every room. The venue is already gorgeous without really needing to do anything.The staff was fantastic. We dealt with Kate and Hannah in booking and organizing the venue. They were calm, collected, and knowledgeable in every aspect of the planning process. Likewise, our bridal attendant and maitre d', Jade and Kevin, were so great on the day keeping us on schedule and handling things as they came up.Our guests still tell us our wedding and this venue was the best of the summer for them.

When I first took a tour of the Vineyards I knew right away that I wanted my wedding there. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and I pictured myself getting married under the gorgeous pergola. The cocktail our patio and the reception hall are absolutely stunning you will not find beauty like this at any other venue. But not only is it gorgeous, the staff was absolutely amazing. Extremely professional, prompt, and just so friendly. Kate is an absolute doll to work with. She was literally everywhere at once. This is the woman you want by your side on your wedding day. I'm the kind of person that needs to know everything, but Kate took control and I knew I was in good hands I completely trusted her and thank god I did because she was spectacular. I really cannot say enough good things about how perfect my wedding day was but I will end this review with a short note. My family is from the city and it was hard for them to envision why I wanted to have my wedding at the Vineyards so it was a little disheartening. But last week my dad asked me to come over because he wanted to tell me something. He told me that it was one of the best weddings he's ever been too and every single one of his friends and family members were so impressed and had the best time. He told me he was very proud go me for seeing something in this venue that he couldn't see at first. If you're leaning as to where to have your venue just pick this one, you cannot go wrong. The vineyards is a one of a kind venue that will make your little rustic heart flutter. Everything from the second we walked in the building until we left was impeccable. The staff was incredible and didn’t miss a beat! If you’re looking to have the wedding of your dreams straight off your Pinterest board this is your venue. The cocktailHour is UNREAL and provides tons of seating for your guests (something you rarely see but makes a difference) the suggested vendors were all amazing. There is not one single thing I would change about our magical day. It was legit the best day of our life.

Russ and Kate were always available to answer questions, I stopped by several times just to see the place and figure out my \"vision\" for the wedding. The landscaping is amazing, the food is great and everything came together effortlessly on the day. The maitre'D Kevin was incredible and made our day run smoothly. My guests could not believe how beautiful the venue was and commented on the delicious food options at both cocktail hour and the reception. We could not have picked a more perfect place to celebrate our special day. Thank you!

My husband and I got married at the Vineyards on 10/11/19. I do not have enough good things to say about this venue and the people who work there. From the first time we toured the venue with Russ in the summer of 2018, we immediately knew we were going to get married there. We booked immediately and for the 14-15 months from booking to our wedding, Kate and Russ were professional, available, patient and accommodating with our seemingly never-ending list of questions, concerns and requests- from dimensions of the room for our sweetheart table backdrop, to numbers and sizes of tables for table runners and centerpieces. I ALWAYS received an immediate response and was never made to feel like a burden even though I would have driven myself crazy if i were them. The food tasting was great, and both Kate and Russ walked around to spend time conversing with each prospective couple. They are truly the best at what they do. My husband and i dropped boxes of decorations the week of our wedding, and they put all of the decorations where we requested at no additional charge. They were also accommodating when we requested to pick everything up the following day, because we didn't arrange for transportation for our belongings the night of. Our wedding went flawlessly because of the work of everyone at the Vineyards- including the bartenders, servers, out Maitre D Kevin and bridal attendant Jade. Kevin cracked a joke right before I walked down the aisle because I was a nervous wreck- I don't even remember what he said but I remember laughing and feeling calm and it was exactly what I needed. Jade was such a sweetheart. Our wedding cake did not look like what we had ordered, and she immediately fixed the problem- covering it up with flowers from our bridesmaids bouquets. She did such a beautiful job and I will never forget that. I always wanted to get married outside, but the week of our wedding was very windy and kind of chilly so we opted for an indoor ceremony because we wanted our guests to feel comfortable and truly enjoy the ceremony. It was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. If you want an unforgettable, beautiful, stress-free wedding day, this is the place. The service, in my opinion, is unmatched. We will never forget our wedding day at The Vineyards.

We had the most spectacular wedding day at the Vineyards at Aquebogue! We first chose the Vineyards because of its gorgeous cocktail deck and the very professional and knowledgeable Kate Wiggins. From start to finish, Kate and the rest of the sales management team communicated with us effectively and in a very timely manner. The whole planning process was seamless. I also have to note that Lessing's has made noticeable improvements in the landscaping and the venue itself over the year we were planning (the bathrooms got a much needed and major upgrade). We always loved the venue and they took it over the top throughout the year. Our wedding day was also a seamless and wonderful experience! Our bridal attendant, Margarita, had endless amounts of energy and catered to our every need. Upon arrival she made it a priority for my husband and I to not only eat some samplings from cocktail hour but also made sure we had some time completely to ourselves to decompress and eat. She always made me feel comfortable when I asked for something and made sure that we were well fed and hydrated. I can't say enough about her and how she truly made us feel like we could sit back, relax and enjoy our wedding. The rest of the catering staff was also professional and the food was amazing! Our guests are still talking about how much food there was at cocktail hour and how delicious it was! The staff made sure that we enjoyed our day with our loved ones and that everything was just the way we wanted!If you are looking for a venue who truly takes the time to get to know you and your vision for your special day look no further!

My Husband and I got married at the Vineyards on 11.11.2018. Needless to say we are still on the “wedding high” 9 months later. I know this review is a little tardy, but its worth the wait. Where to begin. When we first visited The Vineyards, we were blown away by the ambiance, decor and breathtaking scenery. We saw a few places, and this venue was the one that we felt so connected too, we HAD to have our special day here. Kate, Sales Manager/woman of many talents was our guide from the start. We asked 1 million questions, visited the venue ALOT (wish we could just live there) and felt so great about our choice because she and Russ made the process so seamless. We are VERY particular without being jerks and they accommodated EVERY request we had. The words “we can’t” were not in their vocabulary. Cut to the day of… We felt like It was a dream. We felt so calm as they had everything handled every second of the day. The food was excellent, all of our guests could not and STILL will not stop talking about how amazing it was. Everything cooked to perfection, everyone WELL fed, and accommodations made for those with special needs. In hindsight, the viennese hour was less than we had hoped but still great. The staff was there to keep us calm and truly enjoy our wedding day. We felt so well taken care of, as did our guests. I would recommend this venue to anyone and I wish we could relive this day over and over. The Lessings team, especially Kate made for such a seamless and FUN experience. EVERY staff member felt like family and they ALL wanted us to have the best day. As a gay couple, our wedding planning initially felt really hard because not every vendor is up with the times on being inclusive. From the start, the Vineyards provided such a welcoming, loving and inclusive experience. Every human and vendor should model how this team operates. We can’t thank them enough. The Vineyards is such a unique venue. Our wedding was magical. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the outdoor ceremony, landscape, and cocktail hour room were. The food is SO GOOD. We are getting so many compliments on all of the food and desserts. I can't say enough about the bridal attendant, Meg. She was so accommodating, friendly, and went above and beyond for anything I or my bridal party needed. The only reason I gave this venue 4/5 stars is because of the Maitre d' Russ. I had great experiences with Kate, emailing back and fourth. But, Russ was in charge on our wedding day and I received multiple complaints about him. Our DJ said he was very rude. One of our guests also said he was super rude. He was rushing us along while taking pictures, and honestly just added more stress than needed. He supposedly was trying to tell our DJ how to set up the song timelines and speeches because \"he runs the show\". He overall came off as super arrogant and it was the only reason this venue didn't get 5 stars.

From booking the venue, to the day of the wedding and everything in between, they were nothing short of fantastic! They were always quick to respond to our very many questions, and were very pleasant to work with overall. The day ran very smoothly and we were so impressed by how efficient and sincere the staff was throughout the entire day. We have gotten so many complements on the venue from how beautiful everything was to how great the food was! The day was flawless, and if anything went wrong, we had no idea. Our daughter was married at the Vineyards at Aquebogue on 7/20/19 and we cannot say enough about this venue and the entire staff. The wedding was absolutely perfect from the beginning to the end. We were a little nervous about the weather forecast, the wedding was on one of the hottest days of the year. Russ and Kate brought in industrial fans for the cocktail hour which circulated the air and worked perfect and the staff worked as if it was a 70 degree day. They handed out water to the guests before they sat for the ceremony. The grounds were breathtaking, the flowers were all in bloom, and the lawn area had many games set up that engaged our guests during the cocktail hour. The flowers were so beautiful with the vineyard in the background. The bride, groom, and bridal party were taken by a golf cart through the vineyards for beautiful pictures. We were told when we were searching for a venue that a lot of venues will have good food and good service which may or may not be remembered but I will assure you that your guests will remember this venue for its uniqueness. We are still getting calls 2 weeks later raving about the wedding and the venue. Our guests as well as ourselves, loved the flow of the wedding from the outdoor ceremony and cocktail setting to the indoor dining room. The announcement of the wedding party and bride and groom from the stairs above the dining hall was just awesome. Guests from all seats were in clear view of the grand entrance. Guests have stated that it was the nicest wedding that they have ever attended. I had out of town guests contemplating it being a destination wedding for when they get married, that is how impressed they were. It was a dream wedding! The food was amazing and abundant, and the staff was so attentive and accommodating. The Maitre d and the bridal attendant were right on que. Russ and Kate took all of the pressure that we had with those last minute details and said “we will take care of these details for you, you are here to enjoy this wedding!”We highly recommend having your wedding at this venue, we could not have been any happier from start to finish. Thank you for everything Russ and Kate!

Everything was just perfect. Kate, Russ and Julia made the day everything we could hope for and more. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful, and the day was amazing. From the day we met Kate and then Russ we knew we were in good hands! The food was fantastic, and so were the bartenders and all of the service. Our emcee, DJ and photographers were great to work with, and everyone did a great job. The Vineyards gave us the most perfect wedding day we could have asked for!

The flowers surrounding the grounds looked like a picture from a magazine and we had such an amazing time picking our food from the vast options we were given! My, then, fiance went to his cousin's wedding here two years ago and said it was the best wedding he had ever been to. When it was our turn to look for venues this was the first place we saw, and I immediately fell in love. I did not need to look any further for a venue. I had my absolute dream wedding. Not only was the vineyard absolutely picture perfect for a summer wedding, but the bridal attendant I had, Kate, and the maitre d, Russ. were there for us every step of the way. They anticipated everything we could possibly need from fluffing my gown and carrying my veil before walking down the aisle, or boxing up the food we weren't able to eat! I was so nervous before the wedding but having them there by my side, making sure everything was running smoothly, helped me enjoy my night. The bride and groom each have their own rooms to get ready in, the views are unparalleled, every employee was so professional, and the food was absolutely amazing! I have been to several weddings and this place is THE place to get married!

Absolutely love this venue!! I found them before I was even engaged, and knew I wanted to get married here. The space is simply stunning. We got married in June, and the ceremony space was seriously perfect. (No need for extra flowers this time of year in my opinion). The cocktail hour room is truly beautiful and decorated/set up perfectly. The whole team is so friendly, helpful, and professional. Any time I had a question, from months before my wedding, up to the day before, they were available and put my concerns at ease. Every guest we went up to that night, could not stop talking about how amazing this venue was. I seriously want someone else to get married here, so I can go back as a guest!! The Vineyards made my wedding dreams come true!

There isn't enough I can say to express how amazing our experience was having our wedding at The Vineyards. From the minute we walked in for our tour, we completely fell in love. It is the perfect venue for a unique, vineyard reception without the price you would pay for anything else like it on Long Island. Working with Kate and Russ was a complete pleasure from minute one. They were so easy to talk to, and helpful. Throughout the planning process Kate was there for every question, and was always willing to offer assistance and feedback. Our wedding was beyond perfect. Every last detail that I had spoke to Kate about was taken care of, every guest was treated like royalty and the food was amazing. Our bridal attendant made sure we were completely happy the entire night, and made sure everything was completely smooth. I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding and a more perfect venue for us. Our family will be raving about our wedding for years to come. I HIGHLY recommend booking The Vineyards for your dream wedding, you will not be let down!

The Vineyards at Aquebogue is not only beautiful on the outside but also it's people and their dedication to you every step of the way. It would not be the same without Kate Wiggins and Russ Moran. Setting aside the gorgeous North Fork Vineyard, these two make the place a dream destination for your wedding day. Here is what you need to know, when you are planning your wedding it is very easy to be sold on looks and forget about logistical challenges that may arise along the way and my number one concern was having the day run as smoothly as it could go for the family and friends. We worked with Sales Director, Kate Wiggins and Russ Moran who are the perfect dynamic duo making me forget about all the small things on the day of like bathroom soaps, flower petals to toss, guest book, etc. They took care of everything and I was able to focus on reciting my vows and being present in the moment! THIS IS A MUST READ: As with any party, food is always top priority. Both sides of our family are food obsessed, born and raised in Italy. Naturally, my concern for food was high! When I met with Kate to go over menu and requested about a million edits to the menu and even threw in some of my own recipes I found for passed hors d'oeuvre's during cocktail hour she made every single request happen... and without a single hesitation. I quite literally was shocked and couldn't resist but jump up and down at the thought of having our food be as personal to us as the decor and everything that comes with planning a wedding. Everyone who meets Kate will immediately fall in love! She is personal yet professional, and with total passion and dedication she will get the job done. Our family and friends could not stop talking about cocktail hour, the food and especially Viennese hour. Originally, I had not planned to have a Viennese service, however, my husband was determined to have it. All I can say is: DECADENT. I've been in weddings and I continue to attend one at least once a year and Viennese is probably my least favorite. The Viennese at the Vineyards was absolutely stunning with not just one or two different cakes but 3-4 cakes, pastries, pies, endless cookies and so much more my eyes couldn't take it all in. Not to mention, Viennese hour is hosted outdoors on the deck, separate from the dance floor so no interruptions for those who want to continue dancing the night away ( although one look at the desserts and its over). Travel and convenience for my bridal party was another important factor. I added the \"Early Arrival Package\". Half of the bridal party drove early in the morning to have hair and makeup done at the Vineyards. Kate accommodated the party to arrive 2 hours earlier to ensure there was no rushing around and everyone can relax before pictures and the walk down the aisle. The party was so happy that they can relax on the day of the wedding, rather than rush around and worry if we were late. It was an absolute blessing to be able to give the gift of comfort and convenience to my bridal party. The staff was accommodating throughout the entire day, making sure I had a drink in hand and was running according to schedule so I had plenty of time to be with the family in-between. If you asked me to go back in time and pick a place I would do it all over again at The Vineyards!

This is the venue for every couple. It really caters to your vision and is able to deliver. I am very low maintenance and hate making decisions. So I needed someplace that offered a lot already and I didn't need to go searching for quotes on a bunch of different vendors. I wanted an elegant, beautiful wedding that focused on the people and fun. I was able to plan my wedding in 7 months with the help of the Vineyards. They take care of all the food/drinks and honestly, unless you want flowers, you don't need to even think about decorations. The venue is beautiful, as is. The staff were always responsive and professional. The maitre'd was so comforting and stress-free the day of. All guests had a fantastic time. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were married at The Vineyards on September 21, 2018. Almost 6 months later, our families and friends still cannot stop talking about what a beautiful venue and amazing experience it was! We knew we wanted a rustic / vineyard themed wedding, but once we visited The Vineyards and met Russ, we instantly knew it was the one. We booked our wedding about a year and a half out, shortly after Lessings took it over. The venue was still in the process of being renovated when we booked, but Russ helped us envision the end product, and he more than delivered on that. We booked our wedding with Russ and followed up with numerous calls and emails full of questions along the way . He was always extremely responsive and accommodating, putting any potential concerns we may have had at ease. Russ ended up being our maître d’ and ran a seamless experience from beginning to end. We opted for the early package to get ready on site, which I highly recommend. The entire staff was very professional and attentive throughout the entire day. Around sunset, Russ took us and our photographer (Kaitlyn Ferris = best ever) out on the golf cart to capture photos in the gorgeous setting. He even set up this adorable boat in the pond, which I was admittedly very nervous to get into, but it ended up working out for the perfect shots! We opted for the game package during cocktail hour, and it was a huge hit with our guests. The food from cocktail hour to dinner to dessert was absolutely AMAZING! It is very rare that you can food at a wedding venue that is this good – chef and team are phenomenal and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting everything. They even offered seconds after dinner! My husband and I danced the night away and the staff always had a drink and food waiting for us at our table. We ended up adding the bungalow ice-cream truck last minute, and I am SO happy we did because it was such a huge hit with our guests! We also held our after-party on premises – and the staff delivered again. We added the fire pit and bistro lights which really extended the space and let guests continue to explore the grounds, even into the night. We wish we could re-live the experience all over again. Truly cannot thank Russ and the entire Vineyards staff enough for bringing our vision to life and for hosting the best day of our lives!

Kate and Russ and their staff were incredible and were very willing to work with our ideas and to accommodate us. We asked for a table lay out/set up that they hadn't done before and they nailed it, even with a large number of guests (in the winter).I can't say enough to express how happy we were with The Vineyards overall. From the very beginning, the planning process and the final result - it was the best day ever! My husband and I were married at the Vineyards on 11/16/2018. From the moment we went for our first tour, Kate and Russ were beyond helpful. Every question, request, etc that we had, Kate and Russ were so receptive and helpful (and I had a lot of questions :) ). Our wedding was so beautiful, even more beautiful than I imagined. They took care of all my decorating, along with my planner, and made sure my guests were happy and comfortable and having a great time. I definitely recommend getting ready on site, it is worth the extra cost. It made the day so easy and enjoyable. All my guests raved about the food, especially the incredible cocktail hour. That room alone will impress everyone. I highly recommend getting married at the Vineyards!

The Vineyards was the first and only venue that my husband and I looked at for our wedding. Once we saw the beautiful grounds & rustic decor, our dream wedding fell right into place. But, the best part about The Vineyards is the people. Russ and Kate made the planning process so easy and enjoyable. They are both extremely responsive to questions and very accommodating. My bridal party had to arrive at the venue at 7am to start hair and makeup for my Sunday afternoon wedding, and Russ was there to greet us with hot coffee and champagne. I cannot say enough about them and how wonderful they are to work with. My bridal attendant Julia and maitre d' Jamie were just as amazing. I never had to ask for a drink or something to eat, because those two were one step ahead. Whatever my husband and I needed throughout the day/night, they were on it. The food and service was phenomenal; all of our guests were so impressed that they were offered seconds for dinner! And we were even packed with to-go bags of the leftover food. Our guests are still talking about our wedding over a month later. I wish I could give The Vineyards 10 stars. THANK YOU for the best day of our lives!

I cannot express how amazing and accommodating The Vineyards were for my wedding. We signed our contract while they were just bought by Lessings, but were able to still use the original menu. From the moment I called the Vineyards, not only was Kate responsive, but she was incredibly warm and helpful. That genuine amazing character and excellent execution and professionalism ran through during the whole process of signing up, choosing the venue, tastings, and just general questions and special selections for our special day. They were accommodating to my closest family members and their needs. Russ and Kate did an incredible job of making sure we were ready for our special day. Our wedding was in my mind just perfect because of their level of exceptional level of care and attention to detail! Additionally, the food was absolutely amazing. As this venue is fully equipped not only to be a catering company but a gorgeous venue, they have an excellent business model and are able to fully address any needs for a future bride and groom. I had the most amazing time at The Vineyards at Aquebogue. Kate was so helpful from beginning to end and made the process as stress free as possible. She was super informative and always very prompt to respond to any emails sent. Day of the wedding everything went perfectly. Food was amazing (all my guest kept telling me it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding). Atomospher was absolutely stunning. All the staff was extremely accommodating. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who asked.

the venue is beautiful but i felt that the whole process was just more of \"yes we can do that\" when none of it happened. they book two weddings on Saturdays so i wouldnt recommend having a reception/ceremoney here. Not worth the money

My husband and I just recently had our dream wedding at The Vineyards on September 15th. We knew the venue was the beautiful, unique, rustic (yet still elegant) location we were looking for immediately during our tour. The ceremony grounds are so well maintained, offering dozens of photo ops during the big day, and the cocktail hour area is gorgeous and unique (our guests are still raving about it!). What we didn't know was just how helpful and responsive Russ, Kate, and Jamie would be. They were there for us during every step of the process and truly made planning a breeze. I am still in awe of how smooth the day of went. Brides - you will never be prepared for how quickly the day of goes. Our maître d, Jamie, and my bridal attendant, were AMAZING. Anytime I needed something, I would look around and they would already be walking over to me. Jamie even bustled my dress after our sunset photoshoot so that I wouldn't miss too much of our cocktail hour! The service was top notch, the food was delicious, and we were so happy we went for the Venetian hour as everybody loved it. My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding. Our only wish is that we could do it all again next year! Book, book, book your dream wedding at The Vineyards - you will be SO glad you did!!

When I begin to think about our day and relive the moments through all of our pictures I can't help but smile from ear to ear. Our day was magical for so many reasons, my husband and I live in south-east Asia and it isn't often we get to be in the same space with our loved ones. Choosing the Vineyards was the best decision we made in our journey of becoming Mr. and Mrs. The venue is without a doubt beautiful, but it is staff that makes it all the more worth it. Their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency allowed us to truly enjoy one of the most important days of our life. Our family and friends can't stop talking about how great the food was, how well they were treated, how gorgeous the venue was and just how happy they felt that day. Kate- You are the absolute BEST! Planning a wedding from Myanmar was a challenge but when it came to anything that had to do with the venue I never felt the distance and I can't thank you enough.Truly one of the best days of our life- thank you, thank you, thank you!!! ❤️

The grounds were beautiful, the staff was professional and the food was fantastic. Kate Wiggins was such a huge help from the very beginning. We could not have had a better experience!

My Wife and I got married at The Vineyards on August 26, 2018. We cant say enough about this venue. Everything was perfect! For starters all of our guests cant stop raving about how beautiful the whole place was and how perfect the ceremony went. The food at the Cocktail Hour was incredible. The reception was a blast! Plenty of space and the employees served food quickly and tended to all guest with outstanding service. Kate, Rus, and Jamie with out these three people nothing would have been possible. Kate kept us sane throughout the whole planning process. Promptly answered any questions we had and took care of our preparations. Rus was on it! Anything we asked for he made happen. Calm cool and collected, took care of all of the moving parts during our wedding. He even takes some pretty good pictures! Jamie, our go to girl. I've never seen someone work so hard and give such attention to every little detail. She was everywhere, whenever we needed anything there she was, my drink was always full, my bussel was put back up a million times, she found any family member, and knew what we needed before we needed it!This place is top notch! Not just because of its beauty and location but the people running the show. I would recommend this Venue for any kind of event to anyone!

My Wife and I got married August 28th, 2018. We do not have enough great things to say about our expierence at the Vineyards. Kate was my savior during the planning process and was always there when I had a freak bridezilla moment. During the day of our wedding, Russ made sure every second of the day went smoothly and was organized. Our bridal attendant Jamie was amazing. I must have ran running to her 20 times to bussel my dress. She was incredibly attentive and very professional. Our wedding was a dream. I still have guests tell me everyday how much they loved the wedding. Highly, highly recommend the Vineyards!

If I could give The Vineyards 10 stars I would! Every aspect of my wedding was flawless and it is all thanks to the staff at The Vineyards. My husband and I looked at 15 venues before we made a decision, and we instantly fell in love with the beautiful grounds, outdoor patio, and spaces at The Vineyards. Kate was beyond helpful with our planning process, and quickly answered all of my questions and helped me envision how my day would look. Our day at the bridal showcase and when we came for our tasting was so enjoyable as well, we loved the food everything was so delicious! I got married on August 11, 2018 with an 11:30 am ceremony, and that morning it POURED with flash flooding and thunderstorms all over Long Island. I had accepted that we would not have our ceremony outside the night before and was confident that everything would be beautiful anyway. When we arrived at the venue that morning (running late too!) everything was already set up and blew me away! I had given the venue a list of how I wanted things set up and they hit the nail on the head, every single room was set up to perfection with all of my decorations displayed exactly how I imagined it! The ceremony space was set up in the ballroom with a rustic looking archway and dim lighting, it was breathtaking and many of my guests didn't realize that it was the ballroom until after the wedding was over they looked so different! Our mater d' Jaime was phenomenal! Everything went so smoothly and she was always thinking 2 steps ahead of me for every detail of the wedding. If anything went wrong I didn't notice it! Sara our bridal attendant was so wonderful and helped me and my bridal party with everything we needed. She even held an umbrella over my husband and I for some pictures outside which she really didn't need to do!! Thank you Sara and Jaime for taking care of me and my husband all day, we have never been so pampered! Every staff member was so helpful and made the day flawless. My guests are still talking about how our wedding was the best wedding they ever attended, and were blown away by the location, service, and food at the venue. The bartenders were quick, the food was delicious, and the weather cleared up a little so my guests were able to get outside and use the grounds too. I can't thank Jaime, Sara, Kate, Russ and the rest of the staff at The Vineyards for making our wedding day so perfect. It was beyond my expectations and I did not want the day to end, thank you so much!

We had our wedding here in July, and we could not be happier that we got married here. We had an amazing time and we are still reminiscing about our wedding day. Our guests spoke so highly of the service. The staff were so responsive and attentive to us throughout the process of wedding planning and on the day of the wedding. Our guests were also saying that they would recommend the vineyards for future weddings. This is the most beautiful place to get married!

My daughter's wedding was there in July of 2018. Everything was upbeat and positive and the 'can do' attitude was evident from the entire staff. And that was through all the visits and the planning stage straight through the end of the event. The ownership had switched to Lessings after we had booked the date long ago, and any worries about management or catering changes were unfounded. The outdoor wedding was spectacular and the food from cocktail hour through dessert was first class. Guests gave the place all positive reviews too.

I am absolutely thrilled with my wedding at the Vineyards. I sit here only two days later trying to revel in every small detail. This was the perfect venue for our personalities. The staff was exemplary- Jamie and Sarah made me so comfortable and relaxed in keeping me informed of everything that was happening or going to happen that day. The energy in the Vineyards is so calming, peaceful and centering. It was impossible to feel nervous. I have never been so happy in my entire life and I have this venue and staff to thank. Kate helped us every step of the way, answering every question we had. She is such a caring person and her warmth and professionalism is unmatched. I wouldn’t have wanted to be married anywhere else and we are so very lucky to have had our dream day there. Hands down the best day of our life and I am grateful to have these memories forever.

I got married at The Vineyards at Aquebogue last weekend and everything was phenomenal! I had guests both from out of state (my husband is from Tennessee) and from Long Island, and everyone had great things to say about the whole evening. Kate made planning and preparing for the big day very easy! The day of the wedding was a little chilly and there was a light mist coming down. My maitre'd assured me that we could still have the ceremony outside, and I am so glad we did! The mist gave a very romantic feel to the ceremony (according to one of my guests!). The whole staff was very supportive of my wishes for the big day. My maitre' d and bridal attendant were always around making sure I was on schedule, well-fed, and had a drink my hand the entire night! They even brought up a plate of food from the cocktail hour to my husband and I so we could sit and relax for 15 minutes before the reception. The food was excellent and the drinks did not stop flowing. I highly recommend this venue for your special day!

We could not have been more happy with our wedding day and the staff at The Vineyards. This venue is so unique and different than most of the typical Long Island catering halls. It is an enchanting, elegant, magical place to celebrate a wedding with its natural beauty of the surrounding vineyard and truly encompasses the east end of Long Island perfectly. The staff truly made us feel so comfortable and made our dream wedding come true. Russ and Kate were amazing to work with and answered all of our questions and helped us in advance. All of my family and friends said this was the best wedding they have ever been to and that the food, grounds and reception were absolutely wonderful. The cocktail hour outside area encapsulates a true vineyard feel with the enchanting vines and lights opening to the lush greenery and vineyard off into the distance. The tranquil waterfall allows for beautiful pictures along with the field opening into the sunset. Our pictures were absolutely amazing Thanks to the beautiful upkept grounds. The staff was extremely professional and attentive throughout the entire evening and afterwards. Russ is very down to earth and easy to work with, while visiting some other venues we felt a sales like approach and pressure but did not feel that all all with Russ. Him and the entire staff are extremely professional and genuine. Kate set up a beautiful table for our grandparents who passed away and guest book station after dropping my decorations off a few days in advance. This was greatly appreciated and I got so many complements on it. The day was amazing and a dream come true thanks to the staff. I could not recommend the food, the staff, or the Vineyards more highly than I do, because they made our wedding a real dream come true!!
